Morgan Wallen Celebrates U.K. No. 1 Album w/ Intimate London Set

Performing to just 2,000 fans in an intimate set with tickets claimed in less than a minute upon entry, Morgan Wallen’s I’m The Problem album release show at The Roundhouse in London on May 28 rounded out a historic week that saw Wallen attain his first U.K. No. 1 debut on the Official Charts.

Playing center-stage in a stripped-back set with his guitar – which Holler remarked as "spellbinding," while Entertainment Focus opined the superstar is “at the top of his game” – Wallen’s 19-song setlist included 12 songs hailing from I’m The Problem, kicking off with the title track, which recently became his 18th No. 1 at Country radio. From there, Wallen delved into live debuts of story song “20 Cigarettes,” the Billboard-dubbed “confessional” “Eyes Are Closed” and his reigning Billboard Hot 100 No. 1, “What I Want.”

Performing an early release from the album, “Superman,” Wallen shared the heartfelt story behind the song he penned for his son: “I’ve been trying pretty much ever since he was born to write a song that was good enough to dedicate to him. I probably wrote 30 songs that weren’t good enough, so we scratched them. Right before we were getting ready to turn in this record, we started writing this song. Usually once we write a song, I’ll get Charlie to send me the demo so I can listen to it on my way home. He sent this to me…The very first time I heard it back after writing it, I just broke down and was crying. And that’s the first time I had done that writing a song for my little boy. I figured if it touched me that way, hopefully it would touch a lot of you guys the same way.”

Sprinkled throughout the set were multi-platinum hits from his previous two albums, Dangerous: The Double Album and One Thing At A Time, including Platinum-certified “Cowgirls;” 2x-Platinum “Sand In My Boots,” 4x-Platinum “Cover Me Up;” 6x-Platinum “More Than My Hometown;” and 9x-Platinum “Whiskey Glasses.” Wallen concluded the night with his 7x-Platinum, 16 week Billboard Hot 100 No. 1, “Last Night.”

Taking in the magnitude of his growing international fanbase, Wallen thanked his fans, stating “We've been trying to make a connection with you guys, and this is by no means a measure of all successes, but I think it says a lot; whenever I dropped One Thing At A Time, it debuted at No. 40 over here. I just dropped I'm the Problem, and thanks to you guys, it debuted at No. 1. I really appreciate every single one of y'all. I thank you for making me feel welcome in your country, and for having the same kind of love for country music and just music in general. It means a lot to me to be able to say what I just said.”

I’m The Problem debuted last week at No. 1 across seven countries. In the U.S., Wallen broke his own record for most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 history, with 37 songs charting at once. He also currently occupies the No. 1, 2 and 3 slots simultaneously with his duet with Tate McRae “What I Want,” “Just In Case,” and the title track “I’m The Problem,” respectively – becoming the first country artist ever to do so.

Wallen’s coinciding 2025 I’m The Problem Tour kicks off June 20 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. The 20-show run will include stops in Seattle, Washington; Foxborough, Massachusetts; Toronto, Ontario and more. With a second stop added in Madison, Wisconsin, Wallen’s appearances will mark the first time an artist has played two consecutive nights at Camp Randall Stadium.

A rotating lineup of guests including Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel join in direct support with Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and Anne Wilson as first-of-three across select dates. Coupled with May’s Sand In My Boots Festival and a special one-night-only album release celebration show at Roundhouse in London in May, these 22 shows are the only place to see the superstar in 2025.

About Morgan Wallen:
Morgan Wallen sets the pace in, and beyond, country music – with Billboard calling him “the biggest country star in the world” and The New York Times doubling down, declaring he’s “one of the biggest stars in pop, period.” With 18 No. 1 singles at Country radio, 19 Billboard Music Awards to-date, more than 170 weeks spent atop Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart (the most in country music history), the highest selling country tour under his belt and more, Wallen has propelled country music to a global level in less than five years. As Las Vegas Review Journal puts it: “Wallen’s appeal is remarkable as it is fueled by his ability to connect to a crowd.”

With Dangerous: The Double Album, Wallen solidified his place as country music’s “dominant superstar,” with the project recently being named Billboard’s No. 1 Album of the 21st Century. One Thing At A Time’s groundbreaking success saw Wallen’s crossover appeal reach a global scale, as he topped the Australian ARIA charts for the first time, along with a host of other accolades. With three No. 1’s already hailing from his fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, available now via Big Loud / Mercury, Wallen digs even deeper, uncovering a side that’s both more vulnerable and more resolute than ever before.

As Wallen prepares a refreshed setlist for his 20-stadium-show I’m the Problem Tour, kicking off on June 20 in Houston, Texas, he also highlighted some of his favorite artists by bringing the personally-curated, multi-genre Sand In My Boots Music Festival to Gulf Shores, Alabama in May.

Wallen continues to donate a portion of every ticket sold to his Morgan Wallen Foundation — which supports youth music and athletic programs and gives communities access to essentials in times of crisis. More at MorganWallen.com.

We filmed it with five cameras and grabbed audio straight from the board, so it looks and sounds legit. Huge shoutout to the amazing crew who made this all happen.

If you were there, you’ll probably spot yourself singing along (or at least nodding enthusiastically). If you weren’t, no worries.

GRAILKNIGHTS Dive Into Lovecraftian Depth With New Single "Necronomicon"

As they put the finishing touches on their seventh full-length album, GRAILKNIGHTS have already unveiled its first chapter with the release of their new single, "Necronomicon." Hailing from Grailham City, these superhero-themed metallers take on none other than Cthulhu; a monstrous, kraken-like entity. The single’s title is likely to resonate with many, as it draws inspiration from H.P. Lovecraft’s infamous book of the same name.

"Necronomicon" opens with an eerie echo, as if calling from beyond, before GRAILKNIGHTS plunge headfirst into the ocean’s depths with a singular mission: to stop the resurrection of the ancient beast whose return could spell the end of the world. Armed with thunderous drums, a blazing intergalactic guitar solo, and a rallying chorus forged to summon the bravest of metalheads, the band wage an epic battle to outwit Cthulhu in the sunken city of R’lyeh once and for all.

The GRAILKNIGHTS add: “Valiant Battlechoir, with ‘Necronomicon,’ we continue a journey we started on our 'Knightfall' album in 2018. We’ve always been fascinated by the world of H.P. Lovecraft - the atmosphere, the mystery, the sense of something vast and unknowable just beneath the surface. This song is our way of diving back into that universe. It’s also a spiritual follow-up to our earlier track ‘Cthulhu.’ This time we wanted to explore a different corner of that mythos though - something darker, more haunting, and a bit more epic in sound. Producing and recording ‘Necronomicon’ along with talented Sascha Paeth was intense and creatively rewarding. We focused on capturing that eerie, otherworldly mood that Lovecraft’s stories are known for, while staying true to our heroic and uplifting sound. We’re proud of how it turned out, and we’re excited to finally share it with you!”

"Necronomicon" was recorded at GateStudio (Wolfsburg, Germany) under the watchful eyes of Sascha Paeth (AVANTASIA, KAMELOT, RHAPSODY OF FIRE etc.). Its live premiere already took place during the group’s Grailfest, where Battlechoir members from all around the world came together at MusikZentrum Hanover on May 2 and 3. Fortunately, GRAILKNIGHTS fan don’t have to wait too long until their return as their 2025 “Battle Of Metal” co-headline tour with ALL FOR METAL will kick off at the very same venue on October 16. Containing 21 shows in total, the journey will lead both band’s way across 8 European countries.

About GRAILKNIGHTS

If it’s on their 2004 debut album Across The Galaxy” its follow-ups Return To Castle Grailskul and Alliance or their tales of the past 15 years ( Calling The Choir, Knightfall & Muscle Bound For Glory), GRAILKNIGHTS’ goal has remained the same - the Holy Grail must be returned to Grailham City! Their mission also led their flight path to stages around the globe, which they boldly dominated as headlining act and shared with acts such as SABATON, FEUERSCHWANZ, BROTHERS OF METAL and TWILIGHT FORCE among others, always supported by their brave fan base aka the Battlechoir.

During the years, some of these equally brave musicians have also lent their additional vocal support to the Hanover, Germany based squad: Tracks like "Turbo Boost [feat. FEUERSCHWANZ]" but especially "Pumping Iron Power," which was graced by SABATON’s Joakim Brodén, crafted additional intergalactic bondings between the band and metalheads worldwide, and saw GRAILKNIGHTS’ success numbers go through the roof with "Pumping Iron Power" heading for 15 million Spotify streams only.

Highly experienced in both studio and live battles, the superheroic metal group have faced and overcome several evil powers over time, and now they are set to oppose Dr. Skull in full length once again with their 7th adventure, followed by yet another journey across Europe. Joining forces with label family members ALL FOR METAL in autumn 2025, the “Battle Of Metal” can actually only end in another victory against all evil.

Emerging from the vibrant underbelly of Atlanta's heavy music scene, LOW BEFORE THE BREEZE is set to release their much-anticipated album, A Hole Beneath The Home We Shared, on May 30, 2025, through Terminus Hate City. This release marks a bold evolution in the band’s sound, weaving the personal turmoils of its members into a dense fabric of screamo, black metal, and harsh noise influences.

From the raw emotional screams to the intricate guitar work, the album serves as a sonic narrative of vocalist and guitarist Andrew Spann’s harrowing experiences—from his failed marriage and his father’s illness to a tumultuous brush with physical abuse—all viewed through the lens of religious guilt. The album is a journey through dark and aggressive territories, yet it is deeply personal and introspectively crafted.

The recording process at Sobek Sound under the expert hands of engineer Conner Ray and mixer Simon Small at Tunnel of Reverb captures the band’s raw live energy while refining their sound into a polished yet aggressive album. Mastering by Erol Ulug at Bright Light Studios ensures that the depth and complexity of the sound are preserved, giving listeners a visceral listening experience.

Special guest appearances enrich the narrative and sonic depth of the album. Tim Jones from STARVED OF LIGHT and LEAFBLOWER lends his voice to "Same Joke Twice," adding a layer of angst and introspection, while Maurice White of APOSTLE and LADYBIRD features on "Cadaver Synod," contributing to the track’s brooding intensity. Sasha Schilbrack-Cole of MALEVICH not only contributes vocals on "Permission to Rest" but also provides the haunting album cover artwork, encapsulating the emotional and tumultuous themes of the album.

Tracks like "Night Wept" and "Cadaver Synod" are marked as focus tracks for their compelling storytelling and intricate musical compositions. "Night Wept" deals with an intense personal moment of public humiliation and private despair, while "Cadaver Synod" explores the death of relationships and old selves, making them standout pieces that showcase the band’s growth and the thematic gravity of the album.

About LOW BEFORE THE BREEZE:

Founded in 2021 in the eclectic music hub of Atlanta, Georgia, LOW BEFORE THE BREEZE quickly emerged as a force within the heavy music scene, known for their intense live performances and deeply introspective lyrics. Comprising vocalist and guitarist Andrew Spann, drummer Jonathan Balsamo, bassist Dennis Maganda, and guitarist Jonathan Kemp, the band synthesizes elements of screamo, black metal, and harsh noise to create a sound that is both aggressive and emotionally resonant.

LOW BEFORE THE BREEZE's journey began with the vision of Spann and Balsamo, who sought to explore the darker, more personal aspects of human experience through music. The addition of Kemp and Maganda in subsequent years brought new dimensions to the band's sound, enhancing their sonic landscape and deepening their lyrical exploration.

The band's music reflects a blend of personal trauma and societal critique, woven into compositions that challenge the boundaries of genre. Their lyrics often delve into themes of loss, betrayal, and the struggle for identity within the confines of societal expectations and personal turmoil. This thematic depth is matched by a musical intensity that captures the chaos and catharsis of confronting one's darkest moments.

With a discography that includes a demo and two EP's that have garnered attention both locally and internationally,, LOW BEFORE THE BREEZE has established themselves as a unique voice in the world of heavy music. Their commitment to authenticity and emotional rawness makes their performances compelling not just musically but as profound emotional experiences for their audience.

As they release their latest album, A Hole Beneath The Home We Shared, LOW BEFORE THE BREEZE continues to push the limits of their art, offering listeners a stark, unflinching look at the complexities of the human condition. Their music is a journey through the landscapes of pain and redemption, a narrative arc that resonates with anyone who has faced their own inner turmoil and come through transformed.

Rock Band Swim the Current Release New Single "Storylines" via TLG|ZOID

The band's vocalist, Marcos Leal states, "The song defines everything Swim The Current is and the message we carry,  a little bit of Texas country mixed with our heavy metal roots, and a FUCK YOU attitude that won’t lay down for anyone,    get on board and enjoy the ride! It’s the echo in the tale you tried to bury , rising soft but sharp through the silence.  A thorn in the story you spun in gold , blooming louder each time lied .”

Bringing together an all-star lineup of rock talents, including vocalist Marcos Leal(formerly of Ill Niño), bassist George Pond (Disciples of Verity), guitarist Greg Antine, drummer Chris Moore (George Lynch, Ultraphonix, Rock of Ages), and lead guitarist Joe Gareri, takes the band's sound to new heights.

WATCH the Official Lyric Video Directed by Tom Flynn for "Storylines" Below:

Having played in numerous bands throughout the years, Guitarist Greg Antine came to a point in his career where he wanted to branch out and write songs that had more depth and were inspired by his personal life experiences. Having worked with Bassist George Pond for several years in previous projects including, Disciples Of Verity, Greg expressed his concept for Swim The Current to George in hopes of collaborating with him on this new music venture. The two began to flesh out ideas in George’s home studio and realized quickly that they were on to something special, but still needed something more to see their ideas through to complete their concepts. Greg was introduced to Joe Gareri, Guitar/Keyboards, by George during the Disciples Of Verity debut album recording sessions which Joe is also featured on as a guest artist. The three of them immediately hit it off and worked extremely well together. Greg and George realized that Joe’s cinematic writing style would be a perfect match for their concepts and Joe was then brought in as a full time member. After two songs were completed and demo’d in George’s studio utilizing programmed drums, it was suggested by their friend Allyson Song River Jaynes, that they reach out to her friend, drummer Chris Moore of Ultraphonix, Rock Of Ages, to see if he would be interested in working with the project. Upon hearing the strength of songwriting and musicianship of the band, Chris was all in and signed on as the fourth full time member of STC and now the band, from an instrument’s perspective, was complete.

The final missing piece for STC was a lead vocalist who could capture the sound they envisioned for their music. After working in the studio with a few different vocalists, George ultimately reached out to his friend Marcos Leal, of legendary international touring band Ill Nino. Marcos loved the music of STC as well as having the freedom and creativity of writing lyrics for the project. After recording their first song together with Marcos, "We Are Not The Same", everyone new that this lineup was something special and Swim The Current was now complete! The release of "We Are Not The Same" took off instantly, and amassed thousands of streams, YouTube views and followers through a total organic DIY social media campaign.

Swim The Current’s sound is influenced and reminiscent of many of their favorite artists including, Deftones, Faith No More, Sevendust, POD, and Stabbing Westward. They continue to write new music and look forward to sharing their future releases with the world!

STARACE Announce Debut Album With New Single "When The Light Has Gone"

Brazil’s genre-blurring rock trio StarAce are proud to announce their debut full-length album Real due out this fall, with the release of their electrifying new single “When The Light Has Gone.” Listen to the new track HERE and watch the accompanying lyric video below.

Following the anthemic hope of debut single My America, StarAce shift into darker, swaggering territory with “When The Light Has Gone,” a hypnotic shuffle that channels heartbreak through a haze of syncopated, seductive elegance. Described by the band as “an outrage with class,” the track fuses the unruly spirit of early rockabilly and gypsy jazz with their signature rock ’n’ roll roots. In singer/guitarist Julio’s words “Imagine Post Pop Depression-era Iggy Pop jamming with Django Reinhardt in a smoky backroom bar.”

Driven by theatrical swing, jagged edges, and vivid storytelling, When The Light Has Gone” tells the story of love lost—and the strange, lucid clarity that follows. It’s a song about letting go, without losing the joy of what once was. With its bruised glamour and rhythmic pulse, the single sets the tone for a record that’s as emotionally complex as it is sonically adventurous.

Raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and shaped by a household soundtracked by everything from The Beatles and Zeppelin to Metallica and Muddy Waters, brothers Julio, Luiz, and Thomaz Starace make music built on contrast: light and dark, melody and muscle, joy and survival. Their debut album, produced by David Frangioni (Aerosmith, KISS, Ringo Starr), dives deep into that duality—balancing fun and fire with depth and soul.

With each track, the brothers showcase a different side of their collective identity:

  • Julio Starace (vocals/guitar): The band’s emotional compass and principal songwriter, channeling Dylan-esque storytelling with a modern bite.

  • Luiz Starace (bass): The groove anchor, blending McCartney-like melodicism with rhythmic precision.

  • Thomaz Starace (drums): A powerhouse percussionist and producer whose dynamic approach fuses Bonham grit with Brazilian flair.

StarAce aren’t here to save the world—they’re here to give fans the soundtrack to save themselves. Their music is both an escape and a reckoning. It’s rock ‘n’ roll that remembers its roots, but isn’t afraid to wander off into darker alleys, swing a little harder, and come back swinging.

Their debut album, Real is set to arrive this fall, with more music and live dates to follow. For StarAce, this is just the beginning.

ABOUT STARACE

StarAce is more than just a band—it’s a brotherhood of sound and spirit. Hailing from São Paulo, Brazil, brothers Julio, Luiz, and Thomaz Starace have spent years refining their craft, creating a distinct fusion of classic rock, blues, and American roots music with a modern edge. Raised in a household filled with music, their early exposure shaped their passion for storytelling and musicianship. After experimenting under various names like Ferrorama and Ted Marengos, they ultimately returned to StarAce, a name that embodies both their family heritage and artistic evolution.

With influences spanning a who's who of rock 'n' roll legends such as Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, and Muddy Waters, StarAce’s music is a blend of raw energy, intricate vocal melodies, and heartfelt lyricism. Their sound bridges past and present, layering soulful guitar riffs, grooving bass lines, and dynamic drum beats with emotionally driven storytelling. Their upcoming debut album, produced by David Frangioni (Aerosmith, KISS, Ringo Starr), captures this fusion of classic and contemporary, delivering a collection of hard-hitting anthems and soul-stirring ballads that showcase their depth as musicians.

Each member brings a unique essence to the band’s chemistry—Julio leads with his powerful vocals and intricate guitar work, drawing from the greats like Neil Young and Jimmy Page. Luiz anchors the rhythm section, blending Paul McCartney’s melodic sensibilities with Geddy Lee’s technical prowess, while Thomaz commands the drums with precision, balancing raw energy and a refined flare with a producer’s ear for sonic excellence.

With their roots deeply embedded in classic rock and their vision set on the future, StarAce is ready to carve their own path and bring timeless rock ‘n’ roll into a new era. They're not here to save the world, they're here to bring people together and provide fans with the soundtrack to their own salvation. After years of refining their vision and sound, their long-awaited debut album, Real, is a bold, genre-spanning statement from a band ready to leave their mark on the world.

CHICAGO METALCORE FORCE OUTFOXER REVEALS DARKLY TRANSCENDENT NEW SINGLE “ALETHEIA NYX”

Rising metalcore phenoms OUTFOXER are poised to awaken the underground with their most ambitious release yet: “ALETHEIA NYX” — a visceral exploration of truth, darkness, and the chaos that binds them. Drawing from Greek myth and modern existentialism, this new single is not just a song—it’s a reckoning.

“ALETHEIA NYX” is named after the Greek goddess of truth, Aletheia, whose mother is Nyx, the goddess of night. The song is about the nature of deception in a more visual representation, often repeating the line "truth in the night." The idea being, if you keep someone in the dark and tell them what is in front of or around them, they have no choice but to believe you because they can't actually see it themselves, serving as a metaphor for the act of obscuring or masking the truth for deceptive purposes

Band Bio:

OUTFOXER is a fast-paced metalcore band from Chicago, IL, known for fusing blistering aggression with relentless energy and a sharp lyrical edge. Formed by guitarist and songwriter Frankie Ciccarelli and vocalist/lyricist

Matt Matigian, the band draws from a wide swath of heavy music traditions to create something both punishing and precise.

Ciccarelli channels the chaotic intensity of bands like Every Time I Die, Norma Jean, Comeback Kid, and Converge, crafting riffs and rhythms that twist and surge with raw urgency. Meanwhile, Matigian brings a darker, visceral presence to the mic, rooted in the nu-metal melodicism and power of Mudvayne, All That Remains, and Chevelle. The result is a sound that’s as smart as it is savage—equal parts calculated mayhem and emotional catharsis.

Since their formation, Outfoxer has released the "The Next Testament" EP and the full-length "Gospel Snakes", both of which earned them a devoted following in the underground heavy scene. They’ve since dropped a standalone single and are currently building anticipation for their sophomore LP, "The Murder of Ares", with its second single on the horizon.

OUTFOXER isn’t just another metalcore band—they’re a relentless force that blends speed, fury, and depth into something distinctly their own.

Gridiron Release "Poetry From Pain"

Gridiron will bring Poetry From Pain to fans and venues all summer long. All upcoming confirmed dates, including Summer Slaughter, are below.

Gridiron, which originally formed as a pandemic project and have since grown into a full-fledged entity, features members of Never Ending Game, Simulakra, and Scarab, and connects the Philadelphia, Delaware, and Michigan areas.

Pushing every boundary to a breaking point, Gridiron will go to any extreme and then some. They follow quite possibly the most unpredictable playbook in the game. The band might flood the zone with a corpsepaint-smearing death metal barrage only to double back around for a victory lap narrated by blinged-out and braggadocios bars. Their hybridization of metal, hardcore, and hip-hop wouldn’t be out of place at either OZZfest 1997 or Rolling Loud 2027.

It's why the quintet have bulldozed their own path as a phenomenon with millions of streams and acclaim from Stereogum, Brooklyn Vegan, NO ECHO, and more.

Gridiron were born out of a series of COVID-era marathon Call of Duty sessions, which led to writing and recording together. Their musical pedigree spoke for itself with Will also in Never Ending Game, Xavier in Simulakra, and Tyler and Lennon in Scarab. Given their individual experiences, the guys instantly locked into a creative groove. Following the Loyalty At All Costs EP [2020] and Worldwide Brotherhood EP [2021], they dropped their first full-length, No Good At Goodbyes [2022]. Along the way, they also shared stages with everyone from Missing Link to Trapped Under Ice and have plenty of upcoming touring planned for 2025.

And now, Poetry From Pain is here and it slays.

“Poetry from pain is about team work, brotherhood, never settling for less than your best, always raising the bar, and finding ways to express what you’re feeling inside.”

GRIDIRON — Matthew Karll, vocals; Will Kaelin, guitar and vocals; Xavier Wilson, guitar; Lennon Livesay, bass; and Tyler Mullen, drums — are proud to release their new album Poetry From Pain today, May 30, via Blue Grape Music. Get it here

Stereogum fave for their "incendiary mosh riffs, the band has shared a dope, football-themed visualizer for the title track. Get off the bench and watch and listen here.

Groove? Check. Bounce? Check. Swagger? Check. Mosh? Check. Gridiron tick off ALL the boxes.

"Poetry From Pain is about teamwork, brotherhood, never settling for less than your best, always raising the bar, and finding ways to express what you're feeling inside," states Karll.

Seattle's AUDIOGUST releases 'Here We Go Again' album, including superb hometown anthem

Seattle-based artist AudioGust presents his album 'Here We Go Again', comprising 14 deeply personal and universally relatable tracks. An ode to the highs and lows of creativity, this album includes some of his most popular singles, along with new material. Blending raw energy with introspective storytelling, the album explores the unpredictable nature of inspiration—both the exhilarating moments when it strikes and the emptiness when it fades.

AudioGust is songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Chris Evans, whose journey started as a guitarist and bassist in various 1980s bands. After a decades-long detour in the software industry, he has returned to his true passion - writing and recording in his own studio, releasing dozens of songs and collaborating with artists worldwide. Crafting memorable melodies and thought-provoking lyrics, underscored by upbeat rhythms and arrangements, AudioGust creates music that speaks to the disenchanted and dreamers alike through sonic explorations of the modern human condition.

Highlight track ‘Seattle’ is a love letter penned to the Emerald City, told through the eyes of a traveler who spends too much time on the road. Longing to return home, he clings to the memory of a fleeting connection made on his latest trip, hoping to bring that person back to experience everything he loves about his city. More than just a personal story, 'Seattle' is somewhat a theme song for the city itself.

“The theme of 'Here We Go Again' is the unpredictable nature of inspiration—both the euphoria of experiencing it and the despair when it disappears. The album is split into songs that explore the extremes of inspiration and songs that have come to me while living through those extremes. Structurally, the album follows a pattern: odd-numbered tracks tell stories about the many ways artists interact with inspiration, while even-numbered tracks are either songs that arrived in those flashes of creativity or, like Unspoken, took months of struggle to bring to life,” says Chris Evans.

Here, Evans presents a menu of hooky anthems for disenchanted optimists. With a sound vortex imbued with 90’s to 2000’s alternative rock, his guitar-driven music brings in a strong, driving rhythm section, big choruses and even bigger bridge sections. Offering a deep dive into the creative process, this record features six brand-new songs as well as fan-favorite singles, including 'Tomorrow is Mine', a finalist in the 2024 USA Songwriting Contest.

'Here We Go Again' sets the stage with the artist jolting awake at 3AM with a song forming in his head, struggling to capture it before it fades. 'Bubble in Your Champagne' is that very song. 'Unspoken' explores the frustration of knowing when to hold back words, even if they’re true—mirroring the battle to express thoughts in music when inspiration is nowhere to be found. 'I Like Falling Down' introduces a disillusioned character who clings to his depression as part of his self-identity, with his story taking a turn in 'Bright Yellow', inspired to create music that may help others and ends up saving himself.

'Whole Heart' follows a band from their earliest days to success, while the frontman wonders when true inspiration strike again to once again feel that fleeting, electrifying moment of creation.  'Award Show' delves into the darker side of creative success, exposing the paralyzing grip of imposter syndrome. 'Dead to Me' is written from the muse’s point of view, expressing frustration at being ignored by someone she’s trying to inspire. 'How You Been?', co-written with Celine Dion and Eminem collaborator Liz Rodrigues, explores the story of someone who left music behind to pursue a stable career, but ultimately understands he can no longer run from what truly makes him feel alive.

'Tomorrow is Mine' paints a striking picture of resilience through the eyes of a young girl trapped in a war zone, losing faith that today will bring change, but daring to believe that maybe tomorrow will bring a better future. 'Never Gonna Let You Go' is a ska-infused tune about a character who plays against someone who is trying to manipulate him. 'Something to Remember' is a tongue-in-cheek look at folks who feel they’ve never done anything truly memorable. The album closes on a deeply personal note with 'Keep Holding On', Evans' reflection on losing his father, grappling with how to move forward without someone who had always been a source of support and creative encouragement.

As of May 30, the 'Here We Go Again' album is available from fine music platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp.

DUSTIN LYNCH DROPS CHILL SUMMER JAM "EASY TO LOVE"

Dustin Lynch ain’t “Easy To Love.” Flipping the title of his brand-new single in an unexpected way, the MULTI-PLATINUM star is the first to admit he’s stubborn, restless, and tough to pin down when it comes to matters of the heart. Listen to the chill summer jam here.

Written by Lynch with Ben Johnson, Jon Robert Hall, Hunter Phelps, and Zach Crowell, the autobiographical narrative speaks to Lynch’s life on the run as he confesses that he’s always been good at going alone – but is still looking for more: “I’m still thinkin’ maybe one day I’ll find her / They always say when you know, you know / If I know me, she’ll be my next right turn / But I’ll take a left just to see where it goes.”

Equal parts vulnerable and vibey, easygoing production by Crowell wraps warm guitars and sunlit grooves around Lynch’s self-aware lyrics and no worries charm. “Easy To Love” marks the anticipated follow-up to Lynch’s 10th #1 “Chevrolet (feat. Jelly Roll).”

The adjoining music video further speaks to the track’s blue-skied optimism as a visual love letter to Key West. Filmed under director Jack Owens, the Florida footage captures Lynch ready for every opportunity that comes his way.

Throwing his see-and-be-seen pool parties for the last decade, he will next host DUSTIN LYNCH POOL SITUATION: NASHVILLE 2025, presented by Hey Dude. Returning for the third year at the rooftop pool of Margaritaville Hotel Nashville, the 18+ event is set for June 6 during CMA Fest weekend. Admittance is FREE on a first-come, first-served basis – but Lynch’s Stay Country Club members will get exclusive early access. Fans can join the Stay Country Club now.

Keeping the party going on June 7, Lynch will offer Nashville a taste of his Club Set – from his 2025 WYNN NIGHTLIFE LAS VEGAS RESIDENCY – when he hosts the DUSTIN LYNCH NIGHTLIFE PARTY at Barstool Nashville. Admittance for the 21+ event is FREE on a first-come, first-served basis. For a VIP table, text 615.606.2889.

Marking Wynn Nightlife’s first-ever country music artist residency in Las Vegas, Lynch’s 2025 WYNN NIGHTLIFE LAS VEGAS RESIDENCY boasts a live performance Daytime Pool Situation at Encore Beach Club and a Club Setat XS Nightclub through August. With a July 4 appearance on deck, find full details to all upcoming Lynch shows (including his co-headlining TWO FOR THE ROAD TOUR with Scotty McCreery) here.

Alt-Pop Artist Dela Kay Drops “Between The Lines”

Alt-pop singer-songwriter, Dela Kay, has officially released her latest single, “Between The Lines,” today—a soul-searching, guitar-laced track that marks a bold new chapter in her sonic evolution. “It talks about how unusual and confusing peace can feel,” says Dela Kay. “Reading ‘between the lines’ to self-soothe can sometimes turn into self-destruction. But in my case, my

overthinking ended up being a strong intuition. The line between the two isn’t always easy to see.”

Originally written in July 2024 at collaborator Nick Cozine’s East Nashville home, “Between The Lines” explores the psychological push and pull of vulnerability, intuition, and self-sabotage in relationships. “It’s definitely a vibe I haven’t done before,” Dela Kay shares. “It’s moodier, built around vibey guitar lines, and it might actually be the first song I’ve released with a guitar solo—which is dope!”

Co-written by Dela Kay, Rikki Jo Randall, and Nick Cozine, produced by Stefano Pigliapoco and Nick Cozine, and mixed and mastered by Pigliapoco; “Between The Lines” dives into the tension between emotional safety and perceived threat—highlighting the anxiety that can creep in even during moments of calm.

Dela Kay also partnered with Working Holiday, a Nashville-based creative team known for their recent work with Medium Build, to design the single’s visuals and artwork. “They’re incredibly talented creatives, and I’m so happy I got to work with them on this song.”

With “Between The Lines,” Dela Kay invites fans into a new emotional and sonic space, blending atmospheric textures with raw honesty. “A note to my fans: always listen to your gut,” she adds. “When things go quiet and anxiety settles—what does your heart tell you? That’s the truth.”

MORE INFO:
Dela Kay
, who hails from the vibrant music scene of Nashville, TN, draws inspiration from artists such as The Maine, Maggie Lindemann, Paramore, and Avril Lavigne. With previous releases that have amassed over 2M streams collectively, and secured spots on Shazam's Best New Music Apple Playlist; Dela Kay believes that the past year of her career has been her most authentic to date. With a commitment to continue releasing singles throughout the rest of this year, she is determined to leave a lasting impression and make her mark on the music industry with her unique voice and perspective.

At the start of Dela Kay’s career in 2014, her electro-pop style began to emerge through a collaboration with Grammy-winning singer/songwriter and producer, Femke Weidema; which eventually led to her first electro-pop/European-infused single release, “9 out of 10.” Named by Earmilk as an artist who was gifted “with a rich, distinctive vocal style” for her release of “Make You Mine,” Dela Kay went on to continue releasing singles and garnering hundreds of thousands of streams. In 2019 Dela Kay released “All My Love” through Sony Music, which ended up charting 49 on the top 150 global artist charts for Digital Radio Tracker as well as in the top ten for the Top Independent Charts. After a brief hiatus, Dela Kay marked her return by debuting a new, more alternative sound in 2021 with the release of “The Worst Part,” via Wonderland Magazine, and has been releasing this style of music ever since.

Impureza Honor Fallen Warriors with Brutal Flamenco

IMPUREZA are not stopping their Hispanic metal conquest anytime soon. Today, the band are releasing “La Orden del Yelmo Negro” as the second single off their upcoming Reconquista-themed third album Alcázares.

With “La Orden del Yelmo Negro”, Impureza pay homage to a sacred brotherhood of warrior monks with their signature offering of brutal flamenco death metal. Steeped in mysticism, sacrifice and unwavering devotion, the song crusades across the desert in search of the Holy Land during a time of war that spanned more than seven centuries of Iberian history.

Watch the lyric video for “La Orden del Yelmo Negro” below:

Alcázares comes out July 11, 2025.

Amidst the desert heat of “La Orden del Yelmo Negro”, Impureza ignite in a blaze of riffs, flamenco flourishes and blast-beat fury. Orchestral arrangements, fretless bass and guttural vocals bring to life a vision both ancient and transcendent. Like all of Alcázares, the song’s lyrics are entirely in Spanish, invoking a vivid world where myth and martyrdom intertwine.

IMPUREZA is a Spanish metal band formed in 2004 by guitarist Lionel Cano Muñoz from Orléans. Their music is distinguished by a unique fusion of extreme metal and Spanish sounds inspired by Andalusian culture and flamenco, creating an atypical style known as Hispanic Metal. Impureza remains an innovative project in the international metal scene, making it a pioneer of the genre.

The entire concept of the band revolves around the voluptuousness of Latin atmospheres, the ferocity of metal, and Spanish culture and history, explored through a fictional and esoteric aspect. Their compositions feature both clean and guttural vocals sung in the language of Cervantes, flamenco guitar, acoustic fretless bass, extreme metal, and orchestral arrangements that evoke the colors of Spain. The very essence of their music lies in the duality between two seemingly opposed musical genres, which, through clever composition, give birth to a new and avant-garde style. Their fiery music is literally the union of traditional Hispanic folklore and extreme metal. These metal warriors brandish their Iberian sounds as weapons with pride. This ingenious alliance is matched only by the singular and unprecedented creative originality of its founder Lionel Cano Muñoz and his compañero Esteban Martín, both of Spanish nationality. Impureza’s conquistadors draw inspiration from their strong identity, which defines the band's very essence. Impureza's members are also influenced by many Spanish artists such as flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucía and gypsy singer Camarón de la Isla, as well as bands like Behemoth, Morbid Angel, Krisiun, and Fleshgod Apocalypse, among others.

Let the conquistadors of Impureza lead you into their realm and immerse you in Spanish culture with a groundbreaking musical concept — the one and only fierce guardians of Hispanic Metal!

SOMOS IMPUREZA!

Line-up:
Esteban Martín – All Vocals
Lionel Cano Muñoz – Rhythm, Lead & Spanish Guitars
Florian Saillard – Fretless Bass
Guilhem Auge – Drums

THE HAUNTED Launches Official Music Video for "Death to the Crown," New Album Out TODAY

Swedish thrash pioneers and purveyors THE HAUNTED are now releasing their tenth studio album, 'Songs of Last Resort,' today, May 30, 2025 via longtime partners Century Media Records. Power going to people’s heads, egos growing out of control, and the rest of us left dealing with the mess. It’s heavy. It’s aggressive. It’s THE HAUNTED.”.

With music recorded by Oscar Nilsson at Studio Bohus, main vocals recorded by Björn Strid at The Cellar Studio, 'Songs of Last Resort' was then mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios (Kreator, Arch Enemy, Sepultura, etc). IRON SAVIOR To Release Final Part Of “Reforged” Double Album Series, “Machine World,” on August 22, 2025

IRON SAVIOR are one of the dinosaurs in the scene as well as pioneers of the traditional power metal genre and can proudly look back at almost 30 years of history. Founded by Piet Sielck (guitars, vocals) in 1996, the Hamburg, Germany based band quickly established themselves with their energising mix of power metal and sci-fi driven lyrics. Especially fantasy inspired metalheads have always been in love with IRON SAVIOR’s early works which are built on a story about a spaceship carrying the band’s name and their popularity is unbroken. Iron Savior [ 1997], Unification and Interlude [both 1999], Dark Assault [2001], Condition Red [2002] and Battering Ram [2004] were bestsellers - until they ran out of stock.

In order to meet the demand, IRON SAVIOR -- now consisting of Sielck, guitarist Joachim Küstner and a rhythm section powered by Patrick Klose (drums) and latest member Patrick Opitz (bass) -- didn’t only re-record the material from their Noise Records years (1997-2004), they even added an additional doze of enthusiasm to the original songs. Part 1 and 2 of these session have been received enormously well from fans, that’s why the group are even prouder to announce the release of the concluding third part of their legacy worshipping Reforged series today.

Due out on August 22, 2025, Reforged - Machine World features reinterpreted songs as well as a cover version of JUDAS PRIEST’s "Starbreaker," skillfully bridging to IRON SAVIOR’s old tradition of frequently paying tribute to the ‘metal gods.’ The new 2CD/LP marks the quartet’s debut release at their new label home PERCEPTION, the promising new division of Reigning Phoenix Music, where they (re-)unite with other well-known acts such as DANKO JONES, GRAILKNIGHTS, J.B.O., and SERIOUS BLACK among others. The 16 included tracks were recorded and produced at Powerhouse Studio Hamburg by frontman Sielck, who additionally took care of mixing, mastering and artwork/layout of the album.

Band leader Piet Sielck comments: “After collaborating with Nils Wasko and Jochen Richert [managing director] at AFM Records, I didn’t have to think twice when it came to deciding about a new partner. Continuing success, chart entries and three satisfied parties - band, fans and label - are more than enough reasons to follow the two of them to PERCEPTION and the Reigning Phoenix Music family. Onwards to at least 15 more years of this fruitful union!”

Label strategist Wasko adds: “We’re really thankful for IRON SAVIOR’s trust, and we’re equally happy to continue working with Piet and his fellow men at PERCEPTION. Having a collaborative long-term plan, IRON SAVIOR are only warming up, and we’re extremely confident to reach new extragalactic spheres together, with their final 'Reforged' chapter blasting off on the journey to their next original studio album. Power and melodic metal maniacs, go aboard!”

Pre-order/pre-save Reforged - Machine World: https://ironsavior.rpm.link/machineworldPR

Today’s announcement is supported by the first appetizer of the ‘upgraded’ album, "Eye Of The World [2025 Version]," which can originally be found on IRON SAVIOR’s 2001 effort, Dark Assault.

“I was just never happy with this song. Somehow it didn't really take off. But the new version is an absolute hit and is now even being released as the first single,” comments Sielck.

Fit for a King Announce New Album "Lonely God" + Share Video for Title Track

FIT FOR A KING  — Ryan Kirby, vocals; Bobby Lynge, guitar; Daniel Gailey, guitar; Trey Celaya, drums; and Ryan "Tuck" O'Leary — bass/vocals — are thrilled to announce their new album and eighth overall, titled Lonely God. It was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Daniel Braunstein [Spiritbox].

Lonely God will arrive on August 1 via Solid State Records. Pre-order it here

The band, which just wrapped up a sold-out North American tour with Killswitch Engage, Kublai Khan TX, and Frozen Soul, are dropping the video for the title track today, as well. Watch it below

It boasts ALL the sonic hallmarks FFAK fans have come to know and love — gnarly riffs, guttural growls, deep grooves, and a slightly industrial crunch that takes things to the next level, every single time.

"In general, 'Lonely God' relates to the pursuit of power," shares Kirby about the track. "They're trading companionship, relationships, and love for power and money. You may have all of the power and be a 'God,' but it's a lonely spot because the world despises you."

Further expanding on the album itself, Kirby shares, "Lonely God is the result of us writing with no agendas. We didn't care about which song could be viral, or if we needed radio tracks, etc. We just wrote what we wanted, for the first time, in a really long time."

He finishes, "All five of us have our fingerprints on this album. We found a way to balance our voices. We've always been genuine with the lyrics, and that's the case again. There’s so much heart behind all of the instrumentation too. There’s definitely a lot of growth because our bond is tighter than ever."

Fit For A King harness the power of their brotherhood in order to push forward. The music contains traces of the members' personal and collective experiences grafted onto an ever-evolving sonic palette of metalcore unpredictability, alternative melody, and deathcore brutality laced with electronic alchemy. As trends came and went in the background of the last decade, the quintet has weathered trials and tribulations as well as enduring the chaos of a world constantly influx. However, their bond stretches back to 2011 when Fit For A King unleashed their independent debut Descendants. They continually progressed with Creation/Destruction [2013], Slave to Nothing [2014], Deathgrip [2016], and The Path [2020]. Meanwhile, 2022's The Hell We Create marked their fifth Top 3 debut on the Billboard Top Christian Albums Chart and third straight Top 15 debut on the Top Album Sales Chart. Outburn applauded how, "With The Hell We Create, Fit For A King takes on a new depth," and KERRANG! assured, "It hits hard in all the right places." They've impressively garnered just shy of half-a-billion streams fueled by staples like "When Everything  Means Nothing," "The Price of Agony," "Breaking the Mirror," and more. Along the way, they also collaborated with the likes of August Burns Red, The Plot In You, The Ghost Inside, and We Came As Romans in addition to packing houses on tour. In 2025, you can hear their strength and camaraderie loud and clear on their eighth full-length offering, Lonely God [Solid State Records].
