Formed in 2003 in St Albans, UK, Enter Shikari are one of the most vital and enduring forces in modern British heavy music. Across seven studio albums, culminating in 2023’s A Kiss For The Whole World, the band have achieved seven consecutive UK top five midweek debuts, with A Kiss For The Whole World securing their first UK Official Albums Chart No.1. Their first Wembley Arena headline performance in February 2024 was later captured on the live album Live From Wembley.

Renowned for ambitious, production-led live performances, their arena-scale laser and light production rivals major electronic festivals, turning every venue they play into a full-scale dance party with band members regularly plunging into the centre of the mosh pit. NEW WAVE ICON HOWARD JONES TO PLAY SELECT DATES IN UNITED STATES IN APRIL AS SUPPORT FOR ROD STEWART

New wave icon Howard Jones will soon head out on the road for select United States tour dates in April. Jones will be main support for Rod Stewart for several shows and will also play headlining shows in between that routing. Please see below for the itinerary. 2025 saw Jones perform over 60 dates throughout the US and Europe, honoring the 40th anniversary of his smash hit album, DREAM INTO ACTION. Look for an upcoming announcement on his summer tour plans for 2026 soon.

In other news, LIVE AT THE MARQUEE, a new live album offering from Howard Jones, is available now via Cherry Red Records. Previously unreleased, the concert was recorded live at The Marquee Club in London in 1983. The audio was discovered amongst the master tapes that were being transferred as potential bonus tracks for the HUMAN’S LIB re-issues in 2018. The audio was remixed by Jones himself and the liner notes contain rare and previously unseen photos. LIVE AT THE MARQUEE is available on CD and double transparent yellow vinyl with a format specific exclusive postcard while stocks last. To purchase, please click here.

Electronic music pioneer Howard Jones has been a constant presence on the international touring scene for the past four decades, playing live in a number of different configurations including intimate solo shows and dates with his full high-tech band set-up. He first burst upon the contemporary music scene in 1983, with his very English songwriting and pioneering synthesizers with “New Song”. His first two albums HUMAN’S LIB and DREAM INTO ACTION were worldwide hits. HUMAN’S LIB reached #1 in 1984 in the UK and featured the hits “New Song,” and “What Is Love?” In 1985, Jones released the follow-up, DREAM INTO ACTION, which quickly became a Top Ten Platinum album in the United States and featured the smashes: “Things Can Only Get Better,” “Life In One Day,” “No One Is To Blame,” and “Like To Get To Know You Well.”

Howard Jones has sold upwards of 10 million albums worldwide and continues to make new music and tour the world. Jones has performed on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! As well as NBC’s top-rated morning and nighttime shows respectively, Today and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. His ubiquitous hits can be heard in such high-profile television series and films such as “Stranger Things,” “Breaking Bad,” “Watchmen,” “The Carrie Diaries”, “Superstore” and “Bumblebee”. Howard Jones’ most recent studio album is DIALOGUE, which was released in September, 2022. DIALOGUE is the third album in a trilogy of electronic releases from Jones with multi-media project ENGAGE coming out in 2015 and studio album TRANSFORM out in 2019. DIALOGUE garnered serious coverage in outlets such as Spin, Stereogum and more.

Goblin Metal Ikons NEKROGOBLIKON Return with "The Boiling Sea" EP + Share "Secret Elephant" (Feat. Reel Big Fish) Video + Touring💚

Goblin metal's least likely legends are back. After nearly two decades of chaos, cult stardom, and the viral mayhem of "No One Survives," Nekrogoblikon return with The Boiling Sea — the feral new EP that ushers in a historic era for the band. It arrives on April 17. Pre-order it here

Today, the goblin metallers drop the video for "The Secret Elephant" (Feat. Reel Big Fish).

Watch the video, directed by Brandon Dermer, below:

For the first time ever, the goblin throne is shared. Former mascot-turned-frontman (and beloved host of the number one comedy podcast "RIGHT NOW"), John Goblikon steps fully into the spotlight with soaring melodic vocals, while extreme metal phenom Dickie Allen (of Infant Annihilator) unleashes the kind of throat-shredding brutality usually reserved for apocalyptic events.

"I've been asked to give a statement on our new song 'Secret Elephant' and after strong consideration, I've decided I'm not quite sure know what that means. But what I DO know is secrets don't make friends… unless that secret is, of course, an elephant who you happened to befriend. Yhey also say an elephant never forgets, but goblins definitely do, because I literally can't remember where I put my phone! I had it earlier and then I got distracted by this email asking me for a quote about our new song 'Secret Elephant,' which is such a banger by the way. Ooh, that reminds me I gotta look for my phone!" — Sent from John's iPhone.

"It was so much fun filming ourselves being goofballs," says Allen. "Also, has anyone seen my beer?"

Produced and mixed by metal mastermind Jason Suecof (Job for a Cowboy, The Black Dahlia Murder), The Boiling Sea is a high-octane proving ground for the band's new dual-vocal onslaught, first teased by the 2025 double-feature videos for "Show Me Your Goblin" and "Fiend."

On the upcoming release, guitarist Alex Alereza offers, "Writing for this release began in the midst of constant touring and right after bringing on a new vocal duo, so we found ourselves in new territories both in terms of pace and creative process. And that ended up being a good thing! We had a blast making this together and hope everyone enjoys these songs as much as we do. And for the Nekro fans that have been with us for a very long time, we decided to include live recordings of five Nekro classics!"

The goblin horde won't stay submerged for long. Nekrogoblikon will hit the road on an electrifying tour alongside Japan's genre-smashing metal force Hanabie., giving fans the chance to witness the premier goblin metal spectacle live and scream along to their favorite anthems. Get tickets here.

Nearly 20 years in, Nekrogoblikon aren't just surviving — they're boiling over.

Saint Agnes Release "Good Boy Video — WATCH // New Album "Your God Fearing Days Are About to Begin" Out 5/29

London's Saint Agnes release the video for the new single "Good Boy," the third track from the forthcoming album, Your God Fearing Days Are About To Begin.

Frontperson Kitty A. Austen explains, "'Good Boy' was written to be a scathing critique of obedient, subservient men who uphold the capitalist death cult, feed the machine, and call it a virtue. It’s a snarling takedown of the so-called 'good boys' who suck corporate dick and wear their complicity like a badge."

Kitty's voice, vision, and volatility shape every inch of the band's evolving world, and she is ably partnered by co-founding member Jon James Tufnell. Together, they form the creative axis. Fusing raw industrial power, dark elegance, and hedonistic, body-moving intensity, Saint Agnes have created a sound made for sweat-soaked goth club dancefloors. Inspired by the intensity of Nine Inch Nails, the genre-bending chaos of Poppy and the euphoric, cinematic storytelling of Lorde, this is music for the club, the stage and the void inside. Self-confessed "control freaks," Saint Agnes obsessively curate all aspects of their art and their music; this time, however, they utilized the mixing skills of Jim Pinder (Sleep Token, BMTH), the result being "our best sounding record to date, and the truest to our vision," according to Kitty.

Having recently played shows with Last Train (in France) and Ghostkid (in Germany).

Cryptopsy Featured on Cover of Decibel Magazine

Fresh off slitting through a largely sold-out European headline tour, Cryptopsy remain insatiable as ever. The most vile band in death metal are nominated for Best Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year at this year’s JUNO Awards, a category that they won just two years ago. Now, as they prepare to headline the longest-running heavy metal tour in North America, the Canadian legends are proud to add another accomplishment to their Hall of Fame career.

Cryptopsy are proud to announce that they are featured on the cover of this month’s issue of Decibel Magazine. This marks the second time the band have claimed the cover of the world’s foremost authority on heavy metal since the release of their new album An Insatiable Violence. Joining them on the cover of Issue #258 are members of Necrot, Fulci and Blood Monolith, who are supporting Cryptopsy on this year’s Decibel Magazine Tour.

“We are extremely proud to be on the cover of Decibel for the second time in less than a year”, Cryptopsy says. “Decibel is by far one of the most important magazines for metal. We’re honored to share this achievement alongside the bands who are joining us on this year’s Decibel Tour. These shows are going to be violent, cathartic and unforgettable”.

“Between the strength of the material on their latest release, An Insatiable Violence, and the anniversary celebration of their landmark, None So Vile, 2026 is clearly the year of Peak Cryptopsy”, Decibel Magazine’s Editor-In-Chief Albert Mudrian says. “We couldn’t be more honored to bring the band’s paramount present and potent past together to headline this year’s Decibel Magazine Tour”.

Eric Church’s 'Evangeline vs. The Machine Comes Alive (Official Motion Picture Soundtrack)' Out Now

With his latest critically acclaimed project, Evangeline vs. The Machine, earning a nod for Best Contemporary Country Album at the recent GRAMMY Awards, maverick entertainer Eric Church brings his live show to fans at home with the release of Evangeline vs. The Machine Comes Alive (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) via MCA. The 19-track live album compliments the IMAX® exclusive theatrical release of Evangeline vs. The Machine Comes Alive, with tickets to the remaining Feb. 14 showing of the limited engagement available now via IMAX.com/EricChurch.

Both the concert film and the companion album – the first live album ever recorded at The Pinnacle in Nashville – showcase Church performing his critically acclaimed eighth studio album front-to-back before transitioning into select catalog hits, all reimagined with a six-piece band, four-piece horns, four-piece strings, eight-piece choir and vocalist Joanna Cotten. Watch an official performance video of “Springsteen” live from the Pinnacle HERE.

“The thing about the IMAX film is it freezes a moment in time. I’m going to get older; those fans are going to get older, but we froze that moment in time forever musically,” Church shared on “CBS Mornings” earlier this week. “If I want to watch a sporting event tonight…if I want to go to the game, that’s great. If I don’t, I’m going to watch it on television. You can’t do that with concerts, right? I can’t just tune in to who’s playing in Cleveland tonight. So, concerts are a little bit different that way, and that’s why the IMAX film mattered.” Watch the full interview HERE.

The film and live album arrive as Church continues his Free the Machine Tour, earning praise from critics across the country as the run continues. “From the jump, it was clear this wasn’t going to be about flash – it was about mood, intention, and immersion…The entire show felt less like a concert and more like a film unfolding in real time,” shared Relive Magazine of the recent D.C. stop, where The Music Universe added, “if you can see only one country music concert in 2026, it needs to be the Free the Machine Tour…there will not be a bigger, fuller all-live sound on the road this year.”

The Minnesota Star Tribune opined in St. Paul, “Eric Church is country music’s most courageous and unpredictable superstar – both musically and culturally…The concert, like Church’s career, was about conviction not convention, about evolving, not standing pat, about the moment, not tradition,” while the Green Bay Press Gazette proclaimed the show to be “so nuanced, so sneaky sophisticated, so good that the sum of its parts was as great as the whole. That’s saying something for an artist who increasingly transcends the boundaries of today’s country to be one of music’s more electrifying live acts – period,” with Cleveland.com perhaps stating it most simply, “Country music’s iconoclast did it again.”

About Eric Church

That project followed prior releases including RIAA Gold-certified Desperate Man (“Some Of It,” “Desperate Man”), Platinum-certified Sinners Like Me (“How ’Bout You,” “Guys Like Me”), Carolina (“Smoke a Little Smoke,” “Love Your Love the Most”) and Mr. Misunderstood (“Record Year,” “Round Here Buzz”), Double-Platinum certified The Outsiders (“Like a Wrecking Ball,” “Talladega”) and 4x Platinum-certified Chief (“Springsteen,” “Drink In My Hand”), as well as 32 Gold, Platinum and multi-Platinum certified songs. Rising Country Star Maddox Batson Releases New Track “If I See Her Again”

Hailed by the LA Times as “a country Justin Bieber in the making” and the youngest male to ever appear on Billboard’s 21 Under 21, Maddox Batson releases “If I See Her Again,” an upbeat groove with heart-on-his-sleeve lyrics. Listen to “If I See Her Again” via Warner Records / Prosper Entertainment here and watch the official music video below.

Written by Batson, Grant Averill, Dave Cohen and Jackson Foote and produced by Cohen and Foote, Batson internalizes scenarios for a second encounter with a young romantic interest.

“‘If I See Her Again’ is about one of those chance encounters where you wish you would say something but don't. You never get that time back. I think everyone can relate,” shares Batson. “Proud of this one and pumped to get it to my fans. Hope y'all like it!”

“If I See Her Again” arrives on the heels of Batson’s “Any Other Night,” a coming-of-age anthem combining smooth vocal flow, clean guitars and a laid back digital beat. Listen to “Any Other Night” here or watch the official music video with fan favorite guest star Embreigh Courtlyn here.

“If I See Her Again” debuts in anticipation of Batson’s Live Worldwide Tour 2026, which kicks off Feb. 17 in Ft. Lauderdale. The Live Worldwide Tour 2026 will crisscross the U.S. before heading to Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden, on Batson’s first headlining European trek. Joined by special guests Baylee Lynn, Jenna Davis, Just Jayne and Timmy McKeever on select dates, tickets for all shows are available now at MaddoxBatson.com.

Batson jump starts his most ambitious year yet – including more new music to come, his collaboration with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey – the first-ever artist collaboration in the brand’s 150-year history – and a win at Good Good Golf’s Desert Open in Tempe, Arizona. Batson and teammates Garrett Clark (co-founder of Good Good) and Marissa Wenzler (University of Kentucky golf alumna) competed against six other three-person teams (two Good Good players and one musician) before taking home the golden hat trophy.

After making his Stagecoach festival and Grand Ole Opry debuts in 2025, Batson wrapped his 29-city I Need A Truck Tour and supported select dates on Lainey Wilson’s Whirlwind Tour. The 16-year-old artist has already caught the attention of ForbesUSA TodayAmerican SongwriterNBC Nightly NewsPEOPLEThis Past Weekend with Theo Von and others, with more to come in the year ahead.

Kami Kehoe’s “HEARTLESS” Explores Love on the Edge of Fallout

Alt-rock star on the rise, Kami Kehoe, today ushers in a darker, razor-sharp chapter with her new single, "HEARTLESS", via Atlantic Records. Where past releases traced the full arc of heartbreak and healing, "HEARTLESS" sees Kami flip the script into a love song told from the edge of a potential fallout. Listen to "HEARTLESS" BELOW.

Writing from the perspective of someone who has been burned enough times to go numb, Kami zeroes in on the person who finally makes detachment impossible. Leaning into the reality of choosing to fully love one person meaning that she may have nothing left if they go, Kami reframes the word "heartless" as a consequence of her devotion, rather than indifference.

Coming off the back of her latest single, "FADE OUT,", a cover of "SEX ON FIRE", and a nationwide tour supporting Daughtry, Seether, and POD (which saw her regularly invited to join them on stage), Kami continues to cement her place as one of the genre's most magnetic rising voices. Named as one of Pandora's Artists to Watch in 2026 (The Pandora Ten) and continuing to rack up spins on Sirius XM's Octane, Kami steps into the new year with a ballad that's softer in tempo yet even higher in emotional stakes.

As she opens 2026 with the vulnerable, all-in love story of "HEARTLESS", Kami Kehoe wears her heart on her sleeve:

"HEARTLESS is about having one heart and putting it on the line, but wrestling with the idea of finding your person and knowing that if they leave, they take everything you had with them. Seeing people connect with my music everyday has made me a lot less scared of being this honest, because that kind of truth is exactly what makes music worth making for me."

Kami's growing profile extends beyond the music itself, with a feature in the winter issue of Revolver, spotlighting her rise at the intersection of heavy, alt, and modern rock. As she continues to build on the viral success of tracks like, "DOPAMINE" and "SLEEP WHEN I'M DEAD", Kami's "HEARTLESS" now steps in as a stripped-back, emotionally loaded marker of where she's headed next.

On stage, Kami's 2026 is already packed with high moments, including a performance supporting Godsmack as a part of WMMR's MMRBQ and her set at Rock Fest (WI), placing her alongside some of rock's most established names.

To begin her 2026 live run, Kami will also return to Los Angeles for a special headlining show at the Roxy on February 19. Fans can find Kami's full touring schedule HERE.

With signature gritty guitars, atmospheric production, and Kami's evocative vocals, her latest single, "FADE OUT" closed out 2025 as one of her most emotionally charged releases to date. The track capped off her "KANDY" EP era that documented the full arc of heartbreak and healing, garnering millions of streams, 100 million views in short form content, and viral popularity worldwide. Her hit single, "DOPAMINE", earned over 30 million streams and hit #11 on Sirius XM Octane's "Big Uns" Countdown, spotlighting her growth in the modern rock landscape.

Carving out her own space in the alt-rock world, Kami Kehoe has impressively amassed over 105 million streams and more than 2 million social media followers by blending a sultry, velvety vocal with a hard-charged rock energy. Since breaking out with the viral hit “SLEEP WHEN I’M DEAD”, she has continued to evolve her sound—infusing shoegaze, metal, and hip-hop influences into her music while remaining unapologetically authentic.

Be sure to stay tuned for more Kami Kehoe news coming very soon.

ABOUT KAMI KEHOE

KAMI KEHOE has never been one to wait for permission. At just 22, the Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter and drummer has blazed a fearless musical path, most recently with her latest EP, “Kandy”, out now via Atlantic Records, Coup D’Etat Recordings, and 10K Projects. Since emerging, she’s spun a chameleonic, hard-charged rock sound into over a million Instagram followers, 10 million TikTok likes, and over 75 million streams in 2025 alone.

Unapologetic authenticity propelled her breakout hit “SLEEP WHEN I’M DEAD,” from her 2024 album REVIVED (Coup D'état/10K Projects), to audiences around the world in stratospheric fashion. Almost overnight, the garage-punk suckerpunch – the snarl of Joan Jett with the timeless melodicism of the Ramones – ripped through social media at lightning speed, netting Kami 100,000 new TikTok followers a day and further cementing her as a rising force in the underground.

Diving headfirst into the emotional rollercoaster of heartbreak, obsession, and self-discovery, her latest EP, “Kandy” blends dark melodic rock with pop, metal, and metaphor-rich songwriting. Using candy and drugs as symbols for dangerous pleasures, each of the five tracks explore the tangled interplay between allure and risk, offering a bittersweet reflection on the complexities of desire and the consequences that follow. It’s another bold step forward for Kami as she continues to kick down the guardrails of her sound, another entry in her omnipresent push to rewrite what’s possible for her musical future.

After making waves with a standout performance at Warped Tour and playing her very first headlining show, Kami has just wrapped her largest tour yet, joining forces with industry legends, Daughtry, Seether, and P.O.D. She’ll continue to evolve as an artist with the same freedom and fearlessness that’s led her here, another chapter in a career that’s continually defied expectations – not that she’s ever really cared about those in the first place.

TX2 Drops New Single "Murder Scene" Featuring Magnolia Park

LA-based alt-rock artist TX2 has today released his debut album End Of Us via Hopeless Records. The 13-track album features collaborations with Black Veil Brides, Magnolia Park, Ice Nine Kills, DeathbyRomy, and Ekoh, and arrives after a decade of building one of heavy music's most polarizing and devoted fanbases. Today’s release is highlighted by focus track, "Die Alone" which captures the album's emotional core. Fans can listen to the full album HERE

Speaking on today’s highly anticipated release,TX2 frontman, Evan Thomas shares

“After 11 years of building toward this moment, the band and I are excited to unveil our debut album, ‘End of Us’, structured as a rock opera. Each single leading up to this release has told a story painting the larger album theme of, ‘The Resistance’, the final survivors in a world devastated by a vampire holocaust. I hope the story we’ve told through our debut album reminds the X Movement and those all around us that they cannot erase us.”

End Of Us marks a turning point for an artist who did what most won't: weaponized being the internet's punching bag and turned online hate into undeniable momentum. With 1 million monthly Spotify listeners, 1.3 million TikTok followers, and 100 million streams on previously released singles before the album even dropped, TX2 turned algorithmic outrage into a self-sustaining business outside traditional development models.

The album collects previously released singles including "The End of Us" featuring Black Veil Brides, "Murder Scene" featuring Magnolia Park, "HOSTAGE (they will not erase us)," "The Rain," "Feed" featuring DeathbyRomy, and "Nice Guy" featuring Ekoh, alongside new tracks that complete the album's narrative arc. Between them, the previously released songs generated 100 million streams and 42 million TikTok likes in the last 12 months alone.

TX2 has earned co-signs from Caleb Shomo, Ice Nine Kills, Black Veil Brides, Magnolia Park, and From First to Last while building the X Movement, a Discord-based mental health community with thousands of active members. As an openly queer artist, his refusal to sanitize his advocacy has made him both a target and a lifeline.

Thomas describes the album's sound as "punk meets vampire-core with an Eminem edge," drawing from influences like My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Black Veil Brides, and Linkin Park while carving out space entirely his own. He self-directed all music videos alongside guitarist Cameron Rostami with horror aesthetics inspired by Resident Evil and Silent Hill.

TX2 begins his US "End of Us" headline tour this month before heading to Australia with Rain City Drive in March, followed. He then returns to the US for a North America tour supporting Black Veil Brides before heading to Europe for a massive European festival run including Download Festival (alongside Linkin Park, Guns N' Roses, and Limp Bizkit), Rock AM Ring, Rock Im Park, Rock For People, Novarock, Graspop, Jera On Air, and Vainstream. ABOUT TX2

TX2 is the project of Los Angeles-based artist Evan Thomas, known for raw, emotionally charged alt-rock that refuses to play by the rules. Since going viral on TikTok in 2023 with "I Would Hate Me Too," TX2 has amassed 1 million monthly Spotify listeners, 1.3 million TikTok followers, and a touring resume that includes opening for Beartooth, I Prevail, Killswitch Engage, Ice Nine Kills, and Parkway Drive on the Summer of Loud tour.

Thomas founded the X Movement, a community dedicated to mental health awareness and creating safe spaces for fans who feel like they don't belong. He's openly queer, vocally advocates for LGBTQ+ rights and fan safety, and stays after every show to meet every fan, sometimes for hours. He's been called emo's most hated artist and its most necessary voice, often in the same breath. His debut album End Of Us is out now via Hopeless Records.

NYC's Laptop reveals “Xanadu,” a sun-soaked tale of ambition and the cost of wanting more

NYC alternative pop outfit Laptop presents 'Xanadu', the latest offering from their forthcoming album "On This Planet", which starts out sounding like a love song, but slowly reveals itself as something darker. A duet between frontman Jesse Hartman and Nevis vocalist Anna Hadeed, the track explores the American idea of settling down — building a life, owning something permanent — and how that dream can quietly go wrong. It’s less about romance than what happens when good intentions collide with money, power, and the pressure to create something lasting.

Formed in the late ’90s, Laptop released three albums with Island Records, earning praise from NME, The Guardian, and others for their stylized blend of synth-pop, irony, and emotional precision. Now revived as a contemporary project with his son Charlie Hartman, Laptop has become a vehicle for Hartman grappling openly with adulthood in this chaotic world — not as a clean resolution, but as something messier and harder to define. “Xanadu” captures the moment when the art dream runs into the desire for stability, and neither comes out untouched.

The title nods directly to Citizen Kane, where “Xanadu” names Charles Foster Kane’s vast, illusory estate — a symbol of success that ultimately exposes loneliness and regret. Laptop updates the idea for a modern American setting. In this version, Xanadu isn’t a castle; it’s a mid-century dream house, full of hope and expectation, carrying the belief that ownership might finally bring peace. This is love song disguised as a hard look at the pitfalls of American materialism.

Filmed on Oualie Beach in Nevis, where overdubs for Laptop's coming album were recorded, the video juxtaposes Hartman and Hadeed's chilled beachside duet with glossy, candy-colored visual sequences involving a separate couple. Gently mocking the modern semi-colonialist belief that paradise can be packaged, purchased, and controlled, we see a slick couple sail toward their dream, only to see it sink beneath the waters of their own ambitions and end up in flames. Kitschy postcard titles like "The Good Life” and “Live the Romance" punctuate their journey, underscoring the bitter irony of it all.

Jesse Hartman got his start as a Voidoid with Richard Hell, before founding indie rock band Sammy with Luke Wood, and releasing albums via Fire Records and Geffen Records.  Since reviving, Laptop is on a roll on the strength of the singles “Indie Hero”"Confused", "Additional Animals", "I Don't Know" and “Weirder”, mixed by Grammy award-winning producer Mario McNulty (David Bowie, Prince, Nine Inch Nails, Julian Lennon), collectively drawing millions of views and reintroducing Laptop's humor and sounds to a new generation.

“Xanadu” will be released via Hurricane Cove Records on February 13, available on major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp. Laptop’s much-anticipated "On This Planet" album will be released on June 5. The band performs next at NYC's Mercury Lounge on April 9, along with UK rockers Art Brut.

Resistor Announce New Album "BITE THIS!" + Share "Dead Soul" Video

Long Island, NY quintet RESISTORAnthony Grambo [vocals], Anthony Conti [guitar], Ian Schneider [bass], Anthony Arce [turntables], and Peter Smith [drums] — channel the cocky bravado of O.G. nu-metal through a prism of 21st century hardcore spiked with DJ squeals and vitriolic spitting.

They announce their new album BITE THIS!, out March 27. Pre-order it here.

The band also dropped the video for "DEAD SOUL."

Watch it below.

"We feel 'DEAD SOUL' is the perfect introduction to this record," says Schneider. "This has been one of our favorite tracks, from its initial conception to final execution. The themes of Resistor's music have always boiled down to 'Fuck you' and 'DEAD SOUL' is no exception to that central meaning. We're so excited to finally be able to share this song with you all and hope it resonates as strongly with you as it has with us."

At the epicenter of extreme metal, hardcore, and nu metal, Resistor have patented their own pummeling sound—which they've appropriately christened "knuckle dragging wika wika core."

They don't just flirt with breaking genre boundaries; they proudly fuck everything up in their path.

Resistor drop grooves heavy enough that prolonged listening could either stunt your growth or split the ground beneath your feet. Either way, you'll undoubtedly want more from the group, which harnesses a burst of concentrated energy from the respective shockwaves of their five distinct personalities and musical identities.

Additionally, Resistor are touring with Yosemite In Black. All dates are below.

RESISTOR ON TOUR:
WITH YOSEMITE IN BLACK:

2/19 — Lynchburg, VA — Super Rad Arcade
2/20 — Greensboro, NC — Hangar 1819
2/21 — Gastonia, NC — The Rooster
2/22 — Warner Robins, GA — Reverb Room
2/24 — Jacksonville, FL — The Albatross
2/25 — West Palm Beach, FL — Respectable Street
2/26 — Tampa, FL — The Noise Box
2/27 — Mobile, AL — Alabama Music Box
2/28 — Atlanta, GA — 529 EAV
3/1 — Nashville, TN — DRKMTTR
3/2 — Evansville, IN — Six Strings
3/3 — Jeffersonville, IN — Wrongside 812
3/4 — Dunbar, WV — The Shop
3/5 — Thomasville, PA — Race Horse Tavern
3/6 — Baltimore, MD — Morsbergers
3/7 — Salisbury, MD — Lurking Class Skate Shop

"Collaboration makes Resistor what it is," states Schneider. "Every member's hand is on the music. As a listener, you're getting these distinct sets of influences and voices all coming together. Our vision is to maintain the heaviness and the catchiness, so it's ignorant and genuine. Other than a few impacts and bass drops, everything was created by a live instrument. We pulled inspiration from the past, but it’s definitely modern and authentic."

Speaking of authentic, the band originated out of a friendship forged between Conti and Grambo. They first crossed paths at a skate park, began hanging out all of the time, and eventually decided to write songs. The lineup solidified with the addition of Smith, Schneider, and Arce. They shored up their signature style with the So It Begins EP [2023] and HEADCASE EP [2025], tallying millions of streams in the process. On the road, the group notably packed houses and emerged as an outlier with enough gusto to set it off everywhere from Gathering of the Juggalos to the Inkcarceration pre-show. Throughout 2025, they pieced together BITE THIS! with producer Randy LeBoeuf [Kublai Khan TX, The Acacia Strain, Gideon].

Ultimately, Resistor live outside the neutral zone.

Orbit Culture Release Live Video For "The Storm" + North American Tour Starts 2/18

Right before embarking on their next quest — an extensive tour throughout USA and Canada with support coming from Ov Sulfur and Atlas — ORBIT CULTURE are releasing a live video for the fan-favorite "The Storm," which was filmed by Riivata Visuals and Grimvisions during their highly successful European tour last winter.

Watch the video below.

The band comments, "This video for 'The Storm' documents our last headline tour. Most of the footage was shot in Gothenburg, close to where we come from. Watching it now brings us back to a night that carried real weight — intense, focused, and honest. It was a defining moment for us, and 'The Storm'
reflects that feeling without needing to explain it."

It marks another video for their acclaimed album Death Above Life that was released to overwhelmingly positive feedback by fans and media in October of last year.

"The album represents change, a new beginning," says guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Niklas Karlsson. "It brings up a lot of good and bad emotions but it’s a big change for the better. It feels like a rebirth."

Catch them on the upcoming dates, posted below.

Hailing from the small town of Eksjö, Sweden (located between the revered metal cities of Gothenburg and Stockholm), the quartet (guitarist and vocalist Niklas Karlsson, guitarist Richard Hansson, bassist Fredrik Lennartsson and drummer Christopher Wallerstedt) have grown into a global force, melding together riffs that are equal parts thrash, death metal and industrial with arresting hooks and a layered atmosphere that invites comparison to Gojira, Metallica and Static-X while carving out something that is uniquely their own. Orbit Culture are a band poised. They are the sound of metal in the most modern sense.

War On Women Release Announce New Album "Time Under Tension" + Release New Single "Messages Unsent"

NEW ALBUM "TIME UNDER TENSION" OUT ON MAY 8, 2026

Smartpunk Records and War On Women are teaming up for a big year of new music that's as timely as ever. The band's fifth full-length album, "Time Under Tension," comes out on May 8, 2026. While the upcoming record fulfills fans' cravings for thoughtful lyrics and powerful punk energy rooted in advocacy, the band also experiments with melodic genre elements from alt-rock, indie, and more. This expansion and evolution are captured clearly in their latest single, "Messages Unsent" - Listen below;

Shawna Potter, vocalist of War On Women, elaborated further on the heartfelt meaning behind the track, "This is the first love song I’ve written in a long time, certainly the first in this band. It’s about the idea that once you really have something to lose, a partner or a life you love (or in this case, my dog Rosie), then you start to care more about your own safety, about sticking around. You start thinking about your mortality, and theirs, and it’s terrifying. But even if we don’t get forever, I like the idea that love can live on.

We wanted to create a video as bittersweet and nostalgic as the song itself so we opted to revisit the first tour we did post-2020, when we weren't sure if we'd ever get to play live music again. The joy of gathering against such a tragic backdrop mimics the songs themes of love and loss."

Jamey Johnson to Headline Nashville Ballet's 37th Annual Ballet Ball

Nashville Ballet is thrilled to announce 10-time GRAMMY nominee and Grand Ole Opry member Jamey Johnson will headline the entertainment for the 37th Annual Ballet Ball on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Inspired by the timeless beauty of Swan Lake, the highly-anticipated gala will blend classical elegance with contemporary celebration in honor of the Nashville Ballet’s milestone 40th Season. Johnson’s appearance will mark his second appearance at the annual Ballet Ball as he was part of a Johnny Cash tribute lineup in 2018.

Called “one of the greatest country singers of our time” by The Washington Post, Johnson brings a powerful blend of classic country, Americana and mainstream rock to the 2026 Ballet Ball. Guests will enjoy an exclusive, one-night-only performance by Johnson alongside special performances by Nashville Ballet company artists.

“I am excited to perform for a world-class arts organization like Nashville Ballet and their patrons who recognize the power of storytelling through dance and music,” said Jamey Johnson. “Nashville has an incredible arts scene right here in our own backyard and I’m thrilled to be performing for a community that truly values creativity.”

Johnson released his latest album, Midnight Gasoline, in November 2024 through a collaboration between his label Big Gassed Records and Warner Music Nashville. He also recently released “Never Gonna Be” with Ronnie Dunn and “Smoke” with Riley Green. Widely regarded as one of the greatest songwriters of his generation, Johnson is one of only two artists in country music history, alongside Kris Kristofferson, to win two Song of the Year awards in the same year for “Give It Away” and “In Color,” from the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association.

A consummate storyteller, Johnson’s songs have been recorded by George Strait, Trace Adkins, Willie Nelson, James Otto and Joe Nichols. His recent television performances, including “Georgia on My Mind” for the CBS special Willie Nelson’s 90th Birthday Celebration, “Angels Among Us” for CMT Giants: Alabama and “Beer for My Horses” with Lainey Wilson for the NBC special Toby Keith: American Icon, have been widely recognized as standout moments. The Recording Industry Association of America has honored Johnson for more than 9 million sales and streams, including the 5X platinum-certified single “In Color.”

Renowned for its sweeping romance, haunting beauty and emotional depth, Swan Lake will influence every detail of the evening, from ethereal design elements to dramatic staging to evoking the elegance, mystery and grandeur of Tchaikovsky’s beloved work. Esteemed Nashville event planner Bruce Pittman has been charged with bringing this vision to life.

“The Ballet Ball is where Nashville’s creative spirit, generosity and love for the arts truly come together,” said Nick Mullikin, Artistic Director & CEO of Nashville Ballet. “As we celebrate our 40th Season with a Swan Lake inspired evening, welcoming an artist of Jamey Johnson’s caliber elevates the experience for our patrons while directly supporting the work we do onstage and throughout the community.”

Ballet Ball patrons will enjoy a gourmet dining experience by Kristen Winston Catering, paired with handcrafted cocktails and curated beverages provided by Lipman Brothers, LLC. The gala celebration will continue into the evening with the Late Party to include dancing with Bizz and Everyday People band.

Community leaders Neil Krugman, Lisa Manning and Julie Schneider are the Ball Co-Chairs, alongside Honorary Chair Barbara Turner, helping lead one of Nashville Ballet’s most important fundraising events. Additionally, Catherine Bradbury, Eli Gibbons, Sophie Scott Howard, Preston Howard and Kimberly Macdonald are the Late Party Co-Chairs for one of Nashville’s most anticipated and impactful evenings of the year.

The annual black-tie event is a cornerstone fundraiser for Nashville Ballet and a driving force behind the organization’s Community Engagement and Education Initiatives. During the 2024–25 season alone, these programs delivered more than 55,000 arts experiences to Middle Tennesseans, including free tickets to Nashville’s Nutcracker, Storytime performances at local libraries and dance education programs in 40 schools. With over 23,000 individuals reached through free performances, Nashville Ballet continues ensuring the beauty and impact of dance remain accessible to all.

Nashville Ballet is proud to acknowledge the generous support behind this special celebration honoring the company’s 40th Season, including HCA Healthcare/TriStar Health, Littler Mendelson, P.C., Pinnacle Financial Partners and The Sandra Schatten Foundation. In addition, the Late Party is sponsored by Polsinelli. Their partnership helps make this milestone evening possible.

Underwriting opportunities and reservations for the annual gala are still available. For more information, email events@nashvilleballet.com or for tickets to the Ballet Ball Late Party, visit NashvilleBallet.com/late-party.

The Ballet Ball’s Swan Lake inspired theme pays homage to one of ballet’s most iconic masterpieces as the full-length production returns to TPAC’s Jackson Hall from February 27 – March 1, 2026. Tickets are on sale now at NashvilleBallet.com or by phone at 615-297-2966 ext. 710.

Guilt Trip Drop 3-Track "God Forgives" EP Today + Share Video for "Dirt" + "Angel Eyes"

Manchester, UK-based five-piece GUILT TRIP  Jay Valentine [vocals], Jak Maden [guitar], Sam Baker [guitar], Tom Aimson [drums], and Lily Kilcoyne[bass] — are one of the most exciting and fast-rising bands in heavy music. They have surprise-dropped the three-song EP, God Forgives, today, February 11. Listen and get it here.

It includes two new tracks — "Dirt" (which premiered on Daniel P Carter's Radio 1 Rock show on February 9) and "Angel Eyes" (which premiered via SiriusXM Liquid Metal on February 10) — as well as a new mix of the previously released "Burn."

The band also shared a music video event presented in two parts featuring "Dirt" and "Angel Eyes," which can be viewed below. It's quite a one-two knockout punch.

"God Forgives is a culmination of progress and the embodiment of Guilt Trip's identity, whilst consciously trying to build on the style and songwriting onSeverance we are yet embracing and moving with the sound we achieved on that record," says Valentine. "The songs were written with one thing in mind: 'Make it better' and we hope we have hit the mark for every Guilt Trip fan out there."

Regarding the accompanying video, he says, "It was birthed by a mix of transitioning lyrical themes into visuals and original ideas that we felt best represented the subject matter metaphorically. We wanted to show something other than just a live performance — a story that could entertain while relating to the music and still convey a message but be open enough for the watcher to make their own interpretations."

The EP highlights the band's gritty and groove-laden metallic hardcore style — and is just a taste of what's to come for the band's forthcoming full-length.

Guilt Trip, who announced their signing to Roadrunner Records last year, will also embark on a co-headline U.S. tour with Malevolence that runs through April. All dates are below. Get tickets here

ABOUT GUILT TRIP:
Historically, Manchester, UK breeds a certain toughness. As a pillar of the 19th century Industrial Revolution in Northern England, factories and warehouses line much of the city's rain-baptized topography. A hardworking lot who shoot straight without apology, its denizens traditionally take an incredible amount of pride in where they come from. Embodying the grit and gusto of Manchester, Guilt Trip bring a blast of homegrown intensity to their hybrid of hardcore and metal. The five piece slides striking melodies in between throat-slitting thrashy riffs and earth-splitting breakdowns.

Amassing tens of millions of streams and playing to packed crowds, they’re primed to amplify this hometown energy and pride on a global scale with a series of 2025 singles and their forthcoming debut LP for Roadrunner Records. More information about the new album will be released in due course.

Guilt Trip started to forge a seething signature style without comparison back in 2015. Jay and Jak cemented a lifelong bond as best friends at four-years-old when they met at reception in school. Over the years, the duo introduced one another to various favorite bands. Eventually, they welcomed fellow Manchester scene friends Tom, Sam, and Lily to the fold. To get to this point, the collective grinded the old-fashioned way one gig at a time, bulldozing their way out of sweaty basements and onto cramped club stages. They dropped the Unrelenting Force EP during 2016 followed by their 2019 full-length debut, River of Lies. The latter spawned "Thin Ice," which reeled in 7.1 million Spotify streams and counting. 2023's Severance marked a turning point. It boasted popular collaborations with LANDMVRKS and Malevolence, while KERRANG! hailed their "unique brand of hardcore that sees them delve into elements of thrash, old-school hardcore and fist-pumping metal." Beyond sharing the stage with everyone from Sylosis to While She Sleeps, they lit up festivals, including Download, Hellfest, and more. Attracting Roadrunner Records to their corner, the musicians decamped to StudioOWZ in Clarbeston, Wales with producer and engineer Adam "Nolly" Getgood [Periphery] during early 2025.
