HELLOWEEN CELEBRATES 40 YEARS WITH A DELUXE, CAREER SPANNING ANTHOLOGY, "MARCH OF TIME (THE BEST OF 40 YEARS)," OUT MARCH 28, 2025

Not many bands can lay claim to creating an entire genre, much less a movement that has continued to flourish for over four decades, but German heroes Helloween did exactly that. Combining the speed of thrash, the twin-guitar approach of NWOBHM, and the hymnal melodies of European folk music, Helloween paved their own path, creating a genre that would resonate for decades afterward: the mighty, dragon-slaying style known as power metal and every band that has raised a sword to honour and glory owes their life to this band, who are now celebrating 40 years of existence and still thriving.

To mark this momentous occasion, BMG is proud to present ‘March Of Time (The Best Of 40 Years)’, a storming, double-bass-led thrill ride through Helloween’s triumphant history. Featuring 42 handpicked tracks from the early days to their staggeringly successful reunion, this massive compilation is the perfect companion on your epic quest to storm the ‘Walls Of Jericho’ and capture the ‘Keeper Of The Seven Keys’. It might even drag you ‘Straight Out Of Hell’ when you’re done.

Formed by Kai Hansen, Michael Weikath, Markus Grosskopf and Ingo Schwichtenberg, Helloween burst onto the scene in 1985 with their self-titled EP and quickly found fame as the leading lights of the German metal movement, setting new standards for melody and speed. Stepping down from the mic, guitarist Kai Hansen brought in 18-year-old Michael Kiske to front the band, and it wasn’t long before they’d created their first true classic. ‘Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part I’ was stuffed to the gills with immortal anthems such as ‘Future World’ and ‘I’m Alive’, but it was 1988’s second installment that made them famous on both sides of the Atlantic. Bolstered by ‘I Want Out’ and the high-flying ‘Eagle Fly Free’, ‘Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part II’ got them support slots with Iron Maiden, Ozzy and the Scorpions, but darker times loomed.

In 1989 Kai Hansen left the band to form Gamma Ray, and Helloween tried commercial rock for size with ‘Pink Bubbles Go Ape’. After 1993’s divisive ‘Chameleon’, they parted ways with drummer Ingo Schwichtenberg, who would sadly pass away two years later. Michael Kiske left the fold soon after. Helloween had come to a crossroads, and in 1994 they barreled though it recruiting Pink Cream 69 vocalist Andi Deris and making a staggering return to form with ‘Master Of The Rings’, the beginning of a new golden age. The albums that followed – 1996’s ‘The Time Of The Oath’, 1998’s ‘Better Than Raw’, and 2000’s brooding ‘The Dark Ride’ – inspired a whole new generation to form bands, resulting in the glorious second wave of European power metal.

The entry of guitarist Sascha Gerstner (2002) and drummer Dani Löble (2005) to replace the departing band members Roland Grapow and Uli Kusch marked the definitive end of the line-up carousel and formed the core unit that has lasted ever since.

In 2016, Kai Hansen and Michael Kiske returned to the band to create a seven- member lineup for the Pumpkins United titled world tour, a celebration of their immense history. The tour became nothing less than a triumph and catapulted the band into new spheres: 69 Shows in 32 countries on three continents, selling out arenas and headlining the biggest festivals such as at Wacken, Rock Fest Barcelona or co-headlining Rock in Rio, their performances attracted more than one million fans and underpinned the status of Helloween.

It was such an incredible success, that the band entered the studio to create their monumental self-titled 16th studio album, an album that reached several No. 1 and top 10 positions all over the world. With no doubt, it proved to be the most important reunion in metal since Bruce Dickinson and Adrian Smith rejoined Iron Maiden.

With over 10 million albums sold, Helloween are one of Europe’s most valuable exports, and they show no signs of slowing down. Featuring tracks from all 16 studio albums, ‘March Of Time’ is a magic book of epic tales waiting to unfold. All you have to do is follow the sign...

March Of Time (The Best Of 40 Years) contains 42 tracks curated by the band and remastered by Sascha “Busy” Bühren, mastering engineer of the band´s self-titled No 1 album Helloween from 2021 and will be available in the below formats :
• Deluxe limited edition, 5 red vinyl box set including art print and puzzle.

“Tender Rage” by Hence: A Haunting Ode to the Pain of Longing

In their poignant new single, Tender Rage, Hence delves into the anguish of yearning for intimacy while feeling disconnected from it. Drawing inspiration from Kierkegaard’s existential philosophy, the song tells the story of Helena, a woman caught between a desire for closeness and the barriers she creates to protect herself from vulnerability.

Helena’s “tender rage” reflects the quiet frustration of searching for love in places that cannot offer true solace. Her struggle speaks to a universal human experience: the tension between our need for connection and our fear of exposure. “She feels the soul’s demand for something real,” Hence explains, “yet she’s trapped behind her own defenses, craving a depth she hesitates to embrace.”

Musically, Tender Rage captures this conflict with Hence’s signature “Rage Romance” sound—layered beats and haunting choral refrains that echo Helena’s inner turmoil: “Ohhhhh ohhhhhh Helena / Wrapped in a tender rage.” The song is a lament for anyone who has ever felt the ache of being close, yet far away.

The release comes with a stunning version re-worked by Danny Briottet who has taken ‘Tender’ to new oddities and ‘Rage’ to the dance floor.

Tender Rage - Danny Briottet Renegade Soundwave Remix

(Additional production by Rico Conning)

Long Lost Pleasers - (Darker Seas Interlude) is a small teaser to the forthcoming single (2025) Steadying The Ship which is yet another ode to the troubles of living.

Available 11th December 2024 on Cosmic Cassettes.

The duo released its debut EP, Shut Up And Drink, on Friday, June 28 following a run of shows kicked off by opening the 28th Annual Key West Songwriters Festival Presented by BMI, nine performance dates supporting Denmark’s Nashville Nights Spring Tour ‘24, and the UK’s Buckles & Boots Music Fest. Butler and Garrett returned stateside to join Tim McGraw on his Standing Room Only summer arena tour, with special guest Carly Pearce, performing to capacity arena crowds in Chicago, Kansas City and more.

Scott Siman, President of EM.Co (management for Tim McGraw and publishing partner for Heartwreckers) says, “I’m looking forward to the world discovering Heartwreckers’ music. Brock and Ryan are each powerhouses on their own, and together their writing and performing just goes to another level."

Chris Oglesby, VP, Publishing, BMG Nashville, says, “Ryan and Brock are strong vocalists and performers in a live setting but what sets these two apart as Heartwreckers is their depth of talent as songwriters. They understand their craft and are dedicated to growing as artists and writers. We couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with Scott, Tim and team EM.Co on what I believe will be an enduring career.”

Heartwreckers’ debut EP Shut Up And Drink is a collection of five envelope-pushing country songs produced by Andrew Baylis (Jelly Roll, Austin Snell) that caps off a banner summer for the Texas natives who’ve been featured on “The Paul Finebaum Show,” in Hook & Barrel Magazine, Toledo Blade and Today’s Country Magazine. The duo has earned playlisting on Spotify’s New Music Friday Country, COUNTRY, and Next From Nashville.

In March, Heartwreckers’ third single “All Goes South” was chosen by ESPN for its SEC Network college baseball season theme.

East Tennessee (Maryville) natives, Laurel Wright and Wes Lunsford are influenced by timeless treasures like Patsy Cline, Bonnie Raitt, Glen Campbell and Chet Atkins. The duo’s unique sound has resonated with audiences around the globe as live performances have become stages from which The Young Fables discuss themes and topics typically saved for the therapy couch. Strong advocates for mental health awareness, The Young Fables are focused on helping to erase the stigmas surrounding the topic. Recognizing the duo’s advocacy, the pair were honored with The Troy Gentry Compassion Award in 2021 for compassion, commitment, kindness and love.

Their whimsical yet unmistakable blend of Country and Pop has garnered praise from industry icons and tastemakers. Nine-time GRAMMY® Award winner Sheryl Crow once tweeted, “Laurel’s as good as any country singer out there!” Their releases have earned them recognition, including a spot on Rolling Stone's "10 Best Country and Americana Songs of the Week." They have also had the privilege of supporting artists such as Vince Gill, Amy Grant, and Rascal Flatts, as well as being invited by multi-platinum songstress Shania Twain to participate in the USA Network’s showcase celebration Real Country. Twain praised, “Wes is a perfect partner for Laurel’s voice. I fell in love with these guys as genuine, authentic talents.” Travis Tritt added, “Our industry needs (TYF) right now!” In September of 2023, the duo was honored as BMI & Texas Roadhouse’s Artists of the Month, resulting in their music videos being showcased in locations across the United States.

That’s a reward unlike any other.”

Coming in a robust box, Make My Day: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Story Of Fast Eddie Clarke celebrates the late Motorhead-Fastway guitarist with a four-CD career retrospective and 320-page book written by veteran rock journalist Kris Needs with Clarke’s widow Mariko Fujiwara.

The book that named the set, Make My Day: The Rock ‘N’ Roll Story Of Fast Eddie Clarke charts the guitarist’s life and career including his epiphany seeing the Yardbirds at Eel Pie Island, playing with assorted bands, recording two albums with former Jimi Hendrix associate Curtis Knight, riding with Motorhead’s most revered lineup between 1976 and 1982, forming Fastway and releasing two solo albums. Mariko and Eddie’s closest friends provide detailed insights into Eddie’s life, including growing up in Twickenham, topping charts with Motorhead, overcoming personal problems, finding happiness with Mariko and becoming the smitten co-owner of Cookie the Maltese-Shihtzu cross.

As editor of the UK’s first serious music monthly Zigzag and one of Motorhead’s earliest press champions, Kris Needs spent five years close to the band during its most successful period and beyond. To this end, Needs also interviewed close friends, bandmates, associated bands including Girlschool and Saxon plus collaborators from different stages of Eddie’s roller coaster life and career, emerging with a definitive account that ends up a love story.

The CD boxset covers Fast Eddie’s recording career of over 40 years including tracks requested by Mariko, starting with The Early Years, which includes Zeus and his subsequent band Continuous Performance, along with three tracks from the legendary Muggers, who Eddie and Philthy ‘Animal’ Taylor played with in 1978 along with ‘Speedy’ Keen and Heartbreakers bassist Billy Rath.

CD2’s Motorhead highlights Eddie’s most outstanding performances with the ‘classic lineup’ of Lemmy, Philthy ‘Animal’ Taylor, including ‘Ace Of Spades’ and other much-loved rampages, three previously unreleased Bomber album demos and his vocal performances on the Headgirl project with Girlschool and ‘Stone Dead Forever’.

CD3’s Fastway straddles different incarnations of the band Fast Eddie formed with UFO bassist Pete Way after departing from Motorhead in 1982, including demos, remixes and tracks from their eight albums. Along with curios.

CD4, The Solo Years mainly draws from Fast Eddie’s two solo albums, It Ain’t Over ‘Till It’s Over and his final work with underrated peak Make My Day: Back To The Blues, created with Shakatak’s Bill Sharpe.

SINGER + GUITARIST TIM MONTANA RELEASES NEW ALBUM SAVAGE TODAY, JULY 12

Tim Montana is making a case for being 2024’s breakout rock act” (Loudwire)as the singer/guitarist/songwriter drops his debut rock album Savage, today. Get it here.

"I've finally found my creative freedom after a decade-plus in Nashville, feeling like an alien on a strange planet," Montana offers about the record. "I've been told I was too loud, too vulgar, and my appearance was scary for as long as I can remember on Music Row. Now, I can own all of these things with confidence and write the music I've always wanted to write."

He continues, "Savage was produced by one of my best friends, Micah Wilshire, and we came loaded for bear and ready to release one on the rock scene. These 11 songs go hard into my life thus far and are unapologetically me. Written and recorded between an 1800s cabin in Wise River, Montana and a converted tuff shed in Nashville, Tennessee, I was right in my element. This is the beginning of my future and the world better be ready because here comes the f***in' trailerhood."

The record has received press accolades from Knotfest, Metal Injection, Loudwire, and more.

“Montana harnessed a heavier rock sound… that's long been a part of his musical DNA.” (ABC Audio)

“He is bringing the hard rock influence of his childhood, the experiences of Los Angeles and the storytelling chops he built up in Nashville all together for a new rock album.” (Loudwire)

“Offering testament to his rock music lineage, the album combines Montana's keen songwriting ability with the kind of grit and conviction that has been his signature since day one.” (Knotfest)

Today, he shares the new focus track “Get You Some.”

"My wife would argue that I've never bought my four kids a five-star dinner; so, I'll call those lines foreshadowing," Montana laughs. "'Get You Some' is the heaviest song off the record and one helluva banger. It's a shout out to all the lost kids from the lost towns and marching orders to chase their dreams and keep clawing to the top!"

Montana cranks the knobs to 11 on "Get You Some," a certified hard-rock banger. It's the heaviest and most aggressive track on his debut rock album Savage. Thanks to the gnarly riffage, breakneck pace and Montana's ferocious howl that sounds like it crawled from the bowels of hell, "Get You Some" will find its way onto your gym playlist because it gets the red out! Throw the horns up, bang your head, start a mosh pit and "Get You Some."

On Savage, Montana gets in touch with his undeniable rock 'n' roll roots. Armed with grit, guitars, and a hunger for glory, Montana has been endorsed by Dave Grohl and ZZ Top's Billy F Gibbons, booked by David Letterman, and had his anthems used by the MLB and NHL. His moody, crackling, '90s-influenced riffs and whiskey-soaked vocals reel fans in while his storytelling keeps them. Savage is a custom and combustible cocktail, served in a dirty, cracked glass that proves why Montana earned iHeartRadio's "On The Verge" accolade.

Giving fans a preview of the project with a series of releases, the road to Savage kickstarted with “Devil You Know,” a track that Loudwire called “One of the 30 Best Rock + Metal Songs of 2023” and “a flawless track, both musically and lyrically.” The single would climb into the Top 5 at Rock Radio and solidify his place in the genre.  It was followed by the breakout title track and most recently he leaked the final preview with “Die Today”, “a gritty and grungy anthem that pays tribute to the special forc

About Tim Montana:

Tim Montana forges a new frontier for hard rock. Following a tumultuous and downright unbelievable childhood in a trailer off-the-grid, the singer, guitarist, and entrepreneur left his home state of Montana in the rearview at barely eighteen-years-old. Driven by a restless work ethic, he quietly carved out a niche without comparison. Along the way, he performed on The Late Show with David Letterman at the behest of the host (practically unheard of for a totally independent artist), collaborated with everyone from Billy F Gibbons to Kid Rock (cracking the charts for the first time), made a fan out of Charlie Sheen (who directed the "Mostly Stoned" video), and even attracted his idol Dave Grohl to his corner. Forged by a long grind, he fulfilled his destiny in 2023. Tim shook the rock world with "Devil You Know." Christened "flawless" and "One of the 30 Best Rock + Metal Songs of 2023" by Loudwire, the breakout single surged onto Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay and Rock & Alternative Airplay charts. In its wake, iHeartRadio touted him as an "On The Verge Artist." Soon, he found himself booked for tours with Staind, Seether, Saint Asonia, Bush, and Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains (another hero of Tim's). Simultaneously, he and Gibbons purchased an historic bar and hotel Wise River Club in Wise River, MT. Coming back home to Montana inspired him to go even wilder on his 2024 full-length album, Savage. The hooks hit harder, the distortion was cranked up louder, and the spirit became freer.  Tim is telling a story that will resonate far beyond his home state, and you can hear it loud and clear on the Music Knox/BMG project available now.

Following three hugely successful studio albums and silver, gold, and platinum certifications around the world, DIO AT DONINGTON ’87 captures the DREAM EVIL line up, and features such classics as “The Last In Line”, “Rock ‘n’ Roll Children,” and “All The Fools Sailed Away”.

Additionally, both discs contain killer renditions of both RAINBOW and BLACK SABBATH classics, including “Man On The Silver Mountain”, “Neon Knights”, “Stargazer”, and “Heaven and Hell”, among others.

As the singer of Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven and Hell, and his own band, Ronnie James Dio is often considered to be one of rock’s all-time great vocalists, who sadly passed away in 2010, after battling stomach cancer. However, Dio’s music continues to connect with the masses – the official Ronnie James Dio Facebook page has over 2.5 million followers, his music on Spotify receives over 3 million monthly listeners, and in the most recent season of the hit Netflix series, STRANGER THINGS, the popular character Eddie Munson sports a large “DIO” patch on the back of his beloved denim jacket.

Carl Frederik Kendall Palmer was born on March 20th, 1950 in Birmingham, England.  His upbringing was far from smooth, his real father passed away when Carl was only two years old. Raised by his step father in a very music minded family, Carl Palmer received his first drum on his 10th birthday and thus began a 60-year career that has seen Carl appear on a staggering 50 million selling albums.

Now, BMG are proud to bring together Carl’s impressive career across a 3 CD and 1 x Blu Ray Box Set featuring music and visuals from the Carl Palmer Band, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Asia and various other Carl Palmer affiliated bands & artists among them- The Craig, Chris Farlowe, Atomic Rooster and Mike Oldfield. The Blu-Ray disc ‘The Rhythm of Life’ is an audio-visual documentary, narrated by Carl Palmer with live & exclusive behind-the-scenes footage featuring: ELP, ASIA, Crazy World Of Arthur Brown, Carl Palmer Band & ELP Legacy. Also included is a 200-page autobiography which is wonderfully illustrated with photos from Carl’s personal archive.

Growing up in 1960s Birmingham to a soundtrack of Elvis, Gene Krupa, Dave Brubeck and Buddy Rich, it was a really innovative and exciting time for young Carl. He joined his first band The King Bees when he was just 15 and, after renaming themselves The Craig, Carl got his first taste of chart success with the explosive freakbeat single ‘I Must Be Mad’ which thankfully appears in this collection. From that point on, Carl never looked back and after stints with Chris Farlowe and the Thunderbirds, the Crazy World of Arthur Brown, Atomic Rooster which Carl founded with Vincent Crane, in 1970 he joined forces with the Nice’s Keith Emerson and King Crimson’s Greg Lake and ELP were born. ELP ruled the 1970s with classic albums such as ‘Tarkus’ and ‘Works’, but the trio stopped working together in 1979. Carl then went on to form yet another supergroup, this time joining forces with Steve Howe and Geoff Downes of Yes alongside King Crimson’s John Wetton to form ASIA. ASIA scored big with huge selling tunes such as ‘Heat of The Moment’ the ruled the FM airwaves and the then newly launched MTV.

After his success with ASIA, Carl reunited with Keith Emerson and with vocalist Robert Berry under the name ‘3’ and two of their songs, ‘Desda La Vida’ and a prog-pop version of the Byrds’ psychedelic classic ‘Eight Miles High’ also appear in this collection. In 1992, ELP reunited for 3 albums and several tours before making their final live appearance at the 2010 High Voltage Festival held in front of 30,000 adoring fans in London’s Victoria Park.

Between 2001 and 2021, Carl Palmer has played in his own trio with Paul Bielatowicz on guitar and Simon Fitzpatrick on bass/Chapman stick. Under the name ELP Legacy they have continued to reinvent the ground-breaking work of ELP which features throughout Disc 3.

Carl Palmer is currently on tour in the USA, with the acclaimed RETURN OF EMERSON LAKE & PALMER show, which combines rare footage of KEITH EMERSON and GREG LAKE from ELP’s 1992 Royal Albert Hall shows with Palmer and his Legacy band live on stage all playing together. Tickets available at http://www.ELPTickets.com  and hopes to bring it to the UK and other countries in the near future.

As Carl Palmer approaches his 74th birthday, he shows no sign of resting on his laurels. Aside from all his ELP related work, Carl continues to make innovative art through his Carl Palmer ‘Art Of Giving’ foundation, raising large sums of money for charity in the process.

This fine collection is everything you need to know about the boy from Birmingham who rose to the very top through hard work and dedication to his craft. A true Fanfare For The Common Man.

Disc 4: Blu-Ray Video The Rhythm of Life
Carl Palmer discusses his career featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and images featuring Frank Sinatra, Carmine Appice, Buddy Rich, Tommy Iommi, Alice Cooper and more.

With first sneak peek into the project available today, “Sunshine Shine” features his signature 808 & sets the 11x Platinum star up for another viral moment paralleling his worldwide hit "The Git Up" which has nearly 4 billion views across all platforms.

“This EP feels a bit different for me," said Brown. "I’ve now traveled the world, looked death in the eyes and somehow made it back alive. Bitter moments never lasted, sweeter moments brought me back to purpose…Heartache & Lemonade brings about a new chapter. Try turning some of your worst moments into a smile every once in a while.”

“Sunshine Shine” is a feel-good anthem that radiates positivity and resilience, offering a perfect blend of catchy melodies that will undoubtedly resonate with fans across the globe. Leaning into his branded "Trailer Trap" sound, the EP Heartache & Lemonade will solidify why Billboard named him the "Top New Country Artist" (2019).

Blanco Brown, known for breaking barriers and pushing the boundaries of country music, brings his distinctive style and charisma to every track on the EP and the project is a testament to Blanco's ability to seamlessly fuse various genres, creating a sound that is uniquely his own.

About Blanco Brown:
Blurring the lines between Country, Hip-Hop & Soul, Blanco Brown makes a southern sound that he proudly calls "Trailer Trap." Honing in on his unique sound, Blanco balances both the metropolis and country settings in which he grew up. His viral hit “The Git Up” (certified 11x PLATINUM across three countries) took the world by storm, claiming the top spot in charts across the globe and spawning nearly four billion views across social platforms. It claimed the No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for 12 weeks and was the top-selling digital Country song in the US for 13 weeks, resulting in Billboard naming him as their No. 1 Top New Country Artist for 2019. Apart from being a Grammy-nominated engineer who has worked with the likes of Fergie, Childish Gambino, Kane Brown and Chris Brown, the multi-talent’s multi-national Platinum-certified collaboration “Just the Way” with Parmalee garnered more than 500 million on-demand streams, earning Brown his first No. 1 hit on Country radio (in the US and Canada). More recently, he doubled down on his genre-bending collaborations, teaming with Nelly on the funky, country inspired track “High Horse,” T.I. for “Trap Still Bumpin’,” LOCASH and the late Leslie Jordan for the funky “Let It Slide,” while pairing with Diplo for “Do Si Do” and Lee Brice and R3HAB for the remix of Brice’s hit song, “Soul.” In 2021, Blanco Brown also lent soaring vocals to the song “Never Gonna Tame You (Original Song from “The Mustangs: America’s Wild Horses”),” written by Diane Warren. Recovering from a life-threatening accident and leaning on music to heal, Blanco released “Nobody’s More Country” in 2021. Then, while hitting the road hard last summer, he instantly captured the attention of festival audiences across the nation opening his set with a breathtakingly powerful cover blend of Sam Cooke’s “A Change Is Gonna Come” and Chris Stapleton’s “Tennessee Whiskey.” Showcasing his world-class vocal talent and captivating stage presence throughout 2023, Blanco released emotionally charged track “I’ll Never,” unlike anything the No. 1 hitmaker has ever released, followed by a momentous tribute to the late, great John Denver with Brown’s release of "Take Me Home, Country Roads.” With forthcoming release of Heartache & Lemonade, this A-Town resident’s branded “Trailer Trap” sound amplifies the stories & arrangements on this EP. Blanco’s dripping-with-soul vocals also sonically shine throughout as displayed in the lead focus track "Sunshine, Shine.”

AMERICAN IDOL SEASON 21 FINALIST AND 19 RECORDINGS/BMG POP VOCALIST, PERFORMER, AND SONGWRITER HAVEN MADISON RELEASES “SKY UP” FROM FORTHCOMING EP

American Idol Season 21 finalist and 19 Recordings/BMG pop vocalist, performer, and songwriter Haven Madison, announces her brand-new track, “Sky Up.” Available today along with an official animation video, the song serves as the premiere release in anticipation of Madison’s five-track studio EP TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS that will drop worldwide on April 26. Listen to “Sky Up” and pre-order/pre-save/pre-add the EP here and watch the official animation video below.

A rare, young artist with a vision and a message for the world, Madison delivers a powerfully haunting ballad with “Sky Up” - a song about feeling like the depths of your emotions are a weight, bringing down someone you love. The official animated video for “Sky Up” features the Oscar Shortlisted, Annie Nominated, AACTA winning Australian short film “Lost & Found.” The stop motion animated short, paired with Madison’s song, tells a moving and powerful story about connection and tug at the heart strings as a clumsy crochet dinosaur must unravel itself to save the love of its life.

“‘Sky Up’ came together like it was in my bones just waiting to be found,” says Madison. “From the moment I listened to the demo to now, it has continued to move me in a way that no other song of mine has. It’s so vulnerable, raw, and dives into a feeling I’m sure everyone has felt but has not been able to describe. I cannot wait for people to listen and find their own truth to its music and art.”

The piano-driven “Sky Up” was written by Madison and songwriter/producer Dave Pittenger. Named a Hitmaker by Variety magazine and nominated for a GRAMMY in 2023 for Song of the Year, Pittenger also serves as producer on Madison’s upcoming debut EP. Pittenger had a multi-week global smash hit with “abcdefu” (GAYLE), which spent several weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Global 200, as well as the Billboard Top 40 airplay chart.

“Sky Up” showcases Madison’s immense talent as a singer/songwriter and powerful vocalist and follows on the heels of her successful run as a Top 8 finalist on ABC’s American Idol where she performed her own originals like the wistful “Fifteen” and heartfelt “Still Need You” that she wrote about her brother’s fight against depression and suicide. Earning instant praise from judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan, as well as guest judge Ed Sheeran, Madison’s viral duet performance of “Still Need You” with Perry catapulted her into the spotlight, garnering the admiration of millions of viewers and fans.

Hailed as “the next big pop star” by Perry, Madison is no stranger to the music business. Having grown up in a music family touring the world, she discovered her passion for performing and songwriting at an early age. Her run on American Idol only fueled her hunger, leading Madison to immediately return to Nashville, post-show, and get to work in the studio. Turning to her passion for songwriting, she journaled her way into crafting an honest, coming of age collection of songs that comprise her upcoming EP, Turn Off All The Lights.

Look for Madison’s official music video for “Sky Up” that will also premiere worldwide on Thursday, Jan. 25.

Drake Milligan to Kick Off 2024 With New Music and More Milestones

Stoney Creek recording artist DRAKE MILLIGAN is keeping his boot on the gas as the new year begins, following a chart-topping breakout with plans for a brand new EP.

Set for release on
February 16, the pure-country hitmaker’s Jukebox Songs EP marks another bold chapter of high-energy twang. Produced by fellow Texan and traditionally-minded star, Trent Willmon, the EP will once again highlight Milligan’s smooth, booming baritone vocal, towering over four fresh tracks full of instant-classic intensity and diverse country soul...including an unforgettable heartbreak anthem. Pre-order/pre-add/pre-save HERE.

“Jukebox Songs is exactly what it sounds like," says Milligan. "My goal for this EP was to write and find songs that feel classic and memorable - the kinda tunes would fit right in on some old Rock-Ola in the corner of a smoke-filled bar on the outskirts of nowhere Texas. It’s a continuation of the old-meets-new Country sound I’ve always gone for, and this time with my friend Trent Willmon at the reins as producer, I’m very excited to keep this honky tonk train rollin.’”

Penned by Bobby Pinson, Matt Rogers & Ben Stennis, “
Don’t Leave Me Loving You” is a timeless, classic-country style ballad, aching and built on a still-tender emotional wound. The track places Milligan’s standout Texas baritone before a delicate, rootsy arrangement. Listen now below.

Meanwhile, Milligan will also soon return to his primetime-TV roots. He’s set to compete on NBC’s upcoming America’s Got Talent spin-off show, Fantasy League, and will also hit the road alongside Cody Johnson to open 10 dates on his 2024 U.S. arena tour.

Both build on a streak of early success, stemming from Milligan’s America’s Got Talent emergence and his breakout album debut,
DALLAS/FORT WORTH

Named “One of the Best Country Albums of 2022” by Billboard, Saving Country Music and Whiskey Riff, the project dominated iTunes upon its release, hitting #1 on both the iTunes All-Genre and Country Albums Charts, while simultaneously holding positions #1, #2, #3 and #5 on iTunes Country Video Chart and spawning back-to-back #1s on the iTunes Country Songs Chart.

Milligan went on to be named an “Artist to Watch” by CMT, Pandora and Music Mayhem, while DALLAS/FORT WORTH also landed in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Country Albums Sales Chart, leading to his new chapter.

Earlier this year, the singer-songwriter returned to America’s Got Talent to debut his current single, “I Got A Problem,” and appeared on both The Kelly Clarkson Show and the Canadian Country Music Association Awards – where he
opened the show with performance of his duet with The Reklaws "Honky Tonkin' About" (a 2023 #1 on Canadian Country Radio).

Other 2023 highlights include Milligan’s nomination for Breakthrough Male Video of the Year at the CMT Music Awards, his main stage debut at Stagecoach and a standout performance at Nashville’s CMA Music Festival.

Milligan likewise made his Grand Ole Opry debut in late 2022 and has already become an Opry regular, while earning critical acclaim from USA Today, Billboard, People, Taste of Country, Parade, American Songwriter,Country Now, Saving Country Music, Country Swag and Hollywood Life, to name a few.

Milligan recently made his debut headlining date at Billy Bob’s Texas, thrilling a hometown crowd of nearly 4,000 fans (twice) and adding his hands to the famous “Wall of Fame.” He was then asked to return to headline the venue’s massive 2023 New Year’s Eve concert, capping another big year.

View a complete list of Drake Milligan’s tour dates here.

About Drake Milligan:

Drake Milligan burst onto the national music stage entering the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart at #5 after dominating iTunes with his debut album, Dallas/Fort Worth, charting back-to-back #1 hits on the iTunes Country Songs Chart, #1 on iTunes All-Genre Chart and reclaimed the #1 spot on iTunes Country Albums Chart, all while simultaneously holding positions #1, #2, #3 and #5 on iTunes Country Video Chart. In the UK, Milligan’s debut album spent 11 consecutive weeks in the Top 20 of the Official Country Artists Albums Chart. A student of classic Country music with the swagger of early Rock ‘n’ Roll, the Fort Worth, Texas native is an electrifying entertainer who cites George Strait and Elvis Presley – the King of Country and the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll – as musical heroes, and his unique twist of traditional Country has been embraced by fans, peers and the media alike. Milligan has performed on The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Grand Ole Opry, Stagecoach and CMA Music Festival, and earned high praise from People, BBC, USA Today, Parade, American Songwriter, CMT.com, Billboard, ET, Access Hollywood, Cosmopolitan, Cowgirl Magazine and Taste of Country. Following his Dallas/Fort Worth debut – named “One of the Best Country Albums of 2022” by Billboard and others – Milligan uncorked a Canadian Country Radio #1 in 2023 (“Honky Tonkin’ About” with The Reklaws), garnered 5 million views in just a few months with “Cowgirl For Christmas,” and headlined the massive New Year’s Eve celebration at the famed “World’s Largest Honky Tonk,” Billy Bob’s Texas, where he had also delivered two sold-out homecoming shows in the previous year. Looking ahead, the Stoney Creek Records phenom has dropped “Don’t Leave Me Loving You” – a timeless heartbreak ballad with a modern edge – and is set to release his new EP, Jukebox Songs, on February 16. 19 RECORDINGS / BMG ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING OF AMERICAN IDOL TOP 10 FINALIST HAVEN MADISON

19 Recordings and BMG are thrilled to announce the signing of pop vocalist, performer and songwriter Haven Madison

“I had the privilege of working at companies where Faith Hill and Taylor Swift began their careers.  While Haven Madison is not a Country artist, she has the same spirit and clarity Faith and Taylor had about what their vision was for their careers, along with a razor sharpness about who they were and what they wanted to say to the world.  We can’t wait for everyone to hear Haven’s music and see her evolution over the last year,” says BMG Nashville President Jon Loba.

“I’ve been dreaming of this day since I was a kid, and I couldn’t be more excited to have 19 Recordings / BMG beside me as I continue to share my art and passion with the world," says Haven.

“Haven Madison is an artist with not only an immense amount of raw talent as a songwriter and a vocalist; but, she is also an artist with true artistic vision. Watching her grow from the young singer who auditioned for Idol into such a powerful artist ready for her big moment has been so exciting. I can’t wait for her fans to hear what she's been creating since the show,” says 19 Recordings’ Senior Vice President of Music Elissa Felman.

Competing on Season 21 of ABC’s American Idol last year and making it to the final Top 8, Haven proved her incomparable vocal and songwriting chops early on in the competition. Performing her own original songs like the wistful “Fifteen” and heartfelt “Still Need You” that she wrote about her brother’s fight against depression and suicide, Haven earned instant and ample praise from all the judges - Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie - and even guest judge Ed Sheeran throughout her run on the show.

Growing up on the road, touring the country with her father, Jason Roy, the lead singer of the GRAMMY-nominated Christian band Building429, Haven has always had a passion for music, which was evident from the first time she performed in her church choir. Writing and recording in her spare time, Haven, as as high schooler, even wrote and sang on Building429’s song “Different.”

Having released music independently since 2020, her already impressive discography as a talented up-and-coming singer-songwriter includes tracks “Already Gone” and “Therapy” as well as an EP titled All The Things I Didn’t Say.

Managed by Third Wave Music Group, headed by veteran music manager Gabe Vasquez, Haven Madison will release her label debut tracks very soon.

CHAYCE BECKHAM RELEASES “WHISKEY ON THE WALL,” FOLLOWING GRAND OLE OPRY DEBUT

American Idol winner Chayce Beckham - who just made his Grand Ole Opry debut (October 18) and is currently on Luke Bryan’s Country On Tour - today releases “Whiskey On The Wall,” as his entirely self-written hit single “23” surges toward Top 15, after earning RIAA PLATNUM status. Pleading to drown out the burn of heartbreak, the new song finds a man seeking solace in a whiskey vice when things go south. With a bluesy rasp & raw storytelling, the rising star “is no doubt a force to be reckoned...proving he will leave a scorching mark on the country music genre for years to come” (PopCulture). Listen now BELOW

"I’m very excited to be releasing 'Whiskey on the Wall,'" says Beckham. "I wrote this song for those who are searching for answers from a place that is continuously giving them false answers. I’ve been holding onto it for a long time, and I’m so happy to be able to share it with yall and get it out to anyone who needs it."

With even more new music coming soon, “Whiskey On The Wall” follows the release of the heart-pulsing “Little Less Lonely,” the gripping “Till The Day I Die” that he performed on American Idol earlier this year (WATCH HERE), the “heartbreak-induced insomnia” (Country Now) of “Keeping Me Up All Night,” and the incredible success of his debut EP Doin It Right that skyrocketed to No. 1 on the iTunes All Genre and Country charts.

One of only three singles on the country radio chart this year that was self-penned by the artist, his smash debut “23” has become an anthemic staple in his live shows. Now RIAA-certified platinum, the semi-autobiographical song has racked up over 330 million on-demand streams and topped numerous viral charts, including #1 on iTunes All-Genre and Country charts. The first to ever win ABC’s American Idol with an original song, “23” is a deeply personal depiction of a man’s hardships, self-written during a particularly dark time in Beckham’s own life before he auditioned for the star-making competition series.

Since his history-making win, Beckham and his voice that Katy Perry said “sounds like the heart of America” has earned him critical acclaim from ABC’s Good Morning America and Jimmy Kimmel, E! News!BillboardPeople , CMTPopCultureSweety HighAmerican Songwriter and more.

About Chayce Beckham:

American Idol winner and “Artist to Watch” (Country Now, Country Swag, Music Mayhem Magazine, Sounds Like Nashville) Chayce Beckham is “no doubt a force to be reckoned with, while proving he will leave a scorching mark on the Country music genre for years to come” (PopCulture). “One of the most buzzed-about newcomers in Country music today” (Parade), Beckham’s debut EP Doin’ It Right skyrocketed to No. 1 on iTunes All Genre and Country charts and received critical acclaim from E! News!, Billboard, People, CMT, PopCulture, American Songwriter, Sweety High and more. The first to ever win the competition show with an original song, his semi-autobiographical, self-written track “23” instantly shot to the top of numerous viral charts. Currently surging toward Top 15 at Country radio, Beckham’s “23” resonated so deeply with fans that it has continuously banked over 1 million on-demand streams per week since its 2021 release, amassing over 321 million thus far. A triple threat artist, Beckham is an incredibly captivating performer, powerhouse vocalist and talented songwriter who just made his Grand Ole Opry debut on October 18 and is currently on Country superstar Luke Bryan’s 2023 Country On Tour. The rising country star, whose voice Katy Perry said “sounds like the heart of America,” went from working as a fork-lift driver to winning American Idol to appearing on Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel, and Live with Kelly & Ryan to becoming a truly prolific songwriter in the room with some of Nashville’s best. Recognized as one of 10 new Country artists “destined for killer careers” (Country Swag) and the “Next Big Thing” by Music Row, the “full-fledged Country star” (CMT) just released “Whiskey On The Wall,” “Till The Day I Die” and the heart-pulsing “Little Less Lonely,” continuing his rise as “one of the best new country artists to watch out for” (PopCulture).
