"Love Me" sees FROM ASHES TO NEW seamlessly evolve, while clinging tightly to the punchy rhymes, walloping choruses, and inventive soundscape architecture that transformed the band from Pennsylvania independent favorites to a Gold-certified international phenomenon who've achieved their first No. 1 single with "DRAG ME" (from Reflections) earlier this year.

Sabaton Join Forces With Pop Evil On New Version of "Templars"

 Continuing a banner year, the Swedish masters of heavy metal Sabaton re-up their 2025 hit "Templars" with a brand-new version featuring Leigh Kakaty of Platinum-certified, chart-topping rock powerhouse Pop Evil. The song is now available on all DSPs and digital download providers via Better Noise Music.

It's a collision of two different genres of hard rock that feels completely seamless.

Sabaton welcomed Pop Evil frontman Leigh Kakaty to the stage during their set at Louder Than Life in Louisville, KY. Surprising tens of thousands of fans, they debuted this version together, leading to one of the standout moments of the massive fest. Kakaty infuses the track with a rush of fresh energy and fire. Between blasts of distortion and thunderous drums, his soaring vocals take flight. All of this momentum culminates on the chantable chorus: "Templars on the march, charge from the temple."

Regarding the new version, Sabaton vocalist Joakim Brodénsays, "'Templars' was a hit with our fans when we dropped it last year to introduce our 11th studio album, Legends. This year, we wanted to do something a little different with it, and teaming up with our North American tourmates, Pop Evil, just made perfect sense. Having a fantastic vocalist put his own stamp on the track adds a whole new layer and gives the song a fresh energy that we're really excited for everyone to hear. It's also a great way to get everyone fired up for our upcoming tour in North America. It's going to be a blast touring with Pop Evil, and we hope our fans enjoy this new take on the song."

Bassist Pär Sundström added, "We've always enjoyed finding new ways to revisit our music, and 'Templars' felt like the perfect song to experiment with. When the opportunity came to collaborate with Pop Evil due to them joining us on our upcoming North American tour, it was an easy decision. Leigh's take on the track brings a different attitude. The new single arrives on the heels of "Yamato," in which they partnered with the popular online video game World of Warships and its developer Wargaming. Since releasing in March, the single continues to buzz with north of 7.5 million Spotify streams, while the music video has tallied 4.6 million views alone, landing looks at Blabbermouth, Metal Injection, NME, and more. Meanwhile, Louder raved, "Yamato is yet another stirring, oh-so-epic tune to be added to their arsenal."

The band had previously partnered with World Of Warships and Wargaming for "Bismarck" in 2019. Among the most popular tunes in Sabaton's catalog, the latter has garnered more than 124 million Spotify streams to date, while the gripping music video has tallied over 111 million views and counting. FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH NEW ALBUM "LEGACY" NOW AVAILABLE ON LIMITED EDITION VINYL, CD, + CASSETTE

Today, Five Finger Death Punch released various physical editions of their brand-new 10th studio album, Legacy, which arrived digitally on July 31 via Better Noise Music. The collection includes limited-edition vinyl, CD, and cassette variants featuring exclusive artwork, available now through the band's official store HERE, with the European and UK vinyl release following on October 9. Adding to today’s release, the band also dropped the official music video for the album’s title track "Legacy." Celebrating two decades of Five Finger Death Punch, each physical variant stands out as a singular collectible, arriving as the band continues its current North American leg of the 20th Anniversary World Tour through October 23.

Since its digital release in July, Legacy has already yielded over 60 million streams and counting. Upon release, the album claimed spots on 18 international charts. Most notably, it vaulted to #2 on the US Top Digital Albums Chart, hot on the trail of only Ariana Grande's Petal. On Spotify, it hit #6 on the US Top Albums Chart and #8 globally.

The cover is an inspired choice for Death Valley Dreams, whose own music thrives in the same space between darkness, desire, melancholy, and tension. Shimmering guitars, pulsing textures, and an intoxicating sense of suspense amplify the song's underlying ache, turning a familiar classic into something seductive, modern, and unmistakably their own.

There's an undeniable nocturnal quality to Death Valley Dreams’ rendition: Unsettling yet beautiful, like stumbling into a tantalizing late-night scene from a Quentin Tarantino film where you know something dangerous is about to happen. The song feels drenched in neon, shadows, desire, and mystery, capturing the magnetic pull of the original while heightening its cinematic allure. BAD WOLVES HONOR DOLLY PARTON + RELEASE "JOLENE" COVER IN HER MEMORY

Dolly Parton was planning to contribute her signature vocals to Bad Wolves' heavy metal cover of "Jolene" before her sudden passing this week. On Monday, August 31, the band releases their version of the song in her memory, with proceeds going to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

"Our singer is a big fan of Dolly and had posted a bunch of videos of her covering 'Jolene.' So, we decided to make a rock cover version for our next album," says Bad Wolves founder, drummer, and songwriter John Boecklin. "On hearing our version, our label CEO Dan Waite sent the finished record to Dolly's manager, Danny Nozell, with a request for Dolly to guest feature on our version. We heard back that Danny had played the track to Dolly, and that Dolly loved our version, and that Dolly was going to go into the studio and add her vocals very soon. We then sent over the stems for Dolly's studio engineers to work with. Like everyone, we were devastated by last week's news of Dolly's passing."

Danny Nozell, Dolly Parton's longtime manager, confirmed that she had been eager to record her vocals for the track before her passing, while explicitly clearing up recent online misinformation surrounding the tribute, stating. "Dolly was a champion of artists pushing musical boundaries. She listened to the Bad Wolves arrangement of 'Jolene' weeks ago, gave it her full blessing, and was incredibly excited to collaborate on it. Releasing this track on Monday as a tribute—with proceeds directly supporting her beloved Imagination Library—is exactly what Dolly and her team wanted."

Don Burton, manager and husband of the late Dolores O’Riordan (The Cranberries), offered his perspective on the band's integrity. 

"When Dolores died, prior to recording with Bad Wolves on Zombie, Better Noise Music’s Allen Kovac and Dan Waite reached out say that with our blessing they would like to continue with their plans to release 'Zombie,' but wanted to donate the proceeds to Dolores' children. 

"As a parent, I was touched, and also very surprised when the label and band were true to their word and presented our kids (aged 12, 16, 20, 27 at the time) with hundreds of thousands of dollars. A very gracious gesture, which helped with their college costs, and we will always remember the band's kindness in honouring their pledge and Dolores' memory. 

"The similarities here with Dolly Parton loving Bad Wolves version of Jolene, and sadly passing before recording, is tragic, but once again the Bad Wolves have agreed to donate their proceeds to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, and based on the 'Zombie' track record, this could provide a lot of books for young children around the world."

Boecklin continued: "We will honor Dolly's incredible legacy by donating proceeds from 'Jolene' to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. We know that we can contribute to Dolly's vision of giving access to books and improving literacy."

The band posted a video of one of their fans singing "Die For You" at a show, and noticed bullying comments being made towards the fan and immediately leapt to her defense. Brandyberry doubled down and addressed this behavior from the stage, reinforcing the fact that the band will not tolerate such antics. The band also reached out to the fan and promised her lifetime guest lists to their shows.

"Calvary Drive" finds Yellowcard firing on all cylinders yet again. It bursts to life with driving guitars, infectious hooks, and the kind of kinetic energy that's become the band's trademark. It culminates on an anthemic chorus spiked with a sunny melody and showcases every bit of what fans have come to love and expect from the four-piece.

"'Calvary Drive' was the very first demo we worked on with Travis Barker and our friend Nick Long," says singer Ryan Key. "We were just getting a feel for working together over a weekend and had no idea that this idea would be the spark for what became Better Days. It’s fun to listen back now and hear where we started, and how much the sound evolved from there.” 

Barker fondly recalls the experience as “such an easy project and easy group of guys to make music with,” with the whole band fully invested in the process: “Everyone in the band was really active and really a part of everything in the studio.” One song became another, a day became weeks, and before long an entire record had emerged from a collaboration that was never originally intended to go that far. “Next thing you know it was like we’re getting back in the studio and we were scheduling weeks to work with each other and recorded an entire album.” What began as Travis Barker simply jumping in for a day had organically become the album Better Days. And it's that partnership that blossomed into a collaboration with another legacy hitmaker: Avril Lavigne.

"My friend Travis [Barker] called me up to say he was producing the new Yellowcard album and I really liked what I heard," Lavigne shared. "When he played me 'You Broke Me Too,' I liked how it can be an anthem people can relate to when finding hope after a relationship." The pairing felt particularly fitting: a song conceived in the spirit of the huge, emotionally charged ballads that helped define the early 2000s ultimately brought together two artists synonymous with that era, with Barker acting as the bridge between them.

The new material notably lands in the wake of the cross-generational phenomenon "Bedroom Posters" (Feat. Blippi). The reimagined track landed looks from Rock Sound and New Noise Magazine, who applauded how, "This version of the song preserves the original's high-spirit energy and Blippi adds his own distinctive spark to it." "Bedroom Posters" marked their second collab with Blippi following "Go Go Go."

At the top of the year, the band teamed up with Good Charlotte for the first collaborative version of "Bedroom Posters." Popping off as a match made in pop-punk heaven, it tallied 2.6 million Spotify streams and vaulted to #1 on the Billboard Alternative Airplay Chart. A piece on Consequence applauded how "the song finds Key trading vocals with Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden," while Rolling Stone put it best: "It's the collaboration made in pop-punk dreams."

Two #1 singles coming from the one album, this signals not only a return to form, but a undeniable triumph; a band that still cuts through the noise nearly three decades into their career.

Next up, Yellowcard will canvas North America throughout the rest of August and into September on tour. They make stops at Musikfest 2026, Vans Warped Tour, Oceans Calling Festival, and more. In November, they cross the pond to hit the road in Europe and the UK with Good Charlotte.

Bad Wolves to Join Skillet on Tour This Fall With New Singer Killboy Making Her Live Debut in New Role With the Band

Multi-platinum and chart-topping hard rock outfit BAD WOLVES issued their new single and music video "Paint It Red " via Better Noise Music at the top of the summer. It served as the band's first release of 2026 and the opening salvo for new singer KILLBOY (Sara Skinner), who made her fiery debut as the band's new vocalist with the track.

Today, the band has announced it will support SKILLET on the band's forthcoming Fall 2026 headline tour. Escape the Fate are also set to appear. The trek will serve as Killjoy's live debut in her new role as front woman, as well. Brake Drops Video For New Track "swingin'"

Pulling back the curtain with a wink, Texas-bred and North Carolina-based alternative pop provocateur BRAKE has signed with Better Noise Music and serves up a cheeky and catchy new single entitled "swingin," which is out now.

The track layers his breezy, butter-smooth vocals over sun-kissed guitar and a head-nodding West Coast beat. Pulling no punches and hinting at what comes next, Brake immediately sets the scene —"Butt ass naked by the pool." He flexes his dynamic range on flirty verses until the feels and fire overflow during the refrain as he recognizes, "Something in the way I'm swingin' with you.”

The accompanying visual projects this energy on the screen. Brake personally wrote the treatment, while Graham Bishop directed it. You can practically see his words play out in the NSFW visual as he pulls up to a pool party (sans pants) and enjoys the warmth of a summertime bacchanal. In between, he performs flanked by a lingerie-clad backing band and groove-steady drummer. 

It opens up his wild world and invites everyone in.

About the song, Brake says, "I wrote 'swingin' about an eye-opening experience I had at a swingers club in Vegas. I wanted to make a song that fully embraced the free love and body positive lifestyle that I experienced there. This song isn't necessarily about sex, but was written to open the door of acceptance and let people feel free to have an open and expressive mind even beyond their own fears and insecurities."

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH RELEASE "LEGACY," THE DEFINING ALBUM OF A 20-YEAR CAREER, + NEW SONG "NAILS IN THE COFFIN" — LISTEN

Twenty years and 10 albums into one of the most successful hard rock careers of the modern era, Five Finger Death Punch today released Legacy, the record the band regards as the definitive statement of everything they are. The album arrives on the heels of current single "Eye Of The Storm," delivering the band's 18th No. 1 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart, extending their own record for the most consecutive No. 1s in the chart's 45-year history. Few bands reach a 20th anniversary. Fewer still reach it at the height of their commercial power.

Revolver praised the track's blend of battering riffs and melody driven by Ivan Moody's introspective vocal performance, while Loudwire called it "a furious opening statement for the new album cycle."

Five Finger Death Punch are currently on the first leg of the 20th Anniversary World Tour which takes the band all across North America with special guest Cody Jinks and Eva Under Fire before hitting arenas in the UK/EU with Lamb Of God and Bleed From Within in early 2027.

The HU Release Triumphant New Album "HUN" + Share "Horesemen" Video

Fresh from sharing the stage with Iron Maiden in the the UK and standing at the cusp of what is promising to be their boldest creative chapter yet, Hunnu Rock pioneers THE HU — Galaa (morin khuur, throat singing); Jaya (tumur khuur, tsuur, throat singing); Enkush (morin khuur, throat singing); and Temka(tovshuur, throat singing) — are pleased to unveil their third full-length album, HUN, out now via BETTER NOISE MUSIC. Get HUN here. While the digital and physical album is out now, the vinyl version and box set (details further below) will see release on September 11.

HUN — which translates to "human" in their native language — holds special meaning for the band. Originally called Between the Heaven and Earth, the album was intended to be understood as something natural and true, akin to human life on Earth, which is why they chose HUN to best represent it.

"In our third album, we tested many boundaries and used different techniques to perfect the combination of traditional instruments with heavy metal music genres," says Jaya. "The concept of the HUN album comes from universal experiences we all go through collectively as humans in this world. Our hope is to remind our listeners the importance of introspection through variety of songs from slow to fast rhythmic songs."

"'Horsemen' is inspired by the legendary Mongolian warriors who once rode across much of the known world," the band says. "These warriors were known for their discipline, intelligence, courage, and incredible skill. They were called the 'Army of the Heavens' because of their unmatched mobility and strength. This song celebrates their spirit and honors the qualities that made them legendary. It's a reminder that true power comes from discipline, wisdom, and unity."

The HU's previously released the single "Lost Soul" (Feat. Jonny Hawkins of NOTHING MORE). It marks the first collaboration between the Gold-certified global phenomenon and NOTHING MORE. HUN finds The HU, who were first tipped by NPR back in 2019, at the peak of their powers thus far. They expand the scope of their signature Hunnu Rock with 11 tracks steeped in the lore and legend of Mongolia, yet uplifted with universal ambition. It's as epic, enthralling, and enigmatic and it opens the gateway into their world.

"We took our time to do this right, and we're so glad that we're almost ready to release what we have worked on these past few years," the band says. "Now, we are also focusing on the performances and working out a brand-new setlist. We want to play bigger venues so we can do extensive production, and bring in some amazing elements of our culture, and play these ideas to our fans. And, as well as our third album, we have some amazing ideas for another album already!"

The HU just wrapped a successful headline tour of North America, but they are not done. The band will return to the U.S. in August, supporting Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson before heading to Europe in September.

"Crawl" seethes and surges in signature IN THIS MOMENT style. Anchored by a gut-punching riff and seismic vocals courtesy of inimitable frontwoman MARIA BRINK, the song sets its hooks in, holds tight, and never lets go. About the track, IN THIS MOMENT, Brink offers, "'Crawl' is a reckoning — a reflection that those who dominate and cause pain will ultimately reap what they sow. As above, so below. The fall is inevitable. Bearing witness to the harm they inflict, the song declares that those who once stood tall will be brought to their knees."

Co-founder and guitarist CHRIS HOWORTH furthers, "'Crawl' is a visceral track that delivers the undeniable observation of powerful entities dominating and abusing the weaker and compromised masses — something that continues to repeat itself throughout human history. The song empowers and, at its core, is about standing up and fighting back." 

However, it's just the beginning. WITCH showcases every side of IN THIS MOMENT: The fury, the femininity, and the fire. It's an 11-track opus that does not relent in intensity and introspection. THE HU ARRIVE IN LONDON AHEAD OF THEIR NEW ALBUM HUN RELEASE + IRON MAIDEN SUPPORT AT KNEBWORTH

Mongolia’s biggest musical stars, and rock-folk pioneers, The HU arrived in London yesterday ahead of their highly anticipated support slot for Iron Maiden at Knebworth on Saturday, July 11.

The HU will release their third studio album, HUN, on July 24

After landing in London, the band headed straight to the city's tourist attractions, including a visit to the British Army's Household Cavalry in Whitehall. There, they were spotted by a stunned, devoted fan; one Lance Corporal with the Life Guards Squadron, who recognised them on CCTV and persuaded his commanding officer to let them meet the horses and guards in the stables at Horse Guards Parade. The band were also introduced to Overlord, the biggest horse in the squadron.

Five Finger Death Punch Hit 18th No. 1 On Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart With "Eye Of The Storm"

Multi-platinum hard rock powerhouse Five Finger Death Punch have earned their 18th No. 1 single on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay Chart with their latest anthem "Eye of the Storm," which Revolver proclaimed "mixes a flurry of battering metal chugs with a sense of melody, plus Ivan Moody's pensive-but-barked lyrics hinting at fears, regrets, burdens, blame, and the search for some kind of inner peace," while Loudwire raved, "The song is a driving, furious banger that kicks off what's expected to be a new album cycle in grand fashion."

This extends the bands impressive record for holding the longest streak of consecutive No. 1 hits in the 45-year history of the chart.

On July 20, Five Finger Death Punch will kick off the first leg of the 20th Anniversary World Tour, which will take them all across North America with special guest Cody Jinks, and Eva Under Fire before hitting arenas in the UK/EU with Lamb Of God and Bleed From Within in early 2027.

The 20th Anniversary World Tour is both a celebration and a statement, honoring the band's journey from their 2005 formation and release of their debut album, The Way Of The Fist, in 2007 to global arena headliners. The tour will showcase material from the new album, alongside classic anthems and hits that defined the past two decades.

From Ashes to New Take Firm Stance Against Bullying + Partner With HeartSupport as They Launch New Single "Die For You"

From Ashes to New are taking a firm stance against bullying as they drop their new radio single "Die For You" from their recently released album REFLECTIONS, out now via Better Noise Music. "Die For You" serves as the follow up to "Drag Me," the band's first-ever No. 1 at rock radio. It was a career high moment. 

Also, "Die For You” has amassed over 11M streams globally and is outpacing many songs currently in top 10 at Active Rock chart.

From Ashes to New then experienced yet another moment — this one viral — that has demonstrated the depth of their connection with their fans. The band posted a video of one of their fans singing "Die For You" at a show, and noticed bullying comments being made towards the fan and immediately leapt to her defense. Brandyberry doubled down and addressed this behavior from the stage, reinforcing the fact that the band will not tolerate such antics. The band also reached out to the fan and promised her lifetime guest lists to their shows. 

"All I could see was a beautiful soul having a beautiful moment," says Brandyberry. "As a father of a son who dealt with some of these same things, there is no way I would let that behavior go unaddressed. Our fans mean everything to us and I will always do whatever I can to make them feel safe in our fandom."

"I will always use my platform to fight back against assholes, especially when it comes to our fans," declares Case. "Growing up, I was the scrawny undersized kid with red hair so I know what it's like to be targeted. I know what it’s like to feel helpless. Sometimes, all it takes is having someone stand up for you to make a difference. I never had that. I tried to ignore it all instead and it never made a difference. So when people say 'Ignore the haters,' I say 'F**k that.' I say kick them in the f**kin' teeth."

From Ashes to New have further tapped into their philanthropic side and dedication to fans by partnering with Fandiem and HeartSupport, the organization founded by August Burns Red's Jake Luhrs, to offer a flyaway promotion to Louder Than Life in Louisville this September. Teaming up with Heart Support reflects a deeper, long-term dedication to mental health awareness and breaking down the stigma around asking for help.

REFLECTIONS is From Ashes to New's follow-up to 2023's BLACKOUT, which achieved the #1 spot on several iTunes and Spotify Rock and Metal charts across the globe. It was a massive success. Yet, in late 2023, FROM ASHES TO NEW arrived at a creative crossroads. The group wrapped up demos for 16 songs for what was supposed to be their fifth studio album. However, instead of sprinting towards the finish line and completing the record, the band scrapped those demo sessions. The process went against everything the band had ever done before. Dirty Heads Release "7 Seas" Album + Share "2 Young" + Summer Tour With 311 Kicks Off Next Month

Southern California's favorite sons, the RIAA Platinum Certified band DIRTY HEADS, are pleased to release their ninth full-length album, 7 Seas, via Better Noise Music. Listen to 7 Seas here.

Today, they serve up "2 YOUNG," which features a duet between singer Duddy and his daughter Sophia Lynn, proving that music is indeed the tie that binds.

"I remember Sophia sitting in a high chair while we were writing 'Lay Me Down,' so to now have her featuring on our album is very special. Her voice was meant for this song," states Duddy.

Sophia Lynn weighs in about the track's heft, saying, "Getting to work with Dirty Heads was such a full circle moment for me. This track is so meaningful, and I'm so grateful to be a part of it. As someone who's just stepping into a new chapter of life after graduating high school, these lyrics really resonate with me. Growing up is exciting, but it can also be confusing, overwhelming, and messy. I hope this song reminds people that at whatever stage in life they're at, it's okay to not have everything figured out."

Earlier this week, DIRTY HEADS gave fans a sneak peek of the album with an intimate Q&A and listening party event at the Honda Lounge at the iHeartRadio Studios in L.A. The listening party and Q&A will be available for fans to watch on VEEPS in celebration of the release.

2026 will find Eva Under Fire on tour for most of the year so opportunities to see the band command the stage will be plentiful. The band spent the winter laying waste to venues alongside Jeris Johnson and Butcher Babies. They will return to the road this summer, serving as support for Five Finger Death Punch's 20th Anniversary World Tour 2026.

For all of EVA UNDER FIRE's new music, Amanda drew on her career as a licensed therapist to foster open dialogue among the band members, empowering everyone to be heard during the recording. Her work in therapy started in 2018 when she graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and went on to work at a mental health clinic in Detroit, Transcendence Behavioral Health (owned by Dr. Stephanie Williams). That same year, her father passed away due to a fentanyl overdose. Her mother survived the same batch that killed her father and has been sober for the past six years. In addition to her thriving and busy music career, Amanda is currently a practicing psychotherapist specializing in trauma work, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.

Her story turned into a 2023 short film, My Rockstar, which used EVA UNDER FIRE music throughout and has won over 20 awards at several film fests including Orlando Film Fest, Wild Rivers Film Festival, Toronto WILDfilm Festival, and many others.

Lauded as one of SiriusXM's 2023 "Ones To Watch," EVA UNDER FIRE released their critically acclaimed debut album, LOVE, DRUGS & MISERY via Better Noise Music in 2022. Its deluxe version includes the Top 20 Active Rock radio-charting single "Unstoppable" featuring country/rock artist Cory Marks. The Hu Announce New Album "HUN" Out 7/24 + Band Shares "Lost Soul"

Turning the page on what promises to be a bold creative chapter, Hunnu Rock pioneers THE HU — Galaa (morin khuur, throat singing); Jaya (tumur khuur, tsuur, throat singing); Enkush (morin khuur, throat singing); and Temka(tovshuur, throat singing) — proudly announce their forthcoming third full-length album, HUN, out July 24 via BETTER NOISE MUSIC. Pre-order/Pre-save HUN here.

Alongside the album news, the band has unleashed a hypnotic new single entitled "Lost Soul" (Feat. Jonny Hawkins of NOTHING MORE). It marks the first collaboration between the Gold-certified global phenomenon and NOTHING MORE.

 Across the song, the percussive groove-laden soundscape resembles the extremes of Mongolia's fickle and unforgiving climate. A head-nodding riff tosses and turns beneath propulsive verses, giving way to a melodic refrain from Hawkins who croons the infectious chorus, "Born to be a lost soul." These English-sung affirmations lock into a seamless volley with traditional Mongolian chanting, uniting styles and cultures in one burst of boundary-breaking energy.

Resounding beyond all borders, the song trumpets a message of resiliency, fortitude, and strength that translates positively into any language and anywhere in the world.

Regarding the song, Galaa comments "We have been unpacking our surprises one by one. Hunnu Rock transcends through culture and in that respect, we have made 'Lost Soul' with Jonny Hawkins. To be not lost on your life journey, not losing your values, and go through life and having a courage to face the life obstacles are messages we are sending our fans through this song 'Lost Soul' and in our next album, HUN. "

Hawkins adds, "I am so excited to team up with a band as committed to their craft as The Hu. It's unlike anything I've done before."

HUN finds The Hu, who were first tipped by NPR back in 2019, at the peak of their powers thus far. They expand the scope of their signature Hunnu Rock with 11 tracks steeped in the lore and legend of Mongolia, yet uplifted with universal ambition. It's as epic, enthralling, and enigmatic and it opens the gateway into their world.

"We took our time to do this right, and we're so glad that we're almost ready to release what we have worked on these past few years," the band says. "Now, we are also focusing on the performances and working out a brand-new setlist. We want to play bigger venues so we can do extensive production, and bring in some amazing elements of our culture, and play these ideas to our fans. And, as well as our third album, we have some amazing ideas for another album already!"

The Hu have teamed up with Cello Metal standouts Apocalyptica for a run of shows this May and June. The tour kicked off on May 12 in Silver Spring, MD and will take them across the country before wrapping in Anaheim, CA on June 7. Joining The Hu and Apocalyptica is platinum-selling Finnish rock band The Rasmus.

And in other The Hu news, the band recently appeared on the song "Pray to the Sun," featuring Declan de Barra, from the Netflix Japanese manga series One Piece. It's another instance of the band and its music connecting with passionate fandoms, as their song "Sugaan Essena" was also prominently featured in the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order video game.
