Sleep Theory Share Video for Their Cover of *NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye," A Staple of Their Live Shows

Motionless In White Share Video for "R.I.P." (Feat. Skylar Grey)

Platinum-selling, Scranton, PA powerhouse MOTIONLESS IN WHITE will release their new album DECADES  July 17 via Roadrunner Records. Pre-order it here.

Today, the band shares thew new song "R.I.P." (Feat. Skylar Grey).

The video was directed by Jensen Noen, who also lensed the "Werewolf" and "Sign Of Life" videos.

The track evokes the power of a lover's lament inscribed on a headstone. Piano twinkles through the haze of funereal synths, where the dual male-femal vocals entwine on an epic chorus boosted by soaring harmonies. It's everything you want, love, and expect from Motioneless In White.

"Skylar's voice brought it to another level that I never could have achieved on my own," says singer Chris Motionless. "I really love the lyrics for this song. Even though I wrote it through a romantic lens, I love that it can be applied to any moment in your life when you've had a falling out with someone you deeply care about, whether that's a best friend, family member, or romantic partner."

He continues, "The song really hones in on the deafening silence that follows after you've said hurtful things to one another that you wish you could take back. It's meant to capture the tension that exists in that quiet space of separation. You want to apologize and make things right, but you don't know how. You want to tell them you love them more than anything and can't live without them, but there's a lot of pain on both sides that has to be confronted first. All the while, you're left with the crippling uncertainty of whether the relationship can ever recover and move forward, or if it's destined to be laid to rest and gone forever."

Motionless In White have also announced the second leg of The Sweat and Blood Tour. Dayseeker will serve as direct support. The Devil Wears Prada and Dark Divine will also appear. This leg fittingly kicks off the night before Halloween in Worcester and runs through November 20 in Pittsburgh.

Decades features several high-profile and eclectic guest appearances. In addition to Taylor, Sklyar Grey, and Dark Divine's Anthony Martinez also feature on the album. The band recorded Decades in Upstate New York and Los Angeles with co-producers Drew Fulk and Justin "JD" deBlieck and ultimately incorporated their past, present, and future sounds into one cohesive sound. This is Motionless at their very best.

"We were never afraid to take risks," observes Chris. "This band has not only lasted two decades, but we've also outlasted all of the obstacles we've faced. We're still grinding. No matter how far we expand the universe that is Motionless In White, we're going to preserve the heart, soul, and roots of where we came from. We are never going to abandon heartfelt, emotional, and heavy songs. We are never going to abandon what mattered to us the most when we started. We're finding new ways to emphasize those stories with exciting sounds and looks, but the vision is the same. It's always been this grand, dramatic, and theatrical entity. I'm proud we haven't gotten comfortable."

He finishes, "Decades is definitely heavier than some of our past albums. Our current world bred more aggressive energy, anger, and resistance."

Insomnium Release Video for "Shadowlife" From Upcoming Album

"Shadowlife" marks the compelling first glimpse of Finnish melodic death metal visionaries INSOMNIUM's forthcoming album, out in October. Refusing to dwell in familiar territory or rely on well-worn formulas, the band continues to push its sound into new emotional and sonic dimensions — expanding its palette while remaining unmistakably true to its essence. Vocalist/bassit Niilo Sevänen says "As a story, 'Shadowlife' can be seen as a thematic gateway to the entire record — an elegy not only for a lost beloved, but also for the fading belief that anything beautiful can remain untouched by time. Multi-GRAMMY® Award-nominated, multi-platinum rock band Daughtry have announced their 20 Years Unplugged tour, a special fall run that will bring two decades of songs into intimate theatres and performance spaces across the U.S. Tickets go on general sale Friday, June 19 at 10am local at daughtryofficial.com 

The tour opens October 12 at Troy Savings Bank Music Hall in Troy, NY and continues through November 14 at Majestic Theatre in Dallas, TX, with stops in Beverly, Uncasville, Atlantic City, Huntington, Las Vegas, Anaheim, San Antonio and more. 20 Years Unplugged gives fans the chance to experience Daughtry’s catalogue in a stripped-back acoustic setting, reframing the songs that have soundtracked arenas, rock radio milestones, and some of the most defining moments of the band’s career. The tour will pull the band’s music into a more raw and immediate space, where the weight of a lyric, the scrape of a guitar string, and the quiet before a chorus can hit as hard as the full-band impact.

The announcement follows the release of SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM (DELUXE), the complete edition of Daughtry’s two-part project via Big Machine Rock. The collection brings together SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM (PART ONE) and SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM (PART TWO), along with additional live recordings that capture the force and connection of the band’s latest era. Across tracks including “ARTIFICIAL,” “PIECES,” “THE BOTTOM,” and “ANTIDOTE,” Daughtry continue to channel grief, change, confrontation, and self-reclamation into some of their heaviest and most emotionally direct work to date.

Legendary Hard Rockers TESLA Unveil New Single "Never Alone" + Official Music Video

Today, the acclaimed American hard rock band TESLA is proud to unveil their new single, "Never Alone," taken from their upcoming album, 'Homage,' set for release on July 17, 2026, via Frontiers Music Srl. Marking a full-circle moment in their storied career, the album finds the band returning to their roots with a collection of covers honoring some of rock’s most timeless hits.

On the creation of the new original track, Brian Wheat shares:

"'Never Alone' is a new song that we wrote in the 11th hour of recording the album 'Homage.' It started out as a simple guitar riff. I was at my friends Rachael Ray and John Cusimano's house filming an episode for her TV show, I had some time to kill so I went into their studio in the house, picked up John’s acoustic guitar and started strumming these chords to kill some time. When I listened back to it, it sounded like a TESLA song. I thought maybe it was gonna be a song for one of my other projects, but it sounded like TESLA. So I sent it to Jeff and he said it’s definitely TESLA. Out of that he came up with the title 'Never Alone,' we worked on it together writing the lyrics, the music, switching the chorus around a little bit and as a result, I think it turned out pretty good. I hope you enjoy it. This is our new song 'Never Alone' because we’re never alone."

It is remarkable to reflect on the more than 40 years since TESLA began as a cover band performing in California nightclubs before going on to write and record original material and sell millions of albums.

Much like their musical heroes — The Beatles and The Rolling Stones—artists who honed their craft by performing songs from those who came before them, TESLA followed a similar path in their early years and continues to embrace the tradition of paying tribute through cover songs today.

‘Homage,’ the band’s upcoming album, not only honors legendary artists but also provides an opportunity to showcase lead singer Jeff Keith's vocal diversity. The album stands as a thank-you expressed through music, an offering to the iconic voices and songs that shaped the band’s influences and, ultimately, their own songwriting. 

'Homage' is not about imitation, but acknowledgment, tracing the line from influence to identity, from listening to becoming. The project also arrives more than 20 years after the ‘Real to Reel’ series, a release that helped inspire the creation of a new original TESLA song, “Never Alone.”

The selected songs on 'Homage' were chosen for a variety of reasons, primarily representing some of the greatest vocalists of all time, including Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury, Sam Cooke, David Ruffin, Etta James, and James Brown. Additional selections reflect songs the band grew up hearing on the radio and on their turntables.

On the upcoming album, TESLA shares:

Norwegian "Tundra Rockers" Slomosa Drop Heavy-Hitting KEXP Live Session

Norway’s sludge-fueled groove titans Slomosa have unveiled a blistering five-song live session for Seattle’s KEXP, recorded during the band's first-ever U.S. headlining tour this past April. Known for redefining Desert Rock into what they proudly call “Tundra Rock," the Bergen-based four-piece delivered a raw, hypnotic, and thunderous performance in the legendary KEXP studios.

Ryan Perdz Drops New Track "Time to Pretend" via Big Machine Rock

Buffalo, New York singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Perdz has released his fan-favorite, fresh reimagination of "Time to Pretend". Prior to today, Perdz released tracks "Sour" and most recently, the emotionally compelling "Heavy Eyes" along with the announcement of his debut album 'Can't Cry', set for release on August 14 via Big Machine Rock. Speaking about "Time to Pretend", Perdz commented:

“'Time to Pretend' is the first cover I’ve ever released. I wanted to record something that I could change the genre and really make my own. Ryan Perdz is a 25-year-old singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Buffalo, NY. Raised on his grandparents’ family farm, he began teaching himself guitar at age ten and expanded into bass, violin, and mandolin, developing a hands-on approach to songwriting and arrangement.

Influenced by artists such as Nirvana, Chris Cornell, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Led Zeppelin, Perdz channels the emotional weight of 90s rock through a modern lens, balancing grit with melody. “Actually, we’re not entirely sure what this song is about. There are references to the drug trade and to a certain singer who often flies between Brooklyn and Florida to ply his wares. Add in some sexual innuendos and it makes one hell of a sleazy rocker… Enjoy!”

Spanish melodic death metal powerhouse BLOODHUNTER have officially released their brand-new studio album “Sons Of The Abandoned” via ROAR - A Division of Reigning Phoenix Music.  

Marking this milestone, the band are not only kicking off a run of Spanish live dates alongside CRYPTA , but are also premiering a brand-new music video for “Masters Of Deceive”, one of the album’s most dynamic and emotionally charged tracks. 

Guitarist Dani Arcos comments: "This song is insane. We mixed guttural and melodic vocals, slow and melodic choruses with the most extreme riffs on the album... and there's even a recorded piano that you only realize has been there the whole time at the end of the song."

Vocalist Diva Satánica adds: "This song includes my very first clean backing vocals in BLOODHUNTER. I really wanted to give it a try because it represented the eternal disappointment of people trying to pull out from me a different version of myself but which I didn’t really feel identified with as a vocalist. This song speaks about toxic environments and how hard is to step out from there to follow your own path. It was the first song that we wrote for this album: it goes from a very dramatic chorus to the most enraged verses, to represent the complex dynamics in a relationship."

Fit For a King Share New Song "Blood Pact" Ahead of Summer Tour With Motionless In White

The band returns today with new music in the form of the standalone song "Blood Pact." It's full of piss, phglem, and palpable rage — just as fans like it.

"'Blood Pact' is a song that, unfortunately, has become more relevant as time goes on," explains Kirby. "It's about how the decisions of people in power affect the rest of us. And how as a human race, we face the reality of destruction, even when it's not the majority making the decision."

The song arrives ahead of FFAK's summer tour with Motionless in White, which kicks off July 14 and runs through August 15.

Dirty Heads Release "7 Seas" Album + Share "2 Young" + Summer Tour With 311 Kicks Off Next Month

Today, they serve up "2 YOUNG," which features a duet between singer Duddy and his daughter Sophia Lynn, proving that music is indeed the tie that binds.

"I remember Sophia sitting in a high chair while we were writing 'Lay Me Down,' so to now have her featuring on our album is very special. Her voice was meant for this song," states Duddy.

Sophia Lynn weighs in about the track's heft, saying, "Getting to work with Dirty Heads was such a full circle moment for me. This track is so meaningful, and I'm so grateful to be a part of it. As someone who's just stepping into a new chapter of life after graduating high school, these lyrics really resonate with me. Growing up is exciting, but it can also be confusing, overwhelming, and messy. I hope this song reminds people that at whatever stage in life they're at, it's okay to not have everything figured out."

Earlier this week, DIRTY HEADS gave fans a sneak peek of the album with an intimate Q&A and listening party event at the Honda Lounge at the iHeartRadio Studios in L.A. The listening party and Q&A will be available for fans to watch on VEEPS in celebration of the release.

IAN MUNSICK EMBRACES ROLE AS FAMILY PROTECTOR ON “WORLD WAR III,” OUT NOW

As Ian Munsick prepares to release his fourth studio album, The Mountain Goat, on August 21, the Wyoming native is sharing his latest taste of the project with new release, “World War III,” available now. Listen Below.
 
A naturally gifted entertainer with an entrepreneurial mindset, Munsick has taken on many roles throughout his career – independent musician, songwriter, businessman – but his greatest source of pride comes from his family. With the release of “World War III,” written by Munsick, Mike Robinson and Jeremy Spillman, Munsick muses over the lengths we’ll go to in order to protect those we love. 
 
“If there's anything worth fighting for, it's family,” shares Munsick. “I'm a peaceful man and would do just about anything to keep it that way. This song is a little different from what I've produced in the past but that's what excites me as a creator. I wrote this song as an anthem to anyone who would do anything to keep peace but would also die for the ones they love. In my mind, that's exactly what makes country music and the people who love it so special. I ain't looking for trouble but if it finds me, you can bet your ass that it's gonna be World War III.”
 
Munsick’s family expanded in 2025, as he and wife Caroline welcomed daughter Roan Autumn Munsick in September. Shortly before Roan’s birth, the Munsicks bought a small ranch near the Wyoming/Montana border. The combination of emotions that came from becoming a girl dad and returning to the place that serves as his greatest source of creativity provided ample inspiration for the creation of The Mountain Goat. 
 
“It’s just about 180 acres of prairie grass by the Big Horn Mountains – a peaceful spot where we can escape the craziness of Nashville,” Munsick explains. “My music is very inspired by the outdoors and the people that work the land, so it’s a great spot to reconnect and remember what my family and I have is real. What the Earth has for us is real. Tapping into those emotions is key.”

Along with co-producing the album, Munsick also played an extensive role in the instrumentation heard on the record. In total, Munsick is credited with playing nine different instruments: acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, piano, bouzouki and kazoo, as well as lending background vocals and programming.
 
Munsick promises to deliver fans a memorable tour of the west with a series of shows during album release week. As part of “The Road to The Mountain Goat,” Munsick recently announced his official album release show will be held at Deer Valley Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater in Park City, Utah on August 22 as part of the Deer Valley Concert Series. The Road to The Mountain Goat also includes stops in Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and South Dakota.

THE DAMN TRUTH Signs with Frontiers Music Srl & Announce Deluxe Edition of Acclaimed Self-Titled Album Set for Release on September 11th

Following the success of their critically acclaimed, JUNO Award-nominated self-titled album, THE DAMN TRUTH are thrilled to be joining Frontiers Music Srl as the label prepares the worldwide release of ‘The Damn Truth’ (Deluxe Edition) with a bonus track on September 11, 2026. To celebrate the announcement, the band also shares a remastered version of "The Willow" (2026), alongside an official music video, available below.

Originally featured on the band's critically acclaimed self-titled album, produced by legendary Grammy Award-winning producer Bob Rock (Metallica, Mötley Crüe, Bon Jovi, The Offspring), the track launches an exciting new chapter as THE DAMN TRUTH prepare to bring the album to a worldwide audience through its first global physical release.

Atmospheric, powerful, and deeply emotive, "The Willow" has become a fan favorite since the album's release. Showcasing the band's ability to balance raw rock energy with vulnerability and soul, the song captures the spirit of a band that has spent more than a decade forging its own path through relentless touring, unwavering determination and a fierce commitment to authentic rock and roll.

Like the solitary tree depicted on its striking artwork, "The Willow" is a song about endurance. Rooted deeply yet constantly moving with the wind, it reflects the journey of a band that has never stopped believing in its vision while building a growing international audience one stage at a time.

Originally released in 2025, ‘The Damn Truth’ marked a defining moment in the band's career. Produced by Bob Rock, the self-titled album showcased a band operating at the height of its creative powers, blending timeless rock and roll, blues-infused swagger, powerful songwriting and the unmistakable voice of frontwoman Lee-la Baum.

Speaking about the album and this next chapter, the band shares:

"When we began writing what would become our self-titled album, 'The Damn Truth,' we knew there was only one way forward: to dig deeper than we’d ever gone before. Not because anyone expected it from us, but because there was a fire burning in this band, a hunger to create something honest, something powerful, something that would move us as much as the records that shaped our lives.

Bringing Bob Rock into the fold took that vision to another level. There was something truly magical in the air during those sessions, an energy that’s hard to explain and impossible to manufacture. We weren’t just making a record we were chasing a feeling, capturing moments that felt bigger than ourselves and committing them to tape."

As THE DAMN TRUTH prepares to launch their next chapter with Frontiers Music Srl, the band are also gearing up for their busiest period of touring yet.

Movements are known for discordant, angular post-hardcore but on the moody and mercurial "Everything Is Fine," the band shows off its ability craft the kind of beautiful melodies that linger for days and that directly request that you sing along. It's a cerebral and contemplative post-punk anthem. When singer Patrick Miranda sings, "Everything is fine," you are left to wonder: Is it, though? That's the beauty of Movements and their new album, Happier Now. It will make you think, all the while nodding your head along to the groove.
 

""Everything Is Fine' is one of those songs that took a while to get right," shares Miranda. "It went through multiple different versions before we landed on this one, and it ended up being one of my favorite choruses on the record. It's a song about anxiety, and I think fans of the earlier Movements subject matter will really enjoy this one."

Movements will embark on a U.S. headline tour in October, with support from Balance and Compsure, Midrift, and NIIS. All dates are below.

ABOUT MOVEMENTS:

Movements are proud to announce their fourth full-length album for Fearless Records, Happier Now, with GRAMMY-winner Will Yip (Turnstile, Title Fight, Circa Survive) once again serving as producer. The result is an album that's as expansive as it is emotional and takes Movements' signature sound to a heightened level that further establishes the band as scene statesmen.
 
"I think at first we weren’t really sure what the record was going to be," vocalist Patrick Miranda admits. "We all had a general idea: We wanted it to bring in the early elements of our sound and blend it with the newer material like [2023's] RUCKUS! and mesh both of those sounds." Two of the songs that came from that initial session were the album’s first two singles: The instantly infectious anthem "Dissolve Me" and moody meditation "Back In My Ways," which collectively acted as sonic north stars to guide the band through the recording process.
 
In many ways, Happier Now is a full circle moment for Movements, who are once again performing on the Warped Tour this summer and slowly becoming veterans of the community that inspired them growing up. The struggle never sounded so sweet.
