Whiskey Myers Set 'What We Were Born To Do Tour' Ahead of 7th Album

Having kicked off 2025 with a sold-out performance at the San Antonio Rodeo last week in front of 16,000 fans, multi-Platinum band Whiskey Myers add 23 shows this summer with the newly announced What We Were Born To Do Tour.

The tour starts on June 6 and visits cities across the U.S. throughout the summer with special guests Bayker Blankenship, Kashus Culpepper, Josh Meloy, Pony Bradshaw, Alex Lambert and The Droptines joining across various dates. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, Feb. 28 at 10am local time via WhiskeyMyers.com.

The news of the summer tour joins the recent announcement that Whiskey Myers will co-headline 14 dates of the Live in 25 Tour with Tedeschi Trucks Band later this summer, in addition to headlining their own personally curated festivals this year. The seventh annual Wiggy Thump Festival is set for May 10 in the band’s hometown of Palestine, Texas while the inaugural Moon Crush “Whiskey Moon” music vacation takes over Miramar Beach, Fla. the weekend of Nov. 7-9.

In addition to the excitement of upcoming live dates, Whiskey Myers also thrilled fans with the recent confirmation that a seventh studio is indeed in the works. With the band having encamped at three-time GRAMMY Award-winning producer Jay Joyce’s East Nashville studio earlier this year, new music is expected soon.

About Whiskey Myers
Genre-bending band Whiskey Myers have played more than 2,500 live shows to ever-increasing crowd sizes since their emergence in 2007. In addition to headlining their own sold-out shows from coast to coast at iconic venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Ryman Auditorium, plus performing at marquee festivals Bonnaroo, Stagecoach, Download and more, the six-piece was also personally selected to open The Rolling Stones’ Chicago stadium show. Their latest self-produced album, Tornillo, available everywhere now via the band’s own Wiggy Thump Records, features the No. 17 most-played Americana song of 2022, “John Wayne,” and follows their fifth studio album, Whiskey Myers, which debuted at No. 1 on both the Country and Americana/Folk sales charts, at No. 2 on the Rock chart and No. 6 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart (No. 3 among new releases). In total, Whiskey Myers have sold more than 2.5 million albums and amassed over 3.6 billion streams while earning nine RIAA Gold, Platinum and multi-Platinum certifications as an independent band. Known for their high-energy live show and unique sound, the band praised by Esquire as “the real damn deal” has also earned sync success with features (and an on-screen appearance) in Paramount’s hit show “Yellowstone” as well as Netflix series “What/If,” Angelina Jolie film “Those Who Wish Me Dead” and CBS series “SEAL Team,” among several others. USA Today describes their sound as “a riff-heavy blend of Southern rock and gritty country that has earned comparisons to the Allman Brothers Band and Led Zeppelin,” with Rolling Stone noting “it’s the seminal combination of twang and crunchy rock & roll guitars that hits a perfect sweet spot.”

From 80s icons The Bolshoi, the duo The Bolshoi Brothers presents 'Just a Girl' from debut album

Indie rock duo The Bolshoi Brothers present their new single 'Just a Girl', previewing their debut eponymous album, set for release on March 21. The accompanying video is an appealing black and white visual vignette, filmed by Matus Foris and Vegas Storm and featuring Nova Clark as "The Girl".

Now based in the USA, The Bolshoi Brothers is made up of Trevor Tanner and Paul Clark, both original members of legendary Beggars Banquet-signed 80s new wave band The Bolshoi. The two hadn't recorded or played together since the band's fateful breakup 35 years ago. Due to working on this album during Covid lockdowns, they recorded the tracks remotely from their respective home studios - Trevor in Florida and Paul in Seattle.

"Working with Trevor again after a significant hiatus was akin to find a little gate behind the bushes at the end of the garden that leads into a whole new world. Within days of passing rough musical ideas back and forth, we were making great music again, created at a time when the world was in lockdown, with a pandemic and all that comes with it, creating fear and confusion," says Paul Clark.

This album arrives, hot on the heels of two new vinyl releases from Beggars Banquet Records, including The Bolshoi's previously-unreleased album 'Country Life' and the re-release of their seminal album 'Friends'.  Earlier, The Bolshoi Brothers also released the singles 'Suburbs' and 'Steam Funk'.

This is an exciting project, where echoes of the past meet the spark of the present, yielding a sound that is both recognizable and utterly new. Comprised of 11 original songs, this isn't an exercise in nostalgia. This project brings, imbued with grounded sophistication, presents a tapestry of rich tones and insightful lyrics - a welcomed original listening experience that feels familiar.

"While recording the music, I wondered if there would even be an audience to listen to it, making its creation feel like a true labour of love. Maybe the album is a little darker, a little stranger because of it. The process of receiving rough ideas, sometimes single lines, and adding to it was fascinating. Dropping one of Trevors ideas into Logic, the software we both used to record the album, was like dropping a precious jewel into a pool and playing with the ripples. The world outside my studio during those times was as quiet as it was inside while recording, so I never really got the sense I was closing up shop ready for the next day. The music was always with me," says Paul Clark.

Trevor Tanner adds, "Paul and I did not even set foot in the same room during the whole of the recording and mixing process, but the result is a surprisingly cohesive and powerful collection of intense songs. It was really exciting to work with Paul again and I think his hard work and genius talent really shines here. This is not an exercise in nostalgia however, it is a brand new project with obvious nods to our respective past, but a distinctive and sincere approach, resulting in a unique if slightly skewed musical identity, which I think is very relevant in these present days".

Trevor Tanner and Paul Clark first collaborated as members of The Bolshoi on the groundbreaking 'Friends' album, released by Beggars Banquet Records, which included the charted song 'Sunday Morning' (a number one hit in Brazil and Argentina).

The Bolshoi soon built a substantial live following worldwide. With their next album, 'Lindy’s Party', the band’s reach expanded into new territories. While working on their next album, the band ended up splitting in 1990, after which Trevor and Paul each went on to release several solo albums and collaborate with other musicians.

'Just a Girl'' is out now everywhere digitally, including SpotifyApple Music and Bandcamp.  On March 21, 'The Bolshoi Brothers' album will be available on CD, cassette, 180-gram vinyl, as well as digitally. All physical versions come with a download code for a 44.1kHz uncompressed WAV version of the album, along with the album artwork). This will be followed by live shows, featuring songs from the new album and select songs originally recorded by The Bolshoi.

ANCIIENTS Nominated for Second Canadian Grammy

It was a heavy road, but after soul searching through the Canadian wilderness, at long last, Anciients have come full circle. Seven years removed from winning a JUNO Award for their last album, the hard-hitting Canucks are nominated once more for the band's latest heady and heartfelt opus Beyond the Reach of the Sun.

"We are very honored and excited to receive a JUNO nomination for our latest record", says Anciients frontman Kenny Cook. "Win or lose, we are grateful to be recognized on a national scale and we feel privileged to be nominated alongside the other amazing artists in the Metal category. We wish them all nothing but the best of luck. See you soon in Vancouver!"

Anciients are nominated for Metal/Hard Music Album of the year. Also nominated are Devin Townsend (PowerNerd), Kittie (Fire), Spiritbox (The Fear of Fear) and Striker (Ultrapower).

Beyond the Reach of the Sun is available now on Season of Mist.

When Anciients learned they'd won the JUNO Award for Metal/Hard Music back in 2018, the band had just woken up in Vienna with eyes still caked in sludge after another blazing show during their headlining tour of Europe.

Now, in 2025, Cook, steady drummer Mike Hannay and the band's new axe men Brock MacInnes and Rory O'Brien are heading back across the pond for Britian's ArcTanGent Festival. Later this year, the band will make their long-awaited return to the states for the 23rd edition of ProgPower USA.

"The hiatus is over", Cook says. "We're ready to hit it hard".

With all being said and done, Anciients have returned! They stand ready to ascend the prog metal ladder and get back to doing what they do best with a weighty and dense, but wholly accessible, album. It’s a collection of ten songs that possesses the ability to have those furiously banging heads also tapping into their power of self-reflection and contemplation to ponder the finality of existence, the value of life and their place in the universe.

“Totally! We’re going to take as many of the opportunities that come to us. The hiatus is over and I think with the new members and everyone being on the same page we’re ready to get out there as soon as possible. We missed out on a huge block after the last record, so we’ve got to make up for lost time. Now that everyone is happy and healthy, we plan to hit it hard.”

Groundbreaking Genre Smashers Ho99o9 Partner With Last Gang Records

Hip hop/punk/metal duo Ho99o9 has signed a global partnership with MNRK Music Group’s Last Gang Records. The inimitable group, consisting of theOGM and Yeti Bones, will release new music in Spring 2025.

Chris Moncada, MNRK's COO, says, “There is no group on earth like Ho99o9.  Their unique mix of style, melody, chaos, and danger make them a bonafide musical unicorn, and I am beyond excited to welcome them to Last Gang.  We are all humbled for the opportunity to play a part in bringing them to the next level.”

Ho99o9 offers, “We’re incredibly excited to partner Ho99o9 & 999 Deathkult with Last Gang as we embark on this next chapter of our journey and growth. It’s rare and inspiring to have found a partner who not only supports but embraces our art in its many manifestations. Their passion for authentic artistry and forward-thinking vision align perfectly with what we stand for. We can’t wait to share what we’ve been creating with the world.”

Ho99o9 just released a COLORS session a few weeks ago in advance of the release of new music. Watch that HERE.

Ho99o9 is currently working on new music, which will be released this year.

About Ho99o9
Ho99o9 (pronounced Horror) is a sonic wrecking ball—fusing digital hardcore, punk, and trap-infused grime with industrial, metal, and noise. Raw. Unrelenting. Uncompromising.

Breaking out of the New Jersey underground in 2012, Ho99o9 made its mark with a now-legendary guerrilla performance at Brooklyn’s AfroPunk Festival. By 2014, they had relocated to Los Angeles, becoming a disruptive force in the city’s underground scene. The New York Timescalled them “An All-Out Barrage,” while Kerrang! crowned them “one of the most unique and sonically threatening bands in the world today.”

Their global tour history reads like a warpath, sharing stages with icons across every genre—Korn, The Prodigy, Slipknot, Cypress Hill, Rob Zombie, Ministry, Denzel Curry, Ghostface Killah, Lil Uzi Vert, and The Dillinger Escape Plan. Whether tearing through the chaos of Berghain and Boiler Room or storming the Museum of Contemporary Art, from Hellfest’s circle pits to the polished stage of Rolling Loud, Ho99o9 refuses to be boxed in.

Their genre-bending, culture-clashing sound has attracted a who’s who of collaborators—Corey Taylor of Slipknot, The Prodigy, JPEGMAFIA, Bun B, Ghostemane, clipping., HEALTH, 3TEETH, Pink Siifu, N8NOFACE, and more. Even Jack Black and Eric Andre have been pulled into the Ho99o9 universe.

With a deep and ever-evolving catalog, Ho99o9 has built a legacy of sonic chaos. Their early EPs—Mutant Freax (2014) and Horrors of 1999 (2015)—laid the groundwork for their explosive blend of punk, rap, and noise. Their debut full-length, United States of Horror (2017), was a dystopian manifesto, merging raw political energy with industrial-laced punk and hip-hop. They followed up with Cyber Cop [Unauthorized MP3.] (2018), a cyberpunk-infused mixtape that pushed their sound into glitchy, distorted new territory.

In 2022, they unleashed SKIN, delivering their most refined yet unrelenting project to date—melding hardcore, metal, and rap with unfiltered aggression. Alongside their albums, Ho99o9 has dropped a string of blistering standalone singles and collaborations, further cementing their place at the intersection of multiple sonic movements.

Ho99o9 isn’t just making music; they’re reshaping the edges of sound and culture.

ABOUT KILLSWITCH ENGAGE:
Killswitch Engage first shook the structure of heavy music upon climbing out of snowy industrialized Western Massachusetts in 2000. A musical outlier, the band pioneered a union of thrashed-out European guitar pyrotechnics, East Coast hardcore spirit, onstage hijinks, and enlightened lyricism that set the pace for what the turn-of-the-century deemed heavy. 2002's Alive Or Just Breathing became avowed as a definitive album, being named among "The Top 100 Greatest Metal Albums of the Decade" by Decibel and celebrated by everyone from Metal Hammer to Revolver. Not only did they bust open the floodgates for dozens to follow, but they also garnered three GRAMMY® Award nominations in the category of "Best Metal Performance" in 2005, 2014, and 2019, respectively, a gold certification for The End of Heartache [2004], and a platinum certification for As Daylight Dies [2006]. The group landed three consecutive Top 10 debuts on the Billboard Top 200 with Killswitch Engage [2009], Disarm The Descent [2013], and their career high best bow at #6 with Incarnate [2016]. The latter two releases, along with 2019's Atonement, would also both capture #1 on the Top Rock Albums and Top Hard Rock Albums charts. The band's total streams are nearing 3 billion to date, while they've remained consummate road warriors who've sold out countless headline tours and have shared stages with everyone from Iron Maiden to Slipknot to Slayer to My Chemical Romance to Mastodon to Parkway Drive, which is a testament to their ability to cross genres and appeal to all fans of hard rock. KsE have remained a featured attraction at every major North American and European festival through the years. The band is celebrating an astonishing, 25-year career as one of the most vital and genre-defining bands of the '00s and continues its incredible legacy.

REDDSTAR Debut New Single "SURV1V3" on Sirius XM Octane Test Drive

Prepare for a musical revolution as REDDSTAR, the dynamic and boundary-pushing band, drops their highly anticipated new single, “SURV1V3” which was debuted on Sirius XM Octane's Test Drive show. Following an electrifying rise in the alternative rock scene, REDDSTAR'S latest track promises to captivate fans old and new with its raw energy, innovative sound, and emotional intensity.

"SURV1V3" was written in a very dark place in my life and is about suicide. I definitely can say I struggle with depression and these negative thoughts most days and this is the most brutally honest song I’ve ever written. I’ve always had fears of opening up about such dark subjects and not wanting to come off like I’m making something because of trending topics in music. I truly want people who hear this that may or may not be struggling with similar issues to know that this does come from a genuine place of despair that at a minimum I hope can help make people who are battling with these things feel less lonely in this cold world." - Daemien Drake

Progressive Rock Band Pulsifier Unveils New Single "War Cry" - An Empowering Anthem for Overcoming Life's Challenges

PULSIFIER, renowned for their intricate compositions and profound lyrical themes, is proud to announce the release of their latest single, "WAR CRY." This new track serves as a powerful anthem designed to inspire and empower listeners by channeling inner strength to confront and overcome personal adversities.

"WAR CRY" draws its lyrical inspiration from two iconic sources: Sun Tzu's ancient military treatise, "The Art of War," and the legendary tale of Alexander the Great’s war horse, Bucephalus. The song encapsulates the essence of resilience, strategy, and courage, urging listeners to harness their inner warrior to face life's battles, whether they be emotional, mental, or physical.

The single features a dynamic blend of progressive rock elements with intense, sweeping melodies, and intricate guitar work that mirrors the strategic maneuvers described in "The Art of War." The lyrics pay homage to Bucephalus, symbolizing bravery and the unbreakable spirit required to surmount obstacles.

MeA, the lead vocalist and lyricist, shared, "We wanted 'WAR CRY' to resonate with anyone feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. Calling upon what can be learned from these historical references, we aim to inspire others to harness their inner strength. In the story of Bucephalus, it was said he initially had been afraid of his own shadow. From this, Alexander the Great discovered that by turning his face away from the darkness and towards the light, he became a fearless warrior! How many of us can relate to the controlling presence of darkness in our own lives, and how could we use this theory, and those of Tzu’s teachings, to guide us to triumph?"

"WAR CRY" is available on all major streaming platforms, and the band encourages fans to share their stories of personal triumph inspired by the song with the hashtag #WarCryStrength on social media.

PULSIFIER will be hitting the road opening for legendary acts Smile Empty Soul and Tantric starting in Hobbs, NM on March 5 and ending in Little Rock, AR on March 23.

ABOUT ONE OK ROCK:
Founded in Tokyo during 2005, the quartet —Taka [vocals], Toru [guitar], Tomoya [drums], and Ryota [bass]— have unassumingly emerged as a global phenomenon and one of Japan’s hottest exports with dozens of international gold and platinum certifications and billions of streams. Beyond six consecutive Top 5 entries and three #1 debuts on the Japanese Top Albums Chart, the group's global imprint has grown with a foothold stateside. They stand out as the rare force of nature who can tour alongside either The Smashing Pumpkins or Ed Sheeran — with whom they co-wrote “Renegades” for the film Rurouni Kenshin: The Final. Produced by Rob Cavallo (Green Day, My Chemical Romance), ONE OK ROCK's most-recent studio album Luxury Disease debuted at #1 in Japan marking the band's fourth straight chart topping album in their home country following the blockbusters 35xxxv, AMBITIONS, and EYE OF
THE STORM
. Luxury Disease was highlighted by the singles "Save Yourself," 'Let Me Let You Go," and "Vandalize," the latter of which featured as the ending theme for SEGA's Sonic Frontiers.

GHOST BATH | ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM ROSE THORN NECKLACE OUT ON MAY 9TH + RELEASE MUSIC VIDEO FOR TITLE TRACK

Depressive black metallers GHOST BATH have emerged from beyond the veil with their new album, Rose Thorn Necklace which will be released on May 9th via Nuclear Blast Records. Free from the Moonlover-Starmourner-Self Loather conceptual trilogy, sole proprietor Nameless (aka Dennis Mikula) explores the most intense and introspective music from GHOST BATH’s oeuvre, advancing with blackened blasts and melancholic movements while moving his only child forward into the unknown.

The first preview from the album comes in the form of the self-titled single. 'Rose Thorn Necklace'. Watch the video directed by blo0m.

GHOST BATH comments, "Rose Thorn Necklace is both beautiful and grotesque. It blurs the lines between fantasy and reality, exploring the contrast of something gorgeous and disgusting. I tried my best to not hold myself back - both musically and lyrically - and this is the result; depressive black metal with raw emotion, unique melodies, and textured synths."

Pistols At Dawn Drop "Bones" Video

Buzzy Atlanta foursome PISTOLS AT DAWN — Adam Jaffe [drums], Will James [lead guitar], Gabriel Cuevas [bass], and Jon Sookdew Sing [lead vocals] — have shared the video for their latest single "Bones," which has already gotten a great reaction from over 20 active rock stations.

Watch the video below:

"Have you ever met that person that you can't get enough of? The one that checks all your boxes. Here's the thing, though. She's just as messed up as you in every single way," the band explains about the song. '''Bones' is the story of two lovers taking on the world, accepting all the skeletons each brings to the relationship, and rolling with the punches. Because when the world cast them out, they found each other."

About the accompanying video, the band says, "It depicts the good times and the bad. And as it so often is in relationships with baggage, the good times are really good, and the bad times are really bad. Yet through the difficult times, it shows that in the end, you'll still choose to stay for something that's worth it."

Pistols At Dawn will play a showcase at the famed Viper Room in Los Angeles on February 25, with Josh Bernstein and Caity Babs hosting. Get tickets here. Additional details are in the image below. The band will also be performing at the annual #Happens radio convention, which takes place in Las Vegas on February 26 through February 28. All details are here and in the graphic, with the band taking the stage on February 27 at Backstage Bar + Billiards.

Pistols At Dawn craft the kind of rock music that doesn't just reach the rafters; it breaks through the ceiling. Sky-high hooks stretch into the heavens, a powerful low-end rumbles without apology, and riffs roar at all the right moments. Thus far, the Atlanta band have emerged as a phenomenon. They've amassed nearly 10 million global streams and views, infiltrated the Billboard and Mediabase Top 40 Active Rock charts, earned acclaim from American SongwriterBrave Words, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution, and embarked upon global tours alongside heavy-hitters such as Alter Bridge, Mammoth WVH, Fozzy, Des Rocs, and more. The quartet has canvassed the world the past few years and shows no signs of slowing down.

Stayed tuned for more, because Pistols at Dawn are leveling up.

Singer/Songwriter Annie Bosko Releases Cover of Kristofferson’s “Help Me Make It Through The Night”

Rising singer/songwriter Annie Bosko honors Kris Kristofferson with a cover of “Help Me Make It Through The Night,” available everywhere now via Stone Country Records. Listen Below

Produced by Trent Willmon (Cody Johnson, Brad Paisley, Eric Church), mixed by Jack Clarke and mastered by Andrew Mendelson, Bosko offers a heartfelt rendition that reflects her respect for Kristofferson’s storytelling and lyrical depth.

“My dad raised me on traditional country music, so it’s ingrained in my DNA and artistry. As I got older and studied my favorite songwriters, I fell deeper in love with Kristofferson’s storytelling. I always include ‘Help Me Make It Through the Night’ in my live set because it allows me to sing with raw honesty,” Bosko shares. “It’s a masterclass in songwriting—stripped down to nothing but truth, longing and vulnerability.”

“Help Me Make It Through The Night” follows the acoustic version of current chart-climbing single “Better Than You (After Hours)” with multi-Platinum selling traditionalist Joe Nichols. A smoldering, powerhouse duet, “Better Than You” landed in the top 5 most-added songs at Country radio for five consecutive weeks, including one week before impact date, as MusicRow boasts the song is “Terrific listening...Goosebump-thrilling sounding.”

With roots that run deep in the heart of California’s agricultural country, Bosko has been writing alongside David ‘Messy’ Mescon, Jeffrey Steele, Bridgette Tatum, and more, and collaborating with producer Trent Willmon to craft songs that reflect her upbringing as a farmer’s daughter, with plans to release more new music later this year.

Bosko is set to perform at festivals across the U.S. this spring and summer, including Stagecoach on the main stage, Houston Rodeo and Headwaters Country Jam. For more information, visit AnnieBosko.com or follow along on Instagram, TikTok, X@AnnieBosko and Facebook.com/AnnieBoskoMusic.

About Annie Bosko
Annie Bosko’s 2024 self-titled EP, released via Stone Country Records, saw the Golden State native making her late-night debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” with a performance of “Neon Baby” – a track that also marked her first charting single at Country radio. Bosko followed her acclaimed EP with stunning collaborations featuring country icons including Vince Gill on the reflective ballad “Higher Ground” and Dwight Yoakam on the Bakersfield-rooted “Heart Burn.” Her current single, “Better Than You” with Joe Nichols, is currently approaching the Top 40 at Country radio, hitting the airwaves as a top five most-added song for five consecutive weeks. Bosko broke out in 2014 with the SiriusXM/CMT hit “Crooked Halo,” which has amassed more than 3 million streams, earning her a title as an Artist to Watch from Rolling Stone Country. She went on to write songs recorded by Willie Nelson and Jessica Simpson, tour alongside Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley and Blake Shelton, sell out the Troubadour and perform on the Grand Ole Opry and at Ryman Auditorium while also becoming an in-demand studio vocalist. Bosko is set to perform at festivals across the U.S. this spring and summer, including Stagecoach on the main stage, Houston Rodeo and Headwaters Country Jam. Randall King’s NEON (UNPLUGGED) Available Now

When Hereford, Texas native Randall King created his sophomore major-label album Into The Neon, the neotraditionalist ventured into a new territory sonically, intentionally adding more edge and instrumentation. King always intended to strip it back, so after switching it up night-after-night across a solid year of touring, Neon (Unplugged) was complete. Recorded at Sound Stage Studios, it’s available today – listen HERE.

“One of the things I love most about country music is the ability to take one song and completely change the sound just by stripping it down to vocals, guitar and a dobro,” King says of the album he co-produced alongside Jared Conrad. “Country is equal parts two-stepping in a honkytonk and sitting around a fire singing your heart out, and I wanted to capture both. I’m excited to share this stripped back version with all of you.”

Where Into The Neon drew inspiration from the hues of neon found in the glowing honky tonk signs that backlit the more than 150 bars, dancehalls, clubs and theater stages he plays a year, Neon (Unplugged) is more reminiscent of his nights spent under those that light the skies in the plains of West Texas.

Neon (Unplugged) offers slowed-down renditions of fan-favorite waltzers “When My Baby’s In Boots” and “What Doesn’t Kill Me,” and also features King’s close friend, singer/songwriter Dan Smalley, on his reimagined honky tonk anthem, “Tonk ‘Til I Die.”

Into The Neon was released Jan. 26, 2024 to critical acclaim, leaving Holler crowning him as “the genre's neo-traditional figurehead” and Texas Monthly observing “his Texas bona fides are unimpeachable.” Into The Neon was also named among the top country albums of 2024 by Entertainment Focus and Whiskey RiffThe album yielded King’s first country radio single, “I Could Be That Rain,” which has 80 adds to-date.

About Randall King:
A West Texas native and self-described “old soul," Warner Music Nashville's Randall King has never wavered in his honky-tonk allegiance – in fact, he’s worn it like a badge of honor, growing with pride into a leading voice for today’s traditional country. Amassing nearly 400 Million streams with singles like “You In A Honky Tonk,” “Hey Cowgirl” and “Mirror, Mirror,” he’s kept the twang alive in country’s mainstream while also earning acclaim through deeply personal EPs like 2020’s Leanna, and his 2022 major label album debut, Shot Glass – which landed on both Whiskey Riff’s Top 40 Country Albums of 2022 and Billboard’s All Genre 50 Best Albums of 2022 (So Far). Schooled on icons like Keith Whitley, George Strait, Alan Jackson and John Anderson, but inspired by modern masters like Dierks Bentley and Gary Allan, King first built an independent, grass-roots following on the strength of his electrifying live shows – each one a harrowing mix of rowdy roughnecking, romantic tenderness and breathtaking emotion – never asking for permission to explore his creative vision. He has since gone on to headline all across the U.S., the U.K. and Europe, where he continues to play nearly 150 shows a year and hone his craft where it matters most. Named a Country Artist to Watch by everyone from Pandora and Country Now to Music Mayhem Magazine, his sophomore major label album Into the Neon, available now, takes that craft to the next level, as King’s neo-traditional roots meet the blood-pumping rhythms and sharp, arena-sized grooves of Y2K-era country and beyond. Co-produced by King and Jared Conrad, and featuring 18 tracks, punchy sounds exist side-by-side with timeless swagger, further blurring the line between yesteryear and today – even as King renews his forever-country vows. Into The Neon was named among the best country albums of the year by Whiskey RiffCountry Now & Entertainment Focus, and yielded King’s debut single, “I Could Be That Rain,” now at Country radio.

Written by Houser and co-produced with Jay Tooke, “Cancel” draws on spiritual introspection to promote forgiveness, calling for empathy while emphasizing the importance of listening to others and avoiding judgment.

With four new collaborations, Note To Self Deluxe expands on his 2022 project, praised by Saving Country Music as “an album full of rich tones and expressive moments, and best of all is the vocals of Randy Houser himself,” while Tennessean shares that his “forthright songwriting expresses blue-collar and home-grown values.”

Ian Munsick Announces 3rd Album ‘Eagle Feather,’ Due April 18, 2025

With the 2023 release of his sophomore album White Buffalo, Wyoming native Ian Munsick spread the Rocky Mountain gospel with his raw, untamed depiction of the American West. Expanding on the concepts of the land, people, culture and stories that inspire him, Munsick is readying the project’s follow-up, announcing his 20-track third studio album, Eagle Featherdue on April 18, 2025 via Warner Music Nashville.

While the white buffalo represents prosperity and rebirth, the eagle feather is inspired by the native symbol representing honor, strength and wisdom, and serves as a continuation of his sophomore project by highlighting Munsick’s personal growth through life experiences and lessons learned that have shaped him into who he is.

Eagle Feather is a tribute to a sacred way of life. One that epitomizes the voice of country music, yet is rarely heard among the masses,” Munsick reflects on the album’s concept. “Every one of these 20 songs is rooted in true, personal experiences that have helped create the man I am today. I offer this body of work to anyone that loves the freedom that inspires our spirit when we look over a sunset on the mountain. Or the sanctity of returning to the people and places we care about the most. May you both receive and gift your Eagle Feather.”

Produced by Munsick, Jared Conrad and Jeremy Spillman, Eagle Feather features 20 tracks, including duets with Lainey Wilson and Flatland Cavalry lead singer Cleto Cordero, with songwriter credits by fellow singer/songwriters Caitlyn Smith and Stephen Wilson Jr. as well as two rare outside cuts in “Drink Around” and today’s release, “Horses Not Hearts.”

Available today and written by Andy Albert, Michael Tyler and Ben Stennis, “Horses Not Hearts” debunks the common trope that often paints cowboys as heartbreakers on the run. “All the best cowboys I know are men of character. People that you’d want as your neighbor,” Munsick observes, “but somewhere along the trail, cowboys got a reputation of being heartbreaking outlaws who run recklessly through the world. I thought it was time to set the record straight… real cowboys break horses, not hearts.”

Munsick followed the release of White Buffalo with a coinciding documentary in 2024 titled White Buffalo: Voices of the West, expanding on the album’s concept by exploring the modern-day relationship between cowboys, ranchers and Native American tribes, and how they often rely on each other to live off the land out west. The documentary received 19 awards and 14 film festival selections, and was recently named Best Documentary of 2024 by Cowboys & Indians. The Crow Tribe officially adopted Munsick last year during his sold-out Red Rocks Amphitheatre debut following his work with them on the documentary.

Munsick is currently headlining his spring 2025 Horses Are Faster Tour featuring a rotating lineup of support including Colby Acuff, Avery Anna, Chayce Beckham, Bayker Blankenship, Kashus Culpepper, Hudson Westbrook and Jake Worthington. In 2024, Munsick opened on select dates of Wilson’s Country’s Cool Again Tour and supported Morgan Wallen on select dates of his record-setting One Night At A Time Tour.

About Ian Munsick:
A native son of Wyoming, Ian Munsick painted a stampeding, spirited portrait of the American West with his sophomore album 23-track White Buffalo: Introduce You To God, out now. Spanning unfiltered tales of romance and ranch life, hard-working anthems with honkytonk hooks and mountain-time odes to family and forever-young fun, it builds upon the spacious roots-pop beauty he introduced on his major label debut, Coyote Cry. Munsick has accumulated over 900 million global streams and a host of accolades, including having sold over 100,000 headline tickets in 2024. He has been named an “Artist to Watch” by Spotify, CMT, Fender, MusicRow and most recently was named a Martin Showcase Artist. A seasoned entertainer, having grown up tending cattle by day and playing music in a family band each night, Munsick toured recently alongside country music superstars Morgan Wallen and Cody Johnson, and as direct support for select dates of Lainey Wilson’s Country’s Cool Again tour, while simultaneously headlining his own Boots, Buckles & Bolos Tour and Country & WESTern Tour presented by Boot Barn. The Warner Music Nashville recording artist and multi-instrumentalist is representing his home, and its special cast of people, like never before. The first release from White Buffalo, standout duet “Long Live Cowgirls” (with Cody Johnson), hit No. 1 on SiriusXM’s The Highway Hot 30 Countdown, was named one of Amazon Music’s Best Country Songs of 2022 and recently received RIAA Gold-certification alongside “Long Haul” and “Horses Are Faster.” Fans of Ian Munsick will always find an open heart, natural awe and plainspoken honesty as he rides on… bringing the West to the rest. ALEXANDRA KAY CAPTIVATES WITH CONTAGIOUSLY CATCHY NEW SONG “CUPID’S A COWGIRL”

Named to Pandora’s “Artist to Watch: Country” list, Alexandra Kay, today, releases the contagiously catchy and confidently spunky uptempo sing-along “Cupid’s A Cowgirl.” Ahead of the opening weekend of her U.S. & Canada headlining “Cupid’s A Cowgirl” Tour,” listen to the new track below.

“I had just as much fun writing this song with Thrasher Gruft and Cheyanna Rose Arnspiger, as I’ve had promoting it these past couple of weeks,” says Alexandra. “I’m pretty sure we disturbed every other writing room in BMG that day, as we jumped on the couches and screamed the chorus for the demo. This song represents my lover-girl era. She is fun and pink and playful and thriving. Cupid is a cowgirl, and she knows exactly what she wants.”

Being raw, candid and vulnerable about the gut-wrenching pain she experienced throughout her divorce, the budding superstar drew in over 8.5 MILLION devoted followers, who shared in her journey of perseverance, reflection and renewal. Inviting them into her inner circle, Alexandra showed her heart by covering beloved country songs over a cup of morning coffee.

Now, confident and in her lover-girl era, Alexandra isn’t stepping away from the heartfelt emotion that her prominent debut album, All I’ve Ever Known, was anchored in. Having gone #1 on the iTunes All Genre and Country charts and Top 10 on Billboard’s Country Album, Emerging Artist and HeatSeeker charts, the “adept, propitious singer-songwriter” (Billboard) amplifies her effervescent spirit with an up-tempo sonic sound and sharp-witted lyrical detail that will have any cowgirl dancing along to the intoxicating beat -  admitting love is a rodeo in “Cupid’s A Cowgirl.”

Taken under genre-bending phenomenon Jelly Roll’s wing, the destined-for-stardom songstress most recently accompanied the country icon on his 2024 Beautifully Broken Arena Tour, which included his sold-out hometown show at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, as well as opened for Morgan Wallen at his sold-out Hyde Park show in London. She landed her first motion picture soundtrack feature with the acclaimed Twisters: The Album, sold over 80,000 tickets as an independent headlining artist and is one of the top-selling artists on TikTok Shop for music. Now signed to BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, Alexandra is finalizing her latest full-length project to release later this year that will include “Cupid’s A Cowgirl.”

PARMALEE UNVEILS UPLIFTING NEW SONG “FEELS LIKE HOME” AHEAD OF FELL IN LOVE WITH A COWGIRL ALBUM OUT APRIL 4

As their current single “Cowgirl” climbs the country radio charts, multi-PLATINUM country sensation Parmalee, known for five #1 singles and a genre-bending sound, is set to captivate fans once again with the release of their newest uptempo track “Feels Like Home.” The heartwarming song, which blends power-ballad lyrics into an irresistible country-pop swagger, is a testament to the transformative feeling of finding that special someone who makes you feel truly at home.

“We’ve always believed that music can transport someone to a place where they feel like they belong, where they feel right at home,” said the band. “We also believe that the right person can do that too. That’s what this song is about. That one who makes you feel right at home when you’re with them.  We wanted to make sure to keep the energy going with this one and make sure everyone could sing along with us, just like all the songs that have connected us with our fans!”

Written by Matt Thomas, David Fanning, Ashley Gorley, Beau Bailey, and Ned Cameron, “Feels Like Home” paints a picture of love as a safe haven — a place that, much like one’s hometown, resonates with comfort and familiarity.

“Feels Like Home” is the second track released from their forthcoming new album Fell In Love With A Cowgirl, available April 4. Fans can pre-order/pre-save/pre-add the album here. The seven-track collection launches the first part of a two-album series that magnifies Parmalee’s distinctive mix of storytelling and swagger. Their music offers a fresh take on love and adventure, celebrating both life’s grand milestones and everyday moments.

Their new single, “Cowgirl,” was released last month with MusicRow Magazine saying of the song, “Bopping and merry. The galloping electronic tempo, compressed production, and rapid-fire vocals describe tumbling head over heels in love. Catchy as can be.”

Parmalee’s evolution from chart-topping hits to innovative new sounds continues to solidify their place at the forefront of the country genre. With “Feels Like Home,” the band invites listeners on a musical journey that’s equal parts nostalgic and refreshing—an anthem for anyone who’s ever found solace in love.
