Mimi Barks Shares "JERICHO" Video — WATCH // U.S. Runs Through This Month

Watch the video below.

Following the release of “Dreamstate of Hell,” which opened the door to a darker and more focused new era, "Jericho" pushes her self-defined "DOOM TRAP" sound even further, colliding alternative metal, industrial weight and modern rock with heavy guitars, dynamic vocals, and a huge, hook-led chorus.

At its core, the track is about inner collapse, transformation and the breaking apart of everything false to make space for something new. The video was filmed in Bordeaux and in the heart of Paris by underground director NineNine99 and Phenix Agency, whose work includes visuals tied to Ho99o9, Boys Noize, Kalash and Gambi.

Mimi Barks says, "What looks like collapse is really release, an undoing of everything that was never truly mine. There's no real enemy unless you choose to become one to yourself. The shift happens when the self remembers itself, when the energy turns inward and transforms. The old world dissolves making space for something unknown. That's where freedom begins. What will you choose? Heaven or Hell?"

From the underground worlds of Berlin and London to her current base in Los Angeles, Mimi Barks has built a sound and identity entirely her own. Rooted in the collision of metal, industrial energy, and trap, her music is emotional, heavy, and unfiltered, while her live shows have already taken her to major stages across the UK and Europe. She is currently on her debut U.S. tour with Little Miss Nasty, and this summer will return to Europe for dates with KING 810 and Wargasm, alongside festival appearances at Vainstream and Till Fest, the festival hosted by Till Lindemann of Rammstein.

Dreamstate of Fear will be released on July 24 via her own imprint DEATHKISS Records and is now available to pre-order on limited edition LP, tape and CD. Pre-order it here.

Last in Line (Def Leppard, ex-Black Sabbath, ex-Ozzy) Share "House Party At The End Of The World" Video — WATCH🎉

NEW ALBUM JERICHO OUT MARCH 31 VIA EARMUSIC

LAST IN LINE — frontman Andrew Freeman (ex-Lynch Mob), bassist Phil Soussan (ex-Ozzy Osbourne), and former Dio comrades-in-arms Vivian Campbell (Def Leppard), and Vinny Appice (ex-Black Sabbath) — enter the final stretch of the release for their new album Jericho, out on March 31.

With the epic album closer "House Party At The End Of The World," Last in Line release the third single from the album, following the previously released "Ghost Town" and "Do The Work."

"House Party At The End Of The World" takes the listener on a journey through the darker side of the human psyche, exploring themes of power, temptation, and the end of times.

Stream the song here.

According to some music journalists, the distinctive combination of Vivian Campbell's guitar riff and Vinny Appice's drum part brings back the magic of 1984 — listen to the single and decide for yourself!

Jericho will be released on March 31 via earMUSIC. The album features 12 new tracks that are sure to please all fans of the genre.

NEW ALBUM JERICHO OUT MARCH 31 VIA EARMUSIC

LAST IN LINE — frontman Andrew Freeman (ex-Lynch Mob), bassist Phil Soussan (ex-Ozzy Osbourne), and former Dio comrades-in-arms Vivian Campbell (Def Leppard), and Vinny Appice (ex-Black Sabbath) — have dropped the video for the new single "Do The Work" from the forthcoming studio album Jericho.

"Modern slaves are not in chains / Do you get wet / Or do you feel the rain?" – even though people may not be physically restrained, they can still feel like they are chained to their circumstances. "Do The Work" is a dynamic and thought-provoking track that encourages listeners to strive for success and self-realization despite any obstacles they may face. The catchy and uplifting chorus invites you to shout along with the band: Do the work!

The  video, produced by Last in Line, captures the raw energy and unbridled joy of playing heavy music. But be warned: You may find yourself nostalgically reminiscing about a time when great music was the only thing that mattered, and when rock and metal videos were unscripted and genuine.

Jericho will be released on March 31 via earMUSIC. The album features 12 new tracks that are sure to please all fans of the genre. Pre-order the album here.

Last in Line (Def Leppard, ex-Black Sabbath, ex-Ozzy) Announce "Jericho" + Share "Ghost Town" Video

LAST IN LINE — frontman Andrew Freeman, bassist Phil Soussan (ex-Ozzy Osbourne), and former Dio comrades-in-arms Vivian Campbell (Def Leppard) and Vinny Appice (ex-Black Sabbath) — and their label earMUSIC announce the release of their third studio album Jericho, out March 31.

To kick things off, the first track "Ghost Town" was released digitally today. The accompanying music video can be watched below.

"The song for me describes breaking a cycle from different perspectives. On a personal level it could be family, career or life expectations, putting a person in an unwanted or unwelcome space. On a grander scale it addresses government expectations. Non-sensical, unethical ideas and laws that become the norm, while turning a blind eye to larger problems," states Freeman.

Despite the past two years of isolation, this record was produced in the best hard rock tradition with great studio performances of an excellent all-star line-up.

"With Last in Line, just as we did with Dio, we cut the basic tracks live. It's important for us to capture the energy of the syncopation of playing together in real time – much like the energy of a live show. This record represents the best of both worlds: the spirit of an energetic band performance, and the more reflective and nuanced qualities of our individual performances, too," says Campbell.

Last year, Last in Line surprised with a unique version of the Beatles classic "A Day in the Life," which has been released on the Limited 12" Silver Collector's EP with the same name.

In 2023, Last in Line are at the top of their game. On Jericho, Campbell delivers his signature flamboyant guitar playing, Appice and Soussan shake foundations with their unmistakable grooves, and Freeman's vocals are just one of the best of his generation.

The 12 tracks boast big guitar riffs and solos, they're catchy, and full of energy. Appice invites us: "All the musical forces of Last in Line are combined here for a super-powerful new record. Press play and put your seatbelts on!!"
