Rock band THE GIVING MOON have officially released their new full-length album, (POST)-Negative Colour, now available on all major streaming platforms. With this latest project, the band delivers a powerful and immersive listening experience that pushes beyond traditional rock boundaries into a more expansive, emotionally driven soundscape.

(POST)-Negative Colour is a record built on contrast—light and shadow, clarity and distortion, vulnerability and strength. THE GIVING MOON was formed in 2012 by founding members songwriter Sean Seales (Lead Guitar/Vocals) and Adam Suto (Bassist/Vocals) with their first EP "The Wild" released in 2013 produced by iconic guitarist Gary Hoey. Following the release the band toured the country opening for acts like Eddie Money and Edgar Winter and began writing for their first full length album.

Releasing their first full length LP "Forever Awake" in 2017 as teenagers. 

The band would go on to release their next EP "California Sun" (2018) and "Plastic Diamonds" (2019) releasing two singles in between titled "Hypnotized" and "Pink Skies"

Later on to releasing their second full length LP "BLOOM" in 2020. "Scream in Joy" the 8th track off the album was placed into the grand finale of Shameless on Showtime as well as Animal Kingdom on TNT. 

Following the albums release the band toured the country opening for acts such as Cracker & Marcy Playground Quarters of Change

With consistent single releases and consistently

touring, including a performance at Backwoods Music Festival Arkansas as well as a 23 U.S city “Eclipse Tour” the band is in the midst of teasing a few singles off their 3rd Full length LP “(POST)-Negative Colour”.

Freddy Jones Band Featured by NASA as “In a Daydream” Wakes Artemis II Crew

The Freddy Jones Band has reached a new milestone that quite literally extends beyond this world. NASA selected the band’s song “In a Daydream” as the official wake-up music for the Artemis II crew on Flight Day 3, marking a historic moment where the band’s music was broadcast to astronauts traveling toward the Moon.

According to NASA’s mission update, the crew was awakened with“In a Daydream”as they prepared for key mission operations, including trajectory correction maneuvers and continued lunar approach procedures. This tradition of playing music to start the astronauts’ day has long been a symbolic and motivational part of human spaceflight and now includes the Freddy Jones Band in its legacy.

“This is one of those moments you dream about as a musician, but never quite imagine happening,” said Marty Lloyd, lead vocals and guitar for the Freddy Jones Band. “The idea that our music is part of America’s journey to the Moon - literally soundtracking a moment in human history - is incredibly humbling. ‘In a Daydream’ has always been about escape, reflection, and possibility… and now it’s traveled farther than we ever could have imagined.”

Rich Ross, longtime member and bassist states that the song has always been historic for us and we know it’s one of the main reasons that people have come to see the band for over 30 years.  Marty Lloyd echoed the sentiment: “It’s surreal. You spend your life making music hoping it connects with people, and then one day you find out it’s being played in space. That’s unreal. We’re beyond grateful to NASA and the Artemis II crew, this is something we’ll carry with us forever.”

The Freddy Jones Band, known for their signature sounds from the 90s and current sound of alternative rock has built a loyal following over decades of touring and recording. This recognition by NASA introduces their music to an entirely new frontier, cementing their place in a moment of cultural and scientific significance.

Gunshine Unveils Music Video for "Single Looks Good On You" Ahead of Upcoming Album Grand Rising

Florida rock band Gunshine released their third track, “Single Looks Good On You,”offering fans a taste of their forthcoming full-length album, Grand Rising, due out digitally on July 24 through vnclm_ /  Create Music Group. They unveiled the music video for the single. 

"Single Looks Good On You'' is a spring break party rocking song inspired by the gulf coast of Florida. An anthem to those recently single ready to let loose and have a good time. With "Single Looks Good On You,'" Gunshine showcases its signature ''swamp rock'' sound with this song. It has an irresistibly hooky melody and lyric. This track is sure to be a new favorite for listeners.

Mimi Barks Drops "Dreamstate of Hell" Video — WATCH // Touring The U.S. This Spring

Mimi Barks returns with her brand new single and video, "Dreamstate Of Hell," a dark and emotionally charged statement that opens the next chapter of her DOOM TRAP world. Rooted in the collision of metal, industrial energy, and trap, the track feels raw, urgent, and deeply personal, pushing further into the tension, grit, and truth that have come to define her sound. Co-written and produced by Ruben Cardenas of SMLE, and mixed once again by Owen Claxton, who also mixed Mimi's album This Is Doom Trap and has worked with Bring Me The Horizon and MOSKITO, "Dreamstate Of Hell" arrives with a striking new video directed, produced and filmed by Death Tour singer Demi Yo'Ko and Mimi Barks in her new neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles.

She continues, "But to me, heaven and hell are not places waiting for us when we die. They're states of consciousness we create every day while we are here in the flesh. The real question is what you choose to feed: the poison or the light."

She finishes, "'Dreamstate Of Hell' was the first song I wrote after moving to Los Angeles, and it became the starting point for everything that followed. It is also the first single from my upcoming EP, Dreamstate of Fear."
 
From the underground scenes of Berlin and London to major stages across the UK and Europe, Mimi Barks has built a sound and identity entirely her own. Her brand new EP will be released in Summer 2026 on her own label imprint — DEATHKISS Records. Later this year, Mimi will make her U.S. touring debut on a 26-date run with Little Miss Nasty and GG Magree. She will then head back to Europe for dates with Wargasm, before wrapping up that run with her own UK tour in September.

The Barbarians of California Serve Up "Vanilla Latte" Video

Paul Cauthen Delivers Unfiltered 13-Track Album BOOK OF PAUL

With four albums and 442 million streams to-date, country iconoclast Paul Cauthen propels into a new chapter with Book of Paul, out now on Velvet Rose Records/Thirty Tigers. Fusing classic country grit, gospel power and a rhinestone rock-and-roll edge, Cauthen delivers 13 tracks filled with a booming baritone and personal truth.

With a well-documented distaste for playing by anyone else’s rules, the singer-songwriter known as “Big Velvet” returns to his East Texas roots, writing his own creative code in permanent ink with Book of Paul.
 
“It’s just being who you are – unapologetically yourself – and that’s every one of my records,” Cauthen says. “Does it dance? Does it make you cry? Does it make you feel? As far as I’m concerned I’ve made it already. I can already do whatever I want musically. And when you get to this point you look back. I have built my whole career going against the grain, and that’s what this record is. The freaking trials and tribulations of Paul. It’s everything I wanted on an album.” 
 
Tapping the strengths of longtime family friend and chart-topping co-writer Ryan Tyndell, Steve Rusch (Jessie Murph, Koe Wetzel), Sam Martinez (Tyler Braden, Carrie Underwood), Fustin (Priscilla Block) plus Nate Ferraro (Beyoncé) for production, they captured Cauthen’s unruly essence with all the charm of a rattlesnake (and the vocal venom to match). 
 
Cauthen co-write 12 of the 13 tracks while also playing bass and drums on select tracks, making sure each song had the twisted backbone he craved. “It’s a nitty gritty, swampy, East-Texas-muddy-roots kind of feel,” Cauthen says with pride. “My claws are deep in it.”
 
Cauthen wastes no time getting to his point. Led by his burly, vibrato-laden baritone, “Book of Paul” opens the album on a minimalist mix of acoustic guitar and snare, as the troubadour confesses to his wild side, while wrestling with the sin. He spares no detail – and makes no compromise. 
 
“If you look at the Bible, there is no book of Paul,” he explains. “I just wanted to write something that embodies me, because I’m sick of hearing records catered to what’s hot and what’s working. Me, I’ve always been this country boy, East Texas guy. Roots, rock and roll, Texas gospel. If you look back at all my albums, I’m proud to say I meant everything I’ve said.” 

Tracks like “Texas Swagger,” which Cauthen will perform on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” today (check local listings HERE), serve as a mission statement, with its bronc-bucking beat, dark twang, and barely contained sense of danger. Cauthen started off with a frenetic guitar riff and some eerie “yee haw” background vocals, then added a strong dose of Big Velvet attitude.
 
Meanwhile, Cauthen puts his code to the test on “Dark Horse,” a cosmic-Western ballad fueled by epiphany he calls “a long ride on the back of a mule on a bunch of mushrooms.” The lonesome “Road Dog” recalls the bleak resignation of Johnny Cash’s “Hurt,” with coyote yips and an acoustic-industrial vibe. And with the warm, relaxing shimmer of ‘70s rock, “Cigarettes & Billy Graham” burns with an easy self acceptance – an anthem for those preachers of the open road. 
 
Elsewhere, Cauthen enters a kind of voluntary lockup with the hypnotic, outlaw-country romance of “Ain’t No Crime,” and taps a “Chattahoochee” groove for the hazy, summertime twang of “Tossin’ Back Time” (feat. Jake Worthington).

Meanwhile, “Texas Gravel Road” unleashes every weapon in Cauthen’s creative arsenal. Built off a slowed-down latin beat, it’s a bellowing tribute to the blood, sweat and tears behind the star’s pockmarked path – a grungy gutter rocker draped in distorted dark twang. And with the album ending on “The Voice Inside (Silence),” Cauthen enters a state of acoustic prayer. With that velvet vocal at its most raw, an anguished internal battle between dark and light unfolds. … Yet those voices may be something else entirely. “That’s what God is. That’s the spirit. That’s you. The un-talked about. That’s the good shit,” he explains. “This record is the Book of Paul, but I would say everybody needs their own book, and the chapters in life create that. What I mean is, bet on your own. Everybody pointing fingers at you because you’re the black sheep, or because you have this trait or that, that’s what actually makes you different. So bet on that.” 
 
Cauthen was taught to sing by his grandfather in a Church of Christ, and Cauthen hit the scene with the duo Sons of Fathers in 2009, before My Gospel, Room 41, Country Coming Down and Black on Black unveiled a vulnerable, fire-and-brimstone songwriter with brazen attitude – craving deliverance, yet possessed by a “bird dog” instinct for theatrical rapture. Cauthen has toured the world, collaborating with Margo Price, Orville Peck, Cody Jinks and Lana Del Rey. Since 2009, ARCHSPIRE has aimed to be one thing above all else: extreme. With their upcoming release, ‘TOO FAST TO DIE,’ they’ve once again raised the bar for what extreme music can be.

“We’re like a bit of meth in your cigarette,” says vocalist Oliver Rae Aleron, describing the band’s unhinged live show. “I think people don’t quite know how to describe what they’re hearing.”

In 2025, ARCHSPIRE announced their new drummer, Spencer Moore, marking a shift in the band’s trajectory. New blood brings new influences, and with the first single “Carrion Ladder,”they intended to show exactly how quickly he proved himself.

“I had to step my game up fast to pull off the new material,” Spencer explains. “But once we started tracking, everything felt comfortable and natural.”

Recorded in 2025, the album reunites the band with world-renowned producer Dave Otero(Cattle Decapitation, Khemmis) for the third time. They locked themselves inside his Denver studio for several months, cutting out distractions and dedicating themselves entirely to the record.

‘TOO FAST TO DIE’ follows the critically acclaimed Juno Award-winning ‘Bleed the Future,’ and marks the band’s first fully independent release. Early in the writing process, they chose to crowdfund the album, a strategy they’d used before, but nothing prepared them for the scale of what came next.

They raised nearly $400,000 CAD in 30 days, blowing past their goal in under 24 hours and confirming that independence was the right move.

“I was actually shaking when I pressed launch,” says guitarist Dean Lamb. “We’d never taken on something this big, and all I could think was, ‘man, I hope we don’t mess this up.’”

‘TOO FAST TO DIE’ is set for release on April 10, 2026, and represents a new chapter for ARCHSPIRE. Now fully independent and armed with a revitalized lineup, they’re intent on expanding their already rabid fanbase, pushing the boundaries of extreme metal, and having a great time doing it.

Breaking In A Sequence Release New Single "Meant to Be" via TLG|ZOID ​

Melodic alternative metal band Breaking In A Sequence released their new single “Meant To Be” via TLG|ZOID, distributed by Virgin Music Group. The track serves as the first official single from the band’s completed full-length album INANIMATE, due out later this year.

“Meant To Be” finds Breaking In A Sequence pushing into new sonic territory, blending evolving rhythms, unexpected progressions, and a melody-driven approach that blurs genre boundaries while still delivering the heavy impact the band is known for. The single was produced by Chris Collier alongside the band and mixed and mastered by Collier as well. The release marks the beginning of a new chapter for BIAS as they build momentum toward the full album launch.

The band will support the single with a release show tonight, April 3, 2026 at the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA.

MORGAN WALLEN CELEBRATES LAUNCH OF SIRIUSXM CHANNEL W/ PINNACLE UNDERPLAY

As Morgan Wallen readies his return to the road with his upcoming 23-date Still The Problem Tour, the RIAA’s highest-certified country artist of all time partnered with SiriusXM for a 16-song, intimate underplay to a crowd of nearly 4,000 SiriusXM subscribers at The Pinnacle in Nashville, TN. The show commemorated the launch of his new exclusive year-round channel, Morgan Wallen Radio. Wallen opened the night playing his current single, “Don’t We,” as fans enthusiastically welcomed him to the stage with a sea of phones capturing the superstar’s first show of 2026. 
 
“I haven’t played a show in a few months,” Wallen remarked after singing the title track of his fourth studio album, I’m The Problem. “I’ve been hanging out with my family, hanging out in the woods a little bit, making some new music. Every time I get on stage after a few months off, I think to myself, ‘Man, why did I take so much time off?’ because I always enjoy being up here. I appreciate you guys showing up everywhere I play.
 
“Big shout out to SiriusXM as well,” he added. “I remember the first time I ever heard my song on the radio was on SiriusXM. I didn’t even know that artists had their own radio stations at that point when I was listening to it. So, to fast forward ten years from that to be able to say that they’re letting me have a radio station that’s going to be on 24 hours, 7 days a week – it’s an honor and a privilege for me, for my team. It wouldn’t be possible without every single one of you here tonight. I just want to say thank you for all the milestones that you’ve given me during my career so far.”
 
Among the 16 songs, Wallen offered a taste of his Still The Problem Tour setlist with certified hits off his latest album, while also revisiting fan-favorites. Before introducing “Chasin’ You,” Wallen remarked, “I haven’t played this one in a couple of years. We gotta bring it back – this is one of the first songs I wrote.” 
 
Wallen also treated fans to deep cuts from I’m The Problem, including his nod to his homestate, “TN,” and the Billboard-dubbed “heavy-hearted” “Dark Til Daylight.” Returning to his roots, Wallen ushered out a piano for a surprise duet of his Dangerous-era longing anthem, “Sand In My Boots” alongside Problem tourmate Ella Langley. 
 
Bringing it home, Wallen ended the night with two of his biggest hits: his 12x Platinum, 16-week Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 “Last Night” and 13x Platinum “Whiskey Glasses.” Once again expressing his gratitude to his fans, Wallen remained on stage signing autographs and tossing guitar picks to the crowd.
