Modern Metalcore outfit THE NARRATOR have announced the release of their sophomore album, Phosphor, on May 8th, 2026 via Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to their acclaimed debut album Lore offers ten smashing songs that respond to the global crisis with inner exhaustion and shows how close hope and self-destruction are to each other. 

The unfulfilled desire for change comes to life on the brand new single, 'Stasis', which features groove-laced verses, anthemic choruses and the voice of Severin Sailer from new bloods Avralize. Alongside the single, a music video for 'Stasis' has been released, which you can check out below.

Following the Summer festival season, with shows at some of the biggest and most renowned metal festivals in Europe, such as Wacken and Summer Breeze, modern metalcore sensation THE NARRATOR have unleashed a new single called 'Pills From The Start'. The blistering, groove led anthem is tackling toxic friendships that leave a lasting scar. The struggles with pain of self-worth can be heard in the visceral delivery from vocalist Fabian Jochum throughout the song. Alongside the single, a music video has been released, which you can watch below.

Just like the previous single, 'Unbind Me', 'Pills From The Start' was mastered by Grammy award winning mastering engineer Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound.
