We Came As Romans Ft. Make Them Suffer - "DEAD SILENT"

Michigan metalcore heavyweights We Came As Romans have joined forces with Make Them Suffer on brand-new single “DEAD SILENT”, released today alongside its official music video. The track is one of 4 brand new songs featured on the band's newly expanded and reimagined album All Is Beautiful… Because We're Doomed: Circularity lands this Friday, November 6 via Sharptone Records.

Fans can watch the music video BELOW and stream “DEAD SILENT” HERE.

Speaking on the collaboration, We Came As Romans vocalist Dave Stephens shares:

“We’ve wanted to collaborate with our friends in Make Them Suffer for a long time, and ‘Dead Silent’ finally gave us the chance to get in the studio and make it happen. We’re huge fans of theirs and everything they bring to heavy music, so getting to put our heads together on this one was a great experience. The song is about breaking out of the same destructive patterns and finding the strength to rebuild and let go of the negativity holding you back. It’s dark and heavy, but there’s a real sense of fun to it too. We had a great time making something together that hits and makes you want to move.”

“DEAD SILENT” is one of four brand-new songs opening CIRCULARITY , a 23-track expansion of the life, death and rebirth cycle at the heart of the band’s 2025 album ALL IS BEAUTIFUL ... BECAUSE WE'RE DOOMED Together, “WHEN EVERYTHING IS STILL, “DEAD SILENT", "SPEAK TO EXIST” explore the afterlife between death and reincarnation, occupying the passage between the original album’s closing “BECAUSE WE'RE DOOMED” and opening “ALL IS BEAUTIFUL…”. Placed at the front of the expanded tracklist, the four songs become the route back into the original record each time the album loops.

Alongside that new material, six existing tracks have been extensively rebuilt with Currents, After The Burial, HEAVENSGATE, Rory Rodriguez of Dayseeker, Ladrones, Headwreck and Bury Tomorrow. Each collaborator was invited to reshape the song itself, creating companion versions whose changes include an entirely new chorus from Bury Tomorrow and a complete Spanish rerecording of “culture wound O” with Ladrones, incorporating flamenco guitar. The collaborations bring the album’s idea of transformation directly into its music, allowing familiar songs to return carrying another artist’s voice and perspective.

With the previously released “BORN FROM NOTHING” introducing the four-song passage and "DEAD SILENT" dropping today, the complete CIRCULARITY sequence will be available this Friday, November 6.
