NYHC Crossover Pioneers CRO-MAGS Unleash New Single "Wired for Chaos" + Official Music Video

Today, CRO-MAGS, the iconic New York hardcore outfit fronted by Harley Flanagan, proudly make their BLKIIBLK debut with the new single, "Wired for Chaos." The new track marks CRO-MAGS' first new music in six years, giving fans a taste of what's to come.

"Wired for Chaos," which shares its name with last year's documentary about Harley, was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Arthur Rizk (Power Trip, Code Orange, Cavalera Conspiracy). It was produced by Harley and Arthur and features drum phenom Greyson Nekrutman. The new single arrives alongside an official music video, available below.

Watch the Music Video for "Wired for Chaos" Below:

On the new single "Wired for Chaos," Harley Flanagan comments:

“The new video for ‘Wired for Chaos’ reminds me of our first video, ‘We Gotta Know,’ which came out 40 years ago, except that it shows where the band is at now. I am proud to say that we are one of those few bands that have a multigenerational audience and bridge the gap between hard-core kids, metalheads, punks, skinheads, and more, as seen in the audience of this video, which was filmed at our shows on the past few tours. Not many bands have such a blended fan base besides Motörhead, and I am proud to say that we are following in that tradition."

Harley continues, "The song title ‘Wired for Chaos’ was taken directly from the recent documentary of the same name. It comes in with an aggressive metal intro befitting a UFC walk-in or a video game, then bursts into a more traditional HC thrash vibe before returning to a heavy beatdown at the end in an unmistakable CRO-MAGS style. The song is literally about being programmed and wired for chaos from birth, not just by environment, but by parents, trauma, childhood experiences, and the resulting PTSD that I personally struggle with as a result.”

The history of Harley Flanagan and his band CRO-MAGS is integral not just to the history of hardcore, but to modern metal, rock, and punk itself. With roots stretching from the shadow of Warhol and the Velvets to CBGB’s hardcore matinees and L’Amour Brooklyn thrash-a-thons, all the way through current generations of punk and extreme metal, CRO-MAGS are the connective tissue. Just ask the likes of Dave Grohl, Green Day, and Turnstile. CRO-MAGSstand side by side with Black Sabbath, Motörhead, and Metallica as both an influence and a gamechanger.

The brainchild of a 14-year-old Harley Flanagan, CRO-MAGS began in 1981 while Flanaganwas playing drums for The Stimulators. By 1982/83, he had recorded the primal CRO-MAGSdemos — four songs that would become the blueprint for the seminal 1986 release, 'Age of Quarrel.' Initially a solo vision, Flanagan wrote and played all of the music himself. In 1985, alongside guitarist Parris Mayhew, vocalist John Joseph McGowan, and drummer Mackie Jayson, the genre-defining 'Age of Quarrel' demo was recorded. The full-length album followed in 1986, with Doug Holland of Kraut joining on second guitar.

Explosive both on and offstage, CRO-MAGS have had a tumultuous history, to put it mildly. Through multiple lineups, six studio albums beyond the original demos, and more than four decades of worldwide touring, CRO-MAGS remain one of the most iconic bands in American hardcore and metal. Today, the band is led by Flanagan on bass and vocals — a role he has held since 'Best Wishes' (1989). He remains the only member to appear on every CRO-MAGS release since the band’s founding.

UK Alt-Metal Trio TROPIC GOLD Returns with New Single "Witch House (Feat. Harpy)" Marking Their First Release Under New Label BLKIIBLK

Today, ahead of their Download Festival appearance next month, hotly-tipped Essex trio TROPIC GOLD returns with their brand new single, “Witch House” featuring Harpy, marking their debut under their new label partner, BLKIIBLK. "Witch House" arrives alongside an official music video, available below.

On the new track, the band shares:

'Witch House' explores the all encompassing parasite of an external force consuming and trapping its victim. This force is experienced in many forms, 'Witch House' addresses the relationship and connection between two people, one being the trapped, feeling they’re within a hex they cannot break.”

Watch the Official Video for "Witch House (Feat. Harpy)" Below:

TROPIC GOLD pulls from metalcore, industrial noise, electronic production, and modern alternative culture without ever sitting comfortably in one lane. Self-produced and creatively self-driven, the South East trio have built early momentum through a mix of huge hooks, abrasive electronics, and the kind of volatility that makes their songs feel like they could completely fall apart at any second.

Support from BBC Radio 1, Kerrang!, and Rock Sound has helped push the band well beyond underground buzz, while tours alongside WARGASM, Resolve, Windwaker, and Normandie have quickly established them as a genuinely impressive live band rather than just another internet-heavy project.

The material following last year’s ‘SICK TO DEATH OF EVERYTHING’ EP feels sharper, heavier, and more immediate, leaning harder into contrast without losing the hooks underneath it all.

With appearances at Download Festival and a stage headline slot at 2000trees Festival this summer, TROPIC GOLD are starting to feel less like a promising new act and more like a band properly breaking through.

THE 69 EYES Announce New EP ‘I Survive’ Set For Release On June 5, 2026 Via BLKIIBLK

Finnish rock band THE 69 EYES is thrilled to announce their new EP ‘I Survive,’ set for release on June 5, 2026 via BLKIIBLK. To celebrate the announcement, the band shares a cover of the timeless Thin Lizzy hit “Cold Sweat.”

After touring Europe earlier this year with D-A-D on the Cowpunks & Glampires tour and continuing with shows in Finland, the new single is a fresh-sounding and hard-rocking take on the song, originally released in 1983.

THE 69 EYES version is produced by Erno Laitinen and mixed by Barry Pointer (Ozzy Osbourne, Mötley Crüe). The video for the song was filmed in January during the band's recent European tour. It features a cameo by Portuguese goth legend Fernando Ribeiro from Moonspell.

Vocalist Jyrki 69 comments:

“A friend of mine sent me our demo of 'Cold Sweat' from over ten years ago and asked why we never released it. After hearing the demo, Gabi Hakanen, head of Vallila Music House, said this is exactly THE 69 EYES at their best. Rock for the radio! Every respectable rock band also covers Thin Lizzy at some point, so now that is done as well.”

The band will continue touring in Finland until early April, after which they will return to the rest of Europe. See the updated tour dates HERE.

Watch the Official Video for "Cold Sweat" Below:

Once you’ve survived the 80’s rock scene, you become unstoppable - and THE 69 EYES are living proof. Formed in Helsinki in 1989 and still going strong with the same line-up some four decades later, the Helsinki Vampires have earned their legendary status.

In a world with fewer and fewer true believers in leather jackets, midnight sunglasses, and low-slung guitars, THE 69 EYES keep the Johnny Thunders flame burning like an endless sleazy club night back in the days.

Their biggest hit, “Lost Boys” from 2005, was made into an iconic music video by MTV's Jackass star and skater Bam Margera and remains on annual Halloween rock playlists.

One foot on glam, another one on goth, THE 69 EYES have released thirteen albums, reaching gold and platinum and a mainstream status in their native Finland, where they are signed to Gabi Hakanen’s Vallila Music House. Their previous studio album, ‘Death Of Darkness,’ was released in 2023, and they have been touring without any notable breaks all over the world for the last twenty years.

Vocals, a lead and a rhythm guitar, a bass, and drums are the classic rock band line-up. THE 69 EYES have that magic on stage that is needed for these elements to carry on beyond the rock'n'roll dreams, theirs and their cult following.

Pre-Order 'I Survive' HERE

THE 69 EYES are:

Jyrki 69 – Vocals

Bazie – Guitar, Backing Vocals

Timo-Timo – Guitar

Archzie – Bass, Backing Vocals

Jussi 69 – Drums

Alternative Metal Band ODC Announces Debut Album ‘Twisted Love’ Due Out October 31, 2025 via BLKIIBLK

The alternative metal band ODC are thrilled to announce the release of their debut album ‘Twisted Love,’ due out on October 31, 2025 via BLKIIBLK. To celebrate, ODC also share their new single "My Name Is Gold" alongside an official music video, available to view below.

The French rockers have already captivated audiences with their singles "Love, I Tore It Apart" and "My Only Fan (feat. SUN)," and now with "My Name Is Gold," they showcase a bold fusion of 2000s nu metal roots, metalcore breakdowns, infectious pop hooks, and raw rap attitude that brings ODC’s vision of nu metal into sharp focus.

Commenting on the new single, ODC states:

“This song is a provocative satire of greed and fame obsession. We wanted to expose a world where human value only shines when it's coated in gold. It’s heavy, ironic, and in-your-face - and that’s exactly how we like it. It’s for anyone craving heavy music with bold aesthetics and something to say.”

Watch the Music Video for "My Name Is Gold"

With its polished production and fearless genre-blending, 'Twisted Love' brings ODC’s bold vision of modern alternative metal to life. The band’s motto, “Forget rules, forget boxes,”perfectly sums up this hybrid and liberated debut.

ODC comments on the album:

“With 'Twisted Love,' we wanted to show that metal can be both powerful and elegant - emotional, modern, and unafraid to break the rules. This album is about pushing boundaries by blending genres and influences while staying true to who we are: delivering heavy music that moves both body and soul."

They continue, "Lyrically, 'Twisted Love' explores the breaking points of human connection but also carries a message of hope: accepting our shadows to heal and rebuild. It’s for anyone drawn to heavy music that refuses to fit into categories.”

ODC is the soundtrack of a hybrid generation. A sonic uppercut, balancing raw power and elegance.

Pre-Order 'Twisted Love' HERE

Born in Paris in 2017, ODC is the result of two worlds coming together: the world of Celia Do, a vocalist with a striking identity, and that of a composer driven by the same fire - the desire to create an alternative metal project that breaks free from conventions: bold, modern, and uncompromising. From this spark, a true sonic and visual odyssey emerged.

ODC, named after Celia’s stage name acronym, became a totally creative space, where heavy riffs, catchy melodies, and contemporary electronic textures collide in a unique blend of raw energy and polished aesthetic. ODC is a bold blend of metal, modern rock and immersive electronic atmospheres.

Inspired by artists such as Devin Townsend, Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park and BMTH, ODC doesn’t fit in any box. The band asserts its own voice — powerful, hybrid, sharp and emotional.

Their songs are modern mantras, telling stories of freedom, downfall, and resilience. Music that hits hard and hits deep. A constant dialogue between introspection and explosion.

The band is built around four distinct artistic personalities: Celia Do (lead singer, founder and producer, the rock frontwoman of the band), Sonny, a.k.a. MX MNK (a bassist with roots in hardcore and black metal, and a rapper with visceral energy). Then, Raphaël (an 8-string guitarist blending classic rock, hard rock, and atmospheric textures), and Hector (a drummer forged in the death metal scene, delivering explosive rhythmic power).

After a well-received debut EP in 2019 ('Ending The Boredom'), ODC carved their path through a series of powerful singles between 2020 and 2023, asserting their hybrid identity and ability to break genre boundaries. In 2024, the project took a major leap forward: writing their first full-length album, produced in Nashville by Kellen McGregor (Memphis May Fire).

Alternative Metal Band ODC Shares New Single “My Only Fan (Feat. Sun)” + Music Video

French alternative metal band ODC are excited to share their new single, “My Only Fan (feat. SUN),” out now via BLKIIBLK. The new track comes alongside a music video, available below.

Following the raw vulnerability and melodic intensity of their previous single “Love, I Tore It Apart,” the band now takes a darker, more provocative turn with “My Only Fan (feat. SUN).” With its intense contrasts, cutting-edge production, and unapologetic emotion, “My Only Fan (feat. SUN)” pushes ODC further into their own distinctive universe of modern metal.

ODC comments on the new track:

This song merges sharp, syncopated riffs with sleek electronic textures and two commanding female voices - a haunting lead by Celia Do (ODC’s frontwoman) and a raw, unrestrained scream from SUN, the featured guest. It’s dark, cinematic, and seductive, diving into the blurred line between desire and obsession. The track explores themes of control, exhibition, and emotional detachment, dressed in the atmosphere of neon-lit nights and luxury gone sour.”

SICK N' BEAUTIFUL Share New Single "Hate Manifesto" + Music Video

Today, Italian metallers SICK N' BEAUTIFUL are excited to share their new single and official video, “Hate Manifesto”, taken from their highly anticipated new studio album 'Horror Vacui', set for release on April 18th, 2025 via BLKIIBLK.

SICK N' BEAUTIFUL describes the track as:

“A powerful and provocative new single that channels raw energy into a rebellious anthem. The song is an intense outburst of sound and emotion, built for those who have ever felt like outsiders, pushing them to turn their frustration into strength.

“The meaning of 'Hate Manifesto' is deliberately ambivalent - it’s a battle cry against those who try to label and limit us, but also a reflection on the destructive power of hatred. The lyrics walk a fine line between defiance and self-destruction, asking: what do you do with your anger? Do you use it to fight back or let it consume you?” they added.

Talking about the video, the band comments:

“It plunges into a world of late 19th-century occultism, drawing inspiration from colonial-era America, voodoo rituals, and the dark shadows of superstition. Haunting imagery and ritualistic performances set the stage for a feverish descent into hysteria and revolt, where the line between persecutor and outcast blurs. Steeped in mysticism and unrest, the video mirrors the song’s raw energy - an invocation of defiance against those who seek to control and condemn. A song for the misfits, the rebels, and anyone who refuses to be silenced”.

Watch the Music Video for "Hate Manifesto" below:

'Horror Vacui' is the fourth album by SICK N' BEAUTIFUL. The album title is derived from an ancient Latin expression meaning “fear of emptiness”, which perfectly represents this new cycle for the band.

The music and lyrics delve even deeper into themes of horror, dystopian sci-fi, and the supernatural - subjects the band has always been enamored with.

Written and produced by the band's bass player, Big Daddy Ray, at Kinorama Studios in Rome, Italy, the album concept took shape during tours in the UK and Europe alongside Wednesday 13 and Cradle of Filth in 2023 and 2024.

SICK N' BEAUTIFUL stated:

“By getting so close to the fans all over Europe, we really got a feel for what excites the audience. 'Horror Vacui' is an album meant to be played live: insane drumming, epic and anthemic choruses, face-melting solos - but also a lot of things we've never done before, with plenty of surprises! It's our heaviest album yet - raw and unrelenting!”

Pre-Order 'Horror Vacui' HERE

Established in 2014, SICK N' BEAUTIFUL's music has evolved into a unique blend of hard rock and modern metal infused with industrial and punk overtones, along with generous doses of sci-fi, horror, and occult influences for good measure.

Led by the captivating Herma Sick, they assault the senses with a spectacular production filled with visual extravagance, all set against a musical backdrop that resonates with fans of heavier rock, reminiscent of Rob Zombie, Kiss, Rammstein, Lacuna Coil, Marilyn Manson, In This Moment, Alice Cooper, and Nine Inch Nails.

Currently headquartered in Rome, Italy, SICK N' BEAUTIFUL present an explosive show, featuring songs from their albums 'Hell Over Hell' (2015), 'Element Of Sex' (2018), and 'Starstruck' (2022).

SICK N' BEAUTIFUL have toured extensively throughout Europe and has performed standout shows on legendary stages such as Wacken and Lucca Comicon. Their eclectic, cinematic videos have garnered hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube.

In their own cryptic words:

“This is the Ship Of Satan in Space. We have found kinship with the Different, the Strange, The Outcast: over the years, alongside our fans, we've laid the foundations of a hidden tribe where the power of music is wielded as a weapon against the Oppressors of all things Alien. In fact, an unseen war is now underway... So the question for you is: on which side will you stand?”

SICK N' BEAUTIFUL are:

Herma - Vocals

L0R1 - Lead Guitar

Nemes - Rhythm Guitar

Big Daddy Ray - Bass

Evey - Drums
