GRAMMY nominated entertainer and ACM Artist of the Decade, Jason Aldean lands his 30th #1 at Country Radio via Broken Bow Records this week with his latest single “Whiskey Drink,” featured on his album Highway Desperado. Recently, kicking off his “Full Throttle Tour” with sold out dates at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH (5/23), Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Canada (5/24) and the Broadview Stage at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, NY (5/25), the country music superstar is bringing his hit packed show to CMA Fest this week in Nashville as he closes out Nissan Stadium on the opening night, Thursday, June 5 before heading back out on the road in July.

ACM Artist of the Decade and 3X Entertainer of the Year Country powerhouse Jason Aldean today announces he will hit the road on his Full Throttle Tour 2025 Powered by Patriot Mobile, featuring special guests Nate Smith, RaeLynn, and Dee Jay Silver.

Produced by Live Nation, the tour kicks off at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, on May 23 and will travel North America, with stops including Toronto’s Budweiser Stage, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Denver’s Ball Arena, Grand Rapid’s Van Andel Arena, Des Moines’ Wells Fargo Arena, Charleston’s Credit One Stadium and more before wrapping up in West Palm Beach at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre on October 4th.

As previously announced, Aldean is also set to co-headline the iconic Fenway Park in Boston, MA on May 30th with Brooks & Dunn. Patriot Mobile serves as the official sponsor of the tour.

Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll and Jason Aldean proved the stars were shining bright at the 2024 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards airing live on Amazon from The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX, world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys. The aforementioned BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville artists would end the night capturing four awards and delivering three of the most memorable and breakout moments on the show.

Lainey Wilson kicked off the ACMs with her rendition of "God Blessed Texas" transitioning it into the broadcast debut performance of her latest single "Hang Tight Honey", delivering an electrifying performance that set the tone for "Country Music's Party of the Year." By the close of the broadcast, Lainey would earn the distinction of becoming the most awarded female artist of the night, securing the top honor as Entertainer of the Year. She also captured awards for Female Artist of the Year and Music Event of the Year for "Save Me" Jelly Roll with Lainey Wilson.

In her Entertainer of the Year Acceptance speech Lainey shared, "These past few years for us has been a complete whirlwind. I have been in Nashville for 13 years doing this. First of all, I want to say thank you so much, Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you to my team who fights for me every single day, who works so hard. My band - they show up. WME for booking me, all the time, everywhere. Y'all I remember being a little girl and I would climb out on the top of our roof. I'd open my window and climb out. I'd count all the stars and I'd look up and see the planes flying over my little town of 200 people. I'd dream about being up there in one of those planes and this year it is so crazy. We have already toured the UK, Europe & Australia and we're about to start our American leg. The funny thing is that I still feel like that little girl.I really do. I feel like I still climb out on the roof and I look at the stars, except I feel like I'm a little more eye level with them now. Everybody in this category has loved on me and believed in me, took me out on the road, sang songs with me, wrote with me, encouraged me every step of the way and I love y'all for that. Jelly Roll, a first time nominee, would capture his first ACM Award for Music Event of the Year for "Save Me" with Lainey Wilson. Giving the audience a first look at the his new music, Jelly Roll premiered an unreleased, fiery song, "Liar" on the broadcast.

In his acceptance speech, Jelly Roll stated, "I'm gonna try not to get emotional, but no pun intended, seriously, this song saved me. I was in a dark place. I wrote it from my soul. I knew people would connect with it. One year ago today, Lainey Wilson and I stood on this stage and debuted it. This song is a triple-platinum record. I wrote it with a high school friend. We never thought we'd be songwriters. I never thought I'd be standing here. I thought I would die or go to jail and I'm standing here as an ACM Award winner. You hear what I am talking about Texas! The 2024 CMT Music Awards in Austin, TX proved to be an electrifying and monumental night for Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson and Jason Aldean. BBR Music Group/Stoney Creek Records' Jelly Roll would take home three wins, for the second consecutive year, earning him the accolade as the most-awarded artist of the night, including the top honor of "Video of the Year" for "Need a Favor." The self-proclaimed "Trailer Park Tornado" delivered a fiery performance of "Halfway to Hell" to close the program and also took home buckle awards for "Male Video of the Year" for "Need a Favor" and "CMT Performance of the Year" for "Need a Favor" (from the 2023 CMT Music Awards).

Aldean sat down with CBS Mornings this week from his Nashville-based studio, where he spoke about working on his 11th studio album including getting back in the writer’s chair, his sold-out Highway Desperado Tour, career milestones, and reaction to his new music. Aldean shared the inspiration for the album’s title came from his latest sold-out headlining arena tour, as well as his early days as an artist. “I think when I look back on it, I built my career early on my live show, and have been on the road touring since I was 18 years old. Getting on the bus and going town to town and playing our shows and doing our thing and seeing the fans… the title for the tour and album was really inspired from that,” shared Aldean, adding that it also served as inspiration for the album’s title track, which he co-wrote.

“We go on a writer’s retreat every year southwest of Houston, Texas, and we do a little bit of hog hunting and write a bunch of songs. I was actually in the other room when this one started,” shares Gilbert. “Taylor Phillips called me over, and he, HARDY, Brock Berryhill and Randy Montana were in the bus writing ‘Rolex® On A Redneck.’ I put my two cents on it, and it was one of those songs that when you hear it for the first time, it’s just fun.”

“It’s a little outside the box – it’s a sound we haven’t really done in a while, so it was really cool to be able to jump on it,” he explains. “We’re super proud of it, and we just hope folks dig it.”

Along with joining writer retreats with new friends and longtime collaborators, Gilbert has been back in the studio preparing new music to be announced later this year.
