ACIDOSIS Release New Single “Tied To The Tracks” From Upcoming Album Arrival

Crossover thrash band ACIDOSIS have released their new single, “Tied To The Tracks,” taken from the upcoming full-length album Arrival, arriving March 27, 2026.

“Tied To The Tracks” traces back to the earliest origins of ACIDOSIS. The song was first written in 10th grade after the band’s frontman was kicked out of a friend’s band, channeling feelings of betrayal, confusion, and emotional fallout into what became the first fully realized ACIDOSIS song. A homemade music video for the track unexpectedly went viral on MySpace, helping build a grassroots cult following throughout Florida during the band’s formative years.

The track delivers a direct punch of crossover thrash energy driven by speed, precision, and raw emotion. The opening riff spins up with mounting tension before launching into a relentless climb of shredding guitars and driving momentum. Lyrically, the song explores the moment when trust collapses and emotions shift from shock to acceptance, capturing the realization that there is no turning back.

BLACK SITES Unveil "Aquarius Betrayed" And Announce New Album, For Eternity

Drawing from old school metal, heavy quartet BLACK SITES present their new single "Aquarius Betrayed", the first offering taken from the upcoming album, For Eternity. The album will be released independently on July 17, 2026.

The approaching full-length marks a new chapter for BLACK SITES as Mark Sugar is joined with an updated line-up. For Eternity showcases a development in the band's sound and sees the members' contributions enhance the music's sonic quality. 

"Aquarius Betrayed" reflects frustration at the contradiction towards previous generations who "reaped the benefits of the most socially liberated and progressive era in history, and then quickly turned their back on those values when they became inconvenient." 

On the recording process for "Aquarius Betrayed", band founder Mark Sugar shares, "This was also the first song that Lee (Smith, new guitarist) recorded guitar for. He’s the only member of the band I hadn’t worked with before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but his solo here is more than impressive."

For Eternity was produced by Mark Sugar & Chris Black, recorded at I Can’t Believe It’s Not Mace Street Studios, with mixing and mastering by Dan Swano. Drums on For Eternity were recorded by Vladimir Ružičić at Kebac Recording Studio.

Based out of Chicago, IL, USA, BLACK SITES was founded in 2016, initially as a studio project, by vocalist and guitarist Mark Sugar. Sugar was later joined by members John Picillo (bass), Ryan Bruchert (guitar) and Chris Avgerin (drums). Evocatively charged, RED SANDS present a powerful offering in their new music video for "System". The band sought to be bold in their approach to "System", not only through their criticism of political corruption but also through the track's musicality. Deviating from RED SANDS' typical sound, this offering presents the fierce edge of thrash metal with dynamic melodic and progressive components. "Lyrically, 'System' is a protest song to condemn the destruction of our world". RED SANDS shares. "A song to denounce the corruption of our politicians, the hypocrisy of the clergy, and the environmental catastrophe caused by rapacious corporations. RED SANDS formed in Mexico City in 2012 when brothers Daniel and Eric Novelo joined forces with their cousin Juan Carlos León. DREAMS OF GRAY Venture Into Heavy Melodic Waters In "Across The Endless Sea"

DREAMS OF GRAY's "Across The Endless Sea" is powerful with high intensity while also incorporating catchy chorus vocal melodies, and elements from other subgenres such as characteristics of black metal guitars. Accompanied with a cinematic lyric video, "Across The Endless Sea" considers the interconnected nature of our lives. We are all on our individual paths through life and while some connections are long-lasting, others may only be fleeting. 

On the lyrical theme, vocalist and guitarist Luis Rivera explains, "the song glimpses the idea of the interconnectedness of life. Atlanta, Georgia. Atlanta-based band TOM & I announce the release of their powerful new single, “The Night The Sky Cried In Atlanta,” an emotionally charged tribute honoring the life, legacy, and lasting influence of Brent Hinds.

Formed in 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia, TOM & I is a songwriting-driven collective built on emotional honesty, musical depth, and atmospheric storytelling. The band features Jason Schwartzwalder on guitar and vocals, Tom Cheshire on vocals and percussion, Dillon Zehner on bass, and Steve Seachrist on pedal steel. For Schwartzwalder, the passing of one of Atlanta’s most influential guitar voices deeply impacted both artist and fan alike. For Cheshire, the loss was intensely personal, representing the passing of a close friend and bandmate. Together, their collaboration transforms grief into music, creating what can best be described as a sonic eulogy.

This single captures loss from two perspectives. One perspective reflects the fan mourning a musical hero. The other reflects a best friend and collaborator channeling personal heartbreak directly into song. Cheshire’s soulful and haunting vocal performance echoes memories of friendship, life, and mortality, channeling the emotional weight felt across Atlanta’s music community and far beyond. Recorded by musicians long connected to the city’s creative scene, including years spent working within MASTODON’s studio environment, the single stands as both personal remembrance and communal tribute.

ABOUT METALITE

Formed in 2015 by guitarist Edwin Premberg and vocalist Emma Bensing, the band quickly gained recognition for its fresh and modern take on melodic metal and their 2017 debut album Heroes in Time set the stage for METALITE’s rise.

In 2019, the band entered a new era with Biomechanicals, marking the debut of vocalist Erica Ohlsson. With an even more refined sound, the album embraced electronic elements and pulsating rhythms, elevating METALITE’s futuristic vision, further solidifying the band’s reputation as innovators in the genre.

Their evolution continued with A Virtual World in 2021, an album that expanded on their sci-fi themes while delivering massive soundscapes and powerful melodies.

“Dark Mother” serves as the definitive finale to Genesis, showcasing CLOCKTOWERS at full creative strength through focused songwriting, commanding performances, and a deeply immersive metal atmosphere. The track delivers a powerful sense of motion driven by technical precision and dynamic arrangement.

The song opens with a carefully composed intro built around a solo hook that evokes an ancient Egyptian mood, setting a cinematic tone before expanding into a crushing lead riff supported by intricate drum fills and tightly controlled hi-hat work.
