Yorkshire melodic metallers Caskets have today released their brand new single "Make Me A Martyr" via SharpTone Records.
Speaking of the new single, frontman Matt Flood says, "'Make Me A Martyr' refers to an exploration of self-destruction and emotional turmoil."
He continues, “‘Break me down, I'm nothing, I'm yours' shines on the raw vulnerability of letting yourself become so lost in someone else. 'You make me feel nothing, leave me to rot' is a nod to the numbness that comes from being so depressively and deeply trapped in a toxic connection. It's a cry for a real connection even if that means completely losing your own self-worth in the process of finding it."
