SPREAD EAGLE Unleashes Powerful Cover of UFO's “Pushed To The Limit” + Official Video

Today, hard rock veterans SPREAD EAGLE unleashes their new single and official music video, a powerful cover of UFO's “Pushed To The Limit.” The track is featured on their brand new studio album, ‘The Brutal Divine,’ out now via Frontiers Music Srl.

SPREAD EAGLE are currently on the road on “The Brutal Divine Tour 2026” with dates across the US, and in UK and Europe throughout the summer. For the full list of dates, please see below and HERE.

Rob De Luca comments:

“I was proud to play in UFO for 16 years and one of my favorite songs to play live was 'Pushed To The Limit.' Years later, Ray West suggested we add it to SPREAD EAGLE's live set. That Michael Schenker guitar riff sounds SO nasty, it was a perfect fit for ’The Brutal Divine'!”

'The Brutal Divine' is SPREAD EAGLE’s long-awaited fourth studio album and a fierce new chapter in the band’s uncompromising legacy. Known for their raw energy, streetwise attitude, and explosive live performances, they once again prove why they remain a vital force in modern hard rock.

The band described the new record as “an emotionally and musically heavy body of songs showcasing a unique command of power, dynamics, and melody. We have harnessed the energy of years of non-stop touring and turned it into a metal/punk thrill ride of an album."

“Lyrically, 'The Brutal Divine' challenges us to question our views and ask if we're truly as free-thinking as we may believe. Once that question is posed, the album progresses towards uplifting messages of hope and community”, they continued.

Fronted by the unmistakable voice of Ray West, the band delivers a powerful collection of songs that balance grit and melody, aggression and soul. Guitarist Gianmaria “Jommy” Puledda injects the record with razor-sharp riffs and soaring harmonies, while Rob De Luca(bass, vocals) and Rik De Luca (drums) form a thunderous rhythmic backbone that drives every track with authority and groove.

Produced by Rob De Luca, 'The Brutal Divine' captures the band at their most focused and dynamic - blending their classic hard rock roots with a darker, heavier edge. The album channels the intensity and authenticity that first put SPREAD EAGLE on the map, while showcasing a band that continues to evolve without losing its identity.

With a full slate of live dates planned in support of the release, SPREAD EAGLE is ready to bring 'The Brutal Divine' to stages around the world - where their music truly comes alive. This is hard rock delivered with conviction, attitude, and fire.

UFO ‘The Wild, The Willing and The Innocent’ Release Date: May 1st 2026

Chrysalis Records are proud to present the latest in the acclaimed UFO reissue series: the classic 1981 album ‘The Wild, The Willing and The Innocent’.

Reissued on stunning 3LP tri-fold sleeve 180gm vinyl and 2CD Digipak formats on May 1st, 2026, the album now sounds more dynamic and detailed than ever, thanks to new remastering from the original tape transfers.

Originally released on January 16th, 1981, this pivotal album captures the band at a creative high point, blending soaring melodies, powerful performances, and Phil Mogg’s unmistakable voice. The lineup had modified a little with the debut of keyboardist/guitarist Neil Carter, replacing Paul Raymond. Carter also supplied backing vocal and saxophone on ‘Lonely Heart.

Lead singer Phil Mogg recalled, “Neil had a box of tricks. Getting the backing vocals was great, though I still don’t think he’s forgiven me for making him play saxophone. He was a great add to the band. Plus, he was a nice bloke.”

Drummer Andy Parker said “Neil was just an incredible musician. He brought another energy into the band.

This deluxe edition also includes a brand-new mix of the previously unreleased Live at the Hammersmith Odeon, recorded on January 29th, 1981, by Brian Kehew, offering an electrifying snapshot of UFO’s energy on stage. Original 7” edits of the two singles "Couldn't Get It Right" and "Lonely Heart" released with this album are included as well as an alternative mix of album standout “It’s Killing Me”.

The set is rounded out with newly written liner notes by Michael Hann, featuring fresh interviews with Phil Mogg and Andy Parker, alongside a collection of previously unseen photographs from the era — making it an essential addition for fans and collectors alike.

“The Wild, the Willing and the Innocent is, hands down, the best UFO studio album: it’s melodic, it’s experimental, it’s memorable, and it rocks. It was the perfect encapsulation of everything UFO could be.”
– MICHAEL HANN, LINER NOTES

UFO ‘The Wild, The Willing and The Innocent’ (2026 Remaster – Deluxe Edition) is released on double CD and 3LP on May 1st, 2026 on Chrysalis Records. Order link: https://ufo.lnk.to/TWTWATI

UFO ‘NO PLACE TO RUN’ SCHEDULED TO RELEASE ON DELUXE, EXPANDED, REMASTERED AND REISSUED DOUBLE CD AND TRIPLE VINYL

Chrysalis Records are proud to present UFO’s classic 1980 album ‘No Place To Run’, newly remastered from the original production tapes transfers at AIR Mastering and reissued on stunning 3LP tri-fold sleeve 180gm vinyl and 2CD Digipak formats on August 15th, 2025.

‘No Place To Run’ was the eighth studio album by UFO and the first with Paul Chapman on guitar, following the departure of Michael Schenker. It was produced by legendary Beatles producer George Martin and recorded at his newly launched AIR Studios in Montserrat in the Caribbean, a stark difference from the bands’ usual surroundings.

Reflecting on the album forty five years later Phil Mogg said: “The thing that sticks in my mind from recording ‘No Place To Run’ was the complete miss match with UFO / George Martin (who was a lovely chap) and nothing summed it up more than when George would say to Geoff (sound engineer): ‘Well Geoff, it’s six o’clock, time for a G&T out on the veranda.’ How very civilized!”

The reissue includes a new and previously unreleased mix of ‘Live at The Marquee, London, November 16th 1980’, mixed by revered engineer Brian Kehew from the original multi-track tapes, giving a powerfully fresh sound. Only three tracks have ever been officially released before (‘Lettin’ Go’, ‘Mystery Train’ and ‘No Place to Run’). The other eleven tracks from this legendary show have not been available until now. The set will take fans right back to the electric atmosphere of the Marquee, with a band at the very top of their game.

Brian Kehew said:
“Paul Chapman’s guitar sound here is really superb, a thick and singing B.C.Rich-into-Marshall tone… No Place To Run is certainly a special time for the band, the peak of their public acceptance. With the music world shifting into new wave and synth-pop around them, they stayed true to their roots and delivered yet another classic album.” (quote taken from liner notes)

Both formats feature new liner notes by Michael Hann featuring interviews with front-man vocalist Phil Mogg and drummer Andy Parker.

UFO ‘No Place To Run’ (2025 Remaster – Deluxe Edition) is released on double CD and 3LP on August 15th, 2025 on Chrysalis Records. Order link: https://UFO.lnk.to/NPT

Public Rehearsal and Private Open-Air Concert in Hannover, Germany in June 2022

Grand Tour Finale in Athens in October 2022

Following a number of tours around the globe and countless spectacular shows, British rock legend UFO will embark on its final tour featuring a series of exclusive concerts in summer 2022 to bid farewell to its fans in style. At the grand finale of a unprecedented success story, which began in 1969 and has spanned more than five decades, the band has announced a number of real highlights: The first one is scheduled to take place on Monday, 20th June 2022 at the Beatbox in Hannover (www.beatbox-hannover.de), where UFO are planning a public rehearsal, with a strictly limited number of only 80 tickets available.

One day later, on Tuesday, 21st June 2022, the band will perform a private open-air concert in front of an audience of 300, presenting the full set-list of the subsequent tour, and coming into exceptionally close contact with their fans. Tickets for both concerts will be available exclusively from Eventim from 1 October 2021.

UFO will then play the very last concert of their long career on 29th October 2022 in Athens, Greece, where the band performed its first show featuring current guitarist Vinnie Moore in February 2004.

Singer and band founder Phil Mogg is anticipating this very special farewell show with mixed feelings, while also very much looking forward to UFO once again meeting their extensive fan base between summer and autumn 2022. Says Mogg: “After so many years with countless highlights, fantastic experiences and lots of beautiful memories – as well as some difficult moments, naturally – it’ll be a worthy finale to say goodbye to your fans in person. I know that there are bound to be some very emotional moments on both sides.”
