Nonpoint have announced a new tour in support of their hard-hitting new single “Is It,” that is now available on all major digital streaming platforms. The single was #1 most added last week and is currently in the Top 50 Media Base Charts. Known for their relentless energy, uncompromising sound, and undeniable live presence, the band continues to push forward with new music that captures the raw intensity fans have come to expect.

NONPOINT will be performing new material from their forthcoming album, giving fans an early taste of what’s next from the band while continuing to deliver the sound that has defined their career.

“Is It” serves as the first release from Nonpoint’s upcoming full-length album The Last Word, arriving in late summer 2026. Both the band and 361 Degrees Records are positioning this track as the opening statement of a new era, setting the tone for the album's themes and energy of the new record.

Kenny Chesney Carries On: FINAL Album Mixes Happening Now

Kenny Chesney has always believed in investing the time to get things right, whether his 2025 history-making Sphere residency, No. 1 New York Times best-seller Heart Life Music or creating an internet radio station for No Shoes Nation that’s now a stronghold at SiriusXM. With all of that, Chesney never stopped writing, seeking and recording music, knowing he was on the verge of creating something very special.

“Carry On,” his first new music in two years, hit radio hard. Beyond closing the panel of 158 reporting radio stations in its first week – only the third time in history, and the first time for an independent record label, the shuck-what-weighs-you-down anthem of empowerment and joy jumped to No. 30 with a bullet in its second week.

That kind of response requires some real attention, something the East Tennessee songwriter-superstar is good at providing. Beyond dropping the charming, locals-only peek at Key West clip, featuring the iconic David Wegman, for “Carry On” today, the man the Los Angeles Times called “the People’s Superstar” has become very serious about finalizing mixes for his 21st studio project.

“A lot has happened over the last year, but the truth is I’ve been collecting some of these songs for over a decade,” Chesney says of his upcoming project. “I knew when we decided to do the next album, I wanted a record that leaned into being an album, not a concept, but a collection of songs that took you somewhere emotionally or mentally.

“I never stop listening, or writing, or recording. But a few of these songs started pulling towards each other – and this album started to take shape. I don’t think I realized how really strong this collection was until I stepped back and looked at everything we’ve got.”

For Chesney, who was just named the Los Angeles Press Club’s Public Service Award honoree, “Carry On” eliciting such a powerful reaction meant locking down what his next record will be. His 100th entry on both Billboard’s Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts, “Carry On” speaks to the momentum inherent to living – and making albums.

“Unlike Heart Life Music, there was no hard deadline,” Chesney mused. “Now I feel like there is some real hunger for this music. The world is in such a divided place, I think music that brings people together, that reminds them of their actual feelings is what they’re looking for – and that’s always been what holds my music together.

Released in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the track arrives as the third and most intimate chapter in an already commanding 2026, following the explosive reception to previous singles, "Death Of The Altar" and "The Art Of Love". Holding a mirror to the part of depression that is the hardest to admit, Of Virtue tackle articulating the gap between who you are and who you want to be, and how insurmountable that gap can feel on the worst days. Rooted in the debilitating effects of depression and all that follows, "What's It Like To Be Happy?" leans into the disconnect of watching life carry on around you while you stay perfectly, painfully still.

"When we were writing this song, the title itself was a question that was asked out loud in a somewhat joking way - but hit me in all the ways I didn't think it could.

A lot of the experiences that I’ve had to go through in my adult life flashed through my mind in the blink of an eye. The loss of family members, revolving door toxic relationships, body dysmorphia/health issues were the tip of the iceberg. I was diagnosed with ADHD, my dopamine levels have been nonexistent or been overloaded constantly. Imposter syndrome and identity issues have put me in some of the worst depressive states I have ever experienced and there were times where I wondered out loud if this is the way my life would be forever.

In some of my darker moments as well, I turned to the wrong things to try and make myself feel better. Being a people pleaser and putting others before myself, self medication and not holding myself accountable was on full display. Posting only the "happy" moments on social media for validation, looking at other people and wishing I could feel the way that they did - not realizing in real time that a lot of them are also doing the same thing. It creates this weird feedback loop where everyone is pretending for everyone else and no one is truly happy at all.

I’m still searching within every moment in my life to find out what happiness looks like for me. I’m not saying I haven’t smiled or laughed, but that one question still haunts me to this day."

"'Pulling Me Under' dives into the darker depths of the album. This is a dark, atmospheric alternative rock track built on tension, emotion, and contrast. It’s haunting and anthemic, with verses that feel suffocatingly close before breaking into a huge chorus that hits like a breath of air after the plunge.

He continues, "The song explores the internal chaos of reaching out for help from the very person who’s dragging you down and the feeling of emotionally drowning when the one you trust most becomes the source of your pain. It’s a confrontation of that paradox: needing saving from the person who’s breaking you.

"It’s about that mental struggle, when you’re asking someone to pull you up, but they’re the reason you’re sinking in the first place. I wanted the music to reflect that push and pull; the verses are tight and claustrophobic, and then the chorus opens up like coming up for air. Japanese horror-inspired USBM outfit SAIDAN will be releasing its highly anticipated fourth LP, 'FANGDRILLER: Scars Beneath Memory's Wrist,' on June 19 via Avantgarde Music! The band is now unveiling the cinematic new single, "Ethereal Blood," along with a music video, which can be found below.

A prequel to 2023's 'Visual Kill,' 'FANGDRILLER' follows The Student (Junko) as she tries to heal her fractured heart. Haunted by wistful solitude, her isolation makes her the perfect victim for a mysterious cult known as Ethereal Blood.

SAIDAN vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Splatterpvnk comments, "'Ethereal Blood' is an essential part of the conceptual identity of 'Fangdriller.' Whereas many of the other songs on the album use metaphorical imagery to explain where I was emotionally at the time, 'Ethereal Blood' is a perverse initiation into something seemingly pure, yet shrouded in violent isolation."

'Fangdriller' is the fourth studio album born from the minds of multi-instrumentalist Splatterpvnk and drummer Hundosai, a new chapter in the narrative concept that links together all Saidan releases. A prequel to 2023's 'Visual Kill,' 'FANGDRILLER' follows The Student (Junko) as she tries to heal her fractured heart. Haunted by wistful solitude, her isolation makes her the perfect victim for a mysterious cult known as Ethereal Blood.

"'Hot Air Ballon' is my big finale — it's the bow on the present," says gracie. "It's my 'finally happy' song, amidst a sea of depression. I made it out on the other side."

gracie pens songs out of deep necessity. Her music holds the kind of truth usually only reserved for late-night conversations between lifelong friends. No subject is off the table. Instead, songwriting turns the key to unlock her heart, letting unfiltered feelings and raw recollections spill out on tape. She projects these emotions against a backdrop of artful alternative pop spiked with rock grit and indie intentionality. Embracing her most formative inspirations and pulling no punches, gracie steps into who she always endeavored to be as an artist.

"I'm not making music because I want to be successful; I'm making music because I have to," she affirms. "I need to tell an authentic story. As a kid, music surrounded gracie. At five-years-old, she regularly performed home concerts for her family. She graduated from listening to Camp Rock and High School Musical to Céline Dion, Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston and the likes. Along the way, she honed her voice through vocal lessons and filled journals with original songs. Watching a Taylor Swift thanksgiving special marked a pivotal turning point though. Within 15 minutes afterwards, she had crafted a song "Be Mine"—impressing her parents so much they burned it to CDs and she sold it to family and friends. By middle school, she had found herself on regular writing trips to Los Angeles, gaining invaluable experience. Simultaneously, her palette diversified and she obsessed over favorite bands, including Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Sleeping with Sirens, Pierce the Veil, and State Champs.

Not long after getting married, the music told her where to go next. She had always wanted to address the aftershocks of a past brutal breakup, but she never had the forum to properly do so until now.

"This breakup was monumental in my life, and I held onto these ideas for years," she admits. "I had gotten with a new team in 2025, and everybody backed my vision. I decided to go back to how I felt and close the chapter of the story."

Throughout 2025, gracie collaborated closely with producer Austin Davis at his Nashville studio. Bonding over a mutual passion for early 2000's rock bands, they built a solid musical foundation and began working on Gracie's forthcoming album together.

Ultimately, though, gracie's songs might just mirror how you feel.

"Music has gotten me out of so many dark places in my life," she states. "No matter the situation you're in, I hope to give you whatever you need, whether it’s healing, growth, or self-reflection...Maybe you'll see a part of yourself in it and feel less alone."

Robinson first encountered the band in a small club, where their impact was immediate.

This sense of unfiltered youth runs through every corner of Time To Burn. Across eleven tracks, XCOMM turn frustration, boredom, impulse, anger and absurdity into short, sharp shocks of hardcore clarity, simultaneously honoring the hardcore punk lineage that came before them, whilst also adding fresh and invigorating elements pulled from inspirations like David Lynch movies. Songs like their breakout single, “Fake ID” channel the real-life irritation of being turned away from shows for being under 21 into a snotty anthem of refusal, while “Hot Pursuit / One And Nothing” stretches the band’s range from frantic confrontation into darker, more atmospheric pressure.

For Fletcher Dragge, the band’s appeal is direct, immediate and deeply rooted in what punk is supposed to feel like.

Today, FRONTIERS RECORDS is pleased to share a new rendition of Harem Scarem’s hit “Weight Of The World,” reimagined by Karmen Klinc (Venus 5), along with an official video.

The song is part of the upcoming ‘XXX Anniversary Compilation,’ a special project celebrating 30 years of passion, creativity, and unforgettable music. The record is set for release on May 22, 2026, and will be available only on CD on the label’s webstore.

Recorded with Jim Pinder, whose work includes Sleep Token, Hot Milk, Bullet for My Valentine, and Neck Deep, the track captures Air Drawn Dagger at their most focused and visceral. It channels the emotional weight and sharp intensity that defined the debut era while pushing into darker and more refined territory, setting the tone for what comes next.

The release follows a sold-out London headline show in April, staged as the final performance of the debut album era, and arrives as the band prepares to tour across the UK and Europe throughout the year. "This song was forged in a cabin in the German mountains in the brief space between tour dates. It came from a period of exhaustion, closeness, and reflection, where everything felt heightened and exposed.

"Sonically, the track feels polarizing yet consistent. We built it around contrast rather than compromise, pairing a 'campfire' style chorus that feels almost communal, with the heaviest and most chaotic moments we have ever put into a song. The aim was to let those extremes exist side by side.

"'Me & My Friends (We’re Trying Asbestos We Can)' is three minutes of melodic anguish that reflects where we were mentally and creatively. It captures the push and pull between connection and burnout, warmth and violence, clarity and noise. It documents a band in motion, writing in real time, and allowing the chaos of this period to shape the song rather than fighting against it."

NYC songstress Julia Greenberg shares 'Sometimes The Sea', previewing 'Born Sentimental' EP

NYC indie-folk artist Julia Greenberg presents 'Sometimes The Sea', a reflective piece born from a moment of sudden clarity and a desire for external perspective. The second offering from her 'Born Sentimental' EP, forthcoming via New Jersey's Magic Door Record Label, it is about overcoming personal blues, viewed through the comforting lens of friendship and musical camaraderie.

Offering a temporary cure for that slipping away feeling, 'Sometimes the Sea' is framed as a conversation between two close friends about the compounding burdens of growing older. “The twilight of their mothers, those sweet bitter days at the ending of their summers—it’s all just heartbreak, it’s only a matter of degree.” The baroque accordion melodies flowing across this literary folk rock number hint at some measure of transcendence in the face of finitude.

"I knew two things as I set out to write this song. One, that it would be called 'Sometimes the Sea' because I was at the beach, and I had that moment when you get a glimpse of the ocean on a clear day, and it just shocks the darkness out of you," says Julia Greenberg.

"Two, I knew that it would be a conversation between me and my best friend Maud, and that she would be the narrator. I was perhaps feeling a bit weary of my own voice, and since she’s a brilliant writer, I figured she could tell the story of my blues and endlessly tiresome introspection with some humor and perspective. When I listen to the song, sometimes it feels like she wrote it."

Co-produced by Bob Perry (Winter Hours) and Julia Greenberg, this EP was recorded live at Chrometop Studios, engineered by Bob Perry. and mastered by Ray Ketchem(Guided by Voices, Elk City, Gramercy Arms, Luna, Crash Harmony) at Magic Door Recording Studio in Montclair, NJ.

Greenberg adds, "Jeremy Chatzky (bass), Will Holshouser (accordion) and I were in a band together in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, and we’ve played on and off together in various projects for decades. The recording of this song, which we did live in the studio, really captures our comfort with feeling our way through a song together. On that freaking accordion solo before the third verse, it’s as if Will summoned a symphony through those bellows!"

April saw the release of 'Leaves', which feels hopeful despite being written amidst the quiet wreckage of personal loss. Mastering the art of letting go, she offers a poignant reminder that some seasons simply cannot be held captive. The video -- directed by Julia Greenberg and edited by Nico Greenberg with Yumiko Takagi as director or photography -- captures a small-town schoolhouse that is "frozen in time", this setting serving as a poignant monument to the people and milestones we’ve moved on from.

The music pulses with the hard-earned intimacy of four musicians shaped by years on the road together, their songs carrying the marks of constant movement, shared trust, and a collective creative spirit forged across countless Northeastern miles. It blends the dust and edge of alternative country with the sharp lyricism and melodic elegance of classic American songwriting, creating something strikingly human — tender, weathered, and unguardedly sincere.

A chanteuse, theater composer and filmmaker with roots in NYC's vibrant music scene, Greenberg has released two albums of original music - 'Past Your Eyes' and 'Greenland' - both produced by James Mastro (The Bongos, Mott the Hoople, Ian Hunter, Patti Smith, John Cale). Her her music has been featured on 'This American Life' (including the ever-popular Dr. Phil episode, in which Phil Collins evaluates a breakup song she co-wrote), and Ronnie Spector also recorded one of her songs.

Greenberg's award-winning documentary 'Dory Previn: On My Way to Where' can now be watched on PBS, having had its world premiere at the SXSW Film & TV Festival in 2024. Prior to directing the film, Julia became the foremost interpreter of Previn’s music, performing her work around the country at venues such as Joe’s Pub, Mass MoCA, the 92nd Street Y, the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, and on WFMU and WNYC radio. She is also the archivist for Previn's estate.

Apart from co-writing the hit off-Broadway rock opera 'People Are Wrong!' with Robin Goldwasser, she composed the music for the off-Broadway play 'Cavedweller' with "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" composer Stephen Trask. In her spare time, she is a health justice advocate and co-curates the music program at the Rock Valley Schoolhouse in the Catskills.

'Sometimes The Sea' is out now, available from digital platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon and Bandcamp. Released via Magic Door Record Label on June 11, the 'Born Sentimental' EP is now available for pre-order.
