Progressive Rock Band Pulsifier Unveils New Single "War Cry" - An Empowering Anthem for Overcoming Life's Challenges

PULSIFIER, renowned for their intricate compositions and profound lyrical themes, is proud to announce the release of their latest single, "WAR CRY." This new track serves as a powerful anthem designed to inspire and empower listeners by channeling inner strength to confront and overcome personal adversities.

"WAR CRY" draws its lyrical inspiration from two iconic sources: Sun Tzu's ancient military treatise, "The Art of War," and the legendary tale of Alexander the Great’s war horse, Bucephalus. The song encapsulates the essence of resilience, strategy, and courage, urging listeners to harness their inner warrior to face life's battles, whether they be emotional, mental, or physical.

The single features a dynamic blend of progressive rock elements with intense, sweeping melodies, and intricate guitar work that mirrors the strategic maneuvers described in "The Art of War." The lyrics pay homage to Bucephalus, symbolizing bravery and the unbreakable spirit required to surmount obstacles.

MeA, the lead vocalist and lyricist, shared, "We wanted 'WAR CRY' to resonate with anyone feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. Calling upon what can be learned from these historical references, we aim to inspire others to harness their inner strength. In the story of Bucephalus, it was said he initially had been afraid of his own shadow. From this, Alexander the Great discovered that by turning his face away from the darkness and towards the light, he became a fearless warrior! How many of us can relate to the controlling presence of darkness in our own lives, and how could we use this theory, and those of Tzu’s teachings, to guide us to triumph?"

"WAR CRY" is available on all major streaming platforms, and the band encourages fans to share their stories of personal triumph inspired by the song with the hashtag #WarCryStrength on social media.

PULSIFIER will be hitting the road opening for legendary acts Smile Empty Soul and Tantric starting in Hobbs, NM on March 5 and ending in Little Rock, AR on March 23.

ALIEN WEAPONRY to Support Kerry King (Slayer) along “North American Headline Tour 2025”

Following the Tribeca film festival debut of their documentary, "Alien Weaponry: Kua Tupu Te Ara," New Zealand's global metal frontrunners, ALIEN WEAPONRY are slated to join the legendary Kerry King with his new band (featuring members of Slayer, HELLYEAH, Machine Head, and Death Angel) as well as special guests Municipal Waste on King’s bombastic “North American Headline Tour 2025!” The tour is set to launch in San Francisco on January 15, 2025, and wrap at House of Blues in Las Vegas on February 22.

ALIEN WEAPONRY won over fans and critics alike with their latest album, 'Tangaroa.' The album coalesces the band’s growing maturation with an undisturbed songwriting process, resulting in their most inspired, honest and informed material yet. In addition to lyrics written in te reo Māori, many 'Tangaroa' tracks feature traditional instruments, called taonga puoro, providing the tracks their own warrior-like attitude. While ALIEN WEAPONRY sourced inspiration from their culture and environmental surroundings while writing most of 'Tangaroa,' the band also looked inward - drawing vision for other portions of the album from within.

ABOUT LANDMVRKS:

LANDMVRKS were born in 2014 in Marseille, France.  For two years, the band composed songs, recorded and started playing local shows by sharing the bill with bands such as FIRST BLOOD, MORE THAN LIFE and little by little, LANDMVRKS started making a name for themselves in the French metalcore scene. During this time, the band released a few singles and videos to help build up their fan base. In May 2016, LANDMVRKS released their first album Hollow, entirely produced by Salfati and Exposito. They decided to release this album independently, and toured Europe to showcase this opus. They seduced their audiences with a modern metalcore style peppered with hardcore riffs and catchy choruses. This album helped secure them slots on big festivals, helping to strengthen their reputation.

In 2018, the band signed a contract with Arising Empire for their second studio album Fantasy and they demonstrated how successfully the band has managed to build their name and assert its own style. the next two years, they traveled the world, played in Japan, did some headlines tours and had the opportunity to have great European tours (While She Sleeps, Stray From The Path, Any Given Day).

While they were on the road, they had the time to focus on brand new material. The band members gathered together when lockdown ended in France, after one of the strangest periods ever experienced. The time had come for them to assemble, within the vocalist's studio (Homeless Records), the elements of their third album, fashioned for months. The purpose of this album, entitled Lost In The Waves, is clearly not to reinvent LANDMVRKS. The purpose is to fully deploy the band's arsenal in order to definitively impose its style. An uncompromising style, assumed, claimed, and highly distinctive. The listener goes through massive, energetic, or even aerial parts, without escaping the efficient groove inherited from a rap culture. The musical production of this album is the most accomplished and organic that the group has ever had. This album shows that instead of getting lost in the waves, the French band firmly holds the helm.
