Lost Saints Bring Three-Part Harmony to Anthem, “The One,” Available Today

Ramping up their quest to put three-part harmony back in modern country, emerging trio and Two Hats Music Group artists, Lost Saints share a better-late-than-never tribute to true soulmates in the new single, “The One,” available today. Listen Below.

Co-written by Dave Turnbull, Lonnie Fowler and Zach Dyer, the lucky-in-love anthem features the breathtaking harmony blend of a striking new group, plus a sunset-country blend full of gratitude and grace.

All about the romantic discovery of a lifetime, a story of missed beginnings and living for the moment unfolds over rich pop-country production, revealing a modern-Nashville power ballad with timeless appeal.

Comprised of Afton Addington, Chris Biano and Derrick Casteel, the breakout country trio blends a silky-smooth contemporary sound with the soul-piercing magic of voices locked in sonic embrace, reviving one of the format’s core tenants – all but lost in recent years.

“We do love a ballad,” Addington says about “The One.” “This was originally a song that Dave Turnbull wrote for his wife, which is really cute. It started out as a solo song, and then we went into the studio and were like, ‘Maybe this could be more of a duet – a his-perspective, her-perspective kind of thing.’ It stretched us a little bit, but we just love it.”

“Yeah, we knew it was his real story, so we had to nail it, and we tried our best to make it great,” Biano adds. “I’m married so I could resonate with the idea of not getting to share some of those early memories with someone but getting to be the rest of their life and see how those things create the person you love. It’s a timeless message that I think is said in such a cool and unique way.”

“I really love the production on this one, for sure,” Casteel notes. “Even aside from the main chorus harmony, there is so much cool stuff peppered into the background.”

Marking the next step forward for the emerging vocal phenoms, “The One” was produced by studio-guitar legend Ilya Toshinskiy, and follows the invigorating 2024 standout, “I Wanna Let You.”

Set apart by their true-trio status (with each member on equal vocal footing), the group has spent years crafting an easy, all-natural vocal blend. Fusing the silky sheen of contemporary country with grassroots ‘90s authenticity and the rich, vivid harmony of the classic format, they began turning heads in 2020 through a series of self-styled singles and are now poised for a breakout with much more music – and news – to come.

Stay tuned as Lost Saints have officially found their way.

GEMINI SYNDROME UNLEASHES “2B1” – A DEFIANT OATH TO PERSEVERANCE AMIDST THE DARKNESS

There comes a moment when the weight of existence feels insurmountable—when every push forward is met with an equal and opposite force dragging you down. “2B1” is the sound of that battle. A brutal confrontation with despair, and the relentless pursuit of something more.

"They say I’m off the deep end, but I don’t care.

I never learned to swim."

Doubt and defiance. Fear and resilience.

“2B1” is a raw confessional—peeling back the layers of struggle, revealing the jagged edge between survival and surrender. How many times can you fight the same battle? How many times can you bleed before you break?

"This song embodies that internal war," says drummer Brian Steele Medina. "There’s a moment when you realize the fight isn’t just against the world—it’s against yourself. And that’s the hardest battle of all."

Through crushing riffs, relentless rhythms, and soaring vocals, Gemini Syndrome dives deep into the abyss, confronting the cyclical torment of doubt, exhaustion, and the endless search for meaning.

"I spent some time with my depression, just to learn it’s all a state of mind."

The mind is both prison and sanctuary. To break free, you must first acknowledge the cage.

“2B1” isn’t just about enduring the pain—it’s about transcending it. Choosing to keep moving forward even when the odds seem insurmountable.

"Is it all for nothing? I’m running out of energy. Is anybody hearing me?"

The question echoes in the void. A plea, a challenge, a mantra for those who refuse to fade into silence.

"At its core, ‘2B1’ is about persistence," says vocalist Aaron Nordstrom. "It’s about pushing past your limits, even when it feels like you have nothing left to give. Maybe the victory isn’t in winning—but in refusing to quit."

This is the essence of Origin: From Nothingness to Everything—a cycle of destruction and rebirth, of breaking and rebuilding. The path is treacherous, but to walk it is to prove you are still alive.

Gemini Syndrome invites you into the fire, daring you to push, to pull, to ache, to bleed—until you decay, or until you transcend.

Austin electronic artist Claude9 shares Jarre-esque 'The Shadow', previewing debut album

Austin-based electronic artist Claude9 will soon be releasing his debut album 'Chords of Love' album, out March 28 via indie imprint New Human Music. As part of this synth-based journey, he now shares another gem - 'The Shadow', a Jean-Michel Jarre-eque slice of futuristic wonderment that showcases this relaxing nine-track record.

This new offering arrives on the heels of 'Clouds So Low', a soulful track with chilled feel-good vibes, tastefully blends Enoesque ambient music and downtempo trip-hop. Encapsulating the dreamy, rhythmic energy that defines much of the album Claude9 also offers a sneak-peek of the full album via a mini-live set, shared on video.

Weaving together ambient and downtempo electronica, 'Chords of Love' offers a seamless listening experience with six extended tracks and three shorter interlude pieces that flow effortlessly into one another, creating the feeling of one continuous work. This diverse sonic palette brings in everything from cicada field recordings to lush pads, drones, and a mix of real and synthesized vocals.

With the simple yet profound mantra of “Slow down, relax, and listen”, this is a gateway to a relaxed and healing journey. At the same time, it doesn’t shy away from moments of tension or layers of social commentary, adding depth to its soothing exterior. Two tracks are also graced by the unmistakable talent of Jorja Chalmers (Roxy Music, Bryan Ferry, Italians Do It Better), whose saxophone elevates the intensity and emotional resonance of this project.

Claude9 has been involved in the Austin music scene for several decades, both as a live performer and recording artist. As a keyboard player and singer, he has worked with Reggae acts Pressure, the Killer Bees, and Raggamassive, cutting his teeth to become a sought-after keyboard player. From there, he joined forces with hiphop-funk act Afrofreque, Supercreeps and Hail Marley.

Emerging in the late 90s as one of Austin's first electronic producers, Claude9 was involved in several well-received House music collaborations in the early 2000s. His background as a live musician brought authenticity to the dub and funk elements in his electronic compositions and, more recently, to his
collaboration with Noëlle Hampton (the Belle Sounds) and Ken Christensen (East Coast Boogiemen) in synth pop band XANIMAL.

As a producer at Claude9 Studios, Claude continues to produce and record internationally recognized music in the House and Downtempo genres, while still pushing limits and being an influential member of the ever changing Austin music community.

'The Shadow' is available exclusively via Bandcamp, where 'Clouds So Low' can also be found - it is also available from fine music platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify. Out March 28, the 'Chords of Love' album is now available for pre-order - it will be released digitally and on vinyl.  That same evening, Claude9 will hold his record release party at Stargazer Bar in Austin.

BEWITCHER Shares New Digital Single, "The Warrior Trail," Kicks Off U.S. Tour on Friday

All the best tunes belong to the Devil, and Portland’s bastard sons BEWITCHER take back rock n’ roll in Baphomet’s name. The speed metal demons have unleashed a new digital single, "The Warrior Trail," which was previously only available via the Decibel Magazine flexi series. The song can now be streamed HERE.

The band is now joining forces with DEATHCHANT to co-headline a U.S. tour in celebration of their latest offering, 'Spell Shock,' along with support from PERSEKUTOR. In conjunction with BEWITCHER's appearance at Hell's Heroes Festival on March 30, the speed metal demons will wreak havoc across the country starting this Friday, March 14, in San Francisco, CA until the final stop back in their hometown of Portland on April 5! The full itinerary can be found below while tickets can be found HERE.

In addition, BEWITCHER will be conquering Europe and the UK this spring!

Joining Von Bewitcher, bassist A. Magus, and drummer A. Hunter in the studio this time was none other longtime BEWITCHER fan Lars Frederiksen. Most of the world knows Frederiksen as a force in his own right, playing in the likes of Bay Area punk heroes Rancid, as well as his own Old Firm Casuals. While to some, it may have been an unlikely pairing with Frederiksen taking the producer’s seat, for everyone in the studio the connection was immediate.

As Frederiksen previously commented on 'Spell Shock': "It’s the best record I’ve ever produced for one of the best bands in the world."

Magus explains about their experience with Frederiksen: “[Lars’] knowledge of heavy metal, black metal and thrash – as well as punk, is vast and extreme. It was definitely a match made in hell.'

'Spell Shock' is out now Century Media Records and can be found HERE.

Since their formation in 2013, Bewitcher has seen their signature “Black Magick Metal” sound go from humble beginnings to new heights of creativity and wild anthemic fervor. A small collection of long out-of-print demo tapes kicked off what has proven to be an enduring line of ripping studio albums, singles and EPs. They have earned a reputation as one of the hardest working touring acts around, bringing their volcanic, high energy live shows to every corner of North America and parts abroad.

From its eye-grabbing-and-gouging artwork by Italian horror maestro Solo Macello, to songs like the haunting “We Die in Dust,” to the epic closing track “Ride of the Iron Fox” (“That’s BEWITCHER’s Dokken song!” laughs A. Hunter.) Spell Shock is BEWITCHER at their most evolved and most devastatingly primal. “We wanted it to be an album experience,” says drummer A. Hunter. “Imagine King Diamond’s Abigail in terms of atmosphere merged with the energy of AC/DC’s High Voltage.”

Line-Up:

Mateo von Bewitcher – vox + guitars

A. Hunter – drums + percussion

A. Magus – bass guitar + backing vox

Debt Neglector Release New Single "Tough Luck, Kid" via Smartpunk Records

Smartpunk Records' outspoken political punk rockers Debt Neglector have released their new single "Tough Luck, Kid!" from their upcoming full-length album "Kinda Rips," which is set to release on April 4, 2025 via Smartpunk Records.

The track taps into a more personal and vulnerable side of the band as they explore the pressures and fears of fatherhood. The lyrical themes are set to the backdrop of Debt Neglector's signature fast-paced, anthemic punk sound.

Listen Below:

When discussing the single, Debt Neglector says, "This song is about the fear and insecurities I have after becoming a father. I’m so scared of passing on my anxiety and depression to my son. I’m trying so hard to be a good dad and want him to have an easier time than I did growing up. But are some of my issues hereditary? Is it completely unavoidable? Was I selfish for having a kid at all? I worry about these things literally all the time."

ABOUT DEBT NEGLECTOR:
Formed in 2016, these Florida punks have spent the last 8 years honing a sound that showcases their ability to blend catchy hooks with a vicious attitude. With four releases firmly under their belt, the “Atomicland” LP (2017), “The Kids are Pissed” EP (2018), the “Bad Faith” EP (2020), and the “Dirty Water” LP (2021), the band has already established themselves as a group that pulls no punches in their pursuit to call out injustice. Just to name a few, the band has screamed, shouted, and sang about systemic failures and distrust of the government, the fear of impending nuclear war, loss, depression, illness, and the USA’s sick obsession with assault rifles. And they’ve put their money where their mouth is by using their releases to double as fundraising efforts for organizations like the ACLU. Musically, their influences cover a lot of familiar and legendary punk rock ground. Taking notes from punk favorites the Descendents, Dillinger Four, and Bad Religion among others, Debt Neglector aren’t afraid to put their own spin on things. Their music keeps both a reverence for the past and a foot firmly placed in the present. The end result allows the band to craft songs with ripping fast drum beats, sing along choruses, quirky chord changes, and headbanging breaks. With past tours covering the US, Canada, and Europe, the band has set their sights on bringing their brand of pissed off punk music to whoever is ready and willing to listen. Debt Neglector are also no stranger to the festival scene with several appearances at The Fest (FL) and Sing it Out Loud Festival, and a showcase at Pouzza Fest (MTL), they have managed to share the stage with the likes of Propaghandi, Descendents and more. In 2024 Debt Neglector returned to the studio to follow up their past releases with a batch of new songs that has now become the “Kinda Rips” LP (Smartpunk Records – 2025). Their new music remains viciously political but also features some deeply personal topics including the pressures of fatherhood, insecurity, and dealing with mortality. The culmination is an album that is dynamic and relatable from a band whose angry and honest approach is a blunt kick in the pants to the powers that be.

ABOUT SMARTPUNK RECORDS:
Smartpunk has been a recognizable name in the scene for a long time (Remember that sponsored Warped Tour stage?!). After exchanging several hands and countless ideas of what it could and should be, they decided to start a record label in 2016 with the main idea of focusing solely on reissuing records that have been out of print or never on vinyl. After all, they're a label of vinyl dorks themselves! After releasing Set Your Goals' Mutiny and Gameface's Good, they started to venture into signing newer bands. They actively balance in between many worlds — putting out amazing music from friends and bands that rock, reissuing older titles, and partnering with other incredible labels in our scene and doing exclusive color variants of their releases.

Since forming the record label, Smartpunk Records has released timeless albums such as Less Than Jake's Anthem, Nominee's Lowlife, RIVALS' Sad Looks Pretty on Me, Virginity's POPMORTEM, and melodic skate punkers The Swellers' My Everest.

Restless Mosaic releases ‘Quality Mirrors’ album, a sonic shift past the darkness

West Coast artist Restless Mosaic presents his third album 'Quality Mirrors', and 11-track offering that is saturated with surprise, following up his 2022 album 'Made By Thawing Ice'.  The haunting and hypnotic focus track 'Circling the Canopies' was inspired by electronic music legends Delerium. The album's lead track 'Lost Within This Time' features Anji Bee of iconic dreampop duo Lovespirals.

Restless Mosaic is the project of Brandon Isleib, an electronic songmaker based in Everett, WA, named for the idea of a mosaic's intricacy and structure, and how the parts and the whole relate in a way that they only make sense when they come together. Combining sounds and genres, usually considered disparate, he connects them into something greater than any one of them.

"The album title compares my low self-identity to being farsighted: I need others to hold up mirrors at a distance so that, in the reflections, I see what I am. My initial emotional literacy was taught not by people I knew but by artists like Peter Gabriel, Natalie Merchant, Tasmin Archer, and Kirsty Hawkshaw, and I clutch their work talismanically," says Brandon Isleib.

"This third Restless Mosaic album is a check-in on my emotional literacy, with mirrors held up by my amazing collaborators to see a fuller picture. It has more lyrics than I’d written in the past decade, and even though I’m using a lot of the same vocabulary, it’s coming from a much realer person. Topics like how power differentials between parents and children change with age ('7000 Sparks'), or my fears that therapists are teaching me how to be the best them instead of the best me ('The Emotion Right in Front of Me'), aren’t undone by intellectualization like they might have been when I was younger."

Restless Mosaic takes a principled approach to arrangement and textures, his lyrics are as vivid as they are polysyllabic. The music on this album is grounded - sonic adventures exploring a sense of restlessness. A setting in which listeners can expect the unexpected, this music is a boon for your neuroplasticity. With his music having been streamed over 3 million times via YouTube over the years, Restless Mosaic ow moves into the foreground with his own voice and a variety of collaborators.

This album showcases the artists' diversity, from a Eurodance track that soundtrack your shopping experience to the shoegaze influences next to P-Funk-tinged chaos presided over by rapper Declaime of Aloe Blacc, Madlib, and Flying Lotus (he is also executive producer of Georgia Anne Muldrow's Grammy-nominated 'Overload'). New York singer-songwriter Rose Alaimo contributes vocals on a track and even mastering engineer Vincent Villuis (best known for his ambient work as Aes Dana, his psychill label Ultimae Records and work with Stevie Nicks and Sheryl Crow) is also in on the fun.

Brandon Isleib adds, "With this album, my soul finally got to speak without coughing on the dust of my past. It still speaks idiosyncratically, but now it’s intelligible. Maybe because of that dusting off, the album might sound darker than my conscious headspace when making it. I have no idea if you’ll hear track three, 'Melt Spun', as happy or sad. But how often are we exclusively one or the other, anyway? Our inner light refracts in the prism of daily life. Sometimes we’re red by day and blue by night, trying to keep it all together. What colors do your mirrors reflect back to you?"

As of March 7, the 'Quality Mirrors' album is available everywhere, including Apple MusicSpotify and Bandcamp. Later this year, Restless Mosaic aims to release a new album that brings Declaime's poetry to Isleib's back catalog of instrumentals.

BRKN LOVE Release New Single "Diamonds"

Modern Canadian rockers BRKN LOVE are pleased to share a new single, "Diamonds"

from their forthcoming full-length album, 'The Program,' due out March 28th via Spinefarm.

About "Diamonds,Justin had this to say:

"I like to think it strikes a perfect balance between our classic sound and the soul and R&B influences we’ve been experimenting with on this record.

"'Diamonds' is the result of truly honing in on what we do best, defining the sound we’ve been searching for all these years. Lyrically, the song explores the idea that we all have greatness inside of us, but more often than not, we’re the ones standing in our own way. At the end of the day, real change comes from within—no one else can make it happen for you."

Exuding bravado, mystique, and a whole lot of heart, BRKN LOVE sets the rulebook on fire by plugging in, turning up, and churning out the kind of rock ‘n’ roll that makes you feel a little freer. Their gritty riffs pack enough punch to shake any stage while the grooves quake with just the right amount of hip-swinging gusto. Led by vocalist and guitarist Justin Benlolo, the music drips swagger, soul, and spirit amplified by arena-sized hooks and intriguingly inventive musicality.

Stream "Diamonds" HERE

An impromptu 2023 trip to visit a friend in Charleston, SC gave rise to their third studio album, 'The Program.' Justin initially planned on spending a weekend in town. That weekend turned into nine weeks, and he returned to Toronto with the bulk of the album’s material.

“I didn’t have anything else to do, so I brought all of my gear and studio equipment,” he recalls. “I was so inspired by the environment and the friends I made. It’s a big city, but it’s not huge. It’s just beautiful though. The experience inspired the whole record. Instead of being so picturesque and metaphorical, I told stories.”

The album title even referenced the name of the text group for his new friends in Charleston, embedding the experience and the city in the fabric of the music. The vision had already crystallized before he left for Los Angeles where he recorded with longtime producer Anton DeLost (CleopatrickThe WarningState ChampsDead Poet Society). These friends, and a variety of other characters he met, ultimately inspired the concept at the heart of "The Program."

“It was a collective of 10 people I’d never met before, and we kept using the term ‘The Program’ repeatedly like, ‘Let’s go here, because it would be good for The Program’,” he goes on. “It was cool to be surrounded by near-complete strangers, invite them to our place, and play demos. Their opinions were unfiltered and blunt—which was awesome. I was actively searching for inspiration, and I put myself out there in different situations. I was free and unchained to do anything.”

BRKN LOVE fulfilled a clear destiny to be as free as possible on their third full-length LP, 'The Program.'

“In the past, I put parameters on what BRKN LOVE is supposed to be,” Justin mentions. “I’ve been hesitant to put out certain songs because I was unsure if they were us. I’m older and wiser. I have more experience doing this. I know if I’m singing and writing a song, it’s going to be BRKN LOVE. I’m the filter the music passes through.”

Pre-Order 'The Program' HERE

BRKN LOVE emerged with their self-titled debut in 2020. The group quietly generated over a quarter of a billion total streams. They notched a Top 15 entry on Active Rock radio with “Shot Down,” while their cover of “River” by Bishop Briggs hit critical mass. It inspired over 2 billion-plus views on TikTok. It piled up 28 million Spotify streams. 2022’s 'Black Box' only maintained this momentum. “Like A Drug” notched north of 8.5 million Spotify streams, made waves at Active Rock, and emerged as their third Top 5 at Canadian radio.

Chicago's Push Puppets presents 'This Whole Endeavor', previewing their fourth album

Melodic indie pop-rock outfit Push Puppets presents 'This Whole Endeavor', the second single from their new long-play album 'Tethered Together', set to release on May 16 via Flowering Tree Music.

Based in Chicago, Push Puppets is the creative outlet for singer-songwriter and guitarist Erich Specht. The five-piece band creates songs with earworm melodies and shiny production that belie the often bittersweet sentiments in the songwriting.

'This Whole Endeavor', a rocker about a relationship that has ended, draws you in with an instantly memorable piano hook. This song describes the ebb and flow of a relationship in a flowing lyric style that comes across as sincere yet engaging.  After a reflective bridge and breakdown, the song powers on with a driving finale.

The first verse tells of love at first sight at a bar in a way that foretells that the relationship is doomed. The story takes a turn in the second verse where "things realigned as fate changed her mind and departed / Leaving behind a vapor trail across the auburn sky."  The dynamic halftime bridge confirms that the relationship ended "in disarray", and the final verse, inspired by his bed-hogging basset hound, finds Specht in bed with his dog and wishing she was with him.

"I get a kick out of referring to love at first sight as ‘a trainwreck just about to happen’. My Pete Townshend fandom might be apparent in this one between the 70s synth phrases and guitar smacks,” says Erich Specht.  “As much as I hate to admit it, after reflecting on the lyrics, it seems clear that this song is somewhat about the relationship with my ex-wife".

Push Puppets is fronted by Specht on lead vocals and guitar, and rounded out by Kyle Magnusson (keyboards), John William Lauler (bass) and Greg Essig (drums), as well as Tommi Zender (backup vocals and guitar) for this track.  On this particular album, they are joined with a string quartet on most songs and a horn section on one.

This beauty arrives on the trail of the cinematic 'All Together On 3' with its timeless quality, tinged with a touch of melancholic reflection, taking us on a sonic trip that is as stimulating as it is emotionally resonant. A moody and musically progressive song about how we’re stronger when we work together, it builds to a cathartic reprise of live strings and harpsichord with a desperate vocal crying for a helping hand as violins punctuate the lines with elegance.

Their fourth album, 'Tethered Together' is graced with impeccable songwriting that shines with lush harmonies, angular guitars, dramatic keyboards and strings backed by a rhythm section to ensure a continually high groove factor.

Frontman Erich Specht muses on relationships and loss, as well as the weight and joy of life, in a manner that is poetic and seems effortless, his lyrics fitting to the melody like pieces of a puzzle. Wearing his vulnerabilities like a badge of honor, this music takes us on a journey to unexpected places.

"This album offers a nod to the artistic excesses of the 70s, whether it's a wall of phased vocals or a moment where guitars and strings rip a quick line together between phrases.  The tracks are widely varied yet cohesive - and within a given song, you're likely to be taken elsewhere" says Erich Specht.

The first single 'All Together On 3' put listeners on notice that this album will be pushing musical boundaries.  This second single, 'This Whole Endeavor', assures that the album will rock.

'The Whole Endeavor' is available from fine digital platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp. The 'Tethered Together' album, now available for pre-order, will be released digitally and on CD on May 16. Push Puppets will hold their album release show at Robert's Westside in Forest Park, IL on May 30.

British Rock Sensation INGLORIOUS Unveils New Single “Testify” + Video OUT NOW via Frontiers Music Srl

Acclaimed British hard rock band INGLORIOUS is thrilled to unveil a new single and official video, “Testify,” out now via Frontiers Music Srl.

Lead singer Nathan James commented about the new single:

“'Testify' is one of those songs that, when Colin played me his original demo, I started humming a chorus straight away. It starts with Colin’s awesome bass sound that the fans will notice from the early INGLORIOUS albums. It was a lot of fun to record and is a great introduction to the talents of Richard Shaw (guitar) and Henry Rogers (drums)”.

INGLORIOUS returns with frontman Nathan James and original bassist Colin Parkinson. Nathan James, who founded the band in 2014, has been singing professionally for 20 years. He has performed/recorded with artists such as Ginger Baker, Uli Jon Roth, and The Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

More recently, he has appeared in Jeff Wayne’s musical version of The War Of The Worlds, Steve Steinman’s Vampires Rock Symphonic, 80’s Classical, and Zeppelin Symphonic. Nathan also fronts Supergroup Iconic, under the Frontiers roster featuring Michael Sweet, Joel Hoekstra, Marco Mendoza, and Tommy Aldridge.

In 2022, after a lengthy UK tour, INGLORIOUS announced a hiatus. After seven years of non-stop touring with bands such as The Winery Dogs, Steel Panther, The Dead Daisies, Last In Line, as well as their own international tours and festival appearances, recording four original albums, a live album and a covers album, everyone felt it was the right time to take a break.

Nathan is now back, looking forward to unleashing his powerful voice, and he joined forces once again with original INGLORIOUS bass player and main co-writer Colin Parkinson, who co-wrote and released the first three albums with the band: 'Inglorious,' 'II' and 'Ride To Nowhere.'

Joining them is renowned guitarist Richard Shaw, best known for his work with English extreme metal band Cradle Of Filth, as well as NG26, Emperor Chung, and Plague Of Angels. Richard brings exceptional musicality and a fresh energy to the band’s sound.

On drums, longtime friend of Nathan, Henry Rogers, completes the line up. A celebrated musician, Henry has played with Touchstone, Mostly Autumn, Mia Klose, and Mark Kelly’s Marathon and has earned accolades such as “Drummer Of The Year” in Classic Rock Prog Magazine and Rhythm Magazine’s list of influential progressive drummers.

REDDSTAR Debut New Single "SURV1V3" on Sirius XM Octane Test Drive

Prepare for a musical revolution as REDDSTAR, the dynamic and boundary-pushing band, drops their highly anticipated new single, “SURV1V3” which was debuted on Sirius XM Octane's Test Drive show. Following an electrifying rise in the alternative rock scene, REDDSTAR'S latest track promises to captivate fans old and new with its raw energy, innovative sound, and emotional intensity.

"SURV1V3" was written in a very dark place in my life and is about suicide. I definitely can say I struggle with depression and these negative thoughts most days and this is the most brutally honest song I’ve ever written. I’ve always had fears of opening up about such dark subjects and not wanting to come off like I’m making something because of trending topics in music. I truly want people who hear this that may or may not be struggling with similar issues to know that this does come from a genuine place of despair that at a minimum I hope can help make people who are battling with these things feel less lonely in this cold world." - Daemien Drake

Progressive Rock Band Pulsifier Unveils New Single "War Cry" - An Empowering Anthem for Overcoming Life's Challenges

PULSIFIER, renowned for their intricate compositions and profound lyrical themes, is proud to announce the release of their latest single, "WAR CRY." This new track serves as a powerful anthem designed to inspire and empower listeners by channeling inner strength to confront and overcome personal adversities.

"WAR CRY" draws its lyrical inspiration from two iconic sources: Sun Tzu's ancient military treatise, "The Art of War," and the legendary tale of Alexander the Great’s war horse, Bucephalus. The song encapsulates the essence of resilience, strategy, and courage, urging listeners to harness their inner warrior to face life's battles, whether they be emotional, mental, or physical.

The single features a dynamic blend of progressive rock elements with intense, sweeping melodies, and intricate guitar work that mirrors the strategic maneuvers described in "The Art of War." The lyrics pay homage to Bucephalus, symbolizing bravery and the unbreakable spirit required to surmount obstacles.

MeA, the lead vocalist and lyricist, shared, "We wanted 'WAR CRY' to resonate with anyone feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. Calling upon what can be learned from these historical references, we aim to inspire others to harness their inner strength. In the story of Bucephalus, it was said he initially had been afraid of his own shadow. From this, Alexander the Great discovered that by turning his face away from the darkness and towards the light, he became a fearless warrior! How many of us can relate to the controlling presence of darkness in our own lives, and how could we use this theory, and those of Tzu’s teachings, to guide us to triumph?"

"WAR CRY" is available on all major streaming platforms, and the band encourages fans to share their stories of personal triumph inspired by the song with the hashtag #WarCryStrength on social media.

PULSIFIER will be hitting the road opening for legendary acts Smile Empty Soul and Tantric starting in Hobbs, NM on March 5 and ending in Little Rock, AR on March 23.

Singer/Songwriter Annie Bosko Releases Cover of Kristofferson’s “Help Me Make It Through The Night”

Rising singer/songwriter Annie Bosko honors Kris Kristofferson with a cover of “Help Me Make It Through The Night,” available everywhere now via Stone Country Records. Listen Below

Produced by Trent Willmon (Cody Johnson, Brad Paisley, Eric Church), mixed by Jack Clarke and mastered by Andrew Mendelson, Bosko offers a heartfelt rendition that reflects her respect for Kristofferson’s storytelling and lyrical depth.

“My dad raised me on traditional country music, so it’s ingrained in my DNA and artistry. As I got older and studied my favorite songwriters, I fell deeper in love with Kristofferson’s storytelling. I always include ‘Help Me Make It Through the Night’ in my live set because it allows me to sing with raw honesty,” Bosko shares. “It’s a masterclass in songwriting—stripped down to nothing but truth, longing and vulnerability.”

“Help Me Make It Through The Night” follows the acoustic version of current chart-climbing single “Better Than You (After Hours)” with multi-Platinum selling traditionalist Joe Nichols. A smoldering, powerhouse duet, “Better Than You” landed in the top 5 most-added songs at Country radio for five consecutive weeks, including one week before impact date, as MusicRow boasts the song is “Terrific listening...Goosebump-thrilling sounding.”

With roots that run deep in the heart of California’s agricultural country, Bosko has been writing alongside David ‘Messy’ Mescon, Jeffrey Steele, Bridgette Tatum, and more, and collaborating with producer Trent Willmon to craft songs that reflect her upbringing as a farmer’s daughter, with plans to release more new music later this year.

Bosko is set to perform at festivals across the U.S. this spring and summer, including Stagecoach on the main stage, Houston Rodeo and Headwaters Country Jam. For more information, visit AnnieBosko.com or follow along on Instagram, TikTok, X@AnnieBosko and Facebook.com/AnnieBoskoMusic.

About Annie Bosko
Annie Bosko’s 2024 self-titled EP, released via Stone Country Records, saw the Golden State native making her late-night debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” with a performance of “Neon Baby” – a track that also marked her first charting single at Country radio. Bosko followed her acclaimed EP with stunning collaborations featuring country icons including Vince Gill on the reflective ballad “Higher Ground” and Dwight Yoakam on the Bakersfield-rooted “Heart Burn.” Her current single, “Better Than You” with Joe Nichols, is currently approaching the Top 40 at Country radio, hitting the airwaves as a top five most-added song for five consecutive weeks. Bosko broke out in 2014 with the SiriusXM/CMT hit “Crooked Halo,” which has amassed more than 3 million streams, earning her a title as an Artist to Watch from Rolling Stone Country. She went on to write songs recorded by Willie Nelson and Jessica Simpson, tour alongside Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley and Blake Shelton, sell out the Troubadour and perform on the Grand Ole Opry and at Ryman Auditorium while also becoming an in-demand studio vocalist. Bosko is set to perform at festivals across the U.S. this spring and summer, including Stagecoach on the main stage, Houston Rodeo and Headwaters Country Jam. Randall King’s NEON (UNPLUGGED) Available Now

When Hereford, Texas native Randall King created his sophomore major-label album Into The Neon, the neotraditionalist ventured into a new territory sonically, intentionally adding more edge and instrumentation. King always intended to strip it back, so after switching it up night-after-night across a solid year of touring, Neon (Unplugged) was complete. Recorded at Sound Stage Studios, it’s available today – listen HERE.

“One of the things I love most about country music is the ability to take one song and completely change the sound just by stripping it down to vocals, guitar and a dobro,” King says of the album he co-produced alongside Jared Conrad. “Country is equal parts two-stepping in a honkytonk and sitting around a fire singing your heart out, and I wanted to capture both. I’m excited to share this stripped back version with all of you.”

Where Into The Neon drew inspiration from the hues of neon found in the glowing honky tonk signs that backlit the more than 150 bars, dancehalls, clubs and theater stages he plays a year, Neon (Unplugged) is more reminiscent of his nights spent under those that light the skies in the plains of West Texas.

Neon (Unplugged) offers slowed-down renditions of fan-favorite waltzers “When My Baby’s In Boots” and “What Doesn’t Kill Me,” and also features King’s close friend, singer/songwriter Dan Smalley, on his reimagined honky tonk anthem, “Tonk ‘Til I Die.”

Into The Neon was released Jan. 26, 2024 to critical acclaim, leaving Holler crowning him as “the genre's neo-traditional figurehead” and Texas Monthly observing “his Texas bona fides are unimpeachable.” Into The Neon was also named among the top country albums of 2024 by Entertainment Focus and Whiskey RiffThe album yielded King’s first country radio single, “I Could Be That Rain,” which has 80 adds to-date.

About Randall King:
A West Texas native and self-described “old soul," Warner Music Nashville's Randall King has never wavered in his honky-tonk allegiance – in fact, he’s worn it like a badge of honor, growing with pride into a leading voice for today’s traditional country. Amassing nearly 400 Million streams with singles like “You In A Honky Tonk,” “Hey Cowgirl” and “Mirror, Mirror,” he’s kept the twang alive in country’s mainstream while also earning acclaim through deeply personal EPs like 2020’s Leanna, and his 2022 major label album debut, Shot Glass – which landed on both Whiskey Riff’s Top 40 Country Albums of 2022 and Billboard’s All Genre 50 Best Albums of 2022 (So Far). Schooled on icons like Keith Whitley, George Strait, Alan Jackson and John Anderson, but inspired by modern masters like Dierks Bentley and Gary Allan, King first built an independent, grass-roots following on the strength of his electrifying live shows – each one a harrowing mix of rowdy roughnecking, romantic tenderness and breathtaking emotion – never asking for permission to explore his creative vision. He has since gone on to headline all across the U.S., the U.K. and Europe, where he continues to play nearly 150 shows a year and hone his craft where it matters most. Named a Country Artist to Watch by everyone from Pandora and Country Now to Music Mayhem Magazine, his sophomore major label album Into the Neon, available now, takes that craft to the next level, as King’s neo-traditional roots meet the blood-pumping rhythms and sharp, arena-sized grooves of Y2K-era country and beyond. Co-produced by King and Jared Conrad, and featuring 18 tracks, punchy sounds exist side-by-side with timeless swagger, further blurring the line between yesteryear and today – even as King renews his forever-country vows. Into The Neon was named among the best country albums of the year by Whiskey RiffCountry Now & Entertainment Focus, and yielded King’s debut single, “I Could Be That Rain,” now at Country radio.

London Metal Trio URNE Release Double A-Side Singles "Throes Of Grief" and Cover of Black Sabbath's "I"

Today, London metal trio URNE continue to re-define the world of epic arena metal and the sacred power of The Riff with brand new single, "Throes Of Grief" plus a spectacular cover of Black Sabbath’s "I".

Over the course of two studio albums plus a touring schedule taking in key festival appearances, including Download in the UK, URNE have shown that heavy music can also be heavy with atmosphere and intent.

With the new singles "I" / "Throes Of Grief", their first release since moving from Candlelight to Spinefarm, the group give a nod to the past whilst keeping eyes set on the future; "Throes Of Grief" is a new original, a tightly-wound three and a half minutes of incessant guitar and vocal fire-power, featuring a signature guest solo from Avatar guitarist Tim Öhrström, while "I"sees the band putting their own weighty stamp on Dio-era Sabbath.

Largely, it’s the Ozzy-era of Sabbath that gets the cover treatment, but URNE frontman Joe Nally (the band is completed by Angus Neyra on guitar and James Cook on drums) has long held a love for the later Dio period and "I" in particular.

Nally explains:

’I’ is a song I’ve been wanting to cover for about 15 years; the song is one of Sabbath's heaviest - lyrically and vocally, it’s Dio at his most evil and wicked. No one is really in the same league as Dio vocally so I had to approach it in a different way. It was a challenge but one that really changed the game for me vocally. We are approaching 15 years since Ronnie James Dio passed but he certainly isn’t forgotten. This is our way of paying our respects and saying thank you for the music.”

On "Throes Of Grief", Nally adds:

“Around the time of writing this I was listening to 'Countdown to Extinction' by Megadeth, so of course I was inspired by Dave & co. and if you write fun metal, you want a killer solo to go with that and who better to ask, than our good friend Tim Öhrström from the mighty Avatar. Tim has such a cool and unique style, I knew I wanted him to play something on this. 'Throes' along with 'I', is us having fun but also paying our respects to those who paved the way for bands like ours.”

Together, these songs make it clear that a brand-new chapter in URNE history is ready to unfold.

Movements Share New Song "Where I Lay" — LISTEN // Tour Kicks Off 3/1

MOVEMENTS are delighted to share the brand new song "WHERE I LAY."

Watch and listen via the visualizer below.

The song boasts Movements' signature push and pull guitar tension, but there is a level of stunning refinement of the band's sonic hallmarks. It also finds the band exploring some territory it had stepped away from in the songwriting process.

"'Where I Lay' is one of those songs that was tough for me to write," says vocalist Patrick Miranda. "Lyrically, it's really emotionally vulnerable and it had me revisiting places with my writing that I hadn't explored in a while. It's for anyone else out there who feels like they've never quite fit right in the world. This one is for the outcasts."

Regarding the single's striking, black and white artwork and its overarching connective tissue with the previously released Movements song "Afraid To Die," Miranda states, "It's a behind-the-scenes film photo that I took at the 'Afraid To Die' music video shoot!"

He furthers, "The idea is that 'Afraid To Die' and 'Where I Lay' are living in the same world thematically — and, in some ways, are extensions of one another. In 'Afraid To Die,' I'm being chased by masked figures. In 'Where I Lay,' the masked figure is going to be me. Since 'Where I Lay' is about feeling like you don't belong; it's almost this idea that the reason I was being chased in 'Afraid To Die' is because I never really was supposed to be part of the group of masked figures to begin with. It's like you're wearing a mask to try to blend in, but in the end, it's pointless... because one way or another, you'll be found out."

In other Movements news, the band will embark on their 2025 North American Tour, joined by special guests Citizen, Scowl, and Downward. Produced by Live Nation, the 24-city tour kicks off on March 1 at Marquee Theatre in Tempe, AZ making stops across North America in Atlanta, Toronto, Brooklyn, Detroit, Chicago, and more, before wrapping up in Los Angeles at The Torch at the LA Coliseum on April 6.

It's been a whirlwind few years for Movements as evidenced by the fact that band's 2020 albumNo Good Left to Givedebuted at #3 on the Alternative chart and their streams have doubled since then with 478 million total streams in the U.S. alone. However, despite their success, the Southern Californian act have constantly reinvented themselves since forming in 2015 and the band's third full-lengthRUCKUS!sees the post-hardcore quartet taking their sound to expansive and sometimes unexpected places. Produced by longtime collaborator Will Yip (Circa Survive, Code Orange), the album fuses post-hardcore and punk influences with a healthy dose of pop songcraft to create an album that defies scene conventions in favor of something wholly unique. In order to accomplish this, the band made three extended trips to Yip's Studio 4 in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, to write and record the collection of songs that would end up asRUCKUS! "I truly don't believe that it could have been a more streamlined process and I don't think we've ever written music that's as good as what we put together for this record," Miranda explains.RUCKUS!sees the band integrating decidedly different influences such as Gorillaz and Strokes into their sound to challenge people's preconceptions.

After starting as a solo project in Bristol, UK, Evans stepped out from the studio and onto the stage, enlisting bassist/vocalist Joe Johnson and drummer Oscar Hocking. In early 2023, Hocking departed to be replaced by Brad Ratcliffe, cementing the line-up that would forge 2024's debut album — A Digital Nowhere.

Profiler's nu-metal-grunge-alt-rock, call it what you want, is an abrasive distorted soundscape that reverently glances back to those genres' heydays. Profiler is for anyone who misses or missed the contagious nineties Seattle grunge movement or the explosion of nu-metal that dominated the '00s and the genre-bending bands they made a path for.

Debt Neglector Release New Single "Apocalypse Soon" via Smartpunk Records

Smartpunk Records' outspoken political punk rockers Debt Neglector have released their new single "Apocalypse Soon" from their upcoming full-length album "Kinda Rips," which is set to release on April 4, 2025 via Smartpunk Records.

Listen here.

When discussing the single, Debt Neglector says, "What if there was a war in America? This song is about watching your neighborhood burn because we let fascists and oligarchs take over the country. Will our authoritarian leaders deploy the national guard to squash any protest or dissent? Will we look back in regret because we didn’t do more to stop it all when we had the chance? Things are getting more destabilized in America by the day, and this could be our actual reality before we know it."
