MOONSPELL Announce North American Tour as Special Guests of CRADLE OF FILTH

Fresh off the release of their brand-new, internationally acclaimed studio album Far From God via Napalm Records, Portuguese gothic metal pioneers MOONSPELL have announced their long-awaited return to North America this fall as special guests of extreme metal legends CRADLE OF FILTH. The extensive U.S. and Canadian run will also feature WORM GLOOM and BLACK SATELLITE, bringing one of the season's most compelling dark and extreme metal packages to stages across the continent.

Armed with songs from their latest offering Far From God alongside fan favorites and timeless classics, MOONSPELL will also celebrate the 30th anniversary of their landmark album Irreligious, delivering a set that spans the band's remarkable career.

Fernando Ribeiro comments:
"Moonspell and Cradle of Filth, came a long way… We first played together in 1994 and since then we've sharing stages all around the globe. It's also our return to the North America and we sure want to make it count! Cradle is on a creative and touring roll so we’ll try to get ourselves some of their charm and deliver you amazing nights to the sound of our very own Portugal brand of Gothic Metal. We’ll be promoting our new album Far from God, the 30th anniversary or Irreligious and will go deep into our history and legacy. See you under the spell!"

Local Ticket Presales start on Thursday, July 16 at 10am local time
Public On Sale: Friday, July 17 at 10am local time

Released on July 3, 2026 via Napalm Records, Far From God has quickly established itself as one of MOONSPELL's most celebrated works to date. The album earned several international cover stories and entered the charts at #3 in Portugal, #19 in Austria, #27 in Germany, #46 in Switzerland, and reached #22 on the French Rock & Metal Albums Charts, underscoring both the band's enduring international appeal and the overwhelming response from fans and critics alike.

Born out of five years of creative searching, doubt and ultimate rediscovery, Far From God marks a powerful return for the band. Far from playing it safe, MOONSPELL deliver a work that feels like a rebirth: darker, sharper and emotionally unfiltered. Rather than bending to modern trends, the band double down on identity and substance, presenting a bold and beautiful statement of Gothic Metal in its purest essence: dark, romantic, dramatic and unapologetically heavy.

Far from God – produced with Jaime Gomez Arellano (Paradise Lost, Sólstafir, Ghost among many others) – shines like a black diamond, luminous yet shadowed in texture and colour, both musically and sonically. It reconnects with the darker spirit of MOONSPELL's classic era while sounding powerful and contemporary. Far From God is not nostalgia; it is a statement. A Gothic Metal hallelujah. MOONSPELL's 21st century Irreligious. It's not only a powerful reminder that MOONSPELL remain a defining force in the genre they helped shape, but an album that truly saves Gothic Metal from boredom and predictability.

The Stevenson Ranch Davidians return with radiant single 'Love, Light, Beauty & Truth'

New York-based collective The Stevenson Ranch Davidians embrace hope, resilience and timeless psychedelic soul on their luminous new single 'Love, Light, Beauty & Truth', with accompanying video by Jacob Kedzierski.

Blending the rich traditions of '60s psych, folk and soul, woven with strands of early American roots music, this is a stirring reminder of the enduring power of the human spirit and its endless emanation throughout the ages into the face of an ancient and unrelenting evil.

Steeped in the aura of the perennially mythologized psychedelic culture of Southern California, The Stevenson Ranch Davidians has revealed itself in shifting configurations, their sound balances spiritual yearning with earthy authenticity. While the lineup has continually coalesced around lead singer-songwriter Dwayne Seagraves and bassist Jessica Latiolait, the collective has always had a guiding vision and goal: to create music that seeks to simultaneously demystify and deify the human experience.

The other members bring a range of talent, experience, and inspiration, including producer and longtime Brian Jonestown Massacre member Rob Campanella on guitar and lap steel, British drummer Misha Bullock, and Sara Minsavage on keyboards, shakes and jangles. On the current single, Andy Campanella also contributes background vocals..

"This song is from a collection of material that was recorded in the spring of 2019, just over a year after the release of our last LP, 'Amerikana', and just under a year before the entire world was abruptly thrown into one of its darkest periods in modern history," says Dwayne Seagraves.

"To say that the music felt relevant at the time is an understatement, yet, somehow the time was not quite right for its release. Now here we are some seven years later and the songs’ relevance hasn’t faded. Maybe that makes it timeless. Maybe that’s exactly what we intended it to be."

Jessica Latiolait adds, "We will be releasing a series of brand-new singles over several months, each pulled from sessions we recorded back in 2019s. These songs have been waiting a long time to be heard, and we're excited to finally share them with you. We can't wait for you to hear what we've been holding onto all these years."

Following the release of their acclaimed third album 'Amerikana', the band embarked on two extensive European tours while also recording a full length collection of songs. The band began a monthly residency in the Bay Area until taking indefinite hiatus due to various governmental mandates during the Covid outbreak. In 2024, the band re-emerged to the live music circuit, touring with acts such as Micah Nelson and Particle Kid, Levitation Room and Habibi, while writing new material.

Most recently, The Stevenson Ranch Davidians have wrapped up recording their fourth full-length album at Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La Studio in Malibu, California, with its release planned for early-2027. 2026 also brings a string of performances, including three with Elephant Stone.

As of July 15, 'Love, Light, Beauty & Truth' is available on streaming platforms, including SpotifyApple Music and Bandcamp

SOULFLY Announces Fall US Tour With NAILBOMB And INCITE

Rising from the mystical Sonoran Desert, metal icons SOULFLY are set to return to the American moshpits this Fall, tearing down the boundaries of a complacent society. Fueled by the indigenous roots of Chama and the raw power of fire, the tour will showcase brand-new tracks like 'Favela Dystopia,; 'No Pain = No Power,' 'Chama,' and 'Storm The Gates,' alongside the classic anthems that have long united the SOULFLY Tribe. The 25-date U.S. trek kicks off with a featured festival appearance at Louder Than Life, with performances in Dallas, Salt Lake City, and West Hollywood before wrapping up with a massive hometown headline show in Tempe, Arizona, on October 15th.

Joining this devastating lineup is cult-favorite industrial sludge/crust punk outfit Nailbomb. Formed in 1993 as the legendary side project of Max Cavalera and Alex Newport, Nailbomb is crawling out of the vault to join the sonic demolition. Known for timeless, politically charged lyrics that scream the uncomfortable truths others won't say, the band's rotating, modern lineup ensures their anti-society message remains as razor-sharp and relevant as ever.

Rounding out the tour is the brutal reality of Richie Cavalera’s INCITE. Since forming in 2004, the band has continually raised the bar, evolving through lineup shifts into a modern thrash powerhouse. Their highly acclaimed new single, "Just a Rat" (from Savage New Times), has already penetrated the metal world with the exact sonic grip fans have been waiting for.

This is a rare, legendary gathering of the Cavalera legacy. Don't miss the OG SOULFLY teamed with the explosive INCITE and a rare appearance by NAILBOMB.

Shock Rock Legends GWAR Celebrate 20th Anniversary of ‘Beyond Hell’ with Fully Remastered Deluxe Edition on September 25th via Pit Records

Two decades after dragging listeners into the depths of the underworld, GWAR are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their 2006 opus ‘Beyond Hell’ with a newly remastered deluxe edition, available for the first time ever on vinyl. The album is set for release on September 25th via the band's own Pit Records.

Remastered by Paul Logus (Anthrax, Killswitch Engage), the anniversary edition breathes new life into one of the band's most ambitious and theatrical releases. Alongside the remastered album, the release also includes a previously unreleased outro track recorded during the original ‘Beyond Hell’ sessions that was left off the original release.

Marking the announcement, the band also shares the remastered version of "Eighth Lock,"alongside it's long-lost music video, available below.

Check Out the Official Video for "Eighth Lock" (Remastered) Below:

Originally released in 2006, 'Beyond Hell' marked a defining moment in GWAR's legendary career. Produced by Devin Townsend, the album brought together two of metal's most unique creative forces, with Townsend helping shape one of the band's most ambitious and beloved releases.

"I had been a GWAR fan since I was a kid. I loved the freedom, the metal, the spectacle, and the passion that went into it all," recalls Townsend. "I met Brockie on a tour we did together and, after cornering him in an elevator basically telling him I'd work for free, I found myself co-producing 'Beyond Hell.' Dave and Corey came to Vancouver to stay with me, and we recorded at Profile Studios. The drums and basic tracks were done at Slave Pit in Richmond, Virginia, and the whole process took about three months."

He continues, "GWAR were, and are, an amazing combination of artistic freedom, absurdity, and hard work bundled up with metal and performance. Loved them then, love them now."

Chronicling the band's descent into Hell to rescue their long-lost comrade Flattus Maximus,'Beyond Hell' remains one of GWAR's defining releases, featuring fan favorites including "Back in Crack," "Womb With a View," "Tormentor," and "The Ultimate Bohab."

Twenty years later, 'Beyond Hell' is ready to rise once again, louder, heavier, and more gloriously blasphemous than ever before.

Pre-Order the 'Beyond Hell' 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition HERE

The first ever vinyl pressing of 'Beyond Hell' arrives on 180-gram vinyl housed in an elaborate tri-fold jacket that unfolds into an inverted cross. The CD edition also receives the deluxe treatment, featuring a fold-out poster.

The standard Gold vinyl edition will be limited to 2,000 copies. Fans looking for something even more exclusive can pick up the "Blood Moon" vinyl variant, limited to just 300 copies, exclusively at GWAR.net, while Metal Injection will offer an exclusive "Blood Smear" vinyl variant, limited to only 200 copies.

Bay Area Thrash Legends HEATHEN Celebrate Iron Maiden's 50th Anniversary With Incendiary Cover of "The Prisoner"

Quickly following their triumphant returning single "Never A God" earlier this year, Bay Area thrash legends HEATHEN break back out with another offering.

In celebration of the mighty Iron Maiden's 50th anniversary, HEATHEN have taken a stab at the Number of The Beast classic, "The Prisoner." Pulling samples from the TV show of the same name, enlisting artist Dan Goldsworthy (known for his work with Accept, Inhuman Condition, and Haken) to Eddie-ify the goblin from "Goblin's Blade"—a callback to their HEATHEN's 1987 record Breaking The Silence—and reworking their logo to look like Maiden's, HEATHEN pull out all the stops to ensure this was more than just homage. Mixed and mastered by Zeuss at Planet Z (known for his work with 3 Inches of Blood, Municipal Waste, and Shadows Fall, amongst others), the lively track showcases HEATHEN's studied reverence of the subject material, unleashing metal greatness with a modern edge and seasoned orchestration.

About the track guitarist Kragen Lum says:
"What can we say about the legendary Iron Maiden that hasn't already been said? They've given us 50 years of energetic, melodic metal that's inspired Heathen and legions of other bands in the genre. 'The Prisoner' was an easy choice for us to cover, with its heavy intro, uptempo verses, catchy chorus, and classic instrumental section. We added a few touches to 'Heathenize' the song while staying true to what made it so great when it was first released in 1982. Enjoy this recording as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of heavy metal's greatest bands. Up the Irons!"

This cover comes right in time for the band's extensive North American tour encompassing two legs. The first opening for fellow thrash greats Metal Church, followed by a string of headlining dates over Louisiana horror thrashers Void. Kicking off July 17 in Derry, NH the tour supporting Metal Church will hit a series of major cities including Montreal, QC, Pittsburgh, PA, and Rochester, NY before its conclusion July 26 in Leesburg, VA. Not missing a beat, HEATHEN picks up Void for their headline run kicking off the next day in Raleigh, NC on July 27. The headline run will hit a slew of intimate venues in major cities including Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Milwaukee, WI, and Detroit, MI before wrapping up on August 9 in Toronto, ON.

About the tour the band says:
"We're stoked to join the legendary Metal Church on this short tour of the Northeastern U.S. and Canada. We'll be bringing our A-game for these shows before heading out on a run of headlining dates across the Midwest, Northeast, and Canada with the killer Void as direct support. We've put together a set packed with classics, fan favorites, and a few surprises that you won’t want to miss. Grab your tickets, and we'll see you in the pit!"

JAH WOBBLE & TIAN QIYI recast 'Strawberry Fields Forever', heralding 'Mystic Liverpool' album

Legendary bassist and producer Jah Wobble and Liverpool-based duo Tian Qiyipresent 'Strawberry Fields Forever', ushering in their new album 'Mystic Liverpool: The Beatles' Psychedelic Psongbook', out August 14th via Cherry Red Records and Wobble's label 30 Hertz. Previewed by the lead track 'Tomorrow Never Knows', this is a deeply personal reimagining of The Beatles’ psychedelic period, these songs are framed within a soundscape of Chinese, Mongolian and dub traditions.

These songs may have been penned by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, but Jah Wobble (aka John Wardle) and his sons John T Wardle and Charlie Wardle (aka Tian Qiyi) have made these songs uniquely their own. 'Mystic Liverpool' draws on Wobble’s signature dub bass, John T’s drums, Chinese percussion and yangqin, and Charlie’s erhu and vocals, while 'Strawberry Fields Forever' sees Charlie play morin khuur with the boys' mother Zi Lan Liao — a Royal Academy of Music–trained harpist and the most recognized gu-zheng performer worldwide — joining on gu-zheng.

Jah Wobble is a founding member of Public Image Ltd (PiL) and formed Invaders of the Heart in 1982. In his 50-year career, he has achieved chart success, a Mercury Music Prize nomination and a rich discography. He has collaborated with Can's Holger CzukayJaki LiebezeitU2's The Edge and producer François Kevorkian, in addition to Sinéad O’Connor, Massive Attack, Ginger Baker, Björk, Brian Eno, Pharoah Sanders and, most recently, Horace Andy on his 'Timeless Roots' album, Ken Boothe on his 'Old Fashioned Ways' album, and Jon Klein on the 'Automated Paradise' album.

Tian Qiyi takes their name from John T Wardle and Charlie Wardle's Chinese middle names, Tian Qi and Tian Yi. Meshing British, Chinese, Mongolian and dub traditions, their music bridges cultures to forge a sound that also weaves in post-punk and experimental production, their sound imbued with magnetic tension between ancient tradition and dub futurism, East and West, land and spirit.

"This is the one that started everything for me — the song that opened my psyche as a small boy in the East End. So it was always going to be the centrepiece of this record. It’s a family track in every sense with Charlie on erhu, morin khuur and vocals, John T on drums and yangqin, and Zi Lan on guzheng," says Jah Wobble.

"The dub sensibility runs right through it — there’s a lot of space in the mix, a lot of trust in the listener. I don’t think we’ve tried to compete with the original. What we’ve done, I hope, is honour the mystery of it — let it breathe in a slightly different room, with different instruments, and see what happens. It still feels like more than music to me."

MULTI-PLATINUM COUNTRY ROCKER BRANTLEY GILBERT EXTENDS HEADLINING REAL AMERICAN TOUR

As he readies the release of his eighth studio album SINS OF THE FATHER for Friday, July 24, multi-Platinum trailblazer Brantley Gilbert announces additional tour stops, extending his headlining Real American Tour through November 2026. With direct support from John Morgan, along with Jay Webb and Atlus on select dates, the newly announced dates include stops in Boston, Mass., Savannah, Ga., Cincinnati, Ohio, Biloxi, Miss. and more.

General on sale begins this Friday, July 17 at 10am local time at BrantleyGilbert.com. Fan club members in the Gold & Silver tiers can begin purchasing tickets tomorrow, July 14 at 10am local time and Bronze can begin purchasing tickets Wednesday, July 15 at 10am local time. Pre-sales will run through Thursday, July 16 at 10pm local time.

On Father’s Day, Gilbert released two new tracks from his forthcoming album: title track “SINS OF THE FATHER” and “GOOD OL’ BOYS,” which followed lead single “GOOD DAMN,” currently climbing the charts at Country radio, and the deeply personal “F****D ME UP,” with MusicRow praising, “his gripping, broken vocal on this ballad grabs ahold and doesn’t let go…it’s a powerful thing.”

No stranger to pushing country’s evolutionary curve, SINS OF THE FATHER goes beyond sonic innovation, to confront the ugly truth. Fusing heartfelt country values with explosive energy and barbed-wire R&B swagger, he describes the project as a deeply personal playlist, once again ready to meet fans where they are.

“As long as there’s a box in country music, I know where I belong,” the Georgia-born hitmaker says. “And that’s right on the outside of it. All of my albums are a chapter of my life and this one’s no different. I don’t have skeletons in the closet – my shit’s out in the open. So if there’s any piece of my story that could help somebody, I’m cheating them if I keep it to myself.”

Co-produced with rock-schooled collaborator Brock Berryhill (Twenty One Pilots, Kane Brown), SINS OF THE FATHER marks some of the hardest-hitting work of Gilbert’s career, yet the diesel-fueled two-lane trap he helped pioneer is never far away. Bottomless distortion and pounding drums join melodic, gravel-road grooves, while the bare bones of country soul turn painful realities into three-chords-and-the-truth.

He also launched Real American Beer Zero after becoming an investor and equity partner of Real American Beer (RAB). RAB Zero is the company’s first non-alcoholic beer with $1 per case sold of RAB Zero going to the USO in addition to ongoing donations tied directly to sales, supporting active-duty service members and their families.

Teen Mortgage Release KEXP Live Session

With a blistering, no-frills assault, Washington, DC punk duo TEEN MORTGAGE —guitarist/vocalist James Guile and drummer Ed Barakauskas — deliver raw, fuzzed-out riffs over pounding, minimalist drums, locking into a relentless groove that feels equal parts grit-infused punk and hardcore urgency. Their recent live performance at alt-favorite KEXP is sweaty, stripped-down, and confrontational, with zero dead space — just pure, amplified energy from start to finish. Recorded during their successful Spring 2026 tour run with Joyce Manor, the KEXP team captured the essence of the D.C. duo's DIY ethos in one of the most impressive displays of punk rock of recent memory.

Watch the TEEN MORTGAGE x KEXP session below:

For those hooked by TEEN MORTGAGE's live performance, the band comes stacked with a round of new tour dates, including stops at this summer's Rocklahoma (Pryor, OK), Riot Fest (Chicago, IL), Vans Warped Tour (Orlando, FL) and more. TEEN MORTGAGE will be joining punk rock mainstays, Rise Against and Alkaline Trio, for a trip around the States starting September 22 in Dallas, TX. All dates are below.

Ready to take their debut Roadrunner Records LP, Devil Ultrasonic Dream, on the road again, in addition to crowd favorites like the newly released single, “Burn”, fans will also be treated to a brand new track, "Democracy Manifest," premiering worldwide August 7 and on stage at Portugal’s SonicBlast Festival.

For rock fans still chasing that jolt of something real, loud, and dangerous, TEEN MORTGAGE aren't asking for your attention — they are demanding it. As the genre evolves, the duo stand at the front of the charge, and ignoring them isn't just a miss, it's a mistake.

Omen//Skye Release New Single + Video "Further" via Arson Theory

Maryland-based metalcore outfit Omen//Skye have released their powerful new single and music video, “Further” available now via Arson Theory.

Blending cinematic atmosphere, crushing riffs, and emotionally charged melodic hooks, Omen//Skye continue to establish themselves as one of the Mid-Atlantic's most promising heavy acts. Built on the foundation of explosive live performances, the band seamlessly merges the intensity of classic metalcore with the innovation of the genre's modern wave, forging a sound that is both familiar and unmistakably their own.

Their latest release, "Further," dives deep into conceptual storytelling, delivering a chilling narrative wrapped in towering guitars, relentless rhythms, and dynamic vocal performances.

"'Further' serves as an esoteric warning to anybody searching for knowledge of things they couldn't possibly comprehend as a human. It's a conceptual track that speaks from the perspective of an ancient demonic presence that offers an occultist the knowledge he seeks regarding the secrets of the universe, with a cryptic warning that runs parallel to the being's beckoning," shares Josh Grzywacz (Guitar/Vocals), writer of "Further".

The single is accompanied by an equally immersive live performance music video that captures the song's uncompromising heaviness.

The band sums up the single with one simple invitation:

"Go Further with me..."

OMEN/Skye:

Nick Troisi - Lead Vocals

Joshua Grzywacz - Vocals / Rhythm Guitar

Dillon Thatcher - Drums

Dominic Buie - Bass

Brian Baugus - Lead Guitar

“Love Is Blind” was written by Munsick, Ryan Tyndell and Jeremy Spillman, and is currently top 50 and climbing at Country radio. My buddy Ryan Charles was the perfect protagonist for a heartbroken, hungover hero and Emma Golden was the natural pick to direct this work of cinema. Go watch the official music video to find out if love really is blind!”

“Love Is Blind” hails from Munsick’s fourth studio album, The Mountain Goat, arriving August 21 via WEST TO THE REST RECORDS / Triple Tigers Records. Spanning 15 tracks, The Mountain Goat was produced by Munsick, Jeremy Spillman and Mike Robinson. Pre-save HERE

About Ian Munsick:
As one of modern country’s few Rocky Mountain artists – and the only one to merge its timeless traditions with an electrifying roots-pop edge – Wyoming native Ian Munsick lives in the wild places few singer-songwriters go. Yet with his fourth album, The Mountain Goat, he climbs farther out on his creative ledge than ever. Marking his first independent album on WEST TO THE REST RECORDS / Triple Tigers Records, Munsick remains as sure footed as his project’s fearless namesake, thriving in the isolation of a Western-flavored modern country frontier. Racking up over one billion career streams with previous albums Coyote CryWhite Buffalo, and Eagle Feather, Munsick has produced one RIAA-Platinum duet “Long Live Cowgirls” (with Cody Johnson) – No. 1 on SiriusXM’s The Highway Hot 30 Countdown – plus two Gold-certified hits: “Long Haul” and “Horses Are Faster.” Spotify, CMT, and the Grand Ole Opry were among those to recognize Munsick’s vision, and concertgoers across the globe have found a Western authenticity that can’t be faked. Munsick made history in 2025, becoming the first Wyoming-born artist to headline Cheyenne Frontier Days – the iconic rodeo known as the “Daddy of ‘Em All” – and with The Mountain Goat, his quest to bring Western mystique to modern fans continues. Fusing genuine tradition with cutting-edge sonics, 15 tracks feature an “earthy” new organic undercurrent, with the multi-instrumental master more connected to his acoustic roots – and more protective of his territory.

Out now via Century Media Records, it’s Lorna Shore’s fifth album and the first in three years since 2022’s Pain Remains and continues the band’s reputation as one of the most impressive extreme metal acts to emerge in recent memory.

The quintet, also including lead guitarist Adam De Micco, drummer Austin Archey, rhythm guitarist Andrew O'Connor and bassist Michael Yager, have hit the viral Spotify charts, racked up hundreds of millions of streams, embarked on highly successful tours and in the process, galvanized a significant fanbase that hangs onto the band’s quest for stylistic inversion. But by virtue of physical onslaught and wanting to divine truth from their music, Lorna Shore have kept themselves fired up by torching the metal rulebook at every turn, practically demanding that other genres step up their game.

I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me is now available in multiple formats including digital, CD and limited-edition vinyl variants. Fans can stream the album HERE and find their preferred physical and digital retailer HERE. Fans can also shop a merch collection, available HERE.

BRAND NEW SONG FROM SYNTH POP LEGEND HOWARD JONES “STAND UP” HAS EXCLUSIVE WORLDWIDE PREMIERE

A brand new song from synth pop legend Howard Jones, “Stand Up,” has its exclusive worldwide premiere today via Billboard. The track is taken from Jones’ forthcoming album GLOBAL CITIZEN (due out in 2027) and is created on his newly-refurbished original Roland Jupiter-8 keyboard (the flagship synth of the early 80s). Of “Stand Up,” Howard Jones commented, “’Stand Up’ was born out of revisiting my original Jupiter-8 synthesiser which has just been repaired. I rediscovered how much I love its analogue sound. It’s my favourite synth and features on ‘What is Love?’, ‘New Song’, and ‘Things Can Only Get Better’. The key message of ‘Stand Up’ is that everyone is important and we must not let others shut our voices down…stand up and be counted.” Jones will perform the song for the first time in front of audiences on his “Things Can Only Get Better” package tour kicking off next week. “Stand Up” will be available for purchase beginning tomorrow here.

The “Things Can Only Get Better” North American tour is the feel-good 80s event of the summer. It features a bill curated and headlined by Jones himself with support from fellow British 80s greats Wang Chung, The English Beat and Modern English and will be hosted by SiriusXM’s Richard Blade. All four artists will perform full sets. Fans can expect to hear the biggest hits from the decade including “Things Can Only Get Better,” “What Is Love, “No One Is To Blame,” “Dance Hall Days,” “Everybody Have Fun Tonight,” “Save It For Later,” “I Confess” and “I Melt With You”. The tour kicks off in Napa, CA at Blue Note Napa Sessions on Sunday, July 19th. Please see below for the complete itinerary. Click here to purchase tickets.

Electronic music pioneer Howard Jones has been a constant presence on the international touring scene for the past four decades, playing live in several different configurations including intimate solo shows and dates with his full high-tech band set-up. He first burst upon the contemporary music scene in 1983, with his very English songwriting and pioneering synthesizers with “New Song”. His first two albums HUMAN’S LIB and DREAM INTO ACTION were worldwide hits. HUMAN’S LIB reached #1 in 1984 in the UK and featured the hits “New Song,” and “What Is Love?” In 1985, Jones released the follow-up, DREAM INTO ACTION, which quickly became a Top Ten Platinum album in the United States and featured the smashes: “Things Can Only Get Better,” “Life In One Day,” “No One Is To Blame,” and “Like To Get To Know You Well.”

Howard Jones has sold upwards of 10 million albums worldwide and continues to make new music and tour the world. Jones has performed on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! As well as NBC’s top-rated morning and nighttime shows respectively, Today and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. His ubiquitous hits can be heard in such high-profile television series and films such as “Stranger Things,” “Breaking Bad,” “Watchmen,” “The Carrie Diaries”, “Superstore” and “Bumblebee.”

Blue Grape Music Welcomes Initiate to the Roster, Band Announces EP Out 8/7 + Shares "Numb the Pain"

BLUE GRAPE MUSIC is thrilled to welcome Southern California's INITIATE Crystal Pak [vocals], Michael Morales [bass], Draven Carter [guitar], Manning Gray [guitar], and John Hodge [drums] — to the label's global roster.

The band will drop the new WITH LOVE // WITH RAGE EP on August 7. Pre-order it here

"When I looked back at the lyrics, everything read as a letter, either to another person in my life, my friends, or myself," reveals Pak. "However, a letter to a friend would be signed off 'With Love' not 'With Rage.' I intentionally wrote these songs, so they spoke to these two opposing feelings: Love and rage. You can tell which tracks spill to which side."

Today, the band has shared the video for "NUMB THE PAIN." Watch the Bella Petro-directed visual below.

Widening their collective palette, the musicians nodded to inspirations as diverse as Hum, Deftones, Jane's Addiction, Rage Against The Machine, and Failure as well as longtime favorites Paramore. "We all wondered, 'What would it sound like if Clairo wrote a Quicksand record?,'" Pak says.

Pak continues, "The song starts off with a callback to our last single, 'Alone At the Bottom,' showcasing the ebbs and flows that life can throw at you. Where much of hardcore leans into anthems of brotherhood and sisterhood, this track still embraces those themes, but frames them through a more introspective lens. The addition of melodic softness and acoustic elements makes it clear from the outset that this is meant to land differently — not as a rallying cry, but as something more personal and reflective."

She finishes. "In a way, it stands apart while still feeling connected to the core of what we do — expanding our sound without losing the heart behind it, and showing that strength doesn't always have to come through volume alone."

Initiate will remain on the road for much of 2026. They recently played festivals and headline gigs in Europe and the UK, including a much buzzed-about performance at Outbreak in Manchester. At the festival, Pak joined La Dispute on stage for their set and it was truly a moment that won't be forgotten. The band will also appear at Warped Tour and then support Senses Fail and Koyo this fall. Dates are below.

Aussie Deathcore Titans TO THE GRAVE Announce New Album 'LIBERATION FRONT' Set for Release on October 2nd via BLKIIBLK

Today, TO THE GRAVE, the world's preeminent vegan deathcore band, are proud to announce their BLKIIBLK debut album, 'LIBERATION FRONT,' set for release on October 2nd. The announcement arrives alongside the band's ferocious new single, "NAIL MARY,"and its official video, offering another glimpse into the album following the recent release of lead single "EYESTALK ABLATIONS."

On the new single "NAIL MARY," vocalist Dane Evans shares:

"'NAIL MARY' is about how people use religion and god to justify all kinds of atrocities and proclaim dominion over animals. We’re holding a torch (or chainsaw) to any kind of god or follower that demands ritual slaughter with this one and nailing them to the walls."

Watch the Official Video for "NAIL MARY" Below:

Stream/Listen to "NAIL MARY" HERE

Since forming in 2010, TO THE GRAVE have become one of Australia's most uncompromising heavy exports, earning acclaim for crushing releases including 'Global Warning,' 'Epilogue,' 'Director's Cuts,' and 2024's 'Everyone's a Murderer.' Armed with a singular mission to confront animal cruelty and environmental destruction through some of modern metal's most punishing deathcore, the Sydney outfit have forged a reputation for pairing unrelenting heaviness with fearless activism. Their live assault has taken them around the globe alongside Lorna Shore, Thy Art Is Murder, Shadow of Intent, Carnifex, Oceano, and more, with Revolver hailing them as "one of the country's heaviest exports" and Distorted Sound calling them "one of the most intense, enthralling bands the genre can offer."

Now, the band returns with 'LIBERATION FRONT,' their fifth album and BLKIIBLK debut, a statement of pure intent. Brutal and uncompromising in both sound and message, TO THE GRAVE transform their death metal-infused assault into a vehicle for activism, raging against animal cruelty and environmental destruction while delivering their most direct and fully realized work to date. From the breakdown-laden opener "MEAT THE HUMANS," 'Liberation Front'marks a ferocious return to the band's deathcore roots. While recent releases leaned further into hardcore, the new album embraces deathcore at its most savage and relentless.

Evans comments about the album:

"'LIBERATION FRONT' was born as a concept on tour last year in Australia after we decided we wanted to make the sequel to 'Director’s Cuts.' What came out was something between that and a more pissed off brother to 'Everyone’s A Murderer.' It’s got so many things I love about the band and a bit of everything pushed to 100 with a really bleak kind of aggression that’s just reaching for your throat the entire time. Very keen to play some of these songs live and it’s an exciting chapter to add.”

Pre-Order 'LIBERATION FRONT' HERE

TO THE GRAVE will be kicking off "The Sawed Off Suffering Tour" with co-headliner Crown Magnetar on September 17th in Chicago. The entire run will be supported by Face Yourselfand on select dates by the likes of I Declare War, Tracheotomy, Backbiter, Squelching and Ameonna (the new band featuring former Chelsea Grin members Alex Koehler, Jake Harmond and Pablo Viveros, making their live debut). For a full list of dates, please see below.

Bassist Matt Clarke exclaims:

“These are the heaviest lineups we’ve ever put together, and we can’t wait for these shows across North America and at home in Aus. For North America, all these bands have a different approach, but the one thing that brings it all together is intensity! We’re stoked to be teaming up with Crown Magnetar for this run, and having Face Yourself on the package just makes it more crushing. We’re very excited that we get to play with OG Chelsea Grin members back on-stage for the first time in Ameonna, and I Declare War hopping on for some shows is awesome! Backbiter, Tracheotomy, and Squelching will all bring their own brands of brutality to the tour. No matter what show you’re hitting, you’re in for a treat.”

Combining their most savage deathcore material to date with an unwavering commitment to animal liberation and environmental activism, 'LIBERATION FRONT' stands as TO THE GRAVE's definitive statement: fierce, unapologetic, and impossible to ignore.

As Evans puts it, “this is our way of establishing order. The band is built around our way of doing things and to me this title is just waving that flag. These songs are about direct action, open rescue, abolition and liberation by any means necessary.”
