COLIN STOUGH KEEPS THE FAITH WITH “I STILL TALK TO JESUS (ACOUSTIC)”

19 Recordings/BMG artist Colin Stough starts the new year off with a powerful message of resilience, as he offers up a fresh rendition of one of his biggest hits with “I Still Talk To Jesus (Acoustic).” Available across all streaming platforms and digital retailers, listen here.

A Country-Rock ballad of unshakable hope, “I Still Talk To Jesus” was originally part of Stough’s standout time on ABC’s American Idol in 2022. Eventually finishing third on Season 21, Stough released the aching anthem alongside his fellow Top 5 finalists, showing fans a moving example of inner toughness – and one heart’s weary-yet-determined refusal to give up on love.

Produced by Sean Rogers, Stough’s new acoustic take of the track further highlights that message. Using only guitar to back his dynamic Mississippi vocal, the rising star dials down his million-watt intensity for a captivating blend of wounded soul and falsetto grit, cutting straight to heart of one of his most popular songs. Meanwhile, a raw performance of the all-natural track – penned by Stough, Sean Thomas Rogers, and Francisco Martin – was captured and edited by Mike Rodway.

“I wanted to share this track to start the new year off right!” Stough says. “This was one of my biggest songs last year and a fan-favorite, so I hope everyone enjoys this acoustic take. It’s just one of them records where the words cut deep, and I think this version really lets ‘em shine.”

“I Still Talk To Jesus (Acoustic)” follows the recent release of “Sleep Tonight (Acoustic)” – another reimagined favorite revealing Stough’s heartfelt lyricism – and a gravelly rendition of the Elvis Presley holiday classic, “Blue Christmas.”

In October 2023, the emerging artist released his six-track debut EP,
Promiseland, and has since captured the attention of both critics and fans alike. Country Now praises, “Promiseland showcases a deep level of honesty and authenticity,” as they further named him among their Country Next: Artists To Watch In 2024 list. Likewise, Stough made Holler’s New and Upcoming Country and Americana Artists You Need to Know roundup, hailing that he’s a “singer who was born to do this,” with a voice that’s “equally at home singing grungy Southern rock as it is twangy old school country.”

Spending last year headlining while also supporting artists like Kidd G and Drake White, he’s next on deck with Chase Matthew starting in February. Find upcoming show dates

About Colin Stough:

A 19-year-old Country Rock phenom and native of Gattman, Mississippi, Colin Stough has come a long way in a few short years – and with his debut EP Promiseland, the 19 Recordings/BMG artist is still just getting started. After learning to play guitar at 8 years old, Stough first pursued artistic dreams at 10, boldly trading childhood possessions for his first guitar at a local pawn shop – an instrument he still plays to this day. After graduating high school, the naturally gifted singer and self-taught songwriter began working full-time as an HVAC technician, before his mother convinced him to audition for American Idol. Impressing judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, and Lionel Richie, Stough stunned viewers and soon built a thriving fan base, finishing third on Season 21 of the show in 2022. He spent the ensuing months writing and recording original music, while also touring nationwide to put his blowtorch vocal and guitar-slinging edge on full display. After signing with 19 Recordings/BMG, his distinctive mix of Southern Rock distortion and pure-Country style have helped tracks like “I Still Talk To Jesus” and “Bad Day” rack up more than 9.4 MILLION global on-demand streams, and in September 2023, Stough released the single “Promiseland,” along with an official music video. The hard-hitting anthem is the title track to Stough’s debut EP, which is out now and puts the emerging artist on track to reach even more dreams in the future. Stough has headlined across the country and opened for established artists like Kidd G and Drake White. Next supporting Chase Matthew, stay tuned for much more to come.

STONED COLD COUNTRY DOCUMENTARY ON CREATION OF A 60TH ANNIVERSARY TRIBUTE ALBUM TO THE ROLLING STONES AVAILABLE NOW

STONED COLD COUNTRY DOCUMENTARY

ON CREATION OF A 60TH ANNIVERSARY TRIBUTE ALBUM TO THE ROLLING STONES AVAILABLE NOW

DOCUMENTARY CELEBRATING THE ALBUM PRODUCED BY ROBERT DEATON FEATURES BROOKS & DUNN, BROTHERS OSBORNE, ERIC CHURCH,
STEVE EARLE, ELLE KING, MARCUS KING, LITTLE BIG TOWN,
ASHLEY MCBRYDE, MAREN MORRIS, ELVIE SHANE, KOE WETZEL,
THE WAR AND TREATY, LAINEY WILSON & ZAC BROWN BAND

In celebration of The Rolling Stones’ 60th anniversary, Country’s biggest stars came together for Stoned Cold Country, released earlier this year, and a documentary of the album's in-studio creation, available now via BMG. The documentary, available now to rent or purchase, takes fans behind-the-scenes and into the creation of this love letter to The Rolling Stones from Nashville.

Filled to the brim with reimagined versions of the legendary Rock band’s catalogue, producer Robert Deaton and BMG enlisted superstars Brooks & Dunn, Brothers Osborne, Eric Church, Steve Earle, Elle King, Marcus King, Little Big Town, Ashley McBryde, Maren Morris, Elvie Shane, Koe Wetzel, The War And Treaty, Lainey Wilson & Zac Brown Band, sitting down with each to dive into the Stones influence on their individual careers.

All of these artists share the same spirit as The Rolling Stones – rule breakers and trailblazers. Music is in these artists' make up, fame or no fame, each of them would be playing music even if they didn’t have a record deal. Stoned Cold Country also illustrates the recording process of each of these iconic songs with each artist.

The viewer will get a deep look inside the studio and how all the tracks and vocals were recorded in the same room. The Stones created their music together, and by doing so, you can feel the intimacy and connection when it’s done that way. Singers, musicians, engineers and producers are working fully together and feeding off their combined creative energy.

Not only is Stoned Cold Country showcasing and celebrating The Rolling Stones but it is hands down a spotlight on the best country music has to offer as a genre. From the honky tonk stylings of Brooks and Dunn, to the genius musicianship of the Zac Brown Band and the eloquent harmonies from Little Big Town, country music can proudly state that it is second to none when it comes to artists of integrity and creativity.

Long fascinated by the The Rolling Stones – and specifically their Country roots – Deaton, long-standing executive producer of the CMA Awards, spent the past several years on a specific mission: namely to shine a light on the Stones’ influence not only on Country music at large, but more specifically on some of its most convention-busting contemporary artists.

Featuring 14 vibrant performances of classic Stones tracks, each recorded in some of the most-respected Nashville-area studios by an unmatched selection of the Country world’s most vital musicians, Stoned Cold Country is an absolute eruption of a tribute album that pays homage to Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and the rest of the world’s most dangerous band’s most-celebrated tunes.

Kicking off in Vancouver, the run will visit 11 Canadian cities including Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal and more throughout February. Rice will also preface the run with a headlining show in Seattle, Wash. earlier in the month.

Rising star and Canada native Owen Riegling joins as direct support across most dates, with Fort Worth-based singer-songwriter Palmer Anthony joining in Seattle and Vancouver. See the full list of dates below for details.

Tickets to all Canada dates go on sale this Friday, Nov. 24, while tickets for Seattle, Wash. are available to purchase now via

Fans will be treated to performances of Rice’s chart-topping hits as well as songs off his latest album,
I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell. Recorded during an immersive two-week period at Rice’s farm outside Nashville with producer Oscar Charles and a live band using a makeshift recording setup, the album showcases a more raw, vulnerable side of the man praised by the Tennessean for having “crashed through a glass ceiling both he and the industry had imposed on his career” with the project and by Billboard as “an artist who’s somehow managed to totally change his handwriting a decade in.”

About Chase Rice
With more than 2.4 million albums sold and over 2.5 billion total streams, plus a legion of passionate fans at his high-energy concerts across the globe, Chase Rice has established himself as a powerful force in Nashville and beyond. With the critically acclaimed album I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell crafted in his rural Tennessee home-turned-studio available everywhere now, Rice’s sound continues to evolve to reflect the realities of his life; from emotional reckoning to an admiration of the Western way of life. The new music, including current single “Bad Day To Be A Cold Beer” and standout track “Bench Seat,” serves as a follow up to his three-part project, The Album, featuring his latest Platinum-certified No. 1 hit, “Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen. (feat. Florida Georgia Line)” and Platinum-certified Top 10 hit “Lonely If You Are.” This is the same gravelly-voiced Chase Rice fans first fell in love with years ago – but better, freer; unbeholden and uninhibited. The new music builds upon the success of his sophomore album, Lambs & Lions, which featured the 3x Platinum, two-week chart topper “Eyes On You” – Rice’s first No. 1 as an artist and the most-streamed song of his career. Lambs & Lions followed Platinum-certified Ignite the Night, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums and No. 3 on the all-genre chart, producing a pair of Top 5 hits; Platinum-certified “Gonna Wanna Tonight” and Double Platinum “Ready Set Roll.” In addition to guesting on sold-out stadium shows with Kenny Chesney and Garth Brooks, Rice consistently sells out venues on his own headlining tours, including the recently-wrapped Way Down Yonder Tour in support of his new music.

CHAYCE BECKHAM RELEASES “WHISKEY ON THE WALL,” FOLLOWING GRAND OLE OPRY DEBUT

American Idol winner Chayce Beckham - who just made his Grand Ole Opry debut (October 18) and is currently on Luke Bryan’s Country On Tour - today releases “Whiskey On The Wall,” as his entirely self-written hit single “23” surges toward Top 15, after earning RIAA PLATNUM status. Pleading to drown out the burn of heartbreak, the new song finds a man seeking solace in a whiskey vice when things go south. With a bluesy rasp & raw storytelling, the rising star “is no doubt a force to be reckoned...proving he will leave a scorching mark on the country music genre for years to come” (PopCulture). Listen now BELOW

"I’m very excited to be releasing 'Whiskey on the Wall,'" says Beckham. "I wrote this song for those who are searching for answers from a place that is continuously giving them false answers. I’ve been holding onto it for a long time, and I’m so happy to be able to share it with yall and get it out to anyone who needs it."

With even more new music coming soon, “Whiskey On The Wall” follows the release of the heart-pulsing “Little Less Lonely,” the gripping “Till The Day I Die” that he performed on American Idol earlier this year (WATCH HERE), the “heartbreak-induced insomnia” (Country Now) of “Keeping Me Up All Night,” and the incredible success of his debut EP Doin It Right that skyrocketed to No. 1 on the iTunes All Genre and Country charts.

One of only three singles on the country radio chart this year that was self-penned by the artist, his smash debut “23” has become an anthemic staple in his live shows. Now RIAA-certified platinum, the semi-autobiographical song has racked up over 330 million on-demand streams and topped numerous viral charts, including #1 on iTunes All-Genre and Country charts. The first to ever win ABC’s American Idol with an original song, “23” is a deeply personal depiction of a man’s hardships, self-written during a particularly dark time in Beckham’s own life before he auditioned for the star-making competition series.

Since his history-making win, Beckham and his voice that Katy Perry said “sounds like the heart of America” has earned him critical acclaim from ABC’s Good Morning America and Jimmy Kimmel, E! News!BillboardPeople , CMTPopCultureSweety HighAmerican Songwriter and more.

About Chayce Beckham:

American Idol winner and “Artist to Watch” (Country Now, Country Swag, Music Mayhem Magazine, Sounds Like Nashville) Chayce Beckham is “no doubt a force to be reckoned with, while proving he will leave a scorching mark on the Country music genre for years to come” (PopCulture). “One of the most buzzed-about newcomers in Country music today” (Parade), Beckham’s debut EP Doin’ It Right skyrocketed to No. 1 on iTunes All Genre and Country charts and received critical acclaim from E! News!, Billboard, People, CMT, PopCulture, American Songwriter, Sweety High and more. The first to ever win the competition show with an original song, his semi-autobiographical, self-written track “23” instantly shot to the top of numerous viral charts. Currently surging toward Top 15 at Country radio, Beckham’s “23” resonated so deeply with fans that it has continuously banked over 1 million on-demand streams per week since its 2021 release, amassing over 321 million thus far. A triple threat artist, Beckham is an incredibly captivating performer, powerhouse vocalist and talented songwriter who just made his Grand Ole Opry debut on October 18 and is currently on Country superstar Luke Bryan’s 2023 Country On Tour. The rising country star, whose voice Katy Perry said “sounds like the heart of America,” went from working as a fork-lift driver to winning American Idol to appearing on Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel, and Live with Kelly & Ryan to becoming a truly prolific songwriter in the room with some of Nashville’s best. Recognized as one of 10 new Country artists “destined for killer careers” (Country Swag) and the “Next Big Thing” by Music Row, the “full-fledged Country star” (CMT) just released “Whiskey On The Wall,” “Till The Day I Die” and the heart-pulsing “Little Less Lonely,” continuing his rise as “one of the best new country artists to watch out for” (PopCulture).

This is done through the vision set forth by NLEOMF and the ambassador’s responsibility to inspire all citizens year round to value law enforcement and help display the vital role it plays in our society as a way to honor the sacrifice of thousands of men and women whose names are engraved on the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C.

“As a former law enforcement officer, it is my absolute honor to partner with an esteemed organization like NLEOMF, which cares deeply for the men and women in blue who proudly serve their communities and fellow citizens daily while honoring the lives lost in the line of duty,” said Ray. “Being an ambassador will allow me to continue serving and stay connected to the profession. I look forward to using my platform to create awareness about mental health in this profession, lend a voice to the burden that many officers face, and share our supportive message with them so they know they are not alone.”

Because of his deep-rooted commitment to the well-being of first responders, earlier this year, Ray launched a first responder-oriented mental health campaign, aptly named "FRAY" to champion First Responders Mental Clarity. He joined US Senator Ben Ray Lujan (New Mexico) for a panel discussion at the US Capitol, focusing on the critical mental health challenges faced by first responders. This initiative will be a cornerstone of his role as ambassador and its ties to NLEOMF’s Officer Safety and Wellness Program.

“We are honored to have Frank Ray join us as Chief Ambassador of this signature program,” said Bill Alexander, Chief Executive Officer of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. “His dedication and his unique perspective as a former law enforcement officer make him an ideal fit into our ambassador program, and we look forward to working together to make a difference.”

Since the inception of the Ambassador program in early 2022, ambassadors have served as NLEOMF liaisons to law enforcement agencies, providing training and technical assistance to officers as well as attending events as representative of the organization. Learn more about the program and how to become an ambassador here.

About the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund:
Established in 1984, the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the fallen, telling the story of American law enforcement, and making it safer for those who serve. The first pillar of this mission, the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C., honors the names of all of the 23,785 officers who have died in the line of duty to date throughout U.S. history. Additionally, NLEOMF maintains and publishes comprehensive details on the circumstances surrounding official line-of-duty deaths. The Officer Safety and Wellness pillar uses that data, coupled with best-practice program models, to produce programming directed at solutions to improve survivability and enhance wellness. NLEOMF’s third pillar, the National Law Enforcement Museum (LawEnforcementMuseum.org) is committed to preserving the history of American law enforcement and sharing the experiences of service and sacrifice for generations to come.

About Frank Ray:

Texas chart-topper, bilingual recording artist and former police officer - Frank Ray is busting open the doors for a modern Latino Country movement. Growing up just three miles from the border in New Mexico, Frank, born Francisco Gomez, was immersed in the best of both worlds - enriched by his Mexican culture and surrounded by Texas Country music. Praised as “easygoing contemporary Country with Pop-Soul hooks and a dash of Southwestern spice” (Rolling Stone), Frank’s “catalog is representative of his fun personality and flair” (Country Now), expertly blending ‘90s Texas Country, Latin, R&B and Pop. As an entertainer, Frank delivers electrifying, high-energy performances that has something for everyone. With immense cross-cultural appeal and a panorama of influences, Ray “is looking to stretch Country music’s cultural boundaries” (Los Angeles Times).

In the three short years since embarking on his musical journey full-time, he has racked up two No. 1 singles and three Top 10 singles on Texas Country Radio, become a staff songwriter, landed Frank Rogers (Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker) as his producer, signed a record deal with BBR Music Group/Stoney Creek Records and much more. Along with being named an “Artist to Watch” by Rolling Stone and Amazon Music USA as well as a “Listen Up Artist” by CMT, Ray has appeared on USA Network’s Real Country, been profiled in the Los Angeles Times and on NBC's TODAY.

Recently on tour with Old Dominion and now performing at major music festivals across the U.S, this former police officer visits first responders through his mental-health initiative FRAY championing First Responders Mental Clarity, at each tour stop providing first responders with the tools, resources and training to promote their mental wellbeing, as well as that of their families and communities. Having shared stages with Luke Combs, Kane Brown, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Kip Moore, LANCO, Hunter Hayes and more, the versatile entertainer was just named to CRS New Faces’ Class of 2023. Featured on his self-titled, label-debut album, the cheeky “Somebody Else’s Whiskey” is currently climbing the Country radio charts. The album, Frank Ray, is available across streaming platforms. Ray also celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with the release of Raíces (Así Se Hace), a five-track project entirely in Spanish, on September 22.

COLIN STOUGH REACHES THE COUNTRY ROCK PROMISELAND WITH DEBUT EP

Country newcomer and 19 Recordings/BMG artist Colin Stough reaches a milestone that was once just a pipe dream today (10/20), releasing his debut EP, Promiseland.

A heady collision of grungy Southern Rock and pure-Country style featuring six fresh tracks – with all but one co-written by Stough and produced by the likes of Alex Maxwell, Sean Rogers, and Austin Shawn – helps introduce a Mississippi-born vocal flamethrower and guitar slinger with a true underdog story.

Just 19 years old and coming off a standout third-place finish on Season 21 of American Idol in 2022, Stough was still in high school until last year and had been working full-time as an HVAC technician after graduation. But once his mother convinced him to audition for Idol, that life became history.

Now based in Nashville, and mixing a freight train of full-bodied vocal rasp with a down-home blend of Hard Rock and twang, his debut EP marks the culmination of a whirlwind journey – and the start of an exciting new chapter.

“This EP represents who I am and where I’m from,” Stough says. “It speaks to my life these past few years and has become a source of comfort for me. Maybe that’s why I called it Promiseland. I hope it can be that for you, too.”

Along with preparing for the release of Promiseland, Stough has spent 2023 headlining shows across the nation, while also supporting fellow rising star Kidd G and Country-Soul troubadour Drake White. A series of previous singles have so far racked up more than 9.4 MILLION global on-demand streams, with “‘Til the Day One Does” on deck.

A brooding ballad of romantic longing wrapped in dark Western sonics and Stough’s blowtorch vocal, the low-down anthem co-written by Stough alongside Geoff Warburton, Gavin Lucas, and Austin Shawn is all about an on-the-run loner who may be hard to love – but nevertheless, holds his head high. Crunchy guitars, banjo, and whispering steel set the stage for what’s to come.

"This song is badass, man. It just feels cool, like something you’re supposed to drive around and listen to,” Stough explains. “It touches on the fast lifestyle that I’ve been forced to become adjusted to – but also, it hints at an ability to change. Something that I think we all have to do and can relate to.

Stay tuned for much more to come.

Lainey Wilson’s “Watermelon Moonshine” Hits No.1 At Country Radio

As the leading 2023 CMA nominee and reigning ACM Female Vocalist of The Year, “Watermelon Moonshine” hails as Wilson’s fifth consecutive #1song

Multi award-winning singer songwriter and break-out actress, Lainey Wilson received her fifth consecutive No.1 song at Country Radio with “Watermelon Moonshine” off her critically acclaimed album, Bell Bottom Country.

“Watermelon Moonshine” follows as the second single from Bell Bottom Country, with the first being “Heart Like A Truck.” Earlier this month, “Watermelon Moonshine” also hit No.1 on Billboard’s Country airplay, making her the first solo female artist in two years to have a song reach No.1, and the female artist to have the most No.1’s on Billboard’s Country Airplay charts this decade. The last solo female to top the Billboard Country airplay was Wilson’s “Things a Man Oughta Know” in Sept. 2021. You can listen to “Watermelon Moonshine” HERE

“I’m so honored that 'Watermelon Moonshine' hit #1 on Country Radio this week! This song was co-written with two incredible songwriters, Josh Kear and Jordan Schmidt, and I couldn’t be more proud listening to folks sing it back at shows,” said Wilson. “This track represents the storytelling I grew up with and reflects on that young love we all like to reminisce on.”

Previously breaking the record for the shortest gap between No.1 singles at Country Radio this year with her song “Heart Like a Truck” and her “wait in the truck” collaboration with HARDY, there’s no sign of Wilson slowing down, as she continues to establish her prominence within the Country industry, most recently being named the most nominated artist at this year’s CMA Awards with a record-breaking nine nominations, including Album and Entertainer of The Year.

Already this year, Wilson has won four ACM Awards, two CMT Music Awards, three PCCA Awards, completed a 28-date sold-out headlining tour, made her Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Lollapalooza debut, was honored as Billboard Women in Music’s 2023 “Rulebreaker”, and started touring stadiums with Luke Combs as support on his world tour. Fans can also catch Lainey at festivals including Riverfront Revival, Rome River Jam, Desert Sky Music Festival, HARDY’s The Mockingbird & The Crow tour and at Wilson’s four sold-out “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” shows at NFR later this year.

The album marks the first new music since Aldean’s 10th studio project, the double album MACON, GEORGIA, which earned praise from Rolling Stone, Stereogum, The Tennessean, Entertainment Tonight, E! News and more.  The album earned Aldean his 27th career-charting #1 single, "Trouble With A Heartbreak,” as well as a Billboard Music Award nomination for “Top Country Song” and awards from ACM, CMT, iHeart, and a GRAMMY nomination for “If I Didn’t Love You” with Carrie Underwood. Since making his chart debut in 2005, the Georgia native has earned the most Top 10 songs on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart - more than any other artist - his “songs of small-town living, love and loss have resonated with a loyal fanbase” (Billboard) and have “vaulted him to the pinnacle of Country music success” (Atlanta Journal Constitution). His current tour of the same name continues through October 27th. For more information on Jason Aldean including additional tour dates and new music, visit www.JasonAldean.com.

Tomorrow (10/6) Catch Him LIVE on WSM 650 AM at 9 am/CT;
RFD-TV at Noon pm/CT

Multi #1 hit songwriter and seasoned performer John Morgan - best known for writing the GRAMMY-nominated and award-winning #1 “If I Didn’t Love You” for Jason Aldean and Carrie Underwood – tonight releases his six-song debut EP Remember Us? Available HERE.

“I’m proud to put out this project, so people can really see what I’ve been doing the last couple of years,” says John. “I haven’t just been writing songs for other people. I hope they see the time that’s put into the details. A lot of these songs are two or three years old. They’ve stood the test of time and are still some of my favorites. They are special to me in different ways. I hope the EP really gives people an opportunity to see me establishing myself as an artist and not just a songwriter. These songs are true to me, and I hope people connect with them.”

Praised by
People as “a solo artist intriguing enough to watch,” the six-song debut mixes John’s signature “sad boy country” heartbreakers with lively up-tempo barn burners, effortlessly flowing between romantic relatability and nostalgia to crank-it-to-10 singalongs. “Standing apart from the rest of the Country crowd as he brings a more traditional Country flair to the Pop-Country sounds of today’s genre” (Songwriter Universe), John co-wrote each song and enlisted his mentor Jason Aldean and Aldean’s bandmates Kurt Allison and Tully Kennedy to help produce the project’s heart-stirring title track “Remember Us,” along with “Ain’t Been There Yet” and the previously released party-start “Friends Like That”, which has earned over 12.5 million on-demand streams to date.

Declared by
Country Swag as “one of Morgan’s best to date,” the EP also includes the just-released “Cold Summer in San Antone” that depicts the isolation and coldness a broken heart can inflict, even during the most brutally hot season in Texas. Likewise, the anguished “It Ain’t the Leavin’” dials in on the turmoiled chaos felt after goodbye, while the fun-loving, up-tempo anthem “Won’t Be As Good” admits life isn’t as worthwhile without that certain someone in it.

With emotive and dynamic lyrics that bring his innate storytelling prowess to the forefront, Remember Us? truly embodies why John Morgan is a multi #1 hit songwriter and artist to watch. “Oozing with validity, Morgan's subtle twang is undeniably fresh and is a swift and welcomed return to the traditional sounds that he grew up on, but that fans also crave” (
All Country News).

Having just made his Grand Ole Opry debut, John has been out on the road all year with ERNEST, Riley Green, Jameson Rodgers, Conner Smith and Rodney Akins and has been hitting renowned music festivals such as Headwaters Country Jam, Utah’s Country Fan Fest, WE Fest, Voices of America Country Music Festival, Tidalwave Music Festival and more.

About John Morgan:

With a style that’s defined by melodic grit and a craftsman’s approach to songwriting, John Morgan brings a blue-collar toughness to Country that’s pulled straight from the only life he knows. Hailing from a tiny town called Sylva, deep in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, John grew up immersed in Bluegrass tradition and even toured the festival circuit each summer in a family band, before diving into songwriting, inspired by six-string legends from Tony Rice to John Mayer. More than a year after selling everything he had to follow his dream, an only-in-Nashville story involving Uber drivers and impressive demos led to a writing session with Kurt Allison and Tully Kennedy—two incredible songwriters and longtime bandmates of Country superstar Jason Aldean. That session led to the superstar cutting eight songs written by John, including his recent No. 1 “Trouble With A Heartbreak” and the GRAMMY® nominated, ACM Single of the Year # 1 smash hit with Carrie Underwood “If I Didn’t Love You,” and Aldean signing John to Night Train Records, his imprint with BBR Music Group. The sought-after songwriter – who has toured with Jason Aldean, ERNEST, Riley Green, and James Rodgers – has released a slew of “Sad Boy Country” songs including his latest “Cold Summer in San Antone,” “Coldest Beer in Town,” “Right In The Middle,” and “Good With Goodbye.” Having recently made his Grand Ole Opry debut, John pivots from heartbreak to party starter territory, dropping the smash hit “Friends Like That,” the unapologetic “Sorry Not Sorry,” the confident “Man of Few Words,” and his anthemic debut EP Remember Us?

HUNTERGIRL DRAWS HUGE HOMETOWN CROWD FOR PRIVATE FIRST LOOK OF “AIN’T ABOUT YOU” MUSIC VIDEO

On Friday, September 29, American Idol runner-up and vocal powerhouse HunterGirl gave her hometown a special, private viewing of the heart-stirring official music video to her debut single “Ain’t About You” at the Oldham Theater in Winchester, Tenn. Along with a private, acoustic performance, the sold-out event raised over $6,000 for the Isaiah 117 House, a local charity that provides foster children awaiting placement a loving and safe home.

As her musical hero Dolly Parton says, “Charity starts at home,” HunterGirl lives her life constantly giving back to her community, ensuring her presence and music mean something and make a positive impact.

“The private viewing of my first official music video for my debut radio single, ‘Ain’t About You,’ was a night I’ll never forget,” said HunterGirl. “I’m so thankful to my hometown for showing me so much love and support! I am happy to say that we raised over $6,000 for the Isaiah 117 House, and we are able to give back to the children in the community. Having the viewing at the Oldham Theater in Winchester, Tenn., was a full circle moment. Every Sunday night, they hosted American Idol watch parties and cheered me on throughout the competition. I will never forget how much their support pushed me to do my best, so I could make my hometown proud.”

Impacting radio on
October 23, HunterGirl was able to write the vulnerable “Ain’t About You” completely by herself after her tenure of working with veterans’ organizations where she uses music therapy to transform warrior’s stories into songs. Watching their reactions to their life in songs, this allowed her to give in whole-heartedly to her emotions, writing the song with pure honesty, not worrying about fitting it into a certain mold.

Stay tuned, as the official music video for HunterGirl’s already applauded powerful debut single “Ain’t About You” will premiere publicly this November. Listen to the track
below.

“Huntergirl ‘peeled back her soul’ and the song -- a soulful tearjerker of a ballad questioning if ‘tomorrow's the day those closed doors will open up’ poured from her like water and wine.” – Tennessean

“It's
an inspiring anthem for anyone seeking their true calling, made even more powerful by the circumstances under which she wrote it.” – Sweety High

“‘Ain’t About You,’ is a product of this experience as it uncovers an authentic look into
the power of prayer and patience in her personal journey.” – Country Now

The raw track is full of chilling conviction. The striking and painfully relatable lyrics truly fall out of the Tennessee girl in the most honest and humble of ways.” – All Country News

“HunterGirl
showcases exactly why America fell in love with her in this song.” – Country Swag

About HunterGirl:

A Tennessee native, singer/songwriter HunterGirl has been performing since she was three years old and writing songs since she was nine. In her early teens, she performed at venues across the United States, competed in singing competitions and won the 2014 Texaco Country Showdown. After graduating high school, she moved to Nashville and immediately started playing gigs at Nashville’s most famous venues including Tootsie’s, Rippy’s, Jason Aldean’s Bar, The Listening Room, and HonkyTonk Central, winning songwriting contests such as “Nash Next” and the prestigious “Nashville Songwriter Association International” in her spare time. Due to having family members who served in the military, HunterGirl holds a deep admiration for our Country’s armed forces and tenaciously works with many veteran organizations, where she uses music therapy to transform veterans’ stories into songs. She’s shared the stage with Country superstars Old Dominion, Florida Georgia Line, Kane Brown, Alan Jackson, Lainey Wilson, Trace Adkins, Charlie Daniels, Sara Evans and more. Last year, she competed on American Idol, where the “country singer with a bright future” (Hollywood Life) delivered standout performances that Taste of Country called “impressive,” “shining,” “chill-worthy,” and “glowing,” winning the hearts of millions across the country. Praised by Idol judge and Country superstar Luke Bryan as the “new age Miranda Lambert” and his “favorite female Country voice,” “HunterGirl has wowed the Country music community since she stepped foot onto the American Idol stage” (Billboard). “Despite missing out on the win, her crooning vocals and intimate original song, ‘Red Bird,’ has made her one to watch in the Country scene (American Songwriter). Skyrocketing to No. 1 on iTunes All-Genre and Country charts, “the budding Country star” (Taste of Country) performed her heartfelt and deeply personal original track “Red Bird” on Live with Kelly & Ryan and has appeared on Good Morning America. Now, with the release of her label debut tracks “Hometown Out Of Me,” “Lonely Outta You” and the hauntingly powerful “Ain’t About You,” driven by her distinct and genuine vocals, unwavering tenacity, and heart of gold, HunterGirl is on the fast track to becoming Country’s next big female artist.

WYNONNA JUDD AND TRISHA YEARWOOD RELEASE REINVENTED VERSION OF “CRY MYSELF TO SLEEP” AHEAD OF A TRIBUTE TO THE JUDDS RELEASE

Today, Grammy-award-winning artists Wynonna Judd and Trisha Yearwood released their reimagined version of The Judds’ iconic song “Cry Myself To Sleep.” Written by Paul Kennerley, the track serves as the second single off A Tribute To The Judds, the highly anticipated compilation record in celebration of the beloved duo’s 40th anniversary, to be released on October 27 on BMG.

Originally released in 1986 as the fourth single off the best-selling album Rockin’ With The Rhythm, and reproduced by Cactus Moser, “Cry Myself To Sleep” serves as a soulful and powerful new take on the critically acclaimed track. Blending the elements of Funk, Rock, and Country into the song, these once in a generation dynamites infuse their own sound while remaining true to the original record. You can listen to “Cry Myself To Sleep”
HERE.

"I was absolutely delighted when Trisha showed up at the studio on the farm to record 'Cry Myself To Sleep' with me. We have known each other for years, but have never worked together. In today’s world of technology, artists often don’t get to be in the same room as the other person to record a song. It was so refreshing! I am thrilled with the song, and I cannot wait to sing it live with her," said Wynonna Judd.

“Getting to be a part of celebrating Judds music is such an honor. I’m a true fan, and singing with Wynonna has been a dream come true! I’m proud to be a part of honoring the music that Naomi and Wynonna created," said Trisha Yearwood.

A Tribute to The Judds
brings together the music industry’s biggest power players across genres, revering the original music of The Judds into a powerful homage of their discography.

About Wynonna Judd:
With the release of her 1992 self-titled solo debut, Wynonna emerged as a singular force in American music. Beyond the five Grammy Awards, the multi-platinum albums and sold-out tours, the country/soul vocalist built on the Appalachian traditionalism that defined The Judds to create a world where Top 5 dance/club hits were as possible as being inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Having practically grown up as America’s favorite musical daughter, Wynonna matured into a woman who embraced how life is filled with peaks and valleys, great thrills, and heavy disappointment. Those realities informed her 5-times platinum Wynonna and nearing 3-times platinum Tell Me Why, the albums that gave voice to every human being emerging into their own adulthood with joy in their heart.

Beyond the groundbreaking music she and her mother created as The Judds, Wynonna has grown into her once-in-a-generation vocal prowess with an ease that made people clamor to her. “No One Else On Earth,” “Tell Me Why,” “She Is His Only Need,” “Girls With Guitars,” and “I Saw The Light” set the next chapter in motion of for the girl from Ashland, Kentucky who became a global superstar.

About Trisha Yearwood:
Following three decades in the spotlight, numerous GRAMMY®, CMA® and ACM® Awards, countless multiplatinum certifications, and millions of fans entertained, the same passion still motivates and moves Trisha Yearwood. The singer, actress, author, chef, personality, and entrepreneur derives deep fulfillment from simply walking up to a microphone and pouring her heart out by way of a celebrated powerhouse voice. In 2019, Trisha unveiled her highly anticipated first full-length country record in over a decade, Every Girl. Every Girl: Deluxe includes a new acoustic re-recording of her first album’s lead single “She’s In Love With The Boy.” Trisha made history when the original “She’s In Love With The Boy” vaulted to #1 and cemented her as the first female country artist to have a debut single reach the top of the country charts. She made history once again in 2021, when “She’s In Love With The Boy” was named “the MOST listened to country song by a Female Artist in the history of Billboard’s Country Airplay Charts.”  Trisha remains a timeless entertainer whose influence permeates multiple facets of culture. COLIN STOUGH ANNOUNCES DEBUT EP PROMISELAND

Colin Stough today announces Promiseland, his debut EP after his successful run on American Idol earlier this year. The six-song project will be released on all DSPs on October 20. Pre-save/pre-add HERE.

The announcement accompanies the launch of the second single from the project, “Lonely Hour.” Stough describes the song as melancholic saying, “There are these moments after a breakup where everything kind of settles and the loneliness kicks in. It’s those moments after the day winds down before the night sets in and you can fall asleep. The moments where you can’t stop thinking about everything and you finally start feeling all of the pain and loss that comes after a relationship has run its course. It’s the lonely hour.” Listen now below.

Colin Stough is one of the most buzzed about newcomers in country music today, after taking top honors on Season 21 of American Idol. Stough, the “Brad Pitt of country music”, as dubbed by Katy Perry, “was born to be a star” and has “the taste” and the “vocal ability."

Stough has also released the pensive official music video for “Lonely Hour.” Shot in a single hotel room, the video is powerful in its simplicity. Stough says, “This song is a melancholic one and what’s more melancholy than sitting in an old motel with everything you own packed in a suitcase as the sun is setting. It’s loneliness at its deepest. That’s the feeling we wanted to capture in this video. It’s meant to be kind of simple but vulnerable, and honestly, just kind of sad.”

“Lonely Hour” and “Promiseland” follow the release of Stough’s debut song “Bad Day,” a testament to the working man’s plight to get through a particularly mundane day, and “I Still Talk To Jesus,” a deeply personal depiction of Stough’s struggle to find meaning in a lifetime of disappointments and letdowns, which ended up reaching the #5 slot on Billboard’s Country Digital Song Sales Charts and #18 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales Charts.

Currently out on the road with headlining tour dates including a hometown show that sold out in one hour, Stough is ready for all of his fans to hear his debut project next month.

Craig Morgan recruits Trace Adkins, Luke Combs, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton and Lainey Wilson for new project, Enlisted

On the heels of being sworn into the U.S. Army Reserve live on the Grand Ole Opry stage this summer, country music hit-maker, author and Army veteran Craig Morgan is announcing a forthcoming brand-new EP, Enlisted, set to release October 20 on Broken Bow Records.Morgan recruited several of his famous friends — Trace Adkins, Luke Combs, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll,Blake Shelton, and Lainey Wilson — for the six-song project, which features new versions of some of Morgan’s biggest hits, as well as two brand-new songs.

“Making this record has been so much fun because I got to get in the studio with some of my friends and also re-create some of my catalog in a way that feels like brand-new music,” shares Morgan.

Opening Enlisted is the working-class anthem, “Raise The Bar,” one of the EP’s two brand-new songs, which Craig sings with friend and neighbor, Luke Combs. And bookending the six-song project is “That Ain’t Gonna Be Me” with Trace Adkins, a song that spells out the importance Morgan places on his convictions. “I’m gonna put my hand up, I’m gonna stand up for what I believe,” he sings. “For me, it’s about God and family and country,” he says. “I am so blessed, and I recognize the blessings of the freedoms we celebrate in this nation.”

Among the newly reimagined tracks is “Almost Home” featuring Jelly Roll, who spoke with Billboardearlier this year about how the song impacted his life during his incarceration and inspired him as an artist. The pair gave an emotional performance of the song live on the Grand Ole Opry stage together last year in addition to a surprise appearance during Morgan’s sold-out concert stop at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.

Jelly shares: “This song is full circle for me. It’s about situations you are sometimes in that you just mentally want to be somewhere else — ‘Almost Home’ — it’s something that I listened to in jail. Me and my cellmates could really relate to it. When I got out, I spent what little money I had and went to see Craig Morgan at the Grand Ole Opry and cried when he sang it.”

Lainey Wilson lends her stellar talents to a reimagined take on “International Harvester.” “It’s an absolute honor to be a part of this record,” said Wilson “I remember the first time I ever heard ‘International Harvester’ and the feeling I got knowing that there was music being written that felt like it was made just for me. I come from a family of farmers, so it’s really a full circle moment to be on this track alongside my good friend Craig.”

Also included in the collection is “Redneck Yacht Club,” a collaboration with longtime  friend Blake Shelton, who made a cameo in the original song’s official music video in 2005. Shelton shares: “Craig and I have been friends for many years. I’m a fan of his music and admire him as a human. After all ofthese years, I still don’t understand why he still feels the need to wear that toupee, but I’m thrilled he asked me to sing with him on ‘Redneck Yacht Club.’”

Last week, Morgan kicked off his popular “God, Family, Country Tour 2023,” in partnership with Operation Finally Home. Morgan and special guests The Reeves Brothers will play thirteen theater and auditorium dates through the end of October. Tickets and VIP experience packages are on-sale now atCraigMorgan.com

His 2023 headlining tour follows last fall’s release of his personal memoir — God, Family, Country, which Craig wrote with Jim DeFelice, #1 New York Times bestselling co-author of American Sniper. The book chronicles Craig’s road to success, from his humble childhood in Tennessee to his years as an elite military operative to his country music stardom. Country music fans and thrill seekers alike will love this intimate look at Craig’s remarkable life. Learn more HERE

Morgan previously served seventeen years in the Army and Army Reserve with the 101st and 82ndAirborne Divisions as an E-6 Staff Sergeant and Fire Support Specialist and including Airborne, Air Assault Jumpmaster and Rappel Master among his certifications. He is now returning to serve his country in a new way – as a soldier in the Army Reserve. One of country music's best-loved artists, Morgan has amassed over 2 billion career streams and charted over 25 songs on Billboard, thrilling massive crowds with signature hits including “Bonfire,” “Almost Home,” “Redneck Yacht Club,” “International Harvester,” “This Ole Boy,” “Soldier,” “That's What I Love About Sunday” and his faith-filled tribute to his son Jerry, “The Father, My Son and The Holy Ghost.” On October 20, Craig will release his highly anticipated EP Enlisted, a six-song collection of reimagined hits and brand-new songs featuring collaborations with Trace Adkins, Luke Combs, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton, and Lainey Wilson.

Craig received one of country music's highest honors when he was inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Prior to becoming a country music star and TV sensation, Morgan served seventeen years serving our country in the Army and Army Reserve and in 2023 enlisted in the Army Reserve, continuing his military career. Morgan remains an avid supporter of America's military personnel and has made more than sixteen overseas trips to perform for our troops. He is a member of the U.S. Field Artillery Hall of Fame and recipient of the USO Merit Award. In 2018, he was awarded the Army’s Outstanding Civilian Service Medal, one of the highest awards the Department of the Army can bestow upon a civilian, in recognition of his significant dedication to our military men and women around the world. He remains committed to supporting active duty and veteran members of our military through work with Operation Finally Home, the USO and more.

This month he’ll reprise his popular “God, Family, Country Tour 2023,” in partnership with Operation Finally Home, headlining run, playing thirteen theater and auditorium dates through late October. God, Family, Country, Craig’s gripping new memoir, released last fall in partnership with Blackstone Publishing. He details all aspects from his inspiring life, revealing never-before-heard stories including how he worked alongside the CIA as a soldier in Panama, fought sex traffickers as an undercover agent in Thailand, forged his own path to country music stardom, and lives his life by the deepest values: God, family, country.
