Modern Metalcore outfit THE NARRATOR have announced the release of their sophomore album, Phosphor, on May 8th, 2026 via Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to their acclaimed debut album Lore offers ten smashing songs that respond to the global crisis with inner exhaustion and shows how close hope and self-destruction are to each other.

The unfulfilled desire for change comes to life on the brand new single, 'Stasis', which features groove-laced verses, anthemic choruses and the voice of Severin Sailer from new bloods Avralize. Alongside the single, a music video for 'Stasis' has been released, which you can check out below.

Germany's metalcore force AVRALIZE are entering a new era with their sophomore album liminal, set for release on November 14 via Arising Empire. Following the breakout success of their debut FREAKS, which earned over 5.5 million Spotify streams, the band has already unveiled "upside down," "helium," "wanderlust," "close to you," and "medicine."

Now they return with the crushing new single "bite my tongue."

About the track, the band shares, "'bite my tongue' is a song that embodies the tension we all carry inside – that battle between what we feel and what we’re able to say out loud.
