If you went to Warped Tour in the mid 2000’s, shopped at Hot Topic, or were active on Myspace; then you have heard the name “Attack Attack!” While the band’s early career was relatively short-lived, their reputation has done nothing but grow since the band went on indefinite hiatus in 2013. Underoath announces new album

Underoath, the iconic and genre-defining band, has once again shattered expectations with their forthcoming album, 'The Place After This One,' to be released March 28, 2025 via MNRK Heavy. Renowned for their ability to transform chaos into harmony and aggression into anthemic survival, the Florida-based group delivers a record that promises to redefine heavy music and expand their already massive audience. With two RIAA certified gold albums, three Grammy nominations, and a legacy of uncompromising authenticity, Underoath is back—and they’re louder, bolder, and more essential than ever, while continuing to push boundaries in ways that few bands dare.

'The Place After This One' marks a truly momentous occasion in the band's history. It is a stunning document and a remarkable collection of songs, signaling a renaissance period in the beloved act’s storied career. The album showcases where they’re from, and more importantly, where they're headed. It's a masterpiece, from musicians at the top of their game. Sonically, its references are varied and complex, and is a distillation of everything they’ve accomplished thus far: a crystalline vision blending hard rock, electronic experimentation, guttural screams and anthemic, call-to-arms choruses.

Following a string of new singles beginning last year—including “Generation No Surrender,” “Survivor’s Guilt,” and “Teeth”—the band returns today with a punishing new song from their upcoming album, “All The Love Is Gone,” alongside its accompanying music video.

Speaking on the song , vocalist Spencer Chamberlain calls it “...one of the most out-there songs we've ever written. We really wanted to create a track that was drum-and-bass-driven, kind of in the vein of The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Noisia, etc. We also pulled elements from Justice and The Streets. There’s a darkness to those artists that’s so heavy and interesting to me, and we really wanted to embrace that on this song. To me, this is kind of our version of that—sharing a lot of those elements and vibes but still keeping the heaviness of Underoath at its core.”

He continues, “Lyrically, I wrote it from the place I used to go whenever something went wrong in my life, which I think we can all relate to. It's a place I now consciously avoid when things fall apart. But it’s that moment when everything in your life has fallen apart, you’re at the bar, and you just don’t care anymore. Maybe it’s the end of a relationship, the loss of a friend or family member, or you just got fired—whatever it may be, we've all had a night like this. It’s a scary feeling, and it’s a place I never want to go back to, but that’s the song in a nutshell. It’s pretty on the nose, so to speak, but I felt like I needed to write it down to remind myself to never go there again.”

In 2025, Underoath will be visiting Australia for the first time since 2019, performing They’re Only Chasing Safety in its entirety along with an encore set, as direct support for Alexisonfire . Soon after their jaunt in Australia, the band will return to North America for a run of shows supporting Rise Against and Papa Roach as part of their Rise of the Roach tour. The band will also be performing at Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival on May 10, 2025 in Columbus, OH and at Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach, FL on May 16, 2025 . TESLA Release Music Video for "ALL ABOUT LOVE" (Electric Version); Announce New Tour Dates! ​

Legendary rock band TESLA has unveiled the electric version of the music video for their latest single, "All About Love." The track is part of their All About Love EP, which is now available as a special edition release on limited collector's 12" vinyl.

What you will hold in your hands is a one of a kind collectors edition 12” VINYL EP that showcases TESLA’s new song “All About Love” in the three formats that TESLA the band is famously known for: ELECTRIC, ACOUSTIC, and LIVE performances. Multiple versions of this new song are presented here on this EP. 

 Music lovers will state that a great “song” will sound great played in any of these formats, so TESLA’s Brian Wheat and Frank Hannon have teamed up to produce this 12” Vinyl EP of their new single  “All About Love” showcasing these different versions of the song. 

Captured by Brian Wheat in his upstate NY recording studio, there is an electric version that shows how the band performs the song in full force, as well as two stripped down acoustic versions that showcase the dynamics of his mixes. Thus, Jeff Keith’s heartfelt lyrics about sharing love can be felt and to honor TESLA’s tradition of  adding an acoustic instrumental to their love ballads, Frank Hannon recorded here a new classically influenced acoustic guitar solo piece titled “From The Heart” that is a nod to their 1987 hit “Love Song”. 

Furthermore, to present the “live in concert”  element of TESLA, a rendition of "All About Love" segues into James Gang’s classic song "Walk Away", both were recorded live at a Las Vegas concert earlier this year. They are included here as bonus tracks!

That they are still roaring and soaring should be no surprise. That’s just how they are built. TESLA may have been born in the mid-80s, but their bluesy, soulful sound is strongly embedded in the roots of organic, authentic, 1970s rock and roll. The same roots that produced bands like Bad Company, Grand Funk Railroad, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith.

The ground started shaking in Sacramento, CA, in 1984; gold country that would soon be producing some platinum. They started out as City Kidd, until a suggested name change to TESLA, honoring the eccentric inventor Nikola Tesla who pioneered all things electrical. Their 1986 platinum debut album, Mechanical Resonance, included Top 40 hits “Modern Day Cowboy” and “Little Suzi.” 1989’s double-platinum The Great Radio Controversy included hits “Heaven’s Trail (No Way Out)” and “Love Song”. Suddenly, TESLA, who had been touring with bands such as Def Leppard and David Lee Roth, earned headlining status. In 1990, TESLA helped reshape the face of modern rock music by stripping down to the Five Man Acoustical Jam, an informal collection of their biggest hits peppered with rock and roll classics by the Beatles, Stones, and others. This album produced their biggest hit single to date, a cover of Five Man Electrical Band’s “Signs.” Other 90s albums from TESLA include platinum selling Psychotic Supper and Bust a Nut. The band continues to record and release material including 9 new albums since 2000.

Larry Fleet Releases “Hard Work & Holy Water” As Tour Opens Tonight

Larry Fleet knows hard work, pouring concrete by day and playing in local bars by night. It’s a work ethic that’s helped the troubadour again transition to life as an independent artist as he readies “Hard Work & Holy Water” (Listen HERE) in accordance with his headlining Hard Work & Holy Water Tour kicking off tonight (2/13) in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
 
“I’m where I’m at in life and my career because of a whole lotta hard work and even more Holy Water,” Fleet shares. “I’ve had some big changes in my career and life this past year, and I’m living this song every day so it only made sense that this should be the name of my tour and the first song that I released as an independent artist. 
 
“I always try to write songs that are honest to me and something that I’ve either lived or am living at the moment, and this song is where I’m at in my life,” he explains of the song penned alongside Luke Laird and Barry Dean, with Fleet concluding, “I’m very proud of this song – it just feels special to me.” 
 
Fleet notes even more new music is in the works, “I’m working with my friend Trent Willmon in the studio on some more new music, and I really hope people like it and find their own stories in it.”
 
As Billboard observes, “with a style that delves into blues, rock and retro-country with ease,” his years of hard work are paying off. Sometimes the way forward is finding your way back. For Everette, this means a return to their roots and remembering the days when the duo, Brent and Anthony first started making noise 16 years ago in the college bars and honky tonks of Bowling Green, KY. Over the past few years, these two Bullitt County, KY, have been busy racing from one stage to another via planes, trains, vans, and tour buses…rolling through all four corners of the US, singing through jet lag touring Europe, and playing the Grand Ole Opry 11 times. OF LIMBO Release Ode To Gaslighting "Joke's On You"

Long Beach, CA based Rockers OF LIMBO have released their new single “Joke’s On You”, an acoustic ode to gaslighting in relationships.  It’s the first track from their upcoming “Unplugged” LP, which will be released this fall.

The song was self-produced and recorded at the band’s home studio in Long Beach.  The opening guitar line starts out with a slinky and contemplative tone and builds into righteous, smoldering anger driven by hand claps and intense, plaintive vocals. 

The band’s Jake Davies says “Joke’s On You’ is about recognizing gaslighting techniques in a relationship.  You see the person feigning tears and storming off expecting you to chase after them.  Most of us are all too familiar with these kinds of manipulative tactics by now. But when you first start to really recognize it, it’s a relief and kind of empowering. Because you realize it’s not you… It’s all them.” 

The band shot the video for “Joke’s On You” entirely on an IPhone 14 at a park next to their mom’s house in Australia, armed with nothing but a $20 LED from Amazon and a six pack of tall boys. Jake explains “We filmed this in the moment, just going with the flow.  The red and blue color overlays are meant to be a representation of being two faced.”

The band has announced their first 2 tour dates in California, and will be playing a more extensive tour in support of the new music this summer. The band plans on playing live shows through the rest of 2025 into 2026.

George Strait and Chris Stapleton Extend Run of Stadium Shows for 2025

George Strait continues to prove why he’s been dubbed the King of Country, setting a record for the largest single ticketed concert in U.S. History and a new record for Texas A&M Kyle Field for a single event with 110,905 fans in attendance for George Strait: The King at Kyle Field. The record-breaking performance was one of only 10 live shows from Strait last year including a supersized stop at Allegiant Stadium for his 37th Strait to Vegas show.

It’s every emotion I’ve felt and sobering thought since 2021. I can only make this album now, not in three years when I’m thirty, not ten years ago when I was seventeen. This is the snapshot of 24-27. A scrapbook of trial and error, or better yet, a Museum of Failure.”

Dorothy Shares Official "Tombstone Town" Video (Feat. Slash) — WATCH // Announces Tour Dates

Rock sensation DOROTHY is kicking off 2025 with a bang, confirming her forthcoming headline tour immediately following the premiere of her trailblazing new music video for "Tombstone Town," featuring legendary guitarist Slash. All dates and details are below, including select support acts and key festival appearances.

 The single, a gritty, boot-stomping anthem, which landed on Rolling Stone's "Songs You Need To Know" list and was lauded as a hit by Forbes, has been steadily climbing the charts and just hit No. 14 at Active Rock Radio — a testament to its undeniable power and Dorothy's growing impact in the rock world.

The video made its broadcast premiere on MTV Live, MTVU, and MTV Biggest Pop, marking a career milestone for Dorothy as she continues her meteoric rise.

Projecting a full-bodied voice with every inch of her being, Dorothy Martin kindles a spark of hope into a flame as bright as the sun itself. The Budapest, Hungary-born maverick singer, songwriter, performer, and frontwoman of the Los Angeles-based eponymous band, Dorothy brings gusto, grit, and glory back to hard rock, exuding superstar-size confidence coupled with the quiet resolve of an old school Western anti-hero. Ministry Announces ‘The Squirrely Years Revisited’ Out 3/28, Celebrating The Early Synth Pop Years With New Studio Takes

Al Jourgensen is finally making peace with the past. After the incredible reception to Ministry’s With Sympathy and Twitch-heavy set at Cruel World 2024, Jourgensen decided it was time to reexamine his long-dormant synth pop hits and give them a fresh polish 40 years later. The result is the forthcoming album, The Squirrely Years Revisited, out March 28 via Cleopatra Records.

Featuring 9 tracks (3 additional bonus tracks on CD), the album offers reworked versions of cult classic hits like “Everyday Is Halloween,” “Work For Love,” “I’m Not An Effigy,” and “I’ll Do Anything For You.” New music videos will soon be released for several tracks as well.

To celebrate the album and the new-old era of Ministry, the band — also including John Bechdel (keyboards), Monte Pittman and Cesar Soto (guitars), Pepe Clarke Magaña (drums) and Paul D’Amour (bass) —will embark on The Squirrely Years Tour beginning April 29, with a set dominated by Jourgensen’s earliest works. Opening support will come from Ministry’s old-school comrades, including Nitzer Ebb for the first half of the tour, My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult for the second half of the tour; and Die Krupps on all dates. Tickets go on sale this Friday, February 14 at 10 AM local time in each market.

“Since I hated my early stuff for decades, I decided to take ownership of it and do it right,” says Jourgensen.

The Squirrely Years Revisited follows the release of Ministry’s 16th studio album in 2024, HOPIUMFORTHEMASSES, and comes ahead of the final new studio album from Ministry in 2026, a record that has Jourgensen teaming up with Paul Barker once again.

ABOUT MINISTRY

Born in 1981 in Chicago, Ministry has been the lifetime passion project of founder Al Jourgensen, considered to be the pioneer of industrial music. In its early days, Ministry was identifiable by its heavy synth-pop material in line with the new sounds and technology that were being developed in the ‘80s. Ministry’s output began with four 12” singles on Wax Trax! Records in 1981 before the first LP With Sympathy in 1983 via Arista Records. As time progressed however, so did Ministry, quickly developing a harsher, and more stylized sound that the band soon became infamous for on seminal albums Twitch (1986), The Land of Rape and Honey (1988), and The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste (1989). With the release of Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed and The Way to Suck Eggs (1992), Ministry hit an all-time high in the mainstream musical realm and received its first Grammy nomination. In total, Ministry has been nominated for a Grammy award six times. Eight more albums would follow before an indefinite break in 2013, only to be unearthed again in 2018 with AmeriKKKant, continuing to reflect Jourgensen’s views on the frightening state of society and politics. The 2021 album Moral Hygiene marked a new creative era of Jourgensen and the band. Ministry’s 16th studio album, HOPIUMFORTHEMASSES, was released March 1, 2024 via Nuclear Blast Records.

Sleep Theory Announce First-Ever Headline Tour Set for May + June

Breakout four-piece Sleep Theory — vocalist Cullen Moore, guitarist Daniel Pruitt, bassist Paolo Vergara, and drummer Ben Pruitt — recently announced their eagerly awaited debut album, Afterglow, which arrives on May 16 via Epitaph Records. Frontman John Kevill remains steadfast in his convictions, lyrically exploring the dismay of modern conditions through the voice of a medieval lord cruelly mocking the listener.

About the single, frontman Kevill says: "'The Sword and the Cross' was the first song we wrote for Wrath and Ruin and sets the tone for the album. We have a dark, epic thrashing number where a callous lord tells the audience how and why he owns them. First, establishing himself with brute violence (the Sword). Second, legitimating himself with ideology (the Cross). The end of the song was written first, where this lord says that he is still present, and reigns in skyscrapers rather than castles, that his sons will own your sons, and he will own you long after he dies. I love this section and it feels absolutely maniacal and evil to sing.

"One of the chief themes on the record is 'techno-feudalism.' Though our rulers may have given up their crowns and titles, they never relinquished their power. The modern lords are no less our masters than the medieval ones were. 

"Bend the knee, peasants, for we bring to you Wrath and Ruin. We bring the sword!"

Wrath And Ruin's destructive opening duo of "The Sword And The Cross" and "A Better World" quickly kick the gates of cataclysm open with broodingly dark guitar work and virtuosic precision. Aeternum Announce New Single "Voodoo Doll", Tour Dates Supporting A Killer's Confession ​

Aeternum will release their new single, "Voodoo Doll", on February 21st. Arch Enemy Share Video For New Single "Paper Tiger"

Before Swedish extreme metal titans Arch Enemy unleash their 12th studio album Blood Dynasty at the end of March the band reveals the ultimate single and video "Paper Tiger." The full album is slated for release on March 28 via Century Media Records.
