Craig Morgan and Trace Adkins to perform “That Ain’t Gonna Be Me” on “Fox & Friends” PLUS Morgan will sing the national anthem to kick off the 2023 Fox Nation Patriot Awards

Country music hit-maker, author and patriot Craig Morgan will be joined by fellow Grand Ole Opry member and multi-platinum entertainer Trace Adkins to perform “That Ain’t Gonna Be Me” on Fox & Friends this Thursday, November 16. The collaboration can be found on Morgan’s recently released Enlisted EP. That same evening, Morgan, who is currently an Army Reserve soldier, will have the honor of singing the national anthem as part of Fox Nation’s Patriot Awards, celebrating American patriotism by honoring everyday heroes across the country who have shown dedication to our nation and the values we hold dear.  The show airs live on Fox Nation starting at 7:00 pm central.

The televised performances come on the heels of Morgan and multi-genre hit-maker, CMA New Artist of the Year winner and Grammy Best New Artist nominee,
Jelly Roll, performing their collaboration, “Almost Home,” on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” last week during a special Veterans Day show. Watch the dynamic and emotional performance HERE.

In late July of this year, Morgan
answered the call from the Army Reserve on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry and re-enlisted. Morgan previously served with the Army’s 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions and was making a commitment to attain 20 years of service.

Just as the Army has called on Morgan, the Tennessee native has recruited some of his talented friends to contribute to his latest project, available now. Appropriately titled Enlisted (Broken Bow Records), the six-track release offers new takes on four of his biggest hits along with two new tracks and includes appearances by an all-star group of performers including Trace Adkins,
Luke Combs, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton, and Lainey Wilson

The book chronicles Morgan’s road to success, from his humble childhood in Tennessee to his years as an elite military operative to his country music stardom. Country music fans and thrill seekers alike will love this intimate look at his remarkable life. Learn more HERE.

Morgan previously served seventeen years in the Army and Army Reserve with the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions as an E-6 Staff Sergeant and Fire Support Specialist and including Airborne, Air Assault Jumpmaster and Rappel Master among his certifications. He is now returning to serve his country in a new way – as a soldier in the Army Reserve. The newly sworn in Staff Sergeant and Warrant Officer candidate will continue touring and releasing new music in his civilian career while simultaneously serving our country in the Army Reserve.

Grand Ole Opry member Ashley McBryde announces additional dates to The Devil I Know Tour Presented by Ariat, kicking off the second leg Feb. 22 in Charleston, S.C. with 30 more dates scheduled across the U.S. through June 2024. The TRYBE presale will begin tomorrow, Nov. 14 at 10am local time, while public on sale will begin this Friday, Nov. 17 at 10am local time at AshleyMcBryde.com.

As a longtime fan of Ariat, McBryde and the brand have partnered since 2018. “It has been exciting to watch Ashley’s career grow over the past five years, and we couldn’t be more proud to support her headlining tour,” said Susan Alcala, VP Partnership Marketing at Ariat.

Named one of the most highly anticipated albums by both Los Angeles Times and Vulture, with the former naming her “one of Nashville’s most reliable and sophisticated songwriters,” The Devil I Know via Warner Music Nashville finds McBryde honing her calling card even further, as American Songwriter boasts, “Her lyrics can be heartrendingly tender one song, then unflinchingly biting the next.”

“More ruminative than crazed, the Saddle, Arkansas-born ragged rock/country songwriter delivers an exhale of acceptance that the chase is as much the reward as superstardom. Rather than raging against what’s not happening, she delivers a clear-eyed celebration of how alive being in the moment feels,” opines HITS, as Garden & Gun asserts, “The Devil I Know… could—and should—catapult her from being one of Music City’s favorite songwriters to its newest arena headliner. The album’s songs are infectious and assured.”

Last week, the Arkansas native earned a standing ovation for her performance of lead single and Music Video of the Year nominee “Light On In The Kitchen” at the 57th Annual CMA Awards, with Rolling Stone calling it “one of the most heartfelt moments of the evening,” that “cut through like a vital hymn full of homespun wisdom,” while Washington Post observed, “Ashley McBryde’s rendition of ‘Light On In the Kitchen’ was captivating as she was surrounded by glowing chandeliers.”

McBryde is currently on the first leg of The Devil I Know Tour Presented by Ariat with nine more dates in 2023 before a triumphant soon-to-be sold-out return to the U.K. and Ireland at the top of the year. For additional dates and information, visit

Check out the full list of artists who are ready to dress the animals in your life HERE.

From musician and business owner Rachel Rosen, enter CANINUS COLLARS, which was named in honor of Rosen's 2003 NYC grindcore band, Caninus, which featured two female vocalists, Basil and Budgie, a pair of beloved pitbull terriers. Caninus had three successful albums, including a split 7" with Cattle Decapitation in 2005. Upon the passing of Basil in 2011 and Budgie in 2016, the band was put on hold, but the ethos remains; our dogs (and cats) make for some of our very best friends, hence Rachel's dive into CANINUS COLLARS.

Having also performed in bands including Indecision, Most Precious Blood, and more, as well as volunteering at an animal shelter in Jersey City, N.J. for 12 years doing training/fostering/dog photos, simply put, Rachel Rosen is the best candidate to be tasked with the opportunity to create these hard-hitting collars, leashes, lanyards and more. All items are also made in-house, lending an even-more personal touch to the pieces.

While we bipedal headbangers have all of the merch options in the world, it is not often that we’re able to help our dogs and cats express their love for the heavier genres; a problem that has been eradicated thanks to CANINUS, the California small business that is wholeheartedly badass.

Here to unite pet and human companion, Rachel Rosen is ready to discuss how she came up with CANINUS, why they make the perfect present, and her favorite pieces to recommend for the animal-lover in your life. Interviews, CANINUS merch giveaways, the best dog-walking playlists, and more from Rachel are a request away!

Aleister Crowley’s Abbey of Thelema was located in Sicily, Italy, and functioned as ground zero for many of the occultist’s most complex and groundbreaking hedonistic pursuits. Here, Crowley codified his ritual practices and took his concept of “Magick” to new, unforeseen levels. He rebranded the temple as “Collegium ad Spiritum Sanctum,” translating to “A college towards the Holy Spirit.” But the Abbey of Thelema was not without its controversy: A young disciple died in 1922 after contracting typhoid fever from the drinking water. And a year later, Crowley was evicted by Italian dictator Benito Mussolini’s regime, yet the mystery and intrigue behind the Abbey of Thelema remain.

It was only appropriate, then, that Jesse Heikkinen, a veteran of the Finnish music scene and a solo artist under the Iterum Nata banner, branded his newest musical pursuit as The Abbey. Drawing lyrical inspiration from esoteric organizations, their beliefs and his own practices, Heikkinen and co-lead vocalist Natalie Koskinen (Shape of Despair) weaved ritualistic tales from the darkest corners of themselves to pair with music that is a provocative, alluring kaleidoscope of dark, heavy rock. The result is the mystical Word of Sin, The Abbey’s nine-song debut long-player.

The Abbey tale began when Heikkinen generated the sudden urge to try his hand at singing in a doom metal band after laying down guest vocals for fellow countrymen Fuzzifer. His idea was to form a doom metal band with “big vocals” — a project for fun’s sake that would thrive off writing from the heart and improvisation. Those plans involved former Sentenced and The Man-Eating Tree drummer Vesa Ranta — the first name that came to Heikkinen’s mind for the project.

Ranta, now a professional photographer and filmmaker, provided the steady backbone behind Sentenced’s groundbreaking career that was brought to its conclusion in 2005. According to Heikkinen, Ranta plays “like a battalion of marching giants,” a not-so-subtle nod to the drummer’s mastery of the quarter-note. Ranta quickly took to Heikkinen’s early demos and suggested they add a female singer. Enter Koskinen. Koskinen knew Ranta from a video shoot where she was serving as a makeup artist. Reluctant to try a new band considering her Shape of Despair and career obligations, Koskinen listened to Heikkinen’s first demo and decided to give the project a go. Janne Markus (guitar, also of The Man-Eating Tree) and Henri Arvola (bass) were soon tapped to complete the band’s lineup.

Word of Sin was recorded between April and November 2021 in several locations across Finland. Drums, bass and Markus’s guitars were tracked at Kratio Studio in Oulu by Kyösti Rautio. Rautio also served as co-producer and mixed the album, becoming the unofficial sixth member of The Abbey. Heikkinen, who recorded most of his vocals and guitars in his stepdaughter’s room, surrounded by My Little Ponies, Disney figurines and a pile of esoteric literature, is careful to point out that The Abbey fails to drop into any neat, little subgenre.

“The album was made purely for self-expressive reasons,” he says. “My music is the channel where I can be as true and authentic as possible. It is also a somewhat safe way to explore and express the dark side of myself and the collective consciousness. Word of Sin may seem like a tremendously dark piece as a rock album, but it’s pretty lightweight for a doom metal album! The material proved so strong that it was obvious that it wasn’t going to be another side project. I think using the means of improvisation made the music sound more like its creator instead of it being forced to be this or that — and that seemed to work really well for us!”

Regardless of where Word of Sin falls between the vast channels of doom and heavy rock, the vocal interplay between Heikkinen and Koskinen is undeniable. Each has songs where they take the lead, but their harmonies and trade-offs carry songs like “Rat King” and “Desert Temple” to the fore, creating a restless, captivating atmosphere resembling vintage rock from the 1970s. And, for his first go at singing lead in a band, Heikkinen proves to be quite the capable vocalist, carrying a smooth, almost airy delivery on “Crystallion” and “Widow’s Will.”

“I didn’t think of it that much — my vocals all came naturally,” he says. “I still think I’m more of a guitarist than a vocalist, really. During the writing and recording, I listened to King Crimson’s Red quite a lot, so I’m sure I got some influences from John Wetton’s singing on that album. The vocal harmonies were heavily inspired by bands like E.L.O, Queen and Yes.”

Heikkinen and Koskinen didn’t know each other before the formation of The Abbey. Heikkinen met Koskinen for the first time when she tracked vocals at his home studio, but their partnership generated immediate results. “Nowadays, I usually record my vocals at home, but in this case, as I had yet to meet Jesse in person, I wanted to record my parts at his place,” says Koskinen. “It’s very important to see what kind of energy is between the musicians I’m going to work with in the long run. It turns out that we are a perfect match musically. Later on, I traveled to Oulu to meet the rest of the guys [Janne and Henri] and I must say that we had a very strong bond from the beginning. Sometimes things just happen even when you don’t plan them.”

“The right lines for each were found really easily,” adds Heikkinen. “There already were dozens of vocal tracks in some of my demos, but every time Natalie found her place in the song, she added something new into it.”

The creative process behind Word of Sin proved so fruitful that the members of The Abbey are already thinking about a follow-up. It’s a testament to the material’s inherent strength and the immediate bond between all five musicians.

“The Abbey will most definitely be an active and serious project for me - I do hope it will turn out fun as well,” wraps Heikkinen. And closes Koskinen: “I do have a feeling this band will make a long trip together.”

NIGHT CROWNED - Release New Album "Tales" and Share Video for "She Comes At Night"!

Following the success of their debut studio album Impius Viam, released in February 2020, and their highly acclaimed follow-up record Hädanfärd, released in July 2021, Night Crowned has solidified their place as one of Sweden's best-kept blackened death metal secrets. Comprised of former and current members of renowned acts such as Dark Funeral, Nightrage, and Cipher System, Night Crowned possesses a musical vision that is haunting yet clear and with Tales the band has released their third full-length album via Noble Demon today!

This release marks a new chapter for the band as they push the boundaries of blackened death metal to unprecedented levels. With Tales, Night Crowned embarks on an auditory assault that defies conventions and redefines the limits of the genre. The album features lyrics in both English and Swedish, allowing listeners to fully immerse themselves in the band's haunting storytelling. Jonathan Thorpenberg's mixing skills put the band's sound on full display, while Jani Stefanovic's mastering ensures that every note is hit with precision.

To celebrate the day in a fitting manner, the Swedish metallers have unleashed a new video with Live Impressions from their recent show in Gothenburg with an excerpt of the new album track "She Comes At Night". Watch it below.

"We had our friend Marcus from Marcus Wesslen Media over to make a documentary of our gig in Gothenburg. For this video we went with the song ”She comes at Night”. And in this song we really went full on with the folk influences, but it was really important for us to do so without losing our own identity. To have Therése‘s magical voice in the break just makes the song larger than life,"says the band.

Vocalist Ken Romlin about the song: ’’Before we started to work on 'Tales' I wrote down ideas about which entities I wanted to write about. And the Mare was obvious that it needed to get a song, so it became 'She Comes At Night'. This was one of the first songs we wrote for this record."

Wrath of Logarius Rise Above the Ashes on New Single

On Halloween, Wrath of Logarius gave metalheads a taste of Formless Black Metal. Today, the skeletal Northern California trio are releasing the second single off their upcoming EP. And while just as fiery as the first, "Soul Ascension" starts out as more of a slow burn before bursting into flames.

Listen to "Soul Ascension" below.

'Necrotic Assimilation" will be available as a digital download starting December 8.

Wrath of Logarius writhe between different gradients of metal, from black and brutal to melodic post-metal. "Soul Ascension" shudders awake with an eerie guitar melody that drips like candles around a coffin. But the pace quickens under the clip of Lord Marco's hi-hat as Noctifier prepares to meet his maker. "Surrounded by darkness, for you are death" he screams, engulfed by blast beats that rage with all the horrifying speed of a forest fire.

"For us, Soul Ascension is cold, dark and vicious", says Wrath of Logarius. "It's more or less about becoming aware of the complete annihilation transpiring around you. Realizing you cannot avoid the inevitable as you are slowly consumed by the bestial darkness. Ultimately, we want the listener to come up with their own interpretation. It will have a different meaning to each listener, and thats what we want"

Formed in 2021 amidst the mist-shrouded forests of Northern California, Wrath of Logarius emerged as a formidable force in the world of extreme music. This black metal trio, consisting of Noctifer, Urath, and Vastator, set out to forge a new path with their unique genre known as Formless Black Metal.

Wrath of Logarius' creative spark ignited as they embarked on their journey to create something different in black metal. Drawing inspiration from brutal blackened death and melodic post-black metal, the skeletal trio emerged with a new subgenre. 'Necrotic Assimilation' introduces pure Formless Black Metal, where the styles change within each song.

Today, multi-award-winning singer songwriter and breakthrough actress, Lainey Wilson announced “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” as her next single following Wilson’s television debut performance of the song at the 57th Annual CMA Awards, in Nashville, TN.

As the third Broken Bow Records’ single off her critically acclaimed, award-winning album, Bell Bottom Country, “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” is a reflective tale of Wilson’s life; “barefoot and bareback.” The soulful yet Southern track, accompanied by Wilson’s signature sound, blends elements of Western, Rock, and Americana, to bring forth a modern yet traditional Country song as an ode to her roots.

View her performance
HERE and listen to the song HERE.

Wilson was once again crowned as the most nominated artist at this year’s CMA Awards with a record breaking nine nominations and walking away with five wins in some of the most coveted categories including the biggest award of the evening, Entertainer Of The Year.

  • Album Of The Year: Bell Bottom Country

  • Female Vocalist Of The Year

ABOUT LAINEY WILSON:
As the most nominated artist at the 2023 CMA Awards with a record-breaking nine nominations, and five wins including Entertainer of the Year, Lainey Wilson has earned the enthusiasm of the industry. Critically acclaimed and touted as a top “artist to watch,” to being the leading female nominee and winner at the 2023 ACM Awards and CMT Music Awards, the Louisiana native has made a name for herself in the industry as one of music’s hottest and most buzzed-about new artists. Landing her first No. 1 with her PLATINUM Certified ACM Song of the Year, “Things A Man Oughta Know,” nearly 10 years to the day after leaving her small farming community in a camper trailer to chase her dreams, she has won over legions of fans with her signature Bell Bottom Country sound and aesthetic, which blends traditional Country with a modern yet retro flare. A prolific and sought-after songwriter (having co-writer credits on songs by artists including Luke Combs, Flatland Calvary, and more), Lainey is a fresh, fierce voice in Nashville, delivering CMA-nominated album of the year with her label debut, Sayin’ What I’m Thinkin’. With a rockstar stage presence, her artistry has taken her across the globe, performing for sold-out crowds throughout the US, UK, and Germany with notable names like Jon Pardi, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, HARDY, Jason Aldean, Ashley McBryde, and more. After topping the country radio charts for a second time with the two-week No. 1 hit, “Never Say Never” with Cole Swindell, she recently achieved her third and fourth No. 1 song with “Heart Like a Truck” and HARDY collaboration “wait in the truck”. Her current single “Watermelon Moonshine” topped the Country charts marking her fifth No. 1 single and making her the first female artist in two years to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Country airplay chart.  Her critically acclaimed album, Bell Bottom Country, rose up Billboard’s Top Album Chart and Country Albums Chart, amassing over 650 million streams to date. Wilson made her acting debut in Season 5 of the smash hit series “Yellowstone” as a musician character named Abby, where she premiered her original “Smell Like Smoke” as well as showcased other hits off her recent album including “Watermelon Moonshine” and “Hold My Halo”. Adding to her growing list of endeavors, Wilson was honored at Billboard’s Women in Music Awards with the Rulebreaker Award, and most recently joined forces with Wrangler as the face of their 2023 fall/winter women's collection.

BLEED FROM WITHIN | 'Shrine Deluxe Edition' Is Out Now + Band Release Lyric Video For New Single 'Overthrone'

Bleed From Within have had an extraordinary year. They've just stepped off of the Lamb Of God Headbangers Boat cruise, following on from a colossal summer run which took in both headline shows, performances with Heaven Shall Burn and festival appearances at the likes of Brutal Assault (Czech Republic), Summer Breeze (Germany) and Alcatraz(Belgium), finishing up with a 13-date tour supporting Trivium across the UK. This was all on top of a hugely successful debut American tour earlier this year with August Burns Redand The Devil Wears Prada

To celebrate this exceptional year,
Bleed From Within have released their Shrine Deluxe Edition today, alongside a new single titled 'Overthrone', which is accompanied by a lyric video.

Their stunning latest studio album
Shrine was released in the summer 2022, marking the band's most groundbreaking work to date and staking out Bleed From Within's bold intent. The Scottish 5-piece claiming their position as the most exciting prospect in modern metal.

Steven Jones from the band stated,
''Upon releasing 'Shrine' in June 2022, it's safe to say that none of us expected what the following months would bring. It's been a hell of a year, with our most rigorous touring schedule yet putting us in places we've dreamed of since we started the band. This era of Bleed From Within is something we have worked so hard toward, and in this moment we are extremely grateful to all those who have made it possible. To all of our fans who fill the rooms and sing the words, to the team behind the scenes who keep the cogs moving on tour, in the studio, and everywhere between, and to the creative minds that help us bring our music to life - thank you. 17 months since its original release, we are so proud to now present this limited and deluxe edition of 'Shrine', featuring all of the songs that were recorded during the sessions. Here's to the months and years ahead!''

Overthrone' lyric video below.

Bleed From Within released their stunning studio album Shrine in June 2022. It was the most fiercely anticipated record of their career, and their most groundbreaking work to date.

Shrine was recorded at Real World Studios and at Bleed From Within's HQ, UK. The record was self-produced. Mixing was handled by Adam 'Nolly' Getgood and Sebastian Sendon, with drum engineering handled by Adam 'Nolly' Getgood, guitar, bass and vocal engineering by Steven Jones, additional production by Jamie Finch, string composition by Simon Dobson and Parallax Orchestra, strings engineered by Peter Miles at Middle Farm Studios, and additional backing vocals by Hannah Boulton on the tracks 'Flesh & Stone' and 'Paradise'.  The Shrine artwork was created by David Provan, with layout by Simon Atkinson.

Bleed From Within have been to hell and back, but they are no strangers to enduring hardship. When a global pandemic threatened to shut down their plans, the Glaswegians collectively raised five middle fingers and pressed on. It’s no surprise that this unstoppable riff machine continues to crush forward at such a frantic pace – there's no putting the breaks on the heaviest band to ever emerge from Scotland.

The band’s reputation as one of the most formidable forces in modern metal has earned them tour slots with Megadeth, Lamb Of God, Testament and Heaven Shall Burn, to name just a few. 2021 saw them dominate the UK live scene; selling out their largest ever headline tour in November, capturing hearts on Bullet For My Valentine’s arena tour, slay a Lamb Of God livestream support slot, alongside (literally) blazing performances atDownload Festival and Bloodstock Festival.

Shrine has taken the most graft to put together of any record in their catalog, challenging their self-perception on both personal and technical levels - the culmination of two years hard work that embodies their artistic might. Armed with the learnings of evolving their sound over the last decade without ever losing sight of their DIY roots, this is Bleed From Within at their very best. There’s no denying the band’s inevitable next steps are world domination, with Shrine a turning point moment.

Bleed From Within are:
Scott Kennedy - Vocals
Craig Gowans - Lead Guitar
Steven Jones - Rhythm Guitar & Vocals
David Provan - Bass
Ali Richardson - Drums

Enter Shikari Link Up with Multi-Disciplinary Aussie Star AViVA for New Single "Strangers"

UK trailblazers, Enter Shikari, are thrilled to announce their new collaborative single, "Strangers" alongside fellow dynamic talent AViVA. Fans can stream the new single HERE or at the link below.

This exciting coming together of two genre-blending artists is as explosive as each of their fanbases can expect, as the former touring partners bring their signature to let "Strangers" soar. Crushing and impassioned, "Strangers" erupts in characteristic fashion and again showcases the collaborative talents of a band that in the last year alone have worked on singles with Cody Frost, WARGASM and You Me At Six.

Lifting the curtain on the creative journey behind the single, lead vocalist and producer Rou Reynolds says:

"Aviva has has such a great voice (I can still hear her operatic warm ups, echoing around the backstage rooms!), so it was a pleasure to sing with her on the track. Rob and I got to visit her at home on the beautiful coast of New South Wales and work together on what would become Strangers, the story of newly found freedom from a suffocating relationship.”

Sharing her thoughts on the vibrant collaboration, versatile songstress AViVA adds:

"Teaming up with Enter Shikari for this project has been an incredible experience. After touring with them in 2022 we thought it would be fun to work on a song together and 'Strangers' just seemed perfect.

We all share a deep passion for music, and together, we've crafted something truly special that I believe our fans will love. The song has been worked on across multiple countries, and time zones, and we were even lucky enough to do the vocal recording together at my home studio. The song continues to explore a concept I see as a throughline in much of my artistic work. The loss of connection, and isolation that follows. the line 'we're just strangers now' really sums it up, but I think people will really connect with the rawness of this song, be it the loss of a romantic relationship or losing a friend, that pain often lingers with us for a long time."

Enter Shikari's remarkable journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of musical innovation and a passion for pushing the boundaries of their genre. With a dedicated and ever-growing fanbase, their live shows are nothing short of explosive, leaving audiences in awe. As they embark on a World Tour and gear up for their most extensive UK arena tour yet in the new year, Enter Shikari solidify their status as trailblazers, with thought-provoking lyrics and an unforgettable stage presence at the heart of their performance. There's no doubt that Enter Shikari's future promises more groundbreaking music and electrifying performances, ensuring their legacy of success will continue to grow. Be sure to stay tuned for more Enter Shikari news soon.

Praise for Enter Shikari's new album A Kiss for the Whole World:

"Enter Shikari reassert their credentials as one of the UK's most important rock bands." - Upset ★★★★★

“A Kiss For The Whole World might just be its authors' finest work yet. Rooted in the present, somehow it is still the sound of the future.” - Louder ★★★★ ½

“These are anthems of liberation for what seems an eternal uncertainty that we live in.” – Clash ★★★★

"There is an explosive exuberance at the heart of Enter Shikari's superb seventh album." - Kerrang! ★★★★

“As hopeful as they’ve ever sounded” - NME ★★★★

“Here is an album that sees Shikari proving exactly why they’ve carved their own place in UK music royalty.” - Rolling Stone UK★★★★

"When it comes to combining rave, metal and pop craftsmanship in songs that come with self-help messages and moral guidelines, nobody beats [Enter Shikari]" - The Times

ENTER SHIKARI have a way with opening statements and as their new album begins with the words “Be embraced, billions” (‘A Kiss for the Whole World x’), we immediately learn plenty about the band's ambition for this album to touch people.

Its trio of whirlwind single releases to date have reignited dormant sparks '(pls) set me on fire' confronted how we measure self-worth ('It Hurts') and eyed the trappings of cyclical mistakes (‘Bloodshot’). Journeying through the new album, we are met with calls to revel in the power of spontaneity, (‘Leap Into The Lightning’), encouraged to explore (‘Jailbreak’), and - most poignantly - asked to consider the changing nature of identity (‘giant pacific octopus’).

A Kiss for the Whole World heralds the band's most vibrant, direct and life-affirming album so far.

Fans can also catch Enter Shikari on the Welcome To Rockville lineup in May of 2024 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL.

As they take the stage at the iconic festival, Enter Shikari reaffirms their position as a musical force to be reckoned with and promises an unforgettable experience.

May 12 - Daytona Beach, FL - Welcome To Rockville 2023

More about Enter Shikari and new album A Kiss For The Whole World

As the calendar now signals three years since Enter Shikari last released an album - their UK #2 charting album Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible – it is useful to think back to the final question the band last posed fans: “Is this a new beginning? / Or are we close to the end?” Little could they know just how close to the end things would end up feeling as the events of the early ‘20s dimmed the light in the furnace of their live juggernaut, and connection to their fans. “At the time it felt like we ourselves, as musicians, were experiencing the death of our band,” says lead vocalist and keyboardist Rou Reynolds.

Unsurprisingly, the key in the band’s ignition came in the form of a live show as they headlined the Download Festival Pilot in front of 10,000 fans. Where not a single new word flowed from the pen of Reynolds in the two years prior, a realisation was born that would come to define the band’s seventh LP: “I just didn’t realise that the human and physical connection to other people were so central to how I write,” he says. Enter Shikari isn’t just four people – it’s hundreds of thousands.

The album's lead single "(pls) set me on fire" sparked the next stage in the band’s evolution, and the first words we hear from Enter Shikari 2.0 don’t come in the form of a question this time, but a command: “Please set me on fire”. In other words, ignite the spark inside us and set us free. This may be a new Enter Shikari but they’ve lost nothing in their flair for bold opening gambits.

Reynolds comments on the single’s conception: "Honestly, I thought I was f*****. I’ve never felt so detached from my soul, my purpose, my f****** spirit. I didn’t write music for almost two years. The longest I’d gone before that was two weeks. I was broken. It’s almost as if my brain had asked: “What is the point in music if it cannot be shared? What is the point in writing music if it’s not to be experienced with others?” and then promptly switched itself off. ‘(pls) set me on fire’ grew out of that desperation. This song is a projectile vomit of positive energy. Every emotion trapped inside me for two years, finally set free."

It was in the Spring of 2022 that the band descended to the coastal town of Chichester, and a delipidated farmhouse, to rebuild their studio setup and capture their renewed momentum on record. Using only solar power to track the album – in what Reynolds says was to “bring back some sense of naivety” – the life-giving properties and Technicolor palate of A Kiss For The Whole World were made real. Reynolds continues: “Back to basics. This band - my best friends - bundled into an old farmhouse, miles away from anywhere. Off-grid, and ready to rediscover ourselves. This album is powered by the sun, the most powerful object in our solar system. And I think you can tell. It’s a collection of songs that represent an explosive reconnection with what Enter Shikari is. The beginning of our second act”.

Dandy Warhols & Slowdive legends team up on Pete International Airport 'Tic Tac' feat. Rachel Goswell. 7” vinyl is out November 24

Portland-based Pete International Airport presents the video for 'Tic Tac' featuring Slowdive goddess Rac hel Goswell, directed by Francesca Bonci. A few weeks ago, they released their 2-track 'Tic Tac' 7" vinyl version via Little Cloud Records, pressed on translucent yellow vinyl, with the B-side featuring a remix by yet another music icon - Anton Newcombe of The Brian Jonestown Massacre.

Pete International Airport is the brainchild of guitarist Peter G. Holmström of
The Dandy Warhols.  Named after one of their songs, this eclectic project builds immersive soundscapes that are also classic, catchy songs.  Holmström has an uncanny ability to curate, with a penchant for dropping collaborators into challenging creative spaces—both virtual and actual—then letting them duke it out.

'Tic Tac' originally featured on Pete International Airport's recently released third album
'It Felt Like The End of the World' - a meticulously crafted psychedelic rock journey into the dark heart of electronica, released just ahead of the 7" vinyl edition.

"I co-wrote 'Tic Tac'. I bought his last album and I really liked it. Peter Holmström has different singers on each song and co-writes with everybody, which I think is a really interesting way to work. Obviously, Pete is a guitarist, first and foremost, and a very good one. He sent me music for 'Tic Tac, and it's actually changed a lot. It was a lot more guitar-y, the original musical piece that he sent me, and it got really stripped down and changed," says Rachel Goswell.

"I think he sent me that in 2020. That was a COVID lockdown year and I had a lot of stuff going on. It took me I think nearly about a year to actually get around to sitting down properly and writing it. I kept procrastinating about doing it and then once I'd done it, I was really pleased with it. But I think as a record, there's some great songs on it. I didn't know who else had written with him on this record, I was just really happy to be a part of it. It is quite a broad spectrum musically, and quite eclectic."

This album features numerous other guests, including Alexander Hackett (Pang Attack) Lisa Elle (Dark Horses), Dion Lunadon (A Place To Bury Strangers, The D4), and Cheap Trick's Tom Petersson on 12-string bass, each tangling with PIA’s usual coterie of musical foils with songs merging into Holmström’s hyper-stylized world of symbols, themes and archetypes.

Mixed by Jeremy Sherrer at
Spooky Electric Co. (Modest Mouse, The Shins, The Dandy Warhols), it was mastered by Dave Coley at Elysian Mastering.

'It Felt Like The End of the World' can be found everywhere digitally, including
SpotifyApple Music and Bandcamp, where it is available as a Deluxe double-album in a gatefold sleeve, pressed on transparent vinyl with an orange blob or on transparent vinyl with a purple blob.

As of November 24, the 'Tic Tac' 7" will be available on vinyl exclusively via
Pete International Airport's Bandcamp and The Dandy Warhols. The digital version is currently available on these same two sites.

"Without question, it's the most anthemic they've ever sounded" —
Metal Hammer

"A masterclass in the fusion of poppy punk elements with the infectious hooks of modern rock." —
Knotfest

"...a collection of tracks that are the best and most consistent Beartooth have ever sounded on record. The impression these songs make is instant, but scratch beneath the surface, and there's so much more to love about the heart, hurt and craft that has gone into this album." —
Kerrang!

"This is another instant classic from a band that seems incapable of delivering anything less." —
Rock Sins

"Might Love Myself" Hits #2 on Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay Chart in its 14th Week

Plus #9 on Hot Hard Rock Songs and #11 on Rock & Alternative Airplay

Marking Highest Placements on Respective Charts in the Band's Career

Billion-streaming rock band — Caleb Shomo, vocals; Zach Huston, guitars; Will Deely, guitars; Oshie Bichar, bass; and Connor Denis, drums — today announced their single "Might Love Myself" has earned them their first-ever #1 spot on the Mediabase Active Rock Radio chart.

Following its release in July, the song entered the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart and continued to rise over 14 weeks to #2, along with #9 on Hot Rock Songs and #11 on Rock & Alternative Airplay, the highest placements the band has ever achieved on said charts.

Lead Singer, Caleb Shomo shares, "I was never truly ready to take on what the future held until this album. I think it’s pretty cool that the first song I wrote about self-love was the first song to hit number 1, and that says everything about the future of this band. Thank you all for the support during this transition in my life and in our music."

"Might Love Myself" arrived on Beartooth's fifth studio album, The Surface, released in October on Red Bull Records. With 90 million streams to date, it debuted at #1 on Billboard Hard Rock Albums, Luminate Alternative Albums, and Luminate Record Label Independent Current Albums, as well as #5 on Billboard's Top Album Sales. Celebrating a decade together this year, Beartooth will embark on their largest world tour in history, playing across 60 dates from January to November with 50% of tickets already sold out. Amidst the tour, they'll take to top-billing slots at ShipRocked and Rock Am Ring festivals.

Red Bull Records' Managing Director Greg Hammer shares, "We've been working with Beartooth for ten years across five records and we're beyond proud of what we've been able to accomplish together. They are constantly taking risks and pushing the envelope, with The Surface being no exception. This is undoubtedly one of the most exciting milestones they've achieved in their career, and we’re looking forward to what the future holds."

Beartooth have established themselves as an influential voice of their generation and a force in the rock space. This album in particular has welcomed a pivotal shift in the band's sound and story, with frontman Shomo focusing on the positives in his deeply personal and powerful journey through the music. It has attracted diehard fans and new listeners alike, proving self-love has a place in metal.

Beartooth Manager Thomas Gutches concludes, "I'll never forget Caleb playing me this song for the first time, minutes before taking the stage in front of a capacity crowd at London's Wembley Arena. In that moment, I knew we had a special song. Caleb continues to defy the odds as one of the most gifted songwriters of this generation."

The Surface was produced, mixed, engineered, and mastered by Caleb Shomo, with additional engineering by James Musshorn and additional production by Oshie Bichar. Stream, download, and purchase it along with merchandise, here

ABOUT BEARTOOTH:
Caleb Shomo first turned the pain of his struggle with mental health and self-image into music in 2013. Beartooth began as a living document, a diary, a journal of repressed rage and depression. Alone in his basement studio, screaming and singing, playing all the instruments, and self-producing a batch of furious but melodic songs filled with reflection and confession, the Ohio native stared into the abyss, initially with no intention of returning to the heavy music world that burned him as a teen. A decade later, the different pieces of his body of work connect in title, sound, and spirit. As the frontman hits 30, Beartooth’s fifth album, he Surface, completes this era in 2023. Even more importantly, it kicks off a new chapter filled with surprising optimism and just as honest. Depression is a sick, disgusting, aggressive disease below the surface. Shomo stands ready to bask in the light.

Like Nine Inch Nails, Beartooth remains a one-person band in the studio. On the heels of the introductory Sick EP (2013), Disgusting (2014) produced the band's first Gold single, "In Between." Aggressive (2016) and Disease (2018) expanded on the desperation and pain, each a step closer to a balance between the blood and tears of classic recordings and the shimmer of modernity.

Rolling Stone heralded Beartooth as one of 10 Artists You Need to Know. The rabid response to Shomo's music demonstrated how many people related to his struggle for self-acceptance. Below (2021) topped the Rock and Alternative charts and several Best Rock/Metal Albums of the Year lists. As of 2023, the Beartooth catalog boasts more than 1 billion streams across all platforms.

Beartooth began as both bomb and balm, an outright refusal to suffer in silence, weaponizing radio-ready bombast, delivering raw emotion mixed with noise-rock chaos. Other bands play the "devastating riffs and catchy hooks" game, but this music is the difference between life and death, and now, a sort of life after death while still here. The band Forbes sees "inching towards a tipping point of becoming the latest arena headliner" is now one step closer.

Mavis Announce Debut Album "Grief Is No Ally" + Share "Calypso" Video

German band MAVIS, featuring vocalist Phil Donay, guitarist Manu Weller, bass player Mo Amrein, and drummer Jakob Schulz-Klein, are proud to announce their debut full-length record Grief Is No Ally, due for release on December 15, via Arising Empire!

The newest track "Calypso" heralds the official pre-orders and showcases their exceptional talent in composing and narrative lyricism. The audience finds itself entranced by the fusion of intense energy and hypnotic tunes, culminating in an irresistible hook. "Calypso" marks the band's first creative endeavor since the exit of founding member and chief songwriter Robin Dachtler, offering a surreal odyssey that navigates the often essential transformations life imposes. As the piece evolved, it increasingly symbolized the band's own brush with disbandment.

Watch the video below.

"It felt as though MAVIS was doomed just as it began to flourish. Yet, we endured those challenging times, and akin to the song, we were drawn to a faint yet alluring glimmer of hope that pierced through the gloom. Clinging to that light, we now find ourselves more united and resilient than before," reflects vocalist Phil Donay.

With its compelling narrative and emotive depth, "Calypso" emerges as a powerful anthem sure to make an enduring impact.

Grief Is No Ally is available as CD, limited colored vinyl, together with unique merch options at the Arising Empire online shop. Pre-order

The title of the record stands for 11 stories of different forms of grieving, ranging from it’s dark and negative sides to very positives and healthy aspects of embracing grief to let go. MAVIS planned the release of a full length in 2020 but were already struck with multiple setbacks in their young history. Not only the beginning of the pandemic hit them right at the start but lineup changes because of illness, mental issues or members growing apart from making music entirely. Just as they booked live shows again roughly 1.5 years ago, their bad luck peaked in a studio fire in which they lost instruments, equipment, and all merchandise. Right around that time, the two remaining members of MAVIS found new drive as they could complete the line up once again. Since then, the musicians worked tirelessly on putting all their experiences into the songs that now make this jewel of a debut record. They went into the studio with a "nothing is holy" attitude to produce the best music they can and their efforts paid off as finally everyone can hear.

LAINEY WILSON & JELLY ROLL REACH NEW MILESTONES WITH THEIR 2023 CMA AWARDS WINS

Broken Bow Records' Lainey Wilson and Stoney Creek Records' Jelly Roll took home a total of six awards and delivered three stand-out performances and show stopping acceptance speeches at Country Music's Biggest Night, the CMA Awards at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. In the 57-year history of the awards, Lainey Wilson shattered glass as the first female country artist in over a decade to capture "Entertainer of the Year," joining a class of iconic trail blazers Loretta Lynn, Barbara Mandrell, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Shania Twain, The Chicks and Taylor Swift. Premiering the television broadcast performance of her next single "Wildflowers And Wild Horses" from her "Album of the Year" winning Bell Bottom Country, Lainey Wilson ignited the stage with a fiery delivery solidifying her recognition as the most awarded artist at the 2023 broadcast.

As Jelly Roll’s monster smash hit “
Save Me” featuring Lainey approaches the top of charts, this "New Artist of the Year" winner kicked off the broadcast with a soulful/gospel rendition of multi-format hit "Need a Favor" with the iconic Wynonna Judd.  Closing out the broadcast with a show-stopping message of love and unity, Jelly Roll was joined by K. Michelle for "Love Can Build a Bridge" featured on BMG's "A Tribute to The Judds" available now here.

View full details on their wins below.

Lainey Wilson wins:

  • Entertainer of the Year

  • Female Artist of the Year (Her second consecutive win in this category)

  • Album of the Year - Bell Bottom Country - Producer: Jay Joyce; Mix Engineers: Jason Hall, Jay Joyce

  • Music Video of the Year - "wait in the truck" Hardy featuring Lainey Wilson

  • Musical Event of the Year - "wait in the truck" Hardy featuring Lainey Wilson

Jelly Roll wins:

  • New Artist of the Year

Wiping away tears, Lainey shared the following as she accepted the win for "Entertainer of the Year." "I guess nine might be my lucky number. That's how many times we were nominated for the CMAs this year. It's also the year [age nine] I wrote my first song, the year I got my first pair of bell bottoms. It's the year that momma and daddy brought me to Nashville for the very first time and took me to the Grand Ole Opry for the first time. It's the year that my momma and daddy brought home this horse named Tex. The horse was wild. It needed breaking and they put me on the back of that thing and said, 'You better hold on, you better ride.' There were times that I was crying and I wanted to get down. I'm like, 'Let me off the back of this thing.' Every time it would start bucking, I'd hold on little bit tighter. I think that right there is one of things that prepared me for this ride. Because, it is wild. Thank y'all for letting me be me and giving me this opportunity."

Jelly Roll received an electrifying standing ovation for his first CMA win as "New Artist of the Year." "There is something poetic about a 39-year-old man winning 'New Artist of the Year'. I don't know where you're at in your life or what you're going through, but I want to tell you to keep going. I want to tell you success is on the other side of it. I want to tell you that it's gonna be ok. I want to tell you that the windshield is bigger than the rearview for a reason! Because what's in front of you is so much more important than what's behind you."

Her critically acclaimed album, Bell Bottom Country, reached No. 9 on Billboard’s Country Albums Chart, quickly rose to No. 1 on iTunes charts, and has amassed over 650 million streams to date.

Kenny Chesney Unlocks the Secret of Life: “Take Her Home” Arrives Midnight on November 10

Kenny Chesney defined his place in American music by distilling the best part of being young, alive and seeking what the world has to offer. It’s that ability to recognize great songs that’s made him the country artist with the most No. 1s on the Mediabase Country Singles chart – and that reflection of how real people actually live has always been important to him.

In that spirit, the eight-time Entertainer of the Year releases “Take Her Home,” a loping rumination on the butterflies that flutter when you see “the one” through all the phases of falling in love, getting serious and building a life that makes you so much more. It is the essence of everything that is so easy to miss, but creates the biggest blessings and greatest happiness people can experience.

“When I heard ‘Take Her Home,’ I just laughed,” Chesney says of the song. “It was everything life is made of in less than four minutes. It’s true, honest and all the stuff that’s easy to forget. All those details and little moments? The deep cut Cheap Trick, the black-and-pink suitcase in the back of the truck, a 7 pound, 5 ounce baby? That’s what makes these kinds of life changes what they are. And it’s funny: no matter what stage you’re in, you really are always scared. That’s how you know it’s gonna be worth it.”

Like “There Goes My Life,” which also traces life through so many stages, “Take Her Home” passes through many chapters of life – and reminds listeners that it’s not one massive moment where it all falls together. It’s the accumulation of everything done, the hope of what one wants and the fact that “sometimes God paints life like a dream...”

“It’s amazing how simple figuring life out can be,” Chesney says. “I look around, and I see people in every state of this song every day. It’s part of the miracle of being alive. Even when it’s not happening to you, it’s happening to someone you love – whether your friend, a brother or sister, co-worker – and that feeling comes right back. I can’t wait to hear people singing this one back to us, because it’s going to be one of those moments. I just know.”

The chiming acoustic guitars, bouzouki-accented and electric guitar-twined celebration of the good stuff life is made of is everything that makes Chesney one of modern country’s most progressive artists. Slated for a radio world premiere at midnight, Nov. 10, “Take Her Home” will also be available via digital and streaming services at the same time.

“Every now and then, you find a song that just feels right,” Chesney offers. “There’s an honesty about life that you can’t just churn out. Finding songs that ring true? When you hear one, you grab it – and that’s a lot of how this song happened. We were trying to decide what to lead with, and someone sent me this demo... and I knew. No more discussion. We had the song – and a great time turning it into a record. Real life? There’s nothing like it.”

HELGA Release Melancholic New Single "Alive Again"

A vast exploration of sonic textures present themselves on HELGA's premier album Wrapped in Mist, as chugging riffs, spectral strings and imposing drums converge into one.

The third single, "Alive Again" presents the pains of struggling with mental health in a haunting and introspective piece. Subtle guitar riffs and austere percussive patterns eloquently make way for Helga Gabriel's chilling vocals to shine through.

Watch the video for "Alive Again" below.

"I've had my fair share of battles with mental health over the years," says vocalist Helga Gabriel. "It's in those moments that I need music the most."

For Helga, 'Alive Again' is a product of such a dark moment in her life, and it gives her the space to express the emotions felt through such a difficult period.

A beautifully animated music video created by Yevheniia Vynokurova (
@magistrmagii) accompanies the track, illustrating the poignant message in its lyricism.

Hailing from the Swedish hinterlands of Dalarna and
Halifax, West Yorkshire, HELGA amalgamated in 2019 in
York, North Yorkshire. United by singer, Helga Gabriel, the
quintet delve into a musical alchemy on their pursuit of
darker manifestations.

“We draw on many different influences from Swedish folk
to progressive metal to post-rock to black metal to pop.
Distilling this into a single style is a challenge.” -Cai S.

Summoning this plethora of layers and genre, HELGA
culminate their premier album Wrapped in Mist into
dirgeful lamentations of mortality and mental health,
punctuated by formidable drumming, spectral strings and
chugging riffs.

The album’s opening track, Skogen mumlar (The Forest
Murmurs), transcends forthwith into emotive dreamscapes
that leave hairs trembling, Ennio Morricone echoing as the
intro’s muse.

But as the journey through Wrapped in
Mist transpires, songs such as Farväl (Farewell) reveal
HELGA’s black metal and darker sensibilities. Bewitching
through this myriad range, the album’s waltzing coda flirts
with a melodic baroque that crescendos with Opeth-esque
climax.

The inception of Wrapped in Mist promises to plunge
HELGA deep into the spotlight of mesmerising live
performances following release. From the hills and forests
of rural dwelling, this is a band destined for a journey worth
following.

DIMMU BORGIR - RELEASE COVER SONG OF DEEP PURPLE´s 'PERFECT STRANGERS'

Today, DIMMU BORGIR releases their cover of DEEP PURPLES's 'Perfect Strangers'. The song is featured on their upcoming cover album Inspiratio Profanus which will be released on December 8th via Nuclear Blast Records.

Silenoz states about the cover of 'Perfect Strangers': "The idea of doing Perfect Strangers came about quite a while before we actually got around to recording it. It’s a known song by a very well-known band that has influenced many to pick up an instrument. I mean, is there anyone who doesn’t like Deep Purple?! We incorporated our little twist to it while at the same time wanted to stay close to the original. But perhaps it is the more obvious aspects that come to mind when hearing it; the integration between the main musical elements that we also made use of since the beginning like keyboards and guitars."

Silenoz comments about the album Inspiratio Profanus: "We’re pleased to announce the Inspiratio Profanus release! We thought it was about time to finally compile the cover songs we’ve done over the years and give these renditions an updated mastering, all in one package, highlighting some of our many influences!"

About DIMMU BORGIR:

As they conjure new, dark compositions, DIMMU BORGIR take a retrospective look back, celebrating the band's 30th Anniversary and the seminal artists that left a defining imprint on their sound.

Conceived in the heart of the Norwegian black metal scene in 1993, DIMMU BORGIRquickly broke free from the boundaries of the genre, daring to combine a traditional raven black sound with opulent symphonic orchestration. They became pioneers within their own field, forging groundbreaking albums such as Enthrone Darkness Triumphant (1997), Spiritual Black Dimensions (1999), & Death Cult Armageddon (2003), invading the entire world with headline tours and eventually turning into the most influential act of their genre after nine full-length studio releases.

After their last two successful albums Abrahadabra and Eonian and the remixed version of Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia, DIMMU BORGIR herald their 30-year legacy by releasing, together for the first time, a collection of their cover songs. Inspiratio Profanusfeatures a cover of 'Black Metal' (VENOM), the genre-defining 'Perfect Strangers' (DEEP PURPLE), fan-favorite 'Burn In Hell' (TWISTED SISTER), and electrifying renditions from the legendary CELTIC FROST, as well as other immensely influential artists!

NONEXISTER Share Video For "A Promise In The Air" — WATCH // Band Announces "Demons" Out 3/15

Zürich-based band NONEXISTER release their new single "A Promise In The Air" today.

The single is accompanied by an extraordinary video. Watch it
below.

NONEXISTER have also announced their debut album Demons, which will be released on March 15 via the band's own label (distributed by The Orchard) digitally, as CD and as 2xLP gatefold vinyl (180g), including a bonus track.

After dropping "Your Pain Up My Veins," "Drowning In the Void," and "How Do You Dare," the last of which was released in September, "A Promise In The Air" is the fourth single release from the now-announced debut album.

Producer and multi-instrumentalist Marco Neeser says about the new single, "'A Promise In The Air' is the antithesis of a pop song. It is long, it builds up slowly, it leads the listener astray by beginning with a pulsating synth line and seductive, intimate vocals, and then finally dissolving into an epic finale of guitars."

Singer Nik Leuthold adds, "The song is about the raging night of an impossible love, about two people who burn brightly when they get close to each other, but each burn in this fire. Now, they meet again and try to keep control this time and escape the maelstrom. But once again, they are each other's drug and plunge into this maelstrom, powerless and yet open-eyed, surfing through the night in a mixture of frenzied desire, overwhelming happiness, and deep despair. They know where it will end and yet they can't keep their hands off each other. An unstoppable tidal wave of laughter and tears, lust, hope, and despair sweeps them away, leaving devastation again in its wake."

The video was directed by Natasha Vavrina in Italy. Leuthold says, "Natasha Vavrina has done a fascinating job. First of all, by convincing us to make a dance video, which was certainly not our first thought. But based on other dance videos she's done and a wonderful concept, we understood what it could be, and dance is a great vehicle for this storm of emotions that the song is about. Madoka and Gil are incredibly great dancers and Paleta's choreography wonderfully brings out the moods of such a desperately lustful night. The place where the video begins and ends is the ruins of a club somewhere in the sticks of Italy, abandoned for 20 years and long since overgrown by nature. I came across a photo of it on the internet. It's a perfect location for this story, because that's exactly what it is: big emotions in ruins."

NONEXISTER thrive on the interplay of electronic energy and hard catharsis. As if they were soundtracking an after-hours club in the middle of nowhere, the Zurich band, consisting of Marco Neeser (electronics, songwriting, production), Nik Leuthold (vocals, songwriting, production), Reto "Fu" Gaffuri (bass), Siro Müller (drums, backing vocals), and Silvan Gerhard(guitar, backing vocals), swings like a pendulum between moments of industrial ecstasy and moshpit-ready outbursts.

On March 15, the debut album Demons will finally be released.

Leuthold says, "I am beyond happy that our debut album Demons is finally ready to be released in spring 2024. It has been a long journey to get there and I am very proud of the result. The collaboration with Marco is a great fortune that brings us both to worlds where we wouldn’t have got by ourselves. And so many great people helped shape the final product, tweak every detail, so that the baby is now a true beauty."

He continues, "Demons is a journey through the unfathomable depths of human nature — that's what the lyrics are about and that's how it sounds. It is dramatic, possibly disturbing, sometimes ironic, and now and then, quite surprising. There are many pumping grooves, perfect for the moshpit, but there are these eerie, strange things as well, that gnaw on your brain. The lyrics orbit all around human behavior. They are often socially critical, but sometimes as well just poetic and personal views on the abysses in our heads."

The album was recorded at Marco's home studio and at New Sound Studio with producer Tommy Vetterli, known as the mastermind of Coroner and member of legendary thrashers Kreator, adding another dimension to the production. Vetterli also composed the backings and adlibs together with Leuthold.
