DROP DEAD, GORGEOUS Release "Daggers" EP

Drop Dead, Gorgeous have released their new EP, titled Daggers. Listen below.

"This EP feels like the next chapter of Drop Dead, Gorgeous," according to drummer Danny Cooper. "We wanted to push everything that makes our sound unique while exploring new territory: heavier when it needs to be, more dynamic when it calls for it, and more ambitious without losing the chaos and intensity that people know us for. It's a progression, not a reinvention."

Regarding the focus track "Feels Like Forever," singer Danny "Stills" Stillman calls attention to its impact, saying, "It is a deeply personal tribute to our former guitarist Kyle Browning, who passed away too soon. The song reflects on the pain of losing a close friend, the things left unsaid, memories of better times, and the difficult process of accepting a loss that never fully feels real. 'Feels Like Forever' captures the longing to have one more conversation, while confronting the struggle of letting go and finding closure. More than anything, the song is a remembrance of a friend, bandmate, and a chapter of life that will never be forgotten."

The band has booked several tour dates, including a stop at Warped Tour. All dates are below.

DROP DEAD, GORGEOUS LIVE:
10/4 — Sacramento, CA — Aftershock Festival
11/14–15 — Orlando, FL — Vans Warped Tour
12/12 — Denver, CO — Summit Music Hall —  InVogue 20-Year Anniversary Show (With Lower Definition + Jamie's Elsewhere)

DD,G emerged in the mid-2000s with an emotionally charged take on post-hardcore that helped define the era. As teenagers from Denver, their 2006 debut In Vogue became a landmark for Rise Records, blending synth-laced breakdowns, theatrical flair, and raw vulnerability. Follow-up albums like Worse Than a Fairy Tale and The Hot N' Heavy cemented their place in the scene, influencing a wave of bands that followed.

The tastemakers at VICE tipped the band as that which helped to "perfect a style of post-hardcore that other bands would model themselves after. Where other bands in the scene would regurgitate the same testosterone-tinged bro-rock, Drop Dead, Gorgeous made their mark by putting [emotional] vulnerability into song."

After a decade-long hiatus, core members Daniel "Stills" Stillman, Danny Cooper, and Jake Hansen returned in 2024 with a string of surprise shows and, in 2025, released their first new music in years with the single "Six Feet." The followup "Burn" continued that momentum. They closed out 2025 with "Sink Your Teeth."

2026 continues a run of renewed activity and excitement.

MENTAL CRUELTY Descends Into Eternal Winter with New Single “Frost” + Official Video

MENTAL CRUELTY descends into eternal winter with their crushing new single “Frost,” taken from their upcoming album, ‘Echoes of a Forlorn Land,’ out on October 23rd via Century Media.

Steeped in bleak imagery and Nordic mythology, “Frost” paints a desolate world swallowed by an endless winter, where darkness, isolation, and the relentless cold slowly erase every trace of hope. Drawing on the imagery of Fimbulvetr – the great winter that precedes Ragnarök in Norse mythology – the track pairs MENTAL CRUELTY’s ferocious heaviness with the dark, atmospheric, and cinematic elements that shape the world of ‘Echoes of a Forlorn Land.’

Produced, mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren (Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth, Kreator, Amon Amarth, Opeth), ‘Echoes of a Forlorn Land’ pushes MENTAL CRUELTY beyond the foundations laid on ‘Zwielicht,’ further expanding their uncompromising blend of extreme metal and dark atmosphere.

This November and December, MENTAL CRUELTY will bring the new album across Europe on their headline tour with Ov Sulfur, Extermination Dismemberment, and more.

Join their text list to stay up to date and be the first to hear about new tour dates and more.

Watch the Official Video for "Frost" Below:

MENTAL CRUELTY comments on the new single:

“‘Frost’ is MENTAL CRUELTY at our most chilling, capturing the desolation of Norse mythology’s Fimbulwinter both lyrically and musically. Its plodding, atmospheric, and mournful tones evoke a slow trudge through ice and snow, stretching on for three long years. Think Rotting Christ meets Wardruna: a song that’s as blackened as it is coated in white snow."

They continue, "The mask was handmade by myself, with a little help from my partner! And you should totally text us, because there MAY be a chance to take it home."

Sabaton Join Forces With Pop Evil On New Version of "Templars"

Continuing a banner year, the Swedish masters of heavy metal Sabaton re-up their 2025 hit "Templars" with a brand-new version featuring Leigh Kakaty of Platinum-certified, chart-topping rock powerhouse Pop Evil. The song is now available on all DSPs and digital download providers via Better Noise Music.

Listen to "Templars" (Feat. Pop Evil) here. Watch the video below.

It's a collision of two different genres of hard rock that feels completely seamless.

Sabaton welcomed Pop Evil frontman Leigh Kakaty to the stage during their set at Louder Than Life in Louisville, KY. Surprising tens of thousands of fans, they debuted this version together, leading to one of the standout moments of the massive fest. Kakaty infuses the track with a rush of fresh energy and fire. Between blasts of distortion and thunderous drums, his soaring vocals take flight. All of this momentum culminates on the chantable chorus: "Templars on the march, charge from the temple."

Regarding the new version, Sabaton vocalist Joakim Brodénsays, "'Templars' was a hit with our fans when we dropped it last year to introduce our 11th studio album, Legends. This year, we wanted to do something a little different with it, and teaming up with our North American tourmates, Pop Evil, just made perfect sense. Having a fantastic vocalist put his own stamp on the track adds a whole new layer and gives the song a fresh energy that we're really excited for everyone to hear. It's also a great way to get everyone fired up for our upcoming tour in North America. It's going to be a blast touring with Pop Evil, and we hope our fans enjoy this new take on the song."

Bassist Pär Sundström added, "We've always enjoyed finding new ways to revisit our music, and 'Templars' felt like the perfect song to experiment with. When the opportunity came to collaborate with Pop Evil due to them joining us on our upcoming North American tour, it was an easy decision. Leigh's take on the track brings a different attitude. It's exciting to see one of our songs evolve like this."

"When Sabaton approached me about contributing to 'Templars,' I was immediately intrigued," says Kakaty. "I've always appreciated the band’s ability to bring history to life and this song stood to that power. The track gave us the opportunity to explore loyalty, purpose, and the challenges that come with standing by what you believe in. 'Templars' captures the triumph and diversity — the kind of energy and emotion that we all look for in music. Collaborating on a song with such strong storytelling was a real privilege. Heading out on tour together in the fall makes the track feel even more special for me."

The new single arrives on the heels of "Yamato," in which they partnered with the popular online video game World of Warships and its developer Wargaming. Since releasing in March, the single continues to buzz with north of 7.5 million Spotify streams, while the music video has tallied 4.6 million views alone, landing looks at Blabbermouth, Metal Injection, NME, and more. Meanwhile, Louder raved, "Yamato is yet another stirring, oh-so-epic tune to be added to their arsenal."

The band had previously partnered with World Of Warships and Wargaming for "Bismarck" in 2019. Among the most popular tunes in Sabaton's catalog, the latter has garnered more than 124 million Spotify streams to date, while the gripping music video has tallied over 111 million views and counting. Landing plugs from Metal Insider, Blabbermouth, Ghost Cult Magazine, and more, Revolver Magazine praised, "Sabaton has made a career by writing kickass hooks about extremely specific moments of military history, and between Wargaming's world-class attention to detail and the band's artillery nerdom, this was a match made in heaven."

Sabaton also dropped their latest full-length offering Legends at the end of 2025. Beyond racking up nearly 200 million total streams, it incited the applause of Kerrang! who rated it "4-out-of-5 stars" and raved, "Sabaton do one thing, and after 11 albums there doesn't appear to be an off switch. But by Odin, they do that one thing better than anyone else." Louder marveled at how "it does stretch their battlefield into something closer to a cinematic universe, with them still marching at the front of power metal's ranks."

Sabaton will embark on the "Legends On Tour" trek across North America this month. The tour kicks off on September 23 in Halifax, Nova Scotia and wraps on December 12 in Fort Lauderdale. Pop Evil and Wings of Steel will serve as support. All dates are below.

SOUTH ARCADE REVEAL NEW SINGLE "F.A.M.O.U.S" — LISTEN

Riding a wave that shows no signs of slowing down, South Arcade return with their new single "F.A.M.O.U.S," out now via BKM Artists in partnership with Atlantic US. Listen to "F.A.M.O.U.S" below.

Fans have been lucky enough to have a taste of the track live, with the band performing "F.A.M.O.U.S" at a run of festivals in Europe, as well as Summer Sonic in Japan last month. The band continue to tease what is yet to come as they release their third single of the year with their signature Y2K energetic sound. "F.A.M.O.U.S" follows on from previous singles "DEADMEAT" and "SUPERMAN," which was their biggest streaming debut to date.

Speaking of "F.A.M.O.U.S," the band said, "It feels like everyone around you sometimes has an opinion on how you could be 'bettering' yourself or what you do. People love to chime in and tell you their negative opinions of you but when you strip it back, it always comes from a place of their insecurity. This song is essentially a big 'F you' to outside fickle opinions. This track is basically saying 'What have you got to lose' and 'Go for it' — if you've got something different or an 'edge,' make that your strength and leave those types of people behind."

South Arcade have made 2026 the year they became impossible to ignore. Across their catalog, South Arcade have generated nearly 200 million global streams and 277 million+ YouTube views, alongside a combined social following of over 1.8 million and more than 1 million monthly Spotify listeners. The band has sold over 40,000 tickets across the UK and EU. The band has racked up over 10,000 plays and 35 million impressions across UK and EU radio to date. On BBC Radio 1 alone, they've notched 420+ plays, 5 playlist singles, an appearance at flagship live event Big Weekend, and slots on Radio 1 stages at multiple UK festivals, alongside 3 singles premiered as Radio 1's "Hottest Record."

It's been a huge year of touring for the four-piece, with their first-ever Australian headline tour, a run supporting 5 Seconds Of Summer across EU and UK arenas, a string of summer festival dates across Europe including the main stage at Download, Warped Tour and  the Summer School Tour in the US. The band will close out this run of momentum with their biggest headline show to date, a now sold-out night at the iconic O2 Academy Brixton in London on February 25.

There's just no stopping them…

U.D.O. RELEASE NEW SINGLE & VIDEO “I’LL DIE TRYING” AND ANNOUNCE 20TH STUDIO ALBUM VOODOO RANGER

2027 marks a unique triple anniversary for Udo Dirkschneider and U.D.O.: Udo turns 75, U.D.O. celebrate 40 years as a band, and Voodoo Ranger marks the release of the German heavy metal institution’s 20th studio album. This very special record release will be celebrated on January 8, 2027 via powerhouse label Reigning Phoenix Music.

U.D.O. now opens this milestone chapter with the first taste of Voodoo Ranger: new single “I’ll Die Trying.” Accompanied by an official music video, the track also marks the launch of the album pre-order.

Watch the official video for “I’ll Die Trying” Below:

Pre-save / Pre-order Voodoo Ranger HERE: https://udo.rpm.link/voodooPR

Rather than launching Voodoo Ranger with an all-out metal attack, U.D.O. introduce the album with one of its most personal moments. “I’ll Die Trying” is a classic U.D.O. ballad about perseverance, self-belief and staying true to your path, carried by the unmistakable voice of Udo Dirkschneider.

The song also became the album’s first single through an unexpected turn of events — a change of plans that, as Udo explains, ultimately felt like the right choice.

Udo Dirkschneider comments:
“‘I’ll Die Trying’ is one of the most personal songs on Voodoo Ranger. It’s about never giving up, believing in yourself and always moving forward, no matter what life throws at you. The last verse especially means a lot to me because it reflects what I’ve experienced on stage for so many years. Every concert is a special moment and as long as people want to hear me sing, I’ll keep giving everything I’ve got. I’ve always believed that a great ballad can be just as powerful as the heaviest metal songs, and throughout my career these songs have become some of the most memorable ones. ‘I’ll Die Trying’ is another one of those songs that comes straight from the heart.

We originally planned to launch Voodoo Ranger with a different song, but after Peter and Alen were injured during one of the recent concerts of the Balls To The Wall – 40th Anniversary Tour, we had to postpone the original video production. Rather than rush things, we decided to let ‘I’ll Die Trying’ lead the way. Looking back, it feels like the right choice. The song captures a side of U.D.O. that has always been important to me. Ballads have been part of my career from the very beginning, and our fans have always embraced them. At the same time, nobody should think this album is getting softer: Voodoo Ranger is packed with classic U.D.O. power and has plenty of surprises waiting.”

And Voodoo Ranger does indeed have more than a few surprises in store.

The album finds U.D.O. as unmistakable as ever with their signature sound firmly intact. Powerful riffs, massive hooks and Udo Dirkschneider’s unique voice meet heavier and darker moments.

The album is only one part of what will make 2027 an exceptional year for Udo Dirkschneider and U.D.O. The band will celebrate four decades of U.D.O. live with the extensive Triple Anniversary Tour 2027, taking the anniversary across Europe and bringing together material from throughout the band’s history.

At the same time, another major chapter in Dirkschneider’s story will be told away from the stage: his official autobiography, created together with Dan Dreyer, will be published in the very same month as Voodoo Ranger.

Album, book and tour therefore meet at a unique point in his career. After more than five decades in heavy metal, Udo Dirkschneider has plenty of history to look back on — but Voodoo Ranger makes one thing equally clear: U.D.O. are still looking ahead.

75 years. 40 years of U.D.O. 20 albums. And the metal heart keeps beating.

Ministry Warns Of The Robotic Takeover On New Single “Singularity” From Final Album Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery) Coming October 30 On Cleopatra Records

“Your time on this planet has passed … we are in control,” warns a cyborg in Ministry’s dystopian new single “Singularity.” As new fears of AI dooming humanity have come to the surface in recent days, Al Jourgensen and co. have created a timely new song for the apocalypse.

See the robotic takeover unfurl in the music video directed by Ben Garcia (Rage4Order Designs) in coordination with Al Jourgensen and Joshua Bradford (ex-Revolting Cocks) BELOW.

“Singularity” is the latest taste of Ministry’s final album Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery) coming October 30 on Cleopatra Records, following on the heels of earlier singles “Burned Out” and “We Hate.”The album puts an end cap on an incredible 45-year career that has shaped a whole genre of music.

But before bidding adieu, creator and music madman Al Jourgensen has a few final things to say about the state of the world, those in charge and how we should all collectively move forward on the final album.

Notably, Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)—Ministry’s 17th release—features one final collaboration with legacy member Paul Barker on the final album track “We’re Still Here,” alongside the handiwork of current Ministry bandmates, guitarists Monte Pittman and Cesar Soto, bassist Paul D’ Amour, sampler/synth player John Bechdel and drummer Pepe Clarke Magaña.

ATAVISTIA Present New Single, "In the Shadow of Tomorrow," Taken From The Upcoming Deluxe Edition Of Old Gods Awaken

Melodic death metal force ATAVISTIA present the new single release, "In the Shadow of Tomorrow." The song arrives ahead of the forthcoming deluxe edition of Old Gods Awaken, and the band's extensive 16-date Canadian tour running from September 25 through October 11, 2026.

"In the Shadow of Tomorrow" is one of ATAVISTIA’s most dynamic and melodic songs to date, combining relentless blast beats and heavy, fast-paced riffing with soaring melodies, dramatic shifts in intensity, and a ripping guitar solo. The track balances aggression and atmosphere throughout, building toward an emotional and triumphant climax while showcasing the band’s blend of melodic death metal, symphonic grandeur, and modern extreme metal.

Bringing Old Gods Awaken to the live stage, ATAVISTIA's Canadian tour begins on home soil at Vancouver’s Wise Hall on September 25, where ATAVISTIA will join Finnish folk metal veterans ENSIFERUM and Greek power metal heavyweights FIREWIND. BC technical melodic death metal outfit OMNIESIA will accompany ATAVISTIA for shows in Kamloops, Calgary and Edmonton, while Quebec folk/melodic death metal band TROLLWAR joins the tour beginning October 3 in Sarnia and remains on the bill through the October 11 finale in Montreal.

Bayside Share "Saddest Song" B-Side From "Premium Selections" EP

Since their 2000 formations, Queens punk rock icons BAYSIDE — Anthony Raneri (vocals, guitar), Jack O'Shea (guitar, vocals), Nick Ghanbarian(bass, vocals), and Chris Guglielmo (drums) — have been the purveyors of heartbreak that you can sing along and sink your teeth into. The Queens' 4-piece consistently craft perfect blends of gritty punk energy and razor-sharp pop hooks, giving the alternative world emotionally raw storytelling wrapped up in punchy catchiness that mirrors the chaotic world we live in.

This summer, the band has been issuing EPs curated and selected by a specific band member, complete with artwork designed by said member. Each collection also features a B-side from 2011's Killing Time that has never been digitally released and was only previously available via vinyl.

The fourth and final B-side is "Saddest Song," which lives on the Premium Selections collection, assembled by O'Shea.

Watch the visualizer Below:

"Saddest Song" is painfully gorgeous and begins with delicate acoustic guitar and Raneri's rich, immediately recognizable voice as he delivers a deeply personal story with the conviction of someone unafraid to put their emotions on full display. The song steadily builds before erupting into a powerful full-band crescendo, transforming its melancholy into something expansive, visceral, and cathartic.

"I remember the song being one that we had a hard time establishing an identity for on the record and it really just became a vibe or a mood," says O'Shea "Having a very intimate controlled verse followed by big crushing wall-of-sound part filled with dozens of layered parts gave this one its life."

Bayside kicked off the B-side and EP series with Anywhere But Here, curated by Guglielmo and featuring "Monster." Watch the visualizer here. They followed with Proxima Centauri B, assembled by Raneri and featuring "Battle Scars." Watch the visualizer here. Ghanbarian put together the Bark At the Moon collection, which featured "Don't Come Easy." Watch the visualizer here.

Bayside are currently on a headline run that kicked off September 15 in Fort Collins, Colorado and runs through October 10 in Louisville, Kentucky. Driveways and Grave Secrets will serve as support. Bayside will also appear at several festivals, including Warped Tour, Riot Fest, and more. All dates are below. Tickets and VIP packages are on sale now at this location.

Having toured the world multiple times over, sold thousands of albums, and amassed millions of streams, Bayside has achieved a lot in their storied career. And while many bands would coast on their past success, Bayside has always rejected that premise and continues to prove time and again that the best is yet to come.

And fans can start getting excited — because it is indeed coming!

SILVER SANDS MARINA: Pop Up Show @ Pinnacle Sept. 25

You can tell when Kenny Chesney is fired up about new music. Starting with his “TODAY” Citi Concert Series appearance at Rockefeller Plaza, the new music goes down easy – and the band is in great form. With all the positive energy and forward motion, the man who closed out his second Sphere residency wasn’t ready to shut it down for the year.

“This new music – maybe because we’ve had so much time to get it to this place – has taken me back to when albums mattered, the songs kind of spoke to each other, and we found some really special, unusual things,” says the East Tennessee songwriter/superstar who announced a 19-city stadium tour earlier this week. “Between loving this record and just getting to play a little bit at ‘TODAY,’ I figured we should keep rocking – and maybe make it a little bit bigger than a Keg in the Keys or Keg in the Closet show.

“So, we got everybody together… and we’re taking over the Pinnacle in Nashville. One night only, probably not more than a couple thousand tickets, and we’re trying to make it fun and fair to get in. If the band and I can get it together, we’re gonna play five, six, maybe even seven of these eleven songs, and I can’t wait.”

With HEY NOW Records jumping in to build an activation on the plaza around the Pinnacle, Chesney is doing what he does best: throwing a party on short notice, throwing open the doors and turning the music up loud. “I want to share this excitement with everybody, which is why we’re gonna put this on No Shoes Radio, but for the people who can get their hands on these tickets, I can’t wait to see the joy and whatever energy they bring to this new music.

“Silver Sands Marina is finally gonna be here, and seeing the reaction just to the title track, ‘Goldfish’ and ‘Carry On’ at ‘TODAY,’ I think this is going to be one of those times where new music actually takes people higher. So, here we go… and to everybody who works with me who’s pulling their hair out, just know: you’re gonna have a lot of fun, too.”

Limited tickets to the high-demand event will be priced at $10 and made available through Fair AXS. Fans can register now through tomorrow, Sept. 19 at 9 p.m. CT at THIS LINK for an opportunity to purchase tickets. Selected fans will receive a private purchase link tied to their AXS account.

Fair AXS empowers artists to sell their tickets directly to fans - not bots - at the prices they choose. Fans can sign up during a flexible registration window at a time that works best for them, instead of rushing to check out the moment tickets go on sale. This approach replaces a one-size-fits-all model, allowing each event to be tailored by market and aligned with local regulations - and the artist's philosophy. By combining identity-based ticketing, transparent policies, and artists' ownership of their own data, Fair AXS gives artists meaningful control over how their tickets are sold and creates a fairer experience for fans.

On Thursday, Sept. 24 from 5-10 p.m. CT on and Friday, Sept. 25 from 12-10 p.m. CT, fans can immerse themselves in the world of the Silver Sands Marina album at the Pinnacle plaza activation space. In addition to life-size buildouts, photo moments, food trucks, bars and more, they’ll also be able to purchase physical copies of the album including signed vinyls and CDs plus special variants.

With the Original Vibe Room Tour name being inspired by that blast of excitement, the insanity of those first years of selling a million tickets every summer, that passion continues driving the launch of Silver Sands Marina. Having delivered songs that have both defined coming of age across the country and soundtracked the moments that define a life, Chesney is feeling the moment – and wanting to take everyone along for the ride.

“I love the idea that songs can give people their lives in three- and four-minute pieces, that it can lift them up or thrill them when they most deserve and need it. When I started listening back, I said, ‘Why wait for the tour?’ The band is so hot, and we’re having so much fun, we figured we’d learn some of these songs and go for it… Come be part of it, and know even if you’re just listening, I think that energy will carry through your speakers.”

Gavin Adcock Releases “Rockstar Life,” Reveals Cities for Album Release Shows

Georgia native Gavin Adcock, dubbed “a modern-day outlaw” by American Songwriter and “one of country music’s most buzzed-about artists” by Billboard, continues building the buzz surrounding his third studio album with his second song released in four days. On the heels of Tuesday’s surprise drop, “Through With Me,” Adcock is doubling up, today releasing track nine off his upcoming project, The Day I Hang It Up, due October 2. Listen to “Rockstar Life” now, HERE.

Written by Matt Roy, “Rockstar Life” finds the singer reflecting on the lifestyle of a traveling musician, and remarking “Startin’ to think that this rockstar life / Wasn’t made for a country boy.”

Adcock recently invited fans to vote on which city they wanted to see host his album release shows. The overwhelming response led the singer to choose two cities: Studio at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX on Oct. 5 and The Eastern in Atlanta, GA on Oct. 8. To celebrate the title of the 18th track on the album, “18,” tickets will cost just $18 and will go on-sale today at 12 p.m. local time HERE for Dallas and HERE for Atlanta, respectively.

A proven must-see live performer, Adcock has sold out venues coast to coast across multiple headline tours, including the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Presents: Gavin Adcock, Actin’ Up Again (Again) Tour and Need To Tour. Most recently, he joined Morgan Wallen for select dates on both legs of Wallen’s 2025 and 2026 tours, earning explosive responses from audiences nationwide.

Olive Vox Release Debut EP 'Trace It Back'; Release New Video For "I Do"

Texas alt-rock quartet Olive Vox release their debut EP, Trace It Back, today via Big Machine Rock. Across six tracks, the band turn the lens inward, working through guilt, damaged relationships, self-destructive patterns, expectation and the uneasy process of confronting the parts of yourself you would rather leave buried. Fans can stream Trace It Back HERE.

Arriving alongside the EP is focus track “I Do” and its official video. The song centres on the pressure of being defined by other people and the conflict between keeping the peace, staying true to yourself and wanting to be properly understood by someone who has witnessed what you have been through. Watch the official video below.

Speaking on “I Do”, Olive Vox share:

“This song is about wrestling with the heavy weight of expectations and the feeling of having your true self buried by people who thought they had you figured out. It is caught between wanting to conform to keep the peace and the desperate hope that your art or your voice can bring you back home. Underneath the fear of judgment and getting things wrong, there is a strong need to be truly seen and understood by someone who was actually there to witness the struggle.”

That tension sits naturally inside Trace It Back, an EP shaped by what happens when honesty starts costing something. Across recent singles “Hear Me Out”, “BABYDOLL” and “We Are Not The Same”, Olive Vox have pushed further into direct, emotionally exposed songwriting, confronting guilt, self-destruction, toxic cycles and the consequences of their own behaviour.

For vocalist Parker James, the EP came from a deliberate decision to stop hiding behind more elusive lyrics and write more openly about the period he was living through. Speaking on Trace It Back, he shares:

“The Trace It Back EP compiles past and pre-existing transgressions. I aimed to be more direct and honest in my lyrics, rather than being elusive. I found myself oversharing personal details, which led to regret and overthinking. Due to my anxieties, I became very closeted and shut off. Realizing that it was actually affecting me more than just being my true self, I decided I wouldn’t care about what I wrote as long as it made me happy. This EP serves as a collection and a snapshot of a time and place in my life where I was struggling.” - Parker James

Trace It Back captures that period without trying to force it into a clean resolution. The songs deal with recognising destructive behaviour, carrying guilt, wanting forgiveness and struggling to move beyond versions of yourself that still affect the present.

Musically, the EP draws from alternative rock, post-punk, indie and modern heavy music, with the band keeping melody and live impact at the centre of the songs. That emphasis on performance has remained central throughout the campaign, with Olive Vox continuing to build their audience through touring as much as through streaming and video.

The EP arrives while Olive Vox are on the road supporting The Toadies across the US. Following recent runs with Badflower and Raue and a return to Camp Woodward this summer as featured musicians and mentors, the band play The Blue Note in Columbia, Missouri tonight before continuing the tour through October 3rd in Ventura, California.

Just days later, Olive Vox will head back out for a newly announced run supporting Beauty School Dropout on their “The Circus” F/W 2026 US Tour. The seven-date run begins October 8th in Sacramento, California and takes the band through Reno, Tucson, Oklahoma City, Indianapolis, Allentown and Pittsburgh.

Olive Vox have now surpassed 1.5 million cross-platform streams and 1.89 million YouTube views during the campaign.

GRAVEYARD - Unleash Video For Energetic New Single 'Tongue Tied'

Rock titans GRAVEYARD have officially unleashed their incendiary new single, ‘Tongue Tied’, available today on all digital platforms alongside an energetic official music video. The track serves as a driving second preview of their highly anticipated seventh studio album, Fever, arriving October 9th worldwide via Nuclear Blast Records.

Shaking off the gloomier, introverted atmosphere of 2023’s album Six, ‘Tongue Tied’ shifts the band into high gear. Built on an up-tempo momentum and a relentless, hard-hitting groove, the track stands out as one of the most direct and urgent songs in the band’s catalog. Drenched in thick fuzz and fueled by a blistering rhythm section, GRAVEYARDcaptures an uncompromising, high-velocity energy without sacrificing a drop of their signature, blues-soaked soul.

To visually capture the track's breakneck drive, the band enlisted acclaimed Swedish director Emil Klinta, whose visual palette has previously shaped iconic videos for Ghost and The Hellacopters. Klinta’s video mirrors the song's electric pace, matching performance-driven intensity with a sleek, cinematic rock-and-roll edge.

Mixed by Pelle Gunnerfeldt—widely renowned for capturing the ferocious live energy of bands like The Hives, Refused, and Viagra Boys—and mastered by Robin Schmidt at 24-96 Mastering, ‘Tongue Tied’ displays the raw, unvarnished power at the heart of the upcoming album.

Accompanying the record's bold visual identity created by Dutch artist Maarten Donders, Fever marks a triumphant return to form for the two-time Swedish chart-toppers. Following the album’s release on October 9th, GRAVEYARD will launch a co-headlining Scandinavian tour alongside BLUES PILLS to celebrate the release, ahead of extensive European and UK tours throughout 2027.

Stream ‘Tongue Tied’ now on all major platforms and watch the official video directed by Emil Klinta. Pre-orders for Fever are available now via Nuclear Blast Records.

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH NEW ALBUM "LEGACY" NOW AVAILABLE ON LIMITED EDITION VINYL, CD, + CASSETTE

Today, Five Finger Death Punch released various physical editions of their brand-new 10th studio album, Legacy, which arrived digitally on July 31 via Better Noise Music. The collection includes limited-edition vinyl, CD, and cassette variants featuring exclusive artwork, available now through the band's official store HERE, with the European and UK vinyl release following on October 9. Adding to today’s release, the band also dropped the official music video for the album’s title track "Legacy." Watch it BELOW.

Celebrating two decades of Five Finger Death Punch, each physical variant stands out as a singular collectible, arriving as the band continues its current North American leg of the 20th Anniversary World Tour through October 23.

Since its digital release in July, Legacy has already yielded over 60 million streams and counting. Upon release, the album claimed spots on 18 international charts. Most notably, it vaulted to #2 on the US Top Digital Albums Chart, hot on the trail of only Ariana Grande's Petal. On Spotify, it hit #6 on the US Top Albums Chart and #8 globally.

The album arrived in the wake of the first single "Eye Of The Storm," delivering the band's 18th No. 1 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart, extending their own record for the most consecutive No. 1s in the chart's 45-year history. It held the top slot for three consecutive weeks. Current single "Nails in the Coffin" is steadily climbing the rock charts and is already at #21 this week. Revolver praised the track's blend of battering riffs and melody driven by Ivan Moody's introspective vocal performance, while Loudwire called it "a furious opening statement for the new album cycle."

The band is currently on the first leg of their 20th Anniversary World Tour, traveling across North America with special guests Cody Jinks and Eva Under Fire. The 20th Anniversary World Tour is both a celebration and a statement, honoring the band's journey from their 2005 formation and the 2007 release of their debut album, The Way Of The Fist, to global arena headliners. The tour will showcase material from the new album, alongside classic anthems and #1 hits that defined the past two decades. Produced by Live Nation and sponsored by Punch'd Energy, the 48-city North American tour is currently underway and will wrap up in Bristow, VA, at Jiffy Lube Live on October 23. Check out the full tour routing below. For tickets, VIP offerings, and more, visit here.

In addition to celebrating two decades of music, the band is once again using its platform to give back. Long recognized as one of rock's most charitable bands, Five Finger Death Punch has spent decades giving back to various causes, including U.S. military veterans, first responders, and their families. In 2026, the band continued that tradition by supporting Team USA and aligning with the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games, to be held on American soil in Los Angeles in 2028. As part of the tour's commitment to championing America's next generation of athletes, a portion of the ticket sales from the 2026 North American Tour will benefit high-performance programs for U.S. Olympic and Paralympic athletes as they prepare for international competition.

The 20th Anniversary World Tour also marks the newest addition to the Death Punch family: Punch'd Energy joins as the tour's official sponsor, bringing a whole new way to get energized. Their stackable caffeine gummies each contain 10mg of pure, natural caffeine, so fans can stack as many as they need to build their own dose. At every show, fans 18 and over can scan the on-screen QR code for a free sample shipped straight to their door, no purchase necessary. For more info, visit here.

Next up, after the North American tour, 5FDP will head across the pond for an early 2027 UK/EUROPEAN arena tour with Lamb of God and Bleed From Within. The second leg of the 20th Anniversary World Tour will kick off in Manchester, UK, on Saturday, January 16, and will see the band perform in 21 cities across the continent, ending in Helsinki on February 22, 2027.

Belgian Thrash and Heavy Metal unit EVIL INVADERS strike with their huge new standalone single "Dreamstate (Single Version)," out now alongside a cinematic official music video! The anticipatory intro of the song builds into a relentless storm of sounds, defined by the heavy-hitting drums, roaring guitars, and multi-faceted vocals. Drawing lyrically from the rat race and sensory overload that defines modern society, EVIL INVADERS unleash a true heavy metal banger with their first music release since the 2022 album Shattering Reflection, reinforcing their standing as a rising force in the international scene.

Having toured with Dirkschneider and Sepultura earlier this year, EVIL INVADERS have proved that they are ready for the big stages, and recently announced more exciting tours for 2027. The band will be co-headlining continental Europe with HEATHEN and Exhorder, bringing WARFIELD along as a special guest, and co-headlining with HEATHEN only in the UK. Immerse yourself into the thrilling music video for the new single below and stay tuned for more new music coming soon!

Vocalist Joe on the new single and video:
"'Dreamstate' is about overwhelming stress and how our mind deals with it. In a world where there's no time for rest or any peace of mind, we lay awake at night and rejoin the rat race by day. Our body gets ignored when it tells us to slow down, we push through while we're multi-tasking our way through life. Suddenly, we realize we're not really awake or living in 'the now' anymore...Can you escape the Dreamstate?

"The whole video concept was made by our friend Jens De Vos from Panda Productions. He wanted to make a video clip that was not mainly based on quick editing and fast camera movements. Instead, he chose a more cinematic way of filming. It resulted in a video that feels like you're watching a movie moreso than a music video. Something completely different. We also want to make clear that there was no AI used for the special effects in the video. Everything is real work done by human beings."

Nytt Land Premiere Ritual of Stone Sun (Live 2026)

For more than 20 years, Nytt Land have followed their living, breathing connection with ancient traditions and beliefs. Earlier this year, on March 22nd, the dark folk family duo of Natalia and Anatoly Pakhalenko welcomed the spring equinox with a career-spanning live performance in Moscow. Now, fans around the world can partake in this shamanic ritual with their new live album Ritual of Stone Sun (Live 2026).

Ritual of Stone Sun (Live 2026) comes out on all digital platforms  tomorrow, Friday, September 18, 2026 on Season of Mist, but you can experience the entire performance today by watching below.

“Ritual of Stone Sun is dedicated to the spring transition and the awakening of nature”, Nytt Land vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Anatoly Pakhalenko says. “Many of the songs from the album are performed today by the nomadic people of Siberia during ceremonies, shamanic rituals and folk festivals”.

November 20 - Brisbane @ Crowbar [TICKETS]

November 21 - Melbourne @ Croxton [TICKETS]

November 22 - Adelaide @ Ed Castle [TICKETS]

Much like the symbol of the sun itself, Ritual of Stone Sun traces back through Nytt Land’s history. The dark folk family duo’s new live album spans from the throat singing and shamanic drums of their early Nordic cycle to their most recent explorations of the ancient percussion and vocal traditions that are performed by Siberian shamans to this day.

Lead single “Ragnarök” remains a core pillar for Nytt Land’s live ritual since first appearing on the duo’s 2018 album, Oðal. Anatolly’s throat singing and mystical talharpa recall scenes from a Nordic epic. “U-Gra”, a more recent fan favorite, calls out in dedication to ancient Siberia with pounding drums and Natalie’s hypnotic chanting. In the five years since the song was released off the 2021 album Ritual, it has been played more than 3 million times on YouTube and Spotify.

The full video of Nytt Land’s March 2026 performance in Moscow includes three songs that do not appear on Ritual of Stone Sun. “Taiga”, “Totem” and “Tygir Tayii (Heavenly Sacrifice)” are all featured on the duo’s latest studio album, Aba Khan, which was released this February by Prophecy Productions.

The live video of “Ragnarök” was filmed by Sergei Kaputanuk.

After signing with Season of Mist in May of 2026, Nytt Land announced Ritual of Stone Sun (Live 2026). Recorded and filmed in Moscow on March 22, 2026, the live album is dedicated to the beginning of spring and the awakening of nature. The tracklist spans from their 2026 single “Equinox” to “Ragnarök” and other songs from their early Nordic cycle.

GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES Share New Single "A New Spark" + Official Video

Today, GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES share their new single and official video, “A New Spark,” ahead of the release of their new album ‘Disintegrate,’ scheduled for release on November 20th via Frontiers Music Srl.

Girish Pradhan states:

“It was a small idea that I had recorded back in 2019 during the ‘Rock The Highway’ era, and now it has finally found its home in our new album. I think this is the highlight of the album for all of us. There are times in life when we feel stuck, surrounded by negativity, and desperate for new beginnings. ‘A New Spark’ is a song about the search for that ‘spark,’ an inspiration, which helps us shed the darkness and gather strength and courage to explore new possibilities in life. There is a whole other world out there.”

Watch the Official Video for “A New Spark” Below:

The band is also thrilled to announce that they will support Guns N’ Roses on November 14th in Bangalore, India.

They commented: “Supporting GNR for the third time is a surreal feeling, considering how small we started and how far we’ve come as a band. It used to be a daydream that nobody would dare to dream, especially in a relatively hidden Himalayan state like Sikkim. This is literally us living our dreams!”

Over the last few years, GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES have evolved from one of India’s best-kept hard rock secrets into a truly international force. Fueled by extensive European touring and a widely acclaimed appearance on the hit American television show “America’s Got Talent,” the band has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its audience far beyond its homeland and earning recognition among rock fans across the globe.

Now, with their highly anticipated new album for Frontiers Music Srl, GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES take another step forward. While staying true to the melodic hard rock and classic heavy metal foundations that have always shaped their sound, the band has also explored some new territory on ‘Disintegrate.’

The band comments:

“With this album, we just wanted to play around with the sound a bit. It’s heavier, groovier and darker in places, with some alternative elements coming through, but it still feels like GATC. We didn’t want to overthink it. We just went with what sounded good.

They continue, “There are definitely some different sides of us on this record, both musically and lyrically, and we just want our old and new fans to hear it for themselves.”

At the heart of it all is frontman Girish Pradhan, whose unmistakable voice continues to set the band apart. Possessing a rare combination of power, range, grit, and emotion, Girish channels the spirit of the great rock singers of the past while maintaining a personality and charisma that are entirely his own.

This new release captures a band continuing to grow while staying true to the spirit, passion, and songwriting that have defined GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES from day one.

‘Disintegrate’ is the sound of GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES moving forward while remaining true to who they are.

Wolves At The Gate have quietly and naturally evolved since their emergence out of the Midwest in 2008. Their vision unfolded across albums such as Captors [2012], VxV [2014], Types & Shadows [2016], Eclipse [2019], and Eulogies [2022]. Blabbermouth rated the latter "9.0-out-of-10.0," while mxdwn summed it up as "powerfully moving." Along the way, the group tallied tens of millions of streams fueled by the likes of "Counterfeit," "Deadman," "Lowborn," "Peace That Starts The War," and more. Not to mention, they've performed alongside everyone from The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Red to Fit For A King, August Burns Red, and Born Of Osiris. In 2024, a core idea screamed out to guitarist Steve Cobucci, shaping the creative direction of the band's next evolution. It slowly, but surely seeped into the DNA of the music and his words. The band released WASTELAND the following year.

Vana Releases New Single and Music Video - "Bleeding Heart"

Auckland-based industrial alt-pop artist Vana returns today with brand new single “Bleeding Heart”, out now via Sumerian Records. Following previous singles “Pray” and “In Your Name”, the release lands at the front end of a stacked US live run, with Vana hitting Riot Fest and Louder Than Life this weekend before joining the returning Hollywood Undead, In This Moment, I See Stars and Melrose Avenue on the returning Taste Of Chaos tour across the US beginning September 22.

Stream “Bleeding Heart” HERE and watch the official music video Below.

Since signing with Sumerian Records in 2025, Vana has been introducing the dark, lore-driven world surrounding her forthcoming debut album. Across “Pray” and “In Your Name” and their accompanying music videos, Vana has paired her signature blend of industrial alt-metal, pop, melodic hooks and visceral breakdowns with an expansive visual mythology rooted in gothic imagery, dark fantasy and the perspective of the misunderstood that Vana has been building across her recent work, opening another window into the lore surrounding her forthcoming debut album.

Inspired by the bleeding heart flower, Lamprocapnos spectabilis, “Bleeding Heart” draws a parallel between the cycle of a flower in bloom and the fragile, finite nature of human emotion. Speaking on her new single, Vana shares

"The song began with the flower itself, "Bleeding Heart" or *Lamprocapnos spectabilis*. This song showcases how feelings grow like flowers do; beautiful but destined to wither. Perhaps that's pessimistic, but flowers blossom just to die in winter, and they do it every year. I think there's a sort of beauty in that. This song and video further explores a world of oppression and betrayal. Adah can't hold us both. Hail Mara."

Earlier this year, Vana completed her first US headline run, The Lady In Red Tour, which sold over 15,000 tickets. Vana also just wrapped a completely sold out Australia tour that included support dates with Ocean Sleeper and also featured 2 sold out headline shows in Sydney & Melbourne, adding to a rapidly growing audience that includes more than 125 million cross-platform streams and over 1.4 million combined followers across TikTok and Instagram.

This weekend, Vana hits Louder Than Life in Louisville on September 18 and Riot Fest in Chicago on September 19 before joining Hollywood Undead and In This Moment on the returning Taste Of Chaos Tour, alongside I See Stars and Melrose Avenue. The 23-date run kicks off September 22 in Charlotte, North Carolina and wraps October 26 in Anaheim, California.

From there, Vana heads overseas for three shows in Japan with DEATHBYROMY and MAZE, before returning stateside for Vans Warped Tour Orlando on November 15. She’ll close out 2026 at Knotfest México in Mexico City on December 5, followed by ShipRocked 2027, sailing from Miami to Roatán and Cozumel January 24-30.
