unpeople Unveil Video for Anthemic Single "blueprints"

After a weekend of tearing up Reading & Leeds Festivals, unpeople today announce their stunning, anthemic new single "blueprints," taken from their forthcoming debut album we are unpeople, out October 9 on SharpTone Records.

A lighter touch that takes no prisoners when it comes to anthemic ambition, "blueprints" reveals another side of unpeople. Built around skyscraping four-part harmonies and soaring melodies, the track makes a compelling case for a band ready for the world's biggest stages.

Listen here and watch the official video below.

"The subject matter of this song is not an easy one to get into, personally," singer and guitarist Jake Crawford explains. "It's broadly about propping up people who have behaviours that are clearly not good for them or the people around them. People who only want what is best for them. Take from that what you will. Luke wrote the lion's share of the song and presented it to us with the chorus lyrics and melody already in place. I loved it so much we kept it almost exactly as it was and I just elaborated on the overall feeling of the tune with the verses."

A seamless ability to connect across boundaries and conjure communal spirit, sits at the very heart of the band's recently-announced debut album we are unpeopleBuilt upon massive choruses, four-part vocal harmonies and unabated heaviness, it captures a band whose ambition is matched by their belief in the power of music to unite people.

Comprised of Jake Crawford, Luke Caley, Em Lodge, and Richard Rayner, unpeople have quickly established themselves as one of the UK's most exciting new alternative bands, earning themselves a reputation for creating music that feels equally at home on the biggest rock stages and the heaviest festival bills - having fittingly been described as the lightest band at Bloodstock, and the heaviest band at Kendal Calling — finding themselves equally at home in both settings.

With Kerrang! hailing them as "one of alternative music's best new bands," live, they've opened for Metallica in Vienna, shared bills with Smashing Pumpkins and Coheed & Cambria and drawn huge crowds at 2000trees.

With support tours incoming with both Royal Blood and Don Broco, the band are ready to take things to the next level. Across January 2027, unpeople will take on their biggest headline tour to date across the UK — with most dates selling out almost instantly. The tour will end on January 28, with a truly special night at London's Electric Ballroom, matching the ambition of a band on the cusp of truly breaking through. Tickets here.

Theodor Bastard Announce New Album '▽'

While they’ve remained relatively silent over the past six years, Theodor Bastard refuse to stay still. Amidst the shadows of the pandemic, war and invasive technology, the world music pioneers have been searching for a way out of the darkness that’s descended over our reality. The path that they discovered on their upcoming eighth studio album didn’t lead back to their home in the forest of Karelia, but away from it, into the coldness of the city, a collapsing civilization, and ultimately, rebirth.

Today, Theodor Bastard are announcing their new album ▽ (pronounced V) with a thrilling music video for its bewitching lead single. While it reconnects with their roots in electronic music, “Sverkay” is a sure sign that the band are bound for dark new horizons.

“This album might never have happened”, Theodor Bastard producer, multi-instrumentalist and founding member Fedor Svolotch says. “So much has surrounded us during recent years: the pandemic, war, division, fear, anxiety over technology, and a sense that reality itself is becoming darker and more unstable. We have felt so much anger, pain, confusion and disappointment both in ourselves and in the world around us. All these emotions were gathering inside us, changing, darkening, searching for a form, until they eventually transformed into the unexpected on ▽”.

Watch the music video for “Sverkay” below:

▽ comes out November 13, 2026 on Season of Mist.

▽ reflects just how much has changed since the world last heard from Theodor Bastard in April 2020. While the band are still recognized internationally for blending ritual folk, electronics and world music, on their new album, they’ve re-embraced their early electronic impulses because that’s now how modern life feels: cold, sharp, tense.

“Our sound changed because the world changed”, Svolotch explains. “We had to destroy our own habits and expectations to make ▽. We wanted to start again, as if the band has no past, no safe place, no ready-made formula. As a result, this album is not a continuation of what came before. It’s a different door”.

Long-time fans of Theodor Bastard were pleasantly surprised late last year when the pulse-pounding analog synths of “Nebo” first appeared in the award-winning Russian crime drama The Method. But the latest single from

▽ is a giant leap from the softer, more earthly textures of the band’s recent studio ventures. Like a spaceship, “Sverkay” rumbles with distorted bass before it’s suspended high above the earth by a trap-like beat.

The video for “Sverkay” was directed by Fedor Svolotch and stars Yana Veva. Theodor Bastard built the spaceship that appears in the video by hand. They also created the video’s practical and visual effects themselves. The concept for the spacesuit was created by Yana Veva and made by TomHem Studio.

CANADIAN ROCKERS TEAZE AND THEIR FIRST NEW STUDIO ALBUM IN OVER 45 YEARS, REV YOUR ENGINES, DEKO ENTERTAINMENT DROPS THEIR LIVE COMEBACK ALBUM LIVE

Following the triumphant return of Canadian hard rock legends Teaze with their first new studio album in more than 45 years, Rev Your Engines, Deko Entertainment is proud to announce the release of Live In Liege, a powerful live recording that captures the band doing what they do best—delivering high-energy rock and roll to passionate audiences around the world.

Formed in Windsor, Ontario in 1975 by bassist/vocalist Brian Danter, guitarists Mark Bradac and Chuck Price, and drummer Mike Kozak, Teaze quickly built a reputation as one of Canada's premier hard rock acts. Their combination of infectious melodies, driving guitars, and explosive live performances earned them devoted followings across Canada, Europe, and Japan. Songs such as “Rockin' With The Music,” “Boys Night Out,” “Sweet Misery,” and “On The Loose” became staples of their catalog and helped establish the band's enduring legacy.

After decades away from the studio, Teaze returned in 2026 with Rev Your Engines, proving that their chemistry, songwriting, and unmistakable sound remain as strong as ever. Since then, the band has continued to reconnect with longtime fans while attracting a new generation of rock listeners through festival appearances and sold-out performances.

To showcase the power of Teaze on stage, Deko Entertainment now presents Live In Liege. Recorded in September 2023 at Belgium's renowned Golden Age Rock Festival, the album captures the band firing on all cylinders with electrifying performances of fan favorites including “On The Loose,” “Back In Action,” and many more.

As founding guitarist Mark Bradac explains, "Playing for the fans in Belgium was an unforgettable experience. The energy from the crowd was incredible, and we felt connected from the first note to the last. We're thrilled that this performance was captured and can now be shared with fans everywhere."

The album serves as both a celebration of Teaze's remarkable history and a testament to a band that continues to perform with the same passion and intensity that made them international favorites decades ago.

Kenny Chesney's Carrying On: FOUR Weeks at #1 on MusicRow; Top 5 at MediaBase

Kenny Chesney has always believed in the heartland. Whether it’s touring the outlier markets every few years to honor his roots, or recognizing the power of how those lives influence the rest of the country, his music has always hit true in the places beyond the major markets.

So, it’s no surprise with “Carry On” hitting overdrive at country radio, the life-affirming cri du coeur that’s soaked in bartender wisdom is hitting hard. The get out there and savor every moment summer anthem has now spent four weeks totalon the top of MusicRow’s CountryBreakout Radio Chart, which surveys a profound cross-section of the nonreporting country stations.

“To me, I try to make music for everyone, no matter where they live,” says the songwriter-superstar from East Tennessee. “But there is something for people like me, who grew up beyond the city limits, who have dreamed their way into some pretty magical adventures, to hear a song like this – and realize life really does come down to something as simple as ‘If it feels good, do it/ If it doesn’t, then don’t…’

“Hearing it’s been No. 1 for four weeks at MusicRow as we’re hitting the Top 5 tells me the people out there are listening and are just as fired up about what songs can be and mean as they ever were. I know how much the stuff I love has fueled me, and I want to pass that along.”

Since becoming the first independent – and only the third ever – single to close out the major market country radio panel during add week, “Carry On” has been a song that’s lifted people up, given them permission and offered a dose of what really matters. It’s also hit a few more benchmarks: it became Chesney’s 100th charting single, gave him the most Top 10 hits in Billboard Country Airplay history and delivered Key West artist/icon Dave Wegman’s video debut.

“I think Silver Sands Marina hits a lot of life points and different emotions,” Chesney says. “But through all of the songs, that spirit of find your spark, recognize the goodness wherever you are is what shines through. To me, ‘Carry On’ was the perfect first single, because that bartender makes it all pretty simple, which is what we all need.

“And if there’s one thing we could use right now: it’s a lot more joy, a lot more stripping things back to what matters. It doesn’t always take a lot, being grateful right where you are – and knowing sometimes just being in the moment is the gift that will carry you through.”

To mark the moment, the Silver Sands Marina Arcade is opening another game. For anybody who’s played the games – pinball or video – on the midway, “Carry On” lets you dodge traffic, jump out of the way and have fun.

Corey Kent Reflects on "Everyday Life” with Latest Release Ahead of 'Heartland Rock and Roll’ Available 9/25

Multi-Platinum Sony Music Nashville recording artist Corey Kent releases “Everyday Life,” the latest preview of his forthcoming album, Heartland Rock and Roll, due Sept. 25. Available everywhere today, the heartfelt new track offers an honest reflection on the everyday blessings, hard work and gratitude that come with building a life worth being thankful for.

Listen to “Everyday Life” and pre-save Heartland Rock and Roll HERE. Watch the “Everyday Life” music video BELOW.

"'Everyday Life' is a bit of a departure for me in a really fun way and it puts the ‘heartland' in this record for me. I typically keep my personal life relatively private so it was cool to give folks a glimpse into my everyday life. Hearing my kids' voices in the first few seconds is such a perfect snapshot of this season of my life as a husband and father,” shares Kent. "I don’t think I’ve ever experienced more joy or had more fun writing and recording a song to date. And I hope we captured some of the magic of Travis Tritt’s ‘It’s a Great Day to Be Alive.’ Lighthearted yet REAL with a simplicity and optimism that make you want to sing along."

Written by Kent alongside Austin Goodloe, Matt Roy and Lydia Vaughan, “Everyday Life” finds Kent looking beyond the noise and celebrating the things that matter most: family, hard work, a life built together and the simple realization that sometimes having it good means appreciating exactly where you are.

The release is accompanied by a new music video that brings the song’s message to life through a deeply personal lens, featuring Kent’s family in their music video debut. The intimate visual offers a glimpse into the everyday moments behind the artist and the life that inspires his music.

“Everyday Life” continues the rollout of Heartland Rock and Roll, Kent’s highly anticipated third major-label album and the project that finally puts a name to the sound he’s spent years building.

Heartland Rock and Roll is my third major label album, and it’s really the first time I’ve been able to finally name the sound I’ve been working towards my entire career,” shared Kent. “These songs sound like where I’m from. The lyrics span from nostalgia, to honest regrets and gratitude for the simple things I value most in life. From top to bottom, this is me. Every artist wants to leave their mark in music... a way to say, ‘I was here and I did it my way.’ This feels like mine. This is heartland rock and roll.”

Produced primarily by Austin Goodloe, with additional production from Jon Randall and Chris Farren, Heartland Rock and Roll captures golden-hour nostalgia, rugged honesty and the peace that comes with staying true to yourself. Across 16 tracks, Kent blends country, rock and soul into the signature sound that has defined his career.

The release of “Everyday Life” arrives as Kent’s current single, “Empty Words,” continues its explosive run at country radio. Already Top 40 at Country Radio with “Empty Words,” the album rollout has also included standout releases “Rocky Mountain Low” featuring Koe Wetzel, “Wannabe,” “Cigarette Burns” and "Rather Be Here," featuring Jason Aldean, offering fans an increasingly expansive look at Kent’s evolving sound.

Infusing Oklahoma roots with the untamed energy of a rebel rocker, Kent has built his career on doing things his own way. From dancehalls and dive bars in Bixby, Oklahoma, to earning two No. 1 singles at country radio, more than 1 billion career streams and multiple RIAA certifications, Kent’s rise has been steady, hard-earned and fueled by conviction.

“I’ve been fighting my differences for so long, but now it’s like, ‘Let’s just use those,’” Kent explains. “I’m not trying to be anybody else. Bigger fades, ‘better’ lasts.”

The forthcoming album follows Kent’s breakout projects Blacktop and Black Bandana, which established the singer-songwriter as one of country music’s most compelling and unconventional voices. To date, Kent has earned Platinum certification for “Something’s Gonna Kill Me,” Gold certification for “This Heart” and Triple-Platinum certification for his No. 1 breakthrough hit “Wild As Her.”

Rolling Stone has praised the Oklahoman native for giving “the region’s signature sound a shot of mainstream sensibility,” while CMT and the Opry NextStage program have recognized him as an artist to watch. He has toured alongside Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, Parker McCollum, Jon Pardi and Koe Wetzel.

PAUL LAINE Shares New Single “Don’t Let Me Go Tonite”

Today, the renowned Canadian singer PAUL LAINE shares his new single and official video, “Don’t Let Me Go Tonite," taken from the upcoming new studio album, 'The Long Road Back,' out on September 25, 2026, via Frontiers Music Srl.

LAINE commented:

“I’m excited to share the release of my next single, 'Don’t Let Me Go Tonite.' This song is another chapter in the soundtrack of my life - a look back at love, loss, memories, and all those moments when you can’t help but wonder what could’ve been. I hope this one finds a place with you the way it found a place with me. See y’all out on the road in 2027! ❤️🎶”

Watch the Official Video for "Don't Let Me Go Tonite" Below:

A masterclass in melodic rock, PAUL LAINE’s new album delivers soaring hooks, heartfelt ballads, and arena-ready anthems that traverse the full spectrum of the genre. From the driving energy of “Love Me Or Leave Me” to the intimate vulnerability of “Someday” (co-written with Andrew Oye), every track is meticulously crafted, showcasing LAINE’s signature vocal power and melodic sensibility. “Don’t Let Me Go Tonite” comes alive with a striking video that complements its infectious energy.

LAINE states:

“Ever since I released my first solo album, I've wondered when I'd finally have the chance to make a follow-up. Life - and music - have a way of taking you places you never expect. Looking back, every chapter of my career has led me down a different road, and each one has shaped me as both a songwriter and a person.”

“I've been incredibly fortunate to make records with Danger Danger, Darkhorse, The Defiants, Shugaazer, and Jetset Junkies. Every one of those experiences taught me something and gave me memories I'll always carry with me. But somewhere in the back of my mind, I always knew the road would eventually lead me home - to where it all started. Just a kid with a guitar, trying to make sense of love, life, loss, hope, and everything in between through songs,” he added.

"‘The Long Road Back’ is exactly that. It's a musical journey back to my roots, but it's also a reflection of every mile I've travelled to get here. Every song carries a piece of the life I've lived, the people I've met, and the lessons I've learned along the way. In many ways, this record feels like coming full circle. After all these years, I'm grateful to finally share this chapter with everyone who's been waiting for it. I hope these songs find a place in your story, just as they've become part of mine,” LAINE concluded.

Joining LAINE in the studio are longtime collaborators Bruno Ravel (his bandmate in The Defiants and also in Danger Danger - bass, producer), Scotty “Hooch” Taylor (drums), and Andrew Oye (lead guitar), with production handled by LAINE and Ravel. The album features standout singles like “Love Me Or Leave Me,” the video-driven “Don’t Let Me Go Tonite,”and the heartfelt “Someday.”

Musically, the record touches every corner of melodic rock. Yet, the songs sound like they’re coming from the classic era when Bon Jovi dominated the airwaves - both in LAINE’s soaring vocals and in the anthemic, hook-laden songwriting. This is an album for fans who crave big choruses, passionate performances, and the kind of timeless melodic rock that only PAUL LAINE can deliver.

DOKKEN, SLAUGHTER, AND WARRANT, ALL LIVE, ALL THE HITS, ALL ON REMASTERED 180G COLORED VINYL WITH LIMITED AUTOGRAPHED BUNDLES

Three legendary bands. Three unforgettable live albums. One epic collection.

Deko Entertainment proudly presents The Trifecta of '80s Hard Rock Live, featuring classic live performances from Dokken, Slaughter, and Warrant, all newly remastered and available on stunning 180g colored vinyl.

Formed in Los Angeles in 1978, Dokken became one of hard rock's defining acts with Billboard Hot 100 hits including "Alone Again," "In My Dreams," and "Burning Like a Flame." The band has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide and remains one of the most influential names in melodic hard rock.

Slaughter, formed in Las Vegas in 1988, exploded onto the scene with their platinum debut Stick It To Ya. The album produced three Billboard Hot 100 singles, including "Fly To The Angels" (#19), "Up All Night" (#27), and "Spend My Life" (#39), helping establish the band as one of the era's premier hard rock acts.

Formed in Hollywood, California, in 1984, Warrant achieved worldwide success with more than 10 million albums sold. Their double-platinum debut Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich featured the smash hit "Heaven," which climbed to No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, while subsequent releases cemented the band's place in rock history.

First up is Dokken’s Live From The Sun, available as a double LP housed in a deluxe gatefold jacket on blue vinyl, with limited bundles (100 copies only) signed by Reb Beach. Recorded on November 4, 1999, at the Sun Theatre in Anaheim, California during the Erase The Slate tour, the album captures the band delivering classics including "Alone Again," "In My Dreams," and more. As guitarist Reb Beach recalls: "That was a great time in my life and I had so much fun on that tour. I was a big Dokken fan and I was so thrilled to play those classic songs every night. Luckily, I had a good show. There is a super long solo in the song 'Too High To Fly' that was totally improvised every night, and I just lucked out that it was a good one, haha! That album rocks, for sure!"

Next is Slaughter's Eternal Live, featuring performances recorded during late-1997 shows in Mexico City and Las Vegas. Available for the first time ever on vinyl, this LP comes packaged in a beautiful gatefold jacket on orange vinyl, with limited bundles (100 copies only) signed by Mark Slaughter and Dana Strum. One of the most significant aspects of Eternal Live is that it serves as a tribute to original guitarist Tim Kelly, who tragically lost his life in an automobile accident in 1998. These recordings capture some of Kelly's final performances with the band and feature fan favorites including "Fly To The Angels" and "Up All Night."

Rounding out the collection is Warrant's Live 86-97, making its vinyl debut as a double LP, with limited bundles (100 copies only) signed by Erik Turner and Jerry Dixon. Recorded at Harpos Concert Theatre in Detroit, Michigan, on November 22, 1996, during the tour supporting Belly To Belly, the album delivers electrifying performances of hits including "Heaven," "Cherry Pie," "Down Boys," and more. Original guitarist Erik Turner comments: "Warrant Live 86-97 captures the energy, attitude and good times that we are known for. These recordings are a snapshot of Warrant doing what we've always loved most, playing live. Crank it up!"

All three titles have been newly remastered for vinyl and pressed on audiophile-quality 180g colored vinyl, giving fans the opportunity to experience these classic live performances with enhanced sound and collectible packaging.

Dokken – Live From The Sun, Slaughter – Eternal Live, and Warrant – Live 86-97 are available now for pre-order from Deko Entertainment: https://www.dekoentertainment.com/specials

DEFINITIVE ANTHOLOGY FROM POWER POP PIONEERS THE NERVES OUT OCTOBER 23 ON THIRD MAN RECORDS

Third Man Records is proud to announce the definitive anthology from groundbreaking power pop pioneers The Nerves. Released in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Los Angeles-based trio’s self-titled 1976 EP and only official release of their all-too-brief lifespan, The Nerves – Best Collection gathers 66 glorious minutes of studio, live, and demo recordings, compiled in close association with surviving members Paul Collins and Peter Case along with the late Jack Lee’s daughter Cynthia.

Unlike previous anthologies that often relied on secondary copies or rips from vinyl and CDs, Third Man located The Nerves’ original source recordings, now newly mastered or remastered by Warren Defever at Third Man Mastering in Detroit, especially for this release. As a result, The Nerves – Best Collection features the definitive versions of these tracks as they were originally intended, many of which have not been heard since the day they were recorded. Highlights include Case’s chiming classic “When You Find Out” – later reimagined by Case with The Plimsouls and covered by such artists as Graham Coxon and Peter Bjorn and John – premiering today at all DSPs and streaming services alongside an official music video featuring rare archival footage streaming now on YouTube. The Nerves – Best Collection arrives digitally via TMR and on CD and limited-edition 2xLP colored vinyl, both with exclusive new liner notes by Peter Case, on Friday, October 23. About the track, the band explains "'Purity Spiral' is an exploration of the feedback loop of technological dependency, and the effect it has on our relationships with others and ourselves. The more we worship the golden idolatry of growth, the further from our humanity we seem to stray. Self-isolation is a contagion destroying the bonds between us all.”

With the album Purity Spiral, SHY, LOW continue their trajectory of artistic expansion and their fascination with movement, tension, and transformation, embracing a sound that is meticulously crafted and noticeably heavier; with devastating results. Building vast emotional landscapes through dynamic contrasts, layered textures, and patient, cinematic evolution, SHY, LOW use immersive repetition and tectonic weight to build tension through evolving patterns. While often associated with post-rock and post-metal, their music reaches beyond the familiar boundaries of either genre, drawing equally from cinematic atmosphere, crushing heaviness, ambient minimalism, and the emotional sweep of modern instrumental composition.

Luminous melodies, driving heaviness, layered textures, and carefully controlled tension allows Purity Spiral to move effortlessly between fragile moments of introspection and towering passages of intensity. Whether constructing intricate layers of harmony or driving songs toward explosive climaxes, there is a deep understanding of pacing, atmosphere, and the power of restraint. Momentum is at the heart of this album, through intricate rhythmic detail, and explosive bursts of energy, drums become the anchor and catalyst, supporting the band's expansive arrangements while pushing them toward moments of cathartic release.

What distinguishes SHY, LOW is their ability to balance enormity with restraint. Their music unfolds patiently, allowing tension to accumulate through layers of texture, melody, and dynamics. Moments of delicate clarity often coexist with overwhelming weight, creating a sense of organic motion. At the core of the band's sound lies an acute understanding of contrast. From shimmering, expansive passages to towering walls of distortion, the rhythm section provides both propulsion and atmosphere, becoming integral narrative voices that shape the emotion.

There is a disciplined sense of purpose in their writing, an understanding that every note serves a larger arc. SHY, LOW thrives in the space between introspection and catharsis, where subtle details become as impactful as the heaviest climaxes, and listeners are taken on a journey that is as visceral as it is profound.

Kenny Chesney's Goldfish Starts Swimming, "Today Show," "ET," WSJ Are ALL In

Take a band built on individual award winners, add custom old time Western suits, glorious locations, high spirits, and the kind of old school country wordplay that suggests Willie Nelson, Roger Miller or Shel Silverstein, you get the video for “Goldfish,” the next grat track from Kenny Chesney’s eagerly anticipated Silver Sands Marina. When buzz about the technicolor, high whimsy clip started making the rounds, it wasn’t long until inquiries were made.

With Silver Sands Marina scheduled to drop Sept. 25, a select few outlets got to participate in today’s launch. Beyond CBS’ “Sunday Morning” re-airing Chesney’s profile from Key West, it was featured on NBC’s “TODAY,” “Entertainment Tonight,” and the Wall Street Journal’s brand new “My Two Sentences,” created to be short truth blasts to inspire heading into the weekend.

“Music’s power is that it’s positive energy and joy when you most need it,” the East Tennessee songwriter-superstar shared with the storied business publication. “Songs can change everything.”

“You listen to ‘Goldfish,’ where the guy wants to be all these animals based on their key attribute,” Chesney explains, “and it could almost be a children’s song. The melody is so happy, it bounces along and picks you up with it. But when you get to the chorus and you realize he’s cried a fishbowl of tears, ‘drunk as a skunk, trying to get over you,’ it’s so clever, smart and spinning the pain into a whole other commodity, who wouldn’t love this song?”

Written by double GRAMMY winner Tia Sillers, two-time Juno Award winner Tenille Townes and ACM/CMA Award winner Gordie Sampson, Chesney used lavish Hawaiian steel guitar to set a mood for a song that evokes a different era. Then he headed straight to Maui with Rosie & The Revival to romp through the Rodeo General Store, Mama’s Fish House and along Ku’au Bay.

“When a song has this much fun to every aspect of it, you want to capture the spirit for everyone to see,” Chesney explains. “The band and I had more fun than we can possibly share, whether it was walking on the beach like the Monkees, bringing that giant cardboard cut-out of Flat (Kenny) Greenberg, looking at the night sky, talking about life or just laughing at nothing… That’s the kind of joy I want people to take from this song, whether they’re dating, hating or just fine thank you.”

Add in hula girls, breaking waves, and a straight-to-camera delivery, this is the leader of No Shoes Nation at his freest and most exuberant. Having created some iconic videos – “American Kids,” “When The Sun Goes Down,” “Noise,” “Young” and even “Silver Sands Marina” – both the Shaun Silva-directed “Goldfish” and new track deliver on everything that has made Chesney not just stadium-sized for over two decades, but an artist who represents finding the positivity in every possible situation – even if it’s spinning the circumstances into a philosophical take that makes you smile.

Ray Hawthorne Announces New Record + Screams Through Tough Love On New Single!

Pop punk's most lovable liability, Ray Hawthorne, returns today with the announcement of his new record, "Ray Hawthorne Can't Be Trusted" (set for release on October 15) alongside a heart-on-sleeve anthem, "Tough As Nails", about inheritance, masculinity, and the messy ways love gets passed down. Pre-save the upcoming record, "Ray Hawthorne Can't Be Trusted", HERE.

As a grounding moment on "Ray Hawthorne Can't Be Trusted", "Tough As Nails" confronts the space between being taught to be tough and learning that vulnerability can be a strength in its own right. Through a heavy, but heartfelt tribute to the person who raised him, Ray Hawthorne reflects on the strength, sacrifice, and complicated love that shaped him.

Where "Ray Hawthorne Sucks" was earnest and "Ray Hawthorne Isn't Real" was chaotic, "Ray Hawthorne Can't Be Trusted" continues a catalog that treats humor, self-awareness, and self-destruction as adjacent concepts. As a whole, Ray Hawthorne leans into emotional whiplash and damage control on his earlier records, while "Ray Hawthorne Can't Be Trusted" (produced by Pete Zen) is aimed at the part of the cycle where the damage has already become too familiar.

Digging into the heart behind "Tough As Nails", Ray Hawthorne proves he is capable of emotional availability.

As he gears up to release "Ray Hawthorne Can't Be Trusted", Ray Hawthorne is once again sharing how a few bad decisions, too much self-awareness, and an inability to leave well enough alone somehow became a full-length record:

"If you or someone you know has been personally effected by the lyrics of Ray Hawthorne Can’t Be Trusted, don’t @ me. This is the first of my albums that was made intentionally. Prior to this I would release a lot of singles, see what people liked the best, then try to retroactively fit the top performers and some unreleased material into a functional album with coherent themes. NOT THIS TIME MOTHERFUCKERS. THIS IS 13 TRACKS OF UNADULTERATED RAGE MEANT TO RIP YOUR HEART OUT WITH NO REGARD FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY. (I read that in the voice of a monster truck rally commercial by the way.) But on a serious note, it was fun getting together with Pete and really thinking through the album as a whole. How it should ebb and flow, where we should push heavier or pull back, things like that. So I hope that level of cohesion is more present than my previous albums when you listen through the record.”

Renowned for his work in North Kingsley, the acclaimed project alongside Shavo Odadjian of System of a Down, Hawthorne initially captured hearts as the Heartbreak Hero with his inaugural solo release "Heartbreak Feels Good in a Place Like This". Building on his solo work, his debut record "Ray Hawthorne Sucks" further cemented his status as a bold new voice in pop punk, quickly amassing a devoted following and over 20 million streams across all streaming platforms for his magnetic charm and razor-sharp wit.

Blending heartbreak, sarcasm, and just the right amount of emotional stability, Ray Hawthorne leads with a messy kind of hope, turning emotional freefall into something you can scream along to. Where debut album and his firstborn, "Ray Hawthorne Sucks", leaned into an earnest DIY vulnerability, his previous record, "Ray Hawthorne Isn't Real", took a turn and tapped into the restless defiance of a secondborn. The 15 tracks helped embrace the chaos, laugh at the pain, and maybe, just maybe, allow us all to find a little redemption along the way.

Starting from the very real possibility that Ray Hawthorne is just a guy screaming into the ether (and somehow making it sound catchy), his catalog has become a refuge for anyone who's ever felt too loud, too sensitive, or too much. Loud, petty, and deeply cathartic, Ray Hawthorne is proudly one of the most unapologetically honest voices modern pop-punk.

Be sure to stay tuned for more Ray Hawthorne news coming very soon.

ABOUT RAY HAWTHORNE

Do you remember that episode of Degrassi where Ashley really wants Craig to tell her he loves her, but Craig gets all panicked and can’t tell her that he does? It causes so much drama in their relationship. She begins to question her feelings for him and because of that, he becomes seemingly unsure of his feelings for her. So, in an effort to quell the bad vibes, Craig writes a song that includes lyrics IMPLICITLY AND EXPLICITLY stating that he loves her. (Total banger by the way, the only song of his I like better is the one he sings at the battle of the bands after the two inevitably break up, it’s also about Ashley. I believe it’s called ‘What I Know’) Anyway, Craig was only able to admit he loved Ashley in song form, but you as the viewer are left wondering ‘Does he really love her, or was this just his solution to end the drama?’ Or, ’Is this truly the only way he can express himself because he’s kind of nervous about speaking his true feelings outside of the structured environment of a song?’. I tend to believe it’s a mixture of both. So what I’m trying to say is, this collection of songs is kind of like that. I always feel like I have so much to say but often feel a bit too vulnerable when discussing my actual feelings. So for the majority of my life, I’ve just written them into songs instead. These songs can be quite vulnerable even if they seem silly at times. So now you’re left to wonder... am I telling the truth or just trying to get rid of Ashley’s bad vibes?

TURMION KÄTILÖT - UNLEASH FEROCIOUS SECOND SINGLE ‘LUNASTAKAA’

Following the massive wave of anticipation sparked by their recent album announcement and the chaotic first track "Raivotarjonta," Finnish industrial metal pioneers TURMION KÄTILÖT are doubling down. Today, the band strikes again with 'Lunastakaa,' the fiercely energetic second single from their upcoming twelfth studio album, Resodance, arriving globally on October 23, 2026, via Nuclear Blast Records.

Known for blending heavy industrial metal, pulsing electronic music, and wicked dark humor into a genre completely their own, the band continues to push creative boundaries with 'Lunastakaa.' The high-octane track arrives with an epic, visually striking music video that reflects the band's trademark theatrical intensity and unmatched ability to turn extreme metal into a relentless dancefloor party.

Composer of the song, RunQ, comments:
"Various demos have usually ended up waiting for the right moment to be released. When I was doing this, I immediately felt that this might not end up on the waiting list, at least not for a very long time ;) "

Shag-U adds:
“I often write songs by looking in the mirror, but with ‘Lunastakaa’, the mirror became a window. The lyrics grew out of news stories about the abuse of power and exploitation, and questions about how deeply a person can be broken and whether there can ever be justice or compensation for what has happened. I love the contrast between the song’s upbeat, energetic feel and the way the lyrics twist that world into something grotesque – that’s one of the things I love most about Turmion Kätilöt. Later, someone also found a more self-ironic interpretation in the lyrics: artists turning themselves into commodities in exchange for money, visibility or approval. That fits this world frighteningly well, too.”

The Ultimate Live Spectacle: Colossal Disco

The strategic release of Resodance serves as the perfect fuel for the band's most massive headlining milestone to date. BRYMIR Release Second Single, "Tempestbound," + Video!

Finnish melodic death metallers BRYMIR unleash the second track from their upcoming album, What We Leave Behind, coming October 2, 2026 via Napalm Records! "Tempestbound" surges forward with speedy riffs and a wuthering message. The new single wraps the overarching theme of the band’s darkest album to date in a cloak of mythology. No matter the belief system, the Gods are all the same — and none of them is worth dying for at the hands of moribund mankind. Constituting war as the death or progress, "Tempestbound" solidifies BRYMIR's epic plea for humanity.

BRYMIR about "Tempestbound":
Speed and insanity! Mankind is supposed to be starbound, yet here we are fighting over the same old stupid stuff. Our progress has been immense, technological marvels created, yet we mostly seem to use these to just destroy each other and ourselves—just faster and more completely. Instead of reaching the stars, instead of being starbound, we remain ‘Tempestbound.’”

Watch the Official Music Video for "Tempestbound" Below:

Helsinki-based BRYMIR make a strong case for melodic death metal with What We Leave Behind, coming October 2, 2026 via Napalm Records! In a darkening world full of existential dread, the Finnish band—singer Viktor Storm Gullichsen, guitarist Joona Björkroth, bassist Jarkko Niemi, and drummer Patrik Fält—takes a stand with their most sinister album yet. Again heavily influenced by their singer’s main job as a movie sound designer, BRYMIR create vast cinematic soundscapes around their sometimes bleak, sometimes hopeful, but always honest messages.

Strongly tied to current societal developments, BRYMIR deliver an equally raw and fantastical album. Their darkest output yet, the band’s fifth album hits especially hard—and leaves absolutely no open questions behind. As introspective as it is outspoken, What We Leave Behind is an epic plea for humanity.

BRYMIR about What We Leave Behind:
"Since our previous album, the world certainly hasn't gotten any lighter—and as art reflects life, our fifth album, What We Leave Behind, is the darkest creation we've made so far. Both musically as well as thematically… 'What We Leave Behind?' is the core question explored from many perspectives: from personal hopes, dreams, and fears to societal developments to dark sci-fi and existential despair. Join us on this dark emotional journey, at times violent, at times beautiful, and always honest in baring the soul of what is BRYMIR – no compromise, everything raw and real."

Internationally acclaimed blues-rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter Eric Steckel has released the video for new single "Axe to Grind" from his new studio album Sandstorm out September 11 via OPEN/SPV Recordings

"I always had this idea, you know, in the back of my mind of doing a song with this title because it's just a great play on words and you guys know I love my distorted guitars," Steckel shares. "So there's kind of a triple meaning almost, you know, with this. And so this was a cool song to write, a really fun song to record. Hope you guys can relate to it and feel it."

FROZEN CROWN Release New Single "Who Wants to Burn in Heaven" + Video!

ITALIAN POWER METAL BAND FROZEN CROWN RELEASE THIRD SINGLE "WHO WANTS TO BURN IN HEAVEN" — WATCH THE OFFICIAL VIDEO BELOW !

NEW, DARKER ALBUM, THE LEGEND OF THE SIX KINGS, RELEASES OCTOBER 2 VIA NAPALM RECORDS — PRE-ORDER NOW!

FROZEN CROWN determine the direction of their new narrative approach with their new single "Who Wants to Burn in Heaven."

"Who wants to burn in Heaven if you can rule forever down in Hell?," the choir-powered, groovy song exclaims, illustrating the Italian band's new-found darkness. A heavy metal riff turns into an epic melody, with a powerful vocal delivery by both Giada "Jade" Etro and Federico Mondelli following. The accompanying album, The Legend of the Six Kings, releases October 2 via Napalm Records.

Giada "Jade" Etro about "Who Wants to Burn in Heaven":
"'Who Wants To Burn In Heaven' is the natural follow-up to 'I Am The Tyrant,' one of our most popular and beloved songs, with its driving martial pace and the singalong emotional chorus. The song is a statement of uniqueness and freedom. Better to stand as a king among outsiders (the misunderstood, the unconventional, the beautifully imperfect) than to beg for a place among those who worship conformity and call it perfection. Their Heaven may look flawless from the outside, but it will punish and make you burn if you try to shine with your own light."

The legend starts: FROZEN CROWN head into their very own age of gold with their new album, The Legend of the Six Kings, coming October 2 via Napalm Records. Taking a more narrative approach than previous releases, their sixth album sends the Italian band on an epic quest. The ten brand-new heavy power metal tracks expand their dynamic repertoire into a slightly darker, but nevertheless illustrious, direction. With lead vocalist Giada "Jade" Etro changing her formerly cheerful approach to claim the sinister titular frozen crown, the band shows its true form with this straightforward punch of a record.

The Legend of the Six Kings has FROZEN CROWN take the throne deserving of their band name. A powerful work of rousing heavy power metal and massive vocal arrangements, the six-piece delivers a glorious performance filled with energetic melodies and catchy choruses. The Legend of the Six Kings matures the band's trademark sound and makes sure that these six kings and queens will remain what the title states: legends. The album is open for pre-order now. This sixth album depicts the strength of our six band members, and our personal idea of Power Metal infused in ten catchy tracks touching the most varied nuances of the genre, from raw and uncompromising Speed Metal, to the sumptuous magniloquence of Symphonic Metal, to the occasional linear chaos of Melodic Death Metal, but always sounding as FROZEN CROWN as ever!"

DYSTOPIA AD Announce Forthcoming Album 'Wasteland Empire,' Unveil New Single "Breath of Decay"

Progressive death metal act DYSTOPIA A.D. announce the upcoming studio album Wasteland Empire, alongside the unveiling of the new single "Breath of Decay." Wasteland Empire is scheduled for independent release on January 15, 2027.

With "Breath of Decay" DYSTOPIA A.D. demonstrate their appreciation of genres both within and beyond metal. Musically, "'Breath of Decay' begins with frenetic Latin percussion in a nod to 'Chasin’ the Voodoo' by jazz fusion legend Al Di Meola before making way for dissonant mid-paced black metal riffage accompanied by ferociously snarled vocals," the band explain.

The single conjures imagery of a natural landscape awash with waterways contrasted against a shadowy darkness of negative emotions. "Lyrically, 'Breath of Decay' transports the listener to the backwaters of the Louisiana bayou while exploring themes of guilt, fear, and helplessness, invoking an unshakeable feeling of panic".

Wasteland Empire was produced, mixed and mastered by DYSTOPIA A.D.. Additional percussion on "Breath of Decay" was performed by Gabriel R. The band's logo is by Luciferium War Graphics, with the album cover artwork by Hans Trasid of Dis-Art Design.

About DYSTOPIA A.D.:
Formed in 2018 by Aki Shishido (ASH & ELM, STRAINS OF BELLUM) and Chris Whitby (HELLBORE, BLACK NEGATIVE DOMINATION)., the progressive death metal act from New Jersey, USA, incorporate an array of musical influences notably technical/melodic death metal with elements of progressive rock and power metal. DYSTOPIA A.D. draw inspiration from the likes of SEPULTURA, BLIND GUARDIAN, TESTAMENT, REVOCATION, and SHADOWS FALL. The genre fusion across the band's sound heightens the impact of their music with relentless power and attack, emotion and understanding.

DYSTOPIA A.D.'s first release Designing Ruin arrived in 2018, followed by Rise of the Merciless (2020) and the critically acclaimed Imperial Dawn in 2022. Now moving into their next chapter with the forthcoming full-length, Wasteland Empire,DYSTOPIA A.D. are joined by UK based Charlie Munro (HELLBORE), a longtime friend, collaborator, and producer. Wasteland Empire is set to arrive independently on January 15, 2027.

Dutch Black Metal Project BLACK DOOR Streams New Album in Full via Lambgoat

Dutch black metal solo artist BLACK DOOR is now streaming its upcoming sophomore full-length, 'In the Shadows of a Funerary Gleam,' in its entirety via Lambgoat! The album can be heard ahead of its official release this Friday, August 28, below.

Pre-orders for 'In the Shadows of a Funerary Gleam' are now live via Wolves of Hades! The USA shop can be found HERE while the EU shop is available HERE.

BLACK DOOR mastermind and multi-instrumentalist Vestibulum comments, "The wait is over. I am elated to share that In the Shadows of a Funerary Gleam is unleashed in its full glory. Ranging from lamenting wails and dissonant discordance to triumphant hymns, the album is bound to stir the senses of those willing to open themselves to it. The journey commences as melancholic, entering the mind of lamented decay, continuing in the slow descent in 'The Stale Humid Mist.' Wrestlings of a troubled soul will be dissected in its spiritual heights, hubris and downfalls, to conclude with the open invitation to the fervour of self-creation in Promethean Fire. From its blessing and curse, we forge desire!"

Following the spectral path unveiled on its debut album, BLACK DOOR returns more fierce and haunting than ever before. 'In the Shadows of a Funerary Gleam,' a work steeped in nocturnal mysticism, sepulchral grandeur, and the lingering echoes of eons.

Following the spectral path unveiled on its debut album, Black Door returns more fierce and

haunting than ever before. 'In the Shadows of a Funerary Gleam,' a work steeped in nocturnal mysticism, sepulchral grandeur, and the lingering echoes of eons.

In the 'Shadows of a Funerary Gleam' delves further into the dimensions between life and death, nostalgia and oblivion. From the spectral procession of it’s haunting introduction to the Promethean revelations that conclude the album, these compositions unfold as chapters of a singular journey through the funerary mist of forgotten kingdoms inhabited by restless specters

Drawing inspiration from the black legions and vampiric romanticism, Black Door refuses to be confined by simple nostalgia. Beneath its veil of blackened melancholy lies a flame that illuminates both as a beacon and warning; a fading light that guides the listener through stale humid mists, crepuscular awakenings, lamentations of dying ages, and confrontations with powers older than mankind itself. Whether invoking liches wrested from mortality, ancient celestial names whispered from the abyss, or the tragic gift of Promethean fire, Black Door weaves together a mythology of spiritual yearning and cosmic resignation.

To be released by Wolves of Hades on August 28 on LP, CD, MC & Digital, 'In the Shadows of a Funerary Gleam' stands as a fully realized expression of the project's evolving vision, one that balances haunting melody, strife, nocturnal atmosphere, and triumphant darkness with a reverence for the mysterious and the eternal.

Holding Absence Release Album Title Track "Modern Life Is Lonely" And Official Video via Sumerian Records

South Wales trio Holding Absence have released their new single, ‘Modern Life Is Lonely’, the title track for their forthcoming fourth album which is due out on September 18th via new label partner Sumerian Records

Speaking of the single, vocalist Lucas Woodland shares, “After the release of our album was pushed back a few weeks, we knew we had to offer something special to our fans to tide them over until the new release day... And what better song to do that than the title track!

Modern Life Is Lonely - the song - is steeped in Lofi, whilst still being able to juxtapose itself against one of the heaviest moments in our discography. We're hoping this'll get people even more excited for the whole record to drop in just under a month!”

At a time in society when connection appears to be at its most prominent, yet those within are more stranded than ever before, the art being produced must reflect reality rather than possibility.

For Lucas Woodland, such a call to arms lined up perfectly with the position that he and his band Holding Absence found themselves in. And with their fourth full-length offering, they have made something that speaks directly to the seemingly universal experience of loneliness in 2026.

Serving as a reference, and in many ways an update on the state of things, to Blur’s 1993 album ‘Modern Life Is Rubbish’, ‘Modern Life Is Lonely’ strives to capture the essence of what it means to be in a moment in time that is as complex as it is heart-wrenching captive. An introspective look at the assets and practices that have become part of the external every day, in some cases against our will or under our noses, that perfectly distils how it feels to be so connected yet so desolate. Less timeless and more timely, it is a record that strives to offer up solace as much as document how sensationally bizarre life is right now.

This album was really the first time that I thought, ‘Let’s speak about the world that I live in, rather than the world that I am,” Lucascomments. “It’s no longer like a therapy class; a bunch of strangers are no longer turning up to Existentials Anonymous. In theory, everyone knows me now; they’ve heard my journey, but I’m still struggling in this big, bad world. It doesn’t matter how much enlightenment you can find within yourself; the world is still a scary place right now.”

For Lucas, it really is a shift in perspective, especially considering just how much of himself has been poured into Holding Absence over the last decade. Through the trilogy of albums - 2019’s ‘Holding Absence’, 2021’s ‘The Greatest Mistake Of My Life’ and 2023’s ‘The Noble Art Of Self Destruction’ – they have been able to travel the world, share stages with their heroes, and carve out the sort of legacy that you only get when you tap into a certain strain of emotion. But in bringing the curtain down on that particular chapter, it became imperative to start to channel things from a different source.

So, instead of pushing these feelings solely through himself, the band set out to craft an individual who could embody these experiences. That is Y4-BBO, as much a mascot for the band as a physical manifestation of the technological confusion that bolsters this era. His existence and presence allow the record to have a dual concept of sorts, with his own story enveloped within these extraordinary songs. Oh, and his helmet, seen on the album’s cover art, was made by the same people who built the Cybermen for Doctor Who, which, in itself, is an incredible dedication to detail.

Much of that question also extends to how Holding Absence sounds on this record as well. In stepping back and re-evaluating what this band actually is, they saw that it was less about noise and more about language. There is an infinite number of ways that they could be speaking, but, up till now, they hadn’t had the time or space to utilise them. So rather than stepping on the well worn path of yesterday, Lucas – alongside guitarist Scott Carey and bassist Benjamin Elliot – strived to showcase just how vibrant, vast and viscerally otherworldly they could be.

Pulling influence from the chaotic boldness of hyper-pop and ethereal tranquillity of lo-fi whilst still keeping plenty of post-hardcore grit at their heart, and taking inspiration from other boundary-destroying artists around them such as Julia Wolf and Paledusk, the result is as exploratory as it is emphatic.

Instead of sticking to standard linear songcraft, time was spent chopping up and changing parts of songs, slowing and reverbing as much as speeding up and smashing them together. Soft textures and pattering synths clash gleefully with euphoric bursts of kinetic energy in ways that feel both beautifully familiar and unfathomably fresh.

With Daniel Braunstein on production duties, serving as the first British band he has worked with, it is a combination of two monikers of the scene doing something completely different to what is expected of them.

And at a time when alternative music is being consumed and manipulated by technology, remembering what it means to dig deeper into the unknown has never been more crucial.

We pushed ourselves in ways that we’d never had before, while maintaining what that language of Holding Absence is. We’ll be introducing people to new sounds, and that’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. But also, I think everything should inspire something, and with this record, as pretty famous victims of what AI is capable of, I wanted to do shit that no AI idiot would ever try and do, or even understand how to do. We’re at a new frontier where things are changing very fast, and we don’t know what this horrible sort of change entails for us. But where we are right now is essentially at a point of instinctive rebellion against that, and I’m intrigued about what comes next with that.”

And that mindset extended into the lyrical turns that Lucas chose to take as well. In attempting to look beyond what was happening in his head and his heart, he looked up at the skies, at the unequivocal vastness and unlimited potential of space. The stars above our heads are beautiful, yet daunting. The question of whether there is someone or something more than us out there is drenched in as much wonder as it is terror.

There is a duality to our existence, and the same sense of the pendulum swinging between two very different, but similarly critical, points. We are surrounded by so much hope, but that loneliness is just as close to everything we do, and such a juxtaposition played into the songwriting in a big way.

In being the longest that the band have worked on a record in their whole career, two and a half years of solid writing, demoing and crafting, it has allowed Lucas the chance to really pinpoint every aspect of what it means to exist at this pivotal moment in history, and then some.

Over the last two and a half years, I’ve gone through so much internally in regards to hopelessness, loneliness and fear of failure, and I think this album really is like a resistance to that. There’s an awareness of self in here now. It’s almost cynical, but it is also realistic. I say this every time, but I truly mean it. This album could have just not happened. But I have such a deep yearning for this life and this art form of storytelling that I have to do it. I just can’t not.”

To be a decade in and still respecting and responding to that desire to keep on searching is something that doesn’t come easy, but it is what makes Holding Absence a band unlike any other. With ‘Modern Life Is Lonely’, they have expanded on everything they once were and done so in a manner that is as undeniable as it is unstoppable.

I think that we are now in the arc in our career where we could fall the hell off or we could cling on for dear life, and sort of dwindle and fade away,Lucas muses in conclusion. “Yet, I think we’ve done neither of those things. I think that we’ve been as rebellious as we’ve been respectful of our band, and we’ve managed to hold that line. I’m not a kid anymore, and I don’t want just to be doing the same stuff over and over again. So, it’s really special to me that we’ve nailed something very unique that is bigger than our band. Bigger than all of us.

Holding Absence will soon be hitting the road across the US on a co-headlining tour with Arm's Length starting on September 19, with Bloom and House & Home as support. THE DAMN TRUTH Releases New Single "Killer Whale" + Official Music Video

Riding the wave of their critically acclaimed, JUNO Award-nominated self-titled album, Canadian rock powerhouse THE DAMN TRUTH is turning up the heat ahead of the worldwide release of ‘The Damn Truth (Deluxe Edition)’ on September 11th with the release of their explosive new single “Killer Whale,” complete with a brand-new music video.

Exploding from the band’s acclaimed self-titled album, “Killer Whale” is a live-wire fan favorite that has become a highlight of THE DAMN TRUTH’s electrifying shows. Produced by Bob Rock (Metallica, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith), this adrenaline-fuelled rock anthem surges with power, hope, and celebration.

The band comments:

“In true rock n roll fashion, 'Killer Whale' started with a banging guitar riff. Screaming through the vintage amp, we knew we had something special with this song. Bob heard it too when we recorded it in Vancouver at The Warehouse Studios. The song itself is not about heartbreak. It’s about what gets left behind after all the noise has gone."

They continue, “Night after night, all over the world, 'Killer Whale' gets the rock ’n’ roll party started early in the set, lighting the fire that burns through the full 90 minutes of pure rock ’n’ roll that is THE DAMN TRUTH.”

Originally released in 2025, ‘The Damn Truth’ marked a defining moment in the band's career. Produced by Bob Rock, the self-titled album showcased a band operating at the height of its creative powers, blending timeless rock and roll, blues-infused swagger, powerful songwriting, and the unmistakable voice of frontwoman Lee-la Baum.

Speaking about the album and this next chapter, the band shares:

"When we began writing what would become our self-titled album, 'The Damn Truth,' we knew there was only one way forward: to dig deeper than we’d ever gone before. Not because anyone expected it from us, but because there was a fire burning in this band, a hunger to create something honest, something powerful, something that would move us as much as the records that shaped our lives.

"Bringing Bob Rock into the fold took that vision to another level. There was something truly magical in the air during those sessions, an energy that’s hard to explain and impossible to manufacture. We weren’t just making a record; we were chasing a feeling, capturing moments that felt bigger than ourselves and committing them to tape."
