SOUTH ARCADE REVEAL NEW SINGLE "F.A.M.O.U.S" — LISTEN

Riding a wave that shows no signs of slowing down, South Arcade return with their new single "F.A.M.O.U.S," out now via BKM Artists in partnership with Atlantic US. Listen to "F.A.M.O.U.S" below.

Fans have been lucky enough to have a taste of the track live, with the band performing "F.A.M.O.U.S" at a run of festivals in Europe, as well as Summer Sonic in Japan last month. The band continue to tease what is yet to come as they release their third single of the year with their signature Y2K energetic sound. "F.A.M.O.U.S" follows on from previous singles "DEADMEAT" and "SUPERMAN," which was their biggest streaming debut to date.

Speaking of "F.A.M.O.U.S," the band said, "It feels like everyone around you sometimes has an opinion on how you could be 'bettering' yourself or what you do. People love to chime in and tell you their negative opinions of you but when you strip it back, it always comes from a place of their insecurity. This song is essentially a big 'F you' to outside fickle opinions. This track is basically saying 'What have you got to lose' and 'Go for it' — if you've got something different or an 'edge,' make that your strength and leave those types of people behind."

South Arcade have made 2026 the year they became impossible to ignore. Across their catalog, South Arcade have generated nearly 200 million global streams and 277 million+ YouTube views, alongside a combined social following of over 1.8 million and more than 1 million monthly Spotify listeners. The band has sold over 40,000 tickets across the UK and EU. The band has racked up over 10,000 plays and 35 million impressions across UK and EU radio to date. On BBC Radio 1 alone, they've notched 420+ plays, 5 playlist singles, an appearance at flagship live event Big Weekend, and slots on Radio 1 stages at multiple UK festivals, alongside 3 singles premiered as Radio 1's "Hottest Record."

It's been a huge year of touring for the four-piece, with their first-ever Australian headline tour, a run supporting 5 Seconds Of Summer across EU and UK arenas, a string of summer festival dates across Europe including the main stage at Download, Warped Tour and  the Summer School Tour in the US. The band will close out this run of momentum with their biggest headline show to date, a now sold-out night at the iconic O2 Academy Brixton in London on February 25.

There's just no stopping them…

South Arcade Reveal New Single "Deadmeat"

About to embark on a massive summer of festivals, shows, and more music, South Arcade are back with their latest single, "DEADMEAT." The track is available now on all streaming platforms via BKM in partnership with Atlantic Records. Listen Below.

Speaking of the new single, the band says, "We went into writing wanting to tell a sort of modern Romeo and Juliet story (but with a less depressing ending), and we left with 'DEADMEAT.' It has this reckless optimism about it where the two characters' worlds shouldn't really overlap but they've found each other regardless — they want to escape all of that noise, steal a car, and leave town. It had this 'Us against the world' energy that we loved."

The energetic track shows a playful side to the band while keeping their signature sound. The four-piece have revealed the single ahead of a summer packed of festivals including playing mainstage at Download, Rock 4 People, and TRNSMT before heading to the U.S. later this month for the Idobi Summer School Tour and the iconic Vans Warped Tour (see full itinerary below). Recently finishing the huge UK and EU arena tour with global band 5 Seconds Of Summer, South Arcade teased fans with "DEADMEAT," building huge anticipation for the release.

"DEADMEAT" follows on from last single "SUPERMAN" which was released in April and became the band's biggest streaming debut to date with over 1.5 million streams on Spotify alone. The band recently announced their biggest headline show to date, playing the iconic O2 Academy Brixton in London on February 25, 2027, marking a huge milestone in their already incredibly impressive career. The last few remaining tickets are available here.

Named one of "the most exciting rising artists to watch in 2026" by Alternative Press, South Arcade are conquering all areas of the industry, amassing over 180 million global streams, building a social following of over 2.2 million fans across socials, and completely selling out their first-ever North American headline tour last fall.

Hot off the heels of EPs PLAY! and 2005, both championed relentlessly by BBC Radio 1 across multiple shows, South Arcade have made the kind of noise that's impossible to ignore. With standout cuts "FEAR OF HEIGHTS," "Supermodels," and "Drive Myself Home" turning heads, they're taking over the alternative scene and the loudest chapters are still to come...

South Arcade Reveal Video For New Single "Superman" | Tickets On Sale Now For Biggest Headline Show Yet!

In the midst of their biggest year to date, South Arcade return with their first release of 2026.

"SUPERMAN" is available everywhere now. Listen here.

"SUPERMAN" blends the band's signature, Y2K-inspired sound with a dynamic mix of genre influences, creating a track that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly modern. Glitchy pop production and punchy alt-rock energy collide as the song builds around anthemic hooks and heavy choruses.

Speaking of the track, the four-piece said:
"'SUPERMAN' is about being pushed past breaking point. All patience has tapped out and you put the song on as your rage anthem. We found it funny how the verses are so chill then it just suddenly goes crazy, which kind of summed up the feelings we wanted. When you're sick of being the one who always holds it together and something has pushed you over the edge."

Directed by DOGBRAIN, "SUPERMAN" is accompanied by the official music video, which brings their rebellious energy to life through a striking concept exploring the gap between the rage fantasy and the socially acceptable response. Each band member appears as an ordinary "civilian" in a mundane, mildly oppressive situation. As the track builds, the pre-chorus fractures reality into cinematic bursts of cartoonish violence before the chorus snaps everything back into place, grounding us in the social norms we're expected to uphold. As the video unfolds, it becomes clear these explosive alter egos never truly exist; they’re intrusive thoughts. The video offers a darkly playful commentary on the tension between inner emotion and outward composure.

Watch the video Below:

The track comes after the announcement of the band's biggest headline show to date. On February 25, 2027, the band is set to play a show at London's iconic O2 Academy Brixton marking a major milestone in their rapid rise. The band announced the show in front of thousands while playing The O2 Arena supporting 5 Seconds Of Summer on their massive Everyone's A Star UK and EU tour last week and have been teasing the new song during their set reaching thousands of new fans.

Speaking of the O2 Academy Brixton show, the band has said:
"We can't quite believe we're saying it but we're so excited we can announce our crazy plan to headline Brixton O2 Academy! It's such a cool venue and one we've seen so many amazing bands in so to be able to step onto that stage still doesn't quite make sense to us! Now we just need to find some more huge spray cans…"
