Masters Of Metal Parody NANOWAR OF STEEL Program Addictive Hit “Helloworld.java” with New Source Code Video

Masters of comedic heavy metal NANOWAR OF STEEL strike again with their latest track, "HelloWorld.java," a standout addition to their legacy of absurdly brilliant music. This tongue-in-cheek masterpiece merges headbanging riffs with a programmer’s worst (and funniest) nightmares. The band’s new live album, 'XX Years Of Steel', drops this Friday, December 6 via Napalm Records!

Paying homage to the world of coding, "HelloWorld.java" combines sharp wit, infectious melodies, and clever references to programming culture. The lyrics, written in Java programming language, should be translated at the listener’s own risk. The brand-new song is now available on all streaming platforms and comes with a stunning source code video. Perfect for programmers who headbang and headbangers who program!

NANOWAR OF STEEL on the new single "Helloworld.java":

“/* HelloWorld.java is the first executable song written in the ancient and

 * epic java programming language.

 * This is an open source song, and you can download the source code from

 * our GitHub repository:

 * https://github.com/NanowarOfSteel/HelloWorld */”

NANOWAR OF STEEL on their album release on this Friday:

“Never in the history of NANOWAR OF STEEL has there been an album so new and so old at the same time. 'XX Years Of Steel' combines the greatest hits of our past, performed live at Alcatraz, Milan as well as the most mediocre hits of our future: B-Sides, Covers, and Re-recording of previously recorded songs. Just enough to justify a Bonus Disc which you might want to miss!”

Two decades of epic riffs, hilarious twists, and metal mayhem

With millions of cross-platform streams and views on their hilariously entertaining music videos, NANOWAR OF STEEL has captivated audiences worldwide with their multilingual talent, distinctive blend of humor, and cultural insight. 'XX Years of Steel' kicks off with a tongue-in-cheek Italian introduction that humorously reinterprets the Book of Genesis, setting the stage for a night full of metal mayhem and laughter. Fans can expect live renditions of the band’s most iconic tracks, such as "Norwegian Reggaeton," which sees Charly Glamour (Gigatron) adding his explosive energy to the reggaeton-infused metal anthem. The crowd’s electric enthusiasm reaches its peak during "Valhalleluja", where Odin himself (Thomas Winkler of Angus McSix) leads the charge, and during "Uranus" with fans’ chants echoing through the venue.

Adding to the excitement, 'XX Years of Steel' introduces two brand-new tracks, including "Stormwarrior Of The Storm" and the innovative "HelloWorld.java", inspired by the history of coding - offering a playful yet complex narrative that showcases the band’s versatility. The new offering also blends special cover versions such as popular German party hit "Das Rote Pferd", the hilarious Iron Maiden parody "Afraid to Shoot into the Eyes of a Stranger in a Strange Land" and the sudatory "Armpits Of Immortals", enhanced from the likes of Ross The Boss (Manowar).

The new pop single by the former parody metal band is a touching tribute to Italy’s FESTIVAL DI SANREMO

On "Biancodolce", NANOWAR OF STEEL pursue their newly found path of Italian pop music. NANOWAR OF STEEL Announce Major Style Shift in New Statement, to Release New Pop Single on February 8

Watch the Teaser for NANOWAR OF STEEL’s New Stylistic Direction

New year, new music style.Welcome to Nanowar Of Steel's new music!We hope you will enjoy this ride with us. Join Nanowar Of Steel's supporters club:https://w...

taly’s finest, NANOWAR OF STEEL famous for their beloved metal parodies and cheeky hit songs such as Valhallelujah and Uranus – have turned to their fans and supporters on social media today in a new, heartfelt and honest statement about the band’s current situation. After gathering millions of clicks on YouTube and Spotify, as well as just recently re-releasing their popular 2018 album Stairway To Valhalla, the band will be undergoing a major stylistic shift and a new musical direction.

NANOWAR OF STEEL states:

“We're getting close to the 40 years old threshold and after so many years in the music industry we have to face the fact that - despite the growth we experienced in the last years and an important record deal with Napalm Records - metal and heavy music in general cannot give us the kind of financial sustainability our lives require at this stage.

If you follow us on social media, you should already be aware of the fact that we have announced a radical change of direction our music will take. We can now state that this change means our new style will be considerably lighter and oriented towards a broader audience.

We're sorry to put this in these terms - which might sound way too cold and materialistic - but we want to make things clear before our fans and all those who, in the last years, supported us for what we were, a parody METAL band.

(…)

With our new music, new projects and new energy we are aiming at climbing the charts, going to Sanremo, join the Eurovision and - first and foremost - conquer the hearts of those who do not know the band we’re mocking when we sing ‘By sunlight we ride, ten thousand side by side’.”

Potowotominimak, Mr. Baffo and some fans - the winners of the IN THE SKY Nanowar challenge last year - were lucky enough to be in the sky while not being in the sky thanks to the sophisticated technology of FlyX.

The video was shot in Cinecitta' World, an amusement park in the outskirts of Rome which let us organize a special event, that included a tour of the park guided by Nanowar Of Steel as well as a concert in the evening.

‘Uranus’ is a must watch video. It’s the only way to have your first eye orgasms. A fun video with a great story line. If you don’t like this song you must be deaf. If you don’t like this video you must be blind.”

Gatto Panceri 666 of NANOWAR OF STEEL adds about the video for “Uranus”:

“I know, this joke has been used and abused since 1781, from the very first day William Herschel discovered this planet. However, being a practicing astronomer and a professional idiot, I felt I had more right to use it as the subject of a song to be dignified with a Lady Gaga-level video (in all humbleness).

Perhaps it won't be the most original pun ever, but one thing we can tell you for sure: this joke turned out to be the most expensive one we've ever told so far!”

NANOWAR OF STEEL Releases “Sneeztem of a Yawn” + A Social Distancing-Friendly Official Video (lyrics included)

What happens when the masters of parody metal, get sick these days?

They create the ultimate sneezing hymn for the metal community!

NANOWAR OF STEEL are well known for perfectly fitting songwriting for every occasion, so it appears more than obvious that their new single “Sneeztem of a Yawn” is just the right song to accompany every metal fan through these difficult times - with a little dose of humor of course!

The full power of metal riffs blasts from the very first minute while the intense lyrics of the insanely catchy chorus turn the song into an epic masterpiece that will never ever leave your head again. It doesn’t need many words, as coughing and sneezing makes “Sneeztem of a Yawn” another hypnotizing hit anthem created by NANOWAR OF STEEL!

NANOWAR OF STEEL on “Sneeztem of a Yawn”:

“This video embodies the essence of the COVID19-induced lockdown, both in its visual and lyrical aspects. While our mental conditions were deteriorating - as if they were not critical enough already - due to the restrictive isolation measures, we chose to escape and find a way out through music. We could not just sit down, sever our ties with the outside world and wait for electronic appliances to become our best friends. We had to react and express our pain through art.

This time, for the first time, we chose to keep our lyrics devoid of jokes and puns, and tried to deliver a text that conveys to our listener the feelings of hollowness, boredom, sickness and uneasiness we've been enduring universal manner, with words that everyone can understand and identify with. This required an exceptional poetic effort from our side, which we hope our listeners can appreciate and understand. Warning: this video contains disturbing images of our alienating daily routine.”
