Lost In Hollywood don't arrive with a debut — they crash into it.
Their self-titled record "Lost In Hollywood" isn't an introduction. It's a statement carved out of momentum, built on the back of a run of singles that didn't just perform — they connected. Track by track, the band turned heads, pulled listeners in, and quietly built something real. No shortcuts, no overnight hype — just steady growth that now reflects in over 130,000 monthly listeners on Spotify alone.
At the center of it all sits "Ghost In The Water."
Not a centerpiece by accident, but by weight. The kind of track that doesn’t ask for attention — it holds it. Tension-driven, immersive, and cutting deeper with every second, it captures exactly where Lost In Hollywood stand right now: Confident, refined, and fully locked into their identity.
The self-titled album pulls together everything they've been building toward — the sharp edges, the atmosphere, the hooks that linger longer than expected. It feels intentional without losing urgency. Controlled, but never safe.
Lost In Hollywood have outgrown the "next up" label.
This is the point where they arrive — and stay.
Poison the Well Drop Video for "Weeping Tones" — WATCH // "Peace in Place" Out Now
POISON THE WELL are thrilled to release PEACE IN PLACE, their first album in 16 years, via SharpTone Records. Listen and get it here.
They share the video for "Weeping Tones." Watch it here.
"There's a quiet loss of control that comes from feeling like you can't fully be yourself anymore,” offers singer Jeffrey Moreira. “When you have to shrink who you are just to avoid judgment or conflict, it starts to feel like something is being taken from you. That's what 'Weeping Tones' is about.”
He continues, "This video reflects that struggle, but it also holds onto something stronger — the one thing no one can take from you: Your ability to give your love and energy to the people who matter most. No matter how heavy the world gets, no matter how much it tries to pull you apart, you can always choose to keep walking until you reach what matters most — hold it close, and never let go."

ABOUT POISON THE WELL:
In the space of barely a breath, Poison The Well pacify fits of jarring brutality with moments of fragile beauty. Their unmistakable melodic hardcore gently dilutes the effects of trauma, betrayal, depression, and loss with hard-won wisdom and diligently earned self-acceptance. For as much force as they commit to the riffs and the breakdowns, there’s an equal amount of naked emotion encoded in their relatable hooks. At this point, they are unassumingly, yet undeniably embedded in the DNA of modern metal and hardcore. Poison The Well’s 1999 debut, The Opposite of December… A Season of Separation has claimed spots on BrooklynVegan's 15 '90s Metalcore Albums That Still Resonate Today; KERRANG!'s 21 Best U.S. Metalcore Albums of All Time; Loudwire's 25 Best Metalcore Albums of All Time; and Revolver's 10 Most Influential Metalcore Albums of All Time. Stereogumput it best, "The Opposite of December… A Season of Separation influenced a whole generation of metalcore bands." Meanwhile, 2003's You Come Before You remains regarded among Metal Hammer's 100 Greatest Metal Albums of the 21st Century and Rock Sound's 250 Greatest Albums of Our Lifetime. Despite going on hiatus following 2009's The Tropic Rot, the group's influence has only expanded over the years (as evidenced by over 100 million streams across their catalog). After touring in 2015 and 2021, they've commemorated milestone birthdays of both You Come Before You and The Opposite of December... with in-demand headline jaunts. Once again, the members felt an intense need to create as a unit. Rallying together, the guys channeled the spirit of their most celebrated material through a prism of new experience on their sixth full-length offering, Peace In Place.
Leah Blevins is 'All Dressed Up' with Sophomore Album Out Now
All Dressed Up, the Dan Auerbach-produced Easy Eye Sound debut from Kentucky-born singer-songwriter Leah Blevins, is out now. With People Magazine calling it “a true sonic cornucopia that feels like a familiar friend’s comforting hug,” the sophomore album marks a defining moment for an artist whose music is rooted in truth, resilience and unwavering faith. Called “ear-opening” by Music Row, and “an introspective album rich in feeling” by No Depression, listen to All Dressed Up HERE.
Earlier this week, the woman Nashville Lifestyles calls a “vocal stunner,” made her national television debut on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” delivering a stunning performance of album standout “Lonely,” a Wurlitzer-soaked, Patsy Cline-esque ballad that captures the emotional depth and timeless sensibility woven throughout the record. Watch Below.
Raised in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Blevins’ journey to this moment has been shaped by hardship, hope and an unshakable spiritual foundation. The daughter of a dentist who became a career politician, and a teenage gospel quartet pianist who fell into deep addiction, she knows the reality of oatmeal baths in red water, no heat in the winter and finding out the teacher giving your family refuge was also your mother’s supplier before she got sober over 20 years ago.
Living with her siblings, she started singing background vocals in their band; Patty Loveless, Martina McBride, Miranda Lambert and The Judds informed their sound. By the time Blevins was studying Communications at Morehead State, Elliot Collett & the Articles swept her away to Nashville in 2011. Though the band didn’t last long, the ethics she learned from touring by the age of 20 gave her a compass, and in 2014 she made a choice after a lifetime of singing background vocals to pursue a career as a solo artist.
“The way you speak to yourself is more powerful than any outside voice,” shares Blevins. “I think I’m innocent to the world, but I harbor all these experiences I’ve had. I spent so much of my life in a small town, trying to prove I’m something I’m not… I had an amazing English teacher who allowed us all to be bigger than Sandy Hook, studying Sylvia Plath and C.S. Lewis, just creating a world so far beyond what we knew.”
That perspective fuels All Dressed Up, a collection of songs that confront life’s hardest truths without judgment while exploring faith, love, addiction, self-worth and healing with compassion and clarity. Produced by GRAMMY-winner Dan Auerbach, the album blends torch-pop country with soulful Americana, offering both vulnerability and strength.
From the steel-laced spiritual seeking of “Hey God,” to the cautionary shimmer of “Be Careful Throwing Stones,” to the smoky ache of the title track, Blevins moves effortlessly through emotional terrain, pairing unfiltered storytelling with melodies that linger long after the final note.
Her fearless honesty attracted some of Nashville’s most revered songwriters — including Daniel Tashian (Kacey Musgraves, Leon Bridges), Pat McLaughlin (John Prine, Bonnie Raitt, Alan Jackson), Paul Overstreet (two-time GRAMMY, Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music Song of the Year winner) — while legendary musicians such as iconic steel players Paul Franklin and Russ Pahl, who also contributes baritone, pianist Jim Moose Brown, organist Billy Swan, upright bassist Steve Mackie and GRAMMY-winning guitarist David Rawlings helped bring the songs to life with a spacious, emotionally rich sound.
The album also reflects Blevins’ mission to connect through music rather than chase recognition.
“I didn’t need to be sought after or famous, but I knew I wanted to connect with people and to use music to bring us together,” says Blevins
Introduced to Auerbach by friend Marcus King, Blevins found an immediate creative kinship that encouraged her to strip away polish in favor of honesty.
Blevins continues, “Instead of being so put together, these songs say, ‘I’m human. I can be insecure.’ That’s real freedom.”
With All Dressed Up now available and her national TV debut marking a powerful arrival on the broader stage, Leah Blevins continues to carve out a space defined not by perfection, but by authenticity by offering songs that meet listeners wherever they are, and remind them they’re not alone.

ATLUS RELEASES LABEL DEBUT ALBUM ART OF LETTING GO – OUT NOW
Platinum recording artist Atlus releases his label debut album, Art of Letting Go, today via BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville. The 15-track project is his most personal to date, shaped by grief, growth, and the real-life experiences that have defined both the artist and the man.
Named after its title track, which confronts the loss of his sister to addiction, Art of Letting Go mines the emotional core of Atlus’ songwriting. Blending country with elements of rock, pop, and hip-hop, the album reflects the full spectrum of his story, balancing hard truths with moments of light, resilience, and release. Listen HERE.
Led by producer Andrew Baylis alongside a group of key collaborators, the project includes Atlus’ debut country radio single “Devil Ain’t Done,” the driving lead track “Spare Key,” and release day focus “Still Haven’t Stopped.”
“This time, with this album, it’s about moving through moments and experiences that shaped me as a person, as a brother, as a son, and as an artist. Looking at some of the things that brought me to where I am, and both acknowledging them and letting them have their place in the story as we try to add new chapters,” shares Atlus. “My deepest hope is that someone out there hears these songs and connects with the stories and the music and feels like their load is a little lighter because we are sharing the experience.”
As Billboard noted while naming him February’s Country Rookie of the Month, “For Atlus, who grew up in Denver in a single-parent home marked by poverty, the album marks not only a career triumph, but also a way of sharing his story of overcoming adversity, and inspiring others to prevail over their own obstacles.”
Before signing with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, Atlus built a loyal following through four independent albums and a relentless work ethic that carried him from the underground to major milestones. His rise includes more than one billion on-demand streams, a Platinum release, a Top 5 album on Spotify’s Global Album Chart, and a standout performance alongside Jelly Roll at a packed Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Recently named one of Pandora’s 2026 Artists to Watch in Country, he continues to connect with fans through emotionally direct songwriting and a voice that cuts through.
That connection was forged long before the spotlight. Atlus began writing songs while working long hours as a commercial truck driver, crafting lyrics behind the wheel to support his family and fund studio time. That grind laid the foundation for the artist he is today and continues to shape the perspective that runs throughout Art of Letting Go.
The project builds on the success of “Devil Ain’t Done,” which was among the most-added songs at country radio on add day, reached the Top 5 in Australia, and continues to climb in the United States. The track pairs a driving sound with lyrics rooted in self-doubt and perseverance, expanding on Atlus’ ability to turn personal struggles into something universally felt. Watch below.
Another standout, “Still Haven’t Stopped,” serves as a companion to the album’s title track, exploring the weight of loving someone in active addiction and the complicated space between holding on and letting go.
The lead track “Spare Key” delivers a powerful chorus built around a symbol of trust, love, and vulnerability, with a music video featuring an appearance by friend, artist, and influencer Demps. Watch HERE.
Family remains a constant thread throughout the album. Atlus’ success has allowed him to retire his mom, but before music took off, he balanced multiple jobs including truck driving, UPS shifts, and rideshare work to make ends meet and invest in his career.
Atlus continues his 2026 tour with festival appearances and headlining shows before joining Russell Dickerson this spring on the RussellMania Tour. See a full list of tour dates HERE.
About Atlus
Raised in a single-parent home marked by poverty and addiction, Atlus had to grow up fast, building resilience and a lifelong commitment to authenticity in his music. Phonetically named after the mythological Titan who held up the heavens, he began writing while working long hours as a commercial truck driver, crafting lyrics and melodies behind the wheel to help support his family and fund studio time. That pavement-pounding grind became both his classroom and his engine, fueling the rise of a loyal underground following. Breakthrough moments soon followed, including performing alongside Jelly Roll at a packed Red Rocks Amphitheatre and landing a Top 5 album on Spotify’s Global Album Chart. With over a billion on-demand streams, millions of followers across social platforms, a Platinum single to his name, and recognition as one of Pandora’s 2026 Artists to Watch in Country, and Billboard’s February Rookie of the Month, Atlus continues to turn personal stories into universal anthems. His label debut album, Art of Letting Go, is out now via BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville and features his first radio single that is currently climbing the country radio charts, “Devil Ain’t Done.”

Flatwounds Release "Chain of Command" EP + Share "Inertia" Video
Albany-based up and comers FLATWOUNDS — Colin O'Hare [vocals], Matt Degnan [guitar], David Granger [bass], and Wade Coonrad [drums] — are thrilled to release their new EP Chain Of Command. It arrived today, March 20, via Blue Grape Music. Get it here.
Today, the band, which deftly combines a DNA-distinct blend of hardcore and '90s hard rock, shares the video for "Inertia."
Watch it below.
"'Inertia' was written with a sense of urgency," says O'Hare. "It's made to pull something out of you that you might not be comfortable with. But that's what it's all about."
Regarding the EP as a whole, O'Hare explained previously, "Chain of Command represents how we've evolved and matured as musicians. This is our sound. It's a little weird, dissonant, melodic, and heavy when it needs to be. The title works because most of the songs are about apathy and a lack of action. There's always a 'chain of command' in life, and it keeps you from doing what you want. It could be societal or in your head. You always have to answer to something, though."
Flatwounds are hitting the road throughout the spring and summer starting with a handful of dates with Excide, and are set to appear at the Sick New World Festival in Las Vegas next month. The band will also perform at the Sick New World Pre-Show with Mastodon and Melvins at The Chelsea in Las Vegas on April 24.
The band will be out with Lip Critic in May and June. All upcoming and confirmed dates are below.

What would a rock 'n' roll band sound like if it was born from a basement hardcore scene? Well, it might sound a bit like Flatwounds. The Albany, NY quartet could certainly send any floor into a frenzy, yet they also write hooks addictive enough to bring an arena to its feet. Forged by a cold indie underground and even colder East Coast winters, there’s chaotic intensity underneath their concrete infectiousness. The band transfixes with bold hooks and traumatize with jarring and jagged bursts of distortion. As the story goes, Colin had a show booked for December 2022 and needed a band. Knowing one another from around town, he tagged in Wade and Matt (who brought Dave into the fold). Not only did the guys play the aforementioned gig, but they wrote what would become the 2023 Raw EP. Off the latter, "Rust" and "Fade" generated hundreds of thousands of Spotify streams. Flatwounds picked up the momentum with the Down EP and Drain EP. At the top of 2025, "Drenched" surged on TikTok, amassed 171K Spotify streams, and caught the attention of Blue Grape Music and producer Brian Robbins [Beartooth, Pierce The Veil]. Early praise poured in from Revolver, Lambgoat, Idioteq, and more. Now, their signature style firmly takes shape on their 2026 EP Chain of Command [Blue Grape Music] with grit, grime, and gusto intact.

For the first time ever, Graveyard Classics receives a worldwide retail vinyl release, pressed on Bloody-Gold Vinyl and mastered specifically for vinyl by Badland Recordings.
Limited to 500 copies worldwide.
Torture Killer – Swarm!
Rotting Amber Vinyl – $34.95

Released through Metal Blade Records, the album delivers ten tracks of crushing, groove-driven death metal and quickly became a cult favorite among fans of Barnes’ signature vocal brutality.
Now, 20 years later, Swarm! returns for its first-ever worldwide retail vinyl pressing, issued as a 20th Anniversary Edition on exclusive Rotting Amber Vinyl.
Limited to 250 copies worldwide.
Torture Killer – Swarm!
20th Anniversary CD – $13.95 SALE
Alongside the vinyl edition, Swarm! also returns as a 20th Anniversary CD release.

Midwinter Release New EP 'CHAPTER THREE: Still Hurts" And Drop Official Music Video For "Lying Figures" via Papercut Recordings
Atmospheric metalcore quintet Midwinter has today released their latest EP, 'CHAPTER THREE: Still Hurts' via Papercut Recordings. In celebration of the release, the band dropped the official music video for their new single, "Lying Figures". Speaking about the track, the band commented:
"This song lives in that desperate space of limbo, when you’re caught between the love you lost and the reality of having to move forward. It’s about the mental struggle of still wanting something you once had, even when you know deep down it wasn’t healthy for you. Musically, we really focused on creating something that feels truly moving. We wanted the instrumentals to carry that weight so the listener can feel the sadness and emotion behind every part of the song."
North American fans will also have the chance to see the band hit the road alongside Unprocessed and Allt, starting Monday, April 13 in Dallas, Texas (tickets on sale at the link here). Stream 'CHAPTER THREE: Still Hurts' here, and watch the official "Lying Figures" music video below.

Talking about the new live album, Johnny O’Neil said, "Live at Le Musique Room" represents a true inflection point for our band. Last spring, we elected
to forge ahead as a three-piece, and return to our hard rock roots. The album features songs from our first two studio albums, as well as a brand new track,
“Lover,” a tune I wrote about a fellow who has watched a woman being mistreated by someone from afar, and tells her to “leave him – c’mon with
me!”
“Lover” is the first single from our upcoming third studio album, which again will be co-produced, recorded, and mixed by my “Blood Brother,” the incomparable Brian Bart. We cannot wait for our fans to hear us get back to our hard rock roots - this time as a three-piece!”

Pittsburgh's LOWSUNDAY presents 'Nevver' single (via Projekt Records) "Low Sunday Ghost Machine - White EP", their first all-new material in 25 years, is out now
Legacy postpunk-shoegaze outfit Lowsunday presents 'Nevver', the final single from their new ‘Low Sunday Ghost Machine - White EP', following the earlier-released 'Love Language' and 'Soft Capture'. Released via Projekt Records and ranking second among Post-Punk.com's Best EPs of 2025, this is the band's first record of all-new material since 1999.
With early gothrock underpinnings, here Lowsunday capture a different energy than other tracks on this EP, with a slightly more down tempo and driving rhythm. Itt is uniquely sparse and delicate at times, relative to the band's typically multi-layered approach regarding atmospherics and dense noise. The accompanying video, produced by Jer Herring, drifts between dark postpunk atmosphere and a homage to classic outsider cinema.

Born in the mid-1990s within the local Pittsburgh scene, Lowsunday (initially known as Low Sunday Ghost Machine) emerged as a "retro-futurist" pioneer, blending darkwave and shoegaze long before the genres saw their modern revival. Their legacy was cemented with their debut album 'Low Sunday Ghost Machine' and the 1999 masterpiece 'Elesgiem', both of which were re-released via Projekt Records over the past 18 months (for their 30th and 25th anniversaries, respectively).
The band dissolved, leaving behind a cult reputation for mercurial sounds and blistering guitar work that set the stage for subsequent generations of alternative artists. Following a nearly 25-year period of inactivity, the band resurfaced as a duo in 2025—consisting of original members Shane Sahene (vocals, guitar, synth, bass, drums) and Bobby Spell (bass, guitar, drums).
"This is one of my favorite songs on the White EP. These lyrics are related to an increasing sense of apathy in the world - how it feels like even love isn’t enough sometimes and yet, the only fate worse is to let go of it. The feeling that happiness can be delicate and unhappiness can be so determined to take its place," says Shane Sahene.
"This song touches on very early influences and the recording captured some of the most unique guitar tones we've ever used. What's unusual is that, separately, Bobby had been working on a bass line and I had been playing this guitar part. It was serendipitous in how well they went together to form this song"
'Nevver' is a case in point, showcasing the band's legacy of creative experimentation and talent for weaving counter-culture cadences and weightless production with a sense of visceral vulnerability.
Bobby Spell shares, "Nevver was enjoyable for the two of us to compose. I had been playing with this menacing bass line that happened to be a perfect match for a guitar part Shane had been working on. It gave us an opportunity to explore darker tones and indicated the need for a more sparce production. The almost plodding tempo made this song more challenging and fun, imbuing it with a combination of creepy darkness with a dash of humor."
Serving as both a reflection and a resurgence, the 'White EP' ushers in a welcome return, marked by superb production and a renewed creative clarity, bridging three decades of distinct sonic legacy with balanced doses of escapism, dreamlike sounds, drones and feedback. This first of a two new EPs planned this year, their crystalline shimmer, classic song structures and melodic hooks shows their atmospheric sound to be as timeless and relevant as ever.
Expanding their sonic palette, the 'White EP' elevates the distorted melodies, electronic layers, and haunting vocals that defined Lowsunday's earlier work. A bold evolution into more cavernous soundscapes, oscillating between walls of chaotic feedback and fragile, ethereal passages, their resurgence delves into shadowy and vast acoustic realms, shifting from abrasive ripples of distortion to brittle, shoegaze-infused moments of intense longing.
The 'Low Sunday Ghost Machine - White EP' is out now digitally everywhere, including Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp, and as a vinyl release, limited to 200 copies. The 'Low Sunday Ghost Machine' reissue and limited edition 7" of 'Static / Besides' can also be found on these platforms.

Gurbo & Co. Live (2025) Recorded at Cafe Wha?, New York City out Now
A raw, bluesy, foot-stomping live album captured within the legendary walls that once absorbed the energy of Bob Dylan, The Velvet Underground, Janis Joplin, and Jimi Hendrix. Victor V. Gurbo and his band channel that timeless 60s spirit with an approach that can only exist today — resulting in something truly special, both anthropological and deeply alive.
Victor V. Gurbo’s new release, Gurbo & Co. Live 2025, has been a long time coming. Ever since he began playing his music on the streets of New York, Gurbo has dreamed of performing at the historic venues where his idols first made their mark. In January 1961, a 19-year-old Bob Dylan began performing at the now-legendary Cafe Wha?. In November of 2025, Victor brought his electric band to the same stage. It’s undeniable that Gurbo & Co. have tapped into something special here — channeling the energy of the ’60s with an approach that could only exist today. In an anthropological sense, this is a remarkable and deeply considered live document.
Victor V. Gurbo is a folk-rock and roots songwriter, artist, and guitar maker. A homebred Brooklynite and self-described musical anthropologist, he seems to exist outside of time. In speaking and listening to his songs, one could easily place him in the 1960s, while— to quote John Schaefer of NPR’s Soundcheck—“evoking sounds we probably heard in New York City from the late ’20s, early ’30s.” Yet there is something unmistakably contemporary about his presence. Influenced by country and blues pioneers such as Robert Johnson, Howlin’ Wolf, and Hank Williams, as well as songwriting titans like Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, John Prine, and Leonard Cohen, Gurbo carries that lineage forward in a voice distinctly his own.
He has performed at some of New York’s most respected venues — Carnegie Hall, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, NPR’s Greene Space, the Highline Ballroom, and City Winery, among others. His music has been featured in numerous media outlets, including Top 5 Press Radio, The Big Takeover magazine, and NPR.
SCHATTENMANN Release New Studio Album “Endgegner” Out Now Via PERCEPTION.
German metal act SCHATTENMANN have released their brand-new studio offering, entitled Endgegner, today via PERCEPTION. At the same time, the band has started their album release tour, bringing the new material to stages across Germany and Austria.
With Endgegner, SCHATTENMANN lean into a heavier and more metaldriven sound. International press reactions have been strong. Devolution Magazine notes that the record shows “the industrial metallers at their most focused,” adding: “You’ll bang your head, you’ll sing along and you’ll groove like nobody’s watching. It’s a fun-fuelled romp well-worth your time.”
FFM Rock writes: “The album convinces across the board, the sound is fat and pumps pure energy, so it gets 8 out of 10 points here.” Powerplay Magazine UK goes even further, awarding 9/10 and stating that a “Future classic album status [is] guaranteed!” while Metalhead.it sums it up perfectly: "An album that stings, that cuts, that annihilates, that captivates. A sinful album that creates a wonderful addiction!"
To coincide with the album’s arrival, today SCHATTENMANN have also unveiled an official music video for the track “Wir sind das Ende der Welt”, watch below:
Frontman Frank Herzig says about the track:
"The song is an explosive declaration of love on the edge of the apocalypse - wild, unrestrained and uncompromising. Although it begins almost like a ballad, it unfolds into a modern metal track with metalcore elements. Far removed from kitsch and clichés, it tells the story of two people who break every boundary, summon storms and stubbornly give the world the middle finger. A hurricane of passion, chaos and raw intensity that sets everything on fire.”
Endgegner sets the tone for a new chapter in the musical journey of SCHATTENMANN, presenting themselves sharper and more focused than ever. Produced by Henning Verlage, the album represents a clear cut and a deliberate evolution of the band’s sound.
Following four studio albums and their first Top 10 chart entry with Día de Muertos, SCHATTENMANN continue to prove that change and progression remain at the core of their identity. Heavier, more aggressive, and unapologetically metal, Endgegner sees the band reborn in steel and fire, poised to claim their place in today’s heavy music landscape!

BRUTAL PLANET RECORDS Announce Limited Edition Vinyl Reissues of EARTH CRISIS, IN THIS MOMENT and NASTY SAVAGE
EARTH CRISIS – Neutralize The Threat (15th Anniversary Edition)
Orange Crush Vinyl – Limited to 300 Units
Formed in Syracuse, New York in 1989, Earth Crisis became one of the most influential forces in metallic hardcore — inspiring an entire generation of bands including Hatebreed and Terror. After their highly anticipated 2008 reunion and the crushing return-to-form To The Death (2009), the band proved they were back with a vengeance.
Then came Neutralize The Threat.
Originally released in 2011, the album stands as one of the most angst-ridden and unrelenting statements in the band’s already legendary catalog. From the blistering opener “Raise” to the pulverizing title track, to mosh-igniting anthems like “Total War” and the groove-driven bruiser “Askari,” this record delivers metallic hardcore at its most focused and ferocious.
The riffs are sharp and crossover-thrash fueled — at times jagged and pulverizing, at times crushingly methodical. The rhythm section of Ian Edwards and Dennis Merrick provides a relentless percussive backbone, while guitarists Scott Crouse and Erick Edwards unleash wave after wave of sonic assault. Frontman Karl Buechner’s commanding vocal range and depth cut through with authority, reminding everyone why he remains one of the most recognizable voices in hardcore.
Neutralize The Threat doesn’t reinvent the wheel — it reinforces it with steel. It’s direct. It’s punishing. It’s built for stage domination and pit movement. A wake-up call record that silenced doubters and reaffirmed Earth Crisis as a defining force in heavy music.
Now, Brutal Planet Records celebrates this modern hardcore classic with the 15th Anniversary Edition, remastered specifically for vinyl by guitarist Scott Crouse, and pressed on striking Orange Crush Vinyl, strictly limited to just 300 units worldwide.
Hardcore history — properly honored.

In This Moment - The Dream Vinyl and CD
Originally released in 2008, The Dream marked a defining creative leap for In This Moment. Moving away from the metalcore intensity of their debut, the band embraced a more melodic and cinematic approach—drawing from ’80s-influenced hard rock, modern metal, and emotionally charged atmospheres.
The album unfolds with intention, balancing explosive highs with haunting restraint. Guitars remain powerful yet textured, rhythms groove with confidence, and melody takes center stage. Vocalist Maria Brink leans more heavily into singing, expanding the band’s emotional range while maintaining the intensity that made them stand out.
The 2026 Brutal Planet Records edition presents The Dream in its most immersive vinyl form to date. This pressing is mastered for vinyl by Rob Colwell(Arsonist Gets All the Girls, iwrestledabearonce, My Ruin) and includes a masterful 12×12 full-color lyrics insert, packed with artwork and photos that enhance the album’s visual and emotional impact.
Pressed for the first time ever on Orange Dreamsicle Vinyl, this variant is strictly limited to just 300 copies worldwide, making it a must-have for collectors and longtime fans alike. Previous vinyl editions have long been out of print, further cementing this release as a standout in the band’s catalog and a key piece of modern metal history.
Nasty Savage - Indulgence + Abstract Reality (Blood Moon 2-LP Vinyl and CD
By 1987, Nasty Savage were no longer just the feral newcomers from Florida’s underground—they were evolving into something darker, sharper, and more deliberate.
Originally released on Metal Blade Records, Indulgence (1987) expanded the band’s early thrash foundation into more progressive territory. The riffs grew tighter and more technical. The structures became more ambitious. The atmosphere turned more sinister. Yet the theatrical volatility that defined Nasty Savage from the beginning remained fully intact.
Paired here with the 1988 Abstract Reality EP, this definitive edition captures the band at a critical moment in Florida metal history—bridging the gap between raw mid-80s thrash and the darker extremity that would soon define the region.
Nasty Savage’s early appearance on Metal Massacre VI helped establish them as serious players in the American underground. By the time of Indulgence, their influence was already taking root locally. Members of Morbid Angel and Obituary have cited Nasty Savage as part of the early Florida foundation, and drummer Curtis Beeson would later perform with Death, further cementing the band’s place in the region’s lineage.
Musically, the material balances razor-edged thrash aggression with dramatic, unpredictable vocal delivery that draws comparisons to King Diamond, while maintaining the intensity and precision fans of Slayer and Dark Angel expect.
This Brutal Planet Records Metal Icon Series edition unites the complete 1987 Indulgence LP and the full 1988 Abstract Reality EP across two Blood Red vinyl LPs, housed in a premium gatefold jacket and limited to just 300 copies worldwide. Remastered by Rob Colwell (Flotsam, Helstar, Geoff Tate, Nevermore), the audio has been carefully restored to enhance clarity and depth while preserving the aggressive character of the original recordings.
This is more than a reissue—it is a snapshot of Florida metal in transition. Ambitious. Darker. Uncompromising.
Nasty Savage - Nasty Savage (Smoke & Steel Vinyl and CD) 1985 Metal Blade Thrash Remaster!
Before Florida became synonymous with death metal, there was Nasty Savage.
In 1985, before Florida became the epicenter of death metal, Nasty Savage detonated one of the most volatile debuts in American underground metal.
Originally released on Metal Blade Records, Nasty Savage was raw, theatrical, and ferociously unpredictable. While the Bay Area polished precision thrash, Florida cultivated something darker and more chaotic. This album captured that moment — a bridge between classic heavy metal theatrics and the emerging extremity that would soon define the region.
Fronted by the manic intensity of Ronnie “Nasty Ronnie” Galetti, the band blended razor-sharp riffing with theatrical vocal delivery that drew comparisons to King Diamond — but delivered with the speed and aggression of mid-80s U.S. thrash. Songs like “No Sympathy,” “Gladiator,” and “The Morgue” hit with violent tempo shifts and sinister melodies that felt dangerous and unhinged.
The band’s inclusion on Metal Massacre VI placed them alongside key architects of the American metal underground. Members of Morbid Angel and Obituary have cited Nasty Savage as part of the early Florida foundation — and drummer Curtis Beeson would later perform with Death, further cementing their role in the region’s evolution.
Now restored as part of Brutal Planet Records’ elite Metal Icon Series, this edition is pressed on striking Smoke & Steel vinyl, limited to just 300 copies worldwide. Remastered for vinyl by Rob Colwell (Flotsam, Helstar, Geoff Tate, Nevermore), this pressing delivers the chaos with clarity while preserving the album’s raw 1985 intensity.
Housed in premium packaging with a 12x12 full-color lyrics insert, this is not just a repress — it’s a collector-grade restoration of a foundational Florida thrash classic.
This is early American extremity.
Unpolished. Unpredictable. Uncompromising.

The rest of the band reflects these themes musically through brutal riffs, tight drum grooves, and a gut-wrenching low end. In 2023, the band released its debut EP Lust in the End, which Idioteq described as "a surreal journey…delving into the darkest corners of the human experience."

Red Jumpsuit Apparatus Release "X's For Eyes" Deluxe Edition With 4 New Tracks + Share "Not Today"
5X Platinum-certified alternative rockers THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS — vocalist Ronnie Winter, his multi-instrumentalist brother Randy Winter, guitarist Josh Burke, bassist Joey Westwood, drummer John Espy, keyboardist Nadeem Salam, and newest member K Enagonio on vocals — rode the crest of a major career wave in 2025. They released X'S FOR EYES via BETTER NOISE MUSIC and enjoyed Fall 2025 appearances at key festivals, including Aftershock, When We Were Young, and Warped Tour Orlando.
The band cruises into 2026 with the release of the deluxe edition of X'S FOR EYES. The expanded version features four additional tracks: the previously released "Angels Cry"; "Perfection" (Feat. Mayday Parade's Derek Sanders); "Not Today"; and "Slipping Through (No Kings)" (Screams Version). Get the deluxe version here.
"The surprise guest vocalist and alternate versions really make this the most exciting deluxe edition in the history of our career," declares Ronnie Winter.
To celebrate the release, the band has also shared the lyric video for "Not Today." Watch and listen below.
The 11 original songs on X's For Eyes found the band revving up their caffeinated pop sensibilities, throwing down the punishing riffola, delivering more electronic and ambient flourishes, and topping all of it off with Winter's high-pitched emoting. Factor in some A-list cameos from Sleeping With Sirens' Kellin Quinn( "Always The King") and Escape The Fate frontman Craig Mabbitt ("Worth It") and the end result is one of the best offerings of the band's career. For this album, Winter was able to reconcile the deep, sometimes nagging thoughts he'd been harboring, post-pandemic. When the proceedings get melancholy or troubling lyrically, the band is ready to propel these songs into pogo-popping dance floors, furious mosh pits or moments of reverent, tribunal phone-waving. It's always been a cathartic listen and now it has been super-sized with four additional songs that are sure to please the RJA faithful!
Formed in 2004 in Jacksonville, Florida, the band has accrued Gold and multi-Platinum singles—including their massive 5x Platinum hit single "Face Down" (which has over 176 million views on YouTube), 2x Platinum "Your Guardian Angel"(which has over 37 million views on YouTube) — and 2x Platinum-certified debut album, DON'T YOU FAKE IT, alongside numerous high-ranking radio chart positions and a robust digital history of over 1.5 billion career streams. "The core fanbase has always been there," Winter says. “It's a family band. Why? Because we stick up for people." Sometimes it's hard to believe that THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS began their expedition into the hearts and minds of a generation 20 years ago. Their blazing 2006 single "Face Down" delivered both anthemic choruses and a strident message about domestic abuse, achieving both sales accolades and adoration from crowds all over the planet.
THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS will be touring through Spring, with a run of dates in their native Florida and a brief stint in South America. They will also appear in the Philippines and at Sonic Temple in May. All forthcoming dates are below.

LOST SOCIETY Release New Album "Hell Is A State Of Mind" Today
Four years after the critical triumph of If the Sky Came Down, Finland’s most fearless modern metal force, LOST SOCIETY, return today with their explosive new studio album, Hell Is A State Of Mind, available worldwide via Nuclear Blast Records.
With this release, vocalist–guitarist Samy Elbanna, guitarist Arttu Lesonen, bassist Mirko Lehtinen, and drummer Tapani Fagerström step fully into the metallic identity they were destined to claim. Unrestrained. Unmistakable. Unapologetically their own.
From the opening moments, Hell Is A State Of Mind makes a bold declaration: this is modern metal without compromise. Where If the Sky Came Down and its predecessor No Absolutiondocumented a band exploring new creative ground after shedding their early thrash roots, the new album captures the sound of a band that has stopped searching—and started defining.
This is LOST SOCIETY distilled to their purest and most defiant form. The album asks no permission, bows to no trend, and refuses to echo anything but its own voice. Massive hooks collide with punishing heaviness, cinematic atmosphere meets raw aggression, and every track pushes the boundaries of what contemporary metal can be.
To celebrate the release, the band have unveiled a brand-new music video for the crushing single 'Kill The Light,' a blistering showcase of their raw, high-voltage stage energy that has earned them a reputation as one of the most electrifying live acts in heavy music.
Watch the video for 'Kill The Light' Below:

LA Pop Punk Newcomers: Lake Rana Debut With "Funeral For A Fish"
Crashing head first into existential dread with a smile, Los Angeles-based pop punk quartet, Lake Rana, have today released their debut record, "Funeral For A Fish" alongside focus track, "Grasshopper". This brand new release sees Lake Rana twist dark humor, anxiety, and everyday emotional whiplash into jagged, sing-along choruses that somehow make falling apart feel euphoric. Fans can listen to the brand new album HERE.
Instead of dwelling on doom, Lake Rana lean into the absurdity of it all on "Funeral For A Fish", using their sharpest hooks to ask what it means to matter at all and find a moment of joy in the idea that we're all just here for a brief, ridiculous swim.
Peeling back the record's offbeat, goldfish-shaped core, vocalist Josh Rana shares:
"Funeral For A Fish started as a dark joke about my passion for the aquarium hobby and the number of fish I accidentally killed learning how to keep them alive, but it became something more personal. The album is about realizing your own mortality: that one day you or I will be just as insignificant as a pet goldfish, flushed out of this world and into the next. It sounds bleak, but it helped me accept that none of us are as important as we think — and there’s something freeing about that.”
On "Funeral For A Fish", Lake Rana specialize in making existential dread feel strangely hopeful. Swinging from gut-punch confessionals to full throttle catharsis in the span of a verse and using deadpan one liners and wide screen melodies, they've carved out a debut that feels like cracking jokes at the end of the world with your best friends.
Drawing loose comparison to bands like The Dirty Nil, Fall Out Boy, and Origami Angel, the band balance sardonic wit with an almost uncomfortable sincerity, turning emotional chaos into something you can shout back in a basement at 1AM.
Be sure to stay tuned for more Lake Rana news coming very soon.
ABOUT LAKE RANA
Lake Rana is an independent Los Angeles–based pop punk and emo project led by songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist Josh Rana. Blending the guitar-driven hooks of 2000s pop punk with the darker emotional currents of emo and touches of post-hardcore, Lake Rana leans into introspective storytelling and underdog perspective rather than the bravado that dominates much of modern pop punk.
Though presented as a band, Lake Rana is primarily Josh’s creative outlet. After launching in 2023, Rana wiped the slate clean in early 2025 and began rebuilding the project with a more focused vision and budget. The songs for his debut album Funeral For A Fish were already written and demoed when he brought in producer Pete Zen, who recorded the album at a studio house in Burbank, California. Zen helped shape the sonic identity of the record, steering production and mixing the album, while Austin Coupe handled mastering.
Beginning in July 2025, Lake Rana rolled out the album one single at a time, building momentum ahead of the full release.
Drawing influence from bands like Fall Out Boy, Boys Night Out, Origami Angel, and The Dirty Nil, Funeral For A Fish pairs clever guitar riffs with deeply personal lyricism. Much of the album reflects a turbulent period in Rana’s life — including a devastating ankle injury during his senior year of college that left him bedridden for months while his parents went through a difficult divorce. The isolation and reflection from that period shaped songs like “Bad Year” and “Sink,” while tracks like “Covers” and “Basket Case For Loving You” dissect complicated relationships and emotional dependency.
The album’s title comes from Rana’s longtime aquarium hobby and a darkly humorous realization about mortality: the idea that, in the grand scheme of things, our lives may be as fleeting and unceremonious as a flushed pet goldfish.
Released March 6, 2026, Funeral For A Fish is a debut that balances self-awareness, emotional honesty, and guitar-driven hooks.
