Bedsore Sign to Season of Mist

Season of Mist is proud to welcome Bedsore!

Seven years ago, Bedsore appeared from Italy's underground with a magical potion that stirs together death metal, vintage prog rock and cinematic horror. The band's first album Hypnagogic Hallucinations was plenty potent, though last year's follow-up proved truly mesmerizing. Dreaming the Strife for Love was named one of the best metal albums of 2024 by Brooklyn Vegan, Treble, BangerTV and other notable publications.

Now, as the band return to the studio for their upcoming third album and first since fleshing out into a six-piece lineup, Bedsore are pleased to finally reveal that they've signed with Season of Mist.

"With a long and continued tradition of supporting leading artists who are on the cutting edge, Season of Mist represents the perfect partner for Bedsore's musical imagery, offering us an open field for creative exploration while also helping us reach listeners who truly care", says the band's founding members Jacopo Gianmaria Pepe and Stefano Allegretti. "Being part of this forward-thinking family gives us the freedom to keep developing our aesthetic without any compromise, which is why joining hands with Season of Mist feels like the wisest decision for us at this stage.

"We would firmly like to extend our heartfelt thanks to 20 Buck Spin for their invaluable contributions so far. We would not be here today without their trust and support. We sincerely wish them the very best as we take on a new step of our journey".

To go along with their new label home, Bedsore are also thrilled to announce today that they have joined forces with Swamp Booking. "We are truly excited to work alongside what is hands down one of the best booking acts around and look forward to bringing our music to stages everywhere", the band continues. "As good things come in threes, new sensational music is already in the works and marks a transition toward something even more ambitious. We can't wait to move forward and share it with all of you soon!"

Don't miss Bedsore when they close out 2025 alongside StarGazer and Drowned.

Like so many of their Italian brethren from Goblin and Devil Doll, to Death SS and Black Hole, Bedsore continue to pursue their uncompromising vision, now in a renovated vest, and performing as a six-piece to achieve a more powerful live dynamic and timbrel palette.

Bedsore already have two European tours and appearances at eminent international festivals like Chaos Descends Festival, Incineration Festival, Kill-Town Death Fest, Courts of Chaos Festival, Frantic Festival and Metalitalia Festival under their belts. The band's live appearances aim to convey their musical kaleidoscopic frame into a unique visual and aural experience that's all-encompassing for both the audience and the musicians.

So, brace yourself! Bedsore's journey is just at its beginning, and the future promises even greater sonic heights.

VITRIOL to Embark on North American Headliner + EU Tour, Announces New Band Lineup

Death metal battalion VITRIOL will be embarking on a full North American headliner with support from Unmerciful and Weeping Death! The extensive trek kicks off on November 6 in Santa Cruz, CA and will make its way through the continent until the final stop in VITRIOL's hometown of Portland, OR on December 6. The full itinerary can be found below while tickets are available HERE.

VITRIOL will then dominate Europe in support of BÖLZER along with THE RUINS OF BEVERAST, MISÞYRMING + TREPANERINGSRITUALEN next year! The trek kicks off on February 20 in Berlin (DE). Tickets can be found HERE.

In addition, VITRIOL is now pleased to announce an all new powerhouse lineup! Founding member, guitarist, and vocalist Kyle Rasmussen is now joined by guitarist Keith Merrow (Merrow, Demisery), bassist Brett Leier (Gargoyl, Varthagus), and drummer Andy Vincenzetti (Morgue Defilement, Imperial Crystalline Entombment).

Rasmussen previously stated on the new changes,

"We have two large developments to share. Firstly, we are deeply saddened to announce that Matt Kilner has chosen to step away from Vitriol. While I imagine that most people's first instinct is to ask why, Matt's reasoning is his own, and we want to afford him the respect of not speaking on his behalf. Suffice it to say, we are pained to see him go.

"In more triumphant news, we have welcomed Brett Leier into the fold on bass and accompanying vocals. Brett is a wildly talented instrumentalist with a very potent creative mind. He also looks like he'd be camped out in a Serbian gas station bathroom with chicken wire pulled tight, which I think is a pretty sweet vibe. Brett is best known for his work in Gargoyl alongside fellow mega-shredders. Brett will be joining Keith Merrow and I on our upcoming, soon-to-be announced tour where we will re emerge as a four piece. We look forward to seeing what the future will bring. We will provide more information on the drummer situation soon enough.

VITRIOL is touring in support of their critically-acclaimed 2024 album, 'Suffer & Become,' which can be streamed HERE.

PREYRS Share Video for "Into The Blue"

PREYRS, a visceral new force in alternative rock and metal, have released the video for their new single "Into The Blue," from their hypnotic debut album, The Wounded Healer, out November 14 via Pelagic Records

Watch the "Into The Blue" lyric video below

Stream and pre-order here

Vocalist Amy Montgomery comments, "'Into The Blue' is empathy, anger, passion, and an observation of senseless loss of life."

PREYRS are the brainchild of Belfast rock artist Amy Montgomery and drummer/producer Michael Mormecha. Fusing raw alternative rock energy with the weight of metal, the quartet's music is an electrifying clash of aggression and euphoria, darkness and uplift, chaos and control. Elements of artists as disparate as Nine Inch Nails, Chelsea Wolfe, Sonic Youth, and Julie Christmas combine to delirious and heady effect.

Busking on the streets of Belfast from the age of 15, Montgomery met multi-instrumentalist Mormecha a few years later and they've been working together ever since. Both songwriters in their own right, Michael fronted renowned Irish post-hardcore outfit Mojo Fury and worked as a producer for artists including The Bonnevilles, Mojo Fury, and Joshua Burnside. They're joined as PREYRS by longtime guitarist Nolan Donelly and new bass player Ciarán McGreevy.

Known for electrifying live performances, PREYRS made their UK festival debut at Bloodstock Open Air this August and appeared at Stendhal Festival in Ireland. Nominated as "Best Live Act" and "Best Artist" at the Northern Ireland Music Prize, Montgomery's undeniably fierce and captivating frontperson energy has been her secret weapon often described as "otherworldly" or "a force of nature." For those seeking the epic, the healing, the aggressive, and the unrelenting pulse of alternative rock and metal, PREYRS are it.

PREYRS will be supporting punk legends New Model Army across Europe this winter.

NYC's Ecce Shnak & world-class DJ Eskei83 unleash 'Jeremy, Utilitarian Sadboy (Kill Em Mix)'

NYC-based alt-rockers Ecce Shnak and Germany's Eskei83 present 'Jeremy, Utilitarian Sadboy (Kill Em Mix)', an invigorating re-envisioning of the original version of 'Jeremy, Utilitarian Sadboy'. This adrenaline-filled hit, which has already lit up the DJ-producer’s recent sets at Tomorrowland and elsewhere, serves as a bridge towards the band's full-length album, 'Dandy Variances', slated for spring release via Records Man, Records.

Ecce Shnak (pronounced Eh-kay sh-knock) is David Roush (composer, bassist and one of two singers), Bella Komodromos (vocals), Chris Krasnow (guitar), Gannon Ferrell (guitar), and Henry Buchanan-Vaughn (drums). Known for their high-wire sonic performance, where intense musicality and a touch of madness exist in perfect, precarious balance, they whimsically incorporates diverse artistic expressions, tackling profound subjects and intriguing minutiae with remarkable clarity.

'Jeremy, Utilitarian Sadboy (Kill Em Mix)' evokes imagery of sci-fi and action-thriller fight scenes from the Matrix, Bladerunner, and John Wick. Rest assured, the good guys win! Reimagining the original’s math-metal guitar riff as a throbbing dubstep synth-bassline and its frenetic drums as a straightforward high-octane dance-beat, Eskei83 quotes snippets of Bella and Davey’s sung and shouted performance as a gang vocal for energized crowds to share their own voices to the ecstatic romp.

"The Dresdenian shite-kicker recently spun his version at the dragon-blessed Tomorrowland party in Belgium. Both Ecce Shnak and Eskei83 are proud to share this version with their own audiences and music-lovers generally. Endless gratitude to all music lovers worldwide," says David Roush.

Eskei83 adds, "I made a remix for Ecce Shnak and played it at Tomorrowland! In 2024, I was asked to create my version of 'Jeremy, Utilitarian Sadboy' and what started as an experimental challenge turned into a legit club weapon. My [Kill Em Mix] is now ready to smash floors!"

Since releasing their 'Shadows Grow Fangs' EP in February, recorded and produced by Jeff Lucci, mixed by Nicholas Vernhes  (Animal Collective, Deerhunter, Wild Nothing, The War on Drugs) and mastered by Grammy award-winning engineer Joe LaPorta (David Bowie, The Weeknd, Foo Fighters, Vampire Weekend).

Since then, Ecce Shnak has garnered ample press attention and airplay, released their live 'Backroom Sessions' EP, hosted a hot series of live shows in New York City, and completed a successful U.S. tour with platinum-selling legends Spacehog and EMF. Ecce Shnak also features on the new EMF single 'LGBTQ+ Lover', an epic indie dance track that offers a safe space for the marginalized queer community, the video footage being filmed during their recent joint tour.

'Jeremy, Utilitarian Sadboy (Kill Em Mix)' is out now viaRecords, Man Records, available from digital music platforms, includingSpotifyand YouTube and Amazon Music.

PALEFACE SWISS Announce 'The Wilted EP'; Unveil New Single & MV "Let Me Sleep"

Following the surprise drop of their recent single, "Instrument of War" feat. Stick To Your Gun, Switzerland’s heaviest export Paleface Swiss return with the announcement of The Wilted EP, scheduled for release on January 2nd, 2026. The band have also unveiled brand new banger, Let Me Sleep" along with its accompanying music video, which will join "Instrument of War" and 3 further unreleased tracks to round out the new EP. Listen to "Let Me Sleep" HERE and watch the music video Below. Special pre-order merch bundles of The Wilted EP are available now HERE.

A visceral scream from the threshold of exhaustion and fear, Let Me Sleep” drills into frontman Marc “Zelli” Zellweger’s spiraling struggles with insomnia and the mental fractures left in the wake of relentless touring. The track anchors a new era for the band, one that picks up where their critically-acclaimed, highest-charting-to-date album Cursed left off and digs deeper into the psychological and emotional terrain that followed.

“Do you know the feeling when you want to sleep but your head doesn’t allow it—maybe because you fear your dreams?” Zelli asks. “Or do my dreams fear me? Sleep is so important to me, but sometimes my mind just won’t let me.”

Musically, the track is classic Paleface Swiss: punishing breakdowns, cinematic scope, and a pulse of vulnerability beneath the weight. The video, inspired by Slender Man and Hellraiser, blurs the line between dream state and waking dread and offers yet another unsettling, high-concept entry in the band’s expanding visual universe.

The Wilted EP was born in the aftermath of relentless momentum. Written across months of mostly-sold-out touring through Europe, the U.S., and Australia, it traces the burnout, emotional collapse, and uneasy regrowth that comes in the wake of releasing a life-alteringly successful album and trying to learn how to navigate the aftermath. If Cursed documented the breaking point, The Wilted EP lingers in what comes after. The hollow quiet, the spiraling mind, the fragile attempts to maintain forward motion and continue to rise.

Its visual identity continues the band’s symbolic language of flowers: blooms that were once vivid when featured on the Cursed album artwork, are now curled and brittle. An unflinching depiction of decay and disintegration.

Known for their incomparable live performances and fearless approach to intense and vulnerable topics, Paleface Swiss has built a reputation as one of the most vital, unfiltered, and rapidly rising forces in the world of modern metal today. With their latest full-length album, Cursed, Paleface Swiss took listeners into their darkest, most intricate, and artistically diverse chapter yet, combining their trademark Nu-Core heaviness with raw vulnerability, a rare and special combination for a band within their genre. The album charted at #17 globally on Spotify, #3 in the U.S., and #1 in the UK, followed by an extended version - Cursed: The Complete Edition.

The album's success kicked off a year of career-defining momentum for Paleface Swiss that included back-to-back sellout tours across Europe & the UK, North America, multiple festival performances and their first ever tour of Australia. Refusing to rest on their laurels, Paleface Swiss will begin 2026 with the release of their freshly announced 'The Wilted EP', their biggest tour of Europe and the UK yet and will be heading back to the US in May to play major festivals Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple Festival.

ABOUT PALEFACE SWISS

Since their debut Chapter 3: The Last Selection in 2020, Paleface Swiss have risen from underground darlings to global heavyweights in the world of metal. With explosive riffs, punishing beatdowns, a brutally heavy rhythm section, and frontman Zelli’s signature vocal savagery, the band quickly gained momentum—landing four breakout tracks on Spotify’s Heavy Beatdown playlist Their 2022 follow-up Fear & Dagger pushed even further, earning praise for its emotional weight and unflinching heaviness, with standout reviews from Metal Injection, New Transcendence, and Wall of Sound. Singles like “The Orphan,” “Dead Man’s Diary” (feat. LANDMVRKS' Florent Salfati), and “My Grave / Lay with Me” solidified their place among the new wave of deathcore’s most innovative acts.

In the years that followed, Paleface Swiss took their chaos on the road—touring with Body Snatcher, Counterparts, and The Ghost Inside, and leveling festival stages from Sick New World to Hellfest. Their live reputation exploded, converting crowds with a show that fuses unrelenting brutality and raw vulnerability. Between headline tours and viral fan demand, they released standalone anthems “Best Before: Death,” “Please End Me,” and “The Gallow—each now included on their latest offering Cursed: The Complete Edition, the most ambitious and complete chapter of their journey so far. To date, the band have amassed over 180 million streams, 53 million YouTube views, with their Spotify Monthly listeners recently peaking at over 1 million. Their recent, sold-out Cursed Tour across Europe, the UK, North America and Australia sold over 70,000 tickets.

L.A. Hard Rock Rising Stars S8NT ELEKTRIC Drop Video for Deeply Personal Track "MIRROR_IMAGE"

S8NT ELEKTRIC have quickly become a force in the heavy music scene, not just for their innovative rock sound — a collision of crushing riffs and infectious pop hooks — but for their commitment to truly living "OFF THE EDGE."

This isn't just a motto — it's a lifestyle, demonstrated by their death-defying stunts including being circled by drift cars and skydiving.

Founded on the bold vision of singer Bri Carbajal and lead guitarist Niko Tsangaris, and brought to life by the talents of Trey Baker (drums), Sinner (guitar), and Harrison Forsythe (bass), S8NT ELEKTRIC use their adrenaline junkie attitude and honest songwriting to inspire listeners to confront their fears and chase their dreams. The band has toured Europe every summer, opening for artists like Wolfmother, Mammoth WVH, MC5, Dirty Honey, and WARGASM, as well as playing huge festivals such as Bottlerock, Rockville, Prague Rocks, and Azkena Rocks.

With "MIRROR_IMAGE," S8NT ELEKTRIC are releasing a personal new single and video today. It is the fourth track from their debut album OFF THE EDGE which will be released in 2026.

Watch the "MIRROR_IMAGE" video below

Stream the single here

"'MIRROR_IMAGE' was written by Bri and I about our relationship," says Tsangaris. "We have now been together for six years, two years before the band started. In many ways, Bri and I are complete opposites; she's outgoing and bubbly, and I am serious and enjoy being alone. We are completely inverse as people, and as a result, we complete each other. She helps me become more expressive and I help her become more introspective. The one thing we have in common is our love for music, which is why this band started in the first place. This song perfectly expressed how we feel about each other, and it was almost magically written. In 10 minutes, Bri and I had written the whole song and took a video of it. The next day we brought it to the band and the rest is history."

KURT DEIMER Releases “IN DEEP” with BUCKCHERRY’S JOSH TODD on His Hardest Hitting Single Yet

Rock powerhouse KURT DEIMER dives headfirst into the depths of human struggle and redemption with his explosive new single “In Deep,” featuring the unmistakable Josh Todd of Buckcherry. The track is a haunting, cinematic anthem that fuses hard rock swagger with raw emotional gravity — marking one of Deimer’s most compelling collaborations to date. The video has scenes from Kurt's upcoming movie Scared To Death, coming out in early 2026.

SCARED TO DEATH WEBSITE HERE

KURT DEIMER ABOUT THE SONG

"I recently was very lucky to tour with Buckcherry and Josh and the band were really great. Towards the end of this most recent tour, I had been speaking with Josh and he was gracious enough to agree to collaborate on a song together. I had this song I thought he would be perfect on, originally called "He Was Good To Me," and it was about women unfortunately falling prey to men with bad intentions. He listened to it but wanted to re-do the lyrics. The song now is about how you can get in to a relationship and you are in it too deep. You gotta watch out for those situations. It's really about thinking before you act and get too involved."

"During the creative process when Josh and I got together at Chris Lord-Alge's studio and I saw Josh in the vocal booth being Josh Todd like he is on stage with Buckcherry and how in to it he was I just knew this had to be my next single. It's a blessing for me to be able to share my art and Josh was more than gracious to help and be a part of this killer tune "In Deep." I hope you all enjoy it.

ABOUT KURT DEIMER

Everyone has dreams, but not many are bold enough to truly chase them. Kurt Deimer — the distinctively deep-voiced rock singer, scene-stealing horror actor, film producer, and ambitious businessman — almost took that path himself.

"A lot of people die from stress and anxiety because they’re forcing themselves to do a job they don’t want to do," he says. "I was a nervous, unhappy wreck when I got into the oil business in corporate America. But I knew right away I wasn’t a corporate guy. I just knew I didn’t want to work 30 years to make a certain amount of money. It just didn’t make sense to me.”

Luckily, Deimer followed his instincts—and now, in his 50s, he’s releasing his debut full-length album, the expansive and cinematic rock spectacle And So It Begins… that certainly draws on a wealth of life experience. The singer, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, was an artistic and inquisitive kid, taking piano lessons at age 7 and winding up as a first-chair percussionist at his middle school. Deimer started his first rock band at age 20 and wound up doing "a lot of partying" as a way to process intense anxiety.

"I did a lot shit I shouldn’t have done until I was 20," he says. "But I knew I was gonna end up dead. I was realistic enough to know we couldn’t have made it out of Cincinnati. You’ve gotta go with your gut and know what you’re capable of and not.”

So instead of taking a possibly doomed path to rock stardom, he went a more conventional route for an ambitious young man: graduating college and launching multiple start-ups — including the oil brand Starfire, a venture that inadvertently kick-started his acting career. The company’s signage wound up placed in the John Travolta action-drama Trading Paint, and Deimer negotiated himself a speaking role in the film, ultimately leading to a series of other roles, including a memorable spot as a gas station teller murdered by Michael Myers in the 2018 Halloween reboot.

Through his relationship with director-actor Kevin Wayne, he wound up making a crucial connection: songwriter Ben Trexel, who showed Deimer some of his demos and asked him to get back in the singing game. As a college English Literature major with an affinity for poetry, Deimer knew he had the lyrical chops. And together, they knocked out a string of songs that were the first seeds of what became And So It Begins…

There were plenty of other major signposts that fueled his musical drive: releasing an album under the name Bald Man, linking up with world-renowned mixing engineer & producer Chris Lord-Alge (Green Day, Bruce Springsteen, Guns N' Roses), launching his first tour by opening for Geoff Tate in 2021, continuing to build his acting résumé (including parts in the 2024 horror-comedy Scared to Death and the upcoming Hellbilly Hollow), and recruiting the expressive guitar work of Phil X (Bon Jovi), whose playing added another layer of sophistication to the diverse range of material on And So It Begins…”

Phil first entered Deimer’s orbit with a heavy cover of Pink Floyd’s classic "Have a Cigar." “When I heard his solo, I was like, 'Jesus,'" the singer recalls. "I kept giving him lyrics and vibes and how I thought songs should sound, and we just kept writing. The next one we did was 'Naive,' and then we did 'Only Time Will Tell,' and then 'Live or Die,' which we wrote when we were on tour together.”

The album covers a ton of stylistic ground — natural for a musician interested in everything from AC/DC to R.E.M. to Widespread Panic. It bounces from the thunderous hard rock riffs of "Naive" to the acerbic funk-metal of "Back of the School" to the "total Sunset Strip '80s vibe" of "Sunset Blvd" to the symphonic grandeur on his cover “Have a Cigar,” which masterfully fades into his take on The Doors single “Riders on the Storm” to close out the collection. One of the album’s most personal centerpieces is the thunderous "Live or Die," which chronicles a youth filled with fear — and his efforts to overcome it.

"Everybody’s got dreams, and if they don’t, they just want to exist," he says. "We live in a free country where we’re allowed to take risks, and I’m kind of a risk-taker.”

Deimer's winding journey and hard-hitting rock songs leave you with an overarching message of hope: It’s never too late to make shit happen.

the band REVISER Ignites with Their New Single “DEAD EYES” An Anti-Love Letter

RE:VIS:ER have returned with their most visceral and emotionally charged release yet — the new single “DEAD EYES.”

"DEAD EYES" is Goth-Pop. A musical bit of sour bubblegum in the vein of the poppier side of The Cure, with guitars at the forefront spilling melancholy melodies that chime and angle around a dancey drum machine, a catchy bass-line, and moody organs for good measure. Lyrically, "DEAD EYES" is an anti-love-letter, a tale of a long-suffering narrator realizing the mistreatment they've endured as a result of their abuser's lack of a soul

REVISER bio :

Calling to mind classic 80’s bands such as Sisters of Mercy, The Cure, and Tones on Tail, REVISER sounds complimentary to such contemporaries as Actors, House of Harm, and Traitrs. REVISER collects and redirects its familiar influences into something both familiar and foreign, a sound that is dark, deep, and danceable.

HELLRIPPER Unleashes Music Video for New Single, “Kinchyle (Goatkraft And Granite),

Recently signed to Century Media Records worldwide, Scotland's ibex-obsessed blackened thrash bastard of Hades, otherwise known as HELLRIPPER, returns with a brand-new single! “Kinchyle (Goatkraft And Granite)!" The vicious new track can be found along with a music video, which was directed by David Gregory, below.

HELLRIPPER mastermind James McBain, comments:

"'Kinchyle' is the McBain clan’s war cry and a fitting first glimpse at the upcoming album.

"Lyrically, the track was inspired by my experience growing up in the North-East of Scotland in Aberdeen (the Granite City), and reflects on what it’s like to feel trapped in a certain environment. I wanted to show a side of Scotland that is not necessarily the magical 'postcard' that a lot of people picture when thinking of the country.

"Musically, the track is very 'Hellripper-sounding,' and is the most 'rocking' song that I’ve written in quite a while, though there are a few new elements in there that I had fun experimenting with. The track was influenced by the likes of Tank, Running Wild and Motörhead, as well as bands such as Opeth and Witherscape.

"All in all, a very personal song both in terms of lyrics and musical influences. Hope you enjoy it... All Hail the Goat!"

Enter the GOAT KVLT and check out a glimpse of what's to come HERE.

The brainchild of guitarist/vocalist/solitary force, James McBain, Hellripper has been running like a denim-vested, backpatch-encrusted William Wallace, bravehearting his way through metal's bloodiest battlefields since first coagulating his personal darkness in 2014. Taking armaments from “Kill 'Em All” era Hetfield and “Welcome to Hell” era Mantas, McBain has immersed his fascination with darkness and speed with Scottish history and come with bloody masterpieces like 2023's “Warlocks Grim & Withered Hags” that Metal Injection stated: "Bursts with growth and a mature exploration of darkness and eeriness while maintaining that original high-octane burning”. McBain is presently sharpening his blades and casting new spells that will transmogrify into Hellripper's Century Media debut, due around the vernal equinox of 2026. More details to follow soon…

below – video by Leigh Brooks.

“Rockin’ Horse is a cool, rockin’ song that we made a great fun video for with the fantastic director Leigh Brooks,” comments Michael Monroe. “We got into different characters on the so called ‘Waking Up With Michael Monroe’ TV morning show with me as the host.

And it’s the first time ever you can see me without make up(!). Great fun and good times. Hope you enjoy it!”

What ‘genre’ is Michael Monroe?’ Oh, go and throw yourself back into the shoebox you restrict yourself to if you need a genre… How about ‘sweet smelling leathery sweat wrapped in one of the greatest rock ‘n’ roll voices?’ How about ‘harmonies and vibes swimming in silk scarves and lounging on a beaten sofa in leather pants, with the AM hours alive and the melodies so, so intoxicating?’ And how about ‘attitude! Which screams carefree not carelessness, confidence not arrogance, a cocksure sense of

self-bathed in the sheer joy of playing the religious experience of real rock ‘n’ roll.’

From loud crashing guitars to harmonicas, to gorgeous acoustic moments, you’ll sing, you’ll dance, you’ll shiver, you’ll shake, and you’ll smell this wonderful exhilarating record in all its weathered biker jacket incense-coated glory and you’ll also realize that whatever the hell is going on in the world right now, when you put this album on, it’s an instant escape to carefree days and an emancipation from worries, fears and woes.

It is EXACTLY what rock ‘n’ roll in its truest sense is meant to be, and Michael Monroe is handing you permission to get lost in the love of it. In fact, just stop reading this, get off your ‘Rockin’ Horse’ and go see Michael Monroe on tour at your first opportunity! In support of the release of Outerstellar, Michael Monroe and band will embark on a UK co-headline tour with Buckcherry, kicking

off in Southampton on February 24th. For a full list of upcoming shows and tickets visit: michaelmonroe.com – more dates to be announced.

Outerstellar will be available on Limited Edition 12” White Viny, 12” Turquoise Vinyl, 12” Black Vinyl, CD Digipak, Digital Download, Streaming and special D2C bundles. Available to pre-order now at this location

George Strait Returns to Stadium Stage with Clemson Performance in 2026

George Strait announces his return to the stadium stage with a newly added performance at Clemson, South Carolina’s Memorial Stadium (known as “Death Valley”) for one night only, in-the-round on Saturday, May 2, 2026, joined by Cody Johnson and Wyatt Flores.

This historic night will mark the first concert at Memorial Stadium since 1999 — which was also headlined by George Strait. Fans can expect an unforgettable evening of timeless hits and new favorites performed center stage, in the round. Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster.com at 10 a.m. ET on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Strait, who performs for over two hours yet is a man of few words, simply shares, “Going back to Death Valley for the first time in more than 25 years feels pretty special. Can’t wait to see you, Clemson!”

In 2024, Strait only played a handful of one-off stadium shows including A&M’s Kyle Field playing one of the largest single ticketed concerts in U.S. history with 110,905 fans in attendance for George Strait: The King at Kyle Field. He followed that record-breaking performance with only five live shows in 2025 with stops in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Foxborough and Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium.

Of his stop at SoFi Stadium this summer Variety noted, “fans would maintain that the privilege of still having him kicking around is all theirs” while reflecting on what Strait does best, “pick great songs, sing even better and exude a quiet, uncocky confidence that would make anyone feel patriotic about country as a genre.”

The Boston Globe said of his stop at Foxborough’s Gillette Stadium this year, “Strait skipped the pyrotechnics and let his voice do the heavy lifting,” making it easy to see why Pollstar once opined, “Strait remains the most worthy inheritor of Merle Haggard or Willie Nelson’s mantle of country icon through the meaningful fluidity with which he moves through country’s various sub-strains with the same ease and enjoyment that marked both men’s Country Music Hall of Fame careers.”

In addition to this upcoming live performance at Clemson, Strait will be celebrated at the 47th Annual Kennedy Center Honors this December, recognizing his lifetime of contributions to American culture through the performing arts. Early next year, he will also be inducted into the Texas Songwriters Hall of Fame, paying tribute to his enduring impact as both a performer and songwriter whose influence has shaped generations of country music.

It’s been 15 years since The New York Times praised Strait as “a country superstar in complete command of his gift,” and with the arrival of his 31st studio album for MCA last year, Cowboys And Dreamers, that statement rings just as true. Filled with classic country honky-tonkers about drinkin’ and not thinkin’ as well as sad songs and ballads about loss and cheatin’, listen to the album Cowboys & Indians Magazine notes is “a cornucopia of trad-country-arrangement beauty,” HERE.

The follow-up to Honky Tonk Time Machine, Strait’s 27th No. 1 Billboard Country album, Cowboys And Dreamers was named “album of the week” by Associated Press, and features 13 new songs, including “Three Drinks Behind,” “MIA Down in MIA,” “The Little Things,” “Honky Tonk Hall Of Fame” featuring Chris Stapleton and Strait’s rendition of Waylon Jennings’ “Waymore’s Blues” which all have made appearances in his live set.

DRAKE MILLIGAN ANNOUNCES BRAND-NEW ALBUM, TUMBLEWEED, OUT NOVEMBER 7 AND RELEASES NEW SONG “OLD FLAMES, OLD WHISKEY”

Critically acclaimed Country artist, Drake Milligan, announces a brand-new album, Tumbleweed, set to release November 7, and drops a new song, “Old Flames, Old Whiskey,” out everywhere now – pre-add/pre-save/pre-order and listen HERE. Produced by Trent Willmon, Tumbleweed will include 14 tracks that perfectly combine traditional Texas country, Western swing, and modern Nashville stylings, while showcasing Milligan’s timeless musicality. The title track, which was released last month, hit #12 on the UK Country Radio Airplay chart in only its second week. Milligan will be celebrating today’s announcements on the Grand Ole Opry stage tonight at 7:00pm CT.

Written by Brett and Jim Beavers, “Old Flames, Old Whiskey” leans into Milligan’s smooth baritone as he weaves a tale of memory, regret, and the trouble that comes when heartbreak meets a bottle. The new song captures the spirit of country’s golden era while firmly establishing Milligan’s place as one of the genre’s most compelling new voices.

Having been on the road throughout 2025 opening for Lainey Wilson, Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, Milligan will kick off “The Tumbleweed World Tour” at his headlining show at Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl on November 11, which will also serve as his official album release party. The tour will include all forthcoming shows including dates in Paris and Brussels in March 2026 and C2C Festival in Rotterdam, Berlin, London, Glasgow, and Belfast. Milligan is also announcing a pop-up performance at Ole Red in Orlando, FL on Saturday, November 8, a second show in the market as he’ll be onstage at the KIA Center opening for Lainey Wilson earlier that night. Attendees will get an intimate glimpse into his re-imagined show ahead of “The Tumbleweed World Tour.” For tickets and more information please visit drakemilligan.com.

Morgan Wallen Shares Simmering Music Video for “20 Cigarettes” as “I Got Better” Becomes 20th No. 1

As “I Got Better” becomes Morgan Wallen’s 20th Country Aircheck/Mediabase No. 1, and his fifth No. 1 from I’m The Problemthe 19x Billboard Music Award winner arrives with “20 Cigarettes” as most-added at Country radio today, while also sharing a simmering music video to coincide with impact. Watch the “20 Cigarettes” official music video Below

Celebrated by Billboard as a “smartly told tale” and “a full movie in a three-minute song,” the story-song of “20 Cigarettes” is once again brought to life by director Justin Clough. The moonlit video recounts love lost and found again under the haze of cigarette smoke. “20 Cigarettes” was written by Chris LaCorte, Chase McGill, Blake Pendergrass and Josh Miller.

Clough also produced Wallen’s recently-released music video for “I Got Better,” which uses a car accident as a metaphor for the wreckage of a relationship. The storyline follows Wallen as he walks away from the crash, his wounds gradually beginning to heal as he does so. Watch HERE

Both songs hail from Wallen’s fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, released on May 16. I’m The Problem spent 12 non-consecutive weeks atop the Billboard 200 albums chart and 13 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart. It also became Wallen’s first album to debut at No. 1 on the UK Official Charts – making him one of only five artists to debut at summit with a country album.

The project debuted at No. 1 in seven countries upon release. In Australia, I’m The Problem became the longest-running No. 1 album by a country artist in 10 years, with three consecutive weeks atop the ARIA albums chart, while “What I Want (feat. Tate McRae)” spent five weeks at No. 1 on Australia’s Country Airplay chart.

About Morgan Wallen:
Morgan Wallen sets the pace in, and beyond, country music – with Billboard calling him “one of the biggest stars in the music world right now” and The New Yorker adding “[he’s] popular on a scale that seems to circumvent genre entirely.” With 20 No. 1 singles at Country radio, 19 Billboard Music Awards to-date, 198 weeks spent atop Billboard's Top Country Albums chart (the most in country music history), the highest selling country tour under his belt and more, Wallen has propelled country music to a global level in less than five years.

Wallen’s fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, available now via Big Loud / Mercury, debuted at No. 1 globally across seven countries; while his preceding albums – Dangerous: The Double Album and One Thing At A Time – have remained in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart for more than 100 weeks each, making him the first artist ever to achieve that feat. I’m The Problem – which Hits Daily Double observes is “a 37-song cycle of self-reckoning” – has already yielded five No. 1’s at Country radio, including the title track, which remained at No. 1 for eight weeks. Wallen also broke his own record for the most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 History, with 37 songs charting on release week.

Wallen’s 20-stadium-show 2025 I’m the Problem Tour recently concluded in Edmonton, Alberta. In addition to his 20 stadium-plays, Wallen held his inaugural, personally-curated and multi-genre Sand In My Boots Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama in May. He also performed an intimate album release show at The Roundhouse in London.

Wallen donates a portion of every ticket sold to his Morgan Wallen Foundation — which supports youth music and athletic programs and gives communities access to essentials in times of crisis. More at MorganWallen.com.

NYC-London duo THE KING CANUTES pay tribute to PREFAB SPROUT on 'Cars and Girls

Brooklyn-London indie duo The King Canutes present 'Cars and Girls', the second taste of their debut album 'Eastern Seaboard, Perfect Summer', forthcoming via the Montclair, New Jersey-based Magic Door Record Label. Prefab Sprout aficionados will surely appreciate the cover homage to the band’s Steve McQueen masterpiece.

The King Canutes is Keir Woods (vocals, electric and acoustic guitars), who brings a sonorous true folk voice of Northern England, while Richard Alwyn Fisher (vocals, backing vocals, electric and acoustic guitars) is the scrappy Replacements-style Midwesterner. The pair met in Brooklyn in the early 2000s in NYC’s cosmopolitan pop / indie rock scene and released their debut EP 'Last Callers and Losers' in 2008.

The duo used to perform this song for ‘The Love Hangover’ [an annual post-Valentine’s Day show]. This version blossoms into a smooth swaggering rock ride out. Woods' vocals evoke the wistfulness of the original version while Fisher's sinewy guitar lines break down the layers, then build back as a drum machine transitions to live drums by Kevin March of Guided by Voices.

“When we first began playing “Cars and Girls” live it was stripped back to the bare essence, in contrast to the Prefab Sprout very eighties classic. But over the years, and with the gifts of the studio, our version has become as layered and baroque as the original!,” says Keir Woods.

Richard Alwyn Fisher adds, “Prefab Sprout offered such a unique voice, and it was fun and satisfying to create a version that was both an homage and also a new and personal take on the song.”

The King Canutes make intelligent, skewed pop with echoes of early 80s-90s Australian and Scottish pop, British folk and Midwestern indie rock, all melted in the current cosmopolitan cauldrons of New York and London. Combining the dynamic tension of dual singer-songwriters, their music sites somewhere between The Go-Betweens and the long-distance, long-haul commitment of The Postal Service,

The duo recently released 'Seymour Stein (for Earle Holmes)', named for Earle Holmes, the club owner and friend who gave Keir his Paris bookings after moving from NYC. This song captures the elation of freedom and the frustration of starting the artistic journey again. This song is elevated by stellar horns by Mac Gollehon (David Bowie, Al Jarreau, Duran Duran, Mick Jagger), bassist Dave Derby (Dambuilders, Gramercy Arms, Lloyd Cole), and Jessie Kilguss on backing vocals.

Produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by renowned producer Ray Ketchem (Guided by Voices, Luna, Elk City, Gramercy Arms) at Magic Door Recording Studio, this ambitious album involves world-class artists such as Kendall Meade (Sparklehorse, Mascott), Mike Dillon (Rickie Lee Jones), John Leon (Roky Erickson), David Nagler (Nova Social, Joan Baez, Aaron Neville), Doug McEachern (Suran Song in Stag), Renée LoBue (Elk City) and Verena Wiesendanger (Semi Gloss).

As of October 21, 'Cars and Girls' is out everywhere, including SpotifyApple Music and Bandcamp. The 'Eastern Seaboard, Perfect Summer' album, out on November 21st, is now available for pre-order.

TRIBAL GAZE RELEASE NEW ALBUM, 'INVEIGHING BRILLIANCE

Texas death metal hellions TRIBAL GAZE have released their eagerly awaited sophomore album, Inveighing Brilliance, today with Nuclear Blast Records.

Since their introduction just four years ago, the five-piece has quickly slayed listeners and audiences around the world with their signature, modern twist on brutal old-school death that has propelled the band to pack leaders in their scene. Armed with an unbridled onslaught of riffs, the band cuts through the crowd with an intense, unrelenting new album of disorder, featuring furious stand out tracks like “To The Spoils of Faith” and “Beyond Recognition.”

Commenting on the record’s release, guitarist Quintin Stauts says:

This album represents a different era for us. The world really seems like a different place than when the last record came out. This one focuses less on creative fictional story telling and more on truly feeling violent. We felt it was appropriate to take a more radical approach to riff and lyric writing.

Along with the record’s release, TRIBAL GAZE has debuted a new visualizer for another one of their blistering heavy tracks “The Irreversible Sequence.” Watch it below.

Adding about the track, Stauts says:

I probably listen to this song the most because its short and it just has parts that make me rewind it even though it’s our song and we’ve heard it a million times. The heavy parts in this song are the perfect representatives of the guitar tone our producer Taylor Young helped us achieve.

TRIBAL GAZE will tour North America in mid-November in support of Inveighing Brilliance this fall with CATTLE DECAPITATION, ABORTED and FROZEN SOUL. Tickets are available HERE.

About TRIBAL GAZE:

Arising from the scorched earth of Texas, Tribal Gaze return with “Inveighing Brilliance”, a death metal monolith shaped by ancient violence and unforgiving truth. Recently signed to Nuclear Blast Records, the band conjures visions of primal wrath and nihilistic clarity—a sound rooted in the rawness of old-school death metal but sharpened with modern intent. From their name, inspired by unseen forces watching from deep forests, to the crushing weight of their riffs, Tribal Gaze channels something ancient, unknown, and violently present.

“Inveighing Brilliance” is a meditation on the illusion of beauty in nature and existence, and how it pertains to both Mother Nature, and our wretched, human society. Even in moments of light, brutality lurks—eggs are stolen from nests, flesh is torn for survival. This album dissects this duality, revealing the suffering embedded in every living moment. With digital artwork by Dom Pabon (Final Resting Place) that evokes sci-fi decay and meditations of ancient ruin, the album looks and sounds like a lost realm where reality fractures under the pressure of its own contradictions.

Tracks like “Beyond Recognition” and “To the Spoils of Faith” expand on these apocalyptic themes. The former imagines an outside force annihilating humanity in judgment of its arrogance, built on some of the band’s most punishing riffs to date—swinging between chaos, groove, and sheer obliteration. The latter churns with mechanized fury and contempt for blind belief, echoing Meshuggah-like timing with lyrics that drag faith to its own ironic hell. Across the record, Tribal Gaze capture the violence of thought and sound in equal measure—uncompromising and vividly self-aware.

Their ascent to Nuclear Blast was anything but formulaic. After leveling stages on tour with Frozen Soul, the band caught the attention of legendary A&R Monte Conner, who waited outside a venue in New York just to share his admiration. That moment solidified a new chapter for Tribal Gaze—a label that values creative freedom and pushes bands to expand without dilution. With “Inveighing Brilliance”, they’ve done just that: stripped away illusion, stared into the abyss, and made it echo.
