Morgan Wallen’s Roisterous Return to SNL

Live from New York, Morgan Wallen returned to NBC’s Saturday Night Live last night (3/29/25) to perform two new songs from his fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, arriving Friday, May 16, 2025.

Host and Oscar winner Mikey Madison first introduced Wallen for “I’m The Problem.” Strumming his Martin J40 guitar center stage, Wallen took to the iconic 30 Rock set with an evidence board filled by personal images of the superstar dating back to 2018, as Mark “Taco” Annino on drums set atop a vintage desk riser flanked by his touring band Luke Rice on bass; Dominic Frost on guitar and vocals; Tyler Tomlinson on guitar; Chris Gladden on keys; and Tony Aichele on acoustic guitar.

Three segments later Wallen returned with “Just In Case,” this time kicking off next to a TV console with text periodically flickering, sending fans into a frenzy online about the much rumored album track titles.

“Just In Case” was written by Wallen, John Byron, Jacob Kasher Hindlin, Ryan Vojtesak, Josh Thompson, Blake Pendergrass and Alex Bak; and “I’m The Problem” was written by Wallen, Ernest Keith Smith, Ryan Vojtesak, Grady Block and Jamie McLaughlin. Both songs were produced by Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome. Listen to “Just In Case” HERE and “I’m The Problem” below.

Wallen recently became the first artist ever to have two albums spend over 100 weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard200 chart, with Forbes proclaiming “he’s managed incredible feats that few in his genre before him came close to.” With each album, Wallen has refined his music, but with this one, Wallen digs even deeper, providing a glimpse into his life that feels more intimate, more grounded, and closer to his core.

The project sparked Wallen’s 2025 I’m The Problem Tour. Kicking off June 20 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, Wallen’s 20-show run will include stops in Seattle, Washington; Foxborough, Massachusetts; Toronto, Ontario and more. With a second stop recently added in Madison, Wisconsin, Wallen’s appearances will mark the first time an artist has played two consecutive nights at Camp Randall Stadium.

A rotating lineup of guests including Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel join in direct support with Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and Anne Wilson as first-of-three across select dates. Coupled with Wallen’s Sand In My Boots Festival, these 21 shows are the only place to see the superstar in 2025.

About Morgan Wallen:
Morgan Wallen sets the pace in, and beyond, country music – with Billboard calling him “the biggest country star in the world” and The New York Times doubling down, declaring he’s “one of the biggest stars in pop, period.” With 17 No. 1 singles at Country radio, 19 Billboard Music Awards to-date, more than 170 weeks spent atop Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart (the most in country music history), the highest selling country tour under his belt and moreWallen has propelled country music to a global level in less than five years. As Las Vegas Review Journal puts it: “Wallen’s appeal is remarkable as it is fueled by his ability to connect to a crowd.”

With Dangerous: The Double Album, Wallen solidified his place as country music’s “dominant superstar,” with the project recently being named Billboard’s No. 1 Album of the 21st Century. One Thing At A Time’s groundbreaking success saw Wallen’s crossover appeal reach a global scale, as he topped the Australian ARIA charts for the first time, along with a host of other accolades. With two No. 1’s already hailing from his forthcoming album release I’m The Problem, due May 16 via Big Loud / Mercury, Wallen digs even deeper, uncovering a side that’s both more vulnerable and more resolute than ever before.

As Wallen prepares a refreshed setlist for his 20-stadium-show I’m the Problem Tour, kicking off on June 20 in Houston, Texas, he’s also highlighting some of his favorite artists by bringing the personally-curated, multi-genre Sand In My Boots Festival to Gulf Shores, Alabama, this May, which sold out in less than two hours.

Morgan Wallen’s ‘I’m The Problem’ Due May 16; 2 New Tracks Available Tonight

Announcing directly to his fans first, Morgan Wallen shared the release date for his upcoming fourth studio album, I’m The Problem: May 16, 2025. With the album combining Wallen’s country, cross and dirt-rock influences, the release will appropriately coincide with his inaugural, all-genre Sand In My Boots Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama May 16-18. Pre-save I’m The Problem HERE.

Having spent nearly a year writing and refining the tracklist from his farm just outside of Nashville with core collaborators, including producers Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome, the process was reflective for Wallen, taking inventory of where he’s been and where he’s headed – and not shying away from the past.

“I have been a problem, for sure, and I’ve got no problem admitting that,” Wallen says. “But there are other sides to me as well. I’ve spent the last 11 months really trying to figure out, ‘Do I still want to be the problem? Is it time to move past that phase in my life?’ I think it probably is, and this might be the last time I get a chance to honestly say it.”

Two new songs off the album arrive tonight: “Just In Case,” written by Wallen, John Byron, Jacob Kasher Hindlin, Ryan Vojtesak, Josh Thompson, Blake Pendergrass and Alex Bak; and “I’m A Little Crazy,” written by Michael Hardy, Smith Ahnquist, Hunter Phelps and Jameson Rodgers. Both songs were produced by Joey Moi, with Charlie Handsome joining as co-producer for “Just In Case.” Pre-save "Just In Case" HERE and "I'm A Little Crazy" HERE.

Upon its release in October, the song became Wallen’s first solo song to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Morgan Wallen’s Stoic Surprise Release, “Smile,” Out Now

19x Billboard Music Awards winner and two-time 2025 GRAMMY nominee Morgan Wallen surprises fans with an unexpected release, “Smile,” originally teased on Wallen’s Instagram and TikTok. Listen HERE and watch the official music video, directed by Justin Clough, Below.

Written by Wallen, Rocky Block, John Byron, Ernest Keith Smith, Ryan Vojtesak and Luis Witkiewitz, “Smile” is a continuation of a theme set by previous releases, “Lies Lies Lies” and “Love Somebody,” as the narrator navigates life’s little moments and longings. “Smile” depicts a relationship as we see them today through filtered snapshots: It was good to see you smile / Girl you know it’s been a while / It was good to see you smile / Even if it was just for the picture.

“Lies Lies Lies” recently became Wallen’s 16th No. 1 at country radio, while “Love Somebody” – celebrated by HITS Daily Double as a “heartbreak hit-in-the-making,” and Billboard as an “instantaneous chart-topper” – debuted at No. 1 globally across five countries, becoming Wallen’s first solo song to debut at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 100 chart upon release. “Love Somebody” led Wallen to become the first artist to have three singles sit atop the Billboard 100 and Hot Country Songs charts simultaneously.

After concluding his record-breaking One Night At A Time Tour in October – which spanned 87 shows, 57 stadium shows and 10 countries across two years – Wallen will host his inaugural Sand In My Boots Festival on the beaches of Gulf Shores, AL in 2025. The festival, which sold out in less than two hours of on-sale, will feature headlining sets by Wallen, Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn and HARDY across three days and three nights, with additional guests including Riley Green, Bailey Zimmerman, T-Pain, Diplo, Wiz Khalifa, The War on Drugs, 2 Chainz, Chase Rice, Three 6 Mafia, 3 Doors Down, Ella Langley, ERNEST, Morgan Wade, Moneybagg Yo and more. His collaboration with Post Malone, “I Had Some Help,” became only the second single in chart history to debut with the support of all reporting stations and remained No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 all-genre charts for six weeks. With 16 chart-toppers at country radio, Wallen’s 87-show One Night At A Time World Tour, spanning two years, 10 countries/3 continents and 51 stadium plays, concluded at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium on Oct. 19. Performing to over 3.1 million fans, One Night At A Time was named a Billboard and Pollstar Country Tour of the Year in 2023, as well as People’s Choice Country Concert Tour of 2024, surpassing attendance records in numerous stops; including Neyland Stadium and Ohio Stadium, where Wallen became the largest weekend ever for both venues. Morgan Wallen Releases “Love Somebody (Live from Neyland Stadium)”

After concluding two years on the road touring his third studio album with his record-setting One Night At A Time tour, 15-time Billboard Music Awards winner Morgan Wallen has doubled down in the studio setting up his next era. Today, to commemorate Friday’s (10/18) release of “Love Somebody” and his homecoming shows in Knoxville in September – which became the largest weekend on-record for the city with 156,161 fans in attendance – Wallen releases his “Love Somebody (Live from Neyland Stadium)” music video. Watch Below.

Directed by David Lehr & David Forehand and co-directed by Global Extreme, “Love Somebody (Live from Neyland Stadium)” was filmed Sept. 22 on the second of two nights at University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium. Wallen became only the fourth artist ever to play the venue, which is the sixth largest college football stadium in the U.S., and surpassed the attendance record previously held by The Jackson 5 across three shows in 1984 (148,407).

“‘Love Somebody’ is a little bit of a new approach lyrically and sonically,” Wallen shared upon the song’s release on Oct. 18. “I wanted to try something different, with what I wanted to talk about, how I wanted it to sound, and we were inspired by Latin-leaning influences. I’m really excited about this song and pumped that it is out.”

“Love Somebody,” celebrated by HITS Daily Double as a “heartbreak hit-in-the-making,” was written by Wallen alongside John Byron, Ashley Gorley, Jacob Kasher Hindlin, Elof Loelv and Ryan Vojtesak, and was produced by Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome (Dangerous: The Double Album and One Thing At A Time). Craving something different against a neon-lit backdrop, the East Tennessean singer/songwriter offers a candid glimpse at the difficulties of finding someone “Who ain't hypnotized / By dollar signs and blindin' lights,” as he searches for authenticity.

Also in 2025, Wallen will host his inaugural Sand In My Boots Festival on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Wallen, Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn and HARDY will headline the festival across three days and three nights, with additional guests including Riley Green, Bailey Zimmerman, T-Pain, Diplo, Wiz Khalifa, The War on Drugs, 2 Chainz, Chase Rice, Three 6 Mafia, 3 Doors Down, Ella Langley, ERNEST, Morgan Wade, Moneybagg Yo and more. For full details and tickets, visit sandinmybootsfest.com as tickets go on sale this Friday (10/25).

Morgan Wallen’s “Love Somebody” Available Everywhere Now

On the heels of his third studio album One Thing At A Time attaining 7x Platinum certification by the RIAA, this year’s leading CMA Award nominee Morgan Wallen delivers the first taste of his upcoming project, releasing “Love Somebody,” available now. Listen Below.

Riding high off the success of Billboard’s 2024 Song of the Summer “I Had Some Help” with Post Malone and latest single, “Lies, Lies, Lies,” Wallen, originally previewed “Love Somebody” on the European leg of his One Night At A Time 2024 Tour. About Morgan Wallen
When 15-time Billboard Music Awards-winner and current CMA Awards Entertainer of the Year nominee Morgan Wallen released his third studio album One Thing At A Time in 2023, its instant success left The New York Times proclaiming Wallen as “one of the biggest stars in pop, period.” One Thing At A Time has remained atop the all-genre Billboard 200 chart for 19 non-consecutive weeks and was the most-streamed album of the year on Spotify. The album’s 7x-Platinum single “Last Night” reeled in over 2.2 billion streams globally, becoming the most-streamed song of any genre in the U.S. across Apple Music and Spotify, and the longest running No. 1 solo song in Hot 100 history (16 weeks total). The 38-show 2024 extension of One Night At A Time has led Wallen to over 50 stadium-plays, and included his first European run with seven shows in five countries. Wallen’s Historic Neyland Stadium Double Wraps as Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker Surprise + All Vol Walk Out

As East Tennessean Morgan Wallen concluded his two-show-run at Neyland Stadium – the sixth largest college football stadium in the U.S. – the current 7-time CMA Award nominee made history with Knoxville’s largest weekend on-record, totalling 156,161 fans across both nights. The tally surpasses the record previously held by The Jackson 5 across three shows in 1984 (148,407).

Two-time Super Bowl champion and former University of Tennessee Knoxville (UTK) quarterback Peyton Manning joined for the second-of-two weekend walkouts, donning his retired college uniform – flanked by current UTK football coach Josh Heupel, quarterback Nico Iamaleava and wide receiver Bru McCoy – as their alma mater eagerly welcomed the All Vols walk-out back on their turf.

Transferring to a more intimate B-Stage toward the back of the venue for a stripped down performance of his 4x-Platinum rendition of Jason Isbell’s “Cover Me Up,” Wallen reflected on his career, which was first fostered in local bars throughout Knoxville, saying, “When me and the boys first started playing shows, we started out playing bars, real small venues. Worked our way up to places like Cotton Eyed Joe. Then we worked our way up to clubs, theaters, arenas and amphitheaters – we pretty much played any kind of venue there is, and all of a sudden you guys went and sold out Neyland today. Thank you.

“One thing that I miss though about the smaller shows is I could walk out on stage and I could look pretty much everybody in the eyes, so this is my attempt at trying to recreate some of that. To come back here and look some more of y’all in the eyes and say thank you for supporting me and my music.”

After “Cover Me Up,” Wallen welcomed his first-of-two surprise guests of the evening, Miranda Lambert, for a live performance of the No. 1 “Thought You Should Know,” which Lambert co-wrote alongside Wallen and Nicolle Galyon. Introducing Lambert to the audience, the East Tennessean shared, “Me and this next artist, we got together one day and wrote a few songs, and this is the first song we ever wrote. I brought this song into the room and I needed some help from a lady’s perspective to help me write a song for my mama.”

Returning to the main stage, Wallen once again welcomed HARDY and ERNEST for “Up Down” and “Cowgirls,” respectively, before singing cuts off of Dangerous: The Double Album, including “Talkin' Tennessee,” an homage to his roots which was added to his setlist only for his Neyland Stadium shows.

Two songs before the encore, three-time GRAMMY-Award-winner Darius Rucker surprised the crowd joining Wallen for a joint performance of his Diamond-certified rendition of “Wagon Wheel” to rousing reception.

On Friday, Sept. 20, Wallen made his first weekend walk-out flanked by the 2024 National Champion Tennessee Volunteers baseball team and Coach Tony Vitello – trophy in hand. Later in the evening, Wallen welcomed the first entertainer he ever saw in concert in his hometown, Eric Church, to his acoustic stage for the Dangerous Church-penned cut “Quittin’ Time,” before being joined by  HARDY and ERNEST for “Up Down” and “Flower Shops”/“Cowgirls,” respectively, back on the main stage.

Wallen also announced Friday his unreleased song “Love Somebody,” which was first added to his setlist during his European tour in August, will officially be released on Oct. 18. Pre-save “Love Somebody” HERE and read the full night one recap HERE.

In anticipation of the run, The Morgan Wallen Foundation donated $140k to Gibbs Youth Sports (GYS) Friday, Sept. 20 during a press conference held at Neyland Stadium. The donation will go toward renovating Ruritan Park, which serves students from Gibbs High School, where Wallen attended, and surrounding areas in Knox County, allowing GYS to rebuild the inside of the fieldhouse to offer indoor fielding and batting options for local recreation teams. Renovations include batting cages and machines, as well as pitching lanes and a fielding area. Currently there are no facilities like that in the Gibbs/Corryton area.

Wallen has three shows remaining on his One Night At A Time 2024 tour, including one night at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium on Oct. 4, and two consecutive nights at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium on Oct. 18 and 19. For more information, visit MorganWallen.com.

Morgan Wallen at Neyland: National Champions+Eric Church Create Memorable Nt. 1

With “Welcome Home Morgan” signs and neon displays installed across the city in hotel lobbies, restaurants and bars, the anticipation of Morgan Wallen’s two nights at Neyland Stadium was palpable across Knoxville the days leading up to his homecoming. The East Tennessean matched their excitement from the jump as he charged down the gauntlet making his first-of-two weekend walk-outs flanked by the 2024 National Champion Tennessee Volunteers baseball team and Coach Tony Vitello – trophy in hand. Registering 114 decibels, the crowd of 70,000+ enthusiastically welcomed them all home.

Fans showed up early on Friday, Sept. 20 as gates opened at 4:30 pm, many donning orange and white, filling in both pits lining Wallen’s signature “MW” stage backed into the endzone.

The current 7-time CMA Award nominee opened his 26-song set with upbeat “Ain’t That Some” and “I Wrote The Book” before stating how monumental this weekend is for him.

After pausing to take the moment in, Wallen shared, “I really appreciate that warm welcome, that means a lot to me. The last time I was in this stadium I was watching Tennessee kick Alabama’s ass. I can't think of a better way to follow it up than to be here playing two sold-out shows this weekend. This is one of the most special days of my entire life and I’m very glad you guys chose to spend this weekend here with me – it means a lot.

“Before we get any further I want to make sure you make some noise for my band and crew who show up here early in advance to make sure we get to play the music y’all love. I have a lot of people here who mean a lot to me,” he added. “I’ve got my little boy here, both my grandmothers here, my mom, my dad, my sisters, my nieces. I have been very fortunate to do a lot of great things over the last few years, but I know that this right here is going to be extremely hard to top as one of the coolest things I’ve ever gotten to do. We’re gonna play a lot of songs tonight, I threw in a couple extra songs that I don’t normally play. I didn’t even ask about the curfew, so we’re just gonna play as long as we want to tonight.”

Wallen once again added his unreleased song “Love Somebody” to the setlist for the night, revealing its release date to fans from the stage. Pre-save “Love Somebody,” out Friday, Oct. 18, HERE. Twelve-songs-in, Wallen welcomed the first entertainer he ever saw in concert in his hometown, Eric Church, to his acoustic stage for the Dangerous cut “Quittin’ Time,” before being joined by  HARDY and ERNEST for “Up Down” and “Flower Shops”/“Cowgirls,” respectively, back on the main stage.

Over two hours in, the electrifying show came to an appropriate close with a full-fledged fireworks show as he concluded with “The Way I Talk,” and with the crowd repeating “I just live the way I talk.”

In anticipation of the run, The Morgan Wallen Foundation donated $140k to Gibbs Youth Sports (GYS) yesterday during a press conference held at Neyland Stadium. Morgan Wallen Readies for Homecoming Shows in Knoxville w/ $140,000 Foundation Donation to Gibbs Youth Sports

Ahead of current 7-time CMA Award nominee Morgan Wallen’s return to his hometown – with two nights slated at University of Tennessee Knoxville’s Neyland Stadium today (Sept. 20) and Sunday (Sept. 22) – The Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF) donated $140,000 to Gibbs Youth Sports.

During a press briefing held at Neyland Stadium, MWF Executive Director, Kathleen Flaherty and MWF Program Director and Wallen’s mother, Lesli Wallen, presented a check to Gibbs Youth Sports (GYS) President Nate Stachey and Baseball Commissioner William Lynam to renovate Ruritan Park.

“We’re here today on behalf of The Morgan Wallen Foundation which was founded two years ago and sprang out of the heart and soul of Morgan Wallen,” shared Flaherty. “Morgan is a person who’s well aware how blessed he’s been in this life and he wants to give back. Our mission is to provide access to youth in the areas of sports and music as well as giving back to communities in need. Sports and music helped define his life and instilled in him the value of hard work.”

“Being a baseball mom, this is very special to me that my son is able to give back to the community that blessed us so much and that he played sports in,” adds Lesli Wallen. “Nate sent in an application to our foundation asking for any help – that’s all he asked for. I walk up there sometimes at the Gibbs Youth Sports Ruritan Park and I see how in disrepair the park is. So, we started conversations asking what we can do to make this park a better park - and a special place - for our kids to be proud to go to.”

Ruritan Park serves students from Gibbs High School, where Wallen attended, and surrounding areas in Knox County. Gibbs Youth Sports (GYS) has had a fieldhouse for several years. Due to lack of funds, it has never been built out to serve youth’s sports needs. Local youth have been unable to practice baseball when the weather isn’t ideal, and have not had a means to practice in all seasons, year-round and to gather as a team when weather is bad. Instead, they have been forced to travel across Knoxville to other facilities, without viable options for indoor practice in the Northeast end of Knox County.

MWF will change that and with this donation, allowing GYS to rebuild the inside of the fieldhouse to offer indoor fielding and batting options for local recreation teams. Renovations include batting cages and machines, as well as pitching lanes and a fielding area. Currently there are no facilities like that in the Gibbs/Corryton area.

“This is an amazing day for the Gibbs community, the children and all of Knox County in East Tennessee. What the Morgan Wallen Foundation is doing for us, I can’t begin to tell you what it means to Gibbs Youth Sports,” reflects Stachey. “Our conversations were always so deep in what they could do to benefit our organization and how Morgan might be able to help us. It started with the little things and it turned into a big list, and we kept praying and asking because without what we’ve talked about, we’d be 15 years behind on getting these repairs done by ourselves. So, I can’t thank them enough. I can’t thank Mr. Wallen enough for what he’s doing, remembering who he is and what it was like to play youth baseball. With his help, we’re going to become one of the premier ballparks in Knox County. I’m so thankful.”

In a video message addressing attendees, Morgan Wallen shared, “This is a special weekend for me getting to come back home and play Neyland. I just wanted to say thank you to everybody in Knoxville for the support over the years and to celebrate that, I wanted to give a donation with my foundation to the Gibbs Youth Sports. We’re gonna do a renovation of Ruritan Park. We’re gonna be doing a lot of work there, but the overall gist of it is they’re gonna make the park usable all year round for the kids there. Really awesome stuff. Me and my foundation, we’ve been giving back to communities all over the country, and the world, really, for the last couple of years but there is none more important than this one and I hope this opportunity helps create the ability for more kids to play sports in my hometown for years to come.”

Ruritan Park generally sees approximately 300 kids in the spring season in recreation baseball and approximately 160 in the fall. This donation will provide access to 400-500 people who utilize the park on any given night, including parents and family, as well as 15 travel ball teams.

Along with this donation, the Morgan Wallen Foundation has donated to many other East Tennessee organizations this year, including Powell High School Band, Second Harvest East Tennessee, New Market Field and Roy Harmon Field in Jefferson City and more.

With $80,000 going toward Roy Harmon Field via the City Parks Department and $20,000 toward New Market Field via Jefferson City Little League, the renovations include new infields, bases, dug outs, press boxes, backstop padding, fencing and more. Morgan Wallen: 'One Night At A Time 2024' @ Neyland Stadium, Sunday, Sept. 22

It’s no secret that 11-time Billboard Music Award-winner Morgan Wallen has remained loyal to his Tennessee roots throughout his career. Growing up in Sneedville, Tennessee, before moving to Knoxville as a teenager, Wallen’s affinity for the University of Tennessee Vols has inspired hits such as “Tennessee Fan” and “Had Me By Halftime,” while he continues to cheer on his favorite team between tour stops.

Now Wallen, celebrated by Philadelphia Inquirer as a “savvy showman,” is bookending his Pollstar and Billboard-awarded Country Tour of the Year, One Night At A Time, with a show he’s always wanted to headline: Neyland Stadium. Produced by Live Nation, on Sunday, Sept. 22, Wallen will be joined by special guests HARDY and fellow Tennessee-native ERNEST with tickets going on-sale at 11 AM EST this Wednesday, July 17. Available at MorganWallen.com.

“I’ve had the honor of playing in a lot of college, MLB and NFL stadiums the past two years, but getting to play to my hometown at Neyland Stadium, nothing tops this for a boy from East Tennessee,” shares Wallen, who reactivated his Instagram this morning to share the news.

Fans can also purchase VIP Packages, which may include premium tickets, guided backstage tour, group photo on the stage, invitation to the Morgan Wallen VIP Lounge, VIP-exclusive gift item and more. VIP package contents vary based on the offer selected. For more information, visit vipnation.com.

Wallen recently returned stateside following his BST Hyde Park London headlining debut alongside openers Riley Green, ERNEST, Ella Langley, Alana Springsteen, Zandi Holup and more. Becoming the largest country concert ever held in the U.K. with over 50,000 attendees, Wallen’s performance left The Times noting “America’s biggest country star charms Hyde Park” as Billboard added Wallen established himself “as a key figure in heightening country music’s global reach.”

While in the U.K., Wallen also released fan-favorite “Lies Lies Lies” after originally recording it at London’s Abbey Road Studios for his digital series Abbey Road Sessions on Dec. 5, 2023. With Music Row critic Robert Oermann declaring it a “lovelorn lament,” Billboard opined “the angst-fueled ballad offers a vessel for the soulful nuances in Wallen’s Tennessee twang.”

With a portion of every ticket purchased to his live shows benefiting The Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF), the nonprofit recently donated $100,000 to the community of Jefferson City to improve and renovate two local baseball fields. With $80,000 going toward Roy Harmon Field via the City Parks Department and $20,000 toward New Market Field via Jefferson City Little League, the renovations include new infields, bases, dug outs, press boxes, backstop padding, fencing and more. Read more HERE.

With just ten dates remaining on One Night At A Time in the U.S., Wallen will kick-off his first-ever European tour on Aug. 28 in Stockholm, Sweden. The seven show run will include additional stops in Copenhagen, Denmark; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Glasgow, U.K. and more before concluding with two back-to-back nights in Dublin, Ireland.

Morgan Wallen Takes Over London

Morgan Wallen celebrated his American Express presents BST Hyde Park debut with a London takeover on July 4, complete with projections of his One Thing At A Time cover art throughout four of the city’s iconic destinations – Camden, Southbank, Tate Modern and Wellington Arch – and a surprise drop of a U.K. exclusive “Lies Lies Lies” physical CD, available for purchase HERE. “Lies Lies Lies” is available now on all streaming platforms; listen HERE.

Wallen’s Hyde Park show marked his first U.K. appearance since performing to a sold-out crowd at The O2 in Dec. 2023, and the first time a contemporary country artist has headlined an all genre festival. Traversing the audience of 50,000 through 24 songs – becoming the largest country concert ever held in the U.K. – Wallen’s pyro-filled set ignited the enthusiastic crowd, as he treated them to a solo rendition of current single “I Had Some Help,” an acoustic performance of newly-released “Lies Lies Lies” and a plethora of hits before capping the night with “The Way I Talk” off his 2018 debut album If I Know Me.

Written by Jessie Jo Dillon, Josh Miller, Daniel Ross and Chris Tompkins, and produced by Joey Moi, Wallen timed the release of “Lies Lies Lies” to his return to the city where it was originally recorded. Recorded at London’s iconic Studio Two at Abbey Road Studios on Dec. 5, 2023, “Lies Lies Lies” was part of his Abbey Road Sessionsreleased on March 3, 2024 to celebrate the one-year anniversary of his record-breaking third studio album, One Thing At A Time.

“Lies Lies Lies” arrives as Wallen’s Billboard Hot 100 six-week No. 1 hit with Post Malone, “I Had Some Help” becomes 2024's longest running No. 1, while simultaneously skyrocketing to No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart in just seven weeks – the quickest climb to the top since Garth Brooks’ “More Than a Memory” in 2007. The single’s global appeal led it to reach No.1 across the UK, Australia and Canada, in addition to the US last week.

With a portion of every ticket purchased to his live shows benefiting The Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF) – which operates on the core belief that all children deserve a chance to thrive, play, and create through sports and music – MWF earmarked $20,000 to support London Youth Choirs (LYC). LYC’s mission is to improve access to singing and music for disadvantaged young people, and Wallen’s donation will support them to find their unique voice and to thrive through music.

Wallen will return overseas on Aug. 28 in Stockholm, Sweden to kick-off his first-ever European tour. The seven show run will include additional stops in Copenhagen, Denmark; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Glasgow, U.K. and more before concluding with two back-to-back nights in Dublin, Ireland.

About Morgan Wallen:
When 11-time 2023 Billboard Music Awards-winner and Top Male Artist Morgan Wallen released his third studio album One Thing At A Time in 2023, its instant success left The New York Times proclaiming Wallen as “one of the biggest stars in pop, period.” One Thing At A Time has remained atop the all-genre Billboard 200 chart for 19 non-consecutive weeks, surpassing Garth Brooks’ Ropin’ the Wind with the most weeks at No. 1 for a Country album, and was the most-streamed album of the year on Spotify. The album’s 6x-Platinum single “Last Night” reeled in over 1.5 billion streams globally, becoming the most-streamed song of any genre in the U.S. across Apple Music and Spotify, and the longest running No. 1 solo song in Hot 100 history (16 weeks total). Recent collab with Post Malone, “I Had Some Help,” debuted at country radio with 167 first week adds, becoming only the second single in chart history to debut with the support of all reporting stations, opening at No. 15 on the Mediabase charts. Since its release, “I Had Some Help” has remained No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 all-genre charts for six weeks, becoming the longest-running No.1 of 2024.

With 14 chart-toppers at country radio, Wallen played for 5 countries/3 continents in 2023 for his One Night At A Time World Tour stadium tour. Performing to over 2.4 million fans, One Night At A Time was named a Billboard and Pollstar Country Tour of the Year, surpassing attendance records in numerous stops; including Ohio Stadium, where Wallen became the largest weekend ever for the venue. The 36-show 2024 extension of One Night At A Time takes Wallen to 24 additional stadium-plays, and will include Wallen’s first European run with seven shows this fall. Morgan Wallen’s Highly-Anticipated “Lies Lies Lies” Available 7/5

As his Billboard Hot 100 six-week No. 1 hit with Post Malone, “I Had Some Help” becomes 2024's longest running No. 1 – and as he prepares to return to London for his headlining BST Hyde Park debut on July 4 – East Tennessean Morgan Wallen readies his highly-anticipated “Lies Lies Lies” for release on Friday, July 5 via Big Loud/Mercury/Republic. Pre-save HERE.

Written by Jessie Jo Dillon, Josh Miller, Daniel Ross and Chris Tompkins, and produced by Joey Moi, “Lies Lies Lies” was originally recorded by Wallen at London’s iconic Studio Two at Abbey Road Studios on Dec. 5, 2023 following his sold-out show at The O2 on Dec. 3, 2023. Recorded as part of his Abbey Road Sessionsthe digital series, including “Lies Lies Lies,” was released on March 3, 2024 to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Wallen’s record-breaking third studio album, One Thing At A Time.

“Lies Lies Lies” depicts the narrator’s attempt to convince a past love that he’s moved on in one breath, before admittedly deeming them all “lies” and caving into his true feelings. With Holler noting Wallen injects “a sense of tenderness and vulnerability into his delivery” with his “distinctive, charismatic drawl,” “Lies Lies Lies” has become a staple on his Pollstar and Billboard-awarded Country Tour of the Year, One Night At A Time.

Wallen will rein in the song’s release in the city where it was originally recorded, as he prepares for his first-ever headlining set at BST Hyde Park London on July 4. Featuring openers Riley Green, ERNEST, Ella Langley, Alana Sprinsteen, Zandi Holup and more, limited tickets remain and can be purchased at BST-HydePark.com

Wallen will commemorate the show with U.K. exclusive merch available at Hyde Park while supplies last. A limited edition “Lies Lies Lies” t-shirt will also be available online-only at Shop.MorganWallen.com beginning July 5 at 9am ET.

A portion of every ticket purchased to his live shows benefits The Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF), which operates on the core belief that all children deserve a chance to thrive, play, and create through sports and music. To further celebrate his Hyde Park debut, MWF has earmarked $20,000 to support London Youth Choirs (LYC). LYC’s mission is to improve access to singing and music for disadvantaged young people, and Wallen’s donation will support them to find their unique voice and to thrive through music.

As Wallen continues to tease new music, his 5x Platinum One Thing At A Time recently returned to the top of Billboard’s Country Albums chart, totaling 53 weeks spent at No. 1, the sole second-longest lead in the chart’s history, only behind Dangerous: The Double Album, which remained at No. 1 for 97 non-consecutive weeks.

His recent Post Malone collaboration, “I Had Some Help,” skyrocketed to No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart in just seven weeks – the quickest climb to No. 1 since Garth Brooks’ “More Than a Memory” in 2007 – and has been declared a Song of the Summer contender by SpotifyVariety and more.

Morgan Wallen Announces Special Guests for Hyde Park London on July 4

American Express presents BST Hyde Park is excited to welcome 11x Billboard Music Award winner and reigning Male Artist of the Year Morgan Wallen, headlining on Thursday, July 4. Today, we welcome more special guests to the line up, including Alana Springsteen, Alexandra Kay, Zandi Holup, Abbie Mac, The Halfway Kid and Evan Bartels. They join the previously announced Riley Green, ERNEST and Ella Langley. Tickets for this unmissable show are on sale now, available at www.bst-hydepark.com

Alana Springsteen is a young Nashville singer songwriter leading a new generation of country stars, having released her debut album TWENTY SOMETHING last year. She has been writing songs since she was nine years old, inspired by a Taylor Swift concert, even penning a track on her album called ‘taylor did’ in tribute. But she is blazing her own trail and her connection with audiences, both in real life and online, which will be in evidence in Hyde Park this summer.

Alexandra Kay is another young star for the digital age, building her career with millions of video views online before making her Grand Ole Opry debut at the age of 22. She has since collaborated with the likes of Tim McGraw and Randy Travis, played the UK’s Country to Country festival, and independently released her debut album All I’ve Ever Known in 2023, adding to her 300 million streams so far.

Another newcomer for BST Hyde Park audiences to discover is prolific artist-writer Zandi Holup. Reminiscent of folk heroes like Dolly Parton and Joni Mitchell, Holup made her debut last year with the song "Gas Station Flowers." Her raw brand of original folk country flourishes through unfiltered storytelling and her emotive vocals, supported by a growing grassroots following of listeners.

Also on the line-up and waiting to be discovered are Derry’s teenage singer songwriter Abbie Mac, British-Sudanese folk singer The Halfway Kid, and up-and-coming Nebraskan Evan Bartels.

Previously announced is the first ever UK performance for country star Riley Green, Nashville's most unpredictable hitmaker ERNEST, plus artist to watch, Ella Langley.

Headliner Morgan Wallen says, “Last fall was my first time in the UK and man, I loved it. I saw so much while I was there, and the people were incredible. To play where legendary artists like Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones have played is a huge honour for me and my band, and we can’t wait to be back.”

One of today’s brightest stars in music, Morgan Wallen has been riding a non-stop wave of success with a string of 13 No. 1 hits. His latest single with Post Malone, “I Had Some Help,” was a major hit upon release, placing at No. 2 in the Official Charts in the UK, while simultaneously catapulting to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 all-genre charts, where it has remained for four consecutive weeks.

Wallen's rise to prominence has been nothing short of meteoric. With The New York Times proclaiming Wallen as “one of the biggest stars in pop, period,” he continues to reign as one of Country’s top touring artists, playing to over 2.4 million fans. Wallen will bring the show to BST Hyde Park for the first time this summer.

Earlier this year, Wallen released Abbey Road Sessions, commemorating the one-year anniversary of his record-setting album One Thing At A Time. Recorded in London in the iconic Studio Two at the world-renowned Abbey Road Studios on Dec. 5, 2023, the digital series includes five live recordings from One Thing At A Time, an unreleased fan-favorite, “Lies Lies Lies,” and a never-before-recorded cover of British rock band Nothing But Thieves’ “Graveyard Whistling.” Watch/listen to Abbey Road Sessions HERE.

Wallen's authentic storytelling and raw emotion struck a chord with fans, propelling him to the forefront of the country music scene. Last year saw him release his third studio album, One Thing At A Time, which reigned atop the all-genre Billboard 200 chart for 19 non-consecutive weeks, tying Garth Brooks’ Ropin’ the Wind with the most weeks at No. 1 for a Country album, and was the most-streamed album of the year on Spotify. The album recently returned to No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart for its 51st non-consecutive week, the sole second-longest command in the chart’s 60- year history.

The lineup for American Express presents BST Hyde Park 2024 is set to be truly spectacular, with headliners SZA (June 29), Kings of Leon (June 30), Morgan Wallen (July 4), Andrea Bocelli (July 5), Robbie Williams (July 6), Shania Twain (July 7), Stevie Nicks (July 12), Kylie (July 13) and Stray Kids (July 14), with the full line up for each day to be announced, and All Things Orchestral on June 28.

Morgan Wallen's This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen to Open Saturday, June 1

TC Restaurant Group announces its one-of-a-kind six-story venue in partnership with Morgan Wallen called “This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen” will open Saturday, June 1 at 11 am. The bar, restaurant and live music concept in downtown Nashville’s iconic Lower Broadway district is located by the front entrance of the famed Ryman Auditorium.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our first guests on Saturday, June 1, to This Bar leading into CMA Fest,” said Grant Burlingame, vice president of operations at TC Restaurant Group. “This venue has been a labor of love for us and Morgan. His fans and music lovers alike will love the experiences they will find at This Bar. We’re proud to open its doors.”

After the June 1 opening, fans and guests can stay tuned on social channels (@mwthisbar) and the website (www.mwthisbar.com) for updates on on-going hours leading into CMA Fest.

The opening comes after news that Wallen’s recent three-performance weekend at Nissan Stadium contributed to a record setting weekend of hotel bookings in Nashville, according to information shared by the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp. 75,000 hotel rooms were sold from May 3 to May 4, the most in the city’s history.

Wallen, who The New York Times calls “the biggest country star of the 2020s — and one of the biggest stars in pop, period,” partnered with trusted Broadway owner and operator TC Restaurant Group to bring his vision to life and deliver an experience true to himself and unique to the market.

Since launching his career, Wallen has primarily shared his music and stories with fans directly on the road at his live shows, and This Bar is an extension of the boy from East Tennessee’s life. Paying homage to growing up in Tennessee, This Bar incorporates pivotal elements that shaped Wallen’s life, with each level showcasing photos and memorabilia from his childhood as well as some of his most notable performances to date.

This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen is designed and built from the ground up to deliver a unique experience on 4th Avenue adjacent to the historic Ryman Auditorium just off Broadway in the heart of Music City. The venue will be approximately 30,000 square feet and feature three live music stages, six bars and an open-air rooftop.

The menu is curated by Wallen with Chef Tomasz Wosiak, Vice President of Culinary Development for TC Restaurant Group, and features southern delectables, bar bites, Tennessee favorites and some of Mama Wallen’s own recipes.

The venue also features a gift shop with exclusive Morgan Wallen merchandise offerings and, yes, even an homage to his favorite Tennessee team.

“Morgan Wallen is one of the most sought after stars in the music industry, and we are thrilled that he has trusted us to deliver a concept that will bring him closer to his fans, hold fast to his roots and enshrine his name among an exclusive group of artists who can claim international stardom with a Lower Broadway destination fans all over the world seek out,” said Adam Hesler, President at TC Restaurant Group.

Morgan Wallen Bringing 6-Story This Bar to Downtown Nashville in 2024

One of the most recognized entertainers of today and Tennessee native, Morgan Wallen, announces he will open a one-of-a-kind six-story venue, called “This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen” in 2024.  It will be a bar, restaurant and live music concept in downtown Nashville’s iconic Lower Broadway district.

Wallen, who The New York Times calls “the biggest country star of the 2020s — and one of the biggest stars in pop, period,” has partnered with trusted Broadway owner and operator TC Restaurant Group to bring his vision to life and deliver an experience true to himself and unique to the market.

“I sing about finding myself in ‘this bar’ and now it’s coming to life. This venue will hold true to everything I love and is inspired by my fans and the way they have embraced me and my music,” said Wallen. “We’re designing a menu around some of my family favorites, so it brings a piece of East Tennessee to Music City. I hope This Bar is a place you’ll want to find yourself in and make memories with your friends and family and celebrate the way country music has brought us all together.”

Since launching his career, Wallen has primarily shared his music and stories with fans directly on the road at his live shows, and This Bar is an extension of the boy from East Tennessee’s life. Paying homage to growing up in Tennessee, This Bar will incorporate pivotal elements that shaped Wallen’s life, with each level showcasing photos and memorabilia from his childhood as well as some of his most notable performances to date.

The menu will be curated by Wallen with Chef Tomasz Wosiak, Vice President of Culinary Development for TC Restaurant Group, and feature southern delectables, bar bites, Tennessee favorites and some of Mama Wallen’s own recipes.

The venue will also feature a gift shop with exclusive Morgan Wallen merchandise offerings and, yes, even an homage to his favorite Tennessee team.
