Finnish melancholic metal heavyweights DAWN OF SOLACE have dropped their crushing new track, "Invitation", taken from the forthcoming full-length album, "Affliction Vortex". Due for release on February 14th via Noble Demon, "Affliction Vortex" promises to be a dark and captivating journey straight into the depths of Nordic melancholy.

Following the first two singles "Murder" and "Fortress", "Invitation" is another powerful statement that showcases the band's signature blend of heavy riffs and haunting melodies.

Mastermind Tuomas Saukkonen (WOLFHEART, BEFORE THE DAWN) comments on the track: "Invitation is a crushingly heavy and beautiful song at least from the writers point of view. Sometimes a song and lyrics are born like a stream of thought and with effortless creation but once all is done and you hear the song as a complete piece of art it ties a knot inside you that you struggle to open even after dozens of times of listening and even speaking certain parts of lyrics remains unpleasant."

Formed in 2005 as Tuomas Saukkonen's creative outlet, DAWN OF SOLACE quickly established itself with their debut album, "The Darkness" (2006). Despite a hiatus due to legal complications, the band's loyal fanbase remained unwavering, keeping the flame alive.

A triumphant return came in 2019 with the signing to Noble Demon. This partnership revitalized DAWN OF SOLACE, leading to two successful full-length albums - "Waves" (2020) and "Flames of Perdition" (2022) - alongside an unplugged EP. In early 2024, the band entered the studio, determined to craft their most versatile album yet.

Originally a two-piece project formed in 2019 by guitarists Tommi Kangaskortet and Henri Vuorenmaa, VOIDFALLEN has since expanded into a full band, bringing their powerful compositions to life on stage. Today, Finnish progressive metal act THE HYPOTHESIS is celebrating the release of their new album entitled "Evolve", out now on Noble Demon. To fuel the flames of excitement, THE HYPOTHESIS has unveiled a music video for their latest single, 'Watch The World Burn With Me', directed by Teppo Ristola and Juuso Turkki.

Speaking about the track, the band reveals: "The song tells the story of an individual who sacrifices everything for immortality, only to lose themselves and be banished by the gods, eternally damned and abandoned among the stars. Founded by Sebastián Pastor in early 2014, PLAGUESTORM delivers a wide range of furious and raging Melodic Death Metal. Finnish doom metal act GRAIN OF PAIN has unveiled a lyric video for the track "The Witch", a composition featured on the band's debut album The Moon Lights The Way, which was officially launched through Noble Demon on May 31st.

In a commentary on the track, mastermind Timo Solonen offered the following insight: "More happiness. In weak moments in life, to whom or to what you reach for. And was it worth it. Wanted to compose a bit different song but still dark one."

”’The Devil’s Evangelion’ will be a concept album concentrating on the duality and the paradoxical nature of reality. This concept stems from a trickster-like narrative that becomes convinced about being possessed by the Devil, leading to an experience of reality through the Devil’s eyes." KING SATAN comment and further reveal details about the first single: "New Aeon Gospel as an opening song depicts beginning of this experience, which in the fashion of paradoxes, might be madness to one and yet moment of catharsis to another. OCEANHOARSE - Release Video for New Single "Logos"!

After recently introducing a new line-up and making a powerful comeback from a brief hiatus with the track "Killer & The Queen", Finnish heavy metal band OCEANHOARSE continues to forge ahead with the launch of their newest single, "Logos". The release is accompanied by an intense new video, which can be seen Below.

"This song is one big jin and jang. It starts with the most aggressive music we have made but changes into a mystical spring rain kinda vibe", OCEANHOARSE drummer Oskari Niemi states.

Bassist Silver Ots adds: "The RIFF catches you by the throat immediately and the song eases only in the middle section where it turns the jet engines off and goes gliding in the night sky. This is of course followed by an ass-ripping guitar solo and eventual crash-and-burn-heavy riff leaving no survivors."

Finnish doom/death metal act GRAIN OF PAIN has released its debut full-length album The Moon Lights The Way through Noble Demon. In celebration of the album launch, GRAIN OF PAIN has just premiered a new music video for their latest single "Beneath".The band teamed up with Vesa Ranta, known for his work with renowned bands like Solstafir, Swallow the Sun, Amorphis, and Insomnium, as well as his role as drummer for Cemetery Skyline, The Abbey, and Sentenced.

"The grim riff in the beginning of Beneath opens the album", mastermind Timo Solonen comments. "It begins the journey down to the abyss in which I seemed to be while making this song, it came quite naturally. Not that it’s hard for me to find the right mood while writing songs most of the time. Even the lyrics came easily without much hassle which is just inexplicable. Lars’ performance was so damn good and it was amazing to watch his work in the studio."
