ENEMY INSIDE Bury The Past And Dig Into A Heavier Future With Their Brand New Single "R.I.P."
With zero intention of playing it safe, ENEMY INSIDE return with their explosive new single "R.I.P.", a track that doesn’t just close a chapter, it sets the whole damn book on fire.
"R.I.P." is at its core about letting go, burying what no longer serves you, and moving on with clarity and intent. Armed with razor-edged riffs, industrial textures, and anthemic hooks, the band steps into a darker, heavier, and more uncompromising sonic identity than ever before — a bold evolution that signals the dawn of a new era.
"'R.I.P.' might be one of the heaviest ENEMY INSIDE songs yet. A farewell to the past and everything that once tried to hold you back.” Evan K. & Nastassja Giulia
Driven by the mantra “you cannot control me,” the track cuts deep, lyrically and sonically. Lines like “used to be the echo now I am the scream” perfectly capture the band’s transformation: louder, sharper, and impossible to ignore.
Musically, "R.I.P." pushes ENEMY INSIDE into heavier territory, combining their signature modern sound with heightened force, especially through more aggressive vocal delivery and powerful, cutting screams that underline the song’s emotional weight.
"R.I.P." also arrives with a high-end, cinematic music video, continuing the band’s tradition of visually striking productions that amplify their sonic intensity.
Watch "R.I.P." Below.
The single offers a first glimpse into the band’s upcoming album (set for release via RPM), dialing their already uncompromising sound up to a whole new level of intensity.
To bring this new chapter to the stage, ENEMY INSIDE will join SMASH INTO PIECES as special guests on their April and May 2026 tour, delivering their high-energy live show across Europe.
This isn’t just a release.
It’s a burial. And ENEMY INSIDE are the ones holding the shovel.

Canadian Hard Rock Trio VON GROOVE Shares New Single "Undefeated" + Official Visualizer
Hard rockers VON GROOVE are proud to share their new single, "Undefeated," taken from their upcoming new album 'Born To Rock,' set for release on May 15, 2026 via Frontiers Music Srl. "Undefeated" marks the third track released from the new album and arrives alongside an official visualizer.
Drummer/vocalist Michael Shotton comments on the new track:
"'Undefeated' is the story of relentless persistence. Always rising to the challenge and never giving up. Defeat is not an option. Every day we step into that ring and face the enemy head-on and come out swinging. 'Undefeated' rocks as only VON GROOVE can. WARNING: don’t listen to this while driving on the highway!"
Watch the Official Visualizer for "Undefeated" Below.
VON GROOVE triumphantly returns with a jaw-dropping new album that reunites the classic original lineup: Mladen on guitars, Michael Shotton on drums and vocals, and Matthew Gerrard on bass. This isn’t just a comeback, it’s a resurrection!
Marking their first studio release since 2001, the album feels like it was born in the same fire as their legendary 1992 debut. The opening title-track, "Born To Rock," explodes with the same urgency and swagger as their iconic “Once Is Not Enough” — even quoting it with a subtle nod that will send chills down the spine of longtime fans.
True to their roots, VON GROOVE delivers a masterclass in melodic hard rock, with blazing guitars, soaring vocals, and airtight arrangements. The production is punchy and alive, but the soul of the record is pure 90s AOR glory.
Even more exciting? VON GROOVE will be returning to the stage in 2026, bringing their renewed fire and timeless sound back to live audiences for the first time in years.
Founded in 1990, VON GROOVE quickly made their mark on the Melodic Hard Rock scene. Their 1992 self-titled debut, produced by Richie Zito and featuring Deen Castronovo (later of Journey) on session drums, remains a cornerstone of the genre. Over the years, they’ve delivered fan-favorite albums like 'Mission Man' ('Chameleon' in Europe), 'Test of Faith,' and'The Seventh Day.' Despite going on hiatus in 2001, the members stayed active, collaborating with rock legends and contributing to major projects across genres.
After 20+ years, VON GROOVE is making their epic comeback!

Return to Dust Cover Outkast's "Hey Ya!" (Feat. Pusicfer's Mat Mitchell)
Buzzed-about rock band RETURN TO DUST — Matty Bielawski [guitar, vocals], Graham Stanush [bass, vocals], Sebastian Gonzalez [guitar], and London Hudson [drums] — are ready to shake it... like a Polaroid picture.
The band has shared its cover of OutKast's genre-smashing, 2003-released, Grammy-winning, and chart-topping mega hit "Hey Ya!," which was listed as No. 10 on Rolling Stone's "Greatest Songs of All Time List "(2021). Return to Dust's cover features synth production from Puscifer's Mat Mitchell. Ultimately, they have taken an upbeat, feel good pop classic and given it an edgy, rock 'n' roll makeover, infusing the track with a darker, gloomier vibe — making it truly their own.
Also listen Below.
"Our love for the '90s and '00s music goes further than just rock music, so we made our own heavy version of 'Hey Ya!' by OutKast," the band says.
The release of the cover aligns with Return to Dust's heavy tour schedule that kicks off tonight with a U.S. headline run, followed by eight dates supporting Yungblud before continuing into the UK and Europe, with summer festivals and a support slot on the Breaking Benjamin and Chevelle tour.
All upcoming and confirmed Return to Dust tour dates are below.
Overall, 2026 is shaking out (!!!) to be a killer year for Return to Dust. They have led the rock revival, as their latest single "BORED" ascended to the top of the Active Rock Radio charts and the band won the iHeartRadio Music Awards "On The Verge" award.

LUNGBURNER Releases New Video "Adamu," Dogma Out Now!
Atlanta heavy music collective LUNGBURNER have released their new video for “Adamu” alongside their third full-length album Dogma, available now through Terminus Hate City Records HERE.
Written throughout 2025 and recorded, produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered entirely by the band, Dogma marks a significant step forward in LUNGBURNER’s evolution. Across seven tracks and just over forty minutes, the album expands their sound by blending southern sludge weight with progressive composition, atmospheric electronics, and shifting melodic structures.
Conceptually, Dogma explores the psychological and spiritual consequences of entrenched belief systems. Drawing from mythology, philosophy, and personal reflection, the album examines how inherited ideas surrounding religion, culture, and identity shape human behavior and perception. Each track presents a different perspective, forming a continuous narrative that moves through awakening, rebellion, struggle, and eventual balance.
The album opens with “Adamu,” now accompanied by a new video. The track begins with tribal percussion samples and a call to the fallen angel Lucifer before unfolding into a driving riff anchored by deep bass and aggressive vocals. Referencing the Babylonian concept of the first man, “Adamu” centers on humanity’s emergence into self awareness and the uneasy realization of one’s place within larger systems of belief and structure. The video reflects these themes through stark and symbolic imagery.
With Dogma, LUNGBURNER deliver their most cohesive and ambitious work to date, pushing beyond genre boundaries while maintaining a focused conceptual vision.
LUNGBURNER has performed widely across the southeastern United States, appearing at festivals such as Tampa Doom & Gloom Fest, Gravitoid Heavy Music Doomfest, Seismic Fest, ATL Doom Fest, Stoned Riff Revival, and AthFest, while also touring the region in 2025 on the Fall Into Darkness Tour with FALSE GODS. Additional highlights include opening for BARONESS at their Atlanta New Year's Eve 2025 performance and headlining Doomed and Stoned Fest in Asheville, North Carolina.
Outside of music, all members work professionally in various engineering fields, and none of them originally came from traditional doom or stoner rock backgrounds. Their approach to the genre grew organically from a shared appreciation for heavy music and experimentation, which continues to shape the band's evolving sound as they move toward a more progressive direction while maintaining their doom foundation.

Jens Anderberg — guitar, lead vocals
Joseph Mills — guitar, backup vocals
Joshua Broughton — bass

REACH NYC Share Video for New Single "I Should Have Known" (Feat. P.O.D.)
REACHNYC are thrilled to share the video for their new single "I Should Have Known" (Feat. P.O.D.).
Watch the video for "I Should Have Known" Below.
The new single is just a taste of what's to come from the band — there is more on deck, so stay tuned.
The friendship, love, and brotherhood run deep between ReachNYC and P.O.D. so there was no way this collaboration wouldn't be supremely special, as it's a song written for a fellow friend/brother.
ReachNYC singer's Rene Mata's pain of loss is palpable in his voice, while Sandoval's uplifting lyrics and rhythmic vocal cadence, which turn into screams in the bridge "You're never alone" will hit you in all of the feels.
The colorful guitar line of P.O.D.'s Marcos Curiel conveys hope in every note while AJ Chiarella's bombastic guitar chords cut like razors . It's all held down by ReachNYC's Dante Renzi and Tim Robbins' hammering rhythm section.
The track was produced by Bob Marlette ( Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Shinedown, Rob Zombie, Seether) and Chris Marlette.
ReachNYC was formed on Long Island in 1996. The band was active on the New York scene, frequently rocking infamous haunts like CBGB's alongside the heavy hitting Papa Roach and System of a Down, and festivals like Vans Warped Tour. Originally named Reach 454, they caught a break when Lava/Atlantic president Jason Flom signed them after a strong performance at a label showcase. The band entered the studio in 2002 with producer Jay Baumgardner (Papa Roach, Evanescence), and emerged in the summer of 2003 with their self-titled debut. The album showcased Reach 454's dynamic melodic shifts and riff-heavy guitar work. The band fell on hard times in 2004 and took an indefinite hiatus.
Throughout the years, Chester Bennington, one of the closest friends of Reach NYC vocalist Rene Mata, expressed to Rene how important it was for him to keep playing music. The last time Rene and Chester were together in NYC, they hosted a dinner hang with Jacoby, Tobin, and Tony from Papa Roach, Matt Sorum, Marcos of P.O.D., and Rob from Volbeat. While enjoying their dinner, Chester presented the idea of wanting to put together a tour for the following year with Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Deftones, System of a Down, Papa Roach and wanted Reach to open. Disastrously, Chester passed away that same July of 2017, and Rene fell into a dark depression.
In 2019, Reach NYC drummer Dante and Marcos Curiel encouraged Rene to put the band back together and open for P.O.D. in NYC. It was the band's first show since 2004, and it quickly rekindled their friendship and their love of music. Their love for creating music, as well as the importance of friends and family, renewed their dedication to keep the project going.
On October 9th 2020, ReachNYC returned to the airwaves with a new EP titled, Back From the Dead, their first release in 17 years, also featuring Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach. The EP was mixed by Jay Baumgardner and mastered by Howie Weinberg in Los Angeles. The newly titled ReachNYC is featuring Rene Mata on vocals, Dante Renzi on drums, Nick Cavagnaro (guitars, vocals) and more recently adding young guns AJ Chiarella on guitars and vocals as well as bassist Tim Robbins. The band quickly got back to the stage, and returned to the New York scene performing with longtime friends Quicksand at the Bowery, and made an appearance at Danny Wimmer's historic "Welcome to Rockville" festival in Daytona, FL in 2021. Most recently, ReachNYC signed a new international deal with Vydia and is currently gearing up for the release of their sophomore album, produced by Cass Dillon, mixed by Josh Wilbur and mastered by Howie Weinberg. The album will feature special appearances by Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach, Kiiara, Sonny & Marcos from P.O.D, Joey Santiago from The Pixies & Sendog of Cypress Hill and Powerflo.
APOSTLE Release New Video For “Illusion of Loss”
APOSTLE has released a new video for their latest single, “Illusion of Loss,” a dynamic and emotionally charged composition that offers a glimpse into the band’s forthcoming full-length album, A Splinter in the Infinite Noumenon, arriving June 5, 2026 via Terminus Hate City.
“Illusion of Loss” begins with a sharp, brief breath before an angular and moody guitar and bass melody settles over a plodding, swinging half-time drum groove. Murice White's vocal cadence moves fluidly within the arrangement, locking into the rhythm as the song unfolds. A sudden, deliberate drop in intensity introduces an arpeggiated and introspective passage driven by a rolling snare, gradually building toward a release carried by a mid-tempo blast beat.
The track expands in scope as Murice’s tremolo-picked lead cuts through with urgency while his vocals rise in intensity. Michael’s bass provides a steady melodic anchor, shaping the mood beneath shifting textures. A discordant, arpeggiated lead slices through the mix while Evan’s drumming shifts into a driving double bass pattern that pushes the song forward before returning to a reprise of its opening movement. The closing moments feature a distorted spoken sample describing barely livable conditions in a city, extending the song’s thematic reach outward.
“Illusion of Loss” reflects on the fragility of life, the isolation that can accompany grief, and the internal changes that follow. The song draws from the experience of personal loss and the emotional weight that lingers in its wake. It considers how loss reshapes identity, how it brings forward buried parts of oneself, and how memory can guide purpose moving forward. The connection between individual grief and shared human experience remains central throughout.
The album title references Carl Jung’s description of humanity as a “splinter in the infinite deity,” framing the record as an exploration of spiritual duality, grief, and self-examination. Across six tracks and 27 minutes, the band move through themes of loss, mortality, internal conflict, and eventual healing. The record serves as both a meditation on the human condition and a deeply personal tribute shaped by grief and remembrance.
Produced, engineered, and mixed by Connor Ray at Sobek Sound and mastered by Erol Ulug at Bright Lights, A Splinter in the Infinite Noumenon presents APOSTLE in their most refined and expansive form.

Thunder's Legendary Album "LIVE" is Back + Available Digitally + On Vinyl for the First Time | OUT NOW
British rock heavyweights THUNDER are back in the spotlight, dusting off their classic 1998 live album and giving it the kind of remaster that makes you wonder how the original ever survived without it. The record landed yesterday as a Deluxe Limited 4LP Gatefold Vinyl, Limited 3CD Digipak, and digital.
The recordings go back to 1997, a time when THUNDER were riding a fresh wave of energy. LIVE captured them in full attack mode, all big riffs, bluesy swagger, and Danny Bowes doing what Danny Bowes does — belting it out like the walls might fall in. Luke Morley's guitar work and songwriting are all over it too, reminding you why the band carved out such a loyal following in the first place. The new re-master sharpens everything up without sanding off the grit that made the album such a favorite among long timers.
THUNDER have been doing this since the late '80s, and they've always had that knack for mixing classic British rock muscle with huge, arms-in-the-air choruses. LIVE shows that side of them perfectly. It's powerful but never cold, polished but still loose enough to feel like you're right there in the room.
The 2025 re-master keeps the spirit intact while giving the whole thing more punch and space. earMUSIC has handled the release, treating it as both a nod to a key chapter in the band's story and a chance for new listeners to get a taste of what THUNDER can do when the amps are cooking.
The band have also dropped a fresh clip of their performance for "Love Walked In" on the earMUSIC YouTube channel today, which you can watch Below.
LIVE (1998) LINEUP:
Daniel Bowes — Lead Vocals
Luke Morley — Guitar, Vocals, Harmonica
Ben Matthews — Guitar, Keyboards, Vocals
Chris Childs — Bass Guitar, Vocals
Gary "Harry" James — Drums
LungBurner - Dogma - Out Now!
Atlanta, Georgia heavy music collective LUNGBURNER will release their third full length album Dogma on April 17, 2026 through Terminus Hate City Records. Written throughout 2025 and recorded, produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered entirely by the band, Dogma captures LUNGBURNER expanding their sonic identity while deepening the conceptual and emotional scope of their music. Across seven tracks and just over forty minutes, the album blends southern sludge weight with progressive composition, atmospheric electronics, and evolving melodic structures.
Conceptually, Dogma explores the psychological and spiritual consequences of entrenched belief systems. Drawing from mythology, philosophy, and personal reflection, the album examines how inherited ideas about religion, culture, and identity shape human behavior and perception. Each composition approaches the subject from a different perspective, forming a continuous narrative that moves through awakening, rebellion, struggle, and eventual balance.
The album opens with "Adamu", which begins with tribal percussion samples and a call to the fallen angel Lucifer before unfolding into a driving riff anchored by deep bass and aggressive vocal delivery. The title references the Babylonian concept of the first man and frames the song’s exploration of humanity’s emergence into self awareness and the uneasy realization of one’s place within larger systems of belief and structure.
"Rapture" follows with rapid guitar work and heavy rhythmic intensity, incorporating elements of modern metal alongside the band’s established low tuned foundation. The song shifts between melodic passages and driving grooves while examining the moment of personal realization that accompanies a rejection of inherited truths.
"The Sin of Defiance" introduces a more melodic opening before transitioning between hypnotic bass movement and heavy guitar passages. The lyrics draw from experiences of discipline, hierarchy, and survival, reflecting on the tension between obedience and individuality within systems that demand absolute loyalty.
"(Bhajan) The Fall" marks a turning point in the album’s atmosphere. Beginning with the interlude "Bhajan", a piece originally conceived many years earlier, the track introduces synthesizers as a prominent element and slows the pace into a meditative and weighty progression. The composition explores the disorientation that can accompany self realization, where clarity and fear coexist.
"Apostasy" begins with a spoken sample from philosopher Jiddu Krishnamurti addressing the dangers of institutionalized belief. The track channels tightly controlled aggression and rhythmic precision while expanding on the album’s central theme of breaking from inherited doctrine in pursuit of personal truth.
"Misery" continues the album’s exploration of inner conflict with one of its heaviest sonic moments. Featuring guitars tuned to an extremely low register and layered with samples and synthesizer textures, the song reflects on the necessity of confronting illusion and acknowledging reality without compromise.
The album closes with the nine minute composition "Pistus Sophia", which unfolds gradually through evolving melodic passages and ritualistic atmosphere. The title references Sophia from Gnostic tradition, a figure representing wisdom and the balance of spiritual forces. The introduction features a spoken prayer to Lilith performed in Polish by Aleksandra Anderberg, whose visual artwork also provides the cover for Dogma. The track concludes the album by reflecting on the dual nature of spiritual experience and the search for equilibrium between opposing forces.
With its combination of crushing downtuned guitars, atmospheric electronics, and layered thematic content, Dogma presents LUNGBURNER’s most focused and expansive work to date. The album stands as a meditation on belief, individuality, and the human struggle to define truth within systems that often demand unquestioning faith.

Thrown Are Back With New Single "split"
THROWN ARE BACK WITH BRAND NEW SINGLE "SPLIT"
With "split," thrown make their long-awaited return — and it lands with a real impact. The track feels urgent and unfiltered, channeling frustration and inner pressure into something direct and physical. Listen below.
Lyrically, "split" revolves around losing control, self-doubt, and the exhausting weight of being stuck in your own head. It captures that moment where thoughts start to spiral and nothing seems to move forward. Instead of hiding behind abstraction, the band keep things raw and honest. Lines like "I've gotten used to not knowing what to do" reflect a sense of resignation, while the repeated "split my head in two" becomes a powerful expression of overload — almost like a desperate need to break free from your own thoughts.
Sonically, the track stays true to what has made thrown stand out in the first place, while sounding more refined and focused than ever. Crushing, down-tuned riffs drive the song forward, backed by relentless drums and breakdowns that hit with purpose rather than excess. There's a clear sense of control in the chaos — everything feels tight, intentional, and built for maximum impact without overcomplicating things.
In a short time, thrown have built serious momentum. With millions of streams across platforms and a rapidly growing international fanbase, the band have established themselves as one of the most exciting new names in modern metalcore. Their straightforward, no-frills approach has resonated with listeners looking for something real — something that doesn't rely on trends, but on energy and authenticity.
"split" feels like a natural next step. It takes everything the band have done so far and sharpens it — heavier, more direct, and emotionally clearer. It’s not about reinventing their sound, but about pushing it further and making it hit harder.

COREY KENT STRIPS IT BACK WITH SOUL-STIRRING NEW SINGLE “WANNABE”
Multi-platinum, Sony Music Nashville recording artist Corey Kent returns with his latest release, “Wannabe,” a stripped-down, deeply personal track that signals the sonic direction of his next chapter. Listen to “Wannabe” HERE and watch the official music video below.
“‘Wannabe' was the first song we wrote for the new record, and as soon as we finished it, we knew it represented the sound we were chasing for this project," shared Kent. "It’s simple on purpose, and that’s what I love about it. It’s a song about how the little things and everyday moments in life mean more than fame and fortune ever could."
Serene and pared down to what matters most, “Wannabe” is all about discovering who you really want to be. Further described by Kent as a “cowboy campfire ballad,” homespun acoustic guitar, ethereal steel, and haunting fiddle frame an aspirational anthem with a back-to-basics target. It’s not fame or fortune driving Kent but simple-life fulfillment.
The new track follows Kent’s latest release “Empty Words,” which was fast-tracked due to overwhelming fan demand after generating more than 20 million views across social media. In just 13 weeks he also sits in the top 20-and-climbing at Country radio with “Rocky Mountain Low” featuring Koe Wetzel. The new releases have propelled him to 11 million streams a week as “Wannabe” offers fans another glimpse into his evolving sound for his forthcoming new project.
Surpassing 1 billion career streams earlier this year, Kent continues to build momentum as one of country music’s most compelling rising voices. His second No. 1 single “This Heart” was certified GOLD by the RIAA, while his hard-driving hit “Something’s Gonna Kill Me” was recently certified PLATINUM. Both join Kent’s TRIPLE-PLATINUM No. 1 breakout “Wild As Her.”
Looking ahead, Kent will return to Stagecoach in Indio, California on April 25 and in May, he’ll be back overseas for the Highways Festival in London, U.K. followed by a handful of headline dates in Germany and The Netherlands.
Rolling Stone noted the Oklahoma native has given “the region's signature sound a shot of mainstream sensibility” becoming one of the genre’s most exciting voices and earning accolades from CMT and the Opry Next Stage program while touring alongside Morgan Wallen, Jon Pardi, Jason Aldean, Koe Wetzel and Parker McCollum.

idle threat Share "wither without" (Feat. Silent Planet's Garrett Russell)
Nashville quintet idle threat — Ernie Fabian [guitar, vocals], Zeke McKinney[bass, vocals], Justin Jones [drums], Nathan Moe [guitar], and Dylan Winstead [guitar] — will drop their new album you'll forget the sun, out May 8 via Tooth & Nail. Pre-order it here.
Today, the band has shared the visualizer for the "wither without," featuring a guest appearance from Silent Planet singer Garrett Russell.
Watch and listen below.
"'wither without' is about watching someone you love slowly decay before your eyes, and the continuous fight that it takes to stay by their side when everything in you wants to look away," the band explains. "It's about carrying on their memory when they've lost their own."
"wither without" follows "in tandem," the moody and angular track, featuring Haste the Day vocalist Stephen Keech, which was released earlier this year. Listen Below:
idle threat will also support Haste the Day at Eastside Bowl on May 3 in Nashville.
idle threat aim to dim the darkness and let the light in through the emotional and hopeful lyrics found in each song they meticulously craft. The Nashville rock band not only gives you the space to scream next to them; they also offer up hopeful hooks you can hum along to. The quintet writes the kinds of songs that recognize how tough life is, but still help you get through it with your body, mind, and spirit intact.
As such, their second full-length album, you’ll forget the sun [Tooth & Nail], provides a reminder to keep going no matter what.
"There's a two-part meaning to you'll forget the sun," Fabian reveals. "On one hand, the days can be so dark that you forget the sun exists. On the other hand, when we step into the presence of God—whose glory is so radiant and bright—the sun will pale in comparison. We're pondering this dichotomy from a perspective informed by our faith and experiences. All of the hard things will eventually fade away, and we'll be left in the presence of light."
idle threat have uplifted listeners with a combination of cathartic energy and open-hearted honesty since 2016's Grown Tired EP. They deepened their connection with an ardent audience on blurred visions in 2021 highlighted by "no turning back," "driftwood" [feat. Cory Brandan of Norma Jean], and many others. They toured with everyone from Make Sure, Distend, Meadows, and Roy Sullivan to Norma Jean, Emery, Aaron Gillespie, and Watashi Wa, in addition to appearing at Furnace Fest twice.
Throughout the spring of 2025, the musicians recorded you'll forget the sun in Nashville with Haste The Day frontman Stephen Keech behind the board as producer. In the studio, they made major creative leaps as a collective, honing their sound in the process.

With “Blind”, the exclusive bonus track on the Deutsche Hymnen LP edition, CREMATORY present one of their darkest German-language tracks to date. Driven by themes of spiritual erosion and emotional desolation, the song unfolds a bleak, cinematic atmosphere, combining crushing heaviness with immersive depth. Lines such as “kein morgen naht, kein leben bleibt / nur kalte asche” reinforce the track’s cold, ritualistic aesthetic.
Frontman Felix Stass states:
“‘Blind’ reflects a world where hope dissolves and only shadows remain.”
Formed in 1991 in Mannheim, Germany, CREMATORY have become one of the most enduring and influential acts in European gothic metal. Over more than three decades, the band evolved from their early death metal roots into a distinctive style combining heavy riffs, melodic keyboards, industrial textures, and contrasting vocal approaches.
Throughout their career, CREMATORY have explored themes of life, pain, introspection, and atmosphere, often blending deep growls with clean vocals to create a sound both powerful and haunting. Their growth in the 1990s brought them recognition across Europe through relentless touring and festival appearances.
The upcoming Greatest Hits album reflects the band’s bilingual legacy. English Hymns & Deutsche Hymnen gathers key tracks from across their catalogue in both languages and also includes the band’s earliest demo recordings, offering fans a comprehensive retrospective of CREMATORY’s long and influential journey. With 35 years of history, countless tours, and a legacy that helped shape European gothic, death and industrial metal, Greatest Hits stands as both a celebration of CREMATORY’s past and a powerful reminder that the band remains as vital as ever!

VOÏVOD Announces New Live Album ‘Symphonique’ Featuring the Quebec Symphony Orchestra Set for Release on June 5th via Century Media Records
Today, after more than 40 eventful years of existence, Canada's progressive sci-fi metal innovators VOÏVOD return with ‘Symphonique,’ a special live release together with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra, set for release on June 5, 2026, worldwide via Century Media Records.
‘Symphonique,’ which functions like an epic piece of cinema, showcases VOÏVOD’s pioneering futuristic metal with the strains of a symphony orchestra, and features a carefully curated VOÏVOD best-of setlist composed of 12 songs across 73 minutes, recorded live on June 4th, 2025, at the Grand Théâtre in Québec City, Canada.
Offering a first taste of 'Symphonique,' the band shares the first single, "Forgotten In Space (Symphonique)," alongside an official visualizer curated by Cloud Motion Design, available to view below.
VOÏVOD’s drummer and founding member Michel “Away” Langevin comments on ‘Symphonique’:
“This live album with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra is a longtime dream turned reality. Thankfully, we will experience it again in 2027 with the Orchestre Symphonique du Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, right in the region where VOÏVOD formed back in 1983. We wish to take this show across the globe with local orchestras one day, but in the meantime, I hope you will enjoy this epic release. It’s the closest we’ve ever come to sounding like a dystopian sci-fi movie soundtrack, another dream of ours!”
About the first single "Forgotten in Space (Symphonique),” bassist Dominic “Rocky” Laroche adds:
“Taken from the album ‘Killing Technology,’ 'Forgotten in Space' transports us to a Mad Max-esque science-fiction universe. Denis "Piggy" D'Amour was even inspired by it when composing parts of the original version. This incredible symphonic masterpiece, orchestrated by Hugo Begin, offers a powerful orchestral introduction that takes us on a musical journey where the fusion of metal and classical music invites us to imagine, for 6 minutes and 27 seconds, that humanity itself may have been forgotten in space…”
Symphonique' follows the release of VOÏVOD’s latest Juno Award-winning studio album,'Synchro Anarchy' (2022), which reached #7 on the official album sales charts in Germany, #64 in Switzerland, #67 in Austria, and #88 in the Netherlands upon release. It also arrives after the band’s special 40th anniversary release, 'Morgöth Tales' (2023).
VOÏVOD will next embark on comprehensive European touring runs in suitable timing for the upcoming live release starting in June.
Stay connected for more VOÏVOD news coming up soon, also about the next studio album release that the band is currently working on.
VOÏVOD are:
Denis “Snake” Bélanger – Vocals
Dominic “Rocky” Laroche – Bass
Daniel “Chewy” Mongrain – Guitar
Michel “Away” Langevin – Drums
The Artery Foundation Signs Srata, Band Drops "SOAR"
THE ARTERY FOUNDATION is thrilled to welcome California's gold-selling rock band STRATA to the roster. The band, which had a massive hit with "Piece by Piece," which earned its RIAA certification after being featured on the 2004 The Punisher soundtrack and an appearance on Madden NFL 2005. In the '00s, Strata built a devoted following on soaring melodies, cinematic heaviness, and emotionally unfiltered songwriting, a sound that blurred the lines between post-hardcore intensity and atmospheric modern rock long before genre boundaries began dissolving across the scene.
Today, the band shares its first single for the label with "SOAR." The track, which was produced by Eric Ron (Papa Roach, Bad Omens), does exactly that, thanks to rising and falling tension and angular guitar work. Listen below.
This isn't a nostalgia play. It's forward progress at its finest.
"'Soar' captures the collapse of someone who once felt untouchable, tracing that fall from clarity and confidence into doubt, temptation, and self-betrayal," says singer Eric Victorino. "It's a dark spiral where faith glitches, identity fractures, and the pull of the algorithm becomes impossible to ignore. Equal parts confession and confrontation, the song wrestles with the most human truth of all: sometimes the person you trust the least is yourself."
Expect more from Strata sooner rather than later!
Fronted by vocalist Eric Victorino, whose unmistakable voice moves effortlessly from fragile intimacy to explosive power, Strata carved out a reputation for music that feels both deeply personal and undeniably massive. Now, decades into their career, Strata aren't revisiting who they were; they're redefining who they are. The band has re-emerged sharper and more focused, channeling years of life experience into a sound that is stronger, faster, heavier, and more energetic than ever.
Rather than chasing trends, Strata has leaned into evolution, expanding their sonic palette while staying rooted in the emotional authenticity that first defined them. The result is a band operating at full power: seasoned musicians with nothing to prove and everything to say.
Strata isn't a reunion story. It’s a continuation. Louder, bolder, and very much alive.
Adam Ezra Group -Pocket Full of Seashells — Out Today
Over the last months I’ve been playing this song out...solo in the middle of our sets - and I've heard you singing it back to me. Softly, sweetly…and usually with less lyric mistakes. :)
It hadn't even been released, and you already know it…yet another reason I am so grateful for the path I’ve chosen.
It’s officially in the world today. As personal as it gets for me - about being out there missing my girls and choosing every single day to believe in this journey I'm on. I know most of you know it live…can’t wait for you to hear the raw recording from the studio. ♥️ 🐚👧 👶
Revelate
With “Pocket” out, we are officially on the home stretch toward the Revelate album release. Something is happening right now that I honestly don’t have words for. You’ve already bought more tickets to the album release in Boston than we’ve ever sold for a show before. You’ve already ordered more signed and numbered first editions than any of us had imagined. Your streaming is the reason our music is reaching so many new listeners. We are not taking a single second of it for granted.
If you’ve been out to a show recently, I know you’ve felt it too - old friends and brand new faces, all finding ourselves celebrating together in packed and sold-out rooms…all over. Feels like magic right now. Here's where we'll be...come join. ♥️

BLACK SITES Release Personal New Single "Silent Wars"
Inspired by Robin Williams' quote, “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about,” BLACK SITES have released their new single "Silent Wars". The single lands ahead of the forthcoming full length, For Eternity. The album is set to release independently on July 17, 2026.
BLACK SITES founder Mark Sugar comments on "Silent Wars": "This track is one of my favorites. While there’s some blatant Jake E. Lee homages, a lot of the song was inspired by Americana artist Jason Isbell, of all people. The guitar bit at the very end was recorded as I wrote it — the take that’s on the record is the first time I ever played it."
Heavy driving rock 'n' roll rhythms kick off "Silent Wars" with high energy. Drawing from traditional rock and metal styles, the track delivers a powerful message through moody verse arrangements and a catchy chorus hook.
For Eternity was produced by Mark Sugar & Chris Black, recorded at I Can’t Believe It’s Not Mace Street Studios, with mixing and mastering by Dan Swano. Drums on For Eternity were recorded by Vladimir Ružičić at Kebac Recording Studio.
About BLACK SITES:
Based out of Chicago, IL, USA, BLACK SITES was founded in 2016, initially as a studio project, by vocalist and guitarist Mark Sugar. Sugar was later joined by members John Picillo (bass), Ryan Bruchert (guitar) and Chris Avgerin (drums). BLACK SITES combines old school metal with guitar harmonies, melodic/clean vocals and progressive elements, primarily drawing inspiration from the likes of VOIVOD, BLACK SABBATH, and KING’S X.
BLACK SITES released their debut In Monochrome in 2017 (Mascot/Provogue Records), followed by Exile in 2019. 2021 saw the release of Untrue that was produced by Sanford Parker and awarded Record Of the Year by Dr. A.N. Grier at AngryMetalGuy.com. BLACK SITES ventured to The Promised Land? with their 2024 full-length that featured Tom Draper. (Ex-CARCASS/SPIRIT ADRIFT) on the track "Chasing Eternity".
Now, in 2026, Mark Sugar is joined by new members Jose Salazar (bass), Lee Smith (guitar) and Chris Black (drums). The forthcoming album For Eternity is set to release independently on July 17, 2026.

Swedish Thrashers BLOODSTAIN Unleash New Single "Something Sinister" via Threeman Recordings / Sound Pollution
Today, BLOODSTAIN release their new single “Something Sinister” via Threeman Recordings / Sound Pollution. The track marks the band’s second release of the year and plays a key role in building momentum toward their debut album, set for release this fall.
With “Something Sinister,” BLOODSTAIN further sharpens their musical identity. The song is driven by a strong, cohesive riff structure, a well-defined dynamic progression, and a sound that fuses classic hard rock roots with a modern production suited for both streaming platforms and the live stage.
What distinguishes BLOODSTAIN in today’s expanding hard rock scene is their precision and instinct for songwriting dynamics. “Something Sinister” highlights the band’s ability to craft compelling hooks and sustain energy throughout, resulting in a track that resonates equally well in curated playlists and larger live settings, a balance many aim for, but few execute effectively.
The single also reinforces the band’s sonic direction, featuring a production that is powerful without excess, and aggressive while remaining accessible. Each element is carefully considered to strengthen their identity, making this release a strategically important step ahead of their upcoming album. It demonstrates not only consistency but also a clear sense of progression in their sound.
Alex Hellid (Entombed) comments:
“I am incredibly proud of what these guys have achieved so far, and being able to follow their development up close is truly fantastic. The sky is the limit! BLOODSTAIN is one of the most outstanding young hard rock bands right now — Sweden’s next major hard rock export!"
BLOODSTAIN formed in late 2023 in Stockholm, Sweden, and quickly became one of Sweden’s most talked-about new metal bands. Built on classic metal and thrash foundations—and sharpened by relentless rehearsal and stage time—BLOODSTAIN delivers fast, heavy songs with hooks, precision, and a youthful intensity that translates instantly live.
After a breakout year with the self-released debut EP 'I Am Death,' the band’s live momentum accelerated rapidly. In 2024, BLOODSTAIN’s Stockholm show at Debaser caught the attention of Alex Hellid (Entombed), leading to a long-term management and production partnership with Threeman Recordings.
2025 became the band’s “proof year”: festival appearances, headline-level crowd reactions, and high-profile support shows—most notably on tour supporting Dark Tranquillity (with Iceland’s Múr). BLOODSTAIN also continued building an audience that actually buys physical releases and merch—an increasingly rare advantage for a new band.
BLOODSTAIN are:
Oskar Lindroos - Guitar/Vocals
Tobias Lindström - Guitar/Backing Vocals
Jonathan Thyberg - Bass/Backing Vocals
Benjam Norgren - Drums/Backing Vocals
From Ashes to New Drop "Forever" Video — WATCH // New Album "Reflections" Out Now
Today, the Lancaster, PA-based quintet shares the video for "Forever." The song weaves contemplative verses with epic and explosive choruses and breakdowns, and it ultimately demonstrates the band's deftness with dynamics.
Watch the video, directed by Orie McGuinness, below.
"'Forever' came together at the very end of the record, almost like it was waiting for everything else to fall into place before it could exist," Brandyberry shares. "There's a sense of finality to it, like standing in the aftermath of something you can't fix, realizing too late where it all went wrong. It paints a picture of how it feels when regret won't let go."
He continues, "We pushed ourselves further than we ever have on this one. We made choices that felt uncomfortable, but that's what helped shape it into something different for us. The goal wasn't to play it safe; it was to evolve and create something that sticks with you. 'Forever' doesn't resolve cleanly…It lingers, and that's exactly what we wanted."
As for the album as a whole, the band explains, "It's not a concept album by design, but there's a common theme running through it — that feeling of being stuck in a kind of purgatory, where you can almost see something better ahead of you, but there's always something dragging you back down."
It is also a moment for From Ashes to New, but not simply a moment in time. The band finishes, "This record is a reflection of who we were while making it, but even more than that, it's a statement of who we're becoming. Every song helped shape a sound that feels honest to where we're headed, not where we've been. We didn't hold anything back, and you can hear that in every moment."
The 12-track REFLECTIONS is the follow-up to 2023's BLACKOUT, which achieved the #1 spot on several iTunes and Spotify Rock and Metal charts across the globe. It was a massive success. Yet, in late 2023, FROM ASHES TO NEW arrived at a creative crossroads. The group wrapped up demos for 16 songs for what was supposed to be their fifth studio album. However, instead of sprinting towards the finish line and completing the record, the band scrapped those demo sessions. The process went against everything the band had ever done before. But largely starting anew —they kept two songs—was liberating. The band collectively knew it had to make something that remained true to their traditional sound yet broadened the tent to capture the ears and focus of a fresh audience. "I wanted to take what we are good at and push it even further," Brandyberry says. "That was the process for this whole record."
As a result, fans can hear a reinvigorated FROM ASHES TO NEW on REFLECTIONS.
In other From Ashes to New news, the single "Drag Me" is Top 10 on Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.
The band returns to the U.S. for a 42-date tour supporting Black Veil Brides, along with TX2, and As December Falls, starting April 25 in Riverside, CA. Tickets are available HERE.
