JASON ALDEAN CELEBRATES HIS 30th #1 AT COUNTRY RADIO WITH HIS LATEST SINGLE “WHISKEY DRINK”

GRAMMY nominated entertainer and ACM Artist of the Decade, Jason Aldean lands his 30th #1 at Country Radio via Broken Bow Records this week with his latest single “Whiskey Drink,” featured on his album Highway Desperado. Recently, kicking off his “Full Throttle Tour” with sold out dates at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH (5/23), Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Canada (5/24) and the Broadview Stage at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, NY (5/25), the country music superstar is bringing his hit packed show to CMA Fest this week in Nashville as he closes out Nissan Stadium on the opening night, Thursday, June 5 before heading back out on the road in July.

With this latest accolade, Jason joins an elite class of entertainers who have logged 30+ #1 hits throughout their career like George Strait, Tim McGraw, Ronnie Milsap, Merle Haggard, Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton.

“30 #1s is a huge milestone, and I couldn’t let it go by without thanking the fans, country radio, the songwriters, BMG and the best promo team in the business,” says Jason Aldean. “I appreciate all the support we have gotten from everyone over the last 20 years. And, I don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon; so, I’m working hard on getting this next round of music out and can’t wait to share it soon.”

“I always say icons come from the fringes and Jason Aldean exemplifies that without question,” says Jon Loba, President, Frontline Recordings, BMG Americas. “When many questioned his music early on, he was uncompromising and in the process, added an entirely new sound to the genre that many tried to chase, but none could replicate.  Today, he registers his 30th #1, while continuing to sell out arenas and amphitheaters. We at BMG look forward to him shaping the sound of Country music for years to come.”

His #1 hit single “Save Me” — a confessional, vulnerable expression of self-doubt— set the stage for his new season of life and took him to new heights including a Platinum certification from the RIAA on the heels of his 28-week reign at No. 1 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart. Most recently, “Save Me” earned Jelly his first ACM win for Music Event of the year, released his new album Beautifully Broken on October 11 and launched his Beautifully Broken Tour on August 27th following his eight consecutive #1 singles: “Liar,” “I Am Not Okay,” “Chevrolet” - Dustin Lynch feat. LAINEY WILSON SECURES CMA FEMALE VOCALIST OF THE YEAR FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Lainey Wilson entered the 2024 CMA Awards as a host alongside Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning for the first time this year and by the close of the show was awarded two CMA Awards including: Female Vocalist of the Year, her third consecutive win in the category, and Music Video of the Year for her #1 hit song “Wildflowers and Wild Horses.”

In her acceptance speech for Female Vocalist of the Year, Lainey shared: "I've always been told if you feel like you've got a gift, you're supposed to share it, and I think that means whether you drive a tractor or pour coffee, make people smile or laugh, whatever that is I think you're supposed to share that gift."

Throughout the broadcast, Lainey would take the stage for two performances — an emotive, cinematic adaption of her current Top 20 and rising Broken Bow Records single “4x4xU” from her 2025 GRAMMY-nominated Country Album of the Year, Whirlwind, and again for the George Strait tribute performing his signature “Amarillo By Morning.” Lainey's live adaptation of "4x4xU" will release tonight to all streaming platforms. Pre-save/pre-add HERE.

BMG Publishing was proud to see writer Dan Wilson capture a CMA Award for Song of the Year for “White Horse,” a track co-penned and recorded by Chris Stapleton.

In addition, 2025 GRAMMY nominee Jelly Roll, a three-time nominee at the 2024 CMA Awards, also hit the stage twice throughout the broadcast — first with Brooks & Dunn, 2024 Duo of the Year winners, for a powerful and moving performance of “Believe” that had the audience in tears and later with Keith Urban on his fiery Stoney Creek Records single “Liar” from his just-released Billboard 200 #1 album, Beautifully Broken.

Most recently, “Save Me” earned Jelly his first ACM win for Music Event of the Year, and he’s followed his four consecutive #1 singles: “Halfway To Hell,” “Save Me,” “Need A Favor” and “Son of A Sinner” up with two releases that serve as previews into his forthcoming album. The first is his current radio single “I Am Not Okay” and the second is the fiery “Liar.”

Not just an artist but a humanitarian, Jelly Roll continues to resonate with fans on a global scale while racking up numerous milestones - from playing his sold-out hometown show for 18,000 fans at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena to donating a recording studio at the juvenile detention center he served in as a teen, to the release of his record-breaking documentary by ABC News, “Save Me” -the most watched music documentary on the platform- to his visits with rehab centers and those incarcerated across the US. Featured by Nightline, GMA, GMA3, The New York Times, LA Times, The Tennessean, Billboard, Variety, American Songwriter, CMT and more, his self-built, unconventional industry rise and unique fan connection has garnered praise from numerous outlets, with Variety noting, “for everyone who’s facing the same struggles, Jelly Roll is their Springsteen,” and American Songwriter echoing, “with a string of accolades and an extremely dedicated following, Jelly Roll has emerged as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.”

News and more.  The album earned Aldean his 27th career-charting #1 single, "Trouble With A Heartbreak,” as well as a Billboard Music Award nomination for “Top Country Song” and awards from ACM, CMT, iHeart, and a GRAMMY nomination for “If I Didn’t Love You” with Carrie Underwood. Since making his chart debut in 2005, the Georgia native has earned the most Top 10 songs on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart - more than any other artist - his “songs of small-town living, love and loss have resonated with a loyal fanbase” (Billboard) and have “vaulted him to the pinnacle of Country music success” (Atlanta Journal Constitution). His current tour of the same name continues this evening in Jacksonville, Florida before heading to Orange Beach, AL. For more information on Jason Aldean including additional tour dates and new music, visit www.JasonAldean.com.

JELLY ROLL EARNS SECOND CONSECUTIVE #1 AT COUNTRY RADIO WITH “NEED A FAVOR”

The Platinum- Certified Smash Off His Record Breaking Country Debut Album Whitsitt Chapel Tops The Aircheck and Billboard Country Charts Following Opening Weekend Of The Backroad Baptism Tour

The Backroad Baptism Tour Continues Its 45-City Run This Week
With Stops In Mansfield, MA, Banger, ME and More

Entertainment phenomenon Jelly Roll earned his second consecutive #1 at Country radio this week with his Platinum-selling single, “Need A Favor.” The chart-topping hit, which also earned multiple weeks on top of the rock airplay charts, is the singer/songwriter’s follow up single to his first #1 at Country radio, “Son of A Sinner.” The milestone comes on the heels of the Backroad Baptism tour launch, which kicked off this week in Southhaven, MS (7.28) before heading to Atlanta, GA (7.29), Orange Beach, AL (7.30), Huntsville, AL (8.1) and Darien Center, NY (8.3). The 43-city headlining arena tour continues tonight in Mansfield, MA before heading to Banger, ME (8.5), Gilford, NH (8.8) and Bridgeport, CT (9.9).

In an interview with Billboard, Jelly Roll shared, “A second #1 at Country radio is something I wouldn’t have even allowed myself to dream about. 'Need A Favor' has absolutely changed my life. It’s been incredible to watch the fan reaction and see what’s happening out there on the road. Thank you to everyone who has continued to believe in this song since the beginning and thank you to Country radio for supporting therapeutic music like 'Need A Favor' since day one. It’s amazing to have your support and I’ve seen first hand the impact the music continues to have with people across the country.”

Written by Jelly (Jason DeFord), Austin Nivarel, Joe Ragosta, and Rob Ragosta, “Need A Favor” is one of 13 tracks on his debut Country album, Whitsitt Chapel. Released in June 2023, Whitsitt Chapel became the largest country debut album in Billboard Consumption chart history- earning the singer/songwriter another milestone after he topped Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart for more than 28 weeks - the longest reign for an artist in the chart’s existence. Jelly co-wrote all 13 tracks on the album, including his breakthrough viral single “Save Me” — a confessional, vulnerable expression of self-doubt — which has earned Platinum certification from the RIAA. Born and raised in Nashville’s Antioch neighborhood, the former addict and drug dealer draws from his personal experiences to tell the story of a man who has been through the ringer and isn’t afraid to share his raw truth. The 3X CMT Award winning artist has had a history-making “breakthrough year” (American Songwriter), selling out the Ryman Auditorium as well as  his hometown arena of 18,000+ fans at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, earning two #1s at Country radio and multi-week hits at Rock simultaneously, launching a 44-date arena Background Baptism Tour, and releasing an all-access documentary of his life at home and on the road, Jelly Roll: Save Me (Hulu).
