Anthony Krizan’s rock roots run deep. He was lead guitarist of the Spin Doctors, opening 15 dates for the Rolling Stones with audiences
of 70,000, and for the Allman Brothers. He played guitar with Jimi Hendrix’s legendary bassist, Noel Redding and is an original member of Amphibian, with Phish lyricist Tom Marshall. Anthony has also penned rock/soul staples such as Stand By My Woman with Lenny Kravitz, 5 songs on the Spin Doctors Greatest Hits, the theme of the Spin City TV series and The Howard Stern “Miss America” theme. Recently, Krizan co-wrote the title track to former Baby’s singer and solo artist John Waite’s 2022 EP, Anything, and also co-wrote the title track to John Waite’s Mercury release When You Were Mine.

But Anthony’s true passion lies in his solo work. Anthony’s solo band performances and songs are an electrifying, swampy, rock/blues/soul, genre crossing solo-coaster ride. His latest single “White Lines” has a slamming blues infused groove and Krizan explains the inspiration, ““White Lines” is a nod to one of my biggest guitar influences and heroes Jimi Hendrix. I set out to write a song that had the vibe and spirit of Voodoo Child. I played with Noel Redding, Hendrix ‘s bassist for about 10 years on and off. Radiant Moon was formed in 2021 when veteran musicians/songwriters Brian Facklam (keyboards, vocals) and Dave Shahin (guitar, bass, keyboards, vocals) joined forces with Jimmy Grillo (drums) and Nick Lieto (vocals). They came from very different musical backgrounds which helped to create a unique chemistry in the band. Dave Shahin has been in multiple original rock and prog bands as well as being Tommy Tedesco's (Wrecking Crew Guitarist) East Coast bassist in the 90's, and has performed with Steve Gadd. Jimmy Grillo is also a veteran of multiple original bands and has toured as Carl Palmer's drum tech. Nick Lieto was a singer, keyboardist, and songwriter for Frogg Cafe who besides releasing original albums also performed at the famed Zappanale festival in Germany. Brian Facklam has not only been a major part of multiple bands but holds a master's degree in music and music theory.

Together they've recorded their debut album Now's The Time and it is already garnering impressive reviews.

The Brian Setzer Orchestra is a swing band formed in 1992 by Stray Cats frontman Brian Setzer. Their debut self titled album was released in 1994, and was followed up in 1996 with Guitar Slinger. In 1998, for their breakout album The Dirty Boogie, the group covered Louis Prima's "Jump, Jive An' Wail", which originally appeared on Prima's 1957 album The Wildest! and found themselves with a runaway hit! The album’s success led to a massive tour which ran from fall of 1998 through the summer of 1999, including a performance at the infamous Woodstock 1999. The Dirty Boogie’s success was capped off with a Grammy win for Brian’s version of “Sleepwalk” for Best Pop Instrumental in 1999. That would just be the first Grammy that Brian would bring home with the Orchestra.

With the success of the recent Guitar Slinger and The Dirty Boogie reissues from the Brian Setzer Orchestra we are now excited to announce for the first time on vinyl since 2000, Vavoom!. Remastered on 180g vinyl in two amazing Limited-Edition Colors. There are only 300 of The Americano and 700 of the Caravan Yellow. Vavoom! is the fourth release from the Brian Setzer Orchestra featuring “Pennsylvania 6-5000” and “Getting’ In the Mood”. Setzer uses his Rock-a-Billy style in league with some of the best standards from the big band era to produce some very cool finger snapping, get-up-and-dance
tunes.

David "Lefty" Foster has been captivated by music, particularly the blues, since his professional singing career began at the tender age of 14. His journey into the blues world was solidified during his twenties when he co-owned the Shaboo Inn, a legendary R&B and jazz nightclub that hosted blues greats such as Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, and T-Bone Walker. In 1987, he relocated to Los Angeles and seized the opportunity to record his solo album, "What a Life," produced by the esteemed Paul Rothchild (The Doors, Janis Joplin, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Joni Mitchell).

Despite the album's eventual shelving due to unforeseen circumstances, Lefty has now teamed up with Deko Entertainment to bring this album to life, now titled What A Life – The Lost L.A. Sessions. The first single “What A Life” is out now and this what Lefty had to say about it, “I’m very excited to be partnering with Deko Entertainment (ADA/Warner Music Group) and have the opportunity for the world to finally hear this record and these legendary tracks that have never been heard before – I’m really looking forward to it – thank you so much.”

The leader of Spread Eagle, West aided in the creation of such metal anthems such as “Switchblade Serenade” and “Devil’s Road.” And now, with his collaborator/bassist/producer, Miguel Gonzalez, by his side, West has created his most personal music and songwriting yet. Brimming with heavy urban power grooves, SupaFly represents an evolution for West. SupaFly hits again just before the holidays with the extremely personal track “Hypothermia.” West explains the story behind the song, “A talented musician with dreams of stardom gets a record contract only to become disillusioned with the life he’s chosen. He turns to drugs to mask his emotional downfall. And the person who loves him unconditionally is helpless to save him.” “'Hypothermia' is like driving down a foggy coastal mountain highway – it’s lonely road,” adds Gonzalez.

Albert Bouchard is best known as a founding member of Blue Öyster Cult. With Spread Eagle, West aided in the creation of iconic anthems such as the tormented “Switchblade Serenade” and “Devil’s Road.” Like many of his era, West rode out a turbulent period, coming out on the other side wiser and more confident than ever. He had renewed vigor and enhanced melodicism. West sought to create his most personal music yet with his longtime friend and partner in musical crime bassist, songwriter, producer, and esteemed session musician Miguel Gonzalez. Both grew up in the Miami rock n roll scene and have deep roots to the area’s culture and vibe, which they are excited to infuse into this project.

The result of the collaboration is SupaFly’s The Vibe, which features revisited and remastered versions of tracks previously recorded, as well as new compositions. Brimming with heavy urban-power grooves, SupaFly represents an evolution for West and is perhaps his most personal songwriting to date. Landing ahead of the album release is a knock-down drag-out version of the KC and the Sunshine Band classic “I’m Your Boogie Man” with a SupaFly twist just in time for Halloween. So why this track? West explains, “Mig and I have always loved the idea of taking a song like ‘Boogie Man’ and putting it through the SupaFly machine. We are paying tribute to a time when music was all about the groove and having a good time, all the time, while putting a modern-day twist on it with Mig’s production ideas. The vibe is on point, and the vocal performance gives a dark edge that makes me feel like the boogie man is gonna come through the walls and dance. I played this song on my friend’s system, and the drop almost took out his woofers!”

Gonzalez continues, “‘Boogie Man’ embodies where old school funk meets the dark side. Being a huge fan of funk, nothing is more appealing than to see it played with a dark edge.” When pressed what else can fans expect from SupaFly, West quipped, “Spread Eagle will always have my heart. That’s my history. But SupaFly is my calling card; it’s autobiographical and leads deep into my soul. That’s why I never let these songs go.”

The band “Jelusick” is formed around singer and keyboardist Dino Jelusick (Whitesnake, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Michael Romeo, Dirty Shirley). He is joined by bassist Luka Broderick who is, like Dino, an academically educated musician. Rounding out the quartet are guitarist Ivan Keller and drummer Mario Lepoglavec. Both actively tour with Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Journey). All of them are exceptionally talented musicians ready to show the world that rock is still alive! Their music is a combination of hard/heavy/prog with versatile elements from other genres. Jelusick is seen as the next rock sensation by fans and music colleagues alike!

Dino joined Whitesnake after receiving a personal phone call from David Coverdale and went out on the band's 2022 farewell tour as a multi-instrumentalist and backing vocalist for Coverdale. Upon returning, he immediately focused his attention on his own band, Jelusick. They released a bunch of lead-up singles like “Healer”, “”The Great Divide”, “Chaos Master” and “Fly High Again,” collectively racking up over 200,000 listens on Spotify. The “Fly High Again” video is approaching 300,000 views.

Richmond, VA-based rockers Red Reign take 80’s influences and steer them in a more contemporary direction – bridging the sounds of yesterday and today. Rik Emmett is best known as the guitarist/vocalist for the legendary Canadian hard rock band Triumph. The band at that time, along with Jordan, consisted of Tony Reyes (bass, vocals), Taylor Hawkins (drums, vocals), Nick Lashley (guitar), and Stevie Salas (guitar). The full album will drop digitally on April 28, but today we get to hear “Make You a Believer”, as Jordan explains “This live version of Make You A Believer is the one that actually made me a believer - the song is all about believing in yourself - and this version kicked that up a notch for me. It is my sincere hope that it inspires the same in you!”

The album will also be available in a Limited-Edition gatefold vinyl with never before seen photos from the 1994 Rats tour taken from Jordan’s personal collection. Sass Jordan's breakthrough album, Racine, was released in 1992 and yielded the Canadian hit singles "Make You a Believer," "I Want to Believe"--both ranked on Billboard magazine's Mainstream Rock chart--"You Don't Have to Remind Me," and "Goin’ Back Again." In 1994, Jordan released Rats, which yielded her first song on the Billboard Hot 100 with the single "Sun's Gonna Rise," and also featured “High Road Easy.”

Now Jordan has teamed up with Deko Entertainment to take a look back at the Rats tour with the upcoming release of Live in New York Ninety-Four, which was recorded at the South Street Seaport in NYC during that 1994 tour. The band at that time, along with Jordan, consisted of Tony Reyes (bass, vocals), Taylor Hawkins (drums, vocals), Nick Lashley (guitar), and Stevie Salas (guitar). The full album will drop digitally on April 28, to be followed up by a limited-edition vinyl release with preorders going on sale April 15.

The first single off the album is "High Road Easy," which Jordan shares, is a celebration of the early days in the career of Hawkins, future Foo Fighters drummer. Jordan says, "As we hit the milestone that marks one year since Taylor left us, I wanted to do something to honor his memory--a recognition and appreciation for his glorious, big, beautiful energy--which lives on through this recording and in all of our hearts. That’s why we offer this now …. This particular song, ‘High Road Easy,’ was in its infancy in those days--you can really hear it in the way the band attacks and tears it to pieces--rampaging through its whole length like the pack of road dogs that we were…”

MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST JULIAN CALV RELEASES SECOND SINGLE, “THORN AND ROOTS,”

Julian Calv was a music major recently graduated from Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA. He now resides in the art community of Woodstock, VT. Calv can occasionally be seen on Church Street in Burlington, VT, busking much in the way Moondog, aka the Viking of Sixth Avenue, had done in NYC during the 50’s and 60’s.

Calv studied the avant-garde composer’s music, and as a musician, Moondog was the total package. His strong rhythmic and contrapuntal pieces later influenced composers of minimal music such as Steve Reich and Philip Glass. Moondog invented several musical instruments, in particular the trimba.

Calv has even built his own one-of-a-kind trimba, going to great lengths to travel to Sweden and Germany to meet with fellow Moondog aficionados and study the design of the instrument. Calv is now creating his own percussion-based compositions in a style reminiscent of the late composer’s. With his first release, “Route 4,” getting picked up on multiple Spotify playlists, Calv is now ready to release “Thorn and Roots.” As he states, “ ‘Thorn and Roots’ is a fast-paced musical impression based on an improvised melody performed in front of a juice bar having the same name. The trimba and balafon play in tandem with one another, creating a percussive flurry in perpetual motion.
