EARSHOT Release New Single + Video "Love Left" via Judge & Jury Records

Alternative rock band Earshot has released its new single “Love Left,” out now on Judge & Jury / SV Records, along with the song’s official music video. Pairing the band’s heavy, atmospheric sound with one of frontman Wil Martin’s most personal lyrical themes, “Love Left” asks a deceptively simple question: when everything feels dark, is there still love left?

For Martin, the question grew out of a period of intense fear and anxiety following the death of Chris Cornell, an artist he revered.

“Chris Cornell’s death shook me to my absolute core,” says Martin. “It wasn’t just the loss of an artist I revered; it was the terrifying realization that someone who, from the outside, seemed to have so much - talent, family, success, freedom - could still somehow be completely overwhelmed by internal pain and hopelessness. I was riddled with anxiety for weeks.”

What stayed with Martin was an unsettling question that became increasingly personal.

“I would often think to myself: if someone who has every reason to live can still be consumed by darkness, where does that leave people like me? Could any of us suddenly self-destruct without seeing it coming?”

That question ultimately found its way into “Love Left” and its central refrain: “Tell me is there love left? Any hope of us left? Before we throw it all away? Tell me is there love left?”

“I don’t pretend to have all or even any of the answers,” Martin says. “But what I came to believe for myself is that as long as I can find even just a spark of love within me, there’s something there to hold onto. That realization became the soul of this song.”

“Love Left” also reflects Martin’s frustration with a culture he believes places too much pressure on people to appear happy and okay, even when they aren’t.

“I think we’re suffocating under a culture that demands constant happiness and perfection,” he says. “I want to shatter that lie. It’s okay to have bad days, bad months or even bad years. Pain is real. Grief is real, but so is growth. Feeling down, lost or exhausted doesn’t mean you’re broken - it means you’re human. For me, ‘Love Left’ is about finding that small glimmer of love inside yourself and not throwing it away.”

The official music video gives that idea a stark visual language. Set against a dark, crumbling backdrop, a single glowing light bulb represents the fragile inner spark someone is fighting to protect as everything around them appears to fall apart. The destructive, industrial imagery mirrors the internal struggle at the center of the song.

The release comes as Earshot is experiencing renewed momentum with both longtime fans and a new generation of listeners. Over the past year, the band’s Spotify monthly listeners have more than doubled. Earshot currently reaches more than 700,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, while its recent album Humaning has surpassed one million streams.

Earshot will take “Love Left” on the road this fall, including a September 18 performance at Louder Than Life in Louisville, Kentucky.

The birth of the Hitmen. For years Rick Monroe has been a solo artist hiring players as needed and doing the Nashville shuffle of interchangeable bands, but during covid everything changed. In 2020, Rick and the band, with Bobby Perkins & Alan Beeler, were set to have an amazing year starting off with a West Coast tour when the world shut down. Instead of everyone going their own way, they all stuck together and started streaming live shows from their basements, garages and living rooms. At the same time Rick and Alan Beeler started a standing Tuesday writing meeting which eventually became the bulk of their current album. Through some mutual friends, Rick met Malcolm Springer and they decided to track a few songs and see how it went. Once in the studio it was obvious that this was quickly becoming more of a band situation and when Malcolm brought Jason Bohl in, the sound finally came together. Badsquatch Releases New Single + Video “Nakupenda"

BADSQUATCH’s soft, yet warm and inviting vocals. The name of the song,
the phrase for “I love you” in Swahili, is confirmed to be a kind of title-track
of the I LUV YOU side of the album, but it is also a nod to the
African-inspired percussion instrumentation and lyrical themes of flowing
with the river toward the ocean, mentioned by the artist to be further
inspired by stories of the Nile River.

In this song, these lyrical themes set this single even further apart
from the rest of his recent releases, speaking with an air of wisdom that can
only come from somebody that has experience with not just pain and
suffering, but also the coming to terms with it, the process of ‘healing’, and
moving forward in life. Utilizing metaphors and thought-provoking lines

The track serves as both a warning and a wake-up call, tackling society's growing dependence on technology and the invisible grip it has on modern life.

Tony West formed Blacklist Union because he wanted to play music that he wanted to hear. They put out the first Blacklist Union record, After the Mourning, in 2006. The band’s name comes from getting the best musicians in town with the worst reputations. With a shamanistic blend of Stone Temple Pilots, Guns N’ Roses, Warrior Soul, The Cult, and Mother Love Bone... Blacklist Union was born.

Blacklist Union have built a reputation on their explosive live shows and unapologetically bold sound. Their previous record, Letters from the Psych Ward, racked up over two million streams, setting the stage for the band’s new album. The band's latest release was Slay the Dragon that came out in September 2025.

Frontman Tony West, known for his larger-than-life presence, took time out to dive deep into several transformative ayahuasca journeys in the heart of the Amazon, preparing for this next era of music.

As West put it, “Ayahuasca isn’t a drug—it’s powerful spiritual medicine from another realm. It helped me heal in ways I never thought possible, releasing layers of trauma, heartache, and sorrow. I’m not perfect—not Gandhi or anything—but it changed everything. My entire view of myself, love, the world, people, and my children changed because of those experiences.”

West was raised in the Bronx on The Ramones, Bad Brains, and NYHC. Hearing the call of the wild west, he made his way to Los Angeles at 19 years old. West took a break from L.A. to try out Memphis in 1998. While he was there, he attended the first Saliva gig with Paul Crosby on drums. This marked the beginning of a lifelong friendship between Crosby and West, leading to management, song collaborations, and guest video appearances. West collaborated with guitarist Todd Youth (Murphy’s Law /Danzig) and Malfunkshun, which was kept active by Andy Wood’s brother Kevin Wood. Andy Wood is West’s muse, and he was honored to sing in his hero’s band.

Breaking In A Sequence Release New Single "Don't Run" via TLG|ZOID

Melodic alternative metal band Breaking In A Sequence released their new single “Don't Run” via TLG|ZOID, distributed by Virgin Music Group. The track serves as the second single from the band’s completed full-length album INANIMATE, due out later this year.

"'Don’t Run' was the first song written with new drummer BC Vaught. We didn’t write anything for the first year and a half after to give us time to meld together. The song carries the NuMetal torch from the early 2000’s with a perfect blend of melody, groove and aggression. It has a rawness that is absent in today’s music," shares the band.

The single was produced by Chris Collier alongside the band and mixed and mastered by Collier as well. The release marks the beginning of a new chapter for BIAS as they build momentum toward the full album launch.

Led by vocalist, songwriter, and producer Matt Jackson, FiRSUN represents a new chapter built from hard-earned experience. Framed through the language and imagery of religion, the song explores the emotional impact of experiencing that kind of behavior firsthand.

“The lyrical aspect of this song is a first-person point of view from a narcissist's standpoint seeking validation for their actions. They say they're not doing anything wrong, but their actions speak otherwise, while being dressed up in a way that is commonly seen through religion. Dealing with it firsthand and seeing how it has affected me, this song was the best way I could let out how I feel. I hope it connects with anybody that has dealt or is dealing with a similar situation," says Matt Jackson.

VENTANA and DEADLY APPLES Team Up for the "Saints of Sickness Tour" Across North America This November

Industrial metal bands Ventana and Deadly Apples are teaming up this November for the Saints of Sickness Tour, an 18-date run across the United States and Canada.

Cleveland-based Ventana, founded by Richard "Stitch" Thomas (Mushroomhead, Crossbreed, A Killer’s Confession) and Daniel Fox (Mushroomhead, Dope, Wednesday 13), have spent more than two decades carving out their place in the industrial metal scene, earning a reputation for highly entertaining live shows. The band has toured alongside acts including Fear Factory, Dope, Mindless Self Indulgence, Hellyeah, Static-X, Powerman 5000, Hed PE and The Birthday Massacre, while also performing on select dates of the Mayhem Festival. Ventana recently unveiled their latest single and music video, "Iron Over Blood."

Montreal's Deadly Apples have toured throughout North America, South America, Europe and Japan supporting artists such as Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Korn, Deftones and Rammstein, while also appearing at major festivals such as Hellfest, Knotfest and the Vans Warped Tour. Renowned for their intense, high-energy and chaotic live performances, the band continues to build momentum with their single "Volatile," featuring Richard Patrick (Filter) and Danny Lohner (Nine Inch Nails), which has surpassed one million streams. The song's accompanying music video was selected for the Berlin Music Video Awards.

Special guest Aeternum will appear on all dates. The female-fronted band recently released their new single, "Knives at Midnight," and blends elements of electro, pop and metal. Aeternum has toured with acts including A Killer’s Confession and Dogma.

Hexes is a raw and unapologetic exploration of the darkest aspects of the human condition, told through a deeply personal perspective that follows a journey through the shadows in search of the light.

“'Trauma Bond' is based upon being trauma bonded to someone. No matter how toxic the relationship is, the two cannot seem to break away from each other, yet they find no peace in each other’s presence. So the song outlines the push-pull of that relationship, being helplessly bonded through the chaos the two have built, and finally being able to break that bond and be free of the constant space of trauma that festers in the unity of the two people," says frontman Travis Neal.

Fraxure’s first release, the critically acclaimed EP Firewater Sessions, was produced by legend Billy Graziadei of Biohazard.
