DUSTIN LYNCH ANNOUNCES SEVENTH STUDIO ALBUM CLEAN SLATE - AVAILABLE OCTOBER 30

MULTI-PLATINUM, 10x #1 hitmaker Dustin Lynch announces his seventh studio album, Clean Slate, arriving October 30 via BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville. The 12-track collection is available to pre-add, pre-save and pre-order HERE.

Taking its name from the album’s introspective title track, Clean Slate finds Lynch looking at where he’s been, what he’s learned and where he wants to go next. Across 12 tracks, love comes into view from every angle: imagining the life you could build, recognizing the one worth coming home to, chasing a new spark, revisiting the one that got away and confronting the heartbreak that refuses to disappear at last call. There are nights made for cutting loose and hard-earned lessons that only come with time, all leading back to the possibility of clearing the slate and moving forward.

“There’s a lot of life on this record,” shares Lynch. “Falling for somebody, missing somebody, looking back at things you might do differently now, going out and having a damn good time, and figuring out what matters when everything else gets quiet. I’ve lived a lot of life since my first record, and I wanted this album to feel true to where I am today while still sounding like me.”

Lynch co-wrote seven of the album’s 12 tracks, working alongside Nashville songwriters including Zach Crowell, Justin Ebach, Josh Thompson, Jameson Rodgers, Brent Anderson, Hunter Phelps, Ben Johnson, John Byron and more. Production is shared across the collection by Ross Copperman, Zach Crowell and Austin Shawn, with MC4D producing and featuring on album closer “Home To You.” Clean Slate also features Ashley Cooke on “How You Been.”

Before Clean Slate arrives in full, Lynch leads off with “Made In A Bottle,” available September 4. Written by Jesse Frasure, Mark Holman and Geoff Warburton and produced by Ross Copperman, the straight-down-the-middle honky-tonk anthem is built on real instruments, real players and the snap of a full band. Against that high-energy backdrop, Lynch makes the rounds from bar to bar only to learn there isn’t a pour strong enough to outrun the memory of the one he lost.

“We started playing ‘Made In A Bottle’ live this summer and the reaction was immediate,” shares Lynch. “I love the energy of it and the rhythmic pocket in that chorus. You can’t help but move along to it. Production-wise, we wanted it to feel like you’re right there in the middle of our live show. There aren’t a bunch of studio tricks. It’s real instruments and real players, and it’s just a great honky-tonk song. We’ve road-tested it all summer, and it fits our show perfectly.”

The announcement follows Lynch’s Setlist Staples - 10 #1’s, a collection bringing together all 10 of his Country radio chart-toppers and capturing the songs that have become the foundation of his live show. Released August 28, the collection arrived alongside new RIAA certifications for “Small Town Boy” (5X PLATINUM), “Thinking ’Bout You” (4X PLATINUM), “Ridin’ Roads” (2X PLATINUM) and “Chevrolet (feat. Multi-Grammy® Award winner Jelly Roll will officially become a member of the Grand Ole Opry on March 10. Opry member and close friend Lainey Wilson will induct him into the family. Also scheduled to perform include his friend and mentor, Opry member Craig Morgan, as well as friends Leanne Morgan, ERNEST and more.

Jelly Roll was invited to become a member during a surprise moment of his interview on The Joe Rogan Experience, the #1 podcast in the world across all platforms. Rogan surprised Jelly Roll with a video message from Opry member Craig Morgan - inviting him to join the Opry family.

The country superstar and BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville/Republic recording artist made his Opry debut on November 9, 2021 and has become an Opry fan favorite and beloved by not only the fans, but many of its members over the years. Jelly Roll has dedicated his time to playing the show numerous times, mentoring many artists through the Opry NextStage program, and serving as host of Opry NextStage Live shows in Texas.

Jelly Roll’s Opry history with Morgan predates back to a moment years ago when freshly released from prison, Jelly was in the Opry audience as Morgan performed “Almost Home,” a moment the star references as ‘life changing’ for him. Years later, Jelly was surprised on stage by Morgan, where they performed “Almost Home” together on the Opry stage. Marking the full-circle moment, Morgan presented handwritten, autographed framed lyrics of “Almost Home” to Jelly to commemorate the occasion.

Jelly Roll recently won every Grammy Award he was nominated for in 2026 including Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for “Hard Fought Hallelujah” with Brandon Lake, Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “Amen” with Shaboozey and Best Contemporary Country Album of the Year for his sophomore album, Beautifully Broken, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. The album features his multi-week #1 Grammy-nominated song, “I Am Not Okay.” The three Grammy wins recognize his major impact on both country and Christian music genres.

Having grown up in Antioch, Tennessee, the CMA, ACM, Grammy, Dove and People’s Choice award winning star’s debut Country project, Whitsitt Chapel, continues to resonate and the album marked the biggest debut by a Country artist that year of release.

Robert Deaton Inducted into North Carolina Music Hall of Fame

Visionary producer and director Robert Deaton was inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame Thursday night, October 16, during the 2025 Induction Ceremony at the Mooresville Performing Arts Center.

Following his speech, the Fayetteville, NC native was surprised with a heartfelt video tribute featuring messages from colleagues and artists, including Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, Luke Bryan, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Brooks & Dunn, Lainey Wilson, CeCe Winans, and many more.

Overcome with emotion, the proud North Carolina native spoke about the gravity of the moment, saying, “I love being from North Carolina. It made me who I am today. I’m so honored to be going in with this amazing group of creative people, especially my buddy Luke Combs. I’d also like to do a shoutout, even though he’s not able to be here, to Eric Church. He’s a Tar Heel, a member of this Hall of Fame (2015), and he was influential in me being here tonight.”

Other 2025 inductees included:
• Luke Combs (Huntersville, NC) – Multi-platinum country superstar and 11x CMA Award-winner.
• Clyde Mattocks (Kinston, NC) – Legendary steel guitarist and founder of the Super Grit Cowboy Band.
• David Childers (Mount Holly, NC) – Revered singer-songwriter and painter known for his vivid Southern storytelling.
• Hattie “Chatty Hattie” Leeper (Charlotte, NC) – Trailblazing radio personality and one of the first Black women DJs in the South.
• Dexter Romweber (Chapel Hill, NC) – Influential roots-rock artist credited with shaping the indie and rockabilly revival.
