In the sweltering Dallas summer of 2019, before the onset of a global pandemic, The Intemperate Sons were born from blood, grit, and a shared obsession with the ghosts of alternative rock’s golden age. The Watson family—Keith on drums, Jake on guitars, and Max on vocals, guitars, and keys—joined forces with longtime friend and bassist Mark Marks to create a sound that’s equal parts searing riffs, haunting harmonies, and unapologetic soul. Think Alice in Chains’ brooding intensity, Stone Temple Pilots’ swagger, and R.E.M.’s poetic undercurrent, all filtered through a ‘70s rock haze that refuses to play it safe.

This isn’t just a band; it’s a family affair, where the unspoken bond between father and sons fuels every chord and lyric. Keith, a Dallas stage veteran, pens lyrics that cut deep—tales of regret, resilience, and the chaos of the human condition. Jake’s guitar lines, sharp yet soulful, weave narratives of their own, while Max’s voice carries the weight of a 25-year-old who’s lived a lifetime in his head. Mark, the groove-obsessed bassist, ties it all together.

The Intemperate Sons hit the ground running, catching the ear of rock heavyweights Ryan Shuck and Amir Derakh (Orgy, Dead By Sunrise, Julien-K), who signed them to their Frame|Work label in 2021. Even a global pandemic couldn’t derail their momentum—holed up in The Kitchen Recording Studios, they crafted their debut album, The Color Within (2022), with tracks like “Dust to Dust” and “Running Man”that pulse with raw emotion and retro grit. Collaborations with legends like Tony Franklin (Whitesnake, The Firm) on singles like “Running Man” and “Dust to Dust” and Derakh’s production on singles like “Game of Keep Away” and “Dark Day’s Night” featured on their second and highly successful album, Dark Day’s Night (2024) pushed their sound further, blending post-grunge edge with folk and hard rock undercurrents.

For fans of alternative rock, this band is a throwback and a revelation—a reminder of why you fell in love with the genre’s raw honesty and a promise that its spirit still burns. The Intemperate Sons aren’t chasing trends; they’re carving their own path, one riff, one lyric, one night at a time.performing tracks that scratch deep into the backbone of the human experience. There is no shortage of darkness in their writing style which has a retro vibe with many guitar driven tracks stacked on top of a groovy rhythm section. The heavier style fits perfectly with the two and three-part vocal harmonies that are a huge part of their overall sound. It has been said that musicians that are related form unique sounds and communicate on a frequency only they can understand. This frequency has become engrained in their songwriting, arrangements, guitar melodies and vocal harmonies. The band has been compared to Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, and even R.E.M.

The Intemperate Sons are:

Max Watson (vocals, backing vocals, guitars, keys, bass)

Jake Watson (guitars, bass and backing vocals)

Keith Watson (drums, backing vocals)

Mark Marks (bass)

The Intemperate Sons Show Dates:

Saturday, August 29th @ Trees in Dallas, Texas

Saturday, September 12th @ Craft and Growler in Dallas, Texas

Ice Nine Kills To Score “Terror Tram Starring Art The Clown” For Halloween Horror Nights

Ice Nine Kills will bring their collision of razor-edged heavy music, horror, and theatrical scale to Universal Studios Hollywood this fall with new music for “Terror Tram starring Art the Clown” at Halloween Horror Nightswhich opens Thursday, September 3, and runs select nights through Sunday, November 1. Fans can purchase tickets HERE.

The infamous Terror Tram returns with all-new host, Art the Clown in “Terror Tram starring Art the Clown.” When the demented killer arrives at the historic Universal backlot with his blood-soaked bag of presents, he realizes it is too early for Christmas and hijacks the tram for his own holiday celebration. Ice Nine Kills will create new music for the experience, putting a dark twist on classic Christmas songs. In addition, guests who think they escaped Art’s chaos on the backlot may find themselves encountering him throughout the theme park as he lurks in the most unsuspecting of places.

The pairing brings Ice Nine Kills back into Art’s orbit following A Work of Art, their official song from Terrifier 3. Its blood-soaked music video debuted alongside the movie in theatres nationwide, while the track has run up nearly 60 million streams;it debuted at No. 3 and spent 18 weeks on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart.

Speaking on today’s announcement, Ice Nine Kills frontman Spencer Charnas shares

“We are forever honored that Terrifier writer/director Damien Leone and his team invited us to play in their sandbox of bloodshed. Art himself, David Howard Thornton, killed it in the ‘A Work of Art’ music video, and we’ve had Damien and several of his cast members at our Silver Scream Cons every year so far. Halloween Horror Nights is among our favorite destinations each season, and our fans love it, too. This is yet another natural step forward in our unnatural world of horror.”

ce Nine Kills have since carved through more of modern horror’s biggest worlds with Twisting The Knife (feat. Mckenna Grace), heard over the closing credits of Scream 7, Hell or High Slaughter (Grave Diggler Pt. 2) from Ready or Not 2: Here I Come and Play Dead, created for Dead by Daylight’s 10th anniversary alongside an in-game Ice Nine Kills Collection.

That franchise streak has arrived alongside some of the biggest musical milestones of the band’s career. Their single “A Grave Mistake, inspired by The Crow, was officially certified Gold by the RIAA; “Twisting The Knife (feat. Mckenna Grace)”became Ice Nine Kills’ first No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. The track also topped Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs and Hard Rock Digital Song Sales charts and has garnered 35 million cross-platform streams to date.

Now, twenty years after the release of their first album, Ice Nine Kills will put a new soundtrack beneath the screams on Universal Studios Hollywood’s historic backlot, with Art the Clown in control and Christmas arriving very, very early.

LED BY VULTURES RELEASES LATEST SINGLE “WAVES“. FULL-LENGTH DEBUT ALBUM TO ARRIVE AUGUST 28TH THROUGH DEKO ENTERTAINMENT

Renowned drummer, vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Brian Tichy is stepping into the spotlight with his latest musical venture, Led By Vultures, an explosive new band blending raw intensity, arena-sized hooks, uncompromising musicianship, and a fresh vision for modern hard rock.

Known for his powerhouse performances alongside some of rock’s most legendary artists, Tichy now takes center stage as the driving creative force and frontman behind Led By Vultures. The project marks a bold evolution in his career, fusing crushing riffs, thunderous rhythms, melodic aggression, and emotionally charged songwriting into a sound that is both timeless and urgent.

Drawing inspiration from the spirit of classic hard rock while pushing into fresh sonic territory, Led By Vultures delivers music built on unapologetic energy, powerful storytelling, and the electrifying chemistry that comes from decades of experience at the highest levels of rock performance.

The band's latest single, “Waves,” showcases a more melodic and reflective side of Tichy’s songwriting. As he states, “Waves” is a song I’ve had for a long time. It’s a metaphorical idea about trying to find contentment as we travel through life. I had this “Floydian / Zeppish” chord progression I was messing with on an acoustic guitar tuned to open C. My bud Derek Sherinian who co-wrote and played keyboards on it, heard me messing with it, dug it, and said, “that needs The Pipes of Pan!” He immediately came up with the first flute lines. I answered that with the arpeggiated guitar line and a rotary effect. From there we knew the chorus should get big and anthemic.”

Watch the music video for “Waves” Below:

Tichy continues, “We wrote the bridge for the guitar solo with the intent of taking you on a little majestic trip, away from the repetitive, hypnotic nature of the rest of the song. When I started making the Led By Vultures record, Derek brought Waves up as a contender. I instantly agreed and re-recorded it. It’s nice to have seen this song through! The video was shot at El Matador Beach in Malibu by Keita Hagiwara, who also shot the second Led By Vultures video, “Massivity.” We ended up with an overcast day but I think in the end it worked out.”

Watch the story behind the song here: https://youtube.com/shorts/3_aaVqOLDo8?si=7bAoQjjPVhEwh_Cg

The self-titled debut album from Led By Vultures arrives on August 28, 2026, delivering a dynamic collection of songs that capture the grit and fire of rock’s golden era while maintaining a distinctly modern edge. Fans can expect soaring vocals, blistering musicianship, and a relentless sonic attack designed to resonate with both longtime rock devotees and a new generation of listeners.

The album will be available on Limited Edition Purple Vinyl, CD, and digital formats. A special bundle featuring a personally signed 10" x 10" album flat by Brian Tichy will also be available in limited quantities.

ARISING EMPIRE MEDIA ALERT: Half Me Drop New Release

German hardcore powerhouse HALF ME announce their sophomore album DOGMA, set for release on October 23 via Arising Empire. The album is available for pre-order in a variety of exclusive formats. Following the band's relentless rise over the past years, the record marks their most ambitious and uncompromising work to date, expanding both their sonic identity and the conceptual depth that has become a defining characteristic of their music.

At its core, DOGMA is a reflection on a society willingly taking part in its own collapse. The album explores a world shaped by fear, manipulated through division and consumed by distractions that keep people from questioning the systems surrounding them. Truth and lies dissolve into blurred lines, leaving humanity trapped in a state of trauma induced ignorance where people unknowingly become complicit in their own demise.

According to the band, DOGMA begins from the unsettling assumption that the damage may already be irreversible. Rather than offering solutions, the album challenges listeners to question accepted narratives, confront absolute truths and look beyond the systems that thrive on fear, obedience and complacency. It is not a call to arms, but an invitation to think critically and look behind the dogma.

Musically, DOGMA sees HALF ME pushing their sound further than ever before. Combining crushing metallic hardcore, oppressive grooves and emotionally charged songwriting with an even stronger focus on atmosphere and dynamics, the album delivers some of the band's heaviest, darkest and most emotionally resonant material to date.

With DOGMA, HALF ME present an album that refuses to comfort or provide easy answers. Instead, it invites listeners to look behind the narratives they are taught to accept, question the structures that shape their reality and confront a society that may already be embracing its own collapse.

ARISING EMPIRE MEDIA ALERT: Sable Hills Drop New Release

Following the global momentum of their single "Namu," Japanese metalcore frontrunners Sable Hills return with "Scars," an emotionally charged anthem that perfectly bridges the gap between classic and modern metalcore. Combining crushing riffs, soaring melodies, heartfelt clean vocals, visceral screams, and a massive, unforgettable chorus, the track captures the nostalgic spirit of the genre's golden era while delivering the polished intensity of today's heavy music.

At its core, "Scars" is a song about perseverance. Inspired by the marks left behind by pain, loss and struggle, the lyrics transform scars into symbols of survival rather than defeat. Instead of hiding from the past, Sable Hills embrace it, finding strength in every wound as they continue chasing the guiding light. Themes of resilience, rebirth and refusing to surrender run throughout the song, culminating in an uplifting message that reminds listeners their darkest moments can become the foundation for a new beginning.

Musically, the band effortlessly balances technical precision with raw emotion. Thunderous breakdowns collide with intricate guitar work, huge melodies and an anthemic chorus that lingers long after the final note. The result is a song that feels instantly familiar to longtime metalcore fans while sounding unmistakably fresh and contemporary.

Formed in Tokyo by brothers Takuya and Rict Mishima, Sable Hills have established themselves as one of the leading forces in Japan's modern heavy music scene. Their acclaimed albums, millions of streams, international touring, and collaborations with artists including Unearth and Darkest Hour have steadily expanded their global audience. Most recently, "Namu" introduced a bold new side of the band, blending traditional Japanese influences with crushing modern metalcore and quickly becoming one of their most talked-about releases to date.

With "Scars," Sable Hills continue that upward trajectory. It is a powerful reminder that even life's deepest wounds can become a source of strength, wrapped inside one of the band's most compelling and emotionally resonant songs yet.

SABLE HILLS LIVE:
11/3 — London, GB — The Underworld
11/28 — Stockholm, SE — Kollektivet Livet

NEW SINGLE: The Toxhards Unmask “Mr. Clifford”

Theatrical alt-rock oddities, The Toxhards, have released their latest track, "Mr. Clifford", a gleefully deranged anthem based on the true story of Clifford Clinton and the kind of off-kilter storytelling that catapulted their smash hit "ÆNGUS, The Prize-Winning Hog" into millions of views. Out now via Hopeless Records, the brand new track flips the perspective to the corrupt politicians painting Clifford Clinton as a neighborhood nuisance with messiah complex tendencies, political delusions, and a smile that never quite reaches the eyes. Watch the video for the brand new track, "Mr. Clifford" BELOW.

Set against a manic, sing along groove, "Mr. Clifford" finds The Toxhards relishing a caricature of charm gone rotten. Equal parts creepy and catchy, the song builds its world around a figure who promises everything, poisons the well, and leaves the whole block wondering how things got so strange.

Following their previous single, "ALLIGATOR CROCODILE", The Toxhards continue to do what they do best - taking bizarre, specific characters and turning them into something universally entertaining. Weirdly fun, "Mr. Clifford" delivers the band's trademark blend of bite, humor, and theatrical chaos.

Armed with songs about hog gods, suburbia-induced panic, and love stories that fray at the edges, The Toxhards are continuing their Get Destructive Tour like a twenty six stop live wire experiment in how far they can push a rock show before it morphs into a full-blown cathartic meltdown with a mosh pit. Each night promises a slightly different strain of chaos, where the band will be swapping instruments, derailing songs into choreographed (and unchoreographed) bits, and crowd interaction that blurs the line between show and shared hallucination. Fans can purchase tickets now HERE.

What started as a casual hobby project among college friends has since grown into one of alternative rock's most distinctive cult followings. The Toxhards built their audience in the modern way, a breakout TikTok moment behind their single, "How Lucky Am I?" that snowballed into a string of increasingly unhinged fan favorites. First, "Doombop", a genre-blending blast of existential noise that cemented the band's reputation for delightful chaos. Then, "Ængus, The Prize-Winning Hog", a song about a hog deity that somehow racked up over 7 million views across social media and even caught the attention of Hopeless Records, who signed the band in 2023.

Last year saw the release of their debut full-length concept album, "Your Neighborhood", a record that follows a young man's spiral through heartbreak, grief, isolation, and a brush with death that forces an uncomfortable reckoning. Earning widespread praise from Knotfest and The Needle Drop for the band's songwriting ambition, melodic instincts, and insane live presence, "Your Neighborhood" made it clear that The Toxhards are a band with something for everyone and everything for someone.

Stay tuned for more news from The Toxhards soon.

Weathers Drop New Single "Antidote" And Official Music Video via Big Machine Rock

Alt-rock powerhouse Weathers have released their latest banger "Antidote" and the official video. Prior to today, the band dropped "Happy Pills (Higher Dose)", breathing new life into the fan-favorite track "Happy Pills" (via Big Machine Rock). Speaking about the inspiration behind their release, the band shared:

‘Antidote’ reflects personal experiences with having too much fun to the point of going off the rails. And then finding yourself unable to help yourself, therefore needing someone to help pick you back up even though you’ve hurt them during your downward spiral. We realized early on that the demo of this song captured a sense of vulnerability that couldn’t be recreated leading to most of the song being the original cuts including the vocals.”

Fans will have their chance to see the quartet tear up the stage across the US alongside alt-pop duo VOILÀ and Ella Red, on the theatrically immersive 'Moonbloom' tour, featuring aerial acts, sword swallowers, magicians, and jugglers. ABOUT WEATHERS

Southern California-based alternative rock band Weathers — lead singer/frontman Cameron Boyer, guitarist Cameron Olsen and bassist Brennen Bates — have been consistently creating finely crafted introspective pop songs heavily inspired by the counter-culture of the 80s and 90s since forming in 2015. The band makes music that speaks to those among us who tend to forget that, regardless of outward appearances, everyone is struggling with something and that no one is alone. Weathers’ story is a tale of growing up, of coming into one’s own, and includes themes of depression or anxiety and the often difficult maintenance of mental health.

They first grabbed listeners' attention with 2016's "Happy Pills," which peaked at number 21 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart. Initially, vocalist Boyer and guitarist Olsen met in 2012 while attending a battle of the bands in the Los Angeles suburb of Manhattan Beach. By 2015, they had formed Weathers, recruiting bassist Bates. Signing with RCA Records, they released their debut single, "I Don't Wanna Know," a swaggeringly moody song that drew comparisons to Walk the Moon and The Neighbourhood. Fans followed, and in March 2016 they landed a slot at SXSW. Their follow-up single, "Happy Pills," garnered the band even more attention, becoming the most added track to rock radio in July 2016. In 2018, they issued the Kids in the Night EP, featuring the single "1983."

COLORBLIND Share "Lost in Translation" Ahead of Debut Album Out 8/28

Austin, Texas quartet Colorblind  vocalist Travis Moseley, drummer Tyler Moseley, bassist Nicholas Asper, and guitarist Justin Page — are sharing "LOST IN TRANSLATION," the final track to be released ahead of their upcoming debut album Who Sold You This Truth ++ Was It Yours To Hold. The album arrives on August 28 via Solid State. Pre-order it here.

Watch the visualizer Below.

Offering one last window into their long-awaited debut record, Travis Moseleyreflects on "Lost in Translation," one of the earlier songs written for Who Sold You This Truth ++ Was It Yours To Hold. Confronting the disconnect between private struggles and shared experiences that often go unspoken, Moseley muses, "I'm fighting this battle by myself, trapped inside my own head. But the weird part is, we're probably all caught in the same illusion, even when we feel it alone."

Coated in a soothing, colorful atmosphere, "LOST IN TRANSLATION" pairs its understated pulse with Moseley's unmistakably emotive vocal delivery, offering another glimpse into the dynamic and nuanced world that Colorblind have built on their debut full-length.

Philly Hard Rockers HEAVENS EDGE Announce New Album 'Philadelphia' Set for Release on November 13th via Frontiers Music Srl

Following the critically acclaimed success of 'Get It Right' and a triumphant return to stages across the U.S. and Europe, Philadelphia hard rock legends HEAVENS EDGE return with the announcement of their new album, 'Philadelphia.' Celebrating the city where their remarkable journey began nearly four decades ago, the album arrives November 13th via Frontiers Music Srl. The band also shares their new single "What's He Got," accompanied by an official music video.

About the album, HEAVENS EDGE explains:

“This album represents 40 years of our time together as a band. The album has a greater variety of songs than anything we’ve ever done before. This is because we are more comfortable than ever with who we are and what the music means to us. We make music for the love of it, for those who have supported us over the years and for those just discovering us now. It's never too late.”

On the new single, they continue:

'What’s He Got’ is a simple theme of longing and wanting to be a better person to catch the attention of someone you admire. We wanted to lead with a track that felt familiar and upbeat, with a sound that reminds everyone why they love rock n roll. Let’s not complicate things!”

Watch the Official Video for “What's He Got” Below:

For a band whose story includes major label success, personal tragedy, long periods of silence, and one of hard rock’s most inspiring comebacks, ‘Philadelphia’ represents both a tribute to their roots and a bold statement about their future. Rather than relying on nostalgia, HEAVENS EDGE continue to build on the creative momentum that made ‘Get It Right’ such a surprise critical and fan favorite, delivering another collection of memorable songs packed with hooks, heart, and unmistakable attitude.

Produced by the band with additional production from Jacob Bunton, mixed by Jay Ruston and mastered by Jens Dreesen, 'Philadelphia' captures HEAVENS EDGE at their most confident and energized. From the fist-pumping anthem “LFG” to the infectious first video single “What’s He Got” and the irresistible melodic punch of “Definite Maybe,” the album showcases a band firing on all cylinders, combining classic American hard rock swagger with contemporary songwriting and production.

Led by the unmistakable voice of Mark Evans and the stellar guitar work of founding members Reggie Wu and Steve Parry, alongside drummer David Rath and bassist Jaron Gulino, HEAVENS EDGE prove once again that their second act is every bit as compelling as their first.

Pre-Order ‘Philadelphia’ HERE

Named after the city that shaped them and inspired generations of hard rock fans, ‘Philadelphia’ is more than just a new album—it's a celebration of resilience, brotherhood, and the enduring power of great songs. If ‘Get It Right’ reintroduced HEAVENS EDGE to the world, ‘Philadelphia’ confirms that the band’s creative renaissance is far from over.

Mark Evans - Lead Vocal

Reggie Wu – Guitars, Backing Vocals

Outlier Sign to Oxide Records Release New Single + Video "Digital Hell"

Outlier have officially signed with Oxide Records and are wasting no time making their arrival known with the release of their new single and music video, "Digital Hell." The track serves as both a warning and a wake-up call, tackling society's growing dependence on technology and the invisible grip it has on modern life.

"Digital Hell" asks a question few are willing to confront: Are we still controlling technology, or has it quietly begun controlling us?

"We built technology to serve humanity. Somewhere along the way, we began serving it. We traded privacy for convenience, presence for distraction, and truth for algorithms. The most dangerous prison isn’t one with walls, it’s the one we willingly carry in our pockets every day. The next false gods won’t ask to be worshipped, they’ll seek your attention. They’ll promise connection while feeding isolation, promise knowledge while drowning out wisdom, and promise freedom while quietly collecting every piece of who you are. 'Digital Hell' is the soundtrack to a world that may not realize what it’s losing until it’s already gone," says Joey Arena.

He adds, "Not every apocalypse arrives with fire. Some arrive one notification at a time. We surrender our privacy without resistance, mistake constant connection for genuine community, and allow the things we’ve created to define the people we’re becoming."

The release comes on the heels of vocalist Joey Arena's guest appearance on Motionless In White's latest single, "Fight Like Hell," further introducing his voice to an even wider audience.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Arena shared:

"Thank you so much to Motionless In White for having me be a part of something so special and throw down on 'Fight Like Hell.' I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this banger and the creative process. Absolutely loving the fan response and support. Keep running it up!"

With a new label home at Oxide Records and their most ambitious music to date, Outlier are positioning themselves as one of heavy music's most thought-provoking new voices, unafraid to challenge both listeners and the world around them.

"We are extremely excited to welcome Outlier to the Oxide Music roster. This is a band with deep roots in the rock & metal scene who align perfectly with our mission of building the next generation of heavy hitters," says Andrew Wetzel, Founder, Oxide Records.

"Digital Hell" is available now on all major streaming platforms.

CORELEONI Release Video for New Single "Howling At The Moon"

Following the announcement of their upcoming album Generection and the recent release of its first single, "Generation Rock," which perfectly captured the record's generational spirit, CoreLeoni, led by GOTTHARD founding member Leo Leoni, have unveiled an official music video for "Howling At The Moon." The new single offers another powerful glimpse into their forthcoming studio offering, further showcasing the heavier, more hard-hitting direction CoreLeoni have embraced on their latest release.

Rooted in an idea dating back to the early '90s, "Howling At The Moon" was originally conceived by Jgor Gianola and the late Steve Lee during songwriting sessions for GOTTHARD before being rediscovered and reimagined for Generection. Driven by crushing riffs, a commanding vocal performance from Gent Bushpepa, and CoreLeoni's unmistakable blend of melodic hard rock and metal, the song bridges the band's present with a remarkable piece of their musical history.

Watch the official video Below:

Marking the band's fourth album since its formation in 2017 and the second featuring vocalist Gent Bushpepa, Generection sees CoreLeoni returning to their roots with their heaviest and hardest-hitting record to date.

Built on a foundation of unreleased tracks, the album showcases the powerhouse lineup of Alex Motta (drums), Mila Merker (bass), and Jgor Gianola (guitars), standing as unshakable pillars of the band's sound. While heavier and harder than its predecessors, Generection never sacrifices warmth or atmosphere, especially in its most intimate moments. With the entire band contributing more to the songwriting than ever before, the result aligns perfectly with Leo Leoni's unmistakable signature sound.

The analog mix is one of the defining characteristics of Generection, recreating the magic of '70s and '80s recordings while injecting a modern edge. Razor-sharp riffs, driving rhythms, and just the right touch of sweetness and dimension make this an album that opens a door to the past for younger listeners while reconnecting older rockers with their roots.

Since launching CoreLeoni in 2017, Leo Leoni has built the project into a celebrated hard rock force that bridges generations. With Gent Bushpepa once again delivering a commanding vocal performance and a band firing on all cylinders, Generection stands as a powerful statement of intent, honouring classic rock traditions while pushing confidently forward.

Set to be released on September 11 through Reigning Phoenix Music, Generectionis available for pre-order at: https://coreleoni.rpm.link/generectionPR

The Digipak CD edition also includes a bonus disc featuring the "Live At Hallenstadion" concert, recorded in Zürich, Switzerland, in July 2025 and previously available only as a digital release.

Crossbone Skully Release Video for "Thunder Love" (Feat. Phil Collen) Ahead of New Album

Crossbone Skully ignite the skies with their brand new single "Thunder Love," featuring Def Leppard's Phil Collen.

Capturing a thunder-shaking midnight encounter between two sinners, the song is a shot of lightning and lust-fueled chemistry, delivering the first strike from their upcoming sophomore album, Condemned to Rock n' Roll, via earMUSIC.

Fronted by Tommy Henriksen (Alice Cooper, Hollywood Vampires), Crossbone Skully are a gritty hard rock band, featuring fellow Alice Cooper guitarist Anna "Blackthorn" Cara and a revolving cast of Rock 'n' Roll Misfits. By teaming up with Phil Collen and legendary producer Mutt Lange, Henriksen has crafted the perfect storm on "Thunder Love."

The track also features powerhouse studio drumming from Glen Sobel (Alice Cooper, Hollywood Vampires), whose thunderous performance helps drive the song's explosive energy.

"I'’s great to be singing with Mutt again," said Collen. "It's a vocal blend we’ve shared for many years, and having Tommy's voice in the mix adds another dimension. 'Thunder Love’''is pure fun rock 'n' roll — loud, thunderous guitars, huge drum sounds, and punchy vocals. Tommy’s got a powerful rock voice, but what really stands out is how versatile he is. He can shape his voice to fit whatever a song needs, and that’s a rare gift. He brings incredible energy to everything he does, which makes him so easy to collaborate with. He and Mutt share the same philosophy: It's all about the vibe. When you get that right, everything else falls into place, and I think that’s a big part of what makes Crossbone Skully unique."

WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW:

With the release of "Thunder Love" (Feat. Phil Collen), Crossbone Skully also mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter with earMUSIC. As the first taste of the forthcoming album Condemned to Rock n’'Roll, the single sets the tone for a record that captures the pure essence of Rock n’ Roll in all its raw power, energy and attitude. More details will be revealed soon.

Swedish Metal Maestros WORMWOOD Release New EP ‘Å’ — Out Now via Black Lodge Records / Sound Pollution

WORMWOOD, one of Sweden’s most distinctive and internationally acclaimed metal bands, proudly release their new EP ‘Å,’ out now via Black Lodge Records / Sound Pollution. The EP contains two long tracks in classic WORMWOOD fashion, while also introducing new elements that have found their way into the sound as WORMWOOD continue to evolve as a band.

‘Å’ is a concept EP built around an idea that has been growing for some time, but never quite belonged on any previous, or upcoming, full-length album. It is a contemporary portrayal told through two filthy stories, inspired by the more marginalized circles of Stockholm. In other words, this is as raw, real and authentic as we can portray reality through music.

Order 'Å' HERE

With four full-length albums, one EP, a live release, and now the forthcoming ‘Å,’ WORMWOOD have built a catalog that continually evolves while deepening the band’s artistic identity. Their work has received widespread recognition: two nominations for “Rock/Metal of the Year” at P3 Guld, strong placements on the official Swedish charts, and recurring international praise from metal media around the world. WORMWOOD have also appeared on several global “Album of the Year” lists – a testament to their growing influence.

WORMWOOD’s reputation, however, is not confined to the studio. The band has toured extensively across Europe, performed at major festivals, and completed their own headline tours. Their audience continues to grow steadily, particularly in Germany, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States, where their cinematic music videos and strong digital presence further enhance their visual and musical identity.

WORMWOOD stands as one of the most forward-thinking and compelling bands in Swedish metal. With ‘Å,’ they take another step in their artistic evolution – one that promises to captivate both loyal fans and new listeners around the world.

Watch the Official Music Video for "YRA / EXTAS" Below:

Since their formation in Stockholm in 2014, WORMWOOD have developed a sound that is as unmistakable as it is atmospheric. With their characteristic fusion of extreme metal, Scandinavian melancholy, folk influences, and cinematic storytelling, the band has created a sonic landscape that both moves and mesmerizes. Their music effortlessly shifts between grand, epic scope and brutally grounded intensity – a balance few bands truly master.

WORMWOOD are:

Nine – Vocals

Tobias Rydsheim – Guitar, Keys, Vocals

Jerry Engström – Guitar

Oskar Tornborg – Bass, Vocals

Simon Samuelsson – Drums

Teen Mortgage Share Animated "Democracy Manifest" Video — WATCH // Touring This Fall With Rise Against + Alkaline Trio

With a blistering, no-frills assault, Baltimore punk duo TEEN MORTGAGE —guitarist/vocalist James Guile and drummer Ed Barakauskas — deliver raw, fuzzed-out riffs over pounding, minimalist drums, locking into a relentless groove that feels equal parts grit-infused punk and hardcore urgency.

Today, they share "Democracy Manifest." It was produced with Teen Mortgage collaborator Kenny Eaton and mixed and mastered by Caeser Edmunds (Beach House, Wet Leg, Code Orange).

 Watch the video Below

The video is a collaboration between Teen Mortgage and acclaimed animation studio EraserDread. The video collides the biting lyrics of "Democracy Manifest" with the current landscape in the world.

"'Democracy Manifest' manifested itself naturally. As the USA draws closer to resembling Big Brother and Oceania in 1984, we needed to vent our frustrations around having to engage with a society that takes everything and gives little to nothing back; each and every facet of American life has become a scam," the band declares.

"Democracy Manifest" hits with immediate, irresistible bounce — fun, punchy, and wired with an authentic punk spirit that takes aim at the powers that be. Teen Mortgage turn frustration into fuel, delivering unifying riot music. The track is pure sugar-rush chaos: thumping, unhinged, and grinning while it flips off everything broken about the world right now. Like all of the best punk artists before them, Teen Mortgage delivers a high-voltage way to confront the realities shaping everyday life right now, channeling anger into something communal, cathartic, and undeniably alive. "Democracy Manifest" at its core, is two middle fingers with a killer hook.

Teen Mortgage's recent recent live performance at alt-favorite KEXP is sweaty, stripped-down, and confrontational, with zero dead space — just pure, amplified energy from start to finish. Recorded during their successful Spring 2026 tour run with Joyce Manor, the KEXP team captured the essence of the D.C. duo's DIY ethos in one of the most impressive displays of punk rock of recent memory. Watch the TEEN MORTGAGE x KEXP session here.

Ready to take their debut Roadrunner Records LP, Devil Ultrasonic Dream, on the road again, the band will spend most of the fall on the road, including stops at this summer's Rocklahoma (Pryor, OK), Riot Fest (Chicago, IL), Vans Warped Tour (Orlando, FL) and more. TEEN MORTGAGE will be joining punk rock mainstays, Rise Against and Alkaline Trio, for a trip around the States starting September 22 in Dallas, TX. All dates are below.

For rock fans still chasing that jolt of something real, loud, and dangerous, TEEN MORTGAGE aren't asking for your attention — they are demanding it. As the genre evolves, the duo stand at the front of the charge, and ignoring them isn't just a miss — it's a mistake.

I C Red Unleash "Thermal" EP — LISTEN // Band Shares "Killing Me" Video

I C RED officially launched in 2026, but the force behind it has been building toward this moment for years. They grew up in the music industry, learning it from the inside, taking hits, sharpening their sound, and earning their instincts the hard way. What started as a tightknit team with a shared history evolved into something heavier, darker, and more intentional. An industrial-leaning rock project built on aggressive energy, cinematic production, and hooks that stick.

Their first breach into the system was "Industry Superstar" hit March 6. It was the opening transmission that marked the start of the rollout and the world of I C RED coming online. The band's bold, high impact, and visually cohesive look blends modern heaviness with electronic textures and a concept driven aesthetic that is as striking as the music itself. In a world where everyone is overstimulated, distracted, and numb, I C RED is here to break the trance and make people feel emotion again

Today, the band shares it debut EP, Thermal. Listen here

The band also shared the video for "KILLING ME." Watch it Below:

"At a time when everyone is distracted, overstimulated and increasingly numb, the transmissions on THERMAL were designed to cut through the noise.... to wake you up and make you feel your emotions again. If this record makes you feel something, then the transmissions did the job," says the band.

"We've always been drawn to industrial music, but we also love the huge hooks and impact of modern active rock and metal. THERMAL came from wanting to force those two worlds together and create something that feels both mechanical and human."

CARBONSTONE Unleashes Anthem of Defiance with New Single "NOT LIKE THIS" — A Raw and Relentless Declaration of Survival

“Some wounds don’t bleed on the outside.

‘Not Like This’ is for everyone fighting battles no one else can see.”

CARBONSTONE has set the rock world ablaze with the release of their searing new single,

"Not Like This" a visceral, bone rattling anthem that cuts straight to the core of the human experience and refuses to let go.

Born from the wreckage of manipulation, self doubt, and the harrowing journey of losing oneself, "Not Like This" is not simply a song, it is a battle cry. It is the sound of someone standing at the edge of their own destruction, staring into the abyss, and choosing with every last ounce of strength, to fight back.

"Not Like This explores the scars left behind by manipulation, self doubt, and the feeling of losing yourself while searching for a way back. At its heart, the song is a declaration of defiance a refusal to surrender, even when everything feels as though it is falling apart." — CARBONSTONE

With crushing instrumentation that mirrors the chaos of an unraveling mind, and lyrics that strike with the precision of someone who has lived every single word, "Not Like This" showcases CARBONSTONE at their most raw, most honest, and most powerful. The track builds with an undeniable tension, a slow burning fury that erupts into a wall of sound, echoing the exact moment when enough becomes enough.

CARBONSTONE'S latest evolution sees collaborations with heavy-hitters like

Jonny Santos of Spineshank, pushing their sound into even more volatile territory. Whether it’s the adrenaline-soaked “Standoff” or the brooding menace of earlier tracks like “AM Trauma”, Carbonstone isn’t just making music—they’re setting the fuse to explode the status quo.

Ian Munsick Releases New Song, “Palomino Eyes,” Off Upcoming Album

Wyoming native Ian Munsick continues to intertwine those Western themes he’s known for into his latest release, “Palomino Eyes,” available now. Listen Below.

Written by Munsick and Phil O’Donnell, “Palomino Eyes” places a cowboy’s lens onto rose-colored glasses, emphasizing the beauty of how the world is seen through a partner’s eyes.“Nine times out of ten a song title hits me days, weeks, months or even years before I actually sit down to write it. It’s extremely rare that an idea is born and I have the time and creative juice to write it from start to finish,” Munsick explains. “But when I was driving through the farmland of Tennessee on my way to write with one of my favorite songwriters, Phil O’Donnell, I saw a beautiful Palomino hanging by the fence with enamoring blue eyes. I thought to myself, ‘I have one of those waiting for me at home… Caroline.’”

He continues, “We wrote ‘Palomino Eyes’ in a few hours, unsure which part was the chorus and which part was the verse. That’s probably one of the reasons why it’s my personal favorite song on the album. It doesn’t follow a formula. It’s free and untamed, just like that Palomino and my beautiful wife.”

“Palomino Eyes” is the latest release off Munsick’s upcoming studio album, The Mountain Goat. Spanning 15 tracks, The Mountain Goat is Munsick’s first independent release via WEST TO THE REST RECORDS in partnership with Triple Tigers Records, and was produced by Munsick, Jeremy Spillman and Mike Robinson. About Ian Munsick:
As one of modern country’s few Rocky Mountain artists – and the only one to merge its timeless traditions with an electrifying roots-pop edge – Wyoming native Ian Munsick lives in the wild places few singer-songwriters go. Yet with his fourth album, The Mountain Goat, he climbs farther out on his creative ledge than ever. Marking his first independent album on WEST TO THE REST RECORDS / Triple Tigers Records, Munsick remains as sure footed as his project’s fearless namesake, thriving in the isolation of a Western-flavored modern country frontier. Racking up over one billion career streams with previous albums Coyote CryWhite Buffalo, and Eagle Feather, Munsick has produced one RIAA-Platinum duet “Long Live Cowgirls” (with Cody Johnson) – No. 1 on SiriusXM’s The Highway Hot 30 Countdown – plus two Gold-certified hits: “Long Haul” and “Horses Are Faster.” Spotify, CMT, and the Grand Ole Opry were among those to recognize Munsick’s vision, and concertgoers across the globe have found a Western authenticity that can’t be faked. Munsick made history in 2025, becoming the first Wyoming-born artist to headline Cheyenne Frontier Days – the iconic rodeo known as the “Daddy of ‘Em All” – and with The Mountain Goat, his quest to bring Western mystique to modern fans continues. Fusing genuine tradition with cutting-edge sonics, 15 tracks feature an “earthy” new organic undercurrent, with the multi-instrumental master more connected to his acoustic roots – and more protective of his territory.
