The journey begins with "Denial," a chilling instrumental that seamlessly transitions into "Rot," where medieval allegories collide with modern-day dilemmas of misinformation. "Hypothermia" follows, with bassist Aria Becker's intricate rhythms underpinning a narrative on the perils of digital anonymity.

Hailing from Kelowna, British Columbia, FREEZE THE FALL is a dynamic trio that has quickly carved a niche within the hard rock and metal scene. New Jersey's Greg Amici presents 'Tragicomic' album, full-throated rock power via Magic Door Record Label

New Jersey artist Greg Amici presents his new album 'Tragicomic', a storied set of 12 songs released by Montclair-based indie imprint Magic Door Record Label. On the trail of the classic rock stinger 'No Fool' and initial single 'I'll Be Back', this record offers a blend of absurdist-rock, ska, Americana, folk-punk and straight-up classic rock, with a clear-eyed view of the world through Amici’s unique lens. Greg's lyrics often offer an unexpected turn of phrase, delivered with full-throated rock power.

With roots firmly planted in Jersey, his creative journey has taken him from the heart of Manhattan to Los Angeles and back again. In the late '90s, Greg formed Big Honey, a NYC-based band whose rise peaked with an appearance at the CMJ Music Festival but paused indefinitely when a vocal polyp sidelined Greg for years. Despite this setback, he didn't let his distinctive voice and songwriting abilities go to waste, returning to the studio after a 16-year hiatus. 

Reuniting with producer James Mastro (The Bongos, Mott the Hoople, Ian Hunter) and engineer / drummer Ray Ketchem (Guided by Voices, Elk City, Gramercy Arms, Luna) at Magic Door Studio in Montclair, the creative process inevitably led to  an array of upbeat satires ('Cynthia, Come to Me', 'No Fool') and ominous ballads ('Junky Eyes', 'In Like a Lion'). The resultant 'Tragicomic' album wasmastered by award-winning engineer Greg Calbi (John Lennon, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Talking Heads, Patti Smith, Tom Petty).

"When we first started recording back in 2019, I told Jim Mastro I had a vibe for Patti Smith’s 'Waves' album. Ironically, Tony Shanahan wound up playing on most of the cuts. That said, I kind of just trusted Jim’s instincts in whatever direction he took them. For the more comic songs, like 'Cynthia, Come to Me' and 'Tom Seaver', I wanted a carnivalesque sound, and Jim got that on keyboards and guitar synths," says Greg Amici.

The 'Tragicomic' album also involved former Amici bandmates Joe Gentile (Big Honey)and Tommy Aboussleman (Electric TNT), along with special guests Tony Shanahan (Patti Smith Band) and Renee LoBue (Elk City) contributing to the recording. Whether it’s a "serial killer romance" or a biting satire, Greg Amici proves that a Jersey count knows how to count on rock ‘n’ roll.

Calling himself a "count in name only", tracing his aristocratic lineage through Italian family names such as Benedetti, Stalute and Scala, Greg found his calling as a musician in high school, inspired by local bands. Picking up the guitar in his late teens, he founded his first band, The Clergy, and later teamed up with a musical partner to form the '80s alt-rock band Junk.

As of June 13, the 'Tragicomic' album is available from fine online music platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify and Bandcamp. The double-gatefold limited-edition vinyl LP Includes lyrics and liner notes. The CD comes with a CD wallet and includes a 16-page booklet with lyrics and liner notes.

Amici also has another album on the horizon later this year, chronicling decades of songwriting with characters ranging from teenagers to 30-somethings. He will be supporting this album with a series of live performances, to be announced soon.

Progressive metal visionary Tiago Masseti makes a striking debut under his solo moniker MASSETI with Odds and Ends, an emotionally charged concept album arriving June 14, 2025. Fusing blistering technicality with cinematic ambition, the record spans brutal riff onslaughts, labyrinthine time signatures, ambient textures, orchestral flourishes, and haunting vocal performances. Each track plays like a chapter in a larger narrative, balancing complexity with cohesion, and aggression with vulnerability. It’s a body of work that feels meticulously crafted yet emotionally raw, drawing listeners into a soundscape where mythology, dystopia, introspection, and survival all collide.

Opening the album with razor-edged intent, “Serpents and Whores” delivers a scathing sermon from the brink of collapse. Theological and mythological imagery fuse with sonic extremity, blistering polyrhythms, jagged riffs, and eerie melodic threads form a soundscape that feels both violent and sacred. Orchestral flourishes and ambient textures rise from the maelstrom, lending the chaos cinematic weight. The interplay of guttural growls and clean vocals creates a dramatic tension between purity and decay, capturing themes of moral erosion and spiritual war. This isn’t just an opener, it’s a mission statement: Odds and Ends refuses to compromise artistry for intensity.

Track two erupts like the second act of a war opera. “Against Our Fire” plunges listeners into the scorched ruins of a fallen nation, where a deposed leader rises from exile to ignite a campaign of vengeance. It’s rhythmically complex and steeped in contrast, thunderous, off-kilter riffing collides with sweeping orchestration, while evolving time signatures keep the listener unmoored. Urgency pulses through every measure, as if the track itself is teetering on the edge of war. A masterclass in narrative momentum and dynamic control.

Descending into dystopian surrealism, “The Pool of Liquid Dreams” constructs a disorienting dreamstate of synthetic highs and digital despair. Set in a near-future where virtual reality and psychoactive tech blur the line between sensation and simulation, the track unfolds like a lucid hallucination. Angular guitars cut through ambient haze, while hypnotic vocal layering mimics the disorientation of a synesthetic trip. Each glitchy tempo shift feels like a system malfunction, a deliberate fracture in the matrix. It’s immersive, haunting, and disturbingly beautiful.

“Gone” marks a stark tonal shift of moody, minimalistic, and emotionally bare. Stripped of distortion and density, it leans into restraint, with soft instrumentation framing intimate, vulnerable vocals. It evokes the quiet aftermath of personal loss or emotional fallout, like the credits rolling after a climactic collapse. Its simplicity feels intentional, allowing space for reflection amid the chaos of the surrounding tracks.

“The Singer in the Arms of Winter” is a haunting, atmospheric piece that unfolds as a meditation on solitude and creative exile. Sparse production, built from synth pads, delicate piano, or drones, evokes the chill of isolation. Breathily delivered vocals, drenched in reverb, drift like a ghost through a frozen landscape. The title suggests artistic stillness and spiritual hibernation, using winter as a metaphor for mourning, introspection, and retreat from the noise of the world.

Clocking in at nearly eight minutes, “Never Be Like You” unfolds like an ambient fever dream. One of the album’s most emotionally charged moments, it’s built on soft synths, spacious percussion, and restrained vocals that echo with aching detachment. The lyrics explore identity and expectation, grappling with self-alienation and quiet rebellion against imposed ideals.

Minimalist yet emotionally potent, “Hindrance” lingers in the space between paralysis and longing. It’s a song of psychological stasis, conveyed through slowly pulsing rhythms and subdued instrumentation. The vocals feel weighted, held back, mirroring the track’s central metaphor of internal resistance. A study in subtlety, it uses dynamic restraint to deliver its emotional blow.

Spanning over eight minutes, “Heir of the Survivor” closes the album with gravitas. This cinematic and introspective epic fuses ambient textures with methodical instrumental builds, culminating in a climactic swell that feels both earned and inevitable. Lyrically, it reflects on survival not just as endurance, but as inheritance, a meditation on memory, legacy, and the scars we carry forward. About MASSETI:

Tiago Masseti is a Progressive Metal singer, guitarist, and songwriter originally from the South of Brazil and now based in Brooklyn, New York. A self-made musician, Tiago’s musical journey began as the lead singer and main songwriter for DAYDREAM XI (Brazil), where he fronted the group for most of his life. In addition to his work with DAYDREAM XI, he was the singer for KINGDOM NORTH, an international power metal supergroup featuring members of SAVAGE CIRCUS, NOCTURNAL RITES, and SYMPHONY X. He also contributed vocals for the Danish band THIRD EYE and lent his voice to Bjorn Lakenstrazen’s experimental progressive project, GALAXYA (US).

In 2025, he embarks on a new chapter with his band MASSETI, set to release their debut album. His journey to the United States began at the age of 24 when DAYDREAM XI was handpicked by Mike Portnoy to perform at the prestigious Progressive Nation at Sea festival. This opportunity led to a record deal, a performance at ProgPower USA, and the beginning of his new life outside Brazil. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City found him isolated, with few friends, little money, and a wealth of musical ideas. During this time, he wrote and pre-produced four albums and wrestled with the decision of whether to continue under the DAYDREAM XI name or forge a new path. The result is MASSETI, a bold new musical venture that draws on his extensive experience while offering a fresh sound and vision.

MASSETI’s sound is inspired by a diverse range of artists, including OPETH, SYMPHONY X, DEVIN TOWNSEND, and DREAM THEATER. These influences contribute to the band’s intricate compositions, dynamic arrangements, and heavy, yet melodic, style.

MALVADA was initially formed in March 2020, at the start of the pandemic. With a rock n' roll style full of personality, the band quickly attracted attention as one of the most promising acts in the Brazilian rock scene.

 

In January 2021, MALVADA released their first single entitled "Mais Um Gole," which gained great popularity. Shortly afterwards, in May of the same year, it was time to release the second single "Cada Escolha uma Renúncia," which preceded the launch of the band's debut album, 'A Noite Vai Ferver.'

In 2022 and 2023, MALVADA solidified its presence on the national rock panorama, performing more than a hundred shows in several cities in Brazil. The band had the privilege of participating in huge festivals, such as Rock in Rio, Best of Blues and Rock, Angra Fest, and Chama Rock, sharing the stage with renowned national and international rock names, like Pitty, Ira!, Angra, Viper, Edu Falaschi, Matanza, Golpe de Estado, Extreme and Tom Morello.

In November 2023, MALVADA, composed of Indira Castillo, Bruna Tsuruda, Rafaela Reoli, and Juliana Salgado surprised with a big announcement: the band has become the newest signee of the prestigious Italian label Frontiers Records, which has renowned bands in its catalog such as Mr. Big, Asia, Whitesnake, Jeff Scott Soto, among others, promising to take them to a new level, with opportunities to expand their reach and conquer the global market.

The new album, produced by the Brazilian Grammy-awarded producer Giu Daga, promises a powerful and exciting musical experience and will be the band's first work featuring tracks in English/Portuguese, aiming to conquer a global audience.

When HOLLOW LEG began shaping what would become Dust and Echoes, the Florida-based heavy outfit wasn’t setting out to write a full-length album. Instead, the band—formed in 2009 and known for their sludge-laced, riff-centric take on heavy rock—decided to create two distinct EPs, Dust and Echoes, written and recorded during separate sessions across the span of a year. The intention was simple: two standalone releases that carried a shared DNA, built to be experienced independently or fused together as a full-length journey.

That journey is now complete. Releasing in June 2025 via Third House Communications, Dust and Echoes is HOLLOW LEG’s most cohesive and diverse album to date, a full-spectrum exploration of weight and atmosphere. Across nine songs and nearly 40 minutes, the band channels doom, grunge, hard rock, space rock, and old-school metal into a singular vision of destruction, decay, and transcendence. It’s both a soundtrack to the end of the world and a map for surviving it.

The album opens with “Poison Bite,” a crushingly slow and sludgy track that pulls from HOLLOW LEG’s earlier material—raw, direct, and emotionally grim. Written around themes of twisted human behavior, it’s a live staple that sets the tone for what’s to come. From there, “Sick Days” shifts gears into a more rock-driven groove, pairing gritty riffage with cleaner vocals to create a brutal but melodic attack on the cruelty of mankind and the absurdity of war.

“Funeral Storms” brings a grunge-tinged groove with thick vocals and apocalyptic imagery, while “Another Day Dying” leans into the band’s hardcore roots. It’s packed with layered vocals and ends with a hazy, psychedelic slide guitar outro—blurring the lines between consciousness and chaos. “Holy Water” closes out the Dust half of the album with slow-building atmosphere, rainsticks, congas, and other textural ear candy. A post-apocalyptic hymn, it imagines the “last tribe” surviving after civilization’s collapse.

Then comes Echoes, the second half of the experience. “Last Tribe” kicks off this side with bounce, groove, and rich vocal harmonies, ending in a synthy wash of guitars and the titular phrase “emerging from dust and echoes.” It's both the conceptual and musical bridge between the EPs. “Bury Our Kings” follows with a blues-drenched riff that has become a live staple, its infectious mid-tempo stomp securing it as one of the band’s signature bangers.

With “Red Skies,” HOLLOW LEG imagines humanity abandoning Earth to start over on Mars—a short, punchy rocker that blends end-times anxiety with space-faring escapism. “Ride the Wave/Dig the Grave,” the album’s longest track, closes the record on a high. It’s a two-part epic about aging, surrendering to time, and accepting the inevitable, morphing from a frenetic, groove-heavy rocker into a doom-gaze finale that floats through the void like stardust.

The lineup—Scott Angelacos (vocals), Brent Lynch (guitar/backing vocals), John Stewart (drums/percussion), and Tom Crowther (bass)—recorded the album at High Five Studio in DeLand, Florida, producing the sessions themselves with mixing and mastering handled by Zeuss. The artwork was created by Shawn Garrett and Jean Saiz, echoing the record’s themes of desolation and rebirth. These four musicians, veterans of underground acts like BLOODLET, CARIBOU KING, JUNIOR BRUCE, and HOPE AND SUICIDE, have always thrived in heavy music’s murky, rebellious corners—and with Dust and Echoes, they’ve crafted something that’s both raw and realized.

Prog death-metal outfit FALLUJAH expand horizons and solidify their position as one of America’s most exciting acts on their new album, Xenotaph, through Nuclear Blast. The quintet’s confidence in the lineup that made their previous album, Empyrean (2022), such a resounding success—earning high marks from Metal Injection, New Noise, and Guitar World—has been reconfigured slightly, with guitarist Sam Mooradian (INHALE EXISTENCE, SAM MOORADIAN) and drummer Kevin Alexander (DISEMBODIED TYRANT, BROUGHT BY PAIN) bringing their jaw-dropping musical proficiency to the fold, as vocalist Kyle Schaefer, guitarist Scott Carstairs, and bassist Evan Brewer enter a new chapter with FALLUJAH. Xenotaph was produced by FALLUJAH, engineered by Dave Otero (CATTLE DECAPITATION, ARCHSPIRE) and Mike Low (VITRIOL, ABORTED) at Flatline Audio in Denver, Colorado and Top Track Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. Otero also mixed and mastered Xenotaph. The main goal was elevation, building upon yet soaring upward from Empyrean, one of the group’s strongest productions to date. The team focused the separation of FALLUJAH’s breakneck pace, meticulous songcraft, euphonious leads, and unrivaled intensity, creating an experience pulls the listener into Xenotaph’s high-caliber music and concept.

Beyond releasing Xenotaph to an anticipating fanbase, FALLUJAH take aim at the road, drawing upon the success of their Empyrean runs. Indeed, attendees to the group’s live performances have witnessed some of Xenotaph’s songs already, namely the shimmery prog-bounce and inner world horror of ‘The Obsidian Architect.’ FALLUJAH are in a perpetual state of evolution, and Xenotaphdemonstrates the group’s hard-won, if profound journey. CARSEX Release 'Landmine' Video From "Human Interest" EP

Long Beach, CA Punk/Metal band CARSEX have released their ferocious new EP “Human Interest”, which is a deep dive into timely themes about the current state of our chaotic world.  They channel their anger and angst into 7 pummeling tracks.  The EP was produced by Steve Evetts (Sepultura, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Butcher Babies) at Maple Studios in Santa Ana, CA, and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music in New Windsor, NY. 

 

The EP’s focus track “Landmine” is a heavy, chugging anthem that’s forges ahead like a sonic M1 Abrams Tank.  CARSEX singer Nigel Burk says “Landmine’ is a follow-up to our song “Your Lesson”, which delved into succumbing to various forms of temptation and how we’re taught to fear divine retribution if we fall prey to these desires.  “Landmine” takes it a step further - it’s akin to a bad acid trip where everything is distorted…    You come to the realization that there is no absolution and you’re going to burn anyway.  It’s like walking through a field of landmines – you’re going to blow up, no matter what you do”.

Director Chris Michael explains the “Landmine” video concept: “I teamed up with my buddies in CARSEX to bring their video “Landmine” to life. This track’s a banger, and I was honored to storyboard and shoot it. The concept dives into the effects of an acid trip: The cool blue colors for the initial calm, then harsh reds and awkward angles take over as the hallucinations hit. We swapped the mic for a grenade to push the hallucinatory theme further.”  He continues: “We were under red and blue lighting for hours so long we actually thought we were tripping…. Some of the guys swore the colors were shifting and moving.  Everything about the shoot stayed true to the theme: chaos, distortion, and the constant threat of land mines.”

CARSEX has previously released 2 songs from the EP - “Crooked Canvas” and “Sitting Ducks”, with both tracks gaining support on Heavy Music playlists including Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Pandora and Audiomack. The band’s other releases include 2019’s CarSex and 2020’s 2020 EP, which featured the singles “Your Generation” and “Lovesick”. The band is scheduling shows in support the EP release and will be doing an extended tour in the fall.

British Rock Sensation INGLORIOUS Releases New Studio Album 'V' via Frontiers Music Srl

Acclaimed British hard rock band INGLORIOUS is thrilled to release their highly anticipated new studio album, “V,” out now via Frontiers Music Srl. To celebrate, the band has released a new track, "Say What You Wanna Say," alongside a visualizer, available to view below.

Vocalist Nathan James commented on the new single:

“’Say What You Wanna Say’ is the kind of track that all the INGLORIOUS fans are going to love. It's that high energy high tempo vibe with lots of punch, but also with a bit of a twist. Colinwrote this musically and I love the chorus. It's a big tune and one I'm really looking forward to doing live”.

Bassist Colin Parkinson added:

“The track is a statement of attitude with a punk meets Mötley Crüe feel. Nathan was very open to changing up vocal styles and trying new approaches on this, which has worked really well. I look forward to playing this one live!”

INGLORIOUS returns with frontman Nathan James and original bassist Colin Parkinson. Nathan James, who founded the band in 2014, has been singing professionally for 20 years. He has performed/recorded with artists such as Ginger Baker, Uli Jon Roth, and The Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

More recently, he has appeared in Jeff Wayne’s musical version of The War Of The Worlds, Steve Steinman’s Vampires Rock Symphonic, 80’s Classical, and Zeppelin Symphonic. Nathan also fronts Supergroup Iconic, under the Frontiers roster featuring Michael Sweet, Joel Hoekstra, Marco Mendoza, and Tommy Aldridge.

In 2022, after a lengthy UK tour, INGLORIOUS announced a hiatus. After seven years of non-stop touring with bands such as The Winery Dogs, Steel Panther, The Dead Daisies, Last In Line, as well as their own international tours and festival appearances, recording four original albums, a live album and a covers album, everyone felt it was the right time to take a break.

Nathan is now back, looking forward to unleashing his powerful voice, and he joined forces once again with original INGLORIOUS bass player and main co-writer Colin Parkinson, who co-wrote and released the first three albums with the band: 'Inglorious,' 'II' and 'Ride To Nowhere.'

Joining them is renowned guitarist Richard Shaw, best known for his work with English extreme metal band Cradle Of Filth, as well as NG26, Emperor Chung, and Plague Of Angels. Richard brings exceptional musicality and a fresh energy to the band’s sound.

On drums, longtime friend of Nathan, Henry Rogers, completes the lineup. A celebrated musician, Henry has played with Touchstone, Mostly Autumn, Mia Klose, and Mark Kelly’s Marathon and has earned accolades such as “Drummer Of The Year” in Classic Rock Prog Magazine and Rhythm Magazine’s list of influential progressive drummers.

Produced by Colin Parkinson, 'V' was mixed by Tony Draper, who also worked on 'Inglorious II' and 'Ride To Nowhere,' ensuring the album retains the band’s signature sound while exploring new heights.

About the new album, James stated:

“In the summer of 2023, I sent a message to Colin and asked him if he wanted to come for a pint. A few meetings and writing sessions later, we had more than an album’s worth of great material, and I can honestly say I've enjoyed every second of creating this album with him and the new lineup. Colin has always been a great songwriter, and over the years we've both matured as artists, writers, performers, and people. This is going to be a great year for INGLORIOUS and I'm excited to welcome Colin back and to share this new music with everyone”.

Parkinson adds:

Wise Blood Records presents the mind-blowing new album from Seattle metallic hardcore outfit TURIAN. Blood Quantum Blues blends the band’s explosive hardcore with a fresh palette of influences, making it one of the most vibrant, unique, and powerful heavy albums in recent memory.

“We are always trying to push ourselves and make better music, so we are never married to a sound or ideology,” shares guitarist Ryan Metztli-Moon. “A big push for us on this record was to make exactly the music we wanted to hear and not compromise on anything until we were all happy with it. That ultimately encompasses an enormous amount of influences and ideas.”

“This is the first album where we truly feel like ourselves,” adds drummer Andrew Nyte. “Up until this point, we were searching for our voice, but the influences were always there. Specifically, we wanted to bring electronic production into the mix, since a couple of us have been making electronic music longer than making metal. I think that was a huge change for us and one that felt completely natural.”

In a powerful fusion of Irish mythology and unbridled metal ferocity, HORRENDA’s 2020 album Díoltas is set to conquer the U.S. with its upcoming physical release. The Dublin-based extreme metal band, known for their intense blending of black and death metal with atmospheric elements, first captured the attention of the underground metal scene with their explosive live performances and innovative sound.

Formed in 2015 by Darragh "Outis" O'Connor, HORRENDA quickly evolved from a solo project into a six-member ensemble that channels raw black metal, death metal, and a unique infusion of Irish folklore. Their live shows, notorious for their chaotic energy and punk-hardcore influences, have earned them a dedicated following and a regular spot at Ireland’s largest metal festival, Siege of Limerick.

Gridiron, which originally formed as a pandemic project and have since grown into a full-fledged entity, features members of Never Ending Game, Simulakra, and Scarab, and connects the Philadelphia, Delaware, and Michigan areas.

Pushing every boundary to a breaking point, Gridiron will go to any extreme and then some. They follow quite possibly the most unpredictable playbook in the game. The band might flood the zone with a corpsepaint-smearing death metal barrage only to double back around for a victory lap narrated by blinged-out and braggadocios bars. Their hybridization of metal, hardcore, and hip-hop wouldn’t be out of place at either OZZfest 1997 or Rolling Loud 2027.

It's why the quintet have bulldozed their own path as a phenomenon with millions of streams and acclaim from Stereogum, Brooklyn Vegan, NO ECHO, and more.

Gridiron were born out of a series of COVID-era marathon Call of Duty sessions, which led to writing and recording together. Their musical pedigree spoke for itself with Will also in Never Ending Game, Xavier in Simulakra, and Tyler and Lennon in Scarab. Given their individual experiences, the guys instantly locked into a creative groove. Seattle-based artist AudioGust presents his album 'Here We Go Again', comprising 14 deeply personal and universally relatable tracks. An ode to the highs and lows of creativity, this album includes some of his most popular singles, along with new material. Blending raw energy with introspective storytelling, the album explores the unpredictable nature of inspiration—both the exhilarating moments when it strikes and the emptiness when it fades.

AudioGust is songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Chris Evans, whose journey started as a guitarist and bassist in various 1980s bands. After a decades-long detour in the software industry, he has returned to his true passion - writing and recording in his own studio, releasing dozens of songs and collaborating with artists worldwide. Crafting memorable melodies and thought-provoking lyrics, underscored by upbeat rhythms and arrangements, AudioGust creates music that speaks to the disenchanted and dreamers alike through sonic explorations of the modern human condition.

Highlight track ‘Seattle’ is a love letter penned to the Emerald City, told through the eyes of a traveler who spends too much time on the road. Longing to return home, he clings to the memory of a fleeting connection made on his latest trip, hoping to bring that person back to experience everything he loves about his city. More than just a personal story, 'Seattle' is somewhat a theme song for the city itself.

“The theme of 'Here We Go Again' is the unpredictable nature of inspiration—both the euphoria of experiencing it and the despair when it disappears. The album is split into songs that explore the extremes of inspiration and songs that have come to me while living through those extremes. Structurally, the album follows a pattern: odd-numbered tracks tell stories about the many ways artists interact with inspiration, while even-numbered tracks are either songs that arrived in those flashes of creativity or, like Unspoken, took months of struggle to bring to life,” says Chris Evans.

Here, Evans presents a menu of hooky anthems for disenchanted optimists. With a sound vortex imbued with 90’s to 2000’s alternative rock, his guitar-driven music brings in a strong, driving rhythm section, big choruses and even bigger bridge sections. Offering a deep dive into the creative process, this record features six brand-new songs as well as fan-favorite singles, including 'Tomorrow is Mine', a finalist in the 2024 USA Songwriting Contest.

'Here We Go Again' sets the stage with the artist jolting awake at 3AM with a song forming in his head, struggling to capture it before it fades. 'Bubble in Your Champagne' is that very song. 'Unspoken' explores the frustration of knowing when to hold back words, even if they’re true—mirroring the battle to express thoughts in music when inspiration is nowhere to be found. 'I Like Falling Down' introduces a disillusioned character who clings to his depression as part of his self-identity, with his story taking a turn in 'Bright Yellow', inspired to create music that may help others and ends up saving himself.
 
'Whole Heart' follows a band from their earliest days to success, while the frontman wonders when true inspiration strike again to once again feel that fleeting, electrifying moment of creation.  'Award Show' delves into the darker side of creative success, exposing the paralyzing grip of imposter syndrome. 'Dead to Me' is written from the muse’s point of view, expressing frustration at being ignored by someone she’s trying to inspire. 'How You Been?', co-written with Celine Dion and Eminem collaborator Liz Rodrigues, explores the story of someone who left music behind to pursue a stable career, but ultimately understands he can no longer run from what truly makes him feel alive.

'Tomorrow is Mine' paints a striking picture of resilience through the eyes of a young girl trapped in a war zone, losing faith that today will bring change, but daring to believe that maybe tomorrow will bring a better future. 'Never Gonna Let You Go' is a ska-infused tune about a character who plays against someone who is trying to manipulate him. 'Something to Remember' is a tongue-in-cheek look at folks who feel they’ve never done anything truly memorable. The album closes on a deeply personal note with 'Keep Holding On', Evans' reflection on losing his father, grappling with how to move forward without someone who had always been a source of support and creative encouragement.

Five years after the much-lauded 12th studio album Solitude In Madness, VADER return with 3 brand-new tracks once again produced by Scott Atkins at Grindstone Studio, UK. Featuring excellent artwork by Marcelo Vasco (Slayer, Testament, Dark Funeral), this EP marks the first recording as a quintet with guitarist Mauser returning to the group and new drummer Michael alongside vocalist/guitarist Peter, bassist Hal and and another long-time member of the band - guitarist Spider.

Humanihility offers scorching new songs that prove to be vicious, thrash-laden anthems perfectly blending old-school thrash with VADER's unique straight-forward fury and neckbreaking tempos. Each of the songs was created by a different band member, giving them a more personal style.

Swedish thrash pioneers and purveyors THE HAUNTED are now releasing their tenth studio album, 'Songs of Last Resort,' today, May 30, 2025 via longtime partners Century Media Records. To celebrate, the band is now unleashing another scorching new music video for the song "Death to the Crown," which can be found below.

It’s about that feeling when you’re watching politicians or leaders treat real people like pawns in some kind of game. It’s not about any one person or country – it’s about the bigger pattern. The tracklist for 'Live At Rock Imperium Festival' is mostly based on RONNIE’s latest solo album 'Too Many Lies, Too Many Masters,' which marks the first time that ROMERO has been involved with 100% of the songwriting on an album he sings on.

ROMERO also co-produced the album with Andy C., marking another first for ROMERO. While these 'firsts” certainly add to the excitement for the album, it is the songs that truly take center stage. ROMERO's voice is completely at home on this diverse, hard rockin' set which is certainly going to please any fan of his vocal style and his work with his other bands.

Bryce Leatherwood's Self-Titled, Debut Album Out Now

For Mercury Nashville singer/songwriter Bryce Leatherwood, his love of country music began with listening to the likes of George Jones, Merle Haggard and Conway Twitty in his grandfather’s truck. That love and a passion for performing took him from local stages playing for beer in college to being crowned season 22 champion of “The Voice” just over two years ago. But in many ways that crown was just the beginning of his journey. What followed has been years of firsts. His first time in a writers room, first time on the Grand Ole Opry stage, his first headlining tour and now another first…the release of his self-titled, debut album available now with Saving Country Music observing “his voice is definitely a stellar vehicle for delivering country music.”

PATCHWORK Releases New Album 'Scars'

After nearly a decade since their debut, metal band PATCHWORK returns today with the release of their powerful new album, Scars. The album is accompanied by the debut of a lyric video for the emotionally devastating closing track, “At The End," available HERE.
