Morgan Wallen Releases “Miami” ft. Lil Wayne & Rick Ross

After teasing a new rendition of his Keith Whitley-inspired “Miami” in The Magic City itself during his walkouts at Hard Rock Stadium on July 11 and 12, Morgan Wallen’s remix featuring rappers Lil Wayne and Rick Ross is available now. Listen Below.

Wallen first tossed the idea of featuring a rapper on the Charlie Handsome produced song during his interview with Theo Von in April, stating at the time, “It seemed like it could use a rapper on there. I didn’t end up using a feature… it’s one of those songs where it wouldn’t be surprising if we got a remix and did that once it’s out.”

“Miami” is track 35-of-37 on Wallen’s fourth studio album, I’m The Problemreleased in May. I’m The Problem remained atop the Billboard 200 chart for eight consecutive weeks in the US and Canada, and has already yielded four No. 1’s at Country radio, including “Just In Case,” which is on its third week at No. 1, and the title track, which remained at No. 1 for eight weeks.

Upon its release, I’m The Problem debuted at No. 1 globally across seven countries, while Wallen also broke his own record for the most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 History, with 37 songs charting on release week – claiming all top three spots. Wallen has since claimed 10 weeks with at least three songs in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the only country artist to achieve this feat. Wallen is on his ninth consecutive week atop the all-genre Billboard Artist 100 chart – marking 28 career weeks on top.

Abroad, I’m The Problem became Wallen’s first album to debut at No. 1 on the UK Official Charts, making him one of only five artists to debut at summit with a country album. In Australia, I’m The Problem became the longest-running No. 1 album by a country artist in 10 years, with three consecutive weeks atop the ARIA albums chart, while “What I Want (feat. Tate McRae)” recently topped Australia’s Country Airplay chart.

The project sparked Wallen’s 2025 I’m The Problem Tour, which is currently underwaywith just 12 dates remaining. I’m The Problem Tour included previous stops in Houston, TX; Miami Gardens, FL; Glendale, AZ and two consecutive nights at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, WI, marking the largest concerts in the state’s history.

With upcoming stops in Seattle, WA; Cleveland, OH; Foxborough, MA and more, I’m The Problem Tour features a rotating lineup of guests including Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel in direct support with Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and Anne Wilson as second-of-four, and Zach John King added as first-of-four on all remaining dates.

About Morgan Wallen:
Morgan Wallen sets the pace in, and beyond, country music – with Billboard calling him “one of the biggest stars in the music world right now” and The New Yorker adding “[he’s] popular on a scale that seems to circumvent genre entirely.” With 19 No. 1 singles at Country radio, 19 Billboard Music Awards to-date, more than 190 weeks spent atop Billboard’sTop Country Albums chart (the most in country music history), the highest selling country tour under his belt and more, Wallen has propelled country music to a global level in less than five years.

Wallen’s fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, available now via Big Loud / Mercury, debuted at No. 1 globally across seven countries; while his preceding albums – Dangerous: The Double Album and One Thing At A Time – have remained in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart for more than 100 weeks each, making him the first artist ever to achieve that feat. I’m The Problem – which Hits Daily Double observes is “a 37-song cycle of self-reckoning” – has already yielded four No. 1’s at Country radio, including the title track, which remained at No. 1 for eight weeks. Wallen also broke his own record for the most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 History, with 37 songs charting on release week.

Wallen’s 20-stadium-show 2025 I’m the Problem Tour kicked off on June 20 in Houston, Texas. Coupled with his personally-curated, multi-genre Sand In My Boots Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama and album release show at The Roundhouse in London in May, these 22 shows are the only place to see the superstar this year.

Wallen continues to donate a portion of every ticket sold to his Morgan Wallen Foundation — which supports youth music and athletic programs and gives communities access to essentials in times of crisis. More at  MorganWallen.com.

About Koe Wetzel
Koe Wetzel never met a genre wall he couldn’t tear down. The Texan singer-songwriter has earned a rabid audience for his songs that mix country, rock, hip-hop, and even Nineties grunge. With his defining fifth studio album, 9 Lives, released in 2024 via Columbia Records, Wetzel earned recognition on several major year-end best-of lists, including Rolling StoneBillboard, the Tennessean and more, with the Los Angeles Times naming lead single “High Road” (feat. Jessie Murph) as the No. 8 best song of 2024 across all genres. The single not only marked Wetzel’s debut at Country radio, it also held the No. 1 spot for five weeks and became his fastest song to reach the RIAA Platinum milestone to date. Previously, his 2016 album Noise Complaint endeared him to fans with its no-holds-barred lyrics about drunken nights, broken hearts and stints in jail, and included the Gold-certified hits “Love” (feat. Parker McCollum), “Something to Talk About” plus the infamous “February 28, 2016.” Wetzel’s 2020 major label debut, Sellout, only furthered his legend with the Platinum-certified “Drunk Driving” and “Good Die Young” plus the Gold-certified “Kuntry & Wistern.” The 2022 follow-up, Hell Paso, hit No. 3 on Billboard’s Country Albums and spawned hits on both the country and rock charts, including the Gold-certified “Creeps” and “Cabo.” To date, Wetzel has amassed 3.7 billion total streams and has created a genuine experience with his live concerts, which he describes as “total chaos.” Wetzel performed for well over 200,000 fans across the U.S. in Europe in 2024, with over 96% of all headline tickets sold, in addition to playing prominent festival sets and opening for Morgan Wallen on the superstar’s One Night at a Time Stadium Tour, while 2025 sees him again embark on a year of heavy touring both as a headliner and alongside Wallen and HARDY.

"American Idol" Winner Iam Tongi Announces Headlining Tour for This Fall

Following a whirlwind year of landmark achievements, heartfelt performances, and rapidly growing fan support, “American Idol” Season 21 winner Iam Tongi is heading out on the road for his first full national headlining run. The Iam Tongi Fall Tour will bring Tongi’s signature blend of emotional storytelling, island soul and acoustic warmth to fans across the U.S. this October and November. A second leg with west coast dates will be announced soon. Tickets are on sale now at iamtongiofficial.com

The tour comes on the heels of several major career milestones for the 20-year-old Hawaiian singer-songwriter, including being featured on Disney’s live-action Lilo & Stitch soundtrack, delivering a fan-favorite version of “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride;” a performance of his latest single “Unbreak My Heart” on The Kelly Clarkson Show; a surprise plaque presentation for over 100 million career streams during CMA Fest week, where he made his debut; as well as a debut on the famous Grand Ole Opry.

Tongi’s latest release, “Unbreak My Heart,” is a powerful tribute to his late father, whom he emotionally honored with his unforgettable “Monsters” audition on American Idol  – a performance that brought all three judges to tears and has since become the most-viewed audition in the show’s YouTube history with over 39 million views. The new song continues Tongi’s tradition of vulnerable, soul-deep storytelling and was praised for its “vocals tinged with pain and perseverance.”

The Iam Tongi Fall Tour will bring the rising star to nearly 30 cities across the country, including Nashville, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Chicago and more. Whether fans have been with him since Idol or are just discovering the music, this tour promises a live experience filled with heart, harmony and healing.

He is currently on the road this summer including several dates as support for Hawaiian singer-songwriter Maoli on his Last Sip of Summer Tour, Niko Moon’s American Palm Tour, as well as Kolohe Kai’s What Aloha Means Tour

COLIN STOUGH BRINGS “WHITE TRASH” TO LIFE

19 Recordings / BMG Nashville’s Mississippi rebel Colin Stoughreleases the official music video for his latest single “White Trash” – watch Below.

Directed by Randy Shaffer and shot in Nashville, TN, the official music video brings to life significant moments from Stough’s past. From a pawn shop guitar trade – the exact one he purchased with childhood possessions at age 8 is featured in the video – to small town scenes checking on a pet chicken in a trailer park, buying a souped-up new truck, catfishing lessons, setting off fireworks inside city limits, and more, the living snapshot delivers on all things “White Trash.”

Co-written by Stough, Jamie Collazo, and Kenny Whitmire, and produced by James LeBlanc and Phillip White, “White Trash” is a battle cry for the outcast — fueled by conviction and delivered with a devilish grin. Driven by raw vocals and a defiant country-rock swagger, the unapologetic declaration finds Stough doing what he does best: stripping away pretenses and leaning full-tilt into every scar, setback, and stereotype with pride.

Stough will continue working on new music as he hits the road for select performances throughout the summer and early fall. Full list of 2025 tour dates below.

COLIN STOUGH 2025 TOUR DATES

7/30: Sturgis, SD (Kickstands Bar & Grill)

8/9: Campbell, MO (Campbell Peach Fair)

9/20: Morehead, KY (Poppy Mountain Bluegrass Festival)

10/11: Salt Lake City, UT (Utah State Fair Park)

About Colin Stough
Born on the Mississippi-Alabama border, Colin Stough was raised on Southern rock and second chances. A self-taught guitarist and gravel-voiced storyteller influenced by The Allman Brothers, Conway Twitty, and Koe Wetzel, he first picked up a guitar at age 8, later trading in his prized possessions for a pawn shop acoustic — one he still plays today. After high school, he worked full-time as an HVAC tech until his mom pushed him to audition for American Idol Season 21. That leap launched a life-changing ride: a standout third-place finish, a deal with 19 Recordings / BMG Nashville, and a breakout debut with songs like “Bad Day” and “I Still Talk to Jesus.”

With a skinned-raw vocal and lyrics carved from lived experience, Stough has built a loyal following of nearly 750k across social platforms. His EPs Promiseland and Lookin’ For Home offer a no-frills portrait of a 20-year-old navigating scars, faith, and fire with Southern grit. He’s opened for acts like Chase Matthew, Drake White, and Kidd G, and is continuing to build his live show through 2025. A student of Skynyrd and the outlaw spirit, Stough isn’t chasing trends with his latest release "White Trash" — he’s telling the underdog’s truth, one song at a time.

Stoned Jesus Shine Mightily on "Shadowland"

Whether climbing to doomy peaks or bouldering through a radio-friendly banger, over the course of the past decade and a half, Stoned Jesus have left a mark on the world of rock as true trailblazers. "Five albums in, the band have grown well beyond their monolithic roots", wrote Doom Charts, who named their last album one of the 2023's best.

This year, following a successful showing at Hellfest and ahead of their long-awaited return to Latin America, Stoned Jesus are embarking on their most expansive journey yet. Songs to Sun is the first in an upcoming trilogy of albums that promises to take these heavy progressive rockers to the dark side of the moon and back. While well-marked by their mind-melting heaviness, the album's lead single is haunted by shadows of doubt. But on "Shadowland", frontman Igor Sydorenko and his new mates outrun their demons with fresh twists and the catchiest hooks of their career.

"This song is about finding solid ground amidst the instability of the past few years", Sydorenko says. "The opening hook screams Alice In Chains, while the pulsating verses evoke Mastodon at their poppiest. And the climax is something else entirely!"

Watch the high-speed video for "Shadowland" below.

Songs to Sun comes out September 19, 2025 on Season of Mist.

Fans of Stoned Jesus will catch nods to Seven Thunders Roar and The Harvest along the heavy path paved by Songs to Sun. Though the video opens with the band only coming into frame, "Shadowland" is clearly their vision. A grungy riff slithers over a mountainous bass line scooped out by newest member Andrew Rodin. Fellow newcomer Yurii Ciel snaps into a hi-hat strut, greasing the way for Sydorenko to slide into the band's catchiest guitar lick since "Here Come The Robots".

"Each album in our upcoming trilogy highlights a different phase to Stoned Jesus", Sydorenko says. "Songs to Sun shows off our heavier, more aggressive side".

Stoned Jesus' new single does ride to a mean, road-burning groove. But "Shadowland" has some new tricks tucked between its blinding hooks. "We love to take influences from other musical genres", says Sydorenko. "I like prog rock, while Andrew and Yurii like everything from black metal to hip-hop and folk". As the band wind their way back to the song's shout-aloud chorus, first, they must sift through a glowing mist cast by a gothic spell of keys.

An existential shadow hangs over Songs to Sun. The album reflects on the unstable ground that Sydorenko navigated after the band's previous lineup dissolved. Like the mysterious figures that creep and crawl around every corner of the video, insecurity looms over "Shadowland"."Ground under my feet is / Turning to quicksand", Sydorenko sings right before the compressed bridge cuts out. But even when shrouded by depression, Stoned Jesus are guided by the spirit of innovation. Right as their new lineup comes fully into focus at the end of the video, the song's closing sprint breaks toward the light with a high-powered fusion of pop melodies and headbanging prog.

"There's a constant sense of instability that seeps through the lyrics of Songs to Sun", Sydorenko says, "but experimenting with the music is what helps give our lives a solid foundation".

Songs to Sun is the first album in a forthcoming trilogy that once complete, will stand as the pinnacle of what's been a decades-long trip for Stoned Jesus. While picking up where Father Light left off, Sydorenko and his new mates still nod to Seven Thunders Roar and The Harvest along the way. But by merging metal's fiery intensity with mind-melting grooves, vintage prog and their catchiest choruses yet, they bring the many distinct phases of Stoned Jesus to a bright, burning head.

'Picking Scabs' follows recent singles 'ALL_IS_RUST' and 'SPIT!', featuring Chris Mackertich of DREGG, both of which signalled an evolution in the band’s sound, introducing new vocal textures and their first-ever guest collaboration. Their new music adds another layer to the dark atmosphere MÉLANCOLIA are becoming known for and were written to be played live, specifically to cater for sing alongs, mosh pits and stage dives.

WEDNESDAY 13 comments about "Rotting Away":
"I’m putting the Fun back in Funeral with our new video for 'Rotting Away.' I had such a great time filming this and wanted to do something fun, campy, and different from the other band performance videos. Inspired by the original Night Of The Living Dead film, Tom Petty’s video 'Last dance with Mary Jane' along with a little Weekend at Bernie’s thrown into this."

Watch the "Rotting Away" music video below.

WEDNESDAY 13 is currently touring the UK and Europe with support from Fearless Vampire Killers and The Nocturnal Affair, with more performances to slay in cities like Birmingham, Prauge, Vienna, and beyond. The tour also features festival stops at Wacken Open Air and Poland Rock Festival. Then, later this fall, Wednesday will return to the UK and Europe for his Mid Death Crisis tour, starting October 17 in Oslo, Norway!

Between these tours, WEDNESDAY 13 will perform at a special event honoring the late Joey Jordison on Friday, October 3. Thy Catafalque Release Live Video Ahead of First Latin American Tour

Even when it was only thought of as a studio project, Thy Catafalquehad a vision that extends beyond borders and boundaries. Over the past two decades, Hungarian mastermind Tamás Kátai and his growing cast of collaborators have brought the deadly art of extreme metal into close conversation with the avant-garde.

"XII: A gyönyörű álmok ezután jönnek is a feast for the ears", New Noise wrote in a 5 star review of Thy Catafalque's latest opus. "[it's] a celebration of the powers of music, bursting to express itself in whatever form it chooses to inhabit. An album to inexorably fall in love with".

Now, fresh off their debuts at Hellfest and Kilkim Žaibu, followed by a resounding return in front of their home crowd at Fishing on Orfű, Thy Catafalque are preparing to tour Latin America for the very first time. As the group prepare to ignite crowds from Mexico to Argentina, today, they are releasing a live video from last year's hometown performance of the most chilling epic off their dark and dreamy twelfth album.

"This is a massive step-up for Thy Catafalque", Kátai says. "We are very excited to play for our fans in places where we've never gone before".

Watch Thy Catafalque perform "Ködkirály" live at Dürer Kert  Below

XII: A gyönyörű álmok ezután jönnek (The Beautiful Dreams Are Yet to Come) is out now on Season of Mist.

Heading into Thy Catafalque's twelfth album, Tamás Kátai set out to make a straightforward metal record. But A gyönyörű álmok ezután jönnek wound up taking him on another surreal headtrip.

In English, "Ködkirály" translates to "King of Fog". The song unfolds somewhere between dreams and nightmares. Martina Veronika Horváth and Ivett Dudás rise amidst cosmic synths like fog beneath a sinking moon. Their chilling cleans left the sold-out crowd at the influential Hungarian underground venue completely mesmerized. With his deep rippling bass lines, Kátai only deepens the spell.

Of course, Thy Catafalque aren't ones to leave their fans in suspense. Halfway through "Ködkirály", a death metal riff comes thundering down from the blackened sky. When dueling guitarists Zoltán Vigh and Krisztián Varga  unfurl a procession of gloomy tremolo picking, it's harrowingly clear that the king has come. "Hullj, nehéz eső / Fall, heavy rain", roars Gábor Dudás, commanding the group's many followers to bang their heads.

The video for "Ködkirály" was recorded on November 23, 2024 at Dürer Kert, Budapest, Hungary.

Dead Poet Society Share "Running In Circles (Stripped)"

Los Angeles quartet DEAD POET SOCIETY, who were tipped by The New York Post's Page Six as a band to know, dropped their second album FISSION in 2024 via Spinefarm. It's available here.

Today, they share a stripped down and reimagined, piano-driven version of their hit single "Running In Circles."

Listen to "Running In Circles (Stripped)" below

How the song came to be is quite the plot twist involving a fan and social media!

"A little while ago, we came across our longtime fan (and now friend) Marissa's piano cover of 'Running In Circles' on Instagram. Everything about it — the expression, chord changes, and emotion — moved us. We knew right away that we needed to release this version of a song that's so special to us," the band explains. "Shortly after, we decided to fly Marissa out from Texas and have her officially record the version with Jack singing. We couldn’t be more excited about the result."

DPS will hit the road this summer supporting Chevelle and Asking Alexandria. All dates are below.

ERRA Share Visualizer for New Single "Echo Sonata"

Prolific metalcore progressives ERRA — J.T. Cavey, vocals; Jesse Cash, vocals + guitars; Conor Hesse, bass; Alex Ballew, drums; and Clint Tustin, guitar — dropped the new song "Gore of Being" last week. Watch the video here. It was the first new music from the band since 2024's critically acclaimed CURE and was lauded by Rock Sound for its "stunning collision of brutality and melody we've come to expect from the band" and by Knotfest as "a potent meld of precision and power."

They've followed it immediately with another typically brainy metallic track titled "Echo Sonata."

Watch the visualizer and listen below.

The song nods to both ERRA's past and its future!

"'Echo Sonata' feels like a return to form for the band," explains Cash. "It hearkens back to the spirit of our Drift album, something we didn't initially plan on but something our friends were quick to point out when we were showing them the song. It's a proper representation of the kind of melody and emotion we're going for on the next record."

ERRA will hit the road this summer as main suport for Architects. All dates are below.

During a powerful evening of music and remembrance at Globe Life Field, Pat Green & Friends Texas Flood Relief Livestream raised over $1 million by the end of the broadcast alone, with donations still accumulating to support those affected by recent flooding in Central Texas.

Working in partnership with the Texas Rangers and REV Entertainment, the event brought together a wide-reaching community of artists with over 300,000 viewers, as Miranda Lambert, Jon Pardi, Dierks Bentley, Parker McCollum, Jamey Johnson, Corey Kent, Casey Donahew, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Josh Abbott, Ryan Bingham, Eli Young Band, Flatland Cavalry, Joe Nichols, Kaitlin Butts, Ty Myers, Kevin Fowler, Aaron Watson, Jon Wolfe and Bob Schneider performed.

“I’ve always believed in the power of the community of musicians and music fans,” shares Green. “They all came together last night, where that belief was confirmed in the most beautiful way.”

All proceeds from the concert and livestream will be distributed to Kerr County Relief, TEXSAR and the Do It For Durrett Foundation via The Pat Green Foundation, directly benefiting the families affected by this heart-wrenching disaster. Donations can still be made HERE.

As confirmed last week, the July 4 flood of the Guadalupe River in Central Texas claimed the lives of Green’s younger brother John, John’s wife Julia and their two young sons. They were four of the 129 people known to be lost so far. Over 170 men, women and children remain missing.

Eric Church's 3 Nights at Red Rocks: Full Band Firepower to Stripped-Back Solos, Same-Day New Song & More

With an American Flag scarf given by a fan hanging loosely around his neck on night two-of-three as the band finished “Springsteen,” the sunglass-clad superstar had just downed an airplane bottle of Jack, and was clearly living in the moment as much as the audience as he grinned and acknowledged, “2012 broke out in here real quick.” It was a statement that both acknowledged the jubilance as well as the journey that Eric Church embarked on 20 years ago.

Earlier this week, arriving at the venue for the first time in nine years, Church joked with his crew, “I was a younger man the last time I walked this ramp.” Between reminiscing of his youngest son first attending in a Baby Bjorn and headphones to now standing side stage for “Holdin’ My Own,” Church’s teary eyes reflected the magnitude of the moment and mirrored its lyrics – “If the world comes knocking, Tell ‘em I'm not home, I'm finally holdin’ my own” – holding the crowd right along with him.

“The thing about these shows is you can’t really plan for or manufacture what happens. Either a night, a moment, a show or a melody captures it, or it doesn’t, and this week, every night – and I mean this – for me, it was magic,” Church shared after.

From staying up until 4:22 a.m. on night one and brilliantly deciding during the late-night celebration to add covers on night two like “Gimme Shelter” (during which longtime cohort Joanna Cotten mouthed to him sarcastically in between Merry Clayton’s chorus, “you son of a...”), to being so moved that he debuted a song, “New Old Me,” written that very afternoon on night three, his three-night stint was a creative filled sabbatical in Colorado.

Monday delivered a full-scale production, with a complete horns and strings sections plus a choir for Eric Church vs. The Machine. He played the entire Evangeline vs. The Machine album front to back – and then played 14 more songs. There were some favorites, including “Knives of New Orleans,” and there were some rarities, including “Lynyrd Skynyrd Jones” outside the state of Alabama for only the second time in the last three years.

“I’ll see you in another nine years,” Church told the crowd at the conclusion of the evening. Then he chuckled. “Nah, I’m just kidding,” he said. “Shit, I’ll see you tomorrow night.”

Indeed, with his masterful road crew tearing down that extremely complicated set and loading in a completely new one over the course of just a couple hours, the stage was set for night two – Eric Church vs. The ECB – to make its own mark. It was quickly clear that he and the ECB weren’t just playing the songs that have defined the past two-decades – you could see them living those moments again, too. They started playing “Lotta Boot Left to Fill” in Denver at the Grizzly Rose in November of 2006. Tuesday night, it was back.

“Damn, we were punks,” Church laughed at the conclusion of the song. But he also knew that being a punk is occasionally what navigated him through a career that has never been stereotypical, and also a key reason why he was standing in the spotlight at a sold-out Red Rocks. “Sorry,” he told the crowd with a grin, “I’m enjoying that more than I should.”

Except for “Springsteen” – which still came with a different “Born To Run” intro, because Church just can’t help but push himself to deliver something new with each performance – each of the 23 songs was different on Tuesday, making for 45 different songs played over the first two nights alone.

And yet, there was still one more show to come, with Wednesday’s finale delivering an epic clash of Eric Church vs. The Guitar. The scene was set early, with a heavy rain setting in just before Church took the stage and making for an incredible setting as he opened with the instantly recognizable first few chords of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” immediately letting the crowd know they were in for one of those special nights that wouldn’t soon be forgotten.

The rain came and went initially, but then it unloaded around 11 p.m. It happened to coincide with Church breaking into a 12-song medley in the middle of “Record Year.” By the time he got to the sixth song of the medley, “Tiny Dancer,” it was pouring. In “Through My Ray-Bans,” there’s a line that says, “Tonight we don’t give a damn.” By the time Church and Cotten finished “Like Jesus Does,” it was a borderline monsoon, and this crowd decided they absolutely, positively did not give a damn.

The unscripted backdrop of the night enabled Church to give a performance that instantly goes into his career pantheon. You will never be able to make a list of best Eric Church shows without the Red Rocks rain show in 2025. Likewise, you may not be able to make a list of most memorable Red Rocks shows from any artist without including the Eric Church rain show of 2025. Late in the show, long past midnight and nearly 30 minutes after Church had finished the night’s planned set list and was completely improvising, every single seat was filled as the house lights turned on to illuminate the crowd singing along to “Talladega.” At 12:25 a.m. on a Wednesday, in miserable conditions, there wasn’t a visible empty seat anywhere.

In total, he played 32 songs plus that 12-song medley, putting the total at 44 for the nearly two and a half hours he was on stage (and nearly 100 over the three days). Across the unique trilogy of performances, members of the Church Choir also got a sneak peek at the format of his upcoming Free the Machine Tour that kicks off Sept. 12 in Pittsburgh, Pa., as Church will meld what fans saw across three nights at Red Rocks into one show with robust musical arrangements, original band rock outs and powerful stripped configurations of his catalog.

“You don’t want nights like these to end, and I think that’s what I chase,” adds the North Carolina native. “Everyone who comes to our shows knows what I mean and it’s why they chase it, too.”

Fans can relive all three nights by re-watching the trilogy of livestreams exclusively on Nugs, now through July 27.

Miranda Lambert & Parker McCollum Announce “Band Together Texas,” A Benefit Concert for Central Texas Flood Aid

Texas natives Miranda Lambert and Parker McCollum present Band Together Texas, a star-studded benefit concert on Sunday, August 17 at Moody Center in Austin, benefiting The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, the leading charity behind the ongoing flood relief efforts, and Central Texas Community Foundation

The July 4 flooding was one of the deadliest natural disasters in Texas history, claiming the lives of more than 130 adults and children. As of today, over 100 individuals remain missing. Entire communities were inundated, homes and livelihoods were swept away, and families are still reeling from the devastation. Band Together Texas aims to rally critical support for flood-impacted communities and their ongoing needs as they recover and rebuild.

“One of the things I love about both our artist community and our community in Texas is that we show up for one another, especially in times of such great need like folks in my home state are facing after the flood,” shares Lambert. “There is so much devastation and loss, yet what’s given me hope are the stories of those that have come to the aid of so many. That’s what we want to do with Band Together: Texans helping Texas. We hope it is a night that helps with healing while raising awareness and funds for The Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country and the Central Texas Community Foundation.”

Band Together Texas will feature performances from an all-star roster of Texas talent in addition to Lambert and McCollum – including Ryan Bingham, Wade Bowen, Kelly Clarkson, Ronnie Dunn, Dylan Gossett, Jack Ingram, Cody Johnson, Lyle Lovett, Lukas Nelson, Jon Randall and Randy Rogers Band.

In addition to the musical performances, notable Texans lending their support to the event include actors Matthew McConaughey and Dennis Quaid, former UT Longhorns coach Mack Brown and players Emmanual Acho, Colt McCoy and Vince Young, MLB star and Houston native Roger Clemens plus television host and Dallas native Chris Harrison, with more to be announced.

The evening will also feature tributes to first responders and flood victims, including stories of rescue and resilience shared on stage by emergency personnel.

“The flooding in the Hill Country of Texas is truly heartbreaking,” adds McCollum. “This place and these people are my community. There is a long road ahead rebuilding and even though so many families are facing the unimaginable, we’re Texas strong. Miranda is inspiring in both her music and how big her heart is, and I’m honored to be joining her for this benefit concert to support our fellow Texans and share a night of healing through music.”

Band Together Texas proceeds benefit The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, a Kerrville-based 501(c)(3) public charity that supports both urgent relief and long-term rebuilding following the floods, and Central Texas Community Foundation

Tickets for Band Together Texas at Moody Center will first be made available via presale registration open now through Monday, July 21 at 5 p.m. CT at bandtogethertexas.com. Following the hard-hitting “Tailspin” and fiery lead single “Time Bomb” – currently climbing the Top 40 at Active Rock radio, further solidifying Whiskey Myers’ growing crossover appeal – “Midnight Woman” showcases a different kind of power. The track’s swampy intro explodes into a hard-driving groove laced with classic rock energy. Equal parts grit and seduction, it paints the portrait of a spellbinding force of nature:

“‘Midnight Woman’ is that raw, late-night energy you can’t shake off – part voodoo, part rock ’n’ roll fever dream,” shares lead singer Cody Cannon. “It’s about the kind of woman who doesn’t just walk into your life – she storms in like thunder and leaves you dizzy in her wake.”

The latest release adds to the excitement for Whiskey Myers’ highly anticipated seventh studio album arriving Sept. 26 via the band’s own Wiggy Thump Records. Born from the piney woods of East Texas and shaped in the soul of Nashville during an immersive three weeks with renowned producer Jay Joyce – known for bringing edge, atmosphere and unpredictability to every project (Eric Church, Cage the Elephant, Halestorm, Lainey Wilson) – Whomp Whack Thunder is a strong statement from the multi-Platinum independent band.

“We didn’t set out to chase a specific sound – we set out to make a Whiskey Myers record,” reflects lead guitarist John Jeffers. “Jay pulled something out of us that’s raw and real, and every track’s got a piece of our story in it. This album’s about where we’ve been, what we’ve lived and the scars we earned along the way – and I think Whomp Whack Thunder might just be our most fearless album yet.”

Whomp Whack Thunder is the sound of a band at the height of its powers, marrying Southern swagger with arena-sized rock and soul-searching songwriting. Cannon penned all eleven tracks solo, delivering stories that hit with the emotional weight of lived experience and the firepower of the band’s signature sound to craft a record born of the road and shaped by nearly two decades of defiant, grassroots momentum.

The forthcoming album features the full force of the six piece – Cannon (vocals, guitar), Jeffers (guitar), Cody Tate (guitar), Jamey Gleaves (bass), Jeff Hogg (drums) and Tony Kent (percussion, piano) – with Joyce also contributing keys, organ and guitar, crafting a sonic landscape that stretches from greasy blues-rock riffs to gospel-tinged country soul.

Ahead of the fall release, fans can catch early previews of the new music with the What We Were Born To Do Tour, hitting a sold-out Nashville stop tomorrow, July 19, and visiting cities across the U.S. throughout the summer. Whiskey Myers also co-headlines 14 dates of the Live in 25 Tour with Tedeschi Trucks Band later this year in addition to headlining their own personally curated Moon Crush “Whiskey Moon” music vacation taking over Miramar Beach, Fla. Nov. 7-9.
