In addition to announcing their upcoming headline tour, QUEENSRŸCHE have released a new music video for the track "Sicdeth" off Digital Noise Alliance. Speaking about the song and video, Todd La Torre shares:

"'Sicdeth' is an abstract tale about convicted killers and the fallout of those attached on both sides. How can the victims’ and the assailants’ families overcome such pain? The inmate now has only their mind with which to escape. The song lyrics discretely touch on the very polarizing convicted murderer Jody Arias. The video however was more tailored to the Aileen Wuornos case."

'DIGITAL NOISE ALLIANCE' - Listen Here!

With a career that not only spans, but has charted the course of multiple genres, QUEENSRŸCHE remains a force in their own right. 'Digital Noise Alliance', QUEENSRŸCHE’s 16th studio album continues their ever-evolving legacy.

Once again teaming up with producer Zeuss (Rob Zombie, Hatebreed), 'Digital Noise Alliance' not only refracts QUEENSRŸCHE’s past accomplishments but also pushes into the band’s future. It is the band effortlessly moving from strength to strength: immediate and thought-provoking.

TRAUMA ANNOUNCE US TOUR WITH QUEENSRŸCHE & MARTY FRIEDMAN

Bay Area thrash metal band Trauma have announced a US tour with prog metal vets Queensrÿche early next year – running from March 3rd through April 16th.

Also on the bill will be guitar shredder Marty Friedman, with Spotify presale and local presale beginning on Wednesday, December 7th at 10am local time (and running until Thursday, December 8th at 10pm local time).

Public sale will begin on Friday, December 9 at 10am local time.

“Everyone in Trauma is thankful for the opportunity to be touring all across the US with Queensrÿche on their ‘Digital Alliance’ tour,” says the band in a statement. “Trauma is very excited to be a part of this tour.”

Trauma’s latest album ‘Awakening,’ was issued this past September via Massacre Records, and can be ordered or listened to via this link: https://lnk.to/Trauma-awakening

And the metal community has offered praise for ‘Awakening,’ including Markus' Heavy Music Blog saying, “‘Awakening’ convinces with power and enthusiasm,” Metal Temple adding, “The thrash they play is pure, the voice clean and the production sound,” and the This Day In Metal site stating, “It’s clear to see from their grand return after a 30 year silence that they are still very much so a driving force within the thrash metal scene and “Awakening” is the gateway to the thrashy glory they have always deserved.”

“Trauma is very pleased with the current reaction from fans, journalists and many others in the music business with the current release of our 4th studio album, ‘Awakening’,” says the band. “The release has received many stellar reviews, and write ups from around the world. We are hopeful to gain some new fans along the journey and look forward to possibly touring in Europe, and many other places soon.”

Originally formed in 1981 in San Francisco, Trauma was one of the first heavy metal bands – along with Exodus, Metallica, and Testament – to trailblaze the style now known as “thrash.” And the thrash metal band’s original bassist was none other than the late/legendary Cliff Burton (who would later join Metallica). 1984 saw the release of the group’s debut album, ‘Scratch and Scream,’ before the band parted in 1985. But in 2013, Trauma reunited, and have been back in business ever since.

The group’s current line-up consists of singer Brian Allen (who replaced original vocalist Donny Hillier, who sadly passed away in 2020), Steve Robello (guitar), Joe Fraulob (guitar), Michael Spencer (bass), and Kris Gustofson (drums). – and soon, will be rocking the metal masses on their US tour with Queensrÿche and Marty Friedman.

Kenny's HERE AND NOW Is BILLBOARD'S #1 Country Tour

Kenny Chesney couldn’t believe it had been four years since he and his band stood on America’s NFL stadium stages – and rocked No Shoes Nation for everything they were worth. After three postponements, a name and line-up change and in many cases over 1,000 days, the man the Wall Street Journal called “the King of the Road” and his Here And Now 2022 Tour is Billboard’s No. 1 Country Tour. Like 2018’s last true full-on tour – the 19-stadium, 42-date Trip Around The Sun – Here And Now played to 1.3 million fans, making him to the top country touring act in the nation.

“You don’t think about this stuff,” Chesney says, “just the way it feels to be back out there with the fans! As good as No Shoes Nation is, and they’re the best, this year they took that heart and passion and brought it up six levels. Suddenly, me and my team were looking for ways to open up seats, move the stage back, create cleaner sight lines, so we could get every single person who wanted to be there into the venues.

“It’s a crazy thing to play a show when you’re backed up to the edge of the back end of the end zone,” marvels the eight-time Entertainer of the Year. “But you have this blast of energy coming from the people, hitting that, mixing with the band and that massive sound system and creating a whole other thing that we’re trying to throw back out to them. It was, in a word, insane!”

Chesney’s longtime manager Clint Higham told Billboard for “The Year In Touring Issue” that posted Dec. 6, “The people of No Shoes Nation are such intense fans, the being together after four years created its own energy and momentum. We found ourselves adding seats in so many markets trying to meet the demand because whether it was the people who’d held their tickets for over 1,000 days in many cases or the people buying those new tickets who felt the buzz and wanted to be there, it was a whole new level of demand based on what Kenny gives people.”

With his just announced I Go Back 2023 Tour – designed to bring the euphoria of Chesney’s live shows to those markets he started out in – almost sold out, the power of the musician from East Tennessee’s relationship with No Shoes Nation may be stronger than ever. By keeping the focus on those who find their life in his songs, the songwriter/superstar maintains one of the most passionate relationships in Country music.

“When we hit pause on our 2020 tour, I never thought we would go much past the fall, let alone into 2021,” muses the only country act in Billboard’s Top 10 Touring Acts of the Last 25 Years for the past 14 years. “The idea it would be 2022? That it would be four years was unthinkable. Yet, here we are, and it feels better than it ever has. So, for everyone who came out and helped make this Country’s No. 1 tour, this is all about you and how much we love you and what you bring us every time we set up and play where you are.”

For Chesney, who’s become the sound of coming of age in the heartland for the 21st Century, moments like this have come to define a career that created a new dynamic for modern Country music. With the full-tilt energy of his live shows and songs that reflected a new aesthetic for country fans across the nation, Chesney has set a standard that he continues to maintain.

Anti-Flag Share "VICTORY OR DEATH (WE GAVE 'EM HELL)" Video Feat. Campino

New Album 'Lies They Tell Our Children'

Out January 6 Via Spinefarm

Band Touring With

Flogging Molly & Skinny Lister in 2023

Incendiary Pittsburgh punk rockers ANTI-FLAG are inching closer to the release of their 13th album 'Lies They Tell Our Children' on January 6 via Spinefarm.

Pre-Order it HERE

For this record, the band recruited several high profile and like-minded artists to feature on the songs.

For "VICTORY OR DEATH (WE GAVE 'EM HELL)," A-F looked to Campino of Die Toten Hosen.

Watch the video below. Video is directed by INDECLINE.

"From the first play through of the chord progression of 'Victory or Death,' we knew where it needed to go lyrically. It sounded like hope. It sounded like empathy. Carrying the stories of freedom fighters who were forgotten, perhaps never known, or far too often had their legacies softened, made out to be less radical and safe for American History books.

"This song stands as homage and a testament to the people who've laid the groundwork for progress. Using all within their sometimes limited power to alleviate suffering, challenge the status quo of violence, and demand a reckoning with societal norms that further marginalize and exploit people.

"In spirit with the concept behind Lies They Tell Our Children, we were leaning hard on and embracing our inspirations as a band. Touring with Die Toten Hosen in 2008 was an eye-opening experience. One that has stuck with us through the years. So it only made sense for us to reach out to Campino to see if he had interest in being a part of this track. Not only was he willing to sing the verse we wrote for him, he also penned his own in German. Our hearts and minds were blown away by it.

"This song is one of the most important moments on the album. We’re grateful to share this with the world. To pay our respects to the activists and agitators who lived their lives to leave the world better than they found it.

"March on to our very last breath, it's victory or death…"

WIG WAM ANNOUNCES NEW STUDIO ALBUM 'OUT OF THE DARK' OUT FEBRUARY 10, 2023

NEW SINGLE & VIDEO

FOR THE TITLE TRACK OUT TODAY!

2023 TOUR DATES ANNOUNCED

WITH MORE TO BE ADDED

Norwegian rock n' roll warriors Wig Wam have announced they will release their new studio album, 'Out Of The Dark' on February 10, 2023.

Coming on the heels of renewed, enthusiastic interest in the band thanks to their classic track "Do Ya Wanna Taste It" being used as the theme song for HBO's popular Peacemaker television series, 'Out Of The Dark' sees an already extremely talented band feeling truly reinvigorated and inspired.

A new single and video for the title track of the new album is out now.

Pre-Order / Save "Out Of The Dark" on CD/LP/Digital HERE

(Please note that the LP release date will be May 12, 2023)

The band has also announced multiple tour dates in the U.S., Europe, and Australia, with more dates to be added. Be sure to check the Wig Wam website for updates. A full list of confirmed dates can be seen below.

"We came out of the pandemic and had a pretty rough 'rebirth' doing a comeback in the midst of this dark period of live music. The album is, of course, also a 'happier' album, even though some of the song lyrics reflect on darker themes in our society, but they all have one thing in common: A positive outcome. Never giving up," explains vocalist Åge Sten Nilsen of 'Out Of The Dark'.

Wig Wam, vocalist Glam (Åge Sten Nilsen), guitarist Teeny (Trond Holter), bassist Flash(Bernt Jansen), and drummer Sporty (Øystein Andersen), formed in Halden, Norway in 2001 and have been mixing '80s inspired glam metal with classic hard rock, with entertaining lyrics and over-the-top imagery thrown in, to create a good old fashioned rock n' roll vibe for over two decades.

In 2005, the year after the release of their debut album (first titled '667.. The Neighbour of the Beast' and later changed to 'Hard To Be A Rock N' Roller'), the band had their first international breakthrough when they represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest, placing ninth with the song "In My Dreams". The band would go on to release three more studio albums, 'Wig Wamania' (2006), 'Non Stop Rock 'N Roll' (2010), and 'Wall Street' (2012) before splitting up in 2014.

The band would reunite in 2019 and work on a new album, 'Never Say Die' that was released in early 2021. In 2022, the band had a stroke of good fortune when film/television director James Gunn selected their 2010 song "Do Ya Wanna Taste It" (from the album 'Non Stop Rock 'N Roll') as the opening theme song for the HBO Max show Peacemaker starring John Cena. The show, based on a DC Comics character, showcased the band to a whole new audience who had been previously unaware of them and has seen the band taking on renewed interest and booking more and more live dates around the world.

Over 75 years ago in December of 1945, Bluegrass was born on the famed Ryman stage when a young banjo player named Earl Scruggs joined Bill Monroe’s Blue Grass Boys on stage for the first time. As they combined harmonies, upbeat tempos and a new sound referred to as “high lonesome,” the result was a new, energetic sound of country music that lifted crowds from the Ryman’s historic church pews to their feet. “Bluegrass” was born, and the Ryman became forever known as the “Birthplace of Bluegrass.” The venue honors Monroe’s legacy with a life-size statue on site, unveiled in 2017. Learn more about Monroe and his legacy HERE.

After sitting vacant for nearly two decades after the Grand Ole Opry relocated to its new home, the Ryman underwent renovation and reopened its doors on June 3, 1994. That same year, the venue introduced the first of what would become its annual “Bluegrass Nights at the Ryman,” which featured Bill Monroe and Alison Krauss. Now more than 25 years later, the Ryman continues to celebrate bluegrass music’s contribution to music history with artists and fans alike.

VRSTY Release "Welcome Home Part 3" EP

VRSTY Release 'Welcome Home Part 3'

Today, December 1

New EP Features Three Brand New Studio Tracks

Band Shares Unofficial Video for "D34D"

New York City-based collective VRSTY (pronounced "Varsity") — Joey Varela [vocals], Javy Dorrejo [bass], Chris Cody [drums], and Paul Gregory [guitar] — are serving up 'Welcome Home Part 3' today, December 1, via Spinefarm.

"Welcome Home Part 3' was super fun to write because all three of the tracks ultimately sound so different from one another," Varela states. "I also worked with other writers, such as Charlotte Sands, for the first time. That experience was sick! It helped to unearth a creative side that I didn't even know I had."

The band also shared an unofficial and intimate performance video for "D34D." Watch it Below and witness Varela's intensity as a performer and the song's melodic heft.

The 3-song EP features a trio of brand new songs. It follows 'Welcome Home Part 2', which is a Spanish-language version of songs from the band's latest album 'Welcome Home', which is out now.

Watch the one-take video for "Dig" (Latin Version) HEREVRSTY decided to craft these re-imagined versions due to Varela's heritage and his love for the sound of Spanish music. Listen HERE.

VRSTY are touring with labelmates Saul though December. Dates are below.

VRSTY ON TOUR:

12/2 — Chesterfield, MI — Diesel Concert Lounge

12/3 — Battle Creek, MI — Music Factory

12/4 — Bloomington, IL — Castle Theater

12/6 — Sioux Falls, SD — Club David

12/7 — Sioux City, IA — The Marquee

12/8 — Fargo, ND — TAK Music Venue

12/10 — Rock Island, IL — Ribco

ABOUT VRSTY:

'Welcome Home' is the band's debut full length for the label and follows last year's breakthrough 'Cloud City' EP, which has accumulated six million streams in less than a year and yielded the head-turning singles "Shameless" and "Massive." The latter was the most played on SiriusXM's Octane for two weeks in a row in late 2020.

VRSTY have perfected their seamless and fearless cross-pollination of metallic grooves and R&B-influenced, after midnight vocal swagger on this 14-track offering. VRSTY aren't just offering their own take on a genre; they have authored a fusion style that is entirely their own.

"'Welcome Home' is an incredibly personal album to me," Varela shares. "I know everybody says that, and hey, maybe they're not lying when they do. I sure as hell am not. It was definitely a task, at first, trying to figure out how to phrase or sing something without getting too personal. But somewhere along the way, I threw that idea out the window and decided to say exactly what I felt. You won't find me trying to sound cool or using any fancy wordplay. It's just me in my rawest form, saying exactly what I've felt or experienced over the years, which is what has made me who I am today. I think if anybody ever wants to get to know me, this record will give you everything you need to know. No secrets. Just me."

Morgan Wallen admittedly treats his tours like an athlete approaching a new season, so when the East Tennessean wrapped his wildly successful 55-city Dangerous Tour on Oct. 8, no one expected he’d come with a line-up of more shows this soon. Yet, the ACM Milestone Award Winner and only country artist nominated for Pollstar’s Major Tour of the Year award revealed this morning he’s not only expanding the size of the venues he’s playing, he’s traveling around the globe to see his fans in 2023!

Morgan Wallen’s One Night At A Time World Tour, produced by Live Nation in North America and Frontier Touring for Australia/New Zealand, kicks off overseas March 15-24 with shows in New Zealand and Australia with HARDY before returning stateside on April 15 at Milwaukee’s American Family Field with HARDY, hitting New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, Chicago’s Wrigley Field and Boston’s Fenway Park with Parker McCollum, before wrapping on Oct. 7 at Tacoma Dome in Washington. ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman will support across all dates, U.S. and internationally. Thirty-nine dates in total with 17 stadiums, amphitheaters and arenas to boot. Tickets on sale at MorganWallen.com beginning Friday, Dec. 9.

Wallen named his tour after one-of-three new songs dropping tonight at midnight on his One Thing At A Time – Sampler: “One Thing At A Time”; “Tennessee Fan,” paying homage to Wallen’s East Tennessee upbringing; and “Days That End In Why.” Together, these three songs serve as the first taste of what’s to come from his time in the studio and arrive on the heels of his new single at Country radio, “Thought You Should Know,” cowritten with Miranda Lambert and Nicolle Galyon, currently sitting Top 20 as his latest No. 1 “You Proof” returns to the top of the charts for a rare sixth, non-consecutive week atop the Country Airplay chart.

“Man, what a year 2022 has been with the Dangerous Tour. I had the time of my life, and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that my fans connected with the Dangerous album the way they did,” Wallen shares. “I’ve had so many people ask me if I wanted to take some time off; but the truth is - I have been writing and making so much music in my off-time because I feel as inspired as I ever have. It feels like new songs are pouring out of me, and I love that feeling. We are going to run it back next year with the One Night At A Time World Tour. Bigger venues. New countries. Bigger memories. See y’all there.”

As one of the biggest artists in the world with Dangerous continuing to notch historical chart status as Billboard’slongest running Top 10 album in history for a solo artist (eclipsing Adele’s 21 and Bruce Springsteen’s Born In The USA), the 2022 American Music Awards’ Favorite Male Artist and Favorite Country Song winner adds, “Also, I’m not quite done making this new album, so I’m going to keep making it through the holiday break and early January to chase this inspiration. I promise I won’t wait too long to reveal the album details. To hold you over, I’m dropping three new songs today as a sampler of what I’ve been working on. Can’t wait to take it one night at a time in 2023.”

Wallen’s 2022 Dangerous Tour spanned over 50 shows and broke records in 30 venues across the country during its 8-month-long run. Highlights include his historic Globe Life Field show, which became the fastest sellout in the venue’s history and surpassed attendance records previously held by artists such as Elton John and Lady Gaga, and holding fastest historical sellouts at 11 venues, while simultaneously breaking attendance records with stops at XFINITY Theatre, AmericanBank Center and Darien Lake Amphitheater.

As on his Dangerous Tour, $3 of every ticket sold for U.S. dates benefits the Morgan Wallen Foundation which funds causes close to his heart and, to-date, has supported organizations such as Greater Good Music by donating over 500,000 meals-and-counting, to Children Are People, the Salvation Army and National Museum of African American Music.

There is no official pre-sale in the U.S. for this tour, so fans are advised to only purchase through verified fans. For more information, visit www.morganwallen.com. Morgan Wallen Fan Club pre-sale for Australia and New Zealand shows begins on Wednesday, Dec. 7.

ABOUT MORGAN WALLEN
With over 12.3 billion on-demand streams, multi-platinum certifications and seven chart-toppers at Country radio, it’s no wonder The New Yorker dubbed Morgan Wallen “the most wanted man in country.” His critically-acclaimed, 4x platinum ACM Album of the Year Dangerous: The Double Album (Big Loud/Republic Records) -- Wallen's follow-up to his Double Platinum breakout If I Know Me -- topped 2021's all-genre Billboard 200 Albums year-end chart with 4.1 million units sold earning him 2022 Billboard Awards Country Male Artist top honor while continuing to notch historical chart status as Billboard’s longest running Top 10 album in history for a solo artist (eclipsing Adele’s 21 and Bruce Springsteen’s Born In The USA). Its success sparking an in-demand 55-show THE DANGEROUS TOUR in 2022 that kicked off this February and wrapped in early October, with the superstar’s first headlining stadium show at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX that saw Wallen shattering attendance records previously held by Elton John and Lady Gaga. The east Tennessean's hit-packed set included “Up Down” (2017), “Whiskey Glasses” (2018), “Chasin' You” (2019), “More Than My Hometown” (2020), “7 Summers” (2020, named one of Time Magazine's Best Songs of the Year), “Sand In My Boots” (2021), and his crossover “Wasted On You.” Wallen's first solo release of 2022, the emotional ballad “Don't Think Jesus,” timed to Good Friday in honor of its redemptive lyrics, earned a Top 10 Billboard Hot 100 debut and landed atop Billboard Hot Country Songs chart making him the first artist to score three No.1 debuts on the chart (based on airplay, streaming and sales) since its inception. Follow up single “You Proof,” released in mid-May, became Wallen’s fastest chart climber to-date, reaching No. 1 after 14 weeks and remaining at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart for six non-consecutive weeks. Working outside the traditional Nashville mainframe with producer Joey Moi, Hits Magazine notes, “Wallen continually colors outside the lines,” adding, in turn “he's connected to his fans in ways unprecedented for a country star.” Having already taken home New Artist of the Year in 2020, the CMA New Artist Winner also won AMAs fan-voted Favorite Male Artist and Favorite Country Song at 2022’s awards. The east Tennessee superstar and recent ACM Milestone Award recipient shares, “Awards are awesome, but my true measure of success is my fans, who this year I got to see every single night out on the road and will continue to do so for many years to come.” Thanks to nearly 1 million of his fans, $3 for every ticket sold during his 2022 Dangerous Tour has raised nearly $3 million benefitting the Morgan Wallen Foundation which funds causes close to his heart.

A 2022 Variety Hitmaker, the chart-topping songwriter fuses influences ranging from Eminem to George Jones, creating a twist-heavy verse style that’s become his signature, proving its mettle and earning him seven #1 hits to date. The eccentric free spirit and 2022 CMA Triple Play Award winner released his debut full-length album Flower Shops (The Album) in March, named one of Hollerand The Tennessean's best albums of 2022 and showcasing the more classically country side of his craft. Nashville's “busiest – and most consistently successful – creative force” (Tennessean) just wrapped his first-ever sold-out headlining Sucker For Small Towns Tour, spanning college towns nationwide.

ABOUT BAILEY ZIMMERMAN
Establishing himself as one of music’s most exciting new voices, Bailey Zimmerman has arrived at the cusp of superstardom with the 2022 release of his debut EP, Leave The Light On – the biggest streaming country debut of all time and the most-streamed all-genre debut of the year. The EP arrived at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and No. 9 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart, affording the Louisville, Illinois, native to join Zach Bryan and Luke Combs as the only country artists in 2022 to earn more than one million streams on each of a project’s tracks during release week alone. In 2021 the twenty-two-year-old released his very first song. Now, in just one year’s time, Zimmerman touts nearly 1 billion global streams, has earned his first pair of Platinum singles, notched three entries on the Billboard Hot 100, and sold out his first headline tour within minutes of tickets going on-sale.

A young artist with the rasp of a seasoned rocker and the heart of a sensitive songwriter, Zimmerman strikes a sweet spot between timeless American country, rafter-rattling arena rock, and the kind of authentic storytelling that tugs at the heartstrings with a sense of humor and a whole lot of soul. With more new music on the horizon, featuring the grit and gravel of his unmistakably Southern drawl, Zimmerman will continue to showcase the straightforward authenticity for which he is known and loved.

"Propelled by the inhuman vocals of John Tardy, the obscenely brutal guitar tone of Trevor Peres and rhythmic brilliance of drummer Donald Tardy, Obituary redefined heaviness throughout the 1990s. From undisputed classics 'Slowly We Rot' and 'Cause of Death', through an unexpected hiatus to their current creative renaissance, Obituary have pioneered, defined and expanded extreme metal, becoming one of the underground’s most recognized and respected acts." - Decibel Magazine

Legendary Florida Death Metal icons OBITUARY return with their highly anticipated new album, 'Dying of Everything', out January 13 on LP/CD/CS/Digital via Relapse Records!

Today, OBITUARY share the official audio for the album title-track “Dying of Everything”!

OBITUARY comment:

"We picked the title track for the second single to give fans a taste of something a bit different than that typical Obituary style and we are excited to showcase Ken’s writing ability when he and Donald put their heads together and feel it just adds some extra flavor & spice to 'Dying of Everything' and can’t wait for the fans to hear it!!"

Additionally, OBITUARY continue the North America Great Heathen Tour with Amon Amarth, Carcass & Cattle Decapitation tonight in New York!

OBITUARY kick off 2023 with their Winter Europe tour in January/February with Trivium & Heaven Shall Burn. A full list of tour dates is available below.

'Dying Of Everything' destroys in the time-honored tradition of early OBITUARY classics "Slowly We Rot" and "Cause of Death" while maintaining the killer studio sound that the band has been perfecting in their own studio since 2007’s monstrous 'Xecutioner’s Return'.

Like just about every album in OBITUARY’s vast catalog, 'Dying Of Everything' is instantly memorable; it’s a skill that OBITUARY have only improved upon over the years.

It’s unusual for a band that’s been around since the ’80s to be doing some of their best work in the 2020s, but that’s exactly what OBITUARY have accomplished through their do-it-yourself attitude and relentless touring on a worldwide level. “I think it comes down to passion,” vocalist John Tardy offers. “I say this all the time, but if something’s not fun, I’m not gonna do it. And we’re having more fun than ever.”

Ian Munsick Announces 2023 Tour: "Long Live Cowgirls"

IAN MUNSICK ANNOUNCES 2023 TOUR:
LONG LIVE COWGIRLS

15-City Tour Features Special Guest Ashland Craft &
Kicks-Off January 20 in Texas, Hitting the Midwest and Southeast

“Bringing the Western Back to Country and Western Music.”

For Ticket On Sale Information, Visit
IanMunsick.com

With a staunch fan following building on the heels of his Westwood 2022 Tour, Wyoming-native and truth-teller Ian Munsick takes his SiriusXM The Highway single --written with songwriters Philip Eugene O'Donnell and Aby Gutierrez and featuring special guest and two-time CMA winner Cody Johnson – and turns its notion into a celebratory national tour: Long Live Cowgirls 2023 Tour. With a voice Raised Rowdy calls “the best falsetto in country music” on full display, the tour compliments news of a forthcoming sophomore album by Munsick is slated for early ’23 on Warner Music Nashville.

"'Long Live Cowgirls' is more than just a song. It's an ode to a lifestyle that, until recently, has been a mystery to the masses," reflects Munsick. "Those who have chosen to live the vigorous, unglamorous, western way of life are rarely recognized for it. In fact, that's usually why they choose to live that way. Miles away from the burdens of modern society with only the natural world to give them praise. I think country music listeners resonate with that. They're either living that life, or want to live that life."

Kicking off at the legendary Gruene Hall in New Braunfels, Texas on Jan. 20, the tour will make stops in strongholds Fort Worth, Texas; Knoxville, Tennessee; Indianapolis, Indiana and more before wrapping the first leg of the tour in Georgia on March 16. "We're hitting a ton of places we've never played before this winter/spring,” explains Munsick. “That's probably what I'm most excited about. There's nothing in the world quite like the first time you play in a city or town and have no idea what's gonna happen when you hit that stage. Sharing that first time energy with the crowd is something that only happens once."

From the recently-released, fiddle-laden “Horses & Weed” to faith-driven story-song “More Than Me” –the howling, authenticity-dripping western country singer promises more quality storytelling to come.

Munsick recognizes a similar free-spirited country in contemporary honky-tonk sparkplug, “I Smoke Weed” (with Brothers Osborne) and “Make It Past Georgia” -singer Ashland Craft, inviting the South Carolinian to join his Cowgirls trek. Her Travelin’ Kind debut album previously secured the songwriter inclusion on CMT’s coveted Next Women of Country list and opening ahead of Zac Brown Band, Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen.

On touring with Ashland Craft, Munsick shares, "Anytime an artist asks if they can go on tour with just a guitar and a microphone, you know they're the real deal. Ashland Craft is a badass. Her voice is the exact reflection of who she is. Raw, real, edgy and unapologetic. There are few artists as 'outlaw' as Ashland. She really doesn't give a f*** and country music needs more of that."

In sharing her excitement, Craft exclaims, "I am so excited about being asked to join Ian on tour! I’ve always found a certain comfortability and vulnerability in playing a stripped back acoustic set, and that was something that snagged me the very first time I saw Ian perform live. He does such a kickass job of capturing his way of life and his love of country and bluegrass music and telling that story through his music and on stage. Watching his journey has been inspiring and I’d put all my money down in saying that this tour is going to be electrifying! Let’s get honkytonk!"

Before the tour is underway, Munsick ends ’22 with a performance at the National Finals Rodeo for Rodeo Vegas on December 10. For more information and tickets, visit IanMunsick.com.

ABOUT IAN MUNSICK
Breathing fresh Rocky Mountain air into the Nashville music scene, Ian Munsick is pioneering a new brand of country. The Wyoming-born singer / songwriter’s upbringing was a mix of working the ranch and working crowds. Under the tutelage of their fiddle-playing father, Munsick and his two older brothers grew up playing everything from bluegrass to The Beatles. Captivated by traditional lyrical truth and the modern soundscape, Munsick followed his ear to Music City. After establishing a robust touring career as an independent artist, he signed a major label record deal with Warner Music Nashville in 2020. Since then, he has accumulated more than 340 million global streams as well as accolades from Spotify (“Hot Country Artist to Watch”), MusicRow magazine (“Next Big Thing”) and more. His debut album Coyote Cry features his mile-high tenor underscoring self-penned songs that conjure “equal parts epic adventure and down-to-earth wisdom” (American Songwriter). It marks the dawn of western pop-laced country, pulling a thread straight from Chris LeDoux through Post Malone. Imagery-soaked ode to the west “Long Haul” earned Munsick his second iHeartRadio Rocky Mountain Country Music Award for Song of the Year. The recent releases of “Long Live Cowgirls” (with Cody Johnson), “More Than Me” and “Horses & Weed” are ushering in the next chapter of his musical saga… and fans are finding that, with Ian Munsick, western country is reborn.

ABOUT ASHLAND CRAFT
Piedmont, South Carolina native whose strong, personal songwriting is rapidly earning a dedicated fanbase with the release of her 2021 debut album, TRAVELIN' KIND. “There's a New Country Badass in Town, and Her Name is Ashland Craft," hails American Songwriter, as her soulful country voice helped catapult her to the Top 10 on NBC's The Voice and the stages of Zac Brown Band, Cody Johnson, Ashley McBryde, Brothers Osborne, Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs and most recently, Marcus King. Craft has also notched major collaborations with Brothers Osborne on HIXTAPE: Vol. 2 and HARDY's acclaimed project, A ROCK.

WOLFHEART

Melodic death metal powerhouse WOLFHEART released their latest full-length studio album, 'King of the North', in September 2022. Each song on 'King of the North' is dedicated to a different story of Finnish mythology – underlined by WOLFHEART’s grand, crushing songwriting and production.

The King”, for instance, tells the tale of the forest god with horns and pianos accompanying heavy guitar riffs and solos, before raising the energy levels once more on the relentless Cold Flame” featuring Karl Sanders.

“Ancestor” is the album’s most frostbitten anthem, unleashing WOLFHEART’s acclaimed brand of crushing blast beasts and cutting-edge vocal performances alongside guest Jesse Leach of Killswitch Engage.

'King of the North' is a true masterpiece of melodic death metal, crafted with loads of attention to detail and intricate mythology-driven storytelling – showcasing WOLFHEART at never-before-heard artistic levels!

WOLFHEART are:

Tuomas Saukkonen - guitar, vocals

Joonas Kauppinen - drums

Lauri Silvonen - bass, vocals

Vagelis Karzis - guitar, vocals

THULCANDRA

Death/black metal mainstays THULCANDRA released their latest studio album, 'A Dying Wish', to great acclaim in 2021.

Since originating with Obscura mastermind Steffen Kummerer in 2003, the band has become an indispensable protagonist in the European extreme metal-sphere that reaches way back to the magnificent origins of their genres. 'A Dying Wish' was produced at Unisound Studio by Dan Swanö, keeping the black flame of Jon Nödtveidt alive and worthy.

'A Dying Wish' transports the listener right into an icy soundscape of a never ending, severe winter. With 10 blood-freezing tracks delivering clashing guitar riffs, epic downtempo moments driven by atmospheric acoustic guitars and rapid outbursts of dark and raspy screams, THULCANDRA created another record that continues the great legacy of true death metal.

THULCANDRA on 'A Dying Wish' are:

Steffen Kummerer – guitar, vocals

Mariano Delastik – guitar

Christian Kratzer – bass

Alessandro Delastik – drums

New double album from Jeremy Edge: "Saints and Souls" Volume 1 and Volume 2 New SIngle "Move On"

New double album from Jeremy Edge: "Saints and Souls" Volume 1 and Volume 2
New Single "Move On" featuring Derek Sherinian out on Dec 2nd

After 4 top 50 Active Rock singles with Candlelight Red, Jeremy Edge launched The Jeremy Edge Project in 2020 Making a departure stylistically with more blues-based, guitar-based rock.

After extensive gigging in 2021 including dates with Lita Ford, Jackyl, Randy Hansen, Derek St Holmes and Gary Hoey, Edge and crew are back with their sophomore effort Saints and Souls, being released in two volumes. This record was more than a year in the making, recorded and mixed in different locations and is in the spirit of the classic rock and blues albums that first inspired Jeremy to play. The album contains artwork and lyrical imagery inspired by New Orleans and some of the stories and folklore surrounding it. It is named as a tip of the hat to the Haitian traditions of "All Saints Day" and "All Souls Day" as a means of celebrating life and those who have passed. There is a recurring theme of light and dark and a struggle to overcome adversity. Some are personal stories, some are about modern times, and some are based on fiction and folklore but all have this recurring theme.

The band is rounded out by John DeLowery on bass and Ray Gieda on drums with guest appearances by Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater, Black Country Communion) playing keys on "Move On" and "Hellride", with select tracks mixed by Kevin "Caveman" Shirley (Led Zeppelin, The Black Crowes, Joe Bonamassa, etc…). The band will be out on the road supporting this through 2023.

The first single: "Move On" hits streaming outlets on Dec 2nd, with the full album of volume dropping on Dec 23rd.

Dec 4 - Patchogue, NY - 89 North

Dec 8 - Virginia Beach, VA - Elevation 27
Dec 9 - Greenville, NC - The State Theatre
Dec 10 - Columbia, SC - The Senate
Dec 11 - Tampa, FL - The Orpheum

Since 2001, MUNICIPAL WASTE have uncompromisingly stuck to their guns as hard-partying and even harder-hitting torchbearers of 21st century thrash metal. The Richmond, VA quintet—Tony Foresta [vocals], Ryan Waste [guitar], Philip “Landphil” Hall [bass], Dave Witte [drums], and Nick Poulos [guitar]—have transformed from a cult favorite into metal mainstays for a generation. Along the way, Decibel touted "The Art of Partying" in its coveted “Hall of Fame” and asserted it “revved up interest in thrash and inspired a fresh wave of youthful new bands.” Metal Hammer christened "The Art of Partying" one of “The 50 Greatest Thrash Metal Albums Ever,” while Loudwire pegged "The Art of Partying" as “The Best Thrash Album of 2007” and "Hazardous Mutation" as “The Best Thrash Album of 2005.” The guys have sold out countless shows on multiple continents and piled up tens of millions of streams in the process. 2017’s "Slime and Punishment" bowed in the Top 3 of the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart, and "The Last Rager" EP only accelerated their momentum in 2019.

Municipal Waste maintain course as vicious and vital as ever on 2022’s "Electrified Brain" [Nuclear Blast] as heard on tracks like "Grave Dive," "High Speed Steel" and "Crank The Heat." Recorded during the pandemic in Philadelphia with producer Arthur Rizk [Power Trip, Code Orange], the sessions would be the first time the band reunited in person after a year. Together, they achieved “a thicker and heavier sound.”

In the end, "Electrified Brain" will give you everything you’d want from a Municipal Waste record or heavy metal record, period. “We hope you walk away with some bloody ears, blown speakers, pissed off parents, black eyes, and a healthy distrust of authority,” says Tony.

POWERWOLF have secured a remarkable collection of gold and platinum awards, starting in 2015, when they reached Gold status for the first time in the Czech Republic with their album, 'Blessed & Possessed'. Additionally, both 'Preachers Of The Night' (2013) and the subsequent masterpiece 'The Sacrament Of Sin' (2018), as well as the groundbreaking streaming event 'The Monumental Mass: A Cinematic Metal Event' (2022), entered the German album and DVD charts at #1 (a massive achievement for an audio-visual release).

The thrilling DVD, 'The Metal Mass', (2016) also secured the #1 spot on the German DVD charts. Most recently, the new studio album, 'Call Of The Wild', entered the album charts at #2 (and staying for 16 weeks in the charts) while the hit single "Dancing With The Dead" went gold and platinum. The Best Of album, 'Best Of The Blessed', released in 2020, also successfully entered the German charts at #2.

POWERWOLF achieved massive success as they headlined large venues with their phenomenal stage performances on the almost completely sold out Wolfsnächte headline tours (2019 & 2022), as well as numerous summer festival shows in which crowds were thrilled and completely captivated by the wolves and their unique, (un)holy metal mass. Beyond many others, they’ve also headlined Wacken, Masters Of Rock, Summer Breeze – all massive live successes.

Once POWERWOLF performs the new studio album, 'Call of the Wild', for the first time ever, at their long-awaited debut North American shows in 2023, as well as the Easter mass in Cologne – with 'Interludium' the whole world will be completely under the sign of the wolfpack once again!
