DYNAZTY dive head-first into a new chapter by signing with Napalm Records. In the years since their formation, the band has walked a path unlike other bands. With the first album with their new label, Dark Arts, coming March 5, 2027, the Swedish masters of melodies invite listeners on a journey of their own. ''Lay Down The Law'' kicks off the first of two acts and starts the descent with a melody equally powerful and catchy. Originally formed in 1993 under the name CITA, GUILD OF AGES emerged from the vibrant melodic hard rock scene of the early '90s. Founded by four high school friends – Danny Martinez, Antz Trujillo, Joe Marone, and Troy Benson – the band quickly secured record deals in Europe and Japan, laying the foundations for a career built on powerful melodies, soaring vocal harmonies, and guitar-driven hard rock.

Working alongside former Axe and Blackfoot member Bobby Barth, the band recorded their debut album, 'Act I: Relapse Of Reason,' which earned them a dedicated underground following. Following lineup changes that saw the arrival of bassist James Lostetter and drummer Steve Stuntz, the band released 'Heat Of Emotion,' further strengthening their reputation among melodic rock fans in Europe and Japan.

After a legal dispute over the CITA name, the band adopted the moniker GUILD OF AGES, continuing their musical journey with the live album 'Live Over Germany' and three studio releases: 'One,' 'Vox Dominatas,' and 'Citadel.' Throughout these recordings, the band established a distinctive sound combining memorable hooks, rich vocal harmonies, powerful guitar riffs, and heartfelt songwriting.

Although the band disbanded in 2002, their music has continued to resonate with melodic hard rock enthusiasts over the years.

Now, more than two decades later, GUILD OF AGES is preparing to write the next chapter of their story. Their upcoming studio album – coming in early 2027 - promises to carry forward the band's signature blend of melody, energy, and musicianship, while introducing their sound to a new generation of rock fans.

Mar de Grises Re-Sign with Season of Mist

Since forming in 2000, Mar de Grises have led the way for metal in South America. Inspired by their native Chile, with a cinematic vision and melodic touch, the band bring the mighty Andes, the salty Pacific Ocean, the dreaded cold of Cape Horn, metropolitan Santiago, the lush green Valdivian forests and the Atacama desert to progressive death-doom.

Mar de Grises were signed to Finland’s Firebox Records before becoming the first band from South America to join Season of Mist. The French label released the band’s latest album, 2010’s Streams Inwards. The album brought them international recognition and major tours with Sólstafir, Swallow the Sun and Saturnus, as well as festival appearances alongside Opeth, Enslaved and Katatonia. In a review of Streams Inwards, Exclaim! declared that Mar de Grises are “singularly unique while raising the bar for contemporaries, like comparably brilliant groups such as Swans or Anathema before them”.

Now, after more than a decade of silence, Mar de Grises are excited to announce that they are returning to Season of Mist, who will release the band’s long-awaited fourth album next year.

“After more than a decade of absence, we are thrilled to announce that Mar de Grises have re-signed with the legendary record label Season of Mist”, the band says. “Once again, with our new album, we are pushing the boundaries of genre. About LITA FORD:

LITA FORD began her career in 1976 as the lead guitarist of The Runaways, the groundbreaking all-female rock band behind classics like “Cherry Bomb” and “Queens of Noise.” After the band’s breakup in 1979, FORD forged her own path and quickly established herself as one of the most influential women in hard rock and heavy metal.

FORD launched her solo career in 1983 with ‘Out for Blood,’ followed by ‘Dancin’ on the Edge’ in 1984, which earned her a Grammy nomination and produced the hit “Gotta Let Go.” She reached new heights with her 1988 self-titled album, ‘Lita,’ a multi-platinum success that featured the iconic singles “Kiss Me Deadly” and “Close My Eyes Forever,” her celebrated duet with Ozzy Osbourne. After leaving Entombed in 1998 to focus on The Hellacopters, he continued exploring new musical territory through projects including The Hydromatics, The Solution, Death Breath, Imperial State Electric, and Lucifer, alongside extensive production work for other artists. Heavy Metal Outfit JUDICATOR Signs to Nameless Grave Records

Heavy metal outfit JUDICATOR and independent U.S. label NAMELESS GRAVE are both now pleased to announce their new union! With co-founder Alicia Cordisco returning to the band in 2026 following her six year absence, JUDICATOR will release an EP of original songs in early 2027, while working on a yet to be titled eighth studio album with the reunited and recharged lineup at the helm for release later in 2027 via NAMELESS GRAVE.

On signing with Nameless Grave records, band co-founder Alicia Cordisco comments, "We could not be more thrilled to sign with Nameless Grave for our upcoming eighth album, and this new era of the band. We've been fortunate to work with many labels over the years such as Prosthetic, Divebomb, Alone, and Black Lion, but with my coming back to the band and we imagined finding a new home and the right fit would not be an easy task. When singer John Yelland and guitarist Alicia Cordisco serendipitously crossed paths at a Blind Guardian concert in 2012, they sought out on a relentless journey to craft heavy metal concept albums that confront existential anxiety in its many forms, thus creating JUDICATOR. While building on a foundation of classic 80's/90's power metal bands that brought them together such as Blind Guardian, Helloween, and Running Wild, the duo also invoked an array of progressive influences like Fates Warning, Queensryche, and Opeth. With seven albums and a decade and a half of intense live performances under their belt, JUDICATOR’s music seeks to hold a mirror up to life’s struggles and triumphs, whether great or small, through the power of anthemic, urgent, and powerful heavy metal.

Earlier in 2026, JUDICATOR released an appetizer EP of re-recordings with accompanying videos entitled "The Elector" to showcase the new lineup, and set the stage for a new chapter after performing at Midvale Utah's Grillfest in September of 2026. EVANS BLUE Release New Single "Speak" via Aphotic Records

Evans Blue has signed with Aphotic Records, marking a new chapter for the acclaimed rock band as they announce the release of their new single, “SPEAK.”The song received its radio premiere on SiriusXM Octane on October 8, 2026, introducing listeners to the next evolution of a band whose music has long given voice to the emotions people struggle to put into words.

 

Evans Blue has built its identity around emotionally charged rock that gives a voice to the things people struggle to say out loud. For years, the band has occupied the space where heavy, melodic rock collides with raw human emotion, building a catalog around the battles people often fight privately. Pain, anger, loss, isolation, resilience and survival aren't simply themes within Evans Blue's music. They're part of its DNA. Through songs like “Erase My Scars,” “Cold,” and “This Time It’s Different,” the band has created a lasting connection with listeners through music rooted in pain, vulnerability, honesty and perseverance.

 

Now, Evans Blue begins it's next chapter with “SPEAK.”

 

Dark, atmospheric and unflinchingly personal, “SPEAK” confronts the kind of grief that doesn't disappear with time. It changes you. The song captures the battle between everything screaming inside your head and the inability to let any of it escape, until silence itself becomes another weight to carry.

 

“‘SPEAK’ is about carrying loss until silence becomes its own kind of prison,” says vocalist Dan Chandler. “It’s the kind of grief that changes who you are forever. And as much as it hurt you or changed you, you won’t give up on yourself.”

 

That is where “SPEAK” ultimately finds its power.

“SPEAK” was written and performed by Evans Blue and produced by Chris Dawson and Evans Blue, with Dawson also handling the mix. The track was mastered by Mike Kaljian.

 

For bassist Joe Pitter, the process of creating the new music has also represented a personal reconnection with the creative force that brought Evans Blue together in the first place.

 

“Working on these songs has given back an appreciation for music and sharing in creativity that I didn't know I had lost. It feels like a step toward something that matters," says Joe Pitter.


This isn't about pretending the damage never happened or finding a clean ending to grief. It's about refusing to let the loss of someone else become the loss of yourself.


With “SPEAK,” Evans Blue isn't trying to recreate its past. The band is taking everything that built its identity, the weight, melody, vulnerability and honesty, and pushing it forward.

Vaux Records Welcomes All My Senses + Band Shares "Burning Out" Video

VAUX RECORDS is thrilled to welcome For Collins, Colorado-based band ALL MY SENSES to the roster.

The band has shared the video for new single "BURNING OUT." Watch it below.

"'Burning Out' is an artistic, lyrical, and sonic display of what our band is about," the band says. "Hopefully when you listen to it, you feel the emotion we put into it."

The band offers a modern take on emo, punk, and post-hardcore. Featuring Erich Albrecht, Miles Stevenson, Jarod Ford, and Jordan Pasquin, the band dropped the self-produced EP Conquered in 2025. It paved the way for what was to come and where they are now!

The buzz caught the attention of Craig Ericson, owner of newly formed Vaux Records. Craig had previously worked with Stevenson's Dad, Bill Stevenson (Descendents, ALL, Black Flag), when he was running his former company Rise Records. This led to a record deal and the making of their forthcoming full-length album to be released in 2027.

"Signing All My Senses was a no-brainer," Ericson states emphatically. "The band is hard working and they rule. They remind me of Propaghandi — fast, tight, melodic and powerful. I can't wait to break this band!"

Recorded at the Blasting Room (Rise Against, Hot Water Music), the younger Stevenson took the helm and produced with some help from his dad and Jason Livermore. 

"We are beyond stoked to be signing with Vaux Records and working with Craig Ericson. Craig has worked with so many bands that influenced us as musicians. We’re thankful to be part of the Vaux team," the band says.

Kill Sound Records, a new record label founded by musician, songwriter and producer Justin McCain, has officially launched in partnership with The Label Group, TLG|ROCK, distributed by Virgin Music Group, bringing McCain’s longtime passion for A&R and artist development to the forefront.

 

Joining McCain in the launch of Kill Sound Records are partners Zeb Christensen (Screaming for Silence), Aaron Koenig (Devil in the Details) and Sgt. RJ Mitchell USMC. The label’s first two artist signings are MCHNZ and ANNALIESE.

 

McCain’s path to launching his own label has been shaped by years of experience on both sides of the music industry. As a musician, songwriter and producer, he has been a member of signed bands including Through Fire and Emphatic, experiences that gave him firsthand insight into the workings of the modern music business while allowing him to work alongside some of the industry's most respected executives and creative professionals.

 

Those experiences ultimately helped shape a long-standing goal: to create a label focused on identifying artists with potential and giving them the guidance, development and resources needed to build lasting careers.

 

“I've been very fortunate to have worked with some of the most incredibly talented people throughout my journey as a musician, songwriter and producer in the music business,” says Justin McCain, Owner/CEO of Kill Sound Records. “With being in multiple signed bands, including Through Fire and Emphatic, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the most brilliant label executives along the way such as Monte Lipman of Republic Records, Pete Ganbarg of Atlantic Records, Jeff Blue, known for his work with Linkin Park and, of course, one of my biggest inspirations, Ash Avildsen of Sumerian Records.”

The new single arrives as HARDCORE SUPERSTAR prepares to return to the road for the “Dirty Halo Tour,” a 20-date run through Sweden and Finland beginning October 2nd in Malmö. The tour will continue into Europe and the rest of the world during 2027.

A Skylit Drive Return With Video for New Single "Half Hearted" — WATCH // Band Signs With New Label Vaux Records

A Skylit Drive proudly announce their signing with Vaux Records, marking an exciting new chapter for the legendary post-hardcore outfit. 

The independent label is owned and operated by Craig Ericson, founder of Rise Records, and is quickly establishing itself as a premier home for innovative heavy music.

In conjunction with the announcement, A Skylit Drive release their brand-new single, "Half Hearted." The track serves as the first glimpse into the band's upcoming full-length album, Ashes, currently in production and slated for release in early 2027.

"'‘Half Hearted' quickly became a defining song for this album," states the band's Michael Jagmin. "It marked the beginning of working with co-writer and producer Ryan Furlott and opened the door to a side of ourselves musically that we hadn’t explored before. More than anything, writing it was deeply cathartic. It became one of those rare moments where creating music felt less like writing a song and more like confronting something within ourselves—and putting it into words.”

For the new record, the band partnered with the aforementioned Furlott and acclaimed producer/mixer Joey Sturgis, known for his work with Asking Alexandria, Of Mice & Men, and The Devil Wears Prada. Sturgis' unmistakable production style helped shape the sound of modern metalcore throughout the late 2000s and 2010s, making him one of the genre's most sought-after producers. His signature production style has contributed to numerous genre-defining releases and earned multiple RIAA-certified gold records.

Ando San Signs To Sumerian Records Releases Double A-Side "Hype Man" & "Triggas"

LA born and bred, Ando San has spent his career to date carving out his own lane, fusing introspective hip-hop with intricate progressive metal guitar work. A rapper, producer and accomplished guitarist, his music draws on everything from jazzy boom-bap to instrumental math rock, resulting in a sound that's as technically ambitious as it is emotionally honest. 

Sumerian Records are proud to announce his signing. The signing marks a significant milestone for one of alternative music's most distinctive emerging voices. Speaking of joining the label, Ando says, “I am incredibly stoked to be a part of the Sumerian family. This is a huge moment for me, I have been a fan of this label since I was 15/16 years old and it's honestly insane to say that I am now signed by them. It's been a long time coming and this is only the beginning. I’m bringing the heat.”

 

His first releases for the label, arriving hot on the heels of his recent feature on ‘Hate Figure’ on the PRESIDENT album, in the form of a double A-side, ‘Hype Man’ & ‘Triggas’.

“Honestly, when I was writing ‘Hype Man’ I was incredibly inspired by “Dark Throne”, he shares. “Specifically the guitar riffs from their record “Ravishing Grimness”. Really dope album and one of my faves from “Dark Throne”. I thought it would be cool to start the song with a black metal vibe and then lead into a heavy beat. I named it “Hype Man” because at the time of recording the song I needed to hype myself up. I’m usually alone in my room making these songs and this one in particular needed that energy! I feel like you need to be your own personal “Hype Man” to get through things when you really don’t have anybody around to pump you up. It’s a super power!” 

Of ‘Triggas’, he reveals, “This song is about my triggers. I have a lot of trauma. Been through many things in my life and one thing that has helped me get through those hard moments is recognising my triggers. I think triggers could be a hindrance to a person's growth. I feel like it has stunted me for some time and I recognise that the things that do trigger me are personal traumas that I have experienced in my life. Coming to terms with that has taught me many things about myself. It has taught me to see when a trigger is coming, to know how to act when I'm triggered and to let the trigger pass. We all have our own personal triggers. It's important to understand why it's triggering you and to learn to work past those triggers. I think a lot of my music is just a molten pot of all my favourite genres. The song is synth heavy with a dope UK style drill hip-hop beat with metal guitars. Literally just doing whatever sounds sick. The most important thing for me is to be artistically authentic to myself. I have to be honest about who I am as a person to get to the originality I am constantly searching for.”

Ando San hits the UK for the first time later this month, supporting Don Broco, as well as ending the run with a London headliner. Following that, he'll be on tour across North America with Periphery beginning in late October (tickets here).

Punk-Metal Pioneers SNOT Officially Sign to BLKIIBLK

Today, BLKIIBLK is proud to announce the signing of legendary California punk-metal pioneers SNOT to a worldwide recording deal. One of the most influential cult bands to emerge from the late-'90s heavy music explosion, SNOT is currently writing and recording its long-awaited new studio album - the band's first collection of new material in nearly three decades – set for release in summer 2027, with new music set to arrive in early 2027, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of their landmark debut, ‘Get Some.’

SNOT never played by anyone else's rules. Originally formed in Santa Barbara, California, in 1995, they featured the charismatic Lynn Strait on vocals, guitarist Mikey Doling, bassist John Fahnestock, and drummer Jamie Miller. The band forged a sound that blurred the lines between hardcore, punk, funk, groove, and metal with an attitude that refused to fit neatly into any scene. Built around the unforgettable presence of frontman Lynn Strait, the unmistakable guitar work of Mikey Doling, and a rhythm section that balanced precision with swagger, SNOT created music that was as infectious as it was uncompromising.

Released in 1997 through Geffen Records, 'Get Some' has become one of heavy music's defining cult classics. Its explosive combination of crushing riffs, undeniable groove, raw humor, and fearless individuality helped shape the emerging nu-metal movement while standing apart from it entirely. Decades later, the album continues to inspire generations of musicians across metal, hardcore, punk, and hard rock, earning its reputation as one of the era's most distinctive and enduring releases.

Although Lynn Strait's tragic passing in 1998 brought the band's original run to an abrupt end, SNOT's legacy only continued to grow. In 2000, the surviving members honored Strait with the acclaimed tribute album 'Strait Up,' featuring an extraordinary roster of guest vocalists including Jonathan Davis, Corey Taylor, Fred Durst, Serj Tankian, and many others. Meanwhile, SNOT's members went on to help shape bands including Soulfly, Bad Religion, Amen, Lo-Pro, and Channel Zero, extending the band's influence across multiple generations of heavy music.

In 2025, SNOT returned with powerhouse vocalist Andy Knapp, ushering in a new era while honoring the spirit that made the band a cult favorite.

Since returning to the stage, SNOT has experienced an overwhelming resurgence, fueled by passionate fans and acclaimed performances at major festivals including Welcome To Rockville, Sonic Temple, Inkcarceration, Louder Than Life, Aftershock, Download, Graspop, Alcatraz, and Motocultor, alongside sold-out headline club shows throughout North America and Europe. The response has firmly established SNOT as one of heavy music's most celebrated comeback stories.

The current SNOT lineup features Mikey Doling (guitar), John Fahnestock (bass), Jamie Miller (drums), and Andy Knapp (vocals), with Doc Coyle joining the band as touring support guitarist for live performances. 

Now signed to BLKIIBLK, SNOT is preparing to release its first new music in nearly thirty years, opening an exciting new chapter while staying true to the spirit that made the band legendary.

Outlier Sign to Oxide Records Release New Single + Video "Digital Hell"

Outlier have officially signed with Oxide Records and are wasting no time making their arrival known with the release of their new single and music video, "Digital Hell." The track serves as both a warning and a wake-up call, tackling society's growing dependence on technology and the invisible grip it has on modern life.

 

"Digital Hell" asks a question few are willing to confront: Are we still controlling technology, or has it quietly begun controlling us?

The release comes on the heels of vocalist Joey Arena's guest appearance on Motionless In White's latest single, "Fight Like Hell," further introducing his voice to an even wider audience.
