Ian Munsick Returns to the Rockies with ‘The Country & WESTern Tour’ This Fall

Wyoming native Ian Munsick has built a staunch fan base across the United States, touring coast to coast and proudly bringing the West to the rest with his sawing fiddle and sky high voice. Now, the Warner Music Nashville recording artist is returning to his roots due to fan demand, announcing his nine-show The Country & WESTern Tour this fall.
 
Running from Sept. 6 - Oct. 5, 2024, The Country & WESTern Tour will feature a rotating lineup of guests including Shane Smith & the Saints, Randy Rogers Band, Bryan Martin, Ole 60, Zandi Holup, Ryan Charles and The Song Swap (comprised of Jenna LaMaster, Faren Rachels and Kasey Tyndall). Honing in on the Rocky Mountain region that fostered Munsick’s budding career, the tour will make stops in Bozeman, Montana.; Grand Junction, Colorado; Casper, Wyoming and more.
 
“We’re coming home!!! I am fully aware that the majority of our shows are East of the Rockies, that’s why we are dedicating The Country & WESTern Tour to the folks that have been here from day one!,” Munsick proclaims proudly. “This tour is absolutely stacked with talent and we’re bringing it back to where it all started… THE WEST. These will be our biggest and best shows yet and I cannot wait to show you what we’ve built over the last few years. Get your tickets before it’s too late!”
 
Ticket pre-sales begin tomorrow, April 10 at 10 A.M. local time, with public on-sale beginning this Friday, April 12 at 10 A.M. local time.

Boot Barn named Ian Munsick a brand ambassador under Boot Barn Live, their newly launched program celebrating country artists with meaningful ties to the West. Munsick’s Boots, Buckles & Bolos Tour is currently underway with upcoming shows in Georgetown, Texas; Wichita, Kansas and more. His headlining run continues through early summer, including a sold-out date at the majestic Red Rocks Amphitheatre on June 5. This summer Munsick will also join CMA Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson as direct support on her Country’s Cool Again Tour.
 
Munsick recently released the deluxe version of his sophomore album titled White Buffalo: Introduce You To God. Timed to the one-year anniversary of White Buffalo, Introduce You To God is produced by Munsick and Jeremy Spillman and features five new songs, including the title track, which invites his son and listeners to join him as he introduces them to God through His greatest creation: nature. It’s this interconnection between his longing for the land and its inspiration on his lyrics that left The New Yorker proclaiming in a recent feature, “Ian Munsick puts the western back in country.”

After Tampa, Kenny Chesney's Team Finds More Tickets for SRO Philly + Boston Shows

Kenny Chesney spent the last three months gearing up for what will be another of his monumental stadium tours. With all concert teams aligned and ready to go – they wrapped their final Nashville rehearsal this weekend – the news that the Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour opener at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium, as well as Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field and all three dates at Foxborough, Mass.’s Gillette Stadium were sold out landed hard. 
 
After taking what should be great news in, the man the Los Angeles Times deemed “The People’s Superstar” called his tour promoters back – and asked if they could possibly look at the grids, figure out what could be moved and see if it was possible to open up even a few more seats. By midday Friday, April 6, and throughout the day, those seats were made available to the fans.
 
“Sometimes you can get more creative than you realize,” Chesney says of the unorthodox move. “For me and the band, this is going to be an incredible night. I want to know that anyone who wants to be at Raymond James Stadium with us can be, that we’ve found every possible ticket.”
 
Having had success going section-by-section, looking for what might have been overlooked, a couple hundred tickets were found, then a couple hundred more. And then, Chesney offers, “I figured if we could make that work in Tampa, why not Boston and Philly? We’ve had some of our greatest shows in those towns, and a lot of what makes the night really magic is the energy No Shoes Nation throws at us. It is as much those voices and that heart coming at all of us onstage as it is the songs, the guitar parts or what we’re doing. It’s how we as No Shoes Nation come together, and what we – as an entire stadium of people – make that moment mean.”
 
When the only country artist in Billboard’s Top 10 Touring Acts of the Last 25 Years for the past 15 years called his promoters to ask, the response was laughter, then an “already working on it.” Because the process means close observation, once again the tickets being opened up will begin appearing online at 10 a.m. CT/11 a.m. ET; with additional tickets coming online throughout the day.
 
“It’s important to me that when No Shoes Nation comes together, we can all be together. If there’s that much desire the tickets are gone this early, then let’s find some tickets,” Chesney says with a laugh. “We’ve done this long enough that I know: with the people who come to my shows, truly the more, the merrier. I love the energy in the parking lots before we ever get close to the stage, and it’s the most incredible feeling, hearing them shout ‘A little messed up, but we’re all alright’ over all our guitars during ‘American Kids.’ To me, that kind of fun, sun, songs and friendship day is what summer is all about.”

About Garzi:

Garzi is an Alternative Rock artist who stands at the intersection's of Alt/Indie, Post Emo, Nü Metal, Grunge and Rap. His authentic gritty, angsty, yet soothing melodic voice soars over his array of stylistic tracks.

The Miami native was a self-described lover of Warped Tour and gravitated towards hard rock, punk and emo sounds like Melphis May Fire and Sleeping With Sirens. "It was a fitting soundtrack to feelings of isolation, of being an outsider during those teenage years especially as a POC punk"

In October 2017, he uploaded his first song and quit his day job the next day to pursue music full time. A slew of releases followed, culminating in his breakout, "Demonstrate" (with producers Nick Mira and Taz Taylor), which had popped off on SoundCloud and now has over 16.5 million streams on Spotify.

IN 2022 he released EP, ‘Careful What You Wish For’ which spawned tracks “Mess” (with Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens), “HELLO//GOODBYE” (produced by John Feldmann and Travis Barker) and “PARANOIA” (remix) with Fever333 and Point North.

In late 2023, Garzi announced signing to world renowned independent label, Sumerian Records and dropped stand alone single 'Growin' Up", kicking off a whole new era. Now, with the release of "Much Better" he boldly steps further into his next chapter.

On "Torn from the Jaws of Death", Severe Torture stay committed to unapologetic brutality. Crawling out of the unholy pit that is Torture Compound Studios, the band's new single is a voracious beast, armed to the teeth with throaty growls and bloody, punishing riffs. For over 25 years, SEVERE TORTURE has embodied the ethos of Brutal. Death. Metal. A genre-defining titan, they’ve held a commanding presence in the metal universe since 1997, blending intense performances with a relentless commitment to their visceral, raw sound.

Born from the bowels of the Dutch underground, the band emerged onto the world stage with their debut album Feasting On Blood, hailed as an epic watershed in the nascent wave of brutal death metal in 2001. The band announces today their live album British Disaster: The Battle of '89 (Live At The Astoria). 35 years after the recording the band decides to share this outstanding live performance with their fans. Recorded live at The Astoria in London back in March of 1989, EXODUS show once again why they are one of the biggest thrash metal bands of all time. Headbanging riffs, fast solos, and an amazing atmosphere are what can be expected from this live album which sees the light of the world on May 31st, 2024.

To commemorate their live album announcement, the band have released a brilliant visualizer video for their new live single 'Fabulous Disaster (Live At The Astoria)'. The title track of their 1989 released album gives already a taste of how energy-loaded this live album is!

Recorded on the 8th of March in 1989 at The Astoria in London, fans witnessed a night that went down in history and became legendary among EXODUS and thrash metal fans worldwide. The band had just released their third studio album Fabulous Disaster and started five month run to promote the album which brought the Americans also to Europe for a month of live shows. During this European run EXODUS decided to record the show in London, but never released it. This recording remained unheard of in the EXODUS vaults. Until now! 
Be prepared for a much more aggressive and rawer sound than on the studio albums. British Disaster: The Battle of '89 (Live At The Astoria) is the ultimate live album presenting the sheer energy of what made EXODUS famous and notorious for during the 80s and what made them a legendary thrash metal band. A best of setlist compiled from the band's first three classic albums. The live album, mixed and mastered by Zeuss and the artwork done by Mark DeVito, will be available as CD, 2LP vinyl and digital.

Wage War Announce New Album "STIGMA" + Share "NAIL5" Video

CO-HEADLINING NORTH AMERICAN TOUR WITH NOTHING MORE + SPECIAL GUESTS VEIL OF MAYA + SLEEP THEORY KICKS OFF APRIL 16

WAGE WAR — Briton Bond [lead vocals], Cody Quistad [rhythm guitar, clean vocals], Seth Blake [lead guitar], Chris Gaylord [bass], and Stephen Kluesener [drums] — have entered their world domination era. Today, the Florida band has announced its fifth album STIGMA. It arrives digitally on June 21 via Fearless Records, while the physical version will land in stores on September 6. Pre-order it here.

 The song comes in hot with subtle synths, cool and unexpected vocal tricks, chunky, industrial-inspired riffs, and undeniable ferocity. Green Carnation are carefully plotting their next step. The Norwegian progressive metal band are beginning the preparations for the follow up to Leaves of Yesteryear, which was considered among the best albums of 2020 by Heavy Music HQ, Angry Metal Guy and Metal Injection.

Their new album promises to be another dark and poetic chapter in a story that's now lasted more than three decades. In the meantime, the band is honored to announce that they are opening for Opeth!

"This year, we are concentrating on writing and recording new music", vocalist Kjetil Nordhus says. "But when an invite comes along to join Opeth for a concert, you don't refuse!"

Green Carnation will join the mighty Swedes Summer Sojournin Copenhagen on June 26 for a sold-out show at Amager Bio.

After almost 10 years of total silence, Norwegian prog/avant garde metal act Green Carnation announced their comeback to the international metal scene for the 15th anniversary of their cult classic Light of Day, Day of Darkness in 2016. And after a very successful comeback year with festival appearances and special shows both in Europe and North America, the band announced their permanent return to the scene.

Green Carnation from Kristiansand, Norway, was founded as early as 1990, but after founding member Tchort joined legends-to-be Emperor, for their Darkside Eclipse album, and continued in Satyricon and Einherjer, the band was shut down until their debut album, A Journey To The End Of The Night in 2000.

Big parts of the line-up were changed until the bands epic Light of Day, Day of Darkness was released in 2001, and the band changed in a more rock’ish direction with A Blessing in Disguise (2003) and The Quiet Offspring (2005), before the stripped-down Acoustic Verseswas released in 2006.The band is alsoknown for having released on of the more spectacular concert DVDs, recorded in the mountains in Norway, under a 30 meters high water dam, and with audience from all over the world. A Night Under The Dam was also released in 2006. After the successful comeback in 2016, the band continued to do festivals and special shows throughout 2017 and 2018, before releasing their album first in 14 years, Leaves of Yesteryear, in May 2020. The new album was recorded in DUB Studio, with producer Endre Kirkesola, which also produced their classic, Light of Day, Day of Darkness, and having since worked with bands like Abbath, In Vain and Solefald.

Throughout and after COVID-19, Green Carnation have toured Northern Europe, and played festivals, but have concentrated on writing and recording new music. News about the next release is forthcoming.

Boston-Rhode Island centred collective The Pull of Autumn presents their new single 'I Was Just Dreaming's, along with a reverie-filled video. The first taste of their fifth album 'Memory Tree', this song features Boston-based Bruce MacLeod on vocals. 

Described as "a melancholy remembrance of moments in time and life", the album will be released via Boston-based RBM Records on CD and digitally, following up their 2022 album 'Beautiful Broken World' LP, which involved such music luminaries as The Pop Group's Mark Stewart, Living Colour's Doug Wimbish and producer Adrian Sherwood.

A ‘super group’ of sorts, The Pull of Autumn revolves around Rhode Island artist Daniel Darrow of 80s post-punk group Johanna’s House of Glamour and core members Bruce MacLeod, Matthew Darrow and Luke Skyscraper James (I.R.S. recording artist Fashion). Each release involves a revolving door of notable and emerging artists, both from the local music scene and further abroad. The band's debut 2018 eponymous album was followed by 'Afterglow' in 2019, 'Small Colors' in 2020 and 'Beautiful Broken World' in 2022.

"'I Was Just Dreaming' perfectly captures the moment of a dying crush, where you’re still all in enough to have your hopes, but are planning an exit - maybe one with a bit of a flourish. This song is brilliant. I just did the best I could with it, stripped what I had down to a couple of tracks, and sent it to Dan. He knows just what to do - here I like his choppy piano bits and the somewhere out there synth swells, perfect.  The song ends with a couple of the demo tracks spliced back in … a sort of accident, but definite nod to the title of the song," says Bruce MacLeod.

Daniel Darrow adds: "This is a cover of legendary Scotland band The Orchids. Bruce and I are both fans of Sarah Records and our cover of this song is our tribute to a great time in music. We’ve added a modern twist here that retains the core beauty of the song."  

The new 'Memory Tree' album features contributions by such artists as Philip Parfitt (The Perfect Disaster), Ricky Humphrey (This Twisted Wreckage), San Francisco-based artists Leigh Gregory and Julius Manning, Berkeley singer-songwriter Sophia Campbell, and two local music legends - Rhode Island Rock’n Roll Hall of Fame inductee Paul Everett and producer, songwriter and artist Kraig Jordan. 

"For our new 'Memory Tree' album, the usual genre-bending music has been replaced by a well-defined continuous take on electro acoustic ambient music and jazz. I call this “night music”. It’s been created with a singular vision lyrically and musically, speaking to the past memories and touching upon what the future may hold. The album features many veteran Rhode Island artists, whose music has moved me for many years, as well as artists from around the world, including Britain and France," says Daniel Darrow.

'I Was Just Dreaming' is available exclusively via Bandcamp, where the 'Memory Tree' album can be pre-ordered. On May 31, this record also goes live on digital music platforms, such as Apple Music and Spotify.

The King at Kyle Field Set to Surpass 2014 AT&T Attendance Record

The demand for George Strait's only show in Texas in 2024, 'The King at Kyle Field' on June 15, is so great that he is on track to best his own all-time indoor attendance record of 104,793 set in 2014 at his final Cowboy Rides Away finale at AT&T Stadium. The San Antonio Express-News reported the news earlier this week. 

"George has always said he has the best fans, and there's nothing like a Texas crowd," shares longtime promoter and founder of Messina Touring Group, Louis Messina. "We knew the show at Kyle Field would be exciting as it's the first-ever one of its size to be held in the stadium, but even I didn't expect we'd sell over 100,000 tickets in just a few days. He'll play to more people in one night than we did at AT&T in 2014! It's a testament to George's reputation as an entertainer and performer that here we are, still setting records and personal bests years later."

Announced on March 19, it's the shortest time in Strait's career that a single show has moved over 100,000 tickets. On June 15, the King of Country Music will be joined by special guests Parker McCollum and Catie Offerman.  

Tickets to the Kyle Field performance went on sale to the general public Thursday, March 28, at 10 a.m. CT via TheKingAtKyle.com. 

The news follows the recent announcement that Strait will once again team up with Chris Stapleton to perform one-off stadium dates this year with stops at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, Chicago’s Soldier Field, Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium and more. Joining Strait and Stapleton for those nine dates are special guests Little Big Town.

"We've spent the last few years playing specialty one-off shows in markets he'll likely never play again," adds Messina. "I'm excited about this summer of special shows with Chris Stapleton - it's always been such a great experience for the fans. Bringing these magical nights from the King of Country music to fans has been one of the greatest honors of my life."

About Catie Offerman
Catie Offerman may be a new name to country music fans, but she's already gaining a reputation as one of the genre's most skilled players and promising modern traditionalists and Nashville's music community is responding. Originally from New Braunfels, Texas, Offerman grew up on a horse ranch. Home schooled by her father in the tack room of their barn, she gravitated towards music at a young age. On the heels of “Damn Near Normal,” the first preview of forthcoming new music from genre-disrupting force Koe Wetzel, MusicRow’s “Texas native making his own rules” now unleashes “9 Lives (Black Cat).” Listen Below.
 
“There’s a storm brewing in a pool hall down in Houston/where some poor old boy’s bout to get his teeth knocked out,” Wetzel growls in the very first lyric of the high-octane track. Arriving with an ominous piano intro, the song explodes into a chest-thumping declaration of defiance. Yes, the narrator may have burned through eight lives so far — succumbing to pitfalls ranging from a drug dealer to a rodeo bull — but he dares you to “put the black cat down.”
 
“I always like hitting the listener right in the nose,” Wetzel says. “‘9 Lives’ is a straight-up rock song, man. I’m influenced by so many genres of music, but with this record, I found myself going back to the Texas country and classic rock that I grew up listening to.”
 
Written by Wetzel alongside producer Gabe Simon (Lana Del Rey, Noah Kahan, Dua Lipa) and Amy Allen (Justin Bieber, The Chainsmokers, Harry Styles), “9 Lives” contains a solid helping of what he calls the “rocky nasty shit” on which he’s built his career, offsetting the vulnerability of “Damn Near Normal” and sharing as a preview of the balanced and wide-ranging juxtaposition of music he’s excited to continue sharing with fans.

Mark Daly Releases New Single “PIECES" feat. Emily Armstong of Dead Sara

Mark Daly is proud to unveil "Pieces," a captivating duet elevated by the vocals of Emily Armstrong, frontwoman of the band Dead Sara. The track features soul-stirring melodies and poignant lyrics, and is the latest glimpse into his forthcoming album Devil's Arms, slated for release this spring by One Opportunity Records. In addition to the song being released on all streaming platforms, the official music video was also released.

Mark Daly comments on the single, "‘Pieces’ explores the journey of two lost souls who find each other when they thought all hope was lost. The track features my friend Emily Armstrong from Dead Sara. I love how her raspy vocals blend with my smoky ones. I pulled in some Led Zeppelin and grunge influences. The song feels big and alive. I wanted to convey the sadness of longing for someone and then the hope you feel when you find that person you’ve been searching for."

Emily Armstrong adds, “When I heard Mark wanted me to appear on his new record I was flattered, and when the time came to get into the studio to record, things just flowed so naturally. The whole process just worked out so well.”

"Pieces" follows lead single "I Wanna Be More" and is the second track to be released from Devil's Arms. Additional singles will be released in the coming months in anticipation of the full length release.

Mark Daly launched a three-week U.S. tour in January as direct support for Mr. Big. The Irish rocker supported the band throughout the Midwest and Northeast, while also headlining his own shows, including a marquee performance at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.

Hailing from Cork, Ireland, Daly is no newcomer to American soil, having completed numerous domestic tours with heavyweights including Candlebox, Queensrÿche, and Queensrÿche’s former frontman, Geoff Tate.

“I absolutely love everything about being on the road – meeting so many incredible people each night, getting lost in the music on stage. It’s pure magic,” says Daly.

Mark was first discovered while performing in his band The Voodoos in Spain. During one of their shows, music manager Brian Message (Radiohead, Nick Cave)was in the crowd and requested that Mark play some original songs. Brian decided to bring the band to London to record their first EP. It was in this defining moment that Mark decided to become a full-time musician and never looked back.

One early highlight in Mark’s career was performing at the MTV EMA Awards with The Voodoos after beating out 10,000+ bands from Europe for the slot. From there, Mark and the band began to tour throughout Europe and the USA. Mark’s first venture as a solo artist hit N0. 1 on the Scottish New Music Charts. Inspired by his son, Noah, the track “Your World” was written for an autism awareness charity.

Italian death metal vanguards, Vomit The Soul have today announced their latest auditory onslaught in the shape of new album, 'Massive Incineration', which will be released worldwide on June 7th via Unique Leader Records. Marking this pivotal chapter in their relentless journey, the news of the album erupts with the release of lead single and video "Annihilate The Infernal Army" which can be streamed now HERE with the visualizer being available to watch below.

'Massive Incineration' is a behemoth of ten tracks that fuses brutal death metal with technical prowess and dark thematic storytelling. The album is a further step in Vomit The Soul's sonic evolution - mature, refined, and seething with anger.

The band states, “‘Massive Incineration’ brings 10 punishing tracks of brutal death metal, maintaining the VTS style and groove that represents us. We took care to sew darkness and violence into every single detail, creating the most mature, technically refined and angry work we made so far. The album has got a new explosive mix and master, deliberately chosen to be similar to the characteristics of the sound we wanted.

“As a final bonus track, we have included a new entirely rearranged version of one of our classics, ‘Third’, that was featured on our first album. A gift for those who have been following us for years. The album concept was structured and linked closely to the atmosphere of the record. Formed in 2000 by death metal aficionados Max, Ycio, and Denny, Vomit The Soul quickly moved from rehearsal tapes to live gigs and EP recordings, despite lineup changes. Their relentless drive led them to independently release their EP 'Human Insanity' in 2003 and gain traction with intense live performances across Italy. The pursuit of excellence took them offstage to refine their craft, resulting in their well-received debut album 'Portraits Of Inhuman Abominations' in 2005 under Comatose Music, which catapulted them into the international festival circuit, rubbing shoulders with global death metal giants.

Richmond, Virginia metal-punk trio BAT has been delivering their own blood-spattered horror since ascending from the underground a decade ago on a dark, leather-winged trajectory. The brainchild of MUNICIPAL WASTE guitarists Ryan Waste & Nick Poulos, BAT leans heavily on the dirtier side of speed metal. On May 17th, the band welcomes the release of their second full-length album Under The Crooked Claw via Nuclear Blast Records.

Today, the band offers the infectious second track entitled 'Streetbanger'. The music video was directed by Ryan Waste and the cinematography was completed by Jeff Howlett.

BAT's Ryan Waste states, "'Streetbanger' was a title and lyrical concept I’ve had since the BAT demo days, so it’s been marinating for some time. It’s one of the tunes we reworked and played live for a while so it’s already been a staple in the setlist. For the video, we walked the streets of our hometown, Richmond, VA and shot the performance in our actual rehearsal space. I was able to direct the video clip on my own terms with the help of our close friend Jeff Howlett. Jeff is an amazing photographer who shot the band photos for our upcoming album Under the Crooked Claw as well as a documentary filmmaker known forA Band Called Death (2012). 'Streetbanger' embodies our raw, no-frills attitude in BAT and what you see is what you get.”

The power trio, completed by drummer Chris Marshall, decamped to Philadelphia in June 2021 where Arthur Rizk recorded the basic tracks for Under The Crooked Claw. Yavé Rust tracked lead guitars and vocals later when the band was back in Richmond, ultimately to be mixed by Rizk and mastered by Joel Grind. The artwork for the album was inked by Brandon Holt and colored by Margaret Rolicki.

Jam-packed with tight, concise songs loaded with punchy choruses and lightning-laced leads, each of the 13 tracks offers a new horror short story mixing the perfect blend of heavy metal, punk, and rock ‘n’ roll or as Waste coins it "primitive heavy speed".

Born from French Death and Black metal bands Dishumanized, Darkness Fire, and Osgiliath, Benighted emerged in 1998 with a mission to explore a more brutal, heavy, and modern form of musical expression. The impact of their first self-produced and self-titled full-length album in 2000 transformed Benighted from a side-project into a main act, quickly amassing a devoted fan base. Subsequent albums like Psychose (2002), Insane Cephalic Production (2004), Identisick(2006), and Icon (2007) further cemented their visceral, skull-breaking sound into extreme death metal history.

After a detour into the realms of Necrobreed in 2017, Benighted celebrated their 20th anniversary by capturing the live madness with Dogs Always Bite Harder Than Their Master in 2018.

High On Fire drops video for title track of new LP 'Cometh The Storm'

Iconic U.S. rock band, High on Fire, will release its new LP, 'Cometh the Storm,' on April 19 via MNRK Heavy. The GRAMMY Award-winning group, celebrating its 25th anniversary, recorded 'Cometh the Storm' at GodCity Studio in Salem, Massachusetts with producer Kurt Ballou. The 11-song effort -- the band's ninth studio album -- marks the release of the first new High on Fire music since 2018's 'Electric Messiah' and the first to feature drummer  Coady Willis (Big Business, Murder City Devils), alongside bassist Jeff Matz, and guitarist/vocalist Matt Pike. 'Cometh the Storm' boasts runic art and design by longtime High on Fire collaborator Arik Moonhawk Roper.

Now, High on Fire drops a music video for the new album's title track, directed by Phil Mucci for Diabolik Films.

"Cometh the Storm" was built from a riff I started playing on bass at practice," explains bassist/guitarist Jeff Matz . "I was noodling around with this melancholic harmonic minor line, just hammering the notes with my left hand, when Matt yelled out “Are we recording this!?” The chorus riff was something Coady and I came up with when we were jamming in LA. Matt then came in and worked up some rough lyrics and came up with the vocal line. For the chorus, I used this fretless bass I’d acquired. The weight of the low frequencies this thing produced was insane—how it blended with the guitars and drums, it was like being hit with a sledgehammer. We knew right away that this was going to be an epically heavy track."

“This was the first time I got to work with the guys on set and we had a blast,” offers Mucci. High on Fire lyrics can always be interpreted in a number of ways, so I started by trying to define “The Storm”. A huge list of visual ideas got whittled down to the two essential characters at work, The Man and Gaia, representing duel ends of the spectrum — with a very destructive cross-over. I always try to keep things light and encourage everyone to come with ideas — like Coady’s burning cymbal idea! No better way to end your High on Fire shoot than with exploding cymbals!”

High on Fire will kick off U.S. headlining tour dates in support of 'Cometh the Storm on May 4 in Orlando, FL. The jaunt will feature support from Venezuelan post rock outfit, Zeta, and Massachusetts crossover crew High Command.

Armed with grit, guitars, and a hunger for glory, Montana has been endorsed by Dave Grohl and ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, booked by David Letterman, and had his anthems used by the MLB and NHL. His moody, crackling, '90s-influenced riffs and whiskey-soaked vocals reel fans in while his storytelling keeps them. Savage is a custom and combustible cocktail, served in a dirty, cracked glass that proves why Montana earned iHeartRadio's "On The Verge" accolade.

"'Savage' is a window into my world and what I was inspired by over the course of writing and recording this album," Montana shares. "If there is a keystone or a decoder ring to the themes of these songs, 'Savage' is it. It's best enjoyed extremely loud."

With the new single, Montana comes out of the gates swinging. The blustery song is erected on a hellacious riff, push 'n' pull percussive tension, husky, smoky vocals, and the repeated battle cry that "Everything can go to hell...Everything is savage." Montana is no longer knocking on rock music's door. He's kicked it open and has waltzed right in.

ABOUT TIM MONTANA:
Tim Montana forges a new frontier for hard rock. Following a tumultuous and downright unbelievable childhood in a trailer off-the-grid, the singer, guitarist, and entrepreneur left his home state of Montana in the rearview at barely eighteen-years-old. Driven by a restless work ethic, he quietly carved out a niche without comparison. Along the way, he performed on The Late Show with David Letterman at the behest of the host (practically unheard of for a totally independent artist), collaborated with everyone from Billy Gibbons to Kid Rock (cracking the charts for the first time), made a fan out of Charlie Sheen (who directed the "Mostly Stoned" video), and even attracted his idol Dave Grohl to his corner. Forged by a long grind, he fulfilled his destiny in 2023. Tim shook the rock world with "Devil You Know." Christened "flawless" and "One of the 30 Best Rock + Metal Songs of 2023" by Loudwire, the breakout single surged onto Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay and Rock & Alternative Airplay charts. In its wake, iHeartRadio touted him as an "On The Verge Artist." Soon, he found himself booked for tours with Staind, Seether, Saint Asonia, Bush, and Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains (another hero of Tim's). Simultaneously, he and Gibbons purchased historic bar and hotel Wise River Club in Wise River, MT. Coming back home to Montana inspired him to go even wilder on his 2024 full-length album, Savage.
