DUSTIN LYNCH’S “STARS LIKE CONFETTI” BURSTS AS NINTH CAREER #1

MULTI-PLATINUM star Dustin Lynch shines atop the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart this week with “Stars Like Confetti.” Marking his ninth U.S. career #1 at Country radio, he also reigns #1 on the Countrytown Hot 50 in Australia.

“What a way to cap off what has been an incredible year for us! Country radio friends and fam, thank YOU for another #1! Big shout-out to Josh Thompson, Thomas Rhett, and Zach Crowell for bringing this one into existence and their surrounding support systems,” shares Lynch. “Speaking of support systems, I’ve got the best. Thank you to my team, band, crew, and the best damn radio folks in the biz – Broken Bow Records. If y’all need me, I’ll be gone huntin’.”

Mixing nostalgia and the passion of young love into a blast of upbeat Country-Rock, the Josh Thompson, Thomas Rhett, and Zach Crowell-penned track is tailor-made for his exhilarating live shows. Also produced by Crowell, the ringing guitars and classic dobro meet a pounding pulse as the heartbeat to Lynch’s bursting vocal, full of energy and ready to move fans by the tens of thousands. Likewise, the Chris Hicky-directed music video shows the supernova in his element, surrounded by festivalgoers from Country Jam USA 2022 (Eau Claire, WI) as the life of the party – like he’s done for 10 years straight. Whether connecting before the concert, thrilling a crowd onstage, or creating the soundtrack to a starry-eyed couple’s love story, the proven entertainer has never been more magnetic or more in tune with the moments that define forever-kind of memories.

Beyond the Gates previously commented,

"We are incredibly proud to announce the first batch of bands for Beyond the Gates 2024. We say this every time, but we do promise that next year is going to be something you’ve never experienced before. On the back of that statement, please welcome the juggernaut that is Behemoth. The band hasn’t played in Bergen since 2012, so their return is much welcomed. We’re also very excited to be able to present Satyricon, who is releasing a new album next spring, and will return to the live scene for the first time in five years!

"Founders and innovators Venom and Watain will also grace Beyond the Gates with a visit next year with their spectacular and energetic live shows.

"Moving on, Trelldom, featuring the iconic singer Gaahl, who will do their first live appearance ever since their formation in the early 90s. Vreid will celebrate 30 years of Sognametal, while Norwegian black metalers Djevel and Dødheimsgard will grant us with exclusive sets.

"Completing the first round of names are the Czech’s Cult of Fire with their massive live show, the mysterious Darkspace from Switzerland and Polish Manbryne, who will do their first concert outside of their home country.

"As always, the festival will be stacked with numerus activities you can experience in addition to the live concerts: Guided tours, fairs, market and so forth."

“As a festival, Beyond the Gates is immediately lovable. Bergen is intrinsically part of that embrace… Sure, Norway’s expensive, but seeing the best bands out there, taking in a Tolkienesque fjord or two, pilgrimaging to Fantoft church, hitting up Gaahl’s art gallery (Galleri Fjalar) nestled in the quaint houses at Bryggen while Freyr gleefully and continually pisses rain on you from the heavens? All worth its weight in hordes of kroner.” - Decibel Magazine, December 2022 issue

Since the inception of the Beyond the Gates festival, fans have been coming to Bergen to see performances of their favorite Norwegian artists in their home environment. As most visitors know, nature and local culture has always been a poignant source of inspiration for the bands emerging from the Bergen scene. Yet again, Beyond the Gates will give all of the traveling fans the opportunity to get an unique insight into all aspects of the Norwegian Metal scene and the local culture in general. In that regard, we’re putting together a series of events before and during the festival so that all of you can discover what inspired – and still does - the Norwegian metal scene.

More special events will be announced, including exclusive listening parties, music and culture panels, in-depth live interviews, and a wealth of of events and activities that will give you a Beyond the Gates Experience that will last for a lifetime. Stay tuned for more...

Craig Morgan and Trace Adkins to perform “That Ain’t Gonna Be Me” on “Fox & Friends” PLUS Morgan will sing the national anthem to kick off the 2023 Fox Nation Patriot Awards

Country music hit-maker, author and patriot Craig Morgan will be joined by fellow Grand Ole Opry member and multi-platinum entertainer Trace Adkins to perform “That Ain’t Gonna Be Me” on Fox & Friends this Thursday, November 16. The collaboration can be found on Morgan’s recently released Enlisted EP. That same evening, Morgan, who is currently an Army Reserve soldier, will have the honor of singing the national anthem as part of Fox Nation’s Patriot Awards, celebrating American patriotism by honoring everyday heroes across the country who have shown dedication to our nation and the values we hold dear.  The show airs live on Fox Nation starting at 7:00 pm central.

The televised performances come on the heels of Morgan and multi-genre hit-maker, CMA New Artist of the Year winner and Grammy Best New Artist nominee,
Jelly Roll, performing their collaboration, “Almost Home,” on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” last week during a special Veterans Day show. Watch the dynamic and emotional performance HERE.

In late July of this year, Morgan
answered the call from the Army Reserve on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry and re-enlisted. Morgan previously served with the Army’s 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions and was making a commitment to attain 20 years of service.

Just as the Army has called on Morgan, the Tennessee native has recruited some of his talented friends to contribute to his latest project, available now. Appropriately titled Enlisted (Broken Bow Records), the six-track release offers new takes on four of his biggest hits along with two new tracks and includes appearances by an all-star group of performers including Trace Adkins,
Luke Combs, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton, and Lainey Wilson

The book chronicles Morgan’s road to success, from his humble childhood in Tennessee to his years as an elite military operative to his country music stardom. Country music fans and thrill seekers alike will love this intimate look at his remarkable life. Learn more HERE.

Morgan previously served seventeen years in the Army and Army Reserve with the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions as an E-6 Staff Sergeant and Fire Support Specialist and including Airborne, Air Assault Jumpmaster and Rappel Master among his certifications. He is now returning to serve his country in a new way – as a soldier in the Army Reserve. The newly sworn in Staff Sergeant and Warrant Officer candidate will continue touring and releasing new music in his civilian career while simultaneously serving our country in the Army Reserve.

ABOUT CRAIG MORGAN:

A multi-faceted entertainer, Craig Morgan has made a name for himself as a country music icon, TV personality, author, celebrated outdoorsman and patriotic Army veteran. One of country music's best-loved artists, Morgan has amassed more than 1.5 billion career streams and charted over 25 songs on Billboard, thrilling massive crowds with signature hits including “Bonfire,” “Almost Home,” “Redneck Yacht Club,” “International Harvester,” “This Ole Boy,” “Soldier,” “That's What I Love About Sunday” and his faith-filled tribute to his son Jerry, “The Father, My Son and The Holy Ghost.” Craig just released his newest project Enlisted, a six-song collection of reimagined hits and brand-new songs featuring collaborations with Trace Adkins, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Gary LeVox, Blake Shelton, and Lainey Wilson.

Craig received one of country music's highest honors when he was inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Prior to becoming a country music star and TV sensation, Morgan served seventeen years serving our country in the Army and Army Reserve and in 2023 enlisted in the Army Reserve, continuing his military career. Morgan remains an avid supporter of America's military personnel and has made more than sixteen overseas trips to perform for our troops. He is a member of the U.S. Field Artillery Hall of Fame and recipient of the USO Merit Award. In 2018 was awarded the Army’s Outstanding Civilian Service Medal, one of the highest awards the Department of the Army can bestow upon a civilian, in recognition of his significant dedication to our military men and women around the world. He remains committed to supporting active duty and veteran members of our military through work with Operation Finally Home, the USO and more.

Craig just wrapped his popular “God, Family, Country Tour 2023,” in partnership with Operation Finally Home, headlining run, which played thirteen theater and auditorium dates. God, Family, Country, Craig’s gripping new memoir, released last fall in partnership with Blackstone Publishing. He details all aspects from his inspiring life, revealing never-before-heard stories including how he worked alongside the CIA as a soldier in Panama, fought sex traffickers as an undercover agent in Thailand, forged his own path to country music stardom, and lives his life by the deepest values: God, family, country.

Grand Ole Opry member Ashley McBryde announces additional dates to The Devil I Know Tour Presented by Ariat, kicking off the second leg Feb. 22 in Charleston, S.C. with 30 more dates scheduled across the U.S. through June 2024. The TRYBE presale will begin tomorrow, Nov. 14 at 10am local time, while public on sale will begin this Friday, Nov. 17 at 10am local time at AshleyMcBryde.com.

As a longtime fan of Ariat, McBryde and the brand have partnered since 2018. “It has been exciting to watch Ashley’s career grow over the past five years, and we couldn’t be more proud to support her headlining tour,” said Susan Alcala, VP Partnership Marketing at Ariat.

Named one of the most highly anticipated albums by both Los Angeles Times and Vulture, with the former naming her “one of Nashville’s most reliable and sophisticated songwriters,” The Devil I Know via Warner Music Nashville finds McBryde honing her calling card even further, as American Songwriter boasts, “Her lyrics can be heartrendingly tender one song, then unflinchingly biting the next.”

“More ruminative than crazed, the Saddle, Arkansas-born ragged rock/country songwriter delivers an exhale of acceptance that the chase is as much the reward as superstardom. Rather than raging against what’s not happening, she delivers a clear-eyed celebration of how alive being in the moment feels,” opines HITS, as Garden & Gun asserts, “The Devil I Know… could—and should—catapult her from being one of Music City’s favorite songwriters to its newest arena headliner. The album’s songs are infectious and assured.”

Last week, the Arkansas native earned a standing ovation for her performance of lead single and Music Video of the Year nominee “Light On In The Kitchen” at the 57th Annual CMA Awards, with Rolling Stone calling it “one of the most heartfelt moments of the evening,” that “cut through like a vital hymn full of homespun wisdom,” while Washington Post observed, “Ashley McBryde’s rendition of ‘Light On In the Kitchen’ was captivating as she was surrounded by glowing chandeliers.”

McBryde is currently on the first leg of The Devil I Know Tour Presented by Ariat with nine more dates in 2023 before a triumphant soon-to-be sold-out return to the U.K. and Ireland at the top of the year. For additional dates and information, visit

The album earned McBryde a 2021 GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Album, making Never Will the only album nominated for Country Album of the Year by the ACMs, CMAs and the Recording Academy in the same award season. McBryde was also honored with the 2022 CMA International Artist Achievement Award for the most significant creative growth, development and promotion of the country music industry outside of the United States. Her collaborative project Ashley McBryde Presents: Lindeville featuring Brothers Osborne, Brandy Clark, Pillbox Patti, Caylee Hammack, Aaron Raitiere and Benjy Davis earned McBryde her third consecutive GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Album, making her a six-time GRAMMY nominee. Enter Shikari Link Up with Multi-Disciplinary Aussie Star AViVA for New Single "Strangers"

UK trailblazers, Enter Shikari, are thrilled to announce their new collaborative single, "Strangers" alongside fellow dynamic talent AViVA. Fans can stream the new single HERE or at the link below.

This exciting coming together of two genre-blending artists is as explosive as each of their fanbases can expect, as the former touring partners bring their signature to let "Strangers" soar. Crushing and impassioned, "Strangers" erupts in characteristic fashion and again showcases the collaborative talents of a band that in the last year alone have worked on singles with Cody Frost, WARGASM and You Me At Six.

Lifting the curtain on the creative journey behind the single, lead vocalist and producer Rou Reynolds says:

"Aviva has has such a great voice (I can still hear her operatic warm ups, echoing around the backstage rooms!), so it was a pleasure to sing with her on the track. Rob and I got to visit her at home on the beautiful coast of New South Wales and work together on what would become Strangers, the story of newly found freedom from a suffocating relationship.”

Sharing her thoughts on the vibrant collaboration, versatile songstress AViVA adds:

"Teaming up with Enter Shikari for this project has been an incredible experience. After touring with them in 2022 we thought it would be fun to work on a song together and 'Strangers' just seemed perfect.

We all share a deep passion for music, and together, we've crafted something truly special that I believe our fans will love. The song has been worked on across multiple countries, and time zones, and we were even lucky enough to do the vocal recording together at my home studio. The song continues to explore a concept I see as a throughline in much of my artistic work. The loss of connection, and isolation that follows. the line 'we're just strangers now' really sums it up, but I think people will really connect with the rawness of this song, be it the loss of a romantic relationship or losing a friend, that pain often lingers with us for a long time."

Enter Shikari's remarkable journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of musical innovation and a passion for pushing the boundaries of their genre. With a dedicated and ever-growing fanbase, their live shows are nothing short of explosive, leaving audiences in awe. As they embark on a World Tour and gear up for their most extensive UK arena tour yet in the new year, Enter Shikari solidify their status as trailblazers, with thought-provoking lyrics and an unforgettable stage presence at the heart of their performance. There's no doubt that Enter Shikari's future promises more groundbreaking music and electrifying performances, ensuring their legacy of success will continue to grow. Be sure to stay tuned for more Enter Shikari news soon.

Praise for Enter Shikari's new album A Kiss for the Whole World:

"Enter Shikari reassert their credentials as one of the UK's most important rock bands." - Upset ★★★★★

“A Kiss For The Whole World might just be its authors' finest work yet. Rooted in the present, somehow it is still the sound of the future.” - Louder ★★★★ ½

“These are anthems of liberation for what seems an eternal uncertainty that we live in.” – Clash ★★★★

"There is an explosive exuberance at the heart of Enter Shikari's superb seventh album." - Kerrang! ★★★★

“As hopeful as they’ve ever sounded” - NME ★★★★

“Here is an album that sees Shikari proving exactly why they’ve carved their own place in UK music royalty.” - Rolling Stone UK★★★★

"When it comes to combining rave, metal and pop craftsmanship in songs that come with self-help messages and moral guidelines, nobody beats [Enter Shikari]" - The Times

ENTER SHIKARI have a way with opening statements and as their new album begins with the words “Be embraced, billions” (‘A Kiss for the Whole World x’), we immediately learn plenty about the band's ambition for this album to touch people.

Its trio of whirlwind single releases to date have reignited dormant sparks '(pls) set me on fire' confronted how we measure self-worth ('It Hurts') and eyed the trappings of cyclical mistakes (‘Bloodshot’). Journeying through the new album, we are met with calls to revel in the power of spontaneity, (‘Leap Into The Lightning’), encouraged to explore (‘Jailbreak’), and - most poignantly - asked to consider the changing nature of identity (‘giant pacific octopus’).

A Kiss for the Whole World heralds the band's most vibrant, direct and life-affirming album so far.

Fans can also catch Enter Shikari on the Welcome To Rockville lineup in May of 2024 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL.

As they take the stage at the iconic festival, Enter Shikari reaffirms their position as a musical force to be reckoned with and promises an unforgettable experience.

May 12 - Daytona Beach, FL - Welcome To Rockville 2023

More about Enter Shikari and new album A Kiss For The Whole World

As the calendar now signals three years since Enter Shikari last released an album - their UK #2 charting album Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible – it is useful to think back to the final question the band last posed fans: “Is this a new beginning? / Or are we close to the end?” Little could they know just how close to the end things would end up feeling as the events of the early ‘20s dimmed the light in the furnace of their live juggernaut, and connection to their fans. “At the time it felt like we ourselves, as musicians, were experiencing the death of our band,” says lead vocalist and keyboardist Rou Reynolds.

Unsurprisingly, the key in the band’s ignition came in the form of a live show as they headlined the Download Festival Pilot in front of 10,000 fans. Where not a single new word flowed from the pen of Reynolds in the two years prior, a realisation was born that would come to define the band’s seventh LP: “I just didn’t realise that the human and physical connection to other people were so central to how I write,” he says. Enter Shikari isn’t just four people – it’s hundreds of thousands.

The album's lead single "(pls) set me on fire" sparked the next stage in the band’s evolution, and the first words we hear from Enter Shikari 2.0 don’t come in the form of a question this time, but a command: “Please set me on fire”. In other words, ignite the spark inside us and set us free. This may be a new Enter Shikari but they’ve lost nothing in their flair for bold opening gambits.

Reynolds comments on the single’s conception: "Honestly, I thought I was f*****. I’ve never felt so detached from my soul, my purpose, my f****** spirit. I didn’t write music for almost two years. The longest I’d gone before that was two weeks. I was broken. It’s almost as if my brain had asked: “What is the point in music if it cannot be shared? What is the point in writing music if it’s not to be experienced with others?” and then promptly switched itself off. ‘(pls) set me on fire’ grew out of that desperation. This song is a projectile vomit of positive energy. Every emotion trapped inside me for two years, finally set free."

It was in the Spring of 2022 that the band descended to the coastal town of Chichester, and a delipidated farmhouse, to rebuild their studio setup and capture their renewed momentum on record. Using only solar power to track the album – in what Reynolds says was to “bring back some sense of naivety” – the life-giving properties and Technicolor palate of A Kiss For The Whole World were made real. Reynolds continues: “Back to basics. This band - my best friends - bundled into an old farmhouse, miles away from anywhere. Off-grid, and ready to rediscover ourselves. This album is powered by the sun, the most powerful object in our solar system. And I think you can tell. It’s a collection of songs that represent an explosive reconnection with what Enter Shikari is. The beginning of our second act”.

Alluvial Share "Fogbelt" Video

ALLUVIAL — Kevin Muller [vocals], Wes Hauch [guitar, vocals], Tim Walker [bass], and Zach Dean [drums] — recently announced their new EP, Death Is But a Door. It arrives on January 12 via Nuclear Blast.

Today, the band has shared the video for "Fogbelt." Watch it
below.

It's a live performance video and it will make you feel like you are front and center, moshing at an Alluvial show. The video was shot and edited by
Randy Edwards. (Instagram: Here)

"'Fogbelt' is a song that came from a movie about human cloning," the band says. "Kevin inspired that main riff that starts the song, and everything fell together pretty quickly after that. It's big, dumb, and gross. It turned our toenails green and we hope it turns yours green, too."

Alluvial are currently on the final stretch of their Fall tour with TesseracT. All remaining dates are below.

ALLUVIAL ON TOUR:
WITH TESSERACT:

11/8 — Austin, TX — Emo's
11/9 — Houston, TX — Warehouse Live
11/11 — Tampa, FL — The Orpheum
11/12 — Atlanta, GA — Buckhead Theatre
11/13 — Nashville, TN — Brooklyn Bowl

Darkness and despair are a breeding ground for creativity in the right hands. Since their inception in 2017, Atlanta-based band Alluvial have embraced the grim and gloom that the world has to offer through an intricately balanced blend of rapid-fire polyrhythms, haunting, sludgy atmospheres and tightly wound grooves. The band takes a stab at creating an even more sinister sound than their previous album, Sarcoma, Death Is But a Door.

"We wrote about 13 or 14 songs this summer, but we wanted to do this EP between Sarcoma and our next full-length. These songs align with the vibe we want to go for. We will always find a way to be darker from record to record in the same way that South of Heaven was heavier than Reign In Blood and Seasons In The Abyss was heavier than South Of Heaven," says Hauch. "It was that concept of chasing the dragon to find a way to top the message and vibe on the last record while finding a way to do it that made us excited."

After releasing their instrumental debut full-length, The Deep Longing for Annihilation, the band hit the road. Although the album has racked up millions of streams, there was always an intent to add a vocalist to their following releases. Hauch had begun writing what would become Sarcoma in 2018 and recruited Muller, knowing his vocal prowess from the vocalist's time in Suffocation.

Bringing Muller into the fold immediately elevated the band’s sound, but Death Is But a Door shows the synergy that the band has developed from working as a cohesive unit over the last few years.

Although the band's mission is to drive into bleaker and heavier territory with each new release, they manage to bring balance to their sound. While they remain grounded in death metal, the band's approach finds them exploring all of their influences. From traditional thrash like Pantera or Metallica to darker grunge like Alice in Chains or Soundgarden and everything in between, Alluvial aim to keep listeners on their toes by pushing beyond the realms of death metal.

"I wanted to have a band where we can write meaningful yet action-packed songs. Something that is terrifying but breaks your heart at the same time. I think we'll always chase that, but we want to find new ways to be heavy," says Hauch.

With the band’s members being as ingrained in the death metal scene as they are — with members previously playing in The Faceless, Suffocation and more — listeners can rest assured they’ll be met with plenty of brutality throughout their music. The twists and turns into clean passages, atmospheric ambience, or any of the other musical avenues explored throughout Alluvial's music take them over the edge and invite listeners to return and find something previously undiscovered.

ABOUT VEIL OF MAYA

By channeling energy in one direction, force grows exponentially. Veil of Maya harness the individual experiences and talents of four distinct musicians—Marc Okubo [guitar], Sam Applebaum [drums], Danny Hauser [bass], and Lukas Magyar [vocals]—into airtight groove-laden metal accented by fits of instrumental virtuosity and vocal catharsis. This approach has endeared them to a devout fan base with critical acclaim and over 135 million total streams and counting (unprecedented for an outfit this crushingly heavy). The Chicago band draw on the strength of their union on their seventh full-length offering, [m]other [Sumerian Records].

Veil of Maya have consistently pushed the boundaries of heavy music by pushing themselves collectively. 2015’s Matriarchmade major waves, crashing the Billboard US Hard Rock Albums Chart at #2 powered by “Aeris,” “LeeLoo,” and “Mikasa.” The latter has gathered over 25.4 million Spotify streams and counting. In 2017, 'False Idol' saw the band return to the Top 3 of the Hard Rock Albums Chart as “Overthrow” and “Doublespeak” each eclipsed 8 million-plus Spotify streams apiece. The record also incited the applause of LoudWire, Substream Magazine, Metal Hammer, and Invisible Oranges who raved, “False Idol is undeniably Veil of Maya: greatly contrasting the band’s past, it serves as a companion and booster for their older work.” Simultaneously, they toured alongside Animals As Leaders, Upon A Burning Body, Chelsea Grin, Oceans Ate Alaska, and more. In the midst of the Pandemic, they dropped “Outsider,” “Viscera,” and “Outrun” and released their long awaited seventh full-length offering, [m]other [Sumerian Records] to great acclaim.

GREEN LUNG RELEASE VIDEO FOR "HUNTERS IN THE SKY"

'Eight songs plus a spoken word intro is all this is, but it’s all that it needs to be. Welcome to Green Lung’s weird church' - Kerrang 5/5

This Heathen Land is an insanely great record, and Green Lung deserve to be massive' -  Blabbermouth 9/10

'London's stoner-doom heroes have brewed up a beguiling, surprisingly diverse concoction of killer riffs, bewitching folklore and knockout songs ... the sheer quality of songwriting edges ever upwards' - Metal Hammer 8/10

'One of the best rock albums this year, and you get the sense that they have just started to hit their stride too. A fantastic blast of occult hard rock' - Echoes & Dust

GREEN LUNG's third studio album, This Heathen Land, was released last week via Nuclear Blast Records. To celebrate, the band have revealed a new video for the track 'Hunters In The Sky', and revealed a host of UK/European tour dates for 2024 with support from LOWEN and SPIRIT ADRIFT.

Tom Templar comments "We're deeply grateful to everyone who has supported the release of THIS HEATHEN LAND over the past week, whether by listening to the album, picking it up in a record shop or spreading the word online - it's been a joy to see it connect with you all. To celebrate the album release we have one final music video to share with you all.

'Hunters in the Sky' was inspired by the Right to Roam movement, who protested the banning of wild camping on Dartmoor last summer. It's a song about standing up to the English aristocracy's attempts to control our common land, and a celebration of the beautiful Dartmoor landscape, from Wistman's Wood to Crockern Tor. We'd always wanted to write a song about the Wild Hunt, one of the most dramatic European folkloric motifs, and hopefully we've done it justice. We hope you enjoy it - and huge thanks to Billy Price for directing this and all the other videos for this album, and to Blackthorn Ritualistic Folk for dancing in the video and supplying some incredible folk costumes, especially a truly majestic replica of the Dorset Ooser, who you might see on stage with us soon.."

The band continues to be successful to this day – as evidenced by their latest studio offering in 2022 (and 16th overall), 'Digital Noise Alliance.'

And La Torre is especially looking forward to these upcoming special performances. "Join us for this unique and very special experience, as we celebrate the origins of Queensrÿche. Take hold!"

MUNICIPAL WASTE | ANNOUNCE 'BRAINSQUEEZE TOUR 2024' + CELEBRATING THE 21ST ANNIVERSARY OF DEBUT STUDIO ALBUM WASTE 'EM ALL

Richmond's hard-charging, metal maniacs, MUNICIPAL WASTE, are kicking off 2024 with a bang with their 'Brainsqueeze Tour’' with GHOUL, NECROT, and DEAD HEAT. The 24-day trek will celebrate the 21st anniversary of the band's seminal studio album WASTE 'EM ALL.

The trek will embark on February 15th in Washington, DC and will travel north crossing into Canada playing Montreal and London before heading west to Denver and Los Angeles before making its way back to Virginia for the epic hometown anniversary show on March 16th!

MUNICIPAL WASTE's Tony Foresta commented, “We don't do headlining runs in the states as often as we should. So this time, in order to celebrate the 21-year anniversary of our first album "Waste em All", we wanted to do it with bands and people that we consider our family and friends.

"Back in the day, we had a tradition that our 6th band member Scotty created in Oakland called "Brain Squeeze". It was a very fun (but short-lived) tradition that brought together people from all over the world in the small scene we built. Those events were very dear to us and we felt it needed to come back in one way or another.

"21 is a big birthday for all of us…so in order to celebrate "Waste Em All's big one"; we thought it would be best to bring the Brain Squeeze to you! We couldn't be more excited to have Ghoul, Necrot, and Dead Heat back on the road with us - as well as a few regional surprises along the way. This is going to be a good one. See you soon!”

In September, the WASTE 'EM ALL reissue was released via CD, vinyl, cassette (limited to 500), and a T-shirt with reimagined artwork by Shaun Filley (ANNIHILATION TIME, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?).

Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday, November 10th at 10 AM local time.

ABOUT MUNICIPAL WASTE
Since 2001,
MUNICIPAL WASTE have uncompromisingly stuck to their guns as hard-partying and even harder-hitting torchbearers of 21st-century thrash metal. The Richmond, VA quintet Tony Foresta [vocals], Ryan Waste [guitar], Philip “Landphil” Hall [bass], Dave Witte [drums], and Nick Poulos [guitar] - have transformed from a cult favorite into metal mainstays for a generation. Along the way, Decibel touted The Art of Partying in its coveted Hall of Fame and asserted it “revved up interest in thrash and inspired a fresh wave of youthful new bands.” Metal Hammer christened The Art of Partying one of “The 50 Greatest Thrash Metal Albums Ever,” while Loudwire pegged the album as “The Best Thrash Album of 2007” and Hazardous Mutation as “The Best Thrash Album of 2005.” The guys have sold out countless shows on multiple continents and piled up tens of millions of streams in the process.

Hootie & the Blowfish Return in 2024 with 43-City ‘Summer Camp with Trucks Tour’ as ‘Cracked Rear View’ Celebrates 30 Years

Iconic pop-rock band Hootie & the Blowfish return to the road in 2024, as the foursome sets out on the Summer Camp with Trucks Tour produced by Live Nation featuring special guests Collective Soul and Edwin McCain.

The group comprised of Mark Bryan, Dean Felber, Darius Rucker and Jim “Soni” Sonefeld, who formed the band during their time as students together at the University of South Carolina, will visit 43 cities across the U.S. and Canada. This marks the first full tour since 2019 for the band whose chart-topping, GRAMMY-award winning career has featured more than 25 million albums sold, including their 2x Diamond-certified debut album Cracked Rear View – which remains among the top 10 best-selling albums in all of music history – plus 17 Billboard-charting songs to date.

“Basically overnight, our lives changed when Cracked Rear View did what it did – and yet as we quickly moved from vans and college bars to tour busses and arenas, not much else changed with how we approached making music and sharing it with our fans,” reflects Bryan. “Edwin McCain told someone at the time that touring with us felt like summer camp with trucks… and that’s exactly how we want next year to feel, too. We can’t wait for you to join us!”

The tour kicks off May 30 in Dallas and runs through Sept. 28 in West Palm Beach, visiting arenas, amphitheaters and select stadiums such as Boston’s iconic Fenway Park (with special guests Barenaked Ladies) along the way, including a homecoming to Columbia, S.C.’s Colonial Life Arena for the Gamecock alumni. General onsale begins this Friday, Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. local time via
Hootie.com, with presale access for Hootie & the Blowfish e-newsletter subscribers beginning tomorrow, Nov. 7, at 12 p.m. local time until Thursday, Nov. 9 at 10 p.m. local time.

Citi is the official card of the Summer Camp with Trucks Tour. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning tomorrow, Nov. 7, at 12 p.m. local time until Thursday, Nov. 9 at 10 p.m. local time through the Citi's Entertainment program. For complete presale details visit
citientertainment.com.

The tour will also offer a variety of different VIP packages and experiences for fans to take their concert experience to the next level. Packages vary but may include premium tickets, a backstage tour and photo on stage, VIP lounge access, autographed merch and more. For more information, visit
vipnation.com.

In addition to playing limited engagements, including their annual Monday After the Masters charity event which raises funds to support educational programs and the South Carolina junior golf program, Hootie & the Blowfish most recently embarked on the sold-out Group Therapy Tour in 2019, with the Atlanta Journal Constitution praising the “well-produced nostalgic romp featuring a setlist stacked with singalongs, an effective stage show… and a band that sounds record perfect,” the Arizona Republic celebrating “the band’s tight harmonies and crunchy guitar solos, making it hard to believe they ever took a break,” the Dallas Observer remarking, “whatever the descriptive shorthand used — roots rock, alt-country, jangle-pop or country-rock — Hootie & the Blowfish’s material has aged extraordinarily well” and the Austin American-Statesman declaring, “Hootie & the Blowfish are getting the credit they always deserved.”

About Hootie & the Blowfish
With the rich, bluesy vocals of Darius Rucker and gleeful harmonies of guitarist Mark Bryan, bassist Dean Felber and drummer Jim “Soni” Sonefeld, Hootie & the Blowfish have sold over 25 million records worldwide to date after their infectious melodies hit the airwaves in 1994 with hits such as “Hold My Hand,” “Let Her Cry” and “Only Wanna Be With You.” The quartet met at the University of South Carolina where endless gigs at frat houses and local bars built a major local buzz. Their blend of pop, folk, blues, soul and rock made them hard to pigeonhole, but easily accessible to anyone who loved good music.

Atlantic Records, impressed by their regional draw, signed them and released Cracked Rear View in 1994. The album had been out for six months before the band played on the Late Show with David Letterman which sent sales skyrocketing, eventually landing at No. 1 on the Billboard chart the following spring. Cracked Rear View and the band went on to win two GRAMMY Awards, an MTV Video Music Award, a Billboard Music Award and multiple People's Choice Awards. Cracked Rear View also earned the band Billboard's Band of the Year Award in 1996 and the RIAA's Diamond Award for sales in excess of 10 million units. At 21x Platinum, Cracked Rear View remains among the Top 10 best-selling studio albums in music history.

The band remained a top draw nationwide following their debut and released five more albums for Atlantic: Fairweather Johnson, Musical Chairs, Scattered, Smothered & Covered, Hootie & the Blowfish and The Best of Hootie & the Blowfish, as well as Looking For Lucky on their own Sneaky Long Records and LIVE in Charleston, The Homegrown Concert Event DVD and CD. The band took a break from full-time touring in 2007, reuniting annually for a variety of philanthropic events while also pursuing solo projects. 2019 marked the band's first full-time touring year in over a decade as they embarked on the sold-out Group Therapy Tour in support of Imperfect Circle, released in late 2019 under a new record deal with Universal Music Group’s Capitol Nashville, and 2024 will see them return to the road once again for the upcoming Summer Camp with Trucks Tour.

About Collective Soul
Hailing from Atlanta, Ga., Collective Soul is Celebrating their 30th anniversary! With 11 studio albums and eight No. 1 hits under their belt, frontman and chief songwriter Ed Roland is unwaveringly driven in his desire to double down on doing more of what he does best – making music, sweet music, both in the studio and onstage. Seeing eye to eye, and ear to ear, is part of the secret sauce of why Collective Soul continues to both record and play together at an uncompromised level of high quality. With electrifying newer material such as their most recent 2022 release of Vibrating, along with the everlasting Collective Soul classic hits like “Shine,” “December,” “The World I Know,” “Heavy” and “Where The River Flows,” these five fiery rockers are only just getting started with the next phase of their thriving career that has moved millions of records and wowed multitudes of fans across the globe. Working in tandem, sharing unbridled opinions, and listening to what everyone else has to say without recrimination are all key proponents in fostering Collective Soul’s perpetual harmony. As 2024 unfurls, it’s clear that heaven continues to shine its light down on Collective Soul, a formidable five-man band humming along in unison with many more good vibrations of their own to share with the masses far and wide. About Edwin McCain
From Charleston, S.C., Edwin McCain is going on over 30 years of hits and worldwide touring. He has been called a “street corner prophet” by USA Today, an “aching tenor” by Slate Magazine and a “great American romantic” by the New York Times, but McCain is much more than those things. After a long ride on a wave created by recording two of the biggest love songs in the history of music (“I’ll Be” and “I Could Not Ask For More”) and producing and starring in a TV series (“Flippin’ Ships” on Animal Planet), McCain slowed his road schedule to dedicate more time to his primary roles as husband to his wife and father to their three young teenagers. Well, the kids are grown-ish and McCain’s fans are still clamoring for more as his hit songs, authentic spirit and surprisingly affable sense of humor keep everyone coming back time and time again; not that McCain’s music ever slows down. “American Idol” and “The Voice” contestants still turn to his ballads year after year to help them win over judges and fans. Millions more have been turned on by pop icons Justin Bieber and Charlie Puth who have both covered his hit songs. McCain shares, “15-year-old me would have crawled through a river of fire to be the singer/songwriter that I am today, and I remember that. I am incredibly grateful to be able to do this.” For more information, visit
