From Crew to Photographer, Unsung Hero to Manager: Chesney's SUN GOES DOWN 2024 Nabs 17 Noms

Since Kenny Chesney broke the million tickets in a single year touring cycle in 2002, the 8-time Entertainer of the Year has placed a premium on people. His love of No Shoes Nation is boundless, but his commitment to his touring organization is truly worthy of the “road family” name he gave them.

With the Country Music Association announcing their coveted Touring Awards nominations, Chesney’s road family brings home a staggering 17 nominations, from Crew of the Year through Unsung Hero; a testament to the team-building, hard work and unbridled joy of inhabiting the war cry: “Who lives like we do? WE DO!”

“When they called me to tell me the news,” Chesney raved, “I felt like a bit of slacker. I love my guys and the girls out on the road, in the office and points in between. They fire me up, inspire me to push what we do – and this year was easily the best year we’ve ever had on the road.

“Whether it’s Terry Ford driving the Knoxville bus, Nick Buda beating those drums, Tom Petty’s incredible Robert Scovill mixing front of house or rock & roll legend Robin Majors as Unsung Hero, everybody out there gives to the peak, then throws it all at the music when we take the stage. I’ve got lifers like my longtime manager Clint Higham, who’s been here for all of it, my tour manager and best friend growing up David Farmer and who-says-we-can’t? production manager Ed Wannebo all making my crazy ideas happen.

“Back home, Mike Betterton at Wasser getting it booked, Richards & Southern making the t-shirts happen, and Janet Buck at Essential Broadcast Media getting the word out, that’s some anchor,” the East Tennessee songwriter/superstar continued.  “Add in the Swiss Army knife Jill Trunnell, who hangs from stadium signs, as photographer, business manager Renee Allen who makes it all add up, Jay Cooper cutting all that live video together, Philip Ealy lighting so everyone can see – and our stage manager Tom Nisun, who not only came up with ‘Who lives like we do? We do,’ but runs a short order burger grill on the back of our stadium stages, we’re talking some pretty unbelievable people out there.”

Having spent two decades building a crew that’s one of the most beloved by all the venues on the road, Chesney has empowered his teams to reach further, defy convention and create new ways of creating the best night of the summer for the citizens of No Shoes Nation. Whether the vibe, the sound, the look or the way people come together, the Sun Goes Down 2024 crew sought to create a space where love was all, music rocked and memories were made.

With well over 19 million fans played to this century, nearly a billion and a half dollars generated, more than 200 stadiums and 1,000 shows played, the man the Los Angeles Times called “The People’s Superstar” has established a standard by which he’s become one of the true rights of summer – and an artist whose songs have defined what it means to live, love, work and dream across America’s heartland.

“We all work hard, play hard, dream hard and rock hard,” Chesney allows. “It’s great seeing the people who push me, who create this very special environment with me and deliver night after night at the top of their game recognized. I can say ‘thank you’ over and over again, but when they’re acknowledged by the industry where they do this incredible work? To me, that’s the highest honor they can have. Seeing so many names of people who’ve helped build this? That tells you about the Sun Goes Down 2024 team.”

Even in a career of bold, empowering moves SELF HELL’ casts the band’s net even wider, taking in symphonic music, hardcore, synth-rock, and metal alike. Chase Rice Sets 'Go Down Singin' International Tour' for 2025

Chase Rice, one of Country music’s few Diamond-certified songwriters, brings his critically acclaimed album Go Down Singin’ to audiences across the globe next year with the Go Down Singin’ International Tour 2025 spanning Australia, the U.S. and Canada.

Kicking off on March 8 and running through late August, the tour visits major markets such as Sydney, Melbourne, New York, Boston, Fort Worth, St. Louis, Oklahoma City and more, with Rice also appearing on several major festival lineups. Tickets to all dates are available this Friday, Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. local time via ChaseRice.com.

Joining Rice across various dates are fellow singer-songwriters Pony Bradshaw, Bella Mackenzie, Lori McKenna and Charlie Worsham. See the full list of dates below for details.

The tour follows the release of Rice’s widely celebrated independent album Go Down Singin’, heralded by critics as a bold and authentic statement of his artistic evolution. As Billboard declares, “his new music leans toward rootsier, raw-rock driven sounds, trading party anthems for introspective lyrical themes,” while “his voice conveys a crackling warmth of self-reflection and an easy-going comfortableness with his new sound.” Rolling Stone highlights the album as “an excellent collection of poignant, often anthemic country,” noting that it finds Rice “trying to do what creative people are supposed to: grow and change,” while Cowboys & Indians proclaims that “maturity and clarity are the reality on Chase Rice's new album…what is sure to be one of 2024’s most well-received country albums of the year.”

Rice further showcased this new direction with surprise follow-up project Fireside Sessions, which featuring all 25 songs from both Go Down Singin’ and prior album I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell as live, single-take versions with cowriters including Lori McKenna, Jackson Dean, Hunter Phelps, Randy Montana and more as featured artists.

About Chase Rice
With more than 2.6 million albums sold and over 2.8 billion total streams, plus a legion of passionate fans at his high-energy concerts across the globe, Chase Rice has established himself as a powerful force in Nashville and beyond. With independent album Go Down Singin’ available everywhere now as the follow-up to the critically acclaimed I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell, and both brought together on brand new offering Fireside Sessions, Rice’s sound continues to evolve to reflect the realities of his life; from emotional reckoning to an admiration of the American West. The new music serves as a follow up to his three-part project, The Album, which featured his latest Platinum-certified No. 1 hit, “Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen.” and the Platinum-certified Top 10 hit “Lonely If You Are.”

This is the same gravelly-voiced Chase Rice fans first fell in love with years ago – but better, freer; unbeholden and uninhibited. The new music builds upon the success of his sophomore album, Lambs & Lions, which featured the 3x Platinum, two-week chart topper “Eyes On You” – Rice’s first No. 1 as an artist and the most-streamed song of his career. Lambs & Lions followed Platinum-certified Ignite the Night, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums and No. 3 on the all-genre chart, producing a pair of Top 5 hits; Platinum-certified “Gonna Wanna Tonight” and Double Platinum “Ready Set Roll.” In addition to guesting on sold-out stadium shows with Kenny Chesney and Garth Brooks, Rice served as direct support on Dierks Bentley’s 2024 Gravel & Gold Tour and consistently sells out venues on his own headlining tours across the U.S. and beyond, with the Go Down Singin’ International Tour set to kick off in early 2025.

TROLLFEST Unleash New "Doomsday Christmas Song" + Lyric Video

Norwegian folk metal band TROLLFEST are spreading unconventional holiday cheer with the release of their latest single, "Doomsday Christmas Song."

Equal parts festive and thought-provoking, the track blends the band’s signature chaos with a timely message about the rising anxieties in today’s world. Can we still find joy in celebration amid uncertainty, or are we witnessing the end of merriment as we know it? This song’s infectious melodies and clever lyrics make it a standout holiday anthem for December. In addition to the release of the single, TROLLFEST have released a lyric video, available to view below.

Guitarist, Mr Seidel comments:

"No one wanted or needed it, but the folly of mankind has forced our hand! We present to you a catchy, timely Christmas track that captures the world’s rising anxieties and a sense of looming uncertainty. With doomsday seemingly closer, this song asks if we can still find the joy to celebrate Christmas and look forward to a brighter New Year. Perfectly positioned to be December’s earworm, it balances holiday cheer with a thought-provoking twist on the season’s spirit."

The Last Seven Confirmed Bands to Rock FRF 2025!

ASIA

In 1982 John Wetton, Geoff Downes, Carl Palmer, and Steve Howe became the founding fathers of supergroup ASIA, responsible for a string of multi-million-selling albums and chart-topping hits across the globe. ASIA’s self-titled1982 debut album was the biggest-selling album in the world powered by the classic rock anthem “Heat Of The Moment”, along with other timeless hits. Another multi-million seller, 'Alpha' followed in 1983, and in 1986 'Astra' completed the trio of MTV-era hits.

In 2006, the founder members reformed and released several new albums before John Wetton’s untimely passing in 2017. After some tours in the USA with different musicians, in the Summer of 2023, Geoff Downes spear-headed a memorial concert to celebrate the life of John Wetton. At the concert, he invited rock n roll veteran John Mitchell - who had played with both Wetton and Downes in Icon and in Wetton’s own band - to join him on stage, taking on lead guitar duties. The duo was joined by newcomer Harry Whitley, whom Downes had discovered and whose vocal talents so closely resembled that of Wetton’s. It was nothing short of spine-tingling. So it was that Geoff who made the decision to take a fresh, new-look ASIAback out on the road, recruiting Mitchell and Whitley as new members and bringing in the drumming excellence of Virgil Donati.

This line-up is here to stay and will present their elegant and riveting music on the stage in Trezzo.

ROBIN MCAULEY

Robin McAuley is widely recognized as one of the great singers of a golden period in Hard Rock music. His voice can be heard on albums from Grand Prix and Far Corporation, and of course on the US charts-topping M.S.G. records 'Perfect Timing', 'Save Yourself', and 'MSG.'

Recently, he took part in the supergroup Black Swan, and he also released two brilliant solo albums, 'Standing On The Edge' in 2021 and 'Alive' in 2023, showcasing his typical melodic and infectious vocal style, with powerful guitar riffs and some more updated elements incorporated in his music.

The legendary Rock vocalist will bring on the stage of the FRONTIERS ROCK FESTIVAL all the glory and success of his past, along with the consistency and class of his present.

HONEYMOON SUITE

Originally formed in 1981 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, by lead vocalist/guitarist Johnnie Dee, soon joined by lead guitarist, Derry Grehan, the five-piece act released a total of seven studio albums since their debut release in 1983, with over 1 million units sold worldwide.

The band won numerous awards, including a Canadian Juno for “Group of Year” in 1986, triple platinum sales in Canada with the first 3 albums, and platinum sales for the greatest hits CD 'The Singles,' released in 1989. Their latest studio album, 'Alive', has been produced by the notable fellow Canadian Mike Krompass, and the result brings back the trademark sound of the band, with powerful vocals and memorable guitar riffs.

HONEYMOON SUITE has toured extensively in the US, Canada, and Europe with acts such as ZZ Top, Heart, Billy Idol, Journey, Bryan Adams, Saga, Loverboy, Jethro Tull, and .38 Special. They are really excited to play in Italy for the very first time in their long career, presenting the best of their career with some new tunes thrown into, for a great set!

CRAZY LIXX

'Thrill Of The Bite,' the new studio album from the Swedish hard rockers CRAZY LIXX, is set for release on February 14th. It’s a band that made a name for their amazing Hair Metal revival style, strongly rooted in the ‘80s and early ‘90s, drawing inspiration from the flamboyant Heavy Metal and the movies of that era!

Their latest original studio effort, 'Street Lethal,' released in 2021, left all fans of the band eager to hear new material, and - even though the compilation album 'Two Shots At Glory' (2024) gave the listeners some new recordings (covers, re-arrangements of old songs and a couple of new tracks), this next studio album is what they have all been dying to crank up in their stereo!

Expect powerful anthems, memorable riffs, catchy melodies, electrifying guitar solos, and the usual larger-than-life sing-along energy on stage!

SHAKRA

With 13 studio albums (!), 2 live albums, one ballads compilation, and a few successes that hit the German and Swiss album charts - during their 30 years-career - SHAKRA is considered one of the most consistent acts in the current Swiss Hard Rock scene, thanks to their music style based on powerful guitar riffs, catchy hooks, and a solid rhythm section.

But it’s the stage that is their home, as they played countless European shows (including a twelve-country tour with Hammerfall and Stratovarius) as well as many Metal and Hard-Rock festivals (including the prestigious 'Bang Your Head' and 'Spirit Of Rock'). They also opened for Rock giants like Iron Maiden, Uriah Heep, and Guns n’ Roses.

An experienced, powerful, and super solid live band that will definitely put the FRONTIERS ROCK FESTIVAL stage on fire!!!

ART NATION

Led by main man and vocalist Alexander Strandell, ART NATION is back on track after a difficult four-year hiatus complicated by line-up issues. However, the latest album, 'Inception,' is clear proof of how the band has re-established that great musical spirit and chemistry that launched them years ago!

Alexander Strandell, guitarist Christoffer Borg, and bassist Richard Svärd, deliver a powerful musical statement, in their classic style, made of huge and anthemic hooks mixed with European Metal influences.

After dozens and dozens of shows on some of the biggest stages in Sweden, having played at the legendary Sweden Rock Festival, and having walked the red carpet of the Grammys, ART NATION is back and better than ever!

SEVENTH CRYSTAL

Hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden, SEVENTH CRYSTAL showcases a diverse range of musical expressions, drawing inspiration from a variety of genres, from soft melodic rock to hard-hitting Heavy Metal going through progressive and Classic Rock.

Their new studio album, 'Entity', follows the path of their previous 'Delirium' of 2021 and 'Wonderland' of 2023, putting - this time - a stronger accent on the heavy guitar parts and on the constructions of the songs.

SEVENTH CRYSTAL are ready to bring their exciting and authentic melodic rock formula to the FRONTIERS ROCK FESTIVAL stage!

RICK WAKEMAN THE FINAL SOLO TOUR ADDITIONAL SHOWS ADDED FOR 2025!

Last year, the ultimate keyboard wizard, Rick Wakeman CBE, announced that his 2024 tours of solo piano concerts would be his last. Rick, who has become almost as well-known for his intimate piano shows as his prog rock extravaganzas, had decided that after a career spanning over 50 years, he would be calling a halt to lengthy American one-man show tours, in order to concentrate on composing, recording and collaborating with other musicians.

However, after receiving an offer to take part in the latest of the highly popular Cruise To The Edge, he couldn’t resist adding more dates to include some of the venues he couldn’t fit into his schedule in 2024.

Audiences can expect an evening of highlights from his career with YES and his solo work, including the new 30-minute instrumental work Yessonata, featuring YES themes and melodies, woven into sonata form, which he wrote especially for the Final Solo Tour.

Rick first started establishing a reputation as one of rock’s most original and proficient keyboard players in the late Sixties, when he worked with the likes of David Bowie, Cat Stevens, Marc Bolan, Lou Reed, Al Stewart, Elton John and other artists too numerous to mention, as a much-in-demand session player. He stepped out of the recording studio and into the limelight when he first joined the Strawbs and then YES, helping to make the latter the most successful progressive rock band in the world by contributing to seminal albums such as Fragile and Close To The Edge.

But outside of YES, Rick was really able to unleash his creativity with a series of groundbreaking concept albums: The Six Wives of Henry VIII, Journey to the Centre of the Earth, and The Myths and Legends of King Arthur and theKnights of the Round Table, which have been performed in large-scale shows featuring bands, orchestras and choirs.

However, he is equally at home as a solo artist in the upclose environment of concert halls, performing music on a piano – both his own and tunes that have a special resonance for him - and recounting wickedly funny stories taken from the length of his career. In recent years, he has added a rack of electric keyboards to ring the changes and enable him to enlarge his live solo repertoire.

Don’t miss this final opportunity to enjoy an evening of great music and hilarious stories, delivered by one of the truly legendary figures of rock music.

A STATEMENT FROM RICK:

“I always planned to stop touring by my 77th birthday - for those of you who wish to send me a card, it’s 18th May! - but there is so much to fit in beforethen that I’m having to make plans now and so my final one-man shows will have to cease by that date .

“I have thoroughly enjoyed performing the various one-man shows, but it’s time to call it a day. I intend to throw in the best of what I have done in the past, plus a few new surprises on the way, and possibly even the odd guest joining me on the odd occasion.

“The plan is not to perform at the same venue twice throughout this period, so whatever venue you are hopefully thinking of coming to, it will be the last performance there - and I am taking this opportunity of thanking everyone and anyone who has supported me over the last 53 years!”

Ashley McBryde Rides Toward the Spirit of the West with "Ain't Enough Cowboy Songs"

Lauded as “one of the best artists in present-day country” by Stereogum, Ashley McBryde releases an ode to the spirit of the west and the values that shaped it with “Ain’t Enough Cowboy Songs,” available now via Warner Music Nashville. Listen below.

“Cowboys are the ones doing what needs to be done before it is an emergency,” McBryde shared with Cowboys & Indians. “If you would simply be where you are, do what you say you’re gonna do and mean what you say when you say it, it would simplify a lot of things.”

Produced by John Osborne, “Ain’t Enough Cowboy Songs” swells with longing from the very first stroke across the fiddle strings – a fitting introduction as McBryde and cowriters Chris Harris and Patrick Savage explored a shared sense of something missing, along with a desire for meaning and reconnection in a changing world.

“This one was all about where we live and the genre we love and realizing that the horse I rode in on got put out to pasture,” McBryde explained. “Instead of us saying, ‘Work ethic’s out the window, stick-to-it code’s pretty much dead and idealism is gone,’ it was easier to say that by saying there is no wild out west. That’s all gone.”

Next week, McBryde will head to Las Vegas where she will join 23-time Women’s Professional Rodeo Association World Champion Roper Jackie Crawford for a Q&A session at Ariat’s Las Vegas brand shop on Thursday, Dec. 12, followed by an acoustic performance. Additional details available HERE.

On Friday, Dec. 13, she will perform with Cody Johnson at MGM Grand Garden Arena before joining him for his Leather Deluxe Tour in 2025 among festival dates at Stagecoach, Country Thunder Arizona, Country Thunder Florida, Country Thunder Wisconsin and more. LYLVC Share New Song "XXX" — Watch + Listen

Alt band LYLVC (pronounced "Lilac") have returned with one of the most tempting rock songs they've ever crafted with "XXX."

Dual-vocalists Alyse Zavala and Oscar Romero are showcasing their best, most complimentary give-and-take of their careers, producing some of the most melodic hooks and heavy-hitting surprises they've released so far.

Watch the lyric video and listen to the track below.

On their explicitly titled, "XXX," Zavala offers, "I think this song is soooo sexy... I wanted to write the lyrics from the perspective of a woman who is so powerful that she feeds off of the sexual energy of all her followers. The sex is so good that it messes with their head and they won't realize it until it is way too late and they are too addicted to leave. I purposely made the chorus into a chant so that everyone can feed off the energy and feel the air in the room tighten together. This winter release is about to get HOT!! XOXO."

For a high-energy show that is only matched by the band's flair for technological expertise in visuals, you can catch LYLVC on the road this December in the U.S. with A Killer's Confession and Gemini Syndrome's Aaron Nordstrom. The band will also serve as the special guest on the epic Life of Agony x Biohazard co-headline tour of Europe in February and March. All dates are below.

As Zavala is a professional hacker, her dedication to utilizing every tool at her disposal to create an unforgettable live performance, creates a supremely futuristic atmosphere that is truly something to behold.

Don't say we didn’t warn you — LYLVC are out to prove that hard work translates into perfected results. Strategic, charismatic, and multi-talented, the members of LYLVC simply have a bit more to offer than the average rock artist.

BLEED FROM WITHIN - Announce New Album "Zenith" + Release Video For New Single, 'In Place Of Your Halo'

Metal powerhouse BLEED FROM WITHIN have announced their new album Zenith that is set to be released on Apri 4th via Nuclear Blast Records. Alongside the announcement, the band have revealed the video for their new single 'In Place Of Your Halo', a thunderous shot of modern metal fury that pays homage to their native Scotland with a bagpipe-backed refrain for the ages.

On the news of their new album the band comment:

"In Place Of Your Halo marks the beginning of the next chapter for Bleed From Within. It is an anthem for those that feel like life has passed them by, or those that have been held back by their own limitations. We are killing the older version of ourselves in order to grow. This develops our resilience, a topic that underpins this band's journey and most of what we shout about. We've not had it easy, but neither has anyone else. This song is for all of us.

Through this growth, we come closer to our potential, our Zenith - the title of our 7th studio album. This is a body of work that we are so immensely proud of and look forward to sharing more of over the coming months. We couldn't think of a more fitting introduction to our next steps as a band than a breakdown with some bagpipes over it. Plenty more new music to follow. Enjoy."

PALEFACE SWISS Unveil New Single & Music Video “LOVE BURNS”

Switzerland’s Paleface Swiss continue their unrelenting march towards the release of their third album, ‘Cursed,’ with the unveiling of their brand-new single, “Love Burns.” Following the intensity of previous tracks “Hatred”, which was recently included in Loudwire’s covetedBest Rock & Metal Songs of 2024’ list and nominated for “Angriest Song of The Year” in Nik Nocturnal’s popular annual awards and “My Blood On Your Hands,” also nominated in Nik Nocturnal Awards 2024 for ‘Best Animal Noise, this latest offering delves deeper into the band’s evolving artistry, balancing their signature heaviness with an emotionally charged narrative. Fans can watch the official music video below and can stream the track on their platform of choice HERE .

“Love Burns” picks up where “My Blood On Your Hands” left off, unfolding a fictional tale of love turned destructive. Opening with the chaotic brutality that fans have come to expect, the track crescendos into a hauntingly melodic conclusion, a move that highlights the band’s growth and willingness to push boundaries. Each track on the band's upcoming album is represented by a different flower, features on the album artwork. “Love Burns” is represented by the Cyclamen—a bloom associated with parting, resignation and saying goodbye.Frontman Marc “Zelli” Zellweger explains,

“‘Love Burns’ is a combination of the old and new, and it’s a song I’m immensely proud of. The story I want to tell is something everyone can relate to. The concept of the album, in which each flower represents an emotion and a track, makes it all the more cohesive for me.”

The band's upcoming third full-length, ‘Cursed’ is a masterclass in modern brutality and encapsulates two years of creative exploration and raw personal experiences for the Paleface Swiss members. The band retreated to the seclusion of the Canary Islands to craft this sonic juggernaut. Collaborating with Ron Steven Deris at Misueno Studios and with long-time collaborator Florent Salfati (Landmvrks) helping to add the finishing touches, their work culminated in an album that marries the band’s signature heaviness with intricate conceptual storytelling. The first single from the album, “Hatred”, was released in September, delivering the perfect blend of bombastic nu-core swagger, incendiary rapid fire vocals, thrash-inspired guitar solos and the pummeling rhythmic section the band have become globally renowned for. Since release, ‘Hatred’ has hit 877k streams on Spotify alone, with the accompanying music video hitting 250k views.

The release of “Love Burns” comes as Paleface Swiss prepare for their most ambitious touring schedule yet. Their European and UK headline tour kicks off on January 30th, 2025, in their hometown of Zurich, Switzerland, with support from The Acacia Strain and Desolated. Following 27 dates across Europe and the UK, the band will bring their monstrous sound to North America, beginning March 20th in Detroit, MI. Featuring Stick To Your Guns and Nasty, the 30-date US run will hit major cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Tickets and full routing can be found HERE

The band are also running a one-of-a-kind Golden Ticket initiative for fans. Those who pre-order the special box set on the official website will have a chance to find the coveted Golden Ticket, hidden within one lucky box. This golden ticket will grant the winner and a guest an unforgettable experience at the band’s album release show in their home-town of Zurich. The lucky Golden Ticket Winner will receive

- Round-trip airfare for two to Zurich, Switzerland

- One night’s accommodation at a comfortable hotel

ABOUT PALEFACE SWISS

Since the release of their first album, 'Chapter 3: The Last Selection', independent outfit, PALEFACE SWISS have gained international recognition throughout the Deathcore and Beatdown Community. Known for their huge, aggressive riffs, brutally bombastic rhythm section, frontman, Zelli's outstanding vocals and a pinch of humor. This is Switzerland’s finest heavy music. Across their catalog, the band have gained 110 million streams, 21 million YouTube views on their own channel, and recently peaked at 1 million Spotify monthly listeners.

Chapter 3: The Last Selection’ was released on October 30th 2020, spawning four huge tracks “Curse Us”, “The Rats”, "Lights Out" and “Skalpell” which quickly ranked high in the beatdown/hardcore charts and saw the band become cover stars on Spotify’s Heavy Beatdown playlist.

In 2022 the band released their second full-length album 'Fear & Dagger'. The album was widely considered a huge step up for the band as plaudits began to roll in for frontman Zelli's vocal ability and the band's unflinching commitment to never shy away from brutally heavy riffs, face-melting technically insane guitar solos, punishing beatdowns or from facing difficult, emotional topics head on. Metal Injectionaccurately summed it up in their review by saying, "It's fun to get caught up in Paleface's unrelenting instrumentals, but Zelli's really the star of Paleface. This is largely because he treats his screams like rap bars." New Transcendence stating "Paleface have created one of the most emotionally relevant and intriguing beatdown releases to date" and Wall of Sound calling it "an unashamedly brutal and angry album".

The album shot the band into the upper echelons of the "New Wave Of Deathcore" and spawned singles "The Orphan", "Deathtouch", "Dead Man's Diary" feat. LANDMVRKS frontman Florent Salfati and fan favourite and stylistic curveball, "My Grave / Lay with Me". The album focused on more mature and critical topics related to the fears and struggles young people have to contend with in the 21st century, most importantly, the topic of mental health.

The ensuing 2 years saw the band's popularity sky-rocket. Honing their craft in the live arena, the band rapidly jumped from strength to strength, creating what is now one of the most thrilling and impactful live shows in modern metal. Their ability to win over any crowd, wether it be their own headline shows, touring the US with the likes of Body Snatcher or The Ghost Inside, touring the UK with the likes of Counterparts and Kublai Khan or at globally renowned festivals such as Sick New World, Hellfest Open Air, Summer Breeze, Cabaret Vert, Dynamo Metal Festival and more, one thing is for sure, Paleface Swiss will turn an audience into fans by the time they're done at every show they play.

To support their largely sold-out touring efforts, the band released a series of stand alone singles, "Best: Before Death" - now a staple and firm fan favourite in their live set list, "Please End Me" and "The Gallow".

Now, with the impending release of their third full-length album, 'Cursed', Paleface Swiss are set to write the next chapter or their incredible, epic journey as they reveal their most thematically and sonically ambitious album to date. Never pulling punches when it comes to heaviness, technicality or emotional vulnerability, Paleface Swiss are rewriting the rulebook on what it means to be an extreme metal band.

Slomosa 's new LP, 'Tundra Rock' has been hailed as "a sweeping signature hybrid of revved-up stoner rock riffage, grungy hooks, and a concentrated punk wallop". Boasting a brazen backbone of groove-bitten punch and silken melodic hooks heavily inspired by the Palm Desert music scene, Slomosa showcases a hibernating sound that has been reawakened for a new generation.

Since the release of its self-titled debut album in 2020, SLOMOSA  has performed upwards of 250 shows and high-profile festival appearances in over twenty countries alongside bands such as High on Fire, Alkaline Trio, Graveyard, Elder, Ufomammut, and Witch; its explosive live performances have earned the band an enthusiastic global fanbase. SLOMOSA 's music has even captured the attention of rock greats like Tool guitarist Adam Jones, who shared his enthusiasm for the band on his social media, and Kyuss legends Brant Bjork and Nick Oliveri, who expressed their love for SLOMOSA 's sound.

"For me, The Opposite of December... represents everything I absorbed as a teenager: the shows, the music, the raw energy of hardcore and punk. I never imagined that record would still resonate 25 years later. Seeing people continue to connect with it inspires me every day, and I'm so grateful for the opportunities this band has given me," says singer Jeff Moreira. "This upcoming tour is so much more than just a series of shows. It's a celebration of that record, its impact, and the journey we've shared together. We've worked hard to make it special in every way — from the lineup, featuring Glassjaw, Better Lovers, and Teenage Wrist, to the merch, the setlist, and the production. It's all about honoring The Opposite of December... and the listeners who've supported us through the years."

He finishes, "For this to be our first tour in 15 years feels unreal. I can't wait to celebrate with everyone in April. Open the door for your friend."

About Koe Wetzel
Koe Wetzel never met a genre wall he couldn’t tear down: The Texas singer-songwriter has earned a rabid audience for his songs that mix country, rock, hip-hop, and even Nineties grunge. His 2016 album Noise Complaint endeared him to fans with its no- holds-barred lyrics about drunken nights, broken hearts and stints in jail, and included the Gold-certified hits “Love” (feat. Parker McCollum), “Something to Talk About” and the infamous “February 28, 2016.” Wetzel’s 2020 major label debut, Sellout, only furthered his legend with the Platinum-certified “Drunk Driving” and “Good Die Young” plus the Gold-certified “Kuntry & Wistern.” The 2022 follow-up, Hell Paso, hit No. 3 on Billboard’s Country Albums and spawned hits on both the country and rock charts, including the Gold-certified “Creeps” and “Cabo.” To date, Wetzel has 3.4 billion total streams and has created a genuine experience with his live concerts, which he describes as “total chaos.” In 2023 alone, he sold more than 275,000 tickets, and appeared for a third time on POLLSTAR’s Top Worldwide Tours. Wetzel played prominent festival sets this summer and opened for Morgan Wallen on the superstar’s One Night at a Time Stadium Tour in Texas, while also headlining his own recently-wrapped Damn Near Normal World Tour. His new album, 9 Lives (Columbia), is available everywhere now as Platinum-certified lead single “High Road” with Jessie Murph arrives as his debut Country radio single while also climbing both the Hot AC and Top 40 charts.
