Outlier Release "Graveyard Masterpiece", Announce Tour with Dark Divine & Fire From The Gods

OUTLIER have released their new single and official music video, “Graveyard Masterpiece,” via Oxide Records. The release arrives alongside the announcement that the band will hit the road for an upcoming tour this October with Dark Divine and Fire From The Gods.

“Graveyard Masterpiece” is a deeply personal exploration of the experiences that shape us—love, loss, trauma, failure, and everything we endure along the way. Rather than viewing those experiences as something to escape, Outlier embrace them as the raw materials that ultimately become part of who we are.

Frontman Joey Arena explains:

“'Graveyard Masterpiece' is about realizing that none of us become who we are untouched. We’re stitched together by love, loss, trauma, failure, and everything we survive along the way. Some pieces heal, some leave scars, but they all become part of us. We don’t always get to choose what life uses to build us, we only get to choose what we become when it’s finished."

As Outlier continue their work with Oxide Records, the band is pushing forward with some of their most ambitious music to date, further establishing themselves as one of heavy music’s most thought-provoking new voices. Unafraid to challenge expectations, Outlier create music that is as introspective as it is aggressive, confronting the experiences that shape us while questioning what we ultimately choose to become.

Now, Outlier are taking that vision to the road. The band will join Dark Divine and Fire From The Gods for an upcoming tour, giving fans the opportunity to experience “Graveyard Masterpiece” and Outlier’s evolving live show firsthand.

For Outlier, the future isn't about pretending the scars aren't there. It's about turning every scar, every loss, and every piece of the past into something greater.

"Graveyard Masterpiece" is available now on all major streaming platforms.

Suicide Silence Share Video for Title Track of New Album "Graceless" Out 11/20

Deathcore didn't invent itself.

The crushing combination of classic death metal ferocity with hardcore-punk spirit was created in garages and grimy venues. It was celebrated on message boards, in comment sections, and in sweaty, anarchic spaces where hardcore kids and death metal obsessives gathered. As the burgeoning sub-genre formed, teenage metalheads dared one another to get heavier. SUICIDE SILENCE made their logo synonymous with the most volatile and definitive stomp of the postmodern sound. Since their first rumblings in California's Inland Empire in the early 21st Century, the band's fusion of sonic violence, punk confrontation, and unapologetic nü-metal bounce put a fresh face on extreme metal.

They are thrilled to share "Graceless," the title track from their upcoming album, which is set for release on November 20.

The band comments, "This is the title track off our new record. It's a short 'n' sweet crusher that gives you a taste of what this record is all about. Check out our podcast where we go in detail about the song, video and album."

Watch the ferocious video, which captures the essence of what put deathcore on the map in the early 2000s, below.

Be sure to check out the accompanying podcast, which offers in-depth background information on "Graceless," here.

First pre-orders are available here.

SUICIDE SILENCE remain stubbornly communal. They have always written best with bodies in a room, amps cranked, and friendly arguments evolving into arrangements. That collective instinct gives Graceless its strange comfort amid the chaos. It is vicious, ugly, physical, immediate, and fully inhabited by a band that survived every argument about what it was supposed to be.

As Garza puts it, the goal was to "just get out of the way and serve that band logo. When we choose to do that, great things follow. We're back to doing it exactly as we did it when we were kids: Just playing heavy shit and doing it from the heart."

"Deathcore" was once a word thrown at them as a limit. Today, it's a flag planted in the dirt. 24 years after their first noise from SoCal, SUICIDE SILENCE stand in rare company: Survivors who never mistook endurance for safety, craftsmen more than capable of making instinct sound like impact. Graceless is the circle closing, hard, with newly sharpened teeth, hungry for future conquest.

First on their agenda is the North American "Reminders of Hell" headlining tour, featuring support from Emmure, AngelMaker, and Synestia.

The Young Fables -CMA AWARD gratitude and NORTHEAST tour!

The last time we dropped into your inbox, we had some pretty incredible news to share: The Young Fables had made it onto the second ballot for CMA Vocal Duo of the Year.

Well, we didn’t make the final cut this time around, but we want you to know just how honored we were to have been recognized at that level, especially in a year when we didn’t even release a record.

And more than anything, we want to say thank you.

So many of you shared the news, cheered us on, sent messages, and made us feel like we had already won something just by getting that far. We felt every bit of that support, and we are incredibly grateful.

But here’s the thing…Next year, we ARE releasing a record. And in fact, we’re bringing some of the songs from that record to the Northeast starting RIGHT NOW!

We just moved into our new home, put our feet up for only a few days, and now we’re back out on the road again for that good long Northeast run. At least it’ll give us something to miss while we’re gone loving on all of you folks. ❤️

We are SO excited to share the new music we’ve been working on. That’s what makes these kinds of tours the best. There’s something really special about getting to play these songs for you while they’re still brand new to the world, before the record is even out.

We’d love to see you out and about! Here’s where we’ll be:

September 11–13 • Annapolis Songwriter's Festival • Annapolis, MD
September 16 • Gouldsboro Train Station • Gouldsboro, PA
September 17 • The Spire Center • Plymouth, MA
September 19 • Borrowed House Concerts HC • Atkinson, NH
September 20 • The Leblanc House HC • West Newbury, MA

And hey, what a great time to invite a friend to a show.

Sharing new music with someone is one of the ultimate ways to bond, so if you happen to know anyone who has recently moved, fallen in love, had their heart broken, or, by golly, is just feeling themselves with some serious main character vibes… we’ll be speaking directly to them this time around.

Grab a friend, grab your tickets, and come hang with us.

We hope to see you out there on the road!

GREEN LUNG - Release New Studio Album "Necropolitan" & Visualizer For 'Dance To The Grave'

The long-awaited fourth album from Green Lung is finally upon us. The masters of occult riff-craft have officially released Necropolitan, which is out now via Nuclear Blast Records. A huge step forward in songwriting and vision, Necropolitan is the album Green Lung have been threatening to make since their inception.

As well as a portrait of the triumph and power of death and nature over the dreams and dominion of humankind, Necropolitan is a grand celebration of the folklore, occult and heavy music scene of the band’s birthplace, the city of London. The album title derives from the seven garden cemeteries (necropoli) circling the city, all built in the Victorian era.

Green Lung stated:
"As the summer dies, the shadows start to move… Necropolitan is finally here. Thanks to everyone who has preordered, supported or spread the word about this album over the past few months – we are eternally grateful, and can’t wait for you to finally hear it. To celebrate the release, we commissioned Joseph Brett at Jackdaw Films to animate Richard Wells’s art and create our own danse macabre. Dance to the grave!’"

Today, the band have also revealed a visualiser for 'Dance to the Grave', the record's first track. The song delivers a memento mori to the current alliance between far-right politics and tech in the face of the climate crisis, with giant, swinging riffs and a chant-along mid-section.

With producer Tom Dalgety (OpethGhost) at the helm, this time handling everything from recording to mixing, the band decamped to Rockfield Studios in January 2026, following in the muddy footprints of some of their key inspirations, from Black Sabbath to Queen to Judas Priest. Sonically, they were set on capturing their megalithic live sound more accurately than ever - stripping back their usual dense, multilayered arrangements to their rawest, leanest form and recording much of the album live to capture their Sabbathian heaviness, frenzied Hammonds and haunting Mellotrons as faithfully as possible.

The result is an album that combines the soaring hookiness of This Heathen Land with an uncompromising rawness and heaviness, and takes the band’s distinctive brand of sonic storytelling to macabre new heights.

If, a year after Black Sabbath’s Back to the Beginning show and the death of Ozzy Osbourne, you had any doubts about the future of traditional British metal, Necropolitan will lay them to rest. Here is a band taking the torch from the heavy metal godfathers and running with it, bursting with all the musicianship and storytelling flair that has kept the genre’s flame burning for a half-century, and using it to temper a lyrical and sonic world that is entirely their own.

A cult band in every sense of the word, Green Lung emerged from London’s heavy rock scene with self-released debut EP Free the Witch (2018).

Drawing on a host of peculiarly British musical influences, from doomy hard rock to pastoral prog and psych to the Hammer Horror theatrics of the NWOBHM, the band have swiftly risen to the forefront of the UK metal scene.

Lyrically celebrating the folklore, myths and legends of Britain, they conjure the wild and witchy spirit of their forebears for a new generation.

Green Lung have released three critically acclaimed albums, Woodland Rites (2019), Black Harvest (2021) and This Heathen Land (2023). They have toured internationally with ClutchOpeth and Unto Others, and performed on festival stages from Roadburn to Download. Their latest album This Heathen Land landed at #1 on the UK’s Official Rock and Metal Album Chart.

Then Comes Silence share 'Remaker Redeemer', second taste of 'Requiem Ballroom' album

Stockholm post-punk trio Then Comes Silence presents 'Remaker Redeemer', the second single from their forthcoming 'Requiem Ballroom' album, due in November via Metropolis Records. The music video, filmed by Damon Zurawski of Future Legends Films, captures the song perfectly, descending into the space between death and rebirth, where the final journey into darkness becomes a passage toward transformation, renewal and the possibility of another world.

Then Comes Silence has also just launched their European tour, which runs throughout September and October, bringing them to venues and like-minded music lovers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Czech Republic, before returning home to Sweden for the final show on this leg.

A tightly focused trio since 2022, Then Comes Silence was formed in 2012 by vocalist-bassist Alex Svenson in 2012. Drummer Jonas Fransson and guitarist Hugo Zombie, round out the band in its most direct, powerful and uncompromising form. One of the leading names on today’s goth, post-punk and darkwave scene, they are driven by a fascination with horror, the occult and the raw intensity of underground music, having forged a distinctive sound and a devoted international following.

The 'Requiem Ballroom' album itself is divided into two parts: 'Ballroom' was mixed by Jon Bordon (Nicole Sabouné, Melody Club, The Exploding Boy) and the 'Requiem' half was mixed by Tom van Heesch (Rammstein, Apocalyptica, Backyard Babies)Svante Forsbäck / Chartmakers (Rammstein, Amaranthe, Ville Valo, The Rasmus, Apocalyptica) assumed mastering duties.

"'Remaker Redeemer' introduces the second part of the album 'Requiem Ballroom'. It’s about new life, and being reborn with the old sins washed away. A kind of cleansing, a fresh start, and the feeling of beginning again. The choice of instruments and sound on this track is a way to explore something different this time," says Alex Svenson.

"Death is generally regarded, across many cultures, as the final blackout where nothing follows. Yet in another sense, death can also serve as a metaphor for change and transformation. To take the next step, change is inevitable."

Then Comes Silence earlier released 'Judgement Day', a driving anthem that embraces failure, reckless choices and the thrill of living without regrets, embracing a final celebration before the inevitable reckoning. The vivid behind-the-scenes documentary by Marzipan Moonlight offers a glimpse into the video's creation and the thriving spirit of Stockholm's goth community.

With the German post-punk scene their second home, Then Comes Silence has toured relentlessly for years. Continually expanding their geographic reach, they have cemented their reputation as one of the scene’s hardest working bands. With several releases through Metropolis Records, they have further strengthening their international presence. Their impending eighth album follows ‘Trickery’ (2024) and'Hunger' (2022), jointly released by Metropolis and Nexilis Records / Schubert Music.

With dark atmospheres, driving rhythms, razor-sharp hooks and explosive performances, Then Comes Silence continue to push forward. They have earned their place at the forefront of the modern gothic rock and post-punk movement, proving themselves to be a vital contemporary live acts with frequent touring across North America, Latin America and Europe.

Then Comes Silence have shared the stage with acts such as The Fields of the Nephilim, Clan of Xymox, The Chameleons, A Place To Bury Strangers, Pink Turns Blue and The Bellwether Syndicate, while appearing at many of Europe’s premier alternative festivals, including M’era Luna, Wave-Gotik-Treffen, Amphi Festival, Castle Party, Tomorrow’s Ghosts Festival and W-Festival.

On September 11, 'Remaker Redeemer' is out everywhere, including Apple Music, Spotify and Bandcamp, where their latest 'Trickery' album is available on vinyl and CD. The 'Requiem Ballroom" album will be released on November 20. Concert tickets can be obtained at https://linktr.ee/tcsontour

COREY KENT ANNOUNCES 2027 HEARTLAND ROCK AND ROLL TOUR

Multi-Platinum Sony Music Nashville recording artist Corey Kent is taking his forthcoming album  Heartland Rock and Roll on the road, announcing his 2027 Heartland Rock and Roll Tour, a 20+ date cross-country trek kicking off Jan. 22 at Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth, TX. The tour will make stops in Houston, Detroit, Columbus, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Boston and more before culminating April 30 with Kent’s headline debut at Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium. Additional dates will be announced soon. Tyler Nance and Jacob Hackworth will join Kent as support throughout the tour. Tickets on sale Friday, Sept. 11 at 10 am local at coreykentofficial.com.

The tour announcement comes as Kent readies his third major-label album, Heartland Rock and Roll, which captures the Oklahoma native’s signature blend of country, rock and soul while putting a name to the sound he has spent his career building.

“This year I’ve played all over the world and opened up for some of my favorite artists,” shared Kent. “But now it feels like it’s time for a headline tour right here in the heartland…the Heartland Rock and Roll Tour! I’ve reimagined everything on this tour making this show unlike anything we’ve ever done. I hand picked some of my favorite venues in the country and it’s almost time! Tickets go on sale this Friday.”

Produced primarily by Austin Goodloe, with additional production from Jon Randall and Chris Farren, Heartland Rock and Roll spans 16 tracks that blend golden-hour nostalgia, rugged honesty and the peace that comes with staying true to yourself. The project features previously released tracks including “Everyday Life,” “Rocky Mountain Low” featuring Koe Wetzel, “Wannabe,” “Cigarette Burns,” “Rather Be Here” featuring Jason Aldean and current single “Empty Words,” which is Top 40 and climbing at country radio.

Heartland Rock and Roll is my third major label album, and it’s really the first time I’ve been able to finally name the sound I’ve been working towards my entire career,” said Kent. “The lyrics span from nostalgia, to honest regrets and gratitude for the simple things I value most in life. From top to bottom, this is me. Every artist wants to leave their mark in music... a way to say, ‘I was here and I did it my way.’ This feels like mine. This is heartland rock and roll.”

Infusing Oklahoma roots with the untamed energy of a rebel rocker, Kent has built his career on doing things his own way. From dancehalls and dive bars in Bixby, Oklahoma, to earning two No. 1 singles at country radio, more than 1 billion career streams and multiple RIAA certifications, Kent’s rise has been steady, hard-earned and fueled by conviction.

“I’ve been fighting my differences for so long, but now it’s like, ‘Let’s just use those,’” Kent explains. “I’m not trying to be anybody else. Bigger fades, ‘better’ lasts.”

The forthcoming tour will bring Kent’s evolving sound to intimate theaters, clubs and legendary venues across the country, including a hometown-adjacent Texas kickoff at Billy Bob’s Texas and stops at Houston’s House of Blues, Atlanta’s Buckhead Theatre, Pittsburgh’s Stage AE and Boston’s House of Blues before the tour’s final night at the Ryman Auditorium.

To date, Kent has earned Platinum certification for “Something’s Gonna Kill Me,” Gold certification for “This Heart” and Triple-Platinum certification for his No. 1 breakthrough hit “Wild As Her.” Rolling Stone has praised the Oklahoman native for giving “the region’s signature sound a shot of mainstream sensibility,” while CMT and the Opry NextStage program have recognized him as an artist to watch. He has toured alongside Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, Parker McCollum, Jon Pardi and Koe Wetzel.

Finnish rock outfit HOKKA has joined forces with some of the scene's most prominent faces for their latest anthem, ‘Vampire.’ Marking a powerful meeting of two generations of Finnish rock talent, the track features Samy Elbanna (Lost Society) delivering insane guitar solos and riffs that completely carry the song and vocals, alongside thunderous rhythms from legendary The 69 Eyes drummer, Jussi 69.

Dosser "Born for Nothing/Born by Mistake" Out 12/11 + Band Shares Video for Title Track

Baltimore's Dosser return with Born for Nothing/Born by Mistake, their second full-length and first for Iodine Recordings. Pre-order the album, out December 11, here.

They have shared the video for the title track. Watch it Below:

Building on the dense, melodic alternative rock of 2023's Violent Picture/Violent Sound, the band pushes further into the tension between heaviness and restraint, drawing from the weight and atmosphere of Failure, HUM, Shiner, Heatmiser, and Jawbox while continuing to carve out a sound distinctly their own.

Formed through Baltimore's DIY scene, Dosser have spent the years since their debut refining a sound built around layered guitars, driving rhythms, and melodies that emerge from beneath the noise. Across eight songs, Born for Nothing/Born by Mistake circles feelings of isolation, exhaustion, disconnection, and the search for something solid in a world that increasingly treats people as disposable.

The album's title came from an unlikely exchange with a suspected bot account that suddenly broke character and called the band "good for nothing, born for nothing, born by mistake." What began as a bizarre interaction quickly became an unexpectedly fitting metaphor for the record. "We felt like that was a good metaphor," the band explains. "How we're all born into a system that doesn't respect us. Then one day, it deems us obsolete and disposes of us."

Recorded, produced, and mixed by Jon Markson (Drug Church, Drain, Koyo) and mastered by Mike Kalajian, Born for Nothing/Born by Mistake captures Dosser at their most focused, balancing melodic immediacy with the urgency and tension that have defined the band from the beginning.

A COLD PARADISE Celebrate Release of Much-Awaited Debut Album with New Music Video for "Once Upon A Dream" feat. Musical Star Benét Monteiro!

The wait is over: Modern metal outfit A COLD PARADISE release their highly anticipated self-titled debut album, A Cold Paradise, via PERCEPTION – Powered By Reigning Phoenix Music. Across twelve tracks, the band surrounding vocalist Antonio Calanna present a multifaceted sound where powerful modern metal meets soaring melodies, cinematic atmospheres and electronic elements. Rather than relying on heaviness alone, the quintet put emotion and contrast at the heart of their music, creating songs that deliberately refuse to be confined to a single stylistic formula.

That versatility has also resonated with the press. Metal.de describes the debut as “A well-thought-out, versatile album. A successful debut!”, while No Rush Webzine sums up the band's sound as “Atmospheric modern metal with plenty of emotion – a successful fresh start for Antonio Calanna.” Obliveon Magazine is equally convinced, concluding: “A successful debut that makes you eager to find out where the journey will go next.”

With A Cold Paradise, the band deliver a compelling introduction to what A COLD PARADISE are all about: modern metal balancing power and vulnerability, driven by strong melodies, intense atmospheres and a distinct identity of their own.

In celebration of the record release, the band is premiering a music video for the song "Once Upon A Dream," featuring musical star Benét Monteiro. Watch the clip now streaming below:

A COLD PARADISE was founded in 2025 by Antonio Calanna, known to many metalheads as the former vocalist of All For Metal. The project was born from a desire to emphasize atmosphere, melody, and emotional depth within heavy music, without compromising its force.

Rooted in genuine feeling, A COLD PARADISE builds its sound from the inside out, letting emotion guide both songwriting and production. Heavy riffs collide with expressive melodies, and carefully woven electronic elements shape the emotional arc of each song. The band works with a defined collective identity: music, lyrics, and visuals all feed into the same artistic world, where storytelling, contrast, and emotional weight matter as much as the breakdowns. Living in the tension between vulnerability and force, A COLD PARADISE blends modern metal and rock with immersive textures to create a dynamic, evocative, and unmistakably human sound.

Since their formation, A COLD PARADISE have quickly proven themselves as one of the most promising new names in modern metal. Seamlessly blending metalcore, alternative metal and contemporary melodic influences, the band creates a sound that is both crushing and cinematic, equally driven by aggression and vulnerability.

The debut release marks an important milestone, presenting a collection of songs that explore themes of inner conflict, personal growth and emotional resilience. Combining massive riffs, memorable hooks and heartfelt lyricism, A Cold Paradise delivers a dynamic and emotionally charged listening experience that highlights the band's musical identity. Heavy Metal Legends ACCEPT Reveal Re-Rendition of "Losers and Winners" Plus Static Video

Gearing up for the release of the highly anticipated manifesto of metal Teutonic Titans 1976-2026 , heavy metal force ACCEPT unveil the final single with a new version of "Losers and Winners!" Originally appearing on Balls to the Wall (1983), the re-rendition of the track shines with guest vocals by Hansi Kürsch, guitar by Paul Gilbert, bass by Chuck Garric, and Tommy Aldridge on drums. Marking ACCEPT's 50th anniversary, Teutonic Titans 1976-2026 contains 19 re-recorded songs from the band's iconic catalogue, produced, mixed, and mastered by the legendary Zeuss, and features 50 A-list guest artists. The fourth single off of the album, "Losers and Winners," serves as further impressive proof of ACCEPT staying relevant and powerful throughout their 50-year career.

Wolf Hoffmann about "Losers and Winners":
"We've known Hansi for a long time. Funnily enough, we've never really toured together or hardly ever played at festivals together, but we've known and respected each other for many years. They've been around forever. I thought Hansi would be a cool guy for that song, and lo and behold, he did a fantastic job. I really like how much effort people put into it. Nobody phoned it in and did a half-assed job. Everyone gave it all."

Check Out the Static Video for "Losers and Winners" Below:

German heavy metal legends ACCEPT celebrate 50 years of pure power, bringing together the scene's A-list musicians for a landmark release. Teutonic Titans 1976-2026 stands as a definitive statement of the band's legacy, forged in steel and driven by unmistakable riffs. Arriving September 4, 2026, via Napalm Records, the album delivers some of the most iconic songs ever written in heavy music.

Led by guitarist Wolf Hoffmann, the longtime architect of ACCEPT's sound, the band is joined by a staggering 50 guests across 19 reimagined versions of their biggest tracks. Teutonic Titans 1976-2026 is ACCEPT's most ambitious and star-studded release to date, reaching far beyond the borders of their country of origin. Featuring the biggest names in heavy music paying tribute to the German icons, the record cements the band's standing on the global stage. This is more than an album; it is a manifesto of metal! Pre-orders are now available in various exclusive formats.

Wolf Hoffmann about Teutonic Titans 1976-2026:
"There is no better way to celebrate this 50-year anniversary than to have our musical peers, friends, and inspirations come together with us to record these classic ACCEPT songs, which I am honored and proud to share with the World. I hope everyone enjoys this very special record as much as we all enjoyed making it."

Progressing through albums from their formative years, from I'm a Rebel (1980) to Eat the Heat (1989), ACCEPT present their songs with an all-new, all-star lineup, alongside the signature voice of Mark Tornillo and Wolf Hoffmann's unmistakable riffs. By enlisting a "Who's Who" of metal, no two songs on Teutonic Titans 1976-2026 are the same. Every track features a different combination of vocals, guitars, bass, and drums, giving each classic a fresh edge.

Phil Anselmo, Kirk Hammett, and Mikkey Dee tear through the speed metal classic "Fast as a Shark" (Restless and Wild, 1982), while the reimagined "Love Child" is elevated by Billy Corgan and David Ellefson (from Balls to the Wall, 1983). Other guest stars on ACCEPT's extraordinary release include Sebastian Bach, Todd La Torre, Dino Jelusick, Ola Englund, Alex Skolnick, Rudy Sarzo, and Chris Jericho. The album also features a re-recording of "Hellhammer" (Eat the Heat, 1989), performed by ACCEPT's current lineup: Wolf Hoffmann, bassist Martin Motnik, guitarist Philip Shouse and drummer Christopher Williams, joined by Jason McMaster on vocals.

ARISING EMPIRE MEDIA ALERT: New Releases Just Dropped From RESOLVE — WATCH + LISTEN

French metalcore force Resolve return with their brand new single "Spread My Ashes Into Space," marking the beginning of a bold new chapter for the band. Cinematic, crushing and deeply emotional, the track arrives alongside the announcement of their new album of the same name, Spread My Ashes Into Space" set for release on January 15. The album is available to pre-order here.

With "Spread My Ashes Into Space," Resolve push their unmistakable sound into vast new territory. Monumental riffs, atmospheric electronics and soaring melodies collide with moments of raw vulnerability, creating a track that feels both intensely personal and almost otherworldly in scale. While firmly rooted in the modern metalcore DNA that has defined the band, the single expands their sonic world with a renewed sense of ambition, depth and cinematic scope.

At its heart, "Spread My Ashes Into Space" explores the overwhelming desire to escape when the weight of reality becomes impossible to ignore. Space becomes a metaphor for absolute freedom, a place beyond expectations, pressure and noise. Against imagery of infinite darkness, solar flares and hyperspace, the song wrestles with the line between surrender and self preservation.

The band comments, "This first single and title track dive into the moment the breaking point is reached, and how that kickstarts a new perspective. The core of this song revolves around one specific question that kept coming up when writing the lyrics: "Is it a cure or an escape?"

"We've had times when the sheer weight of everything, the noise, the expectations, made me almost consider changing up my whole life and escape to a quieter, more serene place. In this song, space represents this: an ultimate silence and isolation. A place with 'no rules, no gods, just infinite black unknown.' It’s about the desperate need to find a sanctuary where you can finally be free from the weight of reality, a place where you can just exist however you see fit. This place has been harder and harder to reach for me these past few years, and we think we're not alone in that.

"Some might read the lyrics and see a dark surrender, but we want the audience to see it as written from a place of hope. It's that feeling of being an 'escape artist with no hands,' trying to find a way out when you're completely backed into a corner. Ultimately, it's a very raw admission that sometimes, the urge to disappear isn't about wanting to escape the actual world, but simply trying to save yourself from a system that feels too loud."

The title track sets the stage for what promises to be Resolve’s most expansive and emotionally charged album era yet.

Following two acclaimed albums, millions of streams, appearances at Hellfest and extensive touring alongside internationally renowned acts, the French quartet continue to establish themselves as one of modern metalcore’s most compelling voices. Heavy without sacrificing atmosphere and vulnerable without losing its intensity, "Spread My Ashes Into Space" captures Resolve at a pivotal moment, redefining their signature sound while remaining unmistakably themselves.

Novelists Release Video for New Single "Ravage" — WATCH // Tour With Bilmuri

Just days after Rock en Seine — one of France's leading music festivals which lineup included Deftones, The Cure, and Tyler and the Creator — and ahead of their North American tour with Bilmuri, Novelists release "RAVAGE," a new single accompanied by a largely self-produced music video. The release marks the beginning of a busy stretch for the Parisian five-piece, leading up to their headline show at the Olympia on April 23, 2027.

Since the release of their acclaimed album CODA in May 2025, Novelists have come a long way. Still releasing through their own label, ACKOR Music, the band continues to refine an increasingly distinctive identity without sacrificing their creativity, underpinned by some of the most accomplished vocal and instrumental performances in their scene. With a frontwoman equally at home in metal and pop, Novelists continue to break the mold. Their visual identity now matches the ambition of a band shaped by extensive touring around the world, as demonstrated by their new video directed by Bastien Sablé, whose credits include work with Aya Nakamura , "RAVAGE" is the latest expression of that artistic vision.

"'RAVAGE' was never meant to play it safe," the band says. "We kept pushing the track further: Heavier, more melodic, wilder… until a baroque cello somehow felt like the most natural thing in the world. The video came from exactly the same impulse. We had the budget to make life easier and hand the project over to a big production company, but we chose to produce most of it ourselves, to make that budget go as far as possible, and achieve the most ambitious result we could. There's something very Novelists about doing everything ourselves, even when it makes our lives unnecessarily complicated, simply because we're obsessed with bringing what's in our heads to life exactly as we imagine it."

The release kicks off a packed schedule for a band who has not slowed down over the past 18 months: Hellfest, Francofolies, Graspop, Download UK, Resurrection Fest, tours across the United States, Europe and China, and a La Cigale show that sold out weeks in advance. Next up: tTeir imminent North American tour with Bilmuri, followed by a European run with The Devil Wears Prada this autumn, before their biggest-ever Paris headline show in 2027.

SHOWING TEETH Drops New "A Fate Worse Than Loneliness" EP — OUT NOW

Infiltrating the vanguard of heavy music with an uncanny and unpredictable sound like no other, acclaimed Nashville-based sonic alchemist SHOWING TEETH presents her much-anticipated debut EP, A FATE WORSE THAN LONELINESS, out now via Republic Records + Spinefarm. In tandem with the project, she opened up an online store and uncovered her first-ever official merch drop, featuring a "Bad Exchanges" camo hat, Labyrinth longsleeve shirt, and CD version of A FATE WORSE THAN LONELINESS — available here

To celebrate the EP's arrival, she also served up the music video for the new single "Make It Out" . The clip captures the uncontrolled energy of this disarmingly catchy anthem with gritty footage and an appropriately claustrophobic performance. Watch it below:

Musically, the track's glitchy riff slips into a buoyant palm-muted groove, while airy keys carry the verses. Boosted by alternately crunching and chugging distortion, SHOWING TEETH translates anxiety into a transfixing refrain as she accepts, "Maybe it's too late to pick me up…I'll throw myself back down….Even up to now, I'll tell myself, 'You'll never make it out'."

Amplifying her internal struggle aloud without shame, she fearlessly wrestles with self-defeat on the hook and pushes through with honesty and heart intact.

She teased the EP with the brutal and bludgeoning "Bad Exchanges." The latter is quickly nearing one million total streams. Plus, she delivered a chaotic music video to accompany the song. Watch it here

Earning acclaim, Revolver hailed it as "a series of noise-tastic riff swerves, ground-unsettling gravity blasts, deliciously disjointed sound effects and, of course, the ultra-violent screams and squeals of project leader and vocalist Addison." Metal Hammer named it one of "The 12 Best New Metal Songs You Need To Hear Right Now," going on to profess, "Maybe it's the frequent blast-beats, or the shrieking, grindcore like screeches, but the Nashville artist really nails a sense of frenzied mania."

The EP also boasts "Rip," which has amassed over 1 million streams and counting thus far. Revolver touted it among the "6 Best New Songs Right Now," raving: "Beyond that textual heaviness, SHOWING TEETH goes next level berserk with her feral shrieks."

This fall, she will hit the road as support to President on the band's sold-out North American Campaign 2026 for six weeks across North America. This run commences on September 4 in Nashville, TN at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville, visits major markets coast-to-coast, and closes out on October 14 in Dallas, TX at House of Blues Dallas. All dates are below.

President Release "BLOOD OF YOUR EMPIRE" Out Now // U.S. Tour Starts — SOLD OUT

Multi-million streaming, UK-based collective PRESIDENT are pleased to reveal BLOOD OF YOUR EMPIRE, their debut full length via Atlantic Records. Listen and stream here.

Alongside the album release, the band shares "Sleepwalker."

Listen below

The album arrives the same day the band kicks off its first-ever headline tour, which is completely sold out.

PRESIDENT, who embarked on their first-ever full U.S. tour supporting Bad Omens earlier the year, are now headlining venues across North America. The live campaigns will feature support from Showing Teeth on select dates. The tour launches tonight at Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, making additional stops across the U.S in Chicago, New York, Toronto, Boston, Atlanta, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles. and more before wrapping up in Dallas at House of Blues on October 14.

The album is truly a moment in the overall President campaign.

"Blood Of Your Empire was born out of my own struggle with existential crisis and trying to make sense of belief, mortality, and humanity's relationship with faith," President says. "Religion has inspired incredible compassion, purpose, and beauty in the world — but it has also been responsible for unimaginable suffering and bloodshed throughout history. This album lives in the tension between those two truths. Writing it became a way for me to confront the fear, confusion, and questions I've carried for years, and turn them into something I'm truly proud of."

The album cover is a Eugène Delacroix painting, The Battle of Poitiers, which, consequently, hangs in the Louvre.

Launching in 2025 and operating under the cloak of minimalism and anonymity, PRESIDENT have been cultivating intrigue with each single and live performance. Refusing to conform to the traditional structures of genre or identity, PRESIDENT prioritize intent over image.

Better Noise Signs Death Valley Dreams // Band Shares Cover of Chris Isaak's Melancholy Classic "Wicked Game"

BETTER NOISE MUSIC is pleased to welcome the ever-enigmatic DEATH VALLEY DREAMS to the label's roster. The band serves up a cocktail of brooding rock, atmospheric vibes, neo-new wave synths, and gloomy guitars. Indeed, Death Valley Dreams are a master class in gloriously melancholic music — they provide the soundtrack for nyctophiles.

Siphoning influence from '80s pioneers The Cure, Depeche Mode, Bauhaus, and Echo & The Bunnymen, as well as early '00s torchbearers The Killers, and Interpol while appealing to fans of newer acts like Nation of Language and Boy Harsher, Death Valley Dreams are magnets for those who prefer the darker side of life.

Lexie Viklund, Director of A&R, says, "Death Valley Dreams brings an exciting new dimension to the Better Noise roster. With a group of seasoned professionals coming together to pursue their shared passion for music, the possibilities are truly endless. We couldn't be more excited to welcome them to the Better Noise family."

Alongside the signing news, the band has shared its cover of Chris Isaak's elegiac "Wicked Game." They've added their own slow-burning spin to this haunting classic.

Watch the video Below:

The cover is an inspired choice for Death Valley Dreams, whose own music thrives in the same space between darkness, desire, melancholy, and tension. Shimmering guitars, pulsing textures, and an intoxicating sense of suspense amplify the song's underlying ache, turning a familiar classic into something seductive, modern, and unmistakably their own.

There's an undeniable nocturnal quality to Death Valley Dreams’ rendition: Unsettling yet beautiful, like stumbling into a tantalizing late-night scene from a Quentin Tarantino film where you know something dangerous is about to happen. The song feels drenched in neon, shadows, desire, and mystery, capturing the magnetic pull of the original while heightening its cinematic allure. Rather than simply recreating "Wicked Game," DEATH VALLEY DREAMS tap into what made the song so enduring and reimagines it through their own dark-alternative lens.

"It's one of those songs that’s just hauntingly beautiful and dark," offers the band's singer and keyboardist. "I've always gravitated toward that kind of mood, and ‘Wicked Game' has always been one of those songs that stuck with me. It fits the world we've built as a band so naturally that it just made sense to take our own approach to it."

Fans of rock new and old can catch on the road this fall with The Rasmus and Saint Agnes. These September dates offer the perfect chance to experience DEATH VALLEY DREAMS in their element — after dark, surrounded by a room full of people discovering a band that feels destined for much bigger stages. All dates are below.

Fight From Within Release New Single “The End of My Rope”

Upstate New York metalcore/hardcore band Fight From Within are back with their latest single, “The End of My Rope,” available now via Arson Theory. Produced by Daniel Thabet of Liquid Studios, the new track marks a new chapter for the band as they continue to sharpen their aggressive blend of metalcore, hardcore, and beatdown while expanding their reach with a newly announced run of dates supporting Tallah.

“The End of My Rope” captures Fight From Within at their most intense, delivering crushing heaviness, relentless energy, and the raw emotional urgency that has become central to the band's sound. Built for the pit but rooted in genuine frustration and perseverance, the track showcases a band continuing to push their sound forward without sacrificing the aggression that brought them together.

Alongside the new single, Fight From Within have announced “The Absence of Good Tour,” a tour supporting Tallah that will bring the band’s high-impact live show to stages across the country.

The new era also comes with a change behind the scenes, as Fight From Within are now under the management of Eric Ellis, formerly of Bury Your Dead. Ellis' experience within the heavy music community brings a new level of momentum as the band prepares to take “The End of My Rope” on the road and introduce Fight From Within to an even wider audience.

“The End of My Rope” is available now on all major streaming platforms.

BEHEMOTH - Unleash New Single & Video 'In League With Satan' + New Release "I, Scvlptor" Out Now!

Polish extreme metal legends, BEHEMOTH, unleash 'In League with Satan', the second single from their new studio release, I, Scvlptor, which is out today via Nuclear Blast Records (digitally) and Massacre Records (physically). The music video for 'In League with Satan' was produced by the acclaimed Polish production collective Grupa 13. The song and the video feature very special guest, Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir.

Nergal commented on the new single:

“When we were looking for a name for our tour with Dimmu Borgir, I thought it would be great to use a timeless slogan and basically quote the gods of satanic rock’n’roll — Venom and “In League with Satan” perfectly fit my vision. I honestly don’t remember what came first — the idea for the tour name or the idea of recording the song itself. What matters is that we recorded it on seven-string guitars with Shagrath from Dimmu as a guest vocalist. The song gained a massive weight and a completely new dimension. We’re planning to play it live and I think our version turned into something truly powerful.”

'I, Scvlptor', which is out today, is an exclusive release featuring eight previously unreleased songs - seven new studio recordings and one live track. It is an autonomous body of work that bridges the band's foundational past with their present creative fire. The release features brand-new studio material embodying the full force of Behemoth's live energy and intensity. Two tracks - 'Rise of the Blackstorm of Evil' (from The Return of the Northern Moon, 1992) and 'In Thy Pandemaeternum' (from Pandemonic Incantations, 1998) - are newly re-recorded versions of early Behemoth material, reshaped with modern sonics while preserving their original spirit; a tribute to the bands who had a huge influence on Behemoth - 'In League With Satan' (originally by Venom, feat. Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir) and 'The Return of Darkness and Evil' (originally by Bathory, feat. Sakis Tolis of Rotting Christ). Available on CD, LP, MC and Limited-Edition Box Set through Massacre Records worldwide and digitally via Nuclear Blast Records.

Nergal commented:
We’re fucking excited about the release of I, Scvlptor. Even though it’s not a regular studio album and is, in fact, more of a compilation, the mere fact that it contains songs nobody has ever heard before makes it a significant release for us. What’s more, some of these tracks are likely a little different from what we offered on our last album, The Shit Ov God. That’s why we see I,Scvlptor as an important record — a connecting piece, a bridge between where we are now and whatever may come next in the distant future.

AIRBOURNE’S New Self-Titled Album Out Today: A “Big, Bombastic” Blast Of Pure Aussie Thunder

AIRBOURNE’s NEW self-titled studio album, out today, September 4th, is a true rock ‘n’ roll tale of no compromise, no sleep and still no ballads (or bullshit); a story fuelled by the riveted will of four musicians, brothers Joel & Ryan O’Keeffe, ably supported by Justin Street & Brett Tyrrell, to create a body of work that proudly offers a full 21 gun salute to hard rock’s glorious traditions, its heritage and its heartbeat, whilst keeping sights firmly trained on the road ahead.

To celebrate the album's release, the band has dropped their new video for the song 'Kid in a Candy Store.'

Watch the Video For 'Kid in a Candy Store' Below:

AIRBOURNE’s sixth studio album is the one that plants the flag deepest for everything the Aussie outfit stands for, their unwavering commitment to The Great Rock ‘n’ Roll Cause, leaving everything (apart from Lemmy’s Bar, of course) on the stage on a nightly basis.

“When I look up to the sky, rub the blood and sweat from my eyes

Hell, no, I ain't dead yet, as long as I can breathe, I can get…”  ‘Gutsy’

PRODUCED BY Brian Howes (who helmed 2013’s ‘Black Dog Barking’); engineered by Mike Fraser (who worked on 2010’s ‘No Guts. No Glory’ & 2016’s ‘Breakin’ Outta Hell’); mixed by Zakk Cervini (BMTH, Architects, Evanescence); and mastered by the legendary Ted Jensen‘Airbourne’ The Album is the statement, line in the sand recording that only one band could have made.

For staunch sons of Warrnambool, Joel & Ryanhere was the moment: to create not just the finest body of work in the Airbourne canon, but to raise the bar as high as possible in the name of the hard rock community; to seek out new turf, to protect the ground hard won by heroes past, some sadly fallen, and to both strengthen and celebrate the special, sacred bond with rock fans everywhere…

“Our aim from the start was to create something iconic, gargantuan,” states vocalist / guitarist Joel, “real blockbuster shit. It’s a rocket we’ve been building and building; we’ve filled it with fuel, now we’re ready to let it go.”

“We said, this is it, let’s make the oracle,” continues drummer Ryan, “and if we’re going to do it, no corner can be cut. All of the things we love most about rock‘n’roll are on this record. I firmly believe it’s our very best work…”

In order to embrace the mighty task, AIRBOURNE felt it wise to stay close to home, with Music Farm Studio in the “jungle” outside Byron Bay, South Eastern Australia, the chosen locale; not only does Music Farm host the original Neve console from Albert Studios in Sydney, the desk on which AC/DC, Rose Tattoo and The Angels recorded their classic early albums, but it’s also home to late AC/DC guitarist / founding member Malcolm Young’s eight-track Neve, and naturally both were put to full an’ fruitful use on the

AIRBOURNE sessions.

By choosing vintage gear (and recording to tape), these sessions were never going to be gremlin free, but as things turned out, technical issues were just a part of the story, with near cyclonic storms, deadly snakes and even deadlier super sized spiders (the fabled Big Boy!) adding to the list of perils. They say what doesn’t kill (or bite) you makes you stronger, and for musicians and studio team alike the overriding vision never blurred; nights around the fire pit were spent talking about the big, bold, bombastic albums they’d skipped their homework to listen to; those layered, beautifully crafted records, the recognised classics, that had made them rock fans in the first place…

Next stop, Hothouse Studios in Melbourne; here, all recording was completed alongside engineer / studio owner, Craig Harnath. Rounding things off at Hothouse was an easy choice to make; not only was it where the band had recorded their first EP, but the console, also a Neve, is from Alberts Studio 2, allowing the connection to prime rock history to be maintained.

The challenge was there. The game on.

‘Here She Comes’, one of the two Lange / Adams co-writes, the other being ‘Who Put The Rhythm In You?’, followed in late July, which brings us on a mighty wall of Eddie Van Halen inspired feedback to album focus track, ‘Bogotá’, complete with lashings of EVH ‘Frankenstein’ action, the first time Joel had wielded the instrument!

It’s surely impossible to be a guitarist and not realise the significance of EVH, who (along with Lemmy, Doc Neeson, John Bonham, Bon Scott, Little Richard, Malcolm Young & Ozzy) gets a hand on heart namecheck on album closer, ‘Send Me To Rock‘N’Roll Heaven’, the song that most clearly defines the album’s key themes of lifestyle and legacy; of artists being kept alive in the hearts and minds of fans; of the rock ‘n’ roll torch being passed from one generation to the next, the flame still burning…

‘When you play this riff, you give me back my hands

When you drop the needle, I'm back in the band…’  ‘Alive After Death (Last Plane Out)’

‘AIRBOURNE’. Made with passion. Made in Australia. The Great Barrier Riff.

Now officially out of its cage.
