Industrial Pop Force AESTHETIC PERFECTION Shares New Single "Sorrow" Feat. SWARM

Today, AESTHETIC PERFECTION is proud to release their new single "Sorrow," featuring industrial EDM powerhouse SWARM. The new track arrives alongside an official visualizer.

On the new single AESTHETIC PERFECTION mastermind Daniel Graves shares:

"'Sorrow' is a song about processing lost love. A melancholy story wrapped in a sonic assault by SWARM. The perfect pairing of emotional vulnerability and musical aggression."

Supporting the new single, AESTHETIC PERFECTION will begin their US headline run, the Suckers for Punishment tour, this Thursday in Los Angeles with support from Priest and Julien-K.

On the tour, Graves adds:

"I swore to myself that AESTHETIC PERFECTION would never return to the US for another headlining tour. I couldn't be happier to be breaking that oath nearly half a decade later."

BRUTAL PLANET RECORDS Announce Death Metal Royalty Returns: Six Feet Under & Torture Killer Vinyl + CD

The swamp of death metal rises again.

Brutal Planet Records is unleashing four crushing releases connected by one legendary voiceChris Barnes of Six Feet Under and former Cannibal Corpse frontman.

This wave of releases includes two Six Feet Under cult classics and the infamous Torture Killer collaboration album Swarm!—the record where Barnes joined the band behind the microphone. Together, these titles celebrate some of the heaviest, most groove-laden death metal ever recorded.

All four titles are part of the Brutal Planet Records Metal Icon Series and will be available exclusively through Boone’s Overstock, the official store for Brutal Planet.

Six Feet Under – Graveyard Classics

Bloody-Gold Vinyl – $34.95 SALE

When Six Feet Under released Graveyard Classics, the band proved that death metal could pay tribute to the songs that shaped heavy music while still sounding absolutely devastating. Led by the unmistakable growl of Chris Barnes, the album drags legendary songs from metal, punk, and hard rock into the swampy, groove-driven world of death metal.

From the crushing opening of Savatage’s “Holocaust” to brutal reinterpretations of classics by AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Dead Kennedys, Venom, Exodus, and Jimi Hendrix, the album transforms iconic tracks into something darker, heavier, and unmistakably Six Feet Under.

For the first time ever, Graveyard Classics receives a worldwide retail vinyl release, pressed on Bloody-Gold Vinyl and mastered specifically for vinyl by Badland Recordings.

Limited to 500 copies worldwide.

VULVODYNIA Drop New Album 'Entabeni'; Release Video For Track " Isandlwana"

South African extreme metal titans, Vulvodynia, have released their highly anticipated new album, ‘Entabeni’, available now via Unique Leader Records. Alongside the album launch, the band has unveiled a visualizer for new track, “Isandlwana”, a track that delves deep into the harrowing tale of the Anglo-Zulu War’s first battle. Listen to 'Entabeni' in full HERE and watch the visualizer for "Isandlwana" below.

Describing the inspiration behind “Isandlwana”, Vulvodynia’s vocalist and guitarist, Lwandile Prusent, shares,

“Isandlwana, the first engagement of the Anglo-Zulu war against The British. A brutal and gruesome tale of war, struggle and triumph. Musically we tried to invoke a more tech-death approach in our writing. This song features many signature changes, modulation and mind bending polyrhythms.”

Entabeni’ marks a pivotal moment for Vulvodynia, as they weave together their most ambitious work to date. The album showcases a fusion of African folklore and extreme metal, a thematic exploration deeply rooted in the band’s heritage and collective creativity.

Reflecting on the album’s significance, Vulvodynia states,

“Entabeni is a very important album for us, it sees us at crossroads in our career. We’ve fully embraced the idea of writing as a collective, exploring every member’s ideas, experiences and formed them all together to create what we think is our most ambitious album yet. We wanted to explore the concept of African folklore on this album and based a lot of the songs off of old stories found in poems, books and even through word of mouth from our vocalist Lwandile’s older family members.”

Known for their unique, uncompromising blend of technical proficiency and straight-up deacthcore brutality, Vulvodynia has carved a significant niche in the global metal world. ‘Entabeni’ promises to propel them even further, providing listeners with an innovative blend of visceral intensity and rich, cultural storytelling. Vulvodynia kicked off a huge US run today, supporting Fallujah on their The Flesh Remains 10th Anniversary Tour. Full routing below with tickets available from vulvodyniaband.com
