ELECTRIC MOB ANNOUNCE SPECIAL LIVE RELEASE 'BETTER LIVE THAN NEVER' (OFFICIAL BOOTLEG) OUT NOW

The brilliant Electric Mob are currently putting the finishing touches on their upcoming second studio album, details of which will be unveiled before year's end.

In the meantime, Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the release of a very special live performance from the band, "Better Live Than Never", captured at Nico's Studio in the band's hometown of Curitiba, Brazil.

The audio of the full performance can also be streamed

on your preferred digital music service HERE

You can watch the full performance in all its blazing glory on YouTube

A mixture of powerful vocals, mean guitar riffs, and heavy groove with influences from the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s, Electric Mob are faithful students, lovers, and progenitors of rock ‘n roll.

This, for lack of a better term, "electric" performance from the band features tracks culled from the band's debut album "Discharge" as well as tracks from their independent EP, "Leave A Scar" and showcases how they are clearly a coming force to be reckoned with.

Formed in Curitiba, Brazil by Renan Zonta (vocals), Ben Hur Auwarter (guitar), Yuri Elero (bass), and André Leister (drums), Electric Mob caught the attention of Frontiers with their tremendous hard rock songs that show the influence of contemporary hard rock giants while also showing a knowledge of the hard rock pillars of the '70s and '80s.

Electric Mob is made up of four young, hungry, and extremely talented musicians, with the rock 'n roll attitude to deliver their explosive performances. Like a sonic punch to the face, their songs bring a heavy sound with a distinct groove.

One of rock’s most exciting and promising newcomers in years. Get on board the rock n’ roll train!

Electric Mob are:

Renan Zonta - Vocals

Ben Hur Auwarter - Guitar

Yuri Elero - Bass

EPICA Announce New EP 'The Alchemy Project' Out November 11 + Release New Music Video "The Final Lullaby" feat. Shining

Always pushing forward, always aiming higher: In the 20 years of their existence, EPICA have never shied away from challenges, twists and turns, weathering every storm and pushing the symphonic metal genre to heights no one even dared to believe in. Since 2002, the band surrounding global metal icon Simone Simons and her long-time musical partner Mark Jansen have released eight highly innovative and cinematic albums, have toured the world over and have left their mark as one of metal’s most prolific, most cherished and most admired success stories forever.

With "The Alchemy Project", out on November 11th through Atomic Fire Records, EPICA set another highlight in the band's 20th anniversary year! Graced by a vivid and witty artwork by graphic wizard Heilemania, visual partner in crime for more that 15 years, EPICA embark on a journey through seven extraordinary new songs. Co-written and performed with diverse guests ranging from extremists like Fleshgod ApocalypseNiilo Sevänen (Insomnium) and Björn ‘Speed’ Strid (Soilwork) via melodic masters like Tommy Karevik (Kamelot), keyboard legend Phil Lanzon (Uriah Heep) or Roel van Helden (Powerwolf)to a once-in-a-lifetime song with Simone SimonsCharlotte Wessels and MyrkurEPICA have really outdone themselves once again. The result is a mind-bending EP that even surpasses the usual broad scope of an EPICA record.

The first track they wrote for this 7-track-offering was 'The Final Lullaby', a fast-paced, intense clash between EPICA and the avant-garde rock of Norwegian legends SHINING (with saxophone!), graced with one of the biggest refrains you will hear all year. "I’ve been a big fan of Shining since the first time I heard them," bassist Rob van der Loo weighs in. "Our intention with ‘The Final Lullaby’ was to make a mash-up between Epica and Shining so we thought it would be a good idea if I would come up with some riffs that would be typical Shining and they would do the complete opposite."

Check out the music video or stream 'The Final Lullaby' featuring SHINING below.

These 7 songs on "The Alchemy Project" were co-written and performed with the following renowned guest musicians:

1) The Great Tribulation feat. Fleshgod Apocalypse

2) Wake the World feat. Phil Lanzon (Uriah Heep) & Tommy Karevik (Kamelot)

3) The Final Lullaby feat. Shining

4) Sirens - Of Blood and Water feat. Charlotte Wessels & Myrkur

5) Death is not the End feat. Frank Schiphorst (MaYaN) & Björn "Speed" Strid (Soilwork)

6) Human Devastation feat. Henri Sattler (God Dethroned), Sven de Caluwé (Aborted)

7) The Miner feat. Asim Searah (Damnation Plan), Niilo Sevänen (Insomnium), Roel van Helden (Powerwolf)

To celebrate the release of their highly anticipated new album, 'Sunrise On Slaughter Beach' this evening, acclaimed US groove rockers, Clutch have announced that they will be livestreaming a very special performance from their upcoming Baltimore show for free on their YouTube channel this Saturday, September 17th. The "Live At Hammerjacks" livestream will begin at 10pm EST and will feature a full setlist that includes their exceptional new album in its entirety. Fans can tune in for free via the band's official YouTube channel ClutchOffficiall. Fans who cannot tune in live will also be able to watch the show on demand as it will live on the band's YouTube channel after its initial broadcast.

Speaking on the imminent release of their brand new album and this very special livestream, Clutch frontman, Neil Fallon shares:

"Sunrise on Slaughter Beach is a weird record. It was, by and large, a studio creation. It reminds me a lot of Jam Room in that regard. Under normal circumstances we may not have entertained the idea of using vibraphones, theremin, or backing vocals (thank you Deborah Bond and Frenchie Davis!). But as they say, necessity is the mother of weirdness.

"The YouTube stream of our September 17th performance at Hammerjack’s is a way to say thank you for all the fans who have supported us over the past 31 years, the last two years in particular. Also, it’s a good way to inspire us to get our shit together and learn the new material."

Clutch's upcoming thirteenth studio album - Sunrise On Slaughter Beach is a slamming summary of everything that makes the band great and another giant leap forward into career longevity. The album will drop tomorrow, Friday, September 16th, via Weathermaker Records. Fans can pre-order now here.

New bangers like “Red Alert (Boss Metal Zone),” “Nosferatu Madre,” “Skeletons On Mars,” “Jackhammer Our Names,” and “Mercy Brown” take their rightful place alongside Clutch classics. Sunrise On Slaughter Beach is the natural culmination of what Clutch began as teenagers in the early ‘90s.

Recorded at the The Magpie Cage Recording Studio, Baltimore, MD, the album was produced and mixed by Grammy nominated Tom Dalgety (Ghost, Royal Blood, Pixies) with additional engineering by J Robbins (Jawbreaker, Against Me!, The Sword). The band have released three official singles from the album to date - "Red Alert (Boss Metal Zone)", "We Strive For Excellence" and "Slaughter Beach".

Sunrise On Slaughter Beach introduces some “firsts” into the Clutch canon: vibraphone (from Gaster), theremin (J. Robbins), and female backup vocals from singers Deborah Bond and Frenchie Davis. The album’s nine songs are a diverse ride, destined to please long-time fans and intrigue newcomers alike. It’s a new chapter in an ever-unfolding story which means as much to the fans as it does to the band.

Clutch have extensive tour plans to support the new album. They kicked off a mammoth 26-date US trek this week with Helmet and Quicksand who will be rotating the main support slot nightly and special guest JD Pinkus. Tickets for the remaining dates are available now from ClutchOnTour.com.

ABOUT CLUTCH

Clutch shares more in common with The Grateful Dead, Rush, and the Allman Brothers than their heavy riffs and heady twists-of-phrase might suggest. Because like those bands, the supporters who adore Clutch are there for the experience, community, and authentic connection. To love Clutch is to feel a sense of ownership, membership, and belonging.

Seneca Valley High School classmates Neil Fallon (vocals), Tim Sult (guitar), Dan Maines (bass), and Jean-Paul Gaster(drums) share an unshakeable musical and personal bond now three decades strong. Shaped by the same region which birthed Bad Brains, Minor Threat, and Rites Of Spring, Clutch crafts hyper-literate and libertine jams informed by hardcore fury and fuzzy, athletic, stoner rock.

“There’s no question that Clutch etched themselves a name in the pantheon of great rock bands,” Lambgoat wrote in 2004. Classic Rock counted 2013’s Earth Rocker and 2015’s Psychic Warfare among the 50 Best Rock Albums of the 2010s. Rolling Stone described 2018’s Book of Bad Decisions as “bathed in the grit and liberal fuzz tone that have made their live shows legendary.” The global accolades across their acclaimed catalogue are numerous.

Live shows over the years include tours with Slayer and System Of A Down and more recent co-headlining treks with Dropkick Murphys, Killswitch Engage, and Mastodon. Like Slayer or Iron Maiden, Clutch outlasted rock bands anchored to “hit songs” and the pressure of replicating them. The foursome from Germantown, Maryland, isn’t bound by trends. Across thirteen studio albums and assorted releases since 1991, they’ve earned a reputation as one of the best around.

Sleeping With Sirens Drop New Single + Music Video "Complete Collapse" (via Sumerian Records)

See The Band At When We Were Young Festival

Ticket Info HERE

Pop-punk titans Sleeping With Sirens have today dropped their latest single and music video for "Complete Collapse". The titular track premiered on SiriusXM's Octane and is taken from their highly-anticipated forthcoming album 'Complete Collapse' out in one month on Friday, October 14 (via Sumerian Records). Speaking on today's release, vocalist Kellin Quinn shares:

"'Complete Collapse' is actually a song about how I was feeling mentally before the pandemic and how I could have completely collapsed if it weren’t for the time at home during the pandemic. Having the time to restore and not burn out was a godsend, which is ironic for how terrible the pandemic was. It is also the reason for the title and the picture on the cover of our album. I think says it best we’re all just chilling at the pool drinking our martinis while everything is burning around us."

Prior to today, Sleeping With Sirens dropped the music videos for "Crosses" featuring Underoath's Spencer Chamberlain, "Let You Down" featuring Charlotte Sands and a visualizer for  "Ctrl + Alt + Del" which altogether have clocked up a staggering nearly 2.3 million views on YouTube and 2.9 million streams on Spotify alone. ABOUT VV / Ville Valo:

In the annals of 21st-century alternative rock history, there are few artists who cast a longer or more peculiar shadow than Finnish Love Metal pioneer Ville Valo. After all, his band HIM were easily among the most iconic and idiosyncratic groups of the millenium. Zealously revered, gleefully reviled but impossible to ignore, their music left an indelible mark on a worldwide legion of fans. The scarlet letters stood for His Infernal Majesty. Their founder stood for something delightedly out of step with the status quo.

"We only hoped to temporarily redirect hard rock's blood flow from the nether regions towards the heart", reminisces Ville Valo, the singer, songwriter and primus motor of HIM. Judging by the monolithic presence of the Heartagram in any account of music this side of the millennium it’s apparent that he succeeded.

Inspired by everyone from Poe to Bukowski and tinged by a penchant for perfumed Sabbathian gloom, Valo’s creative lovechild would produce eight era-defining studio releases and over ten million record sales, not forgetting a Grammy nomination, countless magazine covers, critical acclaim, and the veneration of a generation. Thus it came as no surprise that the news of a farewell tour in 2017 was greeted with shock and disbelief among devotees and endless speculation as to what or who was to take up the velvet mantle.

“As fun as the funeral rites for HIM were, it took me more than a few moons to lick my wounds in the shadow of the Heartagram and come up with an excuse to strum and hum again. Eventually I decided to put a leash on my beloved black dog and we started howling together instead of barking at each other. That's how VV was born".

Ian Munsick Announces "Westwood" Fall Tour Feat. Ryan Charles

This year saw Ian Munsick spread his Rocky Mountain sound across the nation as he hit the road alongside superstars Cody Johnson and Morgan Wallen. Now it’s his turn: Munsick will wrap 2022 with his own headlining Westwood tour. Visit HERE for ticketing and more information. Joining him on the run, which will hit major cities including Charlotte, Chicago, Denver and Tampa, is fellow Wyoming native Ryan Charles.

“We’ve hit the road HARD the last two years and it’s all been leading up to this," reflects Munsick. "We’ve played venues of all shapes and sizes from clubs to arenas. Sharing the stage with my heroes has taught me so much about performing, but now it’s time to take those lessons to my fans. It doesn’t matter if we’re playing on the east coast, or in mountain time… you don’t wanna miss these two Wyoming cowpokes punchin’ their way across the country on the Westwood Fall Tour.”

Munsick continues to showcase his western-influenced brand of country music in his latest releases. He released “Long Live Cowgirls” (with Cody Johnson) at the top of the year, and it has since earned more than 45 million streams (LISTEN HERE). It topped SiriusXM The Highway’s Hot 30 Countdown and has been praised for its “gorgeous, wide-open fiddle… [that] will make you feel like you’re riding a horse through the plains of Texas or… the Rocky Mountains of Colorado” (Whiskey Riff).

The breakout singer / songwriter most recently released faith-driven story song “More Than Me” (LISTEN HERE) from his forthcoming sophomore album. As CMT described, “His signature Rocky Mountain sound intertwined with the romantic lyrics makes the heartfelt ballad a perfect wedding hymn.” Both “Long Live Cowgirls” and “More Than Me” hail from Munsick’s forthcoming sophomore album, with more new music due soon.

ABOUT IAN MUNSICK
Breathing fresh Rocky Mountain air into the Nashville music scene, Ian Munsick is pioneering a new brand of country. The Wyoming-born singer / songwriter’s upbringing was a mix of working the ranch and working crowds. Under the tutelage of their fiddle-playing father, Munsick and his two older brothers grew up playing everything from bluegrass to The Beatles. Captivated by traditional lyrical truth and the modern soundscape, Munsick followed his ear to Music City. After establishing a robust touring career as an independent artist, he signed a major label record deal with Warner Music Nashville in 2020. Since then, he has accumulated nearly 250 million global streams as well as accolades from Spotify (“Hot Country Artist to Watch”), MusicRow magazine (“Next Big Thing”) and more. His debut album Coyote Cry features his mile-high tenor underscoring self-penned songs that conjure “equal parts epic adventure and down-to-earth wisdom” (American Songwriter). It marks the dawn of western pop-laced country, pulling a thread straight from Chris LeDoux through Post Malone. Imagery-soaked ode to the west “Long Haul” earned Munsick his second iHeartRadio Rocky Mountain Country Music Award for Song of the Year. The recent releases of “Long Live Cowgirls” (with Cody Johnson) and “More Than Me” are ushering in the next chapter of his musical saga… and fans are finding that, with Ian Munsick, western country is reborn.

ABOUT RYAN CHARLES
Western rapper Ryan Charles hails from the valley of Buffalo, Wyo. Similar to his hometown, once referred to as the most lawless town in America, Charles brings a style all his own — meshing the cowboy lifestyle with the flow of 2000’s rap. A natural-born entertainer, Charles quickly became one of the most skilled freestyle rappers on the school bus, eventually making the move to Seattle, Wash. to pursue his music career more seriously. As an artist, Charles has released singles including the jiggy buckaroo bop “Gettin’ Western” in 2020, “Old Dirt Fancy” in 2021 and a feature on Ian Munsick’s “Cowboy Killer” in 2022. Charles quickly became a stand out contestant representing his home state on NBC’s “American Song Contest” where he competed with his original track “New Boot Goofin.’” Known for his signature fashion sense, light-hearted twang and high-energy live shows, Charles continues to work on new music with River House Artists in Nashville, Tenn.

For "Bear The Weight", the recording, mixing, and mastering was completed by their very own vocalist/guitarist Andrew Virrueta. Adrian Loeb created the artwork for the single.

Earlier this year, INTERLOPER presented their debut, full-length album SEARCH PARTY which was released via Nuclear Blast Records.

The deep cohesiveness of INTERLOPER’s writing process for SEARCH PARTY allowed for a creative project with no real boundaries or restrictions. The album was produced by the band and Joey Virrueta. Drums were recorded at Big Bad Sound LA by Jack Ruley and Zach Fisher, with the mixing and mastering completed once more by Andrew’s brother Joey Virrueta. The album artwork was created by Caelan Stokkermans.

Toronto-based alt-rock band BRKN LOVE are firing on all cylinders!

Heading into the release of their upcoming Vol. 2 EP. Recently dropping the singles "Under The Knife"and "Forever's Enough" from the new record, as well as the undeniable tracks "Dead Weight" and "Like a Drug" from Vol. 1 earlier this summer - the band will head out on an extensive US tour this fall alongside labelmates Dead Poet Society. Starting on September 22 in Phoenix, AZ, the tour will also see the Justin Benlolo-fronted outfit playing their first-ever headline shows in the US on select dates.

Speaking about the tour, Benlolo shares:

"We cannot wait to hit the road with our friends Dead Poet Society this Fall. These shows will truly be ones to remember. It's been a minute since we've gone across Canada and we're beyond excited to be with friends. On top of that, we are also playing our very first batch of headlining shows plus dates across the USA with more friends! All these shows will truly be ones to remember and the likelihood of them being off the rails is very high. In conjunction with this tour, we will also be releasing our second LP Black Box, which will make this super special and you can expect lots of new material to be played! It's not every day that you get great, young, upcoming rock bands playing together like this, so you better come out and party with us!"

MESSA Release New Single "Dark Horse" - New Album 'Close' Out March 11 via Svart Records

Italian Doom Metal quartet MESSA are excited to release their new album, 'Close', onMarch 11th, 2022 with their new label home in Svart Records. In the build-up to the release of their upcoming full-length, the band has dropped a new single titled "Dark Horse". Speaking about the story behind the writing and recording of the track, the band comments:

“'Dark Horse' was the last song we wrote, and it was completed literally just one week before we entered the studio. It’s the most instinctual and visceral song on the album. Its sound is reminiscent of 80’s dark/post-punk vibes like no other song in this record." Going on to share the narrative themes of the song, the group shares, "This song describes a precise moment of anxiety which is now trapped in the sands of time forevermore."

Check out the new single from Messa, "Dark Horse", below. The band's new album,'Close', is out March 11th, 2022.

About Messa's new album, 'Close'

“Close” draws us further into Messa’s spellbinding textures and immersive dynamics. Described as “Stevie Nicks fronting Black Sabbath,” singer Sara’s colossal voice omnipotently carries the listener on an emotional rollercoaster ride where the sonic cauldron of Iommi guitars gives way to Arabian Oudh and progressive solos in a masterful style-clash that well befits Messa’s incendiary reputation.

The hushed Fender Rhodes piano intro on opener “Suspended,” picks up where Messa left off on their previous album “Feast For Water” but then collapses gloriously into Jazz guitar and widescreen impassioned crushing riffs, lighting our way for the odyssey ahead. The scene is set magnificently for the journey that “Close” expertly takes the listener on, with Messa’s obvious care and passion for the album as a pilgrimage of sonic experience. Heavyweight tracks like “If You Want Her To Be Taken” or “0=2” are modern Doom Rock classics that expertly upgrade and leave the genre reeling in their wake. “Pilgrim” and “Orphalese” are woven with tapestries of Mediterranean sounds where Oudh and eastern chord phrasings expand Messa’s cinematic palette with a panache that is all their own. Atmospheric and grandiose belters like “Rubedo” and “Dark Horse” build into an almost limitless climax of discord and harmony where blast beats and saxophones descend into a thrilling cacophony that’s a masterclass in artful cutting edge Doom.

Referencing bands like Dead Can Dance, Swans, and Om, Messa have created an album where song, experience, and atmosphere are focused into a crystalline modus where high art flawlessly embraces good old-fashioned riff-worship. Transcending the occult and noir-tinted atmospheres of their past works, “Close” confidently weaves Messa’s multifarious influences into a singular breath-taking sound that leaves the listener enthralled. Perfection or something extremely close, Messa’s “Close” is not just a Metal record, but it’s definitely one of the best things to break out of the confines of Metal in a long time.

MESSA is:

Sara – Vocals

Marco – Guitar, Bass

Alberto – Guitar

Mistyr – Drums

Born Osiris - Angel or Alien Tour slams into Long Island,NY

Opening the night were New Yorks’ own The Warwithin. Throwing down songs from their new album Nothing is Sacred.

@thewarwithin516/linktree

Up next were Sentinals from New Jersey. Singer Joshua wasn’t able to perform but the band played on. To their credit what an instrumental set that I had to listen to their songs with vocals as soon as I got home. Check out their new album Collapse by Design.

Signs of the Storm from Pennsylvania were up next to thrill the audience with killers from their new album , Absolvere.

Due to some technical difficulties on setting up. Shadows of Intent had a shorted set, but that didn’t matter to this hungry hungry crowd That enjoyed their set with songs from their new album Elegy.

With no signs of slowing down the crowd wanted more and they got it when Headliners Born of Osiris hit the stage. Killing the set and showcasing songs from their new album Angel or Alien. Out on Sumerian Records.

Badflower , Teenage Wrist and Dead Poet Society bring the storm into Webster Hall,NYC

As the sky opened up and the rain drove down outside Webster Hall, inside Badflower, Teenage Wrist and Dead Poet Society were ready to bring the storm onto the stage.

It had been 7 years (way too long) since Boston natives Dead Post Society were on a NYC stage and they made up for it with a powerful opening set and songs from their new album “-!-”.

The stage and the audience were now set for the barrage of the storm to come and Badflower did not disappoint. As soon as Josh and fellow bandmates got to the stage the crowd was ecstatic from opening song Fukboi to the closing My Funeral.
