Morgan Wallen’s ‘I’m The Problem Tour’ Kicks Off in Houston

Morgan Wallen kicked off the first-of-20 stops on his 2025 I’m The Problem Tour this weekend at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. Paying homage to the Lonestar state, Wallen enlisted former Houston Texans Hall of Fame wide receiver Andre Johnson and beloved Houston salesman Mattress Mack joined for his fan-favorite walk out moment on night one – the raucous “Broadway Girls” transitioning into I’m The Problem’s seventh track, “Interlude,” blaring from the speakers. On the second night, rapper Drake and former Houston Astros pitcher Roger Clemens joined for the walkout.

Taking in the crowd after singing his Platinum-certified “Ain’t That Some” off One Thing At A Time, and “Kick Myself” off his recently-released album, I’m The Problem, Wallen addressed his fans, expressing his gratitude to be back on the road: “I appreciate you choosing to spend your Friday night here with me at NRG Stadium. Before I get any further, I’d just like to say shout out to Andre Johnson and Mattress Mack for doing my walk out with me – a couple of Houston legends, and I appreciate that. I appreciate you guys for giving me such a warm welcome, I can already tell we’re going to have a good time.”

Introducing his next song “I Got Better,” which impacts country radio on Monday, June 23, Wallen added, “This point in the show is usually where I play the album track, the tour title, but we decided to switch it up. I’m gonna play one of my most personal songs, and one of the songs that means the most to me right now off this new record, and I hope you all like it too.”

Later in his set, taking B-stage toward the back of the venue for stripped-back acoustic performances of “Cover Me Up,” “I’m A Little Crazy” and “Sand In My Boots,” Wallen explained the importance of seeing as many fans close-up as he can, despite the size of the stadiums he now plays: “We started out at bars in the afternoons, and we worked our way up to what it is now, and that still blows my mind a little bit. I thought about everything that it’s taken to get to this moment right here, and it wouldn’t be possible without you guys and your support – it means a lot to me, I know it means a lot to my team.

“One thing that I miss about playing those smaller places is I could go out on stage every night, and I could pretty much look at every single person in the eyes. That’s not possible now, but this is my best attempt at getting a little bit closer to you, so I want to sing a few songs back here, acoustic-style.”

During his jaunt back to the main stage, Wallen took a moment to honor his band members on screen – Mark “Taco” Annino on drums; Luke Rice on bass/guitar; Dominic Frost and Tyler Tomlinson on guitar/BGV; Chris Gladden on aux/keys; and Tony Aichele on aux/guitar/pedal steel – as their names and hometowns flashed across the LEDs.

By the time the encore arrived, Wallen re-emerged onto the stage donning an Astros’ Nolan Ryan jersey, one final tribute to the city. Rolling through two of his biggest hits to-date – 16-week Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 “Last Night” and six week Hot 100 No. 1 “I Had Some Help” – Wallen concluded with his breakthrough 2018 hit, “The Way I Talk,” thanking his fans and signing autographs before leaving.

Wallen’s 25 song setlist included a mix of hits both new and old both nights. Wetzel joined Wallen on-stage halfway through each set for a duet of 5x-Platium “Up Down.” Half of the songs throughout the night hailed from his recently released album, I’m The Problem, which has spent five weeks-and-counting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The tour is named after Wallen’s fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, released in May, which debuted at No. 1 across seven countries. In the U.S., Wallen broke his own record for most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 history, with 37 songs charting at once upon its release.

As part of Wallen’s ‘2025 Tour Give Back’ initiative, Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF) is saying thank you to the communities that have welcomed Wallen in with open arms by supporting music programs in touring cities. To commemorate his tour kick off, Wallen donated musical instruments to two local Houston schools: James Madison High School and S.P. Waltrip High School. Wallen donates $3 of every ticket sold to the Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF). MWF supports programs for youth in the areas of sports and music. Learn more at www.MorganWallenFoundation.org.

Wallen’s 2025 I’m The Problem Tour includes stops in Seattle, Washington; Foxborough, Massachusetts; Toronto, Ontario and more. With a second stop added in Madison, Wisconsin, Wallen’s appearances will mark the first time an artist has played two consecutive nights at Camp Randall Stadium.

A rotating lineup of guests including Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel join in direct support with Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and Anne Wilson as first-of-three across select dates.

About Morgan Wallen:
Morgan Wallen sets the pace in, and beyond, country music – with Billboard calling him “one of the biggest stars in the music world right now” and The New Yorker adding “[he’s] popular on a scale that seems to circumvent genre entirely.” With 18 No. 1 singles at Country radio, 19 Billboard Music Awards to-date, more than 190 weeks spent atop Billboard’sTop Country Albums chart (the most in country music history), the highest selling country tour under his belt and more, Wallen has propelled country music to a global level in less than five years.

Wallen’s fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, available now via Big Loud / Mercury, debuted at No. 1 globally across seven countries; while his preceding albums – Dangerous: The Double Album and One Thing At A Time – have remained in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart for more than 100 weeks each, making him the first artist ever to achieve that feat. I’m The Problem – which Hits Daily Double observes is “a 37-song cycle of self-reckoning” – has already yielded three No. 1’s at Country radio, including the title track, which has remained at No. 1 for eight weeks. Wallen also broke his own record for the most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 History, with 37 songs charting on release week.

Wallen’s 20-stadium-show 2025 I’m the Problem Tour kicked off on June 20 in Houston, Texas. Coupled with his personally-curated, multi-genre Sand In My Boots Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama and album release show at The Roundhouse in London in May, these 22 shows are the only place to see the superstar this year.

Wallen continues to donate a portion of every ticket sold to his Morgan Wallen Foundation — which supports youth music and athletic programs and gives communities access to essentials in times of crisis. More at MorganWallen.com.

Whiskey Myers Return to the Road with New Band Baby & Top 40 Rock Single

Genre-defying band Whiskey Myers is officially back on the road tonight, June 23, picking up right where they left off after a brief hiatus in the What We Were Born To Do Tour as guitarist John Jeffers welcomed his second baby boy, with Ozzy Jak Jeffers joining the band family on June 18.

“There’s been a whole wide world out here waiting for you, my son! We love you,” shared Jeffers alongside the news of baby Ozzy’s arrival. “I know there was some confusion on the cancellations/postponed shows this week. Thank you guys for bearing with us!”

The return to touring also coincides with the band’s latest single, “Time Bomb,” exploding into the Top 40 of the Active Rock chart, further solidifying Whiskey Myers’ growing crossover appeal. Having arrived earlier this year as the first preview of Whomp Whack Thunder, their highly anticipated seventh studio album set to release Sept. 26 via the band’s own Wiggy Thump Records, the song epitomizes the project as a whole in channeling the spirit of classic rock through a modern Southern lens. the album is available to pre-order/pre-save HERE.

Ahead of the fall release, fans can catch early previews of the new music with the What We Were Born To Do Tour, resuming tonight and hitting cities across the U.S. throughout the summer. Whiskey Myers also co-headlines 14 dates of the Live in 25 Tour with Tedeschi Trucks Band later this year in addition to headlining their own personally curated Moon Crush “Whiskey Moon” music vacation taking over Miramar Beach, Fla. Nov. 7-9.

Kenny Closes 15 Night Sphere Run w Mac McAnally, 2026 Announce

In the end, it was Kenny Chesney, a single drumstick and a high hat, bashing away alongside matchless drummer Nick Buda on the extended ending of “Don’t Happen Twice.” After 15 nights as the first country artist to headline Sphere Vegas, the man just named Billboard’s No. 1 Country Artist of the 21st Century clearly wasn’t ready to leave the stage, the fun, the wicked jams and the overwhelming No Shoes Nation vocal parts behind.

As the show was winding up, Chesney – who’d been in a revelatory story mode all night – told the crowd, “A couple days ago, they asked us to come back next year.” When “Out Last Night,” the robust midtempo about all the things said to get the job done, was delivered with the Vegas strip and signs surrounding the East Tennessee songwriter/superstar, the Sphere was showered with the No Shoes Nation pirate markings and a slice of globe that read #IGoBack26 and #Summertime26.

“I got a little carried away,” Chesney admitted after the show, “but after all the guests, all the songs we hadn’t planned on, all the people who came from all over, I just didn’t want to keep it a secret. I knew we were coming back, and if No Shoes Nation had half as much fun as we did, I wanted them to know we’d see them right here next summer. What could be better?”

All the surprises included two nights of iconic songwriter, sometime Coral Reefer and dear friend Mac McAnally. Rather than sing the expected “Back Where I Come From,” the duo delivered their No. 1 duet “Down The Road,” originally recorded on McAnally’s Simple Life. After sharing he only learned the dry-witted Mississippian had written Shenandoah’s chart-topping “Two Dozen Roses” at a concert at the Ryman this winter, the pair dove into unexpected treasure.

After talking about performing with James Taylor to sing their friend Jimmy Buffett into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame – and citing the presence of Buffett’s sister Lucy on Saturday night – the pair reprised “Come Monday” to a crowd that lost their minds for the acoustic classic.

That intimate vibe was also in the house for an unscheduled “Old Blue Chair,” which was dedicated to several island friends who were in house. As the video captured the cerulean ocean and contemplative moments of the high impact performer’s unseen moments, the capacity crowd was lost in the beauty and introspection.

“For all the intensity of the production,” Chesney marveled, “these shows have been unbelievably fluid, capable of change-ups and crazy requests. Yes, it really is another dimension when it comes to how you experience the music, but it’s ultimately the songs that stand out.

“Mac McAnally proved that,” Chesney continued. “He is such a soul/heart singer, and all the warmth of what he does only grew greater on that stage. Whether it was mostly the two of us and our guitars or something like ‘Two Dozen Roses,’ the audience got to experience the root of what makes him so great. That voice of his, which feels like an old friend, took on an even more comfortable presence. It was amazing.”

While details for next year’s shows won’t be revealed for several weeks, Chesney’s experience lit such a fire under him he couldn’t wait to share the news. “When we said we were taking No Shoes Nation into another dimension, no one truly knew what that meant. Now that we do, we can’t wait to come back and do it all over again.”

MOTHS' upcoming album, 'Septem,' is a visceral journey through the Seven Deadly Sins, with each track embodying a facet of indulgence, obsession, and self-destruction—from the corrosive jealousy of "Envy" to the insatiable hunger of "Gluttony" and the rage of "Wrath." The album plunges listeners into a dark, immersive experience where desire spirals into chaos.

Diving deeper into heavier territory, MOTHS fuse elements of Death and Black Metal with their signature blend of Progressive, Psychedelic, Doom, and Stoner Metal, crafting a sound that’s both aggressive and atmospheric.

'Septem' was recorded in just five days at Romaphonic Studios in Buenos Aires, capturing the raw energy and inspiration of the setting. It also marks the debut of vocalist Mariel Viruet, whose range spans from haunting melodies to visceral screams.

The album was mixed by Walter Chacón (Los Fabulosos Cadillacs) and mastered by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Katatonia, Between the Buried and Me) at Fascination Street Studios in Sweden.

On the album, Weslie Negrón reflects:

"'Septem' is our most ambitious effort to date. From traveling to another country to record it, to the addition of a new vocalist, and creating it all amidst a world in turmoil—it's incredibly rewarding to finally see it out there. This album contains some of my favorite songs we've ever written as a band. You can feel our chemistry in these tracks, how we came together to make them happen, without any boundaries or 'rules' about how songs should be written. It's an intriguing, unpredictable, and unconventional album, one that I'm sure will feel like a fresh sound to everyone who hears it."

Swollen Teeth Release Latest Single "Foster" + Official Music Video (via Blowed Out Records)

Swollen Teeth have today unleashed their emotionally charged new single "Foster" and the accompanying music video (via Blowed Out Records). Amidst punishing grooves and haunting melodic tension, the track highlights an often overlooked topic in modern heavy music: the importance of a safe home, particularly for children. Today's release is taken from the band's forthcoming new album 'Ask Nothing', out on Friday, September 5 and produced by legendary producer Ross Robinson (Korn, Glassjaw, At The Drive In) and Slipknot's Sid Wilson. When asked about the inspiration behind "Foster", the band commented:

"Home is a place where you feel safe and plant your roots deep enough to grow. We want to provide a permanent home for feelings and emotions. Every child deserves to know they are loved, protected, and cared for unconditionally."

Stream "Foster" at the link here, and watch the official video below. Pre-save 'Ask Nothing' here and pre-order the vinyl here, first pressing limited to 300 copies.

Don't miss your chance to see Swollen Teeth at their newly announced show in Old Town, Maine, on Saturday, July 5, before hitting the stage at this year's FEQ Festival in Quebec on Monday, July 7 and Inkcarceration 2025 in Mansfield, OH, on Saturday, July 19. ABOUT SWOLLEN TEETH

The sound, the look, the atmosphere, the lore. Swollen Teeth are as much a ritual as a performance, summoning primal ferocity in clouds of intrigue with a thundering rumble. Each musical outburst arrives shrouded in mystery, enveloped by a sense of dread, with passion and purpose. Heavy percussion, riffs, punk gang chants, dive bombs, turntables, breakdowns, shrieks, guttural screams, and powerfully unashamed anthemic melodies coalesce in Swollen Teeth. The collective absorbs the raw intensity of the most potent subculture and spits it back with a determined uniqueness. They’ve spent countless hours in the lab, lobbing out occasional missives online like Molotov cocktails. Each of the scattered, chopped-up, and explosive clips unleashed to the world, culled from a handful of shadowy live appearances, built anticipation for the group’s inevitable ascension. They travel in our dimension but are not of it. This is otherworldly chaos without apology.

Swollen Teeth burst onto the scene in 2021 with their self-titled EP, a visceral blend of brutality and raw emotion that garnered praise from heavy music outlets and fans alike. Singles "EMPTY", "LETHAL" "CAR CRASH" and "SWOLLENTEETH" showcased their unpredictable, frenetic energy, which Revolver Magazine described as "brutal as hell." with Metal Hammer enthusing that "there’s an air of grotesque nu metal nastiness that feels like a re-vamped take on the misanthropic nihilism of Iowa’s finest." and Kerrang! musing "What's really heavy, masked, mysterious, sounds like it was made by complete lunatics, and involves Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson and producer Ross Robinson?."

Killswitch Engage Drop "Aftermath" Video — WATCH // Summer of Loud Tour Kicks Off This Weekend

Killswitch Engage  Jesse Leach, vocals; Adam Dutkiewicz, guitar; Joel Stroetzel, guitar; Mike D'Antonio, bass; and Justin Foley, drums — released their latest album THIS CONSEQUENCE on February 21, via Metal Blade. Get it here. The album arrived alongside a hugely successful Winter/Spring 2025 tour, yielded a Top 10 single with "I Believe," and landed the band on the covers of Revolver and Outburn.

The album was another reminder of why KsE, who have earned several gold and platinum certifications alongside three Grammy nominations, remain one of the most enduring bands of the modern metal scene.

Today, the band proudly shares the evocative video for "Aftermath." For this video, KsE collaborated with some of the world's leading environmental groups to highlight damage being done to Earth and things we can all do to help stop it.

Watch the video, produced and directed by Good Eye: Music Visuals Below:

"'Aftermath' is a song about the realization of a tragic event or a war, and the strength it takes to rebuild and the hindsight of the loss, betrayal, and madness that transpired while going through it all," Leach explains. "I think we can all relate to this in one way or another. We see daily the tragedies of humanity as well as the destruction of a place we call home. We have taken so much from our planet and ripped the scales in the incorrect direction."

The singer continues, "This song is not just a desperate song with a sense of sadness and anger — it is a call to arms. I'm urging my fellow humans to rise above the helplessness and despair. I want people to see we need to put one foot in front of the other and start to rebuild our lives. Be it from an abusive relationship, a financial hardship, a death of a loved one, or mourning yet another disaster unleashed upon the natural world."

Leach finishes, "We all have power to create change. To me, this works perfectly with the various organizations we partnered with for this video. We all have a responsibility to the amazing place we call home. All of us can make a difference big or small by just contributing to righting the wrongs and repairing the damage we have inflicted on our planet. Our hope is to inspire others to help contribute to keeping our home safe and clean for future generations. It starts right here and right now with us."

Bask Announce New Album 'The Turning'

Ever since they came rumbling down from the Blue Ridge Mountains, it was clear that Bask are cut from a different neck of the woods than their fellow Southern trailblazers.

"It's really exactly what you want from a musical artist", Heavy Blog is Heavy wrote about the band's previous album, "a group of people creating their own sound that isn't aping anyone".

The climb to reach album number four wound up taking the Asheville natives on one hell of a trip. But The Turning takes Bask's homebrewed Heavy Americana to a new dimension. While its lead single starts with boots firmly planted in familiar metallic pastures, "Dig My Heels" leaps into the great beyond thanks to a gentle nudge from the band's newest member.

"We've been through so many trials and tribulations together over the past five years", Bask says. "We were knocked down by COVID, then by Hurricane Helene. Seeing this album finally come to light is therapeutic for us. The Turning is Bask at our finest. It's our most cohesive and heartfelt effort, an ode to our mountain home in the sky".

Watch the video for lead single "Dig My Heels" Below:

The Turning comes out August 22, 2025 on Season of Mist.

To kick off this heavy and heady new frontier, Bask are touring the East Coast later this summer. Hear them play "Dig My Heels" and other songs from The Turning during the album's opening run out on the road.

The Turning 2025 East Coast Tour
August 20 - Atlanta, GA @ 529
August 21 - Savannah, GA @ El Rocko
August 22 - Asheville, NC @ The Orange Peel
August 23 - Raleigh, NC @ Chapel of Bones
August 24 - Richmond, VA @ Fuzzy Cactus
August 26 - Philadephia, PA @ MilkBoy
August 28 - Searsport, ME @ Starboard Lounge
August 29 - Providence, RI @ Parlour
August 30 - Wallingford, CT @ Cherry Street Station
August 31 - Boston, MA @ O'Briens

For as long as they've been together, Bask have called The Land of the Sky home. "We've been a band longer than we've been with our spouses", says bassist Jesse Van Note. The Turning is still rooted in Appalachia's rugged terrain. The album was recorded at Echo Mountain Recording with producer and fellow Asheville fixture Kenny Harrington, who's also worked alongside Manchester Orchestra. "Dig My Heels" quickly settles into a sunbaked groove with riffs that are as chiseled as red clay. But once drummer Scott Middleton takes the reins, the band's new single bounds off in a proggier direction.

"This song stemmed from Scott calling me out", laughs guitarist Ray Worth. Instead of following Worth's headbanging leads, the band let Middleton's sideways gallop be their guide. "There's nothing wrong with playing in 4/4", Middleton acknowledges, "but if you're not exploring, then you're missing out on a world of opportunity". As "Dig My Heals" rounds the corner into the chorus, what should appear but a country field of paisley countermelodies.

"We all like heavy music and half us grew up around folk and bluegrass", says vocalist and co-guitarist Zeb Wright, "but The Turningleans into that mix even further".

Scott Middleton – Drums

JOHN MORGAN SETS HEADLINING 2025 “FRIENDS LIKE THAT” TOUR

Multi #1 country music artist John Morgan today announces his headlining 2025 “Friends Like That” Tour that will hit major markets such as Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, San Diego and more. Following his FOURTH #1 as a songwriter and first as an artist  - “Friends Like That (feat. Jason Aldean)” - the North Carolinian impacts country radio today as the #1 most added with his fan-favorite and dynamically nostalgic track “Kid Myself.”

“Man, this is my first headlining tour, and I’m pumped to do it with some of my great buddies who we’ll announce very soon,” shares John. “We’re hitting some brand new cities for y’all on this run and are coming back to some of our favorites venues too like Touch of Texas [Binghamton, NY ] and Stashe at the Intersection [Grand Rapids, MI] - ready to bring Carolina Blue out on the road.”

As featured on his critically acclaimed debut album, Carolina Blue, that MusicRow called “a greatest hits collection in waiting” and the Tennessean praised as “a studied, hit-laden road to Nashville country stardom,” “Kid Myself” is already making an impact amongst fans and critics alike. Listen Below

Written by the rising star with Tyler Hubbard and Jordan Schmidt, the breathtaking track travels back to a regretful decision that cut a relationship short. Ecce Shnak kicks off tour with EMF & Spacehog, sharing 'Craig’s List Jawn: ¡Nay! / ¡Yay!'. New 'Backroom Sessions' EP is out now

NYC art-rock quintet Ecce Shnak presents 'Craig’s List Jawn: ¡Nay! / ¡Yay! (Live)', the latest audio-visual offering from their latest 'Backroom Sessions' EP, released via Records, Man Records, as they kick off their West coast tour with platinum-selling legends Spacehog and EMF.

Recorded at Backroom Studios in Rockaway, NJ, the 'Backroom Sessions' EP is a 4-song live set that also includes the raucous 'Fight Song' (Live), a hard-hitting track that offers an ironic take on violence and addressing today's rampant spread of hate-filled vitriol, as well as their groove-inducing opus 'Prayer On Love' (Live) and mind-blowing rock-opera 'Jeremy, Utilitarian Sadboy'.

Ecce Shnak (pronounced Eh-kay sh-knock) is David Roush (composer, bassist and one of two singers), Bella Komodromos (vocals), Chris Krasnow (guitar), Gannon Ferrell (guitar), and Henry Buchanan-Vaughn (drums). Where fervent brilliance blurs into absolute, uncontainable madness, there resides Ecce Shnak, balanced precariously upon an illuminated sonic high wire.

About the new EP, David Roush explains, "While we originally filmed these performances for our YouTube channel, we felt the audio worked as a thrilling scamper through old material and new material alike. In addition, we are finishing a new full-length album and wanted to have something to tide you over, dear Shnak’iversian, until its release next Spring. So until we can share 'Dandy Variances' with you all, here are the “Backroom Sessions.” We so hope you love them tremendously!"

About this tour, he adds, "It is quite surreal. I heard and loved their big radio hits around 10 years old. We are absolutely honored to play with them and have immense gratitude to them for taking us on. Our set list is a mix of the dancey and fuzzy/psychedelia parts of our catalogue, so we are confident EMF and Spacehog fans will shnak out to Ecce Shnak and also feel joyfully reintroduced to the bands they’ve been hoping to see for the better part of two decades.".

The 'Backroom Sessions' EP is out now, available from fine digital music platforms, including SpotifyApple Music, YouTube Music and Bandcamp. Tickets for the Spacehog / EMF / Ecce Shnak tour are available now.

Cryptopsy Release Filthy Bass Playthrough

Just one year after winning a Canadian Grammy, this week, Cryptopsyare officially back with their eerily prescient ninth album. As the most vile band in death metal prepare to tear into An Insatiable Violence, today, their filthy bass player Oli Pinard is releasing a sharp and shiny new playthrough for lead single "Until There's Nothing Left".

Armed with his trusty Spector 5-string, the fleet-fingered Pinard slaps, slides and smacks through the brutal groove of this delicious earworm from An Insatiable Violence. Feast your eyes on his deadly fretwork by peeping the playthrough over at Metal Injection, who recently named Cryptopsy their Artist of the Month.

"It's a tribute to my bass heroes: Steve Harris, Geddy Lee and Steve DiGiorgio", Pinard says about his playing on "Until There's Nothing Left". "I had the idea for the middle part of the song for a long time now. I wrote it during the pandemic without knowing if it would make the cut somewhere. But when I showed my ideas to the guys during one of our writing sessions out on the road, [Christian] Donaldson put his filter on my riffs and made the magic happen!"

The official bass playthrough for "Until There's Nothing Left" was filmed by Emmanuel Pronovost (@Neokosmos) with assistance from audio engineer Dominic Grimard.

Oli Pinard uses Spector
Bass, EMG Pickups, Darkglass Electronics, Neural DSP and Ernie Ball strings.

An Insatiable Violence comes out this Friday, June 20 on Season of Mist.

HOLLOW LEG Kick Off Their "Final Secrets Of The Doominati" Tour With FLORIST

Sludge-tinged riff lords HOLLOW LEG are set to hit the road this summer alongside doom metal voyagers FLORIST for the Final Secrets of the Doominati Tour, a 12-date run through the eastern U.S. that promises crushing volume, mystical overtones, and heavy riffs from beyond. Tickets can be found here and at each venue.

The tour kicks off June 12 in Orlando, FL, and weaves through cities like Atlanta, Brooklyn, and Louisville before wrapping up June 23 in Wilmington, NC. The tour will also include appearances at Hell Chere Fest (Asheville, NC) and Doomfest (Frederick, MD), with each band taking turns headlining select dates.

For HOLLOW LEG, this marks the beginning of a new chapter. The band’s latest full-length album, Dust and Echoes, arrives June 13, 2025, via Third House Communications. A conceptually layered release built from two distinct EP sessions, Dust and Echoes, the album unites nine thunderous tracks that traverse doom, grunge, classic metal, and space rock. Recorded at High Five Studio in DeLand, Florida, and mixed/mastered by legendary producer Zeuss (HATEBREED, CROWBAR, ROB ZOMBIE), Dust and Echoes is the most dynamic and expansive offering in HOLLOW LEG’s discography.

With themes of apocalypse, survival, and rebirth woven into both the music and artwork (courtesy of Shawn Garrett and Jean Saiz), Dust and Echoes captures a world in flux. Tracks like “Holy Water,” “Ride the Wave/Dig the Grave,” and “Last Tribe” guide listeners through the ruins with crushing grooves and hypnotic melodies.

Catch HOLLOW LEG and FLORIST on the Final Secrets of the Doominati Tour and witness the next phase in their heavy evolution.

About HOLLOW LEG:

HOLLOW LEG is a heavy band born in the swamps of Florida, built on riffs, rhythm, and raw energy. Since forming in 2009, the band has forged a sound that blends sludge, doom, and hard rock with elements of grunge, classic metal, and even blues and hip-hop — a swampy, groove-laden punch to the gut that’s as soulful as it is crushing.

Over the years, HOLLOW LEG has carved out a loyal following with their dynamic songwriting, relentless live shows, and a discography that balances grit with atmosphere. The lineup — Scott Angelacos (vocals), Brent Lynch (guitars/backing vocals), John Stewart (drums/percussion), and Tom Crowther (bass) — brings deep roots in the underground, with current and former members of cult bands like BLOODLET, CARIBOU KING, and JUNIOR BRUCE.

With appearances at major underground festivals like Psycho Las Vegas and Maryland Doom Fest, and a catalog of full-lengths and EPs that have pushed their sound in new directions, HOLLOW LEG continues to evolve without losing their core: heavy, honest, and hungry. Whether channeling the slow burn of doom, the swagger of stoner rock, or the urgency of hardcore, they remain fiercely committed to the riff and the truth it carries.

Their new album, Dust and Echoes, is the culmination of everything the band has built — a concept forged from two distinct EPs that fuse into a single, end-of-days experience. It’s their heaviest, most varied, and most fully realized statement yet.

HOLLOW LEG is:

  • Scott Angelacos – Vocals

  • Brent Lynch – Guitars, Backing Vocals

  • John Stewart – Drums, Percussion (including rainsticks)

  • Tom Crowther – Bass

Wind Walkers Release New Music Video "Eating My Heart Out" (via Fearless Records),

Genre-blending metalcore outfit Wind Walkers have today released the official music video for their poignant new track "Eating My Heart Out" (via Fearless Records), directed by Alex Kouvatsos at Blackwolf Imaging. Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, vocalist Trevor Borg commented:

"This song captures the guilt, feeling of distance and identity conflict that comes with life as a musician and being on the road. You can feel such a divide in identity, having to be what your career needs and who your family needs at the same time. I’m sure this song will resonate with people dealing with turmoil in a relationship, but I truly wrote this song to be a portrait of guilt in having uncertain dreams, with the intent to resonate with other artists and people who share the same conflicts. I also intended for it to serve as a message to the fans and lovers of music about the sacrifices that go into the art form they hold so dear to their heart."

Prior to today, the quintet announced signing with Fearless Records and dropped "The End Aesthetic" through their new label home which has clocked up 164k views and counting on YouTube and nearly 1.2 million streams on Spotify alone. Watch "Eating My Heart Out"  below, and stream the track here,

After wrapping up their triumphant run with Memphis May Fire, Wind Walkers will next be hitting the road across North America on Our Last Night's Final Tour alongside Grayscale beginning in August.
