For the past 40 years, the Bay Area thrash pioneers HEATHEN have abided by their never-say-die attitude. The HEATHEN brand of intelligent yet aggressive Thrash appealed not only to the genre’s core demographic but also to metal fans looking for brains behind the brawn. On March 14th, the band will release their newest offering Bleed The World: Live via Nuclear Blast Records.

Bleed The World: Live features songs from each of the band’s albums, including recent tracks such as ‘Sun in My Hand’ and ‘The Blight’ as well as classics such as ‘Hypnotized’ and ‘Goblin’s Blade,’ mirroring the band’s crushing live setlist. Today, HEATHEN offers fans the first single with a live music video for the track 'Sun In My Hand'.

SYMPHONY X ANNOUNCE NORTH AMERICAN TOUR WITH HEATHEN

New Jersey’s progressive metal masters, SYMPHONY X, are hitting the road this Spring for their North American 2024 tour with special guests and labelmates, HEATHEN. The 19-date trek will kick off on May 16th in Cincinnati and make stops in Pittsburgh, Quebec, and Jersey City before its conclusion in Baltimore on June 8th.

ABOUT SYMPHONY X

A distinct murmur went around the world in 1994 when a certain six-string guitarist from New Jersey named Michael Romeo of the prog band Gemini recorded THE DARK CHAPTER demo and sent it out to record labels. It seemed the new guitar messiah of the coming 21st century had made himself known to the world and he’d soon launch a new band that would stir up the prog genre! With an innovative mixture of heavy metal, progressive rock and (neo) classical hard sounds, Romeo and his men in SYMPHONY X recorded a debut album (released in Japan in '94; released worldwide in 1995) that began their journey to create a blueprint for the young generation of prog-metallers to follow.

Having been through the wars, voluntarily made tougher by insisting on playing intellectually and technically challenging music for fans that demand it—and then made harsh again by the evolving contours of the music industry, most notably the shift to singles and single songs— SYMPHONY X have triumphed, creating a panoramic old school “rock album” experience in an era cursed with shorter and shorter attention spans.

ABOUT HEATHEN
Heathen is an American Thrash Metal band originating from the San Francisco Bay Area. Despite never achieving commercial success, the band is often credited – alongside Exodus, Testament, Death Angel, Forbidden, and Vio-Lence – as one of the leaders of the Bay Area Thrash Metal scene of the mid-to-late 1980s. To date, Heathen has released four studio albums: Breaking the Silence (1987), Victims of Deception (1991), The Evolution of Chaos (2010), and Empire of the Blind (2020). During 2022 and 2023, the band toured extensively, performing in 5 continents, 28 countries, and 121 cities during the Empire of the Blind tour. OVERKILL - ANNOUNCE "SCORCHING THE EARTH" U.S. TOUR WITH LABELMATES EXHORDER & HEATHEN!

For four decades, OVERKILL have been the trailblazers in producing some of the most signature moments in the world of metal. Earlier this year, the New Jersey Thrash Legends unleashed their twentieth studio album, entitled Scorched via Nuclear Blast Records.

Today, the band announce they are heading on their "Scorching The Earth" U.S. Tour with labelmates EXHORDER and HEATHEN. The 16-date trek will kick off on July 13th in San Francisco and make stops in Dallas, Ft. Lauderdale, and Silver Springs before ending in Huntington, NY on July 30th!

OVERKILL’s Bobby Blitz state, 'Hey "killers', the time has come to hit the road in the US of A! July the 13th starts the salvo in San Fran and we will be rolling down the west coast to L.A., across Rt10 east to Florida then up the east coast and back home. Been a long time kids! ABOUT EXHORDER
Exhorder's enduring legacy began in the mid-80's when they defined the sound of Louisiana thrash and groove metal. Their initial formation was short-lived, lasting nearly a decade with two critically acclaimed, classic albums, but their impact on the metal genre can be felt through a generation of bands that followed. Exhorder dissolved in the mid-90's but briefly reunited in 2011. Now, the band has returned to reclaim their throne of NOLA metal.

The tour kicks off on March 9th in Rhode Island and will travel up and down the east coast making stops in Chicago, Atlanta and Orlando before concluding in Philadelphia on March 26th.
