"Thrash Grass" pioneers The Native Howl have unleashed their new album 'Sons Of Destruction' which was produced by Jay Ruston (Anthrax, Steel Panther, Stone Sour) via Sumerian Records. In celebration of the release, the genre-blending quartet has dropped the official lyric video for "B.O.G.". Speaking about today's news, the band shares:
"'Sons of Destruction' is a collection of music addressing one of the most paradoxical elements of the human condition: the creation of one’s own demise. Looking at this concept through our Thrash Grass lenses, we truly are so grateful for the opportunity to share it with the world!"
After winning Season 1 of the hit TV series No Cover, the band has since released the titular album title track "Sons Of Destruction", "Can't Sleep", "Mercy" featuring Lzzy Hale, and most recently, their fresh reimagination of Johnny Cash's haunting "God's Gonna Cut You Down". Altogether, the tracks have amassed 1.2 million views on YouTube and over 564k streams on Spotify alone. 'Sons Of Destruction' is available now on all streaming platforms at the link here, and be sure to watch the "B.O.G." official lyric video in the thumbnail below.

The Native Howl is a genre-defying quartet hailing from Leonard, Michigan, USA. Their fast-tempo music they’ve coined as “Thrash Grass” combines the aggression and intensity of thrash metal with the precision and melodicism of bluegrass. The band was born from a musical experiment that defied all expectations by blending elements of folk, bluegrass, rock, and metal, resulting in a sound entirely their own. With a dash of outlaw spirit and a touch of the wilderness, their music transports listeners to a sonic landscape where the traditional meets the contemporary. From foot-stomping bluegrass jams to lightning-fast metal-esque banjo picking, their tracks are a musical thrill ride that keeps the listener guessing with each note. Their lyrics often explore the dark sides of the human condition, nature, and the trials of life, creating a deep and personal connection with their audience.
