Metalcore band Preacher released their new single "Live Laugh Lobotomy" to all major platforms via Daeth Records/TLG/INgrooves. The single is from their forthcoming EP, Blur.

Preacher is a metalcore band from Reno, Nevada. In a short 5 years, 3 EPs and 5 singles later, they have managed to tour from coast to coast all on their own. The largest show of these tours included their festival debut at Blue Ridge Rock Fest 2022, one of the largest rock festivals in the United States. SIAMESE Release Music Video for "Sloboda" - New Album 'Home' Coming December 10th

With their new album, 'Home', only a few weeks away, Copenhagen’s SIAMESE have unleashed one of their most poignant songs to date. Entitled "Sloboda", the track speaks to frontman Mirza Radonjica’s personal experience in the wake of seeking refuge from the Balkan War with his family.

The track is a mixture of Serbian (his mother tongue) and English lyrics, and unleashes monstrous breakdowns alongside mesmerizing vocals. A captivating single with a deeper meaning.

Radonjica elaborates on his experiences which influenced the lyrical content and themes within the song:

"I'm a Muslim refugee of the Nineties Balkan war and one of the first very dramatic things I remember is my whole village standing on the side of the road and crying as they waved us goodbye. We were supposed to go to Sweden but ended up in Denmark because, to be honest, we couldn’t tell the difference.” He goes on to tell us about where the title of the song came from, “I saw my Aunties and Grandmother cry, and I asked my Mum why we had to leave, she told me, “Freedom, son” (sloboda, sine). Little did I know how that freedom would be so bittersweet later on. Living in Denmark, it was difficult to adapt, and throughout my youth I saw how I was looked at differently, even if I was trying hard to be the same. Everything truly comes with a price."

Having recently finished their UK tour with Rain City Drive (prev. Slaves USA) the band received an overwhelming response from fans across all dates. Finnish metalcore band ATLAS share their new single 'UKKO' along with a music video. 'UKKO' is the second single as well as the title track of the new album coming October 22nd, 2021 via Long Branch Records. It's also the heaviest piece of music the band has ever written. The name of the song honors the father figure of the band who passed away less than a year ago. 'UKKO' is also a euphemism of the Finnish pre-christian mythological god of the sky, thunder, weather, and harvest.

UKKO is the second studioalbum by the Finnish metal band ATLAS. On the 11 new tracks the 5-piece from Tampere presents a new sonic palette and steps into a new direction for the band. For UKKO, ATLAS drew inspiration from Finnish folk music and poetry, combining these influences with the dark soundscapes and dynamic songwriting for which the band is already known. Lyrically and thematically UKKO explores themes of death, healing, rebirth and faith, presented in a seamlessly blended mix of English and Finnish.

"Taivaanranta is a song about loss, pain, and the journey of grief. It's our way of honoring those we've loved and lost. My dad was a father figure to everyone in the band and his sudden passing in the summer of 2020 was devestating to us. He came to every show he could and always supported us no matter what. I think he believed in the band even more than we did. We know he'd be proud of us and the song."

"Up In Smoke is a depiction of ones internal anger, frustration and feeling of suffocating in the midst of a chaotic world filled with tension and uncertainty. The song touches on a lack of control in our current situation and the ability to renew our selves, bounce back and settle with our past" says the band.

They add, "The video was filmed on location at Tigerlab Studios in Van Nuys, Ca.
It was directed and edited by Wackoe flims."

Ænly formed in September of 2018. It's Founding Member Riggs(guitar/composer/producer) was set to turn his life around and started Ænlythe day he got sober. Riggs added several members to the lineup from local Talent Andrew Lopez on vocals, Manny Cave a bandmate from another project on bass. This would be the beginning members of the band.
