Australian band THE AMITY AFFLICTION have announced a Winter 2025 North American headline tour.

Hail the Sun, Many Eyes, and Solence will serve as support.

The tour kicks off on February 28 in San Diego and snakes through the country before wrapping up in Chico, California on March 26. All dates are below. Tickets got on sale on now. Get tickets here.

BAND TO CELEBRATE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF LANDMARK ALBUM LET THE OCEAN TAKE ME BY PLAYING THE ALBUM IN FULL EVERY NIGHT

NEW ALBUM NOT WITHOUT MY GHOSTS OUT NOW

Australian metalcore trailblazers THE AMITY AFFLICTION — Joel Birch[vocals], Ahren Stringer [vocals, bass], Dan Brown [lead guitar], and Joe Longobardi [drums] — will return to North America for a headline tour this spring.

On this run, the band will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their beloved and iconic metal album Let the Ocean Take Me and will be performing the album in its entirety. It's no doubt a treat for the diehard fans to see favorites like "Pittsburgh," "Don't Lean On Me," and more.

The tour kicks off April 26 in San Diego and runs through June 6 in Los Angeles.

"When I first listened to this mix, I was instantly so happy with it," states Brown. "We've had things remixed or reimagined in the past and they've all been great to listen to. But generally, it takes time to warm up to them. This version of 'Show Me Your God' hooked me in straight away."

The Amity Affliction just wrapped a super successful U.S. tour supporting Parkway Drive and a sold-out tour of Australia. The band will be embarking on its biggest-ever European headline tour starting next week and running through December.

NEW ALBUM NOT WITHOUT MY GHOSTS ARRIVES MAY 12 ON PURE NOISE

Australian metalcore trailblazers THE AMITY AFFLICTION — Joel Birch[vocals], Ahren Stringer [vocals, bass], Dan Brown [lead guitar], and Jon Longobardi [drums] — recently announced their new album Not Without My Ghosts, out May 12 via Pure Noise. Pre-order it here or here.

Today, the band has shared the video for the title track, featuring Phem. Watch it below.

The title track is "a song about the way which you can't travel through life without dragging the ghosts of your past behind you, and how they manifest in their various forms," shares Birch.

And, as a whole, the album itself address "the paradox of not wanting to be alive, and yet needing to stay here, while also mourning the loss of friends and trying to use the music as catharsis," Birch previously explained.

It's a heavy record — both sonically and thematically, and that's just how the band's fans like it!

Not Without My Ghosts boasts multiple features — something the band has not incorporated into a release in quite some time — including late New Zealand rapper Louie Knuxx, who passed away in 2021, as well as Comeback Kid's Andrew Neufeld, The Plot in You's Landon Tewers, and Phem.

To celebrate the news, the band has shared the video for "It's Hell Down Here." Watch it here.
The track address mortality — a topic frequented several times on the album. It also boasts the vocal dynamics and pummeling breakdowns that are the band's signatures.

"This song is a a letter from myself and Ahren, written by me, to our friends who have passed on to the other side," Birch shares.

He continues, "I'm 41. I'm bipolar. And I'm pretty tired of it. That's where lyrics like 'Like a snake I tire / the cold dark clouds, they steal my light' come from. The song is wrapping up how I feel daily, and reflecting on the time leading up to my friend killing himself. I'm sure a lot of people who have experienced that guilt at not seeing what becomes glaringly obvious after the fact."
