Lost Songs: Lines and Shapes features early, stripped-down versions of all Past Lives' 11 tracks. Listening to these songs in their hyper-intense, original form offers fans an entirely fresh perspective into Past Lives, while the uninitiated will appreciate it for what it is, a sterling artistic statement in its own right. Fans can also pre-order the Past Lives Deluxe Edition, a limited, 2-LP vinyl special package which includes both the original album and Lost Songs: Lines And Shapes, exclusively via the band's online store HERE.

Recently, the band teased the new collection with "Old Wounds" DEMO, a stripped-back version of the fan-favorite released this past summer. While not included in the Lost Songs collection, the track, featuring Green's beautifully exposed vocals and the haunting, intricate guitar work of Stever, is another vivid look into the group's creative process. Platinum-selling powerhouse Pierce The Veil — guitarist/vocalist Vic Fuentes, guitarist Tony Perry, and bassist Jaime Preciado — have shared the video for their new single "12 Fractures" video.

The song and video feature singer-songwriter chloe moriondo. 

The video features Fuentes and moriondo walking down a crowded city street towards one another, as the song plays out. It captures the feeling of wondering about your place in the universe. Watch what happens when Fuentes and moriondo actually meet!

"This song is a true story about watching two best friends break up," Fuentes shares. "It's about the slow crumbling of love and how tiny fractures can eventually turn into breaks in a relationship. It also describes the tragic aftermath of choosing sides, possessions, and even friends to take with you as you move on. It's a time capsule about a moment in our lives. The addition of Chloe moriondo's angelic voice and personality to really brought the whole story to life and illuminated both character's perspectives. It wouldn't be the same without her."

"Working with Vic was such a dream," moriondo says. "It was such a sweet and fun honor. I loved filming on the street with him and the crew— it was a really awesome experience that I'm so excited is finally able to be enjoyed by everyone!"

The band will return to the road this spring and summer on a co-headline run with The Used. The "Creative Control Tour" kicks off on May 23 in Austin and runs through July 2 in Phoenix. All dates are below. Get tickets here.

The track follows the explosive, one-two punch of the September 2022-released comeback single "Pass the Nirvana" and its successor "Emergency Contact," which have tallied over 20 million combined streams! Fuentes offered a deep insight into "Even When I'm Not With You," saying, "Musically, it's the first song we've ever created that utilizes the same looping riff throughout nearly the entire song," Fuentes explains. "This was something that I have been trying to accomplish for years with our band and I'm excited that we finally found a way to do it with this one."

Regarding the lyrical scope of the track, Fuentes states, "This song was inspired by a text my manager sent me while I was going through a rough time. I thanked her for being there for me, and she said, 'Even when I'm not with you, I'm still with you.' That phrase touched my heart and inspired me to write a love song dedicated to my wife about no matter how far away I am on tour, I'm still devoted to her, and we will always be connected through our love."

As for The Jaws of Life as a whole, Fuentes says, "This album has truly brought us closer than we've ever been. It was extremely difficult for us to be off the road and apart for so long. We've never missed anything more than playing music together and never had such a strong appreciation for recording, touring, and simply being in the same room together than we do now.
